Flaawsome Talk with Kjersti Flaa - A BOMBSHELL Slip-Up From Blake !!!

00:00:00.000 I find it very interesting that Blake would be mortified and the way she expresses that she would be mortified if Ryan didn't finish.

00:00:15.360 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Tja Stiflor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller and your voice of reason in a town built on delusion.

00:00:23.640 Oh my god, I can't believe I actually missed this part of Justin Baldoni's deposition when he was questioned by Blake Lively's attorneys.

00:00:33.800 He added this evidence himself in the motion for summary judgment that he filed last week.

00:00:43.280 And there's, as I said yesterday, there's so much new evidence here that it's been really challenging to go through it all.

00:00:49.380 But this part to me, it's so revealing and it says everything about why Blake Lively behaved the way she did on the set of It Ends With Us.

00:01:01.800 Justin is asked about how he approached the intimate scenes in the movie and then he's explaining how Blake made it personal

00:01:10.860 and then revealed how terrified she is of not giving Ryan what he wants in bed.

00:01:18.780 This is really juicy stuff.

00:01:22.420 And let's do a little deep dive into why she was so triggered by the word sexy.

00:01:29.240 Also, as expected, I said last week, Blake Lively's team is going to be on a high alert this week trying to plant stories about Justin Baldoni and put him in a negative light.

00:01:40.800 And of course, that's what they're doing.

00:01:42.520 You can see all the headlines now making a story out of a non-story.

00:01:47.600 I will go through some of those as well.

00:01:49.940 And we have to talk about this really disturbing ruling by the judge.

00:01:54.640 He's now asking Jamie Heath, Justin Baldoni's partner at the Wayfair Studio, to give the entire video footage of his wife giving birth to their child

00:02:09.400 so Blake Lively can invite her male attorneys and go through it frame by frame. 1.00

00:02:17.020 This is so disturbing.

00:02:19.560 And it says everything about how Blake Lively views other women and how she disrespects other women. 0.99

00:02:26.520 And she has no issue with using another woman's most intimate and most beautiful moments and also her most vulnerable moments so that she can use that against this woman's husband to prove that he made her feel uncomfortable.

00:02:47.260 Yeah, it just tells you everything you need to know about who Blake Lively really is.

00:02:53.400 Also, there's some positive rules here.

00:02:55.520 The judge rule in Melissa Nathan's favor. 0.99

00:02:59.240 Melissa Nathan is the crisis manager that Justin Baldoni hired to help him out of the crisis when Blake Lively's team started the smear campaign against him.

00:03:09.960 Okay, so let's start talking about Justin Baldoni's deposition and when he's asked about a lot of these sexy comments and also when he talks about how he presented the S scenes.

00:03:21.800 I'm going to say that because I can't say the word here on YouTube, but this S scenes, the intimate scenes in the movie when he presented his ideas to Blake Lively, how she reacted to it.

00:03:32.560 So let's look at this from a psychological perspective here.

00:03:36.040 We know that when Blake Lively came into this movie, she just had a baby and she had insecurities about her body. 0.97

00:03:44.540 That's a fact.

00:03:45.620 There are text messages between her and Justin where she says she is a bit concerned that she won't be back into shape when they start filming.

00:03:55.280 So he's trying to comfort her, saying that it's going to be fine no matter what.

00:04:00.920 And then someone mentioned to me in a DM the other day, which makes so much sense to me.

00:04:06.040 That Blake Lively took over the wardrobe for, of course, because she wanted to have more control of the movie, but also because she wanted to control how her body looked. 0.76

00:04:18.600 She chose only big baggy clothes for Lily.

00:04:23.120 There is no real revealing outfits except when she goes to a party once in a dress.

00:04:29.500 But apart from that, it's all big clothing that covers up her body. 0.85

00:04:36.240 We also know that she was very sensitive about the weight because she did accuse Justin Baldoni of fat shaming her.

00:04:43.620 So Justin asked her personal trainer, who she recommended to him, so he started using him as well as his personal trainer.

00:04:50.880 He asked his personal trainer, how much do you think Blake weigh?

00:04:56.080 I have to lift her in a scene and I need to be prepared for that because I have back issues. 0.77

00:05:01.400 A very reasonable question.

00:05:04.140 Then Blake's personal trainer goes straight to Blake and say, you know what he did?

00:05:08.520 He asked, how much you weigh?

