00:16:54.520 really hard for me to actually report on that story because I find it so heartbreaking. And as I mentioned

00:17:01.240 many times as well, I'm trying to look at this incident from a humane perspective. And a lot of people

00:17:09.660 don't agree with me on that. A lot of people just want him to get punished and they're furious because

00:17:15.660 he hired an expensive and skilled attorney. And today TMZ broke the news from reliable sources,

00:17:23.000 according to themselves, that Nick was diagnosed with schizophrenia before this happened. They're

00:17:30.900 saying that in the weeks leading up to the murder of his parents, the meds he was taking made him erratic

00:17:37.860 and dangerous. The source with direct knowledge tells TMZ Nick was under the care of a psychiatrist

00:17:44.380 for mental illness. We're told in the months before the murders, Nick's behavior had gotten

00:17:49.600 alarming. And they're saying here that he had recently received care from a Los Angeles-based

00:17:55.300 rehab facility, which costs $70,000 a month. How is that even possible? And apparently a lot of rich

00:18:03.840 powerful people are sending their kids, their troubled kids to this facility. And according

00:18:09.680 to the source here, the doctors at this clinic changed up Nick's medication about three to four

00:18:17.480 weeks before this incident happened. And those meds made him more and more erratic. They tried to

00:18:24.520 adjust the medications and that didn't work. Reading about this facility now that charges such an

00:18:31.300 enormous amount of money. And they obviously didn't really get control of the situation.

00:18:37.140 I'm sure they're going to get dragged into this trial and possibly also be blamed, partly blamed

00:18:43.920 for this. The source here is telling that when his meds were changed, Nick was out of his head.

00:18:50.700 The sources also says that Nick's substance abuse was worsening the schizophrenia. And it's saying here

00:18:57.180 that based on what we're hearing, this is going to be a case where Nick will plead not guilty by reason

00:19:40.120 not understand that it was wrong. And I think because he left and because he tried to cover up the blood

00:20:55.540 first and last names and if they were famous. And that adds to the fact that he was really confused

00:21:01.280 because a lot of these people he already knew. Anyways, one of these A-listers told the Daily Mail

00:21:07.580 this. Minutes after Nick stormed out, Rob became emotional, going over to a group of friends and

00:21:13.940 saying, I am petrified of him, pointing at Nick. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'm afraid

00:21:47.980 before he checked into this hotel. He was on foot. We haven't seen any footage of him driving a car,
