00:07:03.940 and this created a ton of mayhem because it wasn't something that was given to us through

00:07:09.160 official channels. Anyway, of course, when we documented this on our timeline initially and

00:07:15.220 presented it to the public, we noted that the recorded timestamp of that captured screen grab

00:07:21.940 was 6.38 p.m. I need to make it perfectly clear to you guys that we were not communicated that

00:07:29.380 time by the owner of Dairy Queen, and we assumed that it was correct at the time, which is to say

00:07:36.680 we made an assumption that the surveillance cameras were updated and accurate and in the

00:07:42.520 mountain standard time zone. We made those assumptions. So what's really crucial here

00:07:46.820 is the background of how we came about that photo, which is real. And that certainly looks to me like

00:07:53.100 the first crystal clear, obvious photo of Tyler Robinson. And the answer is that someone read

00:07:59.560 the time in and then communicated it to other people. And then we reported on that time.

00:08:06.560 So they're reading a timestamp on a surveillance and they're considering that this is inaccurate.

00:08:12.520 surveillance system has been updated, that the time zone is correct, or that it's in the

00:08:17.540 Mountain Standard time zone at all. So we should not have given that information without making it

00:08:24.460 clear that the time might not be precise. It wasn't until after the Panguitch receipt that

00:08:31.500 we went back and we realized that something had to be off with the Dairy Queen timing because if

00:08:35.540 Tyler Robinson was going to make that three-hour drive from Orem and be down in Panguitch, which

00:08:40.800 that came with a literal receipt, we had to, he would have had to leave earlier from Oram.

00:08:46.840 So a couple of things that could have happened here, and these are both speculative. So, and

00:08:51.620 that's where we're going to speculate because that's what we have to do. A couple of options.

00:08:54.880 One possibility is, of course, just we are all human. And for those of us that have worked at

00:08:59.080 restaurants outside of working somewhere that has a full-time security team whose job it is to keep

00:09:04.280 equipment up to date, surveillance equipment easily could have fallen backward on time,

00:09:09.520 backward or forward on time. Power goes out. It's daylight savings time. No one runs the clock

00:09:14.720 backward or forward. There's a variety of common sense reasons and possibilities that lead to the

00:09:20.580 plausibility that the camera time was just not accurately reflected in this small franchised

00:09:25.380 restaurant. So that's one option. And like I said, I'm just considering I've worked in restaurants

00:09:30.840 my entire life and I'm considering that's not an urgent thing. You want to make sure the

00:09:35.100 surveillance system is working, but making sure the time is precise is not ever really a priority.

00:09:39.520 manager did that or they didn't do that. Another option, what could have happened, and this is

00:09:44.600 really interesting to me, is that the surveillance equipment may have been running the time in

00:09:49.880 universal, right? UTC. So 6.38 p.m. would then become 12.38 p.m. on September 10th. Now, I'm

00:09:59.600 going to tell you why I favor this option, and it's because I think it makes the most sense when

00:10:04.200 I look at the timeline. That the real Tyler, who we know was in fact around campus on that day,

00:10:11.520 as we have maintained from the very beginning of this story, and certainly could have played the

00:10:16.640 role, as we were told at that time, of throwing out clothes in the cemetery. That could be how

00:10:21.680 he participated in this day. And we have, by the way, I should mention, since learned, because

00:10:27.160 that was kind of a strange little tidbit, like why are you throwing out clothes in the cemetery?

00:17:35.820 which we have no idea which Dodge Challenger it is, pulling into that parking garage.

00:17:44.340 Because what happens next is because the public finds out about this, the FBI is able to file

00:17:52.620 warrant, which brings them to discovering that Tyler Robinson went to the car wash.

00:18:00.540 OK, so the next item is at 1246, Tyler Robinson's cell phone data reveal reveals that he used

00:18:07.100 Google Maps to map a route from the Mountain Shadows shopping center to a quick quack car

00:18:13.080 wash that's located in Orem shopping center surveillance footage, then backs up this

00:18:19.740 departure. He arrives at the car wash at 12.57 p.m. Now, the car wash is entirely a Fed discovery,

00:18:25.440 and it's an interesting one because they seize the footage at the car wash. They never show the

00:18:30.720 public the footage. I find that to be interesting. I don't know what it means, but I think we need to

00:18:35.960 revisit it. What happened at this car wash? Okay. Now, if you read the warrants, you're first

00:18:42.820 thinking, okay, well, clearly they got this. They make it clear that they got this from Tyler's

00:18:48.500 phone. It says a search warrant was obtained for Tyler Robinson's cell phone. And during a review

00:18:53.540 of data and information stored on the device, the officer is saying, I observed a Google Maps route

00:18:58.960 with a start time of 6.46 universal p.m. Accounting for the time conversion, it was approximately at

00:19:06.640 12.46. The route start time was approximately 23 minutes after the shooting. The starting point

00:19:12.460 for the route was listed with GPS coordinates. The starting point coordinates were near the

00:19:17.060 Mountain Shadow Shopping Center. According to Google Maps, the shopping center is approximately

00:19:21.740 seven minutes from the Utah Valley University. The Google Maps route is from the area near the

00:19:27.420 shopping complex to a quick quack car wash. Agent Draney with the Utah State Bureau of

00:19:33.700 Investigations obtained records and video footage from the quick quack car wash of Tyler Robinson's

00:19:39.120 2013 Dodge Challenger with his license plates arriving at the car wash at approximately 1257.