00:05:10.060 Blake told her husband, Ryan.

00:05:11.700 Then Ryan invites Justin Baldoni to their Tribeca penthouse and then he yells at Justin for five hours straight on how he could fat shame his wife and other things that she accused him of doing on the sets.

00:05:25.980 Then that story got leaked to TMZ and they did a big story on Justin fat shaming Blake Lively.

00:05:33.480 So keep that in mind.

00:05:34.760 Then on several occasions, as we've seen from video evidence, Blake likes to call her own outfit sexy.

00:05:42.300 She calls her shoe sexy, her hat sexy, and she has no issues with using that word herself.

00:05:48.480 But when Justin uses that word, it triggers her.

00:05:59.660 It's quite obvious to me that Blake is projecting her own insecurities onto Justin and the fact that he was not attracted to her and she could feel that, that also triggered her.

00:06:14.000 And it made her feel frustrated because she's used to men gazing at her in a special way because she's used to being this beauty icon in Hollywood. 0.77

00:06:23.560 And all of a sudden, this man is just looking at her professionally and it really upsets her.

00:06:28.460 And inside, Blake did not feel sexy.

00:06:32.060 And that's why she was hiding underneath all of these clothes all the time. 1.00

00:06:35.780 And the fact that she felt Justin wasn't attracted to her, that felt like rejection to her and that resulted in resentment towards Justin.

00:06:45.840 So all of a sudden, the word sexy that she feels really comfortable using herself becomes inappropriate when Justin is using it.

00:06:53.160 For Blake, her beauty and her appearance has always been a part of her identity.

00:06:59.920 It's a part of her power.

00:07:01.520 It's a part of her confidence.

00:07:03.340 And she felt that she had lost that.

00:07:06.080 Suddenly, she feels invisible.

00:07:08.660 And as an actress, as I've seen a lot of actresses, they need a lot of validation.

00:07:13.880 And Blake Lively needs a lot of validation because she just gave birth to a baby and she doesn't feel sexy. 0.67

00:07:20.520 So if you add all of Blake Lively's insecurities about her own body and how she projects that onto Justin, this next part is going to make a lot of sense too.

00:07:30.940 Because in this deposition that Justin added to his new evidence, Blake's attorney keeps asking him about the intimate scenes in the movie and how he chose how to shoot them.

00:07:44.780 He's asking Justin how he came up with the idea of shooting things from a female gaze, from a female point of view.

00:07:53.480 And Justin said that he had discussions about this with the intimacy coordinator and they came up with an idea that Justin really liked.

00:08:02.240 So Justin then went to Blake to suggest how to shoot this from a female gaze. 0.99

00:08:08.500 And he asked Blake what she felt about the idea that Lily and Ryle would have intimacy together.

00:08:16.500 I can't use all those words.

00:08:17.940 Intimacy together.

00:08:19.180 And then Lily would have her, but Ryle would not.

00:08:24.300 And then Ryle would look at Lily and say,

00:08:26.740 When he suggested that to Blake, this is what happened.

00:08:34.240 I'm going to read from his deposition.

00:08:37.240 When I shared that with Miss Lively, she then made it personal and said,

00:08:42.180 Oh God, that would mortify me if that happened to me.

00:08:45.740 To which I then responded, as one does, because when you're two grown adults with children who are married in the context of talking about S scenes, intimate scenes,

00:08:57.540 with a movie that you're making with a person who is understanding that there are going to be intimate scenes in a book based with a lot of intimacy in it.

00:09:09.120 The only thing you really have to share are personal experiences.

00:09:12.920 So I said, Oh, well, some of the most beautiful moments have been when that's happened with me and my wife.

00:09:19.640 I find it very interesting that Blake would be mortified and the way she expresses that she would be mortified if Ryan didn't finish.

00:09:29.720 I think that says a lot about their relationship and her insecurities.

00:09:34.820 Because if that happened, she would think that it was her fault that she couldn't satisfy him.

00:09:41.200 And I think it also says a lot about Ryan Reynolds.

00:09:44.200 And I think that Justin admitted that this has happened to him and his wife, and he thought it was beautiful, says a lot about him as a man.

00:09:51.660 So Blake's attorney keeps questioning and he's saying,

00:09:54.700 So you were interested in shooting the scene from the female gaze?

00:09:57.880 I was interested in shooting all S scenes from the female gaze, says Baldoni.

