00:00:00.000All right, you guys. A lot of emotions going through me right now. Anger. Angry. Very angry. Last year being gaslit. We've been lied to. You've been called wine moms. The Department of War has executed a campaign, an online campaign, paying people to attack every single day, trying to convince us that water isn't wet.
00:00:22.280trying to convince us that common sense should be ignored, that Candace is a liar. I mean,
00:00:29.920so many, they can't even focus on the stuff that they've been saying over the last year.
00:00:33.780We've been committed. I've pointed out things, my experience working for Turning Point USA
00:00:38.540immediately told you things that were off about September 10th. They sent the faith leaders.
00:03:54.400with interviews and producing evidence
00:03:55.940as to what went wrong on September 10th.
00:03:59.120assassination, bigger. You could argue this was a bigger assassination than JFK because of the
00:04:07.740ability for the video to have spread globally. People wanted answers, and they basically put
00:04:13.160their hands up and said, go for it. Get the answers that you guys are looking for. It could
00:04:19.120have obviously been implicated. So we should start with who participated in this review, because that
00:04:24.360alone is stunning. Erica's been telling us that she wants to get to the bottom of things, right,
00:04:30.440that they want to figure out what happened no matter what the answer is. They're not just,
00:04:34.220you know, pushing Tyler Robinson narrative. They're open to other considerations. They just,
00:04:40.240she just wants the truth is what she said. She just wants the truth. This would be a really good
00:04:44.900thing for the CEO and chairman of Turning Point USA to participate in a third-party review if
00:04:51.080you're interested in getting to the truth about maybe how your organization may have played a
00:04:57.380role in the security failures that day. Well, we learn who participated on the bottom of page six
00:05:03.400and seven of this review. We are told that they interviewed federal, local, county, and state
00:05:09.220officials. And we are told that UVU fully cooperated with the review. But guess who did not participate,
00:05:16.700you guys. We learned that despite repeated outreach attempts, the project team did not
00:05:22.660receive responses from the following individuals or other representatives of their organizations.
00:05:27.940This information is included solely to document outreach efforts and to provide transparency
00:05:32.440regarding the scope of information available to the project team. The project team reached
00:05:37.020out to Brian Harpole, who was identified as the leader of the Integrity Solutions security team
00:05:41.660working with Turning Point USA to provide executive protection for TPUSA CEO Charlie
00:05:47.060Kirk. The project team attempted to reach Harpole by telephone and certified letter.
00:05:51.640The certified letter explained the purpose of the outreach and provided the project team's
00:05:55.240contact information. The project team did not receive a response. Neither did I, actually.
00:06:01.220We're going to get more into Dan Flood. I mean, I get more into Brian Harpole. Next up,
00:06:05.600the project team also reached out to Dan Flood, Turning Point USA's security supervisor. He's on
00:06:11.300staff, and Macy Crofts, a Turning Point USA senior field representative. Those two would
00:06:17.400know a lot. Flood was identified as the person who coordinated security for the organization
00:06:22.600with Brian Harpole of Integrity Solutions. Flood was present at UVU on September 10th
00:06:27.800and had a phone and text communication with UVU police chief Jeff Long a few days before
00:06:33.340and the morning of the event. And Macy Crofts was identified as a senior field rep of Turning
00:06:38.140point usa and she participated online in the major events assessment committee planning meeting that
00:06:45.180was held on august 25th regarding the september 10th tp usa event but mysteriously you guys we
00:06:52.700learned that neither flood nor crofts responded to phone calls or voicemail messages in flood's case
00:06:58.500the project team also sent a certified letter they did not have a current address for crofts
00:07:03.780They further contacted senior-level staff members at Turning Point USA in Phoenix, seeking assistance in connecting with Dan Flood and Macy, but the project team did not receive a response to those email and telephone outreach efforts.
00:07:15.960We then learned the project team also reached out to the then-head of the UVU TPUSA Club, who had invited Charlie Kirk to speak at UVU.
