00:00:00.000 Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to another video and today I'm going to go over my protocol
00:00:04.500 that allowed me to have this transformation over the past two weeks and you know because I've seen
00:00:09.520 people notice in the comment section that I've been looking a bit better so let's kind of
00:00:13.660 analyze where we started and where we got to and the steps in between. So first off let's take a
00:00:18.880 look at the before photo kind of analyze what's going wrong and then how we can improve upon
00:00:23.740 these phallos. So we take a look and we've got a lot of rosacea, you know, horrible coloring and
00:00:30.040 high body fat, right? So that those were the main things that were, you know, fixed between these
00:00:35.740 two photos because it was only a two week period. This isn't some crazy, you know, five year tick
00:00:41.820 tock transformation that you guys are used to just showing you a basic way to improve by one to two
00:00:47.180 PSL over a short period of time because these two things, these two soft maxes can go a long way,
00:00:52.600 but it's not, you know, magic, right? So this is not obviously hard max tier results. So, you know,
00:00:59.260 with the lack of facial angularity and the bloating, you know, obviously drinking alcohol here,
00:01:04.060 we're going to flush the skin a little bit. That really is descending me. It's causing me to have
00:01:08.240 an overly wide perceived facial width to height ratio, you know, because of the bloat and, you know,
00:01:15.100 we take a look here, my skull looks a lot taller, the total facial width to height ratio and,
00:01:21.020 you know, skull length looks a lot better. The hollow cheeks are coming in a lot more chiseled,
00:01:25.460 a lot more tan. We don't have that redness and the rosacea because we were able to fix our skin's
00:01:30.720 hydration barrier along with getting a natural tan. So let's kind of talk specifically about how we did
00:01:37.460 each of the following. So lean maxing. Now, obviously lean maxing is just being in a calorie
00:01:42.160 deficit and going down in body fat, but there's good ways to do it and there's ways that are not so
00:01:47.720 optimal, right? So to be as efficient as possible, we're going to be using Reddit True Tide, right?
00:01:52.400 So you guys have heard about Reddit True Tide over the past three months, probably longer than that,
00:01:57.820 since it kind of went mainstream. And, you know, if you want to get Reddit True Tide, you can check
00:02:03.000 out longevityotc.com with code CLAV. That's going to make lean maxing so much better, so much more
00:02:10.180 tolerable because you're not constantly thinking about being hungry all the time, right? Nobody wants to
00:02:15.020 deal with that shit. I'd say that's the worst part about cutting is the low energy and just constantly
00:02:20.300 having it in the back of your mind that you're fucking starving yourself. So that kind of gets
00:02:25.420 rid of the, you know, detriments of cutting and makes it extremely easy, right? So this is the body
00:02:30.520 fat percentage. See, we're pretty chiseled, you know, not, maybe not single digit, but we're certainly
00:02:36.900 getting there. And it helps me chisel out my face a lot since I'm on a low dose of steroids. You know,
00:02:42.120 my face still looks relatively lean. The next thing I did to suppress my appetite even more,
00:02:46.640 because for some reason my appetite is just beyond ridiculous. You know, some people have
00:02:51.280 awful appetites. They can't bulk, they can't put on muscle. For me, it's the opposite. If I am not on
00:02:56.940 a GLP-1 and if I'm not using, you know, natural or pharmaceutical, you know, methods of suppressing
00:03:03.300 my appetite even further, you know, I will go up in body fat quite quickly. So that's where
00:03:09.220 the amphetamines come in, right? So with amphetamines, you know, whether it be Adderall
00:03:14.460 or, you know, different types of amphetamines, this is going to suppress your appetite. All
00:03:19.000 stimulants do this, no matter what kind, right? Caffeine is going to suppress your appetite.
