In this episode, I talk about how important it is to have a system in place that allows you to do the work, so that you can make the decisions. We run companies with a lot of meetings, and without the right systems in place, we can't solve the problems that come up. And those meetings are usually like, "Hey guys, since our conversation yesterday, I came up with some stuff I wanted to review with you guys. Since then, I've been thinking about what we should do in order to avoid those meetings in the future."
