00:00:32.100 And I thought I was a genius, but here's the crazy part.

00:00:36.900 I wasn't that great, I'm not like a 10X programmer,

00:00:39.640 it didn't matter to me because I became obsessed.

00:01:47.420 And in that podcast, he has this great quote that says,

00:01:52.520 to reveal where you're not free.

00:01:54.520 And I love that because working with him

00:01:56.640 allowed me to go really deep on areas of my life

00:01:59.540 that I had a lot of friction.

00:02:00.860 I had a lot of trauma around.

00:02:02.460 And every time these scenarios showed up,

00:02:05.140 my default response didn't produce the ideal outcome.

00:02:09.160 And when you learn this, when you see yourself react,

00:02:21.820 makes life harder and you are able to see it for what it is and to rewrite the story,

00:02:34.440 is through business, is wanting to create more, wanting to give more, seeing your ego show up,

00:02:40.440 but also realize through yourself and looking at your ego that that's not who I am. That's

00:02:45.180 at my core. That's not what I'm about. And understanding that the more you grow,

00:02:53.400 and it just creates this beautiful process.

00:02:56.600 Number two is a forcing function for skills.
