00:01:30.900 on to say large-scale immigration from the Orient would change the fundamental composition of the

00:01:37.940 Canadian population. Now in England I always refer to the date as 1948 as the date we need to go back

00:01:46.280 to and that was when it all went downhill. So it's very interesting to always look at the

00:01:52.140 Anglosphere because we are essentially one, one people. We have here 1947, 1948, it's the post-war

00:02:00.040 era in which everything went wrong and so i was really happy when i looked at this data in 1951

00:02:19.080 that graph is beautiful and you had 1.2 percent were first nations which is the indigenous

00:02:26.280 population and so what's interesting is when they always say oh but what about the indigenous people

00:04:33.940 is just astonishing if we continue so between 1981 and 2021 the European Canadian share of the

00:04:41.300 population fell from well from 93 percent to 69 percent and as I say today in 2026 we think it's

00:04:47.900 around 61.8 percent whereas the Canada's non-western population grew from only 3.7 percent to 26 percent

00:04:56.860 in 2021 and now is around a third of your people so if we look at canada's immigration in 1971

00:05:09.020 as i say it was only around 11 non-western in 2021 it was 83 non-western so 83 of all

00:05:16.780 immigrants coming into canada in 2021 were from the third world and what's astonishing is i talk 1.00

00:05:23.500 about this a lot in the uk sorry great britain and we have very similar numbers it's always

00:05:28.300 around 80 to 85 percent of all our immigration is from the third world predominant predominantly

00:05:33.180 in england it's from india then pakistan and nigeria and of course coming into toronto

00:05:47.580 accounted for well over 90 of population growth in most years and so the issue is of course

00:05:53.420 we have to address the Canadian fertility rate because this population growth for 90% of it to 0.89

00:07:11.080 three million increase from 1981 to 2021 and so how is it that in 2021 you have around 25 million

00:07:20.280 people that are of european ancestry and yet the population is 41 million so that's all from

00:07:27.640 immigration that is how that is the scale that we're talking about here and in 2026 as i say

00:07:35.160 we estimate that the population is well it's just over 41 million people in canada

00:07:41.000 um and in total as i say around a third of those in canada are not from european ancestry and the

00:07:50.520 the numbers currently in canada is what we call above the replacement level so these are

00:07:56.040 replacement level numbers that essentially means right now unless millions of people leave you're

00:08:02.280 already going to be replaced like the replacement numbers are there they're already here in the

00:08:06.440 country we know that they have higher birth rates than the european ancestry and so yeah you've

00:08:14.120 already hit replacement level numbers this should be alarming if if anything this should be the

00:08:20.440 front page news of every single news outlet like what is going on we're going to lose our country

00:08:25.720 now unless we reverse migration through re-migration and so as i say canada needs

00:08:32.360 re-migration this is not a slogan or this is not some alarm this is literally we need re-migration

00:08:47.800 and so at the white papers policy institute we look at two different forms of re-migration one

00:08:54.040 is mandatory where you are told to leave that you're going and the other is voluntary where

00:09:00.040 we encourage you strongly to leave so let's start with mandatory remigration so at the white papers

00:09:07.020 policy institute as i say we've written a policy paper on remigration for canada and we have

00:09:13.120 estimated that 6.28 million non-western immigrants could be deported and removed under our mandatory

00:09:22.980 remigration policies and once you enact this that would remove 45 percent of all the non-west of

00:09:31.060 the entire non-western population from canada so if you take um that 33 of canada's population

00:09:39.060 are non-western we can remove 45 of those through mandatory remigration so the first step is to 0.68

00:09:46.180 remove those with temporary resident in canada so as soon as their visa expires their status 0.81

00:09:52.500 must become void we have a problem here in canada and also in britain where you have students coming

00:09:58.260 over on a visa or a healthcare worker and then they literally never leave it's like yeah okay

00:10:04.180 we allowed you to come in for two years or three years why are you still here 20 years later it's

00:10:08.180 insane so anyone that came here on a visa the minute it expires we need to enforce their removal

00:10:16.980 and enforce that they leave the problem is our governments are too relaxed they say okay yeah

00:10:21.380 well your visa has expired you shouldn't be here we're not going to physically deport you

00:10:26.180 then you have this huge illegal migration population living in our countries because 0.97

00:10:31.140 they simply refuse to leave and of course they refuse to leave why would they want to go back to

00:10:37.220 their third world countries well that's quite frankly it's not our problem if they want to 0.97

00:10:42.180 live here um okay well why don't they go back home and build their homes into something great

00:10:52.740 homelands and do the same you know we are not a soup kitchen for the entire world 0.66

00:11:05.060 and then the second step of mandatory remigration is to remove and revoke the permanent resident