00:10:04.260 Did Miss Lively have a female gaze? 1.00

00:10:06.920 I would imagine so if she's female, Baldoni says. 0.54

00:10:11.640 That was funny.

00:10:12.780 Did you believe she had one?

00:10:15.100 Of course, says Baldoni.

00:10:17.120 Did you believe that the gaze was important in incorporating ideas about how these various scenes should be shot?

00:10:24.520 Absolutely, says Baldoni.

00:10:26.900 That's why I incorporated all of Miss Lively's ideas without hesitation.

00:10:31.560 And the lawyer continues,

00:10:32.780 And it's your testimony that when you say Miss Lively said she would be mortified,

00:10:37.520 that you believe she was referring to if that happened to her?

00:10:42.560 If that happened to her, that were her words, says Baldoni.

00:10:46.740 If that happened to her personally, says the attorney.

00:10:52.120 Yes, says Baldoni, it was a personal comment.

00:10:55.280 Like it was interfering that if she was referring to that, if her husband didn't finish,

00:11:00.440 if she didn't finish her husband or question her husband, that she would be mortified. 1.00

00:11:06.020 That's what she said.

00:11:07.380 So she said, oh, that would mortify me if it happened to me.

00:11:11.760 To me, this reveals a lot about Blake and Ryan's relationship.

00:11:15.720 It says a lot about her fear of not pleasing her husband.

00:11:19.620 It says a lot about her fear of not performing.

00:11:22.380 It says a lot about her insecurities.

00:11:24.440 That she has fear around her performance as a wife.

00:11:28.740 And due to the fact that she just gave birth to a child,

00:11:32.940 that adds up to even more insecurities surrounding these scenes.

00:11:38.300 I think when he put all of this together,

00:11:39.780 it paints a really clear picture of why Blake reacted the way she did

00:11:46.500 and why her and her jealous husbands came after Justin.

00:11:52.200 Now, let's look at that birth video that the judge just ruled on.

00:11:57.140 Because this is really disturbing.

00:11:59.320 And it also says a lot about Blake's relationship to other women.

00:12:03.800 As you know, she's gone after a lot of women in this litigation, 1.00

00:12:08.500 including me and so many other female content creators 1.00

00:12:11.900 on top of all the other female or women that she sued. 1.00

00:12:16.260 And also including the wives of the men that she sued. 0.98

00:12:19.840 So just a quick background on the birth video.

00:12:22.640 There is a video that Jamie Heath, Justin Baldoni's partner and producer of It Ends With Us,

00:12:28.860 showed Blake Lively as inspiration before she was doing a scene giving birth to a child in the movie.

00:12:37.520 Jamie Heath showed a short video clip of his wife giving birth.

00:12:42.940 Blake then thought in the moment that that video was about corn.

00:12:48.860 I can't say that word here.

00:12:50.340 But then she realized quickly after that it wasn't.

00:12:53.140 And Jamie Heath testified that Blake Lively told him that,

00:12:57.580 oh, I was a little taken aback when you showed it to me,

00:13:01.060 but I realized that it wasn't what I thought it was.

00:13:03.880 Now, Blake is really interested in this video

00:13:07.180 because she wants to use this as part of her SH claims against the wayfair parties.

00:13:14.220 So she's saying that Jamie didn't give her the entire video.

00:13:17.760 So she couldn't find that specific moment that she was taken aback with.

00:13:21.900 So she needs to see the entire video of Jamie Heath's wife giving birth

00:13:28.220 so she can find that moment and cherry pick it and use it against him. 0.76

00:13:33.100 So last week she said the judge has to demand from Jamie Heath to give her the video.

00:13:38.260 And on top of that, she asked the judge to take away Jamie Heath's right to testify about this video.

00:13:45.220 So she told the judge that the jury should only hear my version here

00:13:48.660 and you shouldn't allow him to tell his version.

00:13:51.200 Anyway, the judge said no to that,

00:13:53.560 but he said that Blake should be able to watch this entire video. 0.91

00:13:57.940 The thing with this ruling, it is so ridiculous

00:14:00.640 because Blake is not allowed to use this video in trial.

00:14:05.980 She's not allowed to show it to a jury. 0.97

00:14:08.460 She's not allowed to show it to anyone but her attorneys.

00:14:11.640 So legally, it is pointless.

00:14:15.140 So why does Blake want this?

