Don t take your foot off the gas too often. Too often you get to a destination, you get comfortable, you start climbing that mountain, you feel good about yourself, you're getting in shape, everything gets easier, and all of a sudden you're like, hey it's time to set up camp, it's time to chill out, it s time to reap some of the rewards. And I'm telling you, that is not the way the game is played. Find a rhythm that you can sustain that will keep building momentum and keep building that momentum. Because the day you take your eye off the ball, it will slow down.
