Matt Gaetz was one of the few members in the entire Congress who stood up against permanent Washington on behalf of his constituents. I m going to show you the debate, and who did and did not participate in that fight, and what it tells us about the next Congress. Elon has begun exposing Twitter s corruption and collusion slowly and deliberately through the release of what is known as the "The Twitter Files." It s known as The Twitter Files, Elon made us aware of Twitter s collusion with the Biden campaign. Now apparently the Biden Campaign had the ability to get posts removed just by emailing moderation department and then the moderation department would just email back, handled it. That is the definition of collusion and what is an egregious violation of the spirit of the First Amendment. That s what they actually think about the rest of us, that we deserve the censorship and for them to make decisions on our behalf. And when it actually is happening, they say it s a good thing and you should be thankful for it. And then, when it's actually happening... they say, "When it actually happened, it's good thing, and it's a good idea, and then they say... well, they're actually proud of it. Well, it doesn't quite fit anywhere, but I'm trying to talk about trust and safety, and I'm working on that. Working on that... And then... it doesn t fit anywhere. But I'm not quite sure where they're going to go with it. I'm... . Tweet Megyn Turley: . . . 00:04:41.000Matt Gaetz was one of the very few members in the entire Congress who bothered to stand up against permanent Washington on behalf of his constituents.
00:04:48.000Matt Gaetz right now, he's a problem for the Democratic Party.
00:04:51.000He can cause a lot of hiccups in passing applause.
00:04:54.000So we're going to keep running those stories to keep hurting him.
00:04:57.000If you stand for the flag and kneel in prayer, if you want to build America up and not burn her to the ground, then welcome, my fellow patriots!
00:05:33.000We are live broadcasting from room 2021 of the Rayburn office building in the Capitol complex in Washington, D.C., and I've got an important update regarding a vote that just happened, and for one person, a vote that actually didn't just happen, regarding the woke, radical gender ideology that has been Really forced down the throat of our military in a lot of cases.
00:05:57.000So a key Republican inquiry on how this gender ideology is affecting the military.
00:06:02.000I'm going to show you the debate and we're going to talk about who did and did not participate in that fight and what it tells us about the next Congress.
00:06:09.000Wanted to take note, all the folks let me know that they're tuning in from...
00:06:13.000Erie, Pennsylvania, McAllen, Texas, Benson, North Carolina, Pensacola, Florida, Hudson Valley, New York.
00:06:21.000Ensure that you get notifications by clicking that bell if you're watching on Rumble or if you're watching on YouTube.
00:06:28.000And then you want to be subscribed to the podcast so that you're up to date on all the information from right here inside our congressional office in Washington, D.C. We're good to go.
00:06:53.000Elon has begun exposing Twitter's corruption and collusion slowly and deliberately through the release of these internal communications between Twitter execs and employees.
00:08:19.000Take a look at what the creepy commissar of Twitter himself, Yoel Roth, the former head of trust and safety, had to say about permanently banning me from Twitter.
00:09:03.000Speech is actually what stops us from devolving into violence.
00:09:07.000But right here, Conflating speech with violence.
00:09:10.000That's exactly what you see the media trying to do to Marjorie Teller Green today, which is a total joke.
00:09:17.000I'm glad she's not giving it any more dignity than it deserves.
00:09:22.000But it's also exactly what Kevin McCarthy said about me.
00:09:25.000In the days following my criticism of Liz Cheney, Kevin McCarthy said that might have been gaslighting violence.
00:09:32.000So the same mentality that you see from the media today with Marjorie Taylor Greene, that you see from the Twitter executives trying to ban me, It was manifested in Kevin McCarthy's own thinking.
00:09:51.000And it's only fools who try to conflate them.
00:09:54.000Or it's people who are evil, who are actually trying to control behavior.
00:09:59.000And so they use this as their mechanism to do so.
00:10:02.000And, you know, you have also in this Slack this concurment from other folks at Twitter that Matt Gaetz was dangerous and deserved removal for incitement.
00:10:13.000As of today, I stand alone as the only lawmaker singled out by Twitter in this way.
00:10:21.000All the members of Congress that they could censor.
00:10:42.000My name appears on Big Tech's censorship files.
00:10:46.000Kevin McCarthy's name appears on Big Tech's political donation lists.
00:10:52.000So who do you really trust to take these people on?
00:10:56.000No more professional wrestling with Big Tech should be tolerated.
00:11:01.000No more puppet shows masquerading as oversight, which is exactly what happened when Kevin McCarthy was Majority Leader.
00:11:08.000They were never called to account, never truly.
00:11:11.000Now, Kevin McCarthy has been called Big Tech's best friend.
00:11:15.000And you could tell by the Twitter files that I'm their worst enemy, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
00:11:23.000I would expect that other members of Congress were also impacted negatively by Twitter's corruption.
00:11:28.000We saw years ago that Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows, and Devin Nunes joined me on a censorship list during the Russia hoax because we were the ones telling the truth.
00:11:39.000So first they said we were conspiracy theorists.
00:11:42.000Then when the evidence came out that we weren't, they did everything they could to shadow ban us.
