00:00:00.000Well, now we know how Blake Lively is spending the millions of dollars she claims she needed to get her reputation back.
00:00:13.400Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Tashley Floor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller, and your voice of reason in a town built on the illusion.
00:00:22.620Oh my gosh, there's so much shady stuff going on right now on social media.
00:00:28.480As you might remember, Blake hired an expert to tell us how much money she would have to spend to get her reputation back.
00:00:38.060This expert estimated it to cost around $14.6 and $24.4 million.
00:00:46.720Let's look at what they're spending that money on.
00:00:49.600And I have some information from one of my insiders who is sharing how the industry is feeling right now.
00:00:56.980And what Ryan Reynolds' biggest problem is, trying to get his reputation back and why he will fail.
00:01:05.460And we have a response from the Daily Mail.
00:01:08.200As you know, they've been sued by one of the reporters who got dragged into the It Ends With Us drama.
00:01:15.200And now they have responded and it looks like this is going to be a dirty fight.
00:01:20.780As I mentioned yesterday, I did receive a very disturbing email from someone.
00:01:25.120And I just wanted to share it now that I'm talking to this person
00:01:29.400and I'm figuring out how to tell this story to get all the facts straight.
00:01:39.880and what happened to this person who used to work with him.
00:01:45.260So please stay tuned for more on that.
00:01:47.560Hopefully I can share that story tomorrow.
00:01:50.380Anyways, yesterday it was a total solar eclipse here in Mallorca.
00:01:55.120and I got to watch it and it was just pure magic. What a reminder of how small we are when you're
00:02:03.060looking at what's happening out in the universe. It was interesting to watch Oscar because he was
00:02:08.420acting really weird just watching the sun disappear and it gets pitch dark and then the
00:02:15.620sun comes back again. Yeah, it was like an outer body experience for me. Anyway, let's get into
00:02:22.220the madness here so as you know as I just said Blake Lively hired an expert her name is Ashley
00:02:28.640Humphries and she created this long export report there's also a deposition from her in the legal
00:02:35.960filings but her job was basically to figure out how much money it would cost to get Blake's
00:02:42.320reputation back and how they would do that and I found this particularly interesting right now
00:02:48.680when we're looking at what's happening on social media.
00:02:52.700If you watched my episodes lately, you know I've been talking about some shady stuff going on on Reddit.
00:02:59.540Before we get into that, I just wanted to remind everyone what Ashley Humphreys actually said,
00:03:06.220how she would potentially repair Blake Lively's reputation.
00:03:11.300And that does not involve, obviously, having Leslie Sloan call the media every time Blake Lively posts on social media.
00:03:20.920Because as I said, this campaign would cost Blake Lively between 14 and 24 million dollars.
00:03:28.520So she said in her report that she wanted to change the public attitude towards Blake and the concept would be essentially this.
00:03:36.140put new positive corrective messages about Blake in front of the people who were exposed to the
00:03:43.820negative claims. I'm guessing that's you guys. Also, have those messages delivered through sources
00:03:49.880the audience trusts, especially mentioned social media influencers, and then expose the target
00:03:57.880audience to those corrective messages three to five times, which she says is necessary to change
00:04:04.920existing attitudes. Then calculate the necessary reach based on how many impressions the allegedly
00:04:12.460defamatory statements received. So she basically laid down this communication strategy
00:04:18.120that would be required to rebuild Blake's reputation. Since I mentioned the censorship
00:04:26.000on Reddit yesterday, I started digging a little bit more and it looks like there are a lot of
00:04:33.360things going on right now. So as I mentioned I was planning to talk about a post on Reddit in
00:04:40.200my episode yesterday and then when I clicked on the link again the post was still there but all
00:04:46.380the content was missing and from what I saw on Reddit today it looks like this user has been
00:04:51.720banned. As I said yesterday this post was just a compilation of legal documents of evidence that
00:04:59.360everyone can find in the public docket for this lawsuit. So there was no misinformation. It was
00:05:05.800no bashing anyone. It was like, hey, this is how the industry described Blake Lively. It's also
00:05:10.900been a lot of discussions around one content creator on Reddit. And every time someone mentions
00:05:18.180her and criticizes her on Reddit, that post somehow gets reported a lot. And this person's
00:05:27.620posts on Instagram is always liked by Ryan Reynolds. And of course, the discussions were
00:05:34.240everywhere about who's removing these posts. And today there was a message from a moderator
00:05:39.060on Reddit saying that, just to clear up some confusion here, talking about the post that
00:05:45.180disappeared I was going to talk about yesterday, it appears this user's account was actioned by
