00:00:00.040 hello beautiful ladies and welcome to today's video I'm gonna show you how to
00:00:03.960 get this Valentine's Day look two different lipsticks makes it like two
00:00:07.920 different looks I'm gonna start with putting on some primer all over the
00:00:11.280 face this is a glow primer and it's gonna make my skin look dewy and fresh
00:00:14.920 it's hard in the winter time we all know your face gets kind of dry and chapped
00:00:18.480 and I definitely have that issue then I went in with a second primer this is a
00:00:23.640 pore filling primer and I just put that on the cheeks I drew on some foundation
00:00:27.520 all over my face using the healthy skin foundation or just healthy foundation
00:00:31.720 from Physicians Formula and I tap that in with a damp sponge just to get some good
00:00:36.040 coverage as well as a dewy look to the skin I like the damp sponge method I think
00:00:41.120 that it really does add a certain kind of glow to the skin that you don't get with
00:00:44.920 a brush then I went ahead and I put on some concealer I tap that in with the
00:00:50.080 damp sponge using the pointy end so I could get in around my eye a little bit
00:00:53.020 better because the wide end doesn't get into the small spaces as well I went
00:00:56.980 ahead and set my my eye and my concealer just so that I didn't get any creases
00:01:00.820 but let's be honest we're always gonna get creases it's just gonna happen and
00:01:04.120 that's fine I then set my whole face just so that I'd have a really nice base to
00:01:09.640 go in with the rest of my products I went in with a contour shade now and I went
00:01:14.620 under the one under the cheekbones to just draw attention to the center of the
00:01:20.320 face and that's why I went around the corners of my forehead as well just to
00:01:24.820 again you want to look like you have a lot of light in the center of your face I
00:01:29.080 went under the jaw so that I could really define that in pictures it's gonna
00:01:33.460 make a big difference and then I went in with this fluffy brush with a more
00:01:37.240 warm shade and that's gonna make me look sunkissed and I put that in all the
00:01:41.260 same places that the contour was just a little bit less specifically and I'm
00:01:44.100 having a great time with that so then I went in with the same contour shade that I
00:01:48.660 started with and I just contoured my nose a bit I went on either side and then at the
00:01:53.780 very tip of it just to shorten the nose a bit for me for me that's nice for
00:01:57.980 pictures then I went in with a blush and I just applied that to the cheeks to the
00:02:02.520 apples of the cheeks and then I put in put on some highlighter I put that right
00:02:07.020 on the tops of the cheekbones just to give it a little bit of light there which I
00:02:10.400 really I love putting on highlight especially in the wintertime I think it
00:02:14.360 really makes the skin look beautiful I put it on the nose as well a little bit
00:02:17.960 make kind of do it in the shape of an exclamation point so that you get the
00:02:21.080 little ball on the end of the nose a little cute look and then I set my
00:02:24.320 whole face using a setting spray and I fan that in nobody wants a wet face when
00:02:28.580 you're going in with the rest of your products so now I'm going to go in with
00:02:32.580 the two eyeshadow palettes I'm using I'm using a palette from Morphe by Jaclyn
00:02:37.040 Hill and the wet and wild palette I started off with a transition shade which is
00:02:42.920 kind of a taupey pink and a transition shade is the first shade you go in with
00:02:47.000 that helps you blend out the rest of the shades if you go in with a dark shade
00:02:49.840 first it's not going to blend out as well so you start with something that's
00:02:52.540 light and that you can sort of make mistakes with because it's not going to
00:02:56.560 show much then I went in with the darker shade on a smaller brush and I just went
00:03:01.300 in on the outer V and into the crease and I used windshield wiper motions to blend
00:03:05.380 that out so that it just looks really seamless and you can see I blend for a
00:03:09.400 while because you don't want it to look like a line you really want it to look
00:03:12.820 like oh it just kind of is blown out and really easy and beautiful without much
00:03:17.800 hard work then I went in with the under the eye with the same dark shade just so
00:03:24.700 I can define my lower lash line so if you don't put that on your eye still gonna
00:03:28.840 look beautiful but it's not gonna have that same look that you're going for
00:03:31.660 which is more wide-eyed I went in with a cream shadow from Colourpop this pink
00:03:38.380 glittery cream shadow and I've had this for a long time and these things don't dry
00:03:41.800 out which is awesome I then blended it out but I always find that it's just easier to
00:03:46.600 apply cream shadows with my fingertip if I try and use a brush it just doesn't do
00:03:50.620 a great job I then took this stila glitter and I put this in the center of
00:03:55.060 my lid because you can see it's really cool it kind of makes it look like your
00:03:58.540 eyes really round and big and wide-eyed and I blended out the edges with the same
00:04:05.020 brush that I was using to blend out the cream shadow you just want it to look
00:04:08.860 like it's right in the center of the lid then I went ahead and I put on some
00:04:14.000 highlight in the inner corners of my eyes because that's gonna make you look
00:04:16.580 doe-eyed and I took a black shadow on a liner brush and I put that right on the
00:04:22.580 lash line just to give myself a little bit more definition then I went in and
00:04:27.920 curled my lashes went in on both sides and then I applied a mascara a dark
00:04:33.200 mascara because I'm gonna put on lashes today which I very rarely do but that was
00:04:37.520 a my idea was that for Valentine's maybe I'd go all out so off-camera I'm gonna do
00:04:44.120 that but first I'm gonna apply some brow stylist to my eyebrows and there it is
00:04:51.500 the magic happened off camera and the lashes are on so then I went in with this
00:04:56.420 balm like color from wet and wild and it's still a bold lip which you obviously
00:05:01.940 don't have to go this bold you can do something that's like a little bit more
00:05:05.600 nude but I thought this was really pretty and you can see that's the first look
00:05:10.660 just with that color and I went ahead and wiped that off it's nice to go in with
00:05:14.540 the balm because then I can go in with a liquid lip and it's not gonna be too
00:05:17.600 heavy and you can see that this is the finished look thank you guys so much for