00:11:46.000And now you have the national security apparatus saying, you know what?
00:11:49.000Everything we did to harm Trump, it was justified because he's an insurrectionist.
00:12:18.000Those of us who are the actual fighters, well, Twitter was colluding with the Democrats and the deep state to shadow ban us, censor us, ban conservatives.
00:12:30.000This country has always leaned center-right.
00:12:34.000We can't have the gatekeepers of information throttling the free flow of dissenting or unpopular opinions, much less the opinions that are shared by the majority of Americans.
00:12:46.000And now we see that these gatekeepers are massive, international, stateless corporations, unaccountable to the people or even their own rules or standards.
00:12:55.000You see in the Twitter files, when the standard doesn't fit, they just say to hell with it.
00:13:00.000Let's find a justification to ban people anyway who are saying things we don't like.
00:13:05.000Now, there will always be spineless regime apologists that owe their existence to preserving this corrupt system.
00:13:13.000And speaking of invertebrates, remember when Lincoln Project stooge Rick Wilson went on MSNBC to play defense for Twitter when they were facing these allegations initially?
00:13:49.000They're banning you because you say evil sh**.
00:13:52.000They're banning you because you support a revolution against the government of this country and a free and fair election.
00:13:58.000This is the most remarkable thing about this to me, is all these tough guy swagger monkeys who act like they're the big, you know, alpha males, they're whining and bitching and moaning about Kathy Griffith holding up a mannequin head or Nancy Pelosi tearing up a piece of paper.
00:14:19.000First, Twitter said in response to press inquiries, even some administrative action with the Federal Elections Commission, they weren't doing this.
00:14:30.000And then they have these shills like Rick Wilson go out there and say, well, you know, it's a good thing for the Internet that Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene get banned.
00:14:41.000That take aged about as well as Rick Wilson has.
00:14:45.000When we take Congress back in January, there will be a lot of people that have answering to do.
00:14:50.000And we can start with the former Twitter executives that were responsible for this malfeasance.
00:14:56.000Maybe we bring in Jack Dorsey and ask him about his testimony before the 116th Congress that seems to be directly contradicted by the evidence.
00:15:44.000And it makes you wonder, what else have they been lying about?
00:15:48.000Maybe we'll learn more from Elon's Twitter file drops in the coming days and weeks.
00:15:53.000But what's been done in the dark is about to be brought to the light by the next Republican Congress.
00:15:59.000Our enemies are running and scared, and we do have them on the ropes, and we're not going to let up.
00:16:05.000We just can't let Big Tech's errand boy become the Speaker of the House.
00:16:12.000Another subject I wanted to address today was the activity in the House Armed Services Committee around a resolution of inquiry that would require the Department of Defense to fess up about the woke ideology, the crazy radical gender ideology that they have been pushing on our military.
00:16:29.000And I want to clue you in on exactly how that debate went today.
00:16:44.000And we see it manifest in really what I think is one of the greatest honors we have, and that is our academy service nominations.
00:16:51.000I recall when I came to the Congress six years ago, we got our pick of the litter, the best of the best, brightest of the brightest.
00:16:58.000And every one of us has seen the number of people apply for academy noms go down, And we've seen an impact on quality based on how people are currently perceiving our military.
00:17:10.000The woke ideology that Secretary Austin has advanced has harmed our military, and I take particular note of a report titled, Fighting the Cultural War Within the U.S. Navy, conducted by Senator Cotton, Congressman Banks, Congressman Crenshaw, And Congressman Gallagher.
00:17:27.000And that report serves as a roadmap as to how to try to restore trust and confidence.
00:17:32.000There was one lieutenant currently on active duty who lamented, quote, sometimes I think we care more about whether we have enough diversity officers than if we'll survive a fight with the Chinese Navy.
00:17:44.000She continued, quote, it's criminal to think that they think my only value is as a black woman, but if you cut our ship open with a missile, we'll all bleed the same color.
00:17:55.000And this culture war that we see with radical race ideology and radical gender ideology is intermingled and it permeates all aspects of the Department of Defense and has even bled into the VA. In July of 2021, VA Secretary McDonough announced that his department would provide gender reassignment surgeries And he described that as the path of progress.
00:18:17.000Now, Secretary Austin assures us that the DOD hasn't gone woke, but on August 30th, the Army's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Accessibility Office hosted a gender inclusion workshop.
00:18:30.000The workshop, quote, the workshop will cover discussion training on gender identity, transgender, and non-binary 101. I shudder to think what non-binary 102 would be.
00:18:42.000The use of pronouns and other best practices engender inclusivity, close quote.
00:18:49.000This radical gender policy also was reflected at the beginning of January in 2021, when the military's health insurance provider, TRICARE, began including hormone replacement therapy as one of its covered services.
00:19:04.000So it raises the question, why is this resolution necessary?
00:19:07.000And it's because we don't get straight answers when we ask them directly of the Secretary of Defense and top military leadership.
00:19:15.000I remember asking the secretary about critical race theory and he barked at me that there is no critical race theory in the military.