00:05:50.300Reddit. When that happened, their prior post disappeared from the sub. We are manually
00:05:55.700finding and restoring those posts where we can so you may see some slowly reappear we don't know
00:06:01.160why reddit took action against the account and won't speculate the posts were not removed by
00:06:07.400our mod team and we're doing what we can to restore them while ensuring compliance with
00:06:12.800reddit rules for such actions but it takes time if anyone is in contact with the user we recommend
00:06:19.600they use reddit's appeal process and contact them via mod mail if there is anything we can approve
00:06:25.120properly assist you with from our end this is obviously a tricky area for us to navigate when
00:06:30.860we don't know the reason for reddit's actions if something similar happens to any of you in the
00:06:36.040future please reach out to our team via mob mail okay so now that post is back again which i will
00:06:44.920talk about later then i received this email from another user called aaron x perez who's saying
00:06:52.700that the things he mentioned about reddit and isomera which is the user who posted what i was
00:06:58.440going to talk about that was banned from reddit apparently same thing happened to me he says
00:07:04.760an automated tool banned me and filtered every post or comment i ever made someone figured out
00:07:12.800how to trick reddit's sloppy ai tool into thinking people are spam so everything they've ever said
00:07:20.300gets erased i think they're targeting people who have produced content critical of blake ryan and
00:07:26.680especially blake's lawyers it's pretty clever i'll give them that if reddit thinks you are spam
00:07:33.500everything you ever wrote gets memory hold someone is up to something i think they figured out how to
00:07:40.380game the automatic spam tool and trigger bans and mass filters and reddit they're not a great
00:07:47.140company it's understood it takes two to six months for anything to happen if you open a ticket i don't
00:07:52.640know if it's brian or someone acting in his interest but it's interesting that's the message
00:07:57.340i got and this is the message that this person got i'm pretty sure is isomera the other user got a
00:08:04.420similar one and this notification he got says your account has been permanently banned your account
00:08:10.380has been permanently banned for breaking reddit if you feel like this account was banned in error
00:08:14.340visit our help center to learn more how to file an appeal and here is one of the posts that was
00:08:19.220six months old that is now missing and it says here deeper analysis of blake's digital expert
00:08:26.180report and its deceptive graphs i spoke about that too on my channel and here it says uh sorry
00:08:33.500this post was removed by reddit filters archive post new comments cannot be posted and votes
00:08:40.380cannot be cast so my original post that i was going to talk about you can't comment on that
00:08:47.980anymore either it is locked but as i said it is there now because the reddit moderators put
00:08:55.540everything back in order again anyways then i received this link to this post from diane
00:09:00.480and thank you diane so this is posted by power pinto who says that he or she is experiencing
00:09:09.940a very similar weird thing going on on x so the person was asking here in this post
00:09:16.940are blake lively ryan reynolds and new york times lawsuit related x posts being censored suppressed
00:09:22.740i noticed my likes disappearing from pro baldoni posts on x so i tested it so this person remembered
00:09:32.160a lot of the posts that they had liked on x originally and went back in and checked if those
00:09:40.380likes were still there they were not still there so then this person liked all of those posts
00:09:46.960one more time to see if they stuck this time and guess what they didn't so they're saying here so
00:09:55.480I liked them all again, exited the app, and reopened it, only to find they all reverted to
00:10:01.820being unliked again. Wasn't sure if it was a glitch, so I did it again. But this time I liked
00:10:07.520five Baldoni-related posts and five completely unrelated posts. Same thing happened, except
00:10:13.960only the Justin Baldoni-related posts reverted to unlike, and the unrelated posts remained liked.
00:10:20.600somehow though they all showed on my ex like history despite the heart on the actual post
00:10:28.580showing that i hadn't liked them and then they're attaching all the actual posts that they liked
00:10:36.100uh which is a lot saying that all of these likes were actually gone and and they also say here
00:10:43.080however what's even stranger is that i also found tweets i had liked criticizing megan
00:10:49.440Thuey's New York Times article hit piece and replies under Blake Lively's account with minimum
00:10:55.220engagements that were all showing as unliked. So this person is concluding here that there is
00:11:01.420another case of Blake and Ryan's PR team trying to censor, suppress and manipulate public sentiment
00:11:06.740as we've seen them do throughout this entire case across all of social media. As I mentioned
00:11:12.880yesterday, you know, they hired a CIA guy. He used to work for the CIA, Nick Shapiro.