00:14:17.100 The only reason I can come up with is because she wants to punish Jamie Heath by punishing his wife. 1.00

00:14:26.140 Can you imagine that you're a woman giving birth and it's being recorded by your husband?

00:14:31.400 There are a few trusted people in that room.

00:14:34.640 And then Blake Lively is demanding to see that entire footage so she can show it to her male attorneys 0.98

00:14:44.580 so they can go through it frame by frame.

00:14:48.320 How can you do that to another woman?

00:14:52.220 She's given birth to four children herself.

00:14:54.960 The fact that she's even trying to make this video into something inappropriate is already disgusting. 1.00

00:15:01.160 But the fact that she's putting Jamie Heath's wife in this position,

00:15:06.880 it is so appalling.

00:15:09.560 It is so disturbing to me.

00:15:11.880 I can't say enough how devastated I am on behalf of his wife.

00:15:18.140 When I read this this morning, it almost made me cry because I feel so bad for her.

00:15:23.880 This is so intrusive.

00:15:25.640 And the fact that she wanted to use this woman's most beautiful and most vulnerable moment in her life

00:15:32.740 so she could use it against her husband to say to the jury that he's a creep.

00:15:39.700 There is something psychologically very wrong with this woman.

00:15:44.240 And on top of this, the judge ruled that Jamie Heath is responsible

00:15:48.460 to pay for the legal fees it cost Blake to file this motion to ask for more of this footage.

00:15:56.620 So he's looking at probably $20,000, $40,000, $50,000 extra to pay to Blake Lively

00:16:05.140 and then show this video of his wife to Blake Lively and her male attorneys. 1.00

00:16:12.800 Yeah, nothing in this legal feud have made me more angry than this.

00:16:17.000 Especially also because Jamie Heath's wife has nothing to do with this.

00:16:22.940 She's a non-party in this case.

00:16:25.440 My heart goes out to her and I hope she's going to be okay from this

00:16:28.920 because I know if something like that happened to me, I don't know.

00:16:34.340 I don't know what I would do.

00:16:35.780 And of course, as expected, Blake's team has really gone out of their way

00:16:41.360 to try and smear Justin Baldoni this week.

00:16:44.320 I said last week, this is definitely what's going to happen.

00:16:47.760 And of course it did.

00:16:49.220 So they took this little non-moment from a video

00:16:53.080 and tried to spin it into some sensational headlines.

00:16:56.940 And it worked because as I said yesterday, TMZ picks it up.

00:17:01.540 And this is the story in Daily Mail.

00:17:03.380 This is so planted, if you ask me.

00:17:06.740 There's nothing about this article that says that this article is researched.

00:17:12.080 Everything I see here has been fed specifically to the Daily Mail.

00:17:17.040 So this is about that video that he released as part of his evidence.

00:17:22.120 And now, as of yesterday as well, the TMZ article,

00:17:26.120 the media is running with this story that Justin says in this clip

00:17:31.080 from the bar scene that he missed SH training.

00:17:37.540 First of all, it's impossible to hear him say that.

00:17:41.800 I've tried and tried and tried.

00:17:43.560 I've listened to it so many times with different headphones.

00:17:46.220 It's impossible to hear what he's saying.

00:17:48.660 So with that in mind, I think that someone from Blake's team

00:17:53.620 called up TMZ and Daily Mail and said,

00:17:57.000 we can confirm that's what he's saying

00:17:59.340 because Jenny Slate or Blake Lively, who was standing there,

00:18:03.140 can confirm that's what he's saying in that clip.

00:18:06.340 Because otherwise, how would they know?

00:18:08.860 Do they have like military intelligence

00:18:11.020 so they can listen to stuff like this

00:18:13.140 and hear clearly what he's saying?

00:18:15.620 Yeah, it makes no sense.

00:18:17.480 And on top of that, if he joked about that,

00:18:20.220 what's the big deal?

00:18:22.600 Him saying that is nothing that they can use in their favor.

00:18:27.500 Or it's nothing that they can use legally.

00:18:30.700 It's only something they can spin in the media.

00:18:34.180 And of course, that's what they did.

00:18:36.000 So this story in Daily Mail just like made my jaw drop.

00:18:40.100 So the headline reads,

00:18:41.420 tasteless joke revealed in trial.

00:18:44.220 First of all, there is no trial here.

00:18:46.840 They're not in trial.