00:03:23.440 You know, Adderall is going to suppress your appetite. So it's a good tool to kind of work
00:03:27.360 into the mix. If you're still having hunger problems, you know, I take it before I go out,
00:03:32.780 that way that I could, you know, go to nightclubs and stuff like that and not think about eating,
00:03:36.500 do a lot of cardio dance maxing, you know, the drill. So that's where the amphetamines come in
00:03:41.480 just as an extra form of, you know, appetite suppression, because I am on 12 milligrams of
00:03:47.080 retichutide and I still get relatively hungry considering that extremely high dose. So that
00:03:52.480 just goes to show where my appetite is. The next thing that I did to keep a favorable body composition,
00:03:58.200 we take a look at the physique here, still looking decent, still looking pretty full,
00:04:02.860 you know, maybe a little bit like a gin depleted, but what we're doing is a low fat diet, right? So
00:04:08.660 with the low fat diet, we're still able to keep our carbs high. So that way our training doesn't,
00:04:13.380 you know, take a hit in the process of going on a cut. And obviously we're still getting an
00:04:17.680 adequate amount of protein so that all of our growth pathways remain optimized. And obviously
00:04:22.880 with the low fat diet, it's not going to affect me as much because I'm, you know, obviously using
00:04:27.580 exogenous steroids. So when you use exogenous hormones, guys, you're no longer relying on,
00:04:33.340 you know, dietary fat to kind of help you with testosterone synthesis. And the thing that I need
00:04:38.680 to clarify before we move on is that, you know, the dietary fat that you eat as a natural really
00:04:43.880 doesn't do as much as you think in terms of your testosterone levels. It's quite negligible actually.
00:04:48.480 And for additional, you know, lipolysis through a couple of different pathways, right? We've already
00:04:53.200 got the RADO with the glucagon receptor, but we're taking the lipolysis a step further and we're using
00:04:58.280 HGH and Anabar, right? So we're using two to four units of HGH every single day before bed, right?
00:05:04.940 So that way we get that fasted lipolysis since we're not eating at night. And that goes a long
00:05:09.620 way for fixing the composition. You know, obviously you're going to be a lot fuller and the physique's
00:05:14.540 going to be better. Okay. Now coloring. Coloring is what I would say made the biggest difference to my
00:05:19.680 looks over the past two weeks. That's what's really ascended me, gotten me the most compliments.
00:05:24.440 So what's the best way to improve upon your coloring, right? So melanotan 2. Guys, melanotan 2
00:05:29.780 is the best peptide that you could take for your coloring, right? So that's going to be obviously
00:05:34.840 phenotype specific, I should clarify, but for most people, melanotan 2 will ascend you. Now I've heard
00:05:41.400 a lot of debate on the internet recently about melanotan 1 versus 2 because MT1 is more selective,
00:05:46.340 but MT2 does a lot of extra things that I like, you know, obviously, you know, the mood upregulation
00:05:52.160 from the oxytocin and, you know, the benefits to your sexual function and the appetite suppressant,
00:05:58.640 you know, nature of melanotan 2 make it the reason that I choose it over MT1. I will also note about
00:06:05.300 MT2, it does upregulate your sebaceous glands. So with that being said, if you're prone to acne,
00:06:10.500 this could exacerbate it a little bit and be somewhat problematic. But with me being on Accutane,
00:06:15.120 as well as dutasteride, I would say the scale is still tipped in my favor in terms of, you know,
00:06:20.020 sebaceous gland downregulation. So my protocol for MT2, guys, is 250 micrograms every single day,
00:06:26.760 right before I leave the house for the morning, and I'm not wearing anything that's protecting me
00:06:32.340 from UVA rays, right? So I'm just wearing regular SPF, you know, like over-the-counter American
00:06:38.040 sunscreen, usually about 35 SPF. That way, you know, most of the UV is still getting through the skin,
00:06:44.480 obviously, we could tell with the change in color, but, you know, I find that you don't
00:06:48.340 lobster max as hard, you don't get as much, you know, UV damage if you have a slight layer of SPF
00:06:53.720 on your face. Obviously, if you go with the SPF plus PA plus plus plus, you know, the tan and the