00:11:10.260 status of those that have visas here and are living here permanently that should be around

00:11:16.580 2.7 million non-western immigrants. So anyone, whether they are temporary or permanent residents

00:11:24.620 on these visa statuses, they really should go back home. 1.00

00:11:31.500 Yeah, get the message already, come on. So step three is to remove those who we really don't want 1.00

00:11:40.820 you here so those who are illegal migrants visa overstayers failed asylum claims foreign-born 0.96

00:11:48.460 criminals and those who have obtained status through fraud now this last word fraud is really

00:11:54.960 crucial because having done a lot of research there was a study which found that 11,000

00:12:02.060 migrants were investigated by the authorities in Canada and 27 percent of those were here through

00:12:09.600 fake certificates and fake fraudulent documents and so that's just from one sample of 11 000 0.94

00:12:15.120 people but if you were to scale that up we would find huge numbers of fraud and as we've seen in

00:12:21.120 the news recently even america is talking about these hb1 visas where many indians entered 0.96

00:12:28.640 fraudulently and of course it's not just the indians it's just that they are visibly you know 1.00

00:12:32.560 the Sikhs are just they're everywhere but it's all all of the different groups that need to go 1.00

00:12:38.560 um so now we look at voluntary remigration so that's essentially those who have are naturalized 1.00

00:12:44.400 citizens and longer-term residents of non-western origin but they would prefer to live in their

00:12:49.440 homeland so we found a study in america which said that many of these migrants they actually prefer 0.85

00:12:56.400 to be around their own people they would prefer to be home but they just don't think the opportunities 0.96

00:13:01.280 there are very good or they don't have a high quality lifestyle so we thought okay so how do

00:13:06.560 we get them back because they like their people which is clear because they have their own enclaves

00:13:11.040 and their little groups you know in london we have a place in tauham that's um completely overrun by 1.00

00:13:16.800 bangladesh or bradford sort of the pakistani community they like to stick to their own so 0.97

00:13:22.480 okay so why don't you do that in your country with all your own people makes sense but if the barrier 0.99

00:13:28.000 is that they don't have the means to do it or the financial security um we would prefer to do that

00:13:34.720 so that you leave the next one um so with the white papers policy institute we have different

00:13:41.120 levels of re-migration scenarios from low to medium to high um as in how how quickly do we do

00:13:48.080 this and what are the impacts once it's enacted so our medium scenario is over 12 years which yes i

00:13:54.960 i know it's it's it's too long it needs to happen faster which would be a high scenario so anyway

00:14:00.060 in a 12-year re-migration program we would look at offering financial incentives logistical support

00:14:06.640 such as air travel to get back home international agreements with those receiving countries and

00:14:11.660 essentially to help them embed back into their communities because it's all well and good 0.85

00:14:16.680 deporting them but then if they end up just coming back because the conditions there are so unbearable

00:14:22.080 then we just repeat the cycle so it's also looking at how we can make sure they're there but um

00:14:27.600 that they also stay there and you know they should flourish in their homelands

00:14:31.520 i hate this excuse of oh but we have doctors and nurses here so yeah okay so where's your moral

00:14:36.640 compass do you not think their homelands in their countries need doctors and nurses so

00:14:41.920 what's your excuse you know we can argue this from so many perspectives but the moral argument is

00:14:47.440 they should rebuild their homelands but i shouldn't even need to argue on their behalf 0.51

00:14:53.520 our position is that we do not want to become a minority in our homelands we refuse to become a

00:14:58.800 minority in our homelands and so this is a an infographic where essentially with re-migration

00:15:06.960 we believe that um through our policies 11 million people can reasonably be re-migrated

00:15:14.080 and after remigration canada can become 81 european ancestry again and i know it's not you know

00:15:23.220 it's not 90 95 and the reason that is is because we account for those of non-western ancestry who

00:15:31.780 have either married a canadian or are somehow related in that way so that after remigration

00:15:39.760 the non-westerners who are here are the ones that have even married um to a canadian of european

00:15:45.540 ancestry you know we are understanding that you know some people are very lovely um and so those 0.93

00:17:12.700 doing everything in a legal legitimate way that through these policies is actually feasible this

00:17:26.540 non-western for example but this is a realistic policy paper and this is what we believe is

00:17:33.340 achieved achievable for canada if you go next one yeah so that's the end of the presentation

00:17:37.580 basically 11 million people can leave reasonably on the policies without any

00:17:44.940 violence without any potential civil wars this can be enacted and we predict it could take 12

00:17:51.260 years fully if you go back one slide um 12 years to get to this so we're looking at 2038 but we

00:17:58.060 need to get moving now this is something that needs to be enacted now because you guys are