00:19:46.080 OK, so if that is accurate and they went to the car wash and they got this footage and they can now confirm, as he is saying in this warrant, that it was Tyler Robinson's Dodge Challenger, that would have been a really important piece of footage to show at the probable cause hearing.

00:20:09.540 That was the problem with the probable cause hearing was we got nothing that was clear. Everything was the aspect ratio was adjusted. Everything was blurry. We were asked to use our imagination. If you are telling me that Tyler Robinson, you got into his cell phone and you tracked him down to the car wash.

00:20:28.500 this is your probably your biggest opportunity to show the public this is indeed Tyler Robinson's

00:20:34.540 car and yet they get the footage and they miraculously disappear it right this is what

00:20:39.560 they just keep doing like I said the probable cause hearing is the opportunity for the prosecution

00:20:46.040 not the defense the prosecution to slam dunk and prove we should move this forward there's no reason

00:20:51.980 for them not to show that to make it clear to the public don't bring in influencers just give us

00:20:56.780 something that is undeniable, like Tyler Robinson's license plate. That's all we need is one piece of

00:21:02.320 something that's undeniable, like his license plate or a photo of Tyler Robinson. Something like my

00:21:06.760 Dairy Queen photo would have made the public go, OK, I'm done with conspiracies. It's very clear

00:21:12.080 that that's Tyler Robinson. And yet they decided not to do that. So that tells me that we need to

00:21:17.060 explore this car wash theory more because it's possible that it's not Tyler Robinson's car.

00:22:38.700 see if all of those computer searches that we do daily are on her phone. And sure enough, it is

00:22:43.640 simply because she's logged into the same account. So don't discount that. Every piece of evidence

00:22:48.600 that we have seen, the Lance, I've always just felt that Lance was very much involved in this,

00:22:54.460 his posturing, the way that he spoke during the preliminary hearing, he seemed totally

00:23:00.060 uncomfortable. I've always felt that he was a federal asset. I also explained to you guys

00:23:04.500 that his own family doesn't understand why he was not investigated more. I feel that if we were

00:23:10.520 looking for a character who was blackmailed by the feds, Lance would be the person, given his

00:23:16.920 backgrounds, given his past addictions, given his computer activity, given that we know that

00:23:22.020 he was at least moderately involved in the furry community, which he, I mean, he had a furry name,

00:23:33.960 yourself. He seems to be much more likely to be tied up in something. And I think given what we

00:23:40.920 know about Tyler Robinson, he could have been very easy manipulated by his boyfriend to do certain

00:23:46.140 things. He has the exact opposite record. His record's kind of squeaky clean. If George told

00:23:51.020 me to meet up with him or to pick something up or to do this, I wouldn't ask questions. I would

00:23:55.180 just do it again. Obviously, I'm his wife, so it's different. But people in relationships are like

00:24:00.440 that. There's sort of a codependency. You want to help each other out. And it has been something

00:24:05.420 that people don't want to explore. Anyway, at 1257, per the search warrants, moving back into

00:24:10.720 the timeline, the officers obtained records and video footage of Tyler Robinson's car arriving

00:24:15.160 at the quick quack car wash. And they, like I said, seized the footage and never revealed it

00:24:20.900 to the public. The quick quack car wash narrative doesn't make sense. Okay. Why would Tyler Robinson,

00:24:30.200 who allegedly took one shot from a rooftop and therefore had no blood on him, take his car

00:24:38.040 to a car wash full stop? Did he commit vehicular manslaughter on the way back? Was he hiding a

00:24:44.760 body in the trunk? Why on earth would he need to go to the car wash? And even if he did need to go

00:24:49.940 to the car wash, why would he risk doing so, so close to campus? You would get out of Dodge,

00:24:55.500 literally. You would want to go to Panguitch. You would just want to get completely out of there.

00:25:03.160 You're not going to stick around campus. You're not going to eat Dairy Queen. You're just going

00:25:06.840 to get out of there, okay? There's nothing that he can hide in his own car. It's not like I got

00:25:12.420 to get rid of my DNA in my own car. Even the story of the towel and the screwdriver from his