00:07:00.260 UV rays are really not going to work as well, but you could certainly still do that. And with MT2,
00:07:05.920 you need such minimal sun exposure, guys, such little damage to your collagen production,
00:07:10.120 you literally only need like 10 minutes a day of UV exposure. I'm telling you, this has been no
00:07:15.860 more than 10 minutes a day of exposure to UV. So 250 micrograms, you're going to feel a lot better,
00:07:22.180 you know, your sexual function will be better. MT2 is a phenomenal peptide, definitely one of my
00:07:26.880 favorites. So the next thing that you guys need to understand about your coloring is the carotenoid
00:07:31.800 axis, right? So I've talked about this extensively. You know, if you don't maximize your carotenoid intake,
00:07:38.480 you know, and your carotenoid axis, you will not look as good, right? So the undertone pill is very
00:07:45.100 brutal. You could tell that I've got somewhat of a slightly red, healthy undertone going on,
00:07:50.400 even though I'm tan, right? This is influenced by carotenoids. So if you take beta carotene,
00:07:55.500 lycopene, and astaxanthin, this is going to give you that reddish undertone glow. Another mechanism upon,
00:08:02.420 you know, being able to get that reddish glow is actually taking testosterone, right? That's going to
00:08:06.720 give you the same effect. You have a nice tan on top of that. The red and the tan are very synergistic,
00:08:12.300 and I think it gives you quite the healthy glow. So taking a carotenoid blend, you could pick this
00:08:17.820 up on Amazon. It really doesn't matter which one, as long as the dosing, it meets the minimum effective
00:08:22.720 dose, and you'll be totally fine with that. Combining these two things, your coloring will be
00:08:27.500 like Tom Stridge, I'm telling you. Now, the next thing that I've been kind of experimenting with is
00:08:31.760 the shirt color, right? So if you're tan and you're someone who's European, you could actually
00:08:37.400 wear a white t-shirt to, you know, kind of show the contrast. Obviously, me and Drago here are
00:08:43.600 displaying that in this one picture from my Instagram. We're kind of showing off the contrast,
00:08:49.020 showing off our tan. That way, you know, there's a basis for how tan we actually are with our white
00:08:54.540 shirts for people to see. Now, black can certainly mog, but I think black offers a better contrast when
00:08:59.740 you're super pale. So I kind of reserve black shirts and black, you know, clothing for when I'm,
00:09:05.940 you know, a little bit more pale. And anyway, the last thing for coloring that I've been doing
00:09:11.040 is the Lumify eye drops, right? So having a super white sclera while you're super tan is excellent
00:09:18.740 contrast. Very important, guys. You need to understand that your sclera being white while you're
00:09:24.000 super tan will give you so much strikingness, will give you such an increase in your attraction.
00:09:28.840 It goes a long way. So such a simple Lux Max, but so effective. You can tell,
00:09:35.640 you know, based on my eye area here, I look a lot more striking than usual and everything looks
00:09:41.060 better. Yurts as well. He's using the, you know, Lumify eye drops and you could tell that contrast
00:09:46.340 between his colored eyes here, you know, in the sclera. And it's, it's very impressive. Once again,
00:09:52.320 another example here. The next thing I want to discuss is the skin barrier and your complexion,
00:09:57.000 right? So obviously over, you know, the past few months, I've improved my complexion a lot.
00:10:02.660 I've improved upon my skin's barrier and hydration because my skin barrier was damaged for
00:10:08.360 probably about a year, right? So I was taking high doses of Accutane without proper moisturization.
00:10:15.000 And that was giving me, you know, uneven complexion, redness, rosacea, and just unhealthy
00:10:20.400 looking skin with, with poor collagen, right? So having proper moisture really goes a long way,
00:10:25.900 making you look a lot more youthful and a lot more vibrant. So how exactly do you do that while
00:10:30.180 you're taking Accutane, right? Because Accutane is going to downregulate, you know, your sebum
00:10:34.580 production. So how do you kind of beat that out if, if we're drying out our skin? Well, that's going to
00:10:40.700 be with these two products right here, right? So this is a B5 balm. This is something that you use
00:10:47.060 once a week. And this is like a nuclear solution in terms of having super dry skin.