00:07:24.780The project team sought his insights and perspectives regarding planning for the September 10th TPUSA event, but he did not respond to project team's various outreach efforts, which included a certified letter seeking his cooperation.
00:07:39.040That really is something Caleb Chillicott, who Erica spotlighted at AmFest, seemingly did not want to help the university that he went to figure out what happened, what went wrong.
00:07:51.740how curious. How curious. Lastly, they tell us that a Utah risk management official
00:08:00.360had communications with an executive of Turning Point USA and urged that the above-named
00:08:05.860individuals who were associated with TPUSA on September 10th cooperate with the assessment
00:08:11.560by being interviewed by the project team. There was no response. Now, why is that interesting?
00:08:17.080It's interesting not only because of the message that they have communicated to us over and over
00:08:21.000again about how they really just want the truth, you guys. But it's also interesting because Brian
00:08:25.780Harpole was willing to speak to Sean Ryan on the podcast. He opened up, he was talked about,
00:08:32.560why wouldn't you speak to the independent review? If everything you say to Sean Ryan is true and
00:08:37.560above board, and we are going to learn that it was not, as I said, but if everything you're saying
00:08:42.900is true and you have nothing to hide, Erica, don't come for my employees, I'm sorry, my family,
00:09:16.220This is just going to be an executive summary, but I want to highlight this because you are about to be hit with so much paid propaganda online to lie to you about what's in this document, so much so that you shouldn't even just take this episode.
00:09:29.820You should read it yourself in its entirety.
00:09:32.520You should read it in its entirety, but I want to highlight the opinion of the project team and its executive summary at the top on page 10.
00:09:40.420In the middle there, it is the opinion right there.
00:09:43.200It is the opinion of the project team, based on our review of all available information, that at no time during the events leading up to the assassination of Charlie Kirk or in its aftermath, did any employee or agent of UVU act in bad faith or in willful and wanton disregard for the safety of others.
00:10:00.340With the benefit of hindsight, however, the project team identified several actions, omissions, circumstances, and institutional practices that warrant attention as UVU considers how to strengthen the safety and security of campus events in the future.
00:10:13.860So they are saying, this is our summary. Contrary to what Erica tried to very quickly, the Kirk family tried to quickly file, our assessment is nobody at UVU acted in bad faith or in disregard for the safety of others, but we are going to make some suggestions for the future of how they could learn and strengthen the policies that are already on the books.
00:10:36.640Okay. Now, I want to talk also about this major events assessment committee. Actually,
00:10:45.540yeah, let's go to page 11. I've been telling you guys about this. There was this Microsoft
00:10:50.260Teams meeting that took place. They have assessed on page 11 that this did take place,
00:10:57.300but it was Turning Point USA that wanted to have this event outside. We're going to talk more about
00:11:03.460that. The MEAC, that's the Major Events Planning Committee. And we're going to learn that Turning
00:11:11.180Point Security did not take place in this, but it tells us here that the MEAC process was initiated
00:11:18.340on August 21st to determine whether or not the event should proceed and to identify security
00:11:23.760concerns. However, several key event security decisions were deferred to Turning Point USA's
00:11:29.020field representative, even though UVU staff members raised concerns, including concerns related to
00:11:35.300holding the event in the outdoor fountain courtyard area and using Turning Point USA's
00:11:41.220ticketing process. Turning Point preferred to hold the event in the fountain courtyard and to use its
00:11:46.600own ticketing system rather than the university system. Those decisions placed the event in an
00:11:52.580area that was more difficult to control and limited UVU's ability to obtain reliable real-time
00:11:58.180information regarding anticipated attendance and crowd size. Because the event was held on UVU's
00:12:04.580campus, UVU should have retained decision-making authority over key security-related issues,
00:12:10.580including the venue selection, the ticketing and access control, and other conditions that
00:12:14.700were necessary to support campus safety. Okay. I want to park that in the back of your mind, okay?
00:12:21.040Let's go to the timeline on page 17. I love a timeline. They put together a timeline, and this,
00:12:25.600I could not get over the first entry on this timeline.