00:18:48.340 So that is a blatant lie in the headline.

00:18:52.540 Then they continue.

00:18:53.560 Justin Baldoni caught on camera

00:18:55.820 joking about SH harassment training

00:18:58.480 as Blake Lively's lawsuit intensifies.

00:19:02.440 Then they have picked random comments on Reddit

00:19:06.420 to support Blake's narrative here.

00:19:10.300 I wonder who wrote those Reddit posts.

00:19:13.200 Anyway, it says here that the footage obtained by Daily Mail

00:19:16.240 captures the actor director making a remark

00:19:19.760 that crew members appear visibly unsettled by.

00:19:24.980 There are no unsettled people in that video.

00:19:29.360 It's eight minutes long.

00:19:30.620 I watched it probably 10 times.

00:19:33.300 No one's unsettled.

00:19:35.140 Do you think that someone on a movie set

00:19:36.820 that's doing their job, running around,

00:19:39.520 there were like a hundred people in that bar,

00:19:41.820 everyone has their own roles,

00:19:43.740 that they listen to Baldoni saying,

00:19:46.540 joking about missing SH training,

00:19:48.940 and then they're so unsettled by it. 1.00

00:19:52.120 It's so dumb. 0.99

00:19:53.180 And of course, when you look at the footage, 1.00

00:19:55.600 no one's upset.

00:19:57.220 No one's even looking in the direction of Baldoni.

00:20:00.760 Then they're saying here that critics argue the eye roll.

00:20:04.680 So he did an eye roll after saying that he missed SH training

00:20:08.240 because he actually pointed at Blake's onesie,

00:20:13.740 a fleece onesie.

00:20:15.020 That is nothing sexy about a fleece onesie, okay?

00:20:18.020 And he said, yeah, that's sexy.

00:20:20.060 And he was joking about missing the SH training.

00:20:23.640 It was all sarcasm.

00:20:25.300 And then because he rolled his eyes afterwards,

00:20:27.460 they're making a big deal about it.

00:20:29.440 It says here that critics argue the eye roll

00:20:31.920 delivered straight into the camera.

00:20:34.520 No, it wasn't delivered straight into the camera.

00:20:37.540 Someone was filming this really far away.

00:20:40.680 Trivialized concerns about workplace conduct,

00:20:43.020 particularly given that Baldoni was both director and employer on the set. 0.99

00:20:49.040 I mean, that the Daily Mail can even write this crap. 0.94

00:20:53.500 I mean, if this is a toxic work environment, 0.99

00:20:56.860 you need to go and visit a toxic work environment.

00:21:00.020 Because there's nothing about this.

00:21:01.720 You can twist it in every direction you want to.

00:21:03.980 There's nothing about this that is concerning behavior.

00:21:06.980 Nothing.

00:21:07.240 Here is a Reddit user that they're quoting, saying,

00:21:10.800 I'm struggling to work out what is the worst moments.

00:21:14.560 The up and down her body layer,

00:21:17.680 or the eye roll that gave away what he truly thinks

00:21:21.420 about the idea of SH training.

00:21:25.040 His up and down her body.

00:21:27.200 He can't stand this woman. 1.00

00:21:29.920 And she's wearing a fleece onesie.

00:21:32.460 And on top of that,

00:21:33.820 there's nowhere that is actually looking up and down her body. 0.96

00:21:36.940 Then another one is saying here that they're quoting in the Daily Mail,

00:21:40.440 you can really feel how viscerally uncomfortable everyone is around him.

00:21:44.980 No, you can't.

00:21:46.820 People are smiling.

00:21:48.240 Blake is laughing.

00:21:49.880 Jenny Slate is just hanging out laughing with Blake.

00:21:53.180 And they're having conversations.

00:21:54.640 Everyone's running around.

00:21:55.840 This is a very busy movie set.

00:21:58.060 No one's uncomfortable.

00:21:59.980 Then someone says,

00:22:01.000 I hate how smug and smiling he is,

00:22:04.260 thinking he can just get away with being a creep

00:22:06.880 to multiple women on the Daily for this project. 0.99

00:22:10.940 And then a fourth commented,

00:22:12.620 Holy cow, my jaw just dropped to the floor.

00:22:15.560 If your jaw drops to the floor by that video,

00:22:19.600 you have some serious issues.

00:22:21.820 Because if that's upsetting to you,

00:22:23.200 you're going to have some big issues in life.