00:10:52.380 I will note that it has shea butter in it, which is, you know, two or three out of five
00:10:57.100 on the chromogenic scale. So, you know, if you're super prone to getting, you know,
00:11:01.920 closed comedones and super, you know, acne prone skin, I wouldn't really use this too much unless
00:11:07.840 you're in dire need. But for most people, this is going to be okay to use once a week to kind of
00:11:13.360 recover. If your skin gets a little dried out, you know, maybe you're exposed to
00:11:17.000 sun, maybe you take too much Accutane. It's necessary, or you cleanse, you overcleanse.
00:11:22.680 It's necessary sometimes to throw this in. But this is my daily driver in terms of
00:11:27.780 moisturization. This line, the Avene Cleanance line, the Hydra, was specifically designed for
00:11:33.040 people who are using treatments like Accutane and topical tretinoin to maintain their skin's
00:11:38.180 hydration. So phenomenal moisturizer, not chromogenic at all. So you're not going to have
00:11:43.060 any issues with acne. This stuff is amazing. So you could pick up both of these tools. I'm not
00:11:48.780 sponsored. I just have, you know, done tons of research, tried tons of products. And these two
00:11:54.160 work very synergistically. One more thing I'll note is be very careful about your cleanser,
00:11:59.200 stripping too much oil from your skin, stripping away the hydration. A lot of people will be using
00:12:04.200 Accutane and they're still using salicylic acid, you know, stuff like that. That's just absolutely
00:12:09.500 obliterating their moisture barrier and they're not properly rehydrating. So if you're on Accutane,
00:12:15.560 I promise you, you don't need that strong of a cleanser. Get the most gentle thing that you could
00:12:19.580 find and make sure that we're staying hydrated. That way that you could reap all the benefits of
00:12:24.220 the, you know, collagen proliferation without, you know, the super dehydrated, dead looking skin,
00:12:31.000 because that's a huge fail when your skin's like peeling and shit. So we don't want that.
00:12:35.260 And what I'll say about Accutane is I'm between 7.5 to 15 milligrams. I prefer the low dose approach
00:12:42.440 that's slightly above the Hollywood dosing for Accutane where, you know, actors take five
00:12:47.140 milligrams just for the glowy skin. So I'm a little bit above that, you know, fix the skin a little bit
00:12:52.340 more, increase my skin cell turnover. And once my complexion is pretty much perfect, you know,
00:12:58.140 we're going to lower that down to five again. That way we can maintain our results and, you know,
00:13:03.400 have super, super good anti-aging in place. Now, the next thing for my skin that I use is GHKCU,
00:13:10.040 guys. So GHKCU is a phenomenal peptide for getting your, you know, collagen and elastin
00:13:16.660 production right where it needs to be. This stuff will literally make your skin look like you're
00:13:21.000 using makeup, but you guys have to use this for extended periods of time before you start to reap
00:13:26.800 the benefits, right? So this is not an overnight peptide that's going to work instantly like MT2.