00:12:28.820You will recall, you will recall that very shortly after Charlie's assassination, I said, this event came together too quickly.
00:20:32.680Yeah, by the time you get through this, you're going to be thinking he should sue Turning Point USA for allowing for an entire year for people to think that he was the reason.
00:20:42.140That's explicitly what Brian Harpole said.
00:26:14.700The pedestrian walkway access above the area
00:26:19.340where Charlie Kirk's canopy was to be placed.
00:26:21.960And this, my friends, is why I think Turning Point USA executives are, I mean, it's just like you want to talk about demonic possession. You have kept up this lie. You allowed Brian Harpole to tell this lie. And Erica reinforced this lie in that recent filing that the Kirk family reinforced this lie in that recent filing that this text communication between Dan Flood was not about the canopy, but more broadly speaking,
00:29:06.780So they've done nothing. They have not been there. They've had a couple of communications the day before with Chief Long, and Chief Long does not meet them until 9 o'clock a.m.
00:29:16.540They weren't even trying to come at 7 a.m. to get a lay of the land. Nothing. At 9.04, Dan Flood texts Chief Long advising that the rest of the security has arrived onto campus.
00:29:26.940Chief Long engages in a series of text communications with Flood to include several regarding individuals that are located on that Hall of Flags pedestrian walkway.
00:34:40.580they obviously are telling you what happens
00:34:42.640just on the surveillance, the dispatch,
00:34:45.680And this is the stuff that I'm going to want to actually get into on a later episode so that we can separate Turning Point USA's actions leading up to this from what happened thereafter.
00:34:55.260And there's a lot to go over in terms of them saying that when Charlie got to the hospital, there was a fire chief that performed CPR, throws into further chaos various statements that we have heard.
00:35:37.180During the August 25th major events teams meeting, Macy Crofts, we're going to talk about her more, a senior field representative for Turning Point USA, participated at the request of Turning Point USA.
00:35:52.740UVU participants raised concerns regarding Turning Point USA's requested location in the large-tiered fountain courtyard near the main entrance.
00:36:00.520Concerns included anticipated attendance, potential protest activity, crowd management, and the ability to control access.
00:36:07.060UVU officials suggested alternative locations such as the Fulton Library, the Quad, or interior locations where access could be more effectively controlled.
00:36:14.900UVU also suggested using the university's ticketing system so anticipated attendance could be tracked and incorporated into the planning.
00:36:22.100According to meeting participants, Crofts insisted, they're using the word insisted, on the use of the Fountain Courtyard location because Charlie Kirk had previously spoken on campus and Turning Point USA was familiar with that location.
00:36:36.160He also previously spoke on that location with me, and we were not in the courtyard. So I'm wondering if she even told the truth that he had previously spoken or tried to imply that he was in that location.
00:36:51.560She said that she preferred that TPUSA manage online ticketing through its national office in Phoenix.
00:36:59.600And when certain major events members expressed reservations, including Robin Ebmeyer, UVU's Director of Emergency Management and Safety, the committee ultimately allowed the event to proceed in the requested location and allowed Turning Point USA to manage ticketing.
00:37:17.880elsewhere they're going to tell us. The reason for that is because they didn't want to violate
00:37:24.760free speech, essentially, that they're in this catch-22 situation because you have to allow
00:37:32.480people to protest, you have to allow for free speech of events, and we'll cover that more.