00:19:23.000And then Mr. Walts brought the receipts and actually went through the curriculum with critical race theory text that is being offered throughout the pedagogy of the United States military.
00:19:34.000And then I think, too, when the Secretary said directly, there's no wokeness, there's no woke generals, there's no woke military, and he took all offense and got blustered.
00:19:44.000And then I get this picture from a service member at the Davis Air Force Base in Arizona, and at the very entrance to the wing, where all of the airmen go in, a guide about how to be woke.
00:20:01.000And so when you get just like the blatant evidence that contradicts the statements that these people make, it necessitates this type of inquiry.
00:20:11.000I want to respond to the chairman's argument that, well, the real problem, the real reason that we see wokeness high on the list for people as a As a deterrent to recruitment and military service, like, I'm sorry, if we don't talk about it, it still happens.
00:20:28.000Like, the notion that if we just don't talk about wokeness and we don't criticize radical gender ideology, that everything will be okay and we'll meet our recruiting goals?
00:20:37.000With all due respect, that is a very boomer mentality.
00:20:41.000This stuff gets shared on social media.
00:20:43.000This gets shared in In messaging applications, the notion that our service members don't talk to one another, don't share their concerns, and don't reflect on them is a bit naive.
00:20:55.000And so I don't think that it is effective leadership For us to put our head in the sand and say, well, whenever we see things like the guide to how to be woke, whenever we see the curriculum that Mr. Walts put before the committee, whenever we see the report that Mr. Gallagher, Mr. Banks, Mr. Crenshaw and Senator Cotton put together showing how this is impacting people, we should not ignore those things.
00:21:17.000We should investigate them and we should root them out.
00:21:20.000And I have every confidence under Chairman Rogers' leadership And during the upcoming Republican majority, we will do just that.
00:21:27.000We will dig into this wokeness, we will get it out of our military, and we will restore the confidence in the greatest fighting force the world has ever known.
00:22:03.000I don't question the patriotism of people who are in the military of any gender.
00:22:10.000I do question the intense focus that the DOD places on it when they're hosting pronoun trainings rather than using that time well.
00:22:23.000There's a rich irony here for us to be criticized for presenting this resolution of inquiry as a waste of time when the real people wasting the time are the people at DOD pushing radical gender ideology onto service members.
00:22:38.000I would certainly agree with the chairman that dishonesty for political purposes is something that none of us should accept, but the obvious dishonesty came from the Secretary of Defense.
00:22:49.000We were all here when he said there wasn't critical race theory being taught and then we were all here when Mr. Walts pulled out the curriculum and showed that it was.
00:22:57.000We were all here when he said that they hadn't gone woke and you've now seen the evidence shared With me, by a service member where they're advertising the effort to go woke.
00:23:09.000So I guess you have to either believe the Secretary of Defense or your own lion eyes.
00:23:14.000And so that is the dishonesty for political purposes that we critique.
00:23:22.000We will get the answers to these questions.
00:23:26.000In the next Congress, the Military Personnel Subcommittee will have specialized focus on rooting out this wokeness, and I intend to serve on the Military Personnel Subcommittee to investigate that and to really ripen the claims of a lot of these whistleblowers who are bringing forward the evidence that directly contradicts what the Secretary of Defense said.
00:23:47.000A lot of love on the livestream for our military.
00:23:51.000A lot of Disagreement with the focus on pronoun training.
00:23:56.000I hear you slam dunk for making that argument.
00:23:59.000And everyone's pointing out that There are, in fact, two genders, and if we just accepted that and moved forward, we would probably be able to get to focus on the things that the Department of Defense should be focused on, not radical gender ideology.
00:24:14.000Now, as you might expect, House Democrats voted against that resolution of inquiry being reported favorably to the House of Representatives.
00:24:23.000We all were seeking to vote no on that recommendation for the chairman.
00:24:28.000So the way it works is the chairman of the committee recommends against the resolution.
00:24:33.000So we voted against what Chairman Smith was pushing for.
00:24:41.000Liz Cheney is still a member of the Armed Services Committee.
00:24:44.000But Liz Cheney didn't show up to vote today.
00:24:46.000I guess Liz Cheney is too busy defending democracy to actually stand up for the people defending democracy in our military.
00:24:55.000The people who put the uniform on, who deserve better than a congresswoman who would shirk her duties and responsibilities to actually cast a vote on this resolution of inquiry.
00:25:09.000Other than I think one was there to vote, and every Republican except one was there to vote, if you even still consider Liz Cheney a Republican.
00:25:18.000So when the people of Wyoming actually needed a congresswoman focused on them and their needs, this is what they got.
00:25:52.000There was silence when they called for the vote of Congresswoman Cheney in the House Armed Services Committee today, but the hypocrisy rang quite aloud.
00:26:03.000What a hypocrite to act like you're the great person defending our democratic institutions and the institution that has actually endured to protect Americans, to defend the republic.
00:26:15.000Well, that institution was left unrepresented by Congresswoman Cheney because she's too worried about her next book deal or her next TV appearance or her next opportunity to lie about President Trump and lie about members of Congress in the January 6th report that will pretty much be lies from beginning to end.