00:13:30.720 It's going to take you a lot of, you know, commitment to a pinning schedule where you're
00:13:35.480 actually using this frequently. And I would say it's going to take you probably about three months
00:13:40.860 to start to reap the benefits. So that could be a little bit annoying to do constant injections
00:13:45.060 for three months just for slightly better collagen and elastin. But for me, it's worth it. I'm already
00:13:50.300 doing a lot of pins, so it's not that big of a deal. But that's how I improved upon my skin's
00:13:56.000 barrier and complexion. Now, the next thing that I want to go over is how to use makeup as a male
00:14:01.420 and how to looks max with it, right? So makeup is one of the best looks maxes out there if you know
00:14:07.720 how to use it, right? So makeup is obviously a huge fallow for normies and all the societal
00:14:13.480 implications rather. Oh, dude, that's gay, this, that, and the other thing. It's like, yeah,
00:14:18.900 you're gay if you're walking into a bar with a face full of makeup. But if we could subtly improve
00:14:23.620 upon ourselves and just give ourselves a little bit more of a sharpened look, then I see no reason
00:14:29.120 why we shouldn't do that, right? If you know what you're doing, you're not going to get caught. No
00:14:32.260 one's going to fucking know. So explain to me how that's gay. If something helps you get more girls
00:14:36.540 and improve your looks, that's gay? I don't fucking think so. So let's talk about exactly what to do.
00:14:41.960 The first thing you're going to want to do is BB cream, right? So I rely on this all the time when I
00:14:46.060 go out. I'm not wearing any BB cream or anything right now. This is just for going out only.
00:14:51.060 And the reason for that is, while a lot of companies will claim that their BB cream is
00:14:56.180 non-commodic, it's still possible that having heavy makeup sit on your face for extended periods of
00:15:01.700 time with high frequency, that could cause your skin to clog a little bit. So you want to minimize
00:15:06.740 your usage to only times that it actually matters, which is like nightlife. Maybe you're going on a
00:15:12.320 date. And this is a broad coverage. If you want to check out my exact makeup regimen, you could check
00:15:18.180 the video with cookie and I showed him exactly what to do. So that's just going to give you like
00:15:22.440 the sort of Hollywood filter look. Um, you know, if you're just using BB cream and you're going to
00:15:28.380 want to use concealer for a couple of other reasons, right? So if you've got, um, you know,
00:15:33.180 things like, you know, cuts on your neck from shaving, it's fantastic. If you want to be very,
00:15:38.240 you know, delicate about touching up your infra orbitals can be amazing. You know, if you've got eye
00:15:42.840 bags, uh, and it's really good for spot treatment with acne, right? So BB cream could only do so much.
00:15:47.560 So sometimes you're going to have to come in and do another layer on your, you know,
00:15:51.340 your more inflamed, uh, you know, pimples or whatever with concealer, uh, to really make
00:15:56.520 sure that your skin tone is a hundred percent maxed out. Now the last looks max I'm going to
00:16:01.220 talk about, uh, is what I'm displaying here. And that's a, you know, kind of new thing that,
00:16:06.900 you know, has been popularized recently. And that's the waterline pen for zygos, right? So,
00:16:12.460 um, this is kind of like frauding hollow cheeks a little bit because what we're trying to do is
00:16:18.620 follow along cookie's anatomy here, right? His lateral zygomatic arch and sort of where his
00:16:23.820 hollow cheeks would be naturally. And then we're blending it down to create a shadowing effect,
00:16:28.820 uh, and create a little bit of contrast between this part of his face that we're shadowing and
00:16:34.080 the top so that it looks like he has hollow cheeks, right? So this is an amazing looks max.
00:16:38.520 You can also do this along your mandible, uh, just make sure that you're not doing too much.