00:37:38.940Let's go to 2.4 where we learn straight. This is page 41. We're going to again read this email
00:37:48.520and scroll down a bit. Here we go. This is a verbatim. Oh wait, I'm missing an email. Is there
00:38:01.040another email? Ah, there it is. No, no, no. That's the club president email. And then there's
00:38:06.900another email they had in here. I might have wrote this incorrectly, but it tells us, or maybe
00:38:13.340it wasn't an email. Maybe it's just telling us that the questionnaire had been completed. Yeah,
00:38:16.140it's under 2.4. So it probably was not an email and I just misremembered whether or not it was
00:38:20.280an email, but you can go back to 2.4, which is page 41. Here we go. Pre-event. Yeah. Here. Yeah,
00:38:28.180they quote. Here we go. On August 21st, the UVU Turning Point USA club president emailed the club's
00:38:34.640office, a completed MEAC questionnaire indicating that it provided answers straight from the TPUSA
00:38:43.180team. Headquarters is handling this event. Headquarters is involved. They're telling us
00:38:49.640what to write. They're telling us what to say. So when we learn that they declined an ambulance,
00:38:55.600my guess is that Caleb Chilicate was just the useful idiot because straight from the TPUSA team,0.98
00:39:02.680they are being told how to complete the questionnaire.0.99
00:39:36.800Then we can go to this threat, this obscure threat, bottom of page 42, that Chief Long received on the day of the event.
00:39:51.980It says Chief Long also contacted SIAC, and I want to let you guys know what SIAC is.
00:39:57.460Let me tell you, I looked this up earlier, but forgot to write down.
00:40:01.060It's the Statewide Information and Analysis Center, so they work with that government bureau when they are dealing with cybersecurity threats.
00:40:12.200Chief Long contacted SIAC by email at approximately 7.30 a.m. on September 10th to share an anonymous tip to UVU received regarding a potential threat involving an electromagnetic pulse device that a suspect might be using at the event.
00:40:29.140chief long was seeking to determine whether any threat related intelligence update was available
00:40:34.460regarding the tip long was advised email was the best method to request information from the utah
00:40:40.960siac the siac responded shortly thereafter chief long that it was not a credible threat as it
00:40:47.300appeared the tipster had provided similar information in the past that was determined
00:40:51.720to be unreliable i feel like this is an area that i would like to know more about
00:40:59.140This is an area that seems very strange to me, an electromagnetic pulse device that a suspect might use at the event.
00:41:08.520I just want to highlight that because I find that to be shocking, random, and perhaps ultimately it is just a crazy person that says that, you know, there's a threat via electromagnetic pulse devices.
00:41:22.920But given everything that we have been talking about and my utter and complete disbelief that Charlie was shot with 30-06 from Losey Rooftop and had a miracle Superman neck, I think that that should be explored more.
00:41:39.440We elsewhere learn, and we can go down now to read the text message exchange between Dan Flood and Jeff Long, just for confirmation, and it's verbatim.
00:41:53.580Dan Flood, right when they are discussing the Hall of Flags walkway,
00:41:59.640hello, Chief Long, we received this message today from the student group.
00:42:02.940We have gone over this message many times.
00:42:05.700Dan Flood was speaking about that student roof access
00:42:08.280pretty close to where Charlie Kirk will be set up at Utah Valley.
00:42:12.220The Sorensen Student Center has a couple staircases
00:42:14.340that go up to the walkways on the roof.
00:42:16.780Chief Long asks, do you want access to the roof?
00:42:19.420Dan Flood says, I was told students have access above us.
00:42:22.160if this is true, it would be nice to either have a controlled access or allow one of my guys to be
00:42:26.340there as well as possible. And Chief Long says, I got you covered. And Dan Flood says, thank you,
00:42:31.500sir. And indeed, they did have them covered. And then they lied to the public about what they were
00:42:36.340speaking about. There's no way a year on that Erica and Turning Point USA don't know that this
00:42:42.760was severely misrepresented by Brian Harpole. And they can't make Brian Harpole the fall guy.
00:42:49.340Because their employee gave him the text message to go on to Sean Ryan.
00:42:54.300This was not Brian Harpole's conversation.
00:42:57.360So there's some coordination happening between Dan Flood and Brian Harpole before he goes on to Sean Ryan that he presents a message that is not his and misrepresents it.
00:43:06.680It's like they're trying to keep their distance from this interview, but I don't accept that.
00:43:13.080And that's why this is my favorite part.