00:22:25.540 Okay, so this is what's really happening here.

00:22:27.580 What's happening here is Blake Lylee's team

00:22:30.640 making sure that Justin Baldoni and the word harassment

00:22:34.420 is well connected on Google

00:22:38.000 so that when people are Googling him,

00:22:41.700 that will be the word that appears.

00:22:44.420 It's very simple PR strategy.

00:22:47.800 And to me,

00:22:49.000 this is just more evidence for Baldoni

00:22:51.680 that they are running a smear campaign against him.

00:22:54.280 Because you can say that all the negative headlines

00:22:57.500 against Blake and Ryan last week

00:23:00.560 were a smear campaign against them,

00:23:03.000 but they were based in facts.

00:23:06.020 They were based on video footage and sworn testimony.

00:23:09.840 This stuff that they're writing about

00:23:11.720 is only based on their assumptions

00:23:15.840 of how someone else might have felt.

00:23:19.520 It is not based in any facts.

00:23:21.700 There's nothing here legally

00:23:23.820 that could put anyone in trouble.

00:23:26.320 It's all based on assumptions

00:23:29.040 and how they can try to use this

00:23:31.420 to continue to build around this fake narrative

00:23:36.540 that Justin Baldoni is a creep.

00:23:39.860 It's pretty devastating,

00:23:41.400 but I have to say it's very expected

00:23:43.820 and we have to expect this to happen.

00:23:45.680 Every single time there is new damning evidence

00:23:48.420 coming out against Blake,

00:23:50.340 she's going to pull off stunts like this. 1.00

00:23:53.820 It's our responsibility to be aware of it

00:23:56.720 and to call out the media

00:23:58.980 when they're not doing their job.

00:24:01.220 But there is some good news here, you guys.

00:24:03.540 So Melissa Nathan,

00:24:05.120 who was Justin Baldoni's crisis manager

00:24:08.620 that he hired to deal with

00:24:11.380 all those fake news stories

00:24:14.420 that Blake Lively's team planted

00:24:16.480 on Justin Baldoni,

00:24:18.180 she's also sued here. 1.00

00:24:19.620 And last week,

00:24:20.540 Blake tried to sanction her,

00:24:22.740 telling the judge that

00:24:23.840 you need to punish Melissa Nathan

00:24:25.560 because she didn't give me

00:24:26.820 the documents I asked for.

00:24:28.280 And when she gave them to me,

00:24:29.500 she had redacted a lot of it.

00:24:31.600 And then I asked her to not redact it.

00:24:33.860 And then, blah, long story.

00:24:36.380 Anyway, now the judge said,

00:24:37.880 you know, Blake, you are wrong.

00:24:40.420 Melissa Nathan did nothing wrong here.

00:24:42.380 She did exactly what she was supposed to do.

00:24:44.400 And you have all the evidence that you asked for.

00:24:47.080 So stop it.

00:24:48.280 So yes, another loss for Blake.

00:24:51.140 And I think if you look at everything together now,

00:24:53.760 even that birth video

00:24:55.220 that seemed like a big win for Blake,

00:24:58.140 it really isn't.

00:24:59.660 It's basically only about procedure

00:25:02.020 and the fact that actually Jamie Heath's lawyer

00:25:05.260 didn't properly object

00:25:07.780 to showing that entire video.

00:25:10.280 So it's kind of his lawyer's fault

00:25:11.940 that he didn't do what he was supposed to do.

00:25:15.420 But it has no value for her legally.

00:25:18.780 And that's what we have to keep in mind.

00:25:20.680 Although, as I said in my rant about that,

00:25:23.700 that I feel so sorry for Jamie Heath's wife.

00:25:26.500 But for Blake Lively, it's not a win.

00:25:29.780 I think the judge is just giving her 0.97

00:25:31.720 most of the things she's asking for

00:25:33.540 because then she has nothing to appeal.

00:25:36.380 When she loses this case,

00:25:38.640 he's going to say, you know,

00:25:39.700 I gave you everything

00:25:40.500 and you had all the opportunities in the world

00:25:43.040 to get all your evidence

00:25:44.420 and you still couldn't prove anything.

00:25:46.940 So what basis are you going to appeal on?

00:25:49.580 I don't know.

00:25:50.240 That's my opinion.

00:25:51.780 Anyways, thank you so much for watching, you guys.