00:16:42.680 So that's why I do the dash method, uh, where I kind of go like this and I don't just draw a line
00:16:47.280 because it'll be too much and blend down, right? And follow your anatomy. Uh, if you want to watch
00:16:52.120 me draw this on cookie and blend it in for him, uh, once again, check out the, the vlog I did with
00:16:57.020 him recently and you'll get a clear picture on exactly how to do that. Um, but that's the makeup
00:17:01.740 bit and that's what I'm doing for makeup. Now, the last thing that I'll mention, right? Because
00:17:06.560 obviously we, you know, we take a look back to this picture here, um, versus, um, you know,
00:17:13.040 the, the first picture on the list, right? We notice a lot of redness, a lot of flushing,
00:17:19.100 uh, and that's mostly from alcohol, right? So the redness is the toxins from, from alcohol
00:17:25.000 that are, you know, causing the flushing, the rosacea and the irritation because your, your
00:17:29.820 liver is literally unable to process it. That's why the side effects manifest. And also, uh, you
00:17:36.000 know, we took a look at here, we don't have any of those same issues. We don't have the
00:17:39.500 facial bloating. Obviously I was higher body fat in these photos, but not by this significant
00:17:44.300 of a margin. It quite literally was the drinking that was ascending me. Uh, so keep that in mind
00:17:49.120 guys. Uh, the, you know, so we took a look at the mechanism of action for why alcohol bloats
00:17:54.060 you. It is the blood vessel dilation. So we'll read through here. In addition to being a diuretic,
00:17:59.080 alcohol is often a vasodilator, meaning it can cause the blood vessels to relax and expand
00:18:04.320 temporarily. Now this is going to exacerbate your facial bloating, uh, and, and not be
00:18:09.880 great. So even though it is a diuretic, so in theory that would, you know, be helpful
00:18:13.480 for getting more chiseled, uh, it's got more negative benefits in terms of facial leanness
00:18:18.340 that it winds up being a net negative. So, uh, guys avoid the acne, but you, or avoid, definitely
00:18:24.740 avoid the acne, but also avoid the alcohol unless you absolutely need to. Uh, but you might think,
00:18:30.620 hey Clav, well, what do I do instead for my anxiety? You know, what do I do to be low inhibition
00:18:35.900 at the bar and be able to talk to people and be more sociable? Uh, that's where these two
00:18:40.040 come in pre-gab and back-low. Uh, so obviously we've talked extensively about these, how these
00:18:45.380 are going to block certain neurotransmitters that are closely linked to anxiety, like your
00:18:49.620 glutamate. So that's going to be a lot healthier, a lot better for looks maxers, uh, to, to utilize.
00:18:56.620 Be careful. Don't overdo it and don't take this too frequently. Uh, and this could be
00:19:00.180 a good substitution for alcohol in some rare cases. Now, once again, um, go to your doctor
00:19:06.360 and get this all, um, you know, but just be careful guys. Okay guys, that's my simple
00:19:11.500 video on kind of how I send it so quickly. Uh, you know, you guys have been asking for
00:19:16.080 it, asking me questions all the time in my TikTok comments. So I figured I'd make you
00:19:19.820 this video. Now this isn't a full A to Z looks maxing video. Of course, this is just how
00:19:25.140 you make a quick ascension. You know, sometimes you just got to lock in for like two weeks,
00:19:30.520 really dial in on the fucking diet, really dial in on the coloring and it could go a long
00:19:34.800 way. Like I'm noticing a huge boost, uh, and my PSL, a huge boost in my looks, my treatment.
00:19:41.140 Uh, so sometimes it's good to switch it up, right? You know, letting yourself go is inevitable.
00:19:45.520 Sometimes it happens. Sometimes you're overeating, uh, maybe not getting enough energy expenditure
00:19:50.380 and you could, you know, deal with facial bloating like this here, but it's important to quickly
00:19:55.760 recover yourself and snap back into it. And that's kind of what I've, I've done here. Um,
00:20:01.080 and this is probably the best I've been looking, uh, in my life. I would say that I'm definitely
00:20:05.760 in my prime. So hopefully that video helped. Uh, now I've made my school community free for you
00:20:11.940 guys. So if you want to read all my guides, you could actually check that out in the description
00:20:16.300 below. It's free for a limited time only. So I'm probably only going to make it free for one week.
00:20:21.700 So, uh, I doubt you'll be able to read all of the information in there in a week, but me, you know,
00:20:27.000 maybe if you're pretty consistent, uh, with, you know, going through all my guides, uh, it'll be
00:20:31.780 worth your time. That's, you know, something I'm extremely confident in. So just go check it out,
00:20:37.260 go give it a read. It's free. Um, and thank you guys for watching the video.