00:43:44.580Okay, let's go. I'm sorry. Maybe it's a little further up. It looks like this is in the middle
00:43:47.560of it. It starts there. Okay, his podcast interview, right? The project team never
00:43:54.140received a response. He let us know. But we did. We were able, like everybody else,
00:43:58.780to watch this interview. And we noted that he kind of lied. That means we shouldn't trust
00:44:03.800Brian Harpole, guys. We shouldn't trust Brian Harpole now that we learn officially that he lied.
00:44:10.540Going to that last paragraph, Harpole stated that his first meeting to discuss September 10th TPSA event occurred on August 24th.
00:44:18.900That was one day before the UVU MEAC meeting, during which TPSA Representative Macy Crofts advised UVU of Turning Point USA's preferred venue location and ticketing process, which UVU approved.
00:44:31.320Harpole stated that Dan Flood was a security guy for Turning Point.
00:44:33.960He said Flood did not share any specific security concerns or threats with him.
00:44:39.080During the pre-event planning, Harple stated that Flood would meticulously share any intelligence that he believed was important.
00:44:46.460In the podcast, Harple gave no indication that he considered requesting an on-site pre-event meeting with campus police to evaluate vulnerabilities and make security assignments.
00:44:57.460Harpole explained that his team was focused on securing what he called the bubble, meaning the area in front of and around where Charlie Kirk would be speaking.
00:45:05.780Harpole stated that when he and his team arrived at UVU a few hours before the event, they surveyed the area and believed the venue location was horrible.
00:45:13.760Oh, they got there and said it was horrible.
00:45:15.980He specifically identified the concern that someone in an elevated position would have a 180-degree view of the area where Charlie Kirk would be speaking.
00:45:24.540Harpo described that as ignorant and a security fail, but he acknowledged that Charlie Kirk liked the venue.
00:46:45.300Caleb, make sure we get that outdoor venue.
00:46:48.000The project team also sought to learn more
00:46:49.920about pre-event planning related to the possible use of aerial drones. That was another big area.
00:46:55.540During the podcast, Harpole discussed the lack of a drone camera in the air during the event.
00:46:59.900He stated that TPUSA's team, video team, used what he described as little bitty drones to take a
00:47:08.160quick shot of the venue before the event. But Harpole also stated that although his team had
00:47:13.920drones, they did not use them during the event because of FAA restrictions related to the Provo
00:47:19.460airspace. But just like we told you guys, that was a lie. You want to know why it's a lie? Well,
00:47:24.480the project team's basic research indicated that drone operations are restricted within a five-mile
00:47:29.900radius of Provo Airport and Class D airspace, just as we reported on this podcast. Orem is not within
00:47:37.900five miles of the Provo Airport airspace. So he lied. He expressed concern that UVU PD did not
00:47:45.520have a drone available. Without being able to speak directly with Harpole, it remains unclear
00:47:50.360to the project team why, during the hours before Charlie Cook's arrival, Harpole's team and UVU
00:47:55.840did not discuss efforts to secure a drone. Oh, they didn't request one. Harpole just sort of
00:48:02.680said, I got a drone. I can't use it because of the Provo airspace, which is completely irrelevant
00:48:06.900to where we're going. He lied. He lied. It says that if the team had concerns with the venue
00:48:17.340location, a drone from the neighboring Orem Police Department could have been requested.
00:48:20.420It wasn't requested because it wasn't requested. That's why. Harpo also stated during the podcast
00:48:26.460that federal law would not allow his team to post a counter sniper on a roof. However,
00:48:31.500However, if that's what he was concerned about, the roofs, then it's unclear why he did not post any members of his team in elevated locations for general security observation purposes.
00:48:42.660They're saying, we're not asking you to post a counter sniper.
00:48:48.700Yeah, maybe that violates federal law, but how about just getting somebody up high to look at the rooftops?
00:49:31.500Um, the bottom of page 48, that officer Bagley was indeed the first to suggest going up to the Losey Center after the Big Bang. And during that initial response, officer Bagley identified the elevated roof area of the Losey Center as a possible source location of the assailant. I find that to be very interesting.
00:49:50.920Officer Bagley, whose body cam footage went off, lost the battery.
