In this episode, I talk about how I set goals that are inevitable based on a standard. If I want to get fit, I don't set a goal. I set a standard I'm willing to hold. I say what's the standard I'll hold every day. And I know if I hit a certain target, and I stay under 2,400 calories a day, 200 grams of protein, it's not a goal, it becomes inevitable because of the standard that I hold.
