00:02:01.760 I was watching the trailer for It Ends With Us yesterday and I saw Justin Baldoni's face change into this abusive character that he played.

00:02:13.040 And I think that the people that are out there supporting Blake actually believes Justin is the person he is playing in that film.

00:03:13.260 but we know that that recording of Justin Baldoni that he sent, this voice memo he sent to Blake Lively,

00:08:06.740 was when Ryan Reynolds was yelling at Justin for four or five hours straight.

00:08:12.040 And it ended up with them signing this agreement,

00:08:15.640 because she was threatening to not return to work if they didn't sign it.

00:08:19.320 So when Blake Lively filed her CRD complaint here in California,

00:08:24.840 so she did that first before she filed the real lawsuit in New York,

00:08:29.800 she attached 30 points.

00:08:32.440 And those 30 points are a little bit different than the ones that ended up in those 17 points.

00:08:39.640 So why are these 30 points mentioned in her legal filings at all when no one ever signed them?

00:08:47.300 She could have added anything, whatever she wanted in here.

00:08:50.980 There's no evidence that they ever actually heard these 30 points being read up.

00:10:52.580 Another interesting thing here is that these 17 points are sent by Blake Inc.,

00:11:01.940 And they're saying here that reference is made to that certain actor agreement

00:11:07.240 dated on May 5th of 2023 between It Ends With Us Movie and Blake Inc.,

00:11:14.440 lender for the acting and release services of Blake Lively Artist.

00:11:18.860 So they're saying here that Blake Lively has been lent out as a contractor to It Ends With Us Movie.

00:11:28.480 And we know, I've talked about this many times before,

00:11:31.400 that Blake Lively cannot sue them for SH and retaliation unless she is an employee.

00:11:38.480 And here again, she's saying that she's not an employee.

00:11:42.920 So that also adds how messy all of this is.

00:11:45.780 She starts off this one with saying that an intimacy coordinator must be present at all times when artist is on set.

00:11:52.880 So she wants an intimacy coordinator for every scene. 0.99

00:11:55.980 The thing is, she picked the one scene there was no intimacy coordinator

00:12:01.040 and accused Justin of unwanted kissing and lingering too long and sucking her lips.

00:12:11.300 We know that there was no intimacy coordinator present because you don't need one in a kissing scene.

00:12:17.220 They were just supposed to dance romantically and he was supposed to try to kiss her,

00:12:21.560 something that he made her aware of before they started shooting that scene.

00:12:25.520 And in this return to work agreement, she makes it sound like there was a lot of unwanted kissing going on.

00:12:32.360 She's also talking about unwanted touching.

00:12:34.120 I haven't seen her claiming anywhere that Justin Baldoni touched her in any way that she,

00:12:41.400 that was not in the script or that was unwanted in any way.

00:12:50.960 But in this return to work agreement, it sounds like he was doing that a lot.

00:13:50.440 So it's kind of like she's setting up for this lawsuit here saying there shall be no retaliation.