00:54:20.780Now that we have gone through this, you guys, I want to now input it into the Charlie Kirk timeline in terms of what he was going through, because I think it will send a chill up your spine.
00:54:35.020Do a break first. My producer is saying, okay, let's take a quick break first, and then we're going to go through what was going on in Charlie's life and by implementing what we've learned here into our master timeline. We'll be right back.
00:54:46.320All right, you guys, it's not just in your head.
00:54:48.040Your money is just not worth what it used to be.
00:54:50.420The dollar has lost about one third of its value
01:03:56.200and you said, I'm gonna do this event,
01:03:57.780this event, this event, this event, this event. Why suddenly come in with an addendum and say,
01:04:01.920hey, I'm going to give you more cash and I'd like to, you know, get behind your Charlie Kirk fall
01:04:06.500tour? I don't know. I don't know the answer. I'm just asking questions. On July 27th, our Egyptian
01:04:15.560plane leaves. It's the plane that's going to be there on the day of Charlie's assassination.
01:04:19.800he departs wilmington delaware heads back to cairo on august 3rd charlie and erica land in
01:04:27.760bedford new york for the hamptons retreat um that's one of the partner egyptian planes that
01:04:33.460i have on there august 5th and sit through six the hamptons retreat which charlie will describe
01:04:38.480as an intervention and you can go and listen to his comments after this retreat on the megan kelly
01:04:42.240show the influencers trip is sponsored by bill ackman the very person that tucker carlson called
01:04:47.740that on stage. During that time, Bibi Netanyahu, who did not kill Charlie Kirk, I want to be very
01:04:54.400clear. He said it on Fox News, so it must be true. He's killed a lot of people. The IDF has killed a0.80
01:05:01.140ton of kids, but this, he wouldn't do that. No way. And he decides to call Charlie and he makes
01:05:11.940an offer, I was told directly by Andrew Colvett to take Turning Point USA to the next level in
01:05:18.280exchange for what? Nobody is interested in exchange for what Erica will claim, just to be fair to how
01:05:24.180Turning Point has rebutted this privately to me, that he called, but it was just a follow-up to a
01:05:29.120letter that Charlie had written him in May. She says there was no offer. She says, no, Andrew Colvett
01:05:33.500said that. He was just calling to call. He's not busy, and he just wanted to see how Charlie is.
01:05:39.660Okay. What we do know is that he invites Charlie to Israel and Charlie declined to go to Israel.
01:05:48.160He also, Charlie also declined to have Bibi Netanyahu on his show.
01:05:50.860So it's very clear which way the wind was blowing if he's covering Epstein, hosting people who, like Dave Smith versus Josh Hammer, allowing him to just absolutely destroy Josh Hammer in a debate.
01:06:03.920what happens next on august 19th is cash patel visits the omaha nebraska field office i wonder
01:06:10.820how often he does that no really i wonder so much that we filed an foia to see who was on the plane
01:06:15.920and it came back and said that we have no right to have that information i mean what was the exact
01:06:21.440response ashley they told us like that it would are we on a wait list for information or that it's
01:06:28.820you'll have to pull it up but we did file an foia request because i thought oh that's interesting
01:06:32.460what's going on in nebraska and i wanted to just know who was on the plane
01:06:36.740and we were declined that information via an foia request
01:06:41.220the exact language that we got back was we cannot confirm or deny the existence of such records
01:06:51.300and the records we were seeking was who was on the plane with cash patel
01:06:55.320wonderful um august 24th is when brian harpole claims that security began planning for the
01:07:06.220event uv was not informed or included in that said planning on the military side of things
01:07:10.780operation valhalla strike begins between civilians and the military in minnesota
01:07:16.600it's an interesting name valhalla strike coordination between civilians and the military
01:08:08.500And then finally, Dan Flood calls him the next day.
01:08:12.020So that's what went down leading up to September 10th in Charlie's life.
01:08:19.340So you're probably interested in Macy Crofts. And this is public information that she was the driver of the bus, so to speak. And she would be working with Andrew Seifer on this. He's the longtime head of the field. He is, I call him one of Tyler Boyer's guys, who was also present on that day.
01:08:42.640But you just start to wonder if Charlie's texting people the night before saying that he thinks he's going to die and he's under a lot of pressure.
01:08:50.440Why did no one shift this event inside?
01:08:52.800In fact, it's noted in those documents that they could have just told him if Brian Harpo got on the ground and said, I don't like the way this feels.
01:08:59.740And Frank Turk said, I don't like the way this feels.
01:09:02.040They still could have accommodated them, potentially.
01:09:04.740They could have moved the event inside, potentially.
01:09:06.760They never communicated this to the police at UVU.
01:09:15.100And, you know, in the background, I worked on everybody.
01:09:17.140I've been working on everybody wanting to just know information about these people because I'm just trying to put together common themes.
01:09:23.560And I want to be clear, this thread that I came across has nothing to do with Macy.
01:09:29.560You can't control what your family does.
01:09:31.520But, you know, when I learned that her father had passed suddenly and that her family was involved in law enforcement in Idaho, I did come across a very interesting case of her uncle.
01:09:46.040In June of 2025, I should plot this actually on the timeline, that Macy Croft's uncle was charged for action out of school.
01:10:01.020And I want to get these charges exactly right.
01:15:01.260He did. He's not denying he did the thing. It's about establishing intent. And I guess you heard
01:15:06.700it. You have to establish intent. And he says it was locked. And she says that it wasn't locked.
01:15:11.400And, well, these things happen in Idaho. Anyway, we'll be right back after a break.
01:15:21.160All right, you guys, do you maybe owe back taxes? Do you have years of unfiled returns? Or maybe
01:15:25.640you file every year, but your tax balance just keeps growing? The October tax deadline is already
01:15:30.280approaching, and now is the perfect time to take action. Every month that you wait, IRS penalties
01:15:34.740and interest can continue adding to what you owe, and if you don't have a plan, you could face an
01:15:38.900even bigger tax problem. So before the IRS sends more letters or takes collection action, call Tax
01:15:44.300Network USA. They've been helping taxpayers nationwide for more than 15 years, resolving
01:15:48.580back taxes, unfiled returns, and serious IRS problems. Whether you owe $10,000 or $10 million,
01:15:54.580their team has resolved over $1 billion in tax debt. Right now, you can get a free IRS investigative
01:15:59.840call to find out what you owe and what options may be available. So call 866-686-1651 or visit
01:16:07.360tnusa.com slash Candice. Again, that's tnusa.com slash Candice. I also want to remind you guys
01:16:14.560about American financing because cheap, simple things like fast food shops with the family have
01:16:18.860become out of control expensive. What used to be $20 is now $40 or $50. Keeping up with household
01:16:24.420expenses is getting harder every month as well. And if you're a homeowner sitting on soaring credit
01:16:28.680card balances, you've probably considered refinancing, but maybe hesitated thinking
01:16:32.220about the low mortgage rate that you're currently enjoying. But hanging on to that low rate doesn't
01:16:36.040actually help if high interest credit cards are eating up your monthly income. That's where the
01:16:40.200numbers could shift in your favor. American financing can help you use your hard-earned
01:16:43.960equity to wipe out high interest credit card debt. Instead of making minimum payments on
01:16:47.940restaurant tabs for years, you could join thousands of homeowners saving an average of $800 a month
01:16:52.980with American financing. There are no upfront fees, no pressure, and no costs to find out
01:16:57.680your potential monthly savings, plus starting now, could mean delaying up the two mortgage
01:17:01.840payments. So call 800-795-1210. Again, that's 800-795-1210 or visit AmericanFinancing.net
01:17:10.360slash Owens. What did Charlie Kirk find out about his organization in the days leading
01:17:18.620up to his death? That's the question that I find myself asking. I'm going to think while it's still
01:17:24.000legal i i i am um after reading this report your takeaway should be and you should go read it in
01:17:30.060its entirety we're gonna talk more about the security next week because i need to do some
01:17:33.100researching on new names that have been introduced and i want to make sure that i can um be 100
01:17:39.580about what i'm going to say and that we are accurate in discussing what happened because
01:17:44.340there's some very interesting information about what took place with all the coordinating agencies
01:17:48.300But your main takeaway from today's episode should be the audacity of Turning Point USA over this last year. The audacity of Blake Neff, the audacity of Andrew Colbert, but most of all, the audacity of Erica.
01:18:04.980The audacity of Erica to have a syndicate of pastors, a syndicate of filthy third-rate online trolls attacking us day in and day out for pointing out what seemed to be obvious.
01:18:23.040When I said something's not right about how this event came together, now we learn this was just pushed by headquarters.0.89
01:18:28.640The list of TPUSA chapters that request to have Charlie speak be damned.
01:20:37.400And I want to be clear, I think Caleb did nothing wrong at all.
01:20:42.100He was told what to do by headquarters and he did it.
01:20:46.520And I believe Macy was told what to do, likely by Andrew Seifer, who was promoted shortly thereafter to a chief position at the organization.
01:20:54.100and i believe that he's always been based on my experience tyler boyer's guy and there were
01:21:01.920rumblings early on that money was missing particularly from turning point action
01:21:05.720which tyler boyer controls and i heard that from people at turning point usa and i heard it from a
01:21:12.380person outside of turning point usa who knew charlie and said that charlie was gearing up
01:21:16.680to fire, turning Tyler Boyer, the person who introduced him and Erica. Allegedly,
01:21:24.200Mikey McCoy expressed to people that Charlie wanted to fire Tyler Boyer. Well, good news.
01:21:31.500Tyler Boyer is not fired because Charlie is no longer here and Erica's in control and him and
01:21:38.300Erica go back since before Erica knew Charlie. It's good to have those sorts of relationships.
01:21:45.780You just wonder what those relationships are really about.
01:21:48.660And I think we have demonstrated that there's a lot of smoke here.
01:21:55.280And I do just want to express, before we get into your comments, how positively sickened I am that a man could dedicate so much of his life to platforming so many individuals and all of them turn their back on him.
01:22:10.280They're all betraying Charlie day in and day out.
01:22:12.220All of those influencers that you see that are lying about things, obscuring, helping participate in the gaslighting of what's happened here, jumping on and saying, oh, it's so crazy.
01:22:21.960Anybody would ever have a question about Erica Kirk?
01:22:25.660Reading through this document should also sicken you.
01:22:31.020Charlie was completely, he is abandoned every day by those people.
01:27:16.900SJ writes, July 10th was the request for UVU.
01:27:19.800How close to the UVU terrorist drill was this?
01:27:23.260Didn't they just do that drill around then?
01:27:24.880keep going max. That drill was on June 17th. I should have included June because June was also
01:27:29.680when, um, what did Bibi do in June? Hold on, I actually have the timeline here, the one that
01:27:36.440goes above that. June was when Charlie got into it with Bibi at the White House. And then, um,
01:27:43.640in that same day, Erica purged her Instagram. June 18th and 19th is when Charlie went to the White0.66
01:27:48.580House and won the debate against the Zionist lobbyists regarding going to war, um, with Iran.
01:27:54.880And then on June 19th, Erica purchased her Instagram. And on June, yeah, that's leading up to June. And then we had Operation Midnight Hammer, which was Trump agreed to do to bomb Fordow and nuclear sites.
01:28:11.620yeah and then on june 26th is when suddenly claire guinan writes her first article for
01:28:21.560jezebel she's going to be the one that writes the article about the witch's curse she had no
01:28:25.440writing profile before that new writer so that was a big week as well you are correct i mean a big
01:28:31.140month as well rachel meow writes principal i did not read ahead i swear i just downloaded the report
01:28:40.280to read along, Promise Love from Houston.
01:28:42.480You can read ahead, read the entire document,
01:28:45.440do what I do, mark it up, highlight it,