00:11:18.600And as I just mentioned, Blake Lively's marketing expert said that it would cost between 14 and 24 million dollars to rebuild her reputation.
00:11:29.320So how are they going to do that if they're not doing it through traditional media?
00:11:34.940Because it doesn't cost anything to do it through traditional media.
00:11:38.760You would just make a phone call, send a press release, which we've seen happening so many times, several times a week.
00:11:45.620every time Blake Lively posts something on her Instagram story it shows up in People Magazine
00:11:52.040or E! News or whatever but that's not costing them anything more than just Leslie Sloan's salary
00:11:59.440so what are they spending all these millions of dollars on? I think we got the answer here
00:12:04.320this is what they're doing anyways now this post is back up again and as I said yesterday I would
00:12:09.820love to repeat some of the things that were said in this post so I will do that I also want to get
00:12:14.640into what the insider is telling me and what's happening with James Wytushka now that Daily Mail
00:12:23.100has responded to him. But before we get into that I wanted to thank the sponsor of this video Jones

00:13:55.740out. After you purchase they may ask where you heard about them so please support my channel
00:13:59.660and tell them that I sent you. Okay so let's get back into it. So this is the post that I mentioned
00:14:06.640yesterday. Ryan Reynolds is quoted saying how could they spend so much time with her yet have
00:14:13.480no sense of who she is. And Giannetti told Black and Sony executives knew exactly who Blake Lively
00:14:19.960was. So here is the email that Ryan originally sent saying that how could they spend so much
00:14:25.540time with her yet have no sense of who she is and what she's made of and here is one conversation
00:14:31.160between two Sony executives and Giannetti and Sanford Panitch where he says you know Blake said
00:14:36.280no way on the date they're talking about a screening date and then he says so now there is
00:14:42.460two cuts she texted Josh and then and accused Josh of setting up fake screenings she said they
00:14:50.480hired screen engine without consulting her she's going to demand her own cut she said no way on
00:14:58.300june and then he's and then he continues here and he says she is a terrorist and then and she says
00:15:06.340respectful that there is no process that works with her there isn't what is important is that
00:15:12.760we have a baseline so we know you can tell her anything include include her in everything and
00:15:19.040still it does not hold and sanford says i can't believe they caved on the producer credit for her
00:15:27.020and says she wants to change credits all the order of product producers her second position
00:15:34.620moving jamie to third ep's cast order single cards cut film by take out the justin baldone's
00:15:42.820film by as you know she demanded that to move cast crawl before k keys have been dealing with
00:15:49.740this since 9 a.m so she wanted her producer credit to go ahead of jamie he is producer credit
00:15:57.360anyways and then he says this is truly insanity and here is something that and said and she says
00:16:04.780she expects sony aka me to persuade wayfarer to agree to remove a film by by justin baldoni and
00:16:12.180move her producer credit before theirs getting them to approve giving her a producer credit was
00:16:18.560herculean and then signford said i don't want to ask them to do that for her she can ask herself
00:16:23.600we've bent over backwards enough this is getting now to the point of absurdity and then here this
00:16:30.440is from tara grants also at sony this may not achieve what blake wants it to with the eyesores
00:16:37.660Leslie Sloan, her publicist, sounding defensive in response to people calling Blake a bully.
00:16:46.300They make Justin sound much more measured and reasonable than I'm sure Blake wanted.
00:16:52.260So this is the Daily Mail article they're talking about, the one that James Vitushka
00:16:58.080wrote, the reporter that's now suing the Daily Mail, and that was the article, the disturbing
00:17:04.140truth behind why blake lively and her it ends with us stars are feuding with justin boldoni
00:17:09.380then tara grant says all this would do all this would do is to continue to reinforce what everyone
00:17:16.660is saying that blake is a bully and then she said she orchestrated all this drama in a totally
00:17:25.300unsavvy and amateur way and basically threatened you and sony and now is mad it backfired on her
00:17:32.940better than alternative because she and her team are playing with fire with all this borderline
00:17:39.220abusive language that's where shit can spiral and it hasn't taken hold at all and here is from
00:17:45.820tom rotman who says even though she did bring it all on herself by refusing to listen to advice
00:17:51.760and by selling her products and here is sanford again saying tom thinks she's probably and
00:18:00.400bizarrely unhirable right now. Then Sanford says, no, disagree. She is done for, at least for a
00:18:09.520while. It's cooked. She said she's retiring to Josh or something. It will take a few years.
00:18:17.540Eva Mendes' time, she did it to herself. If she just let him come to the premiere or didn't make
00:18:23.320all the cast unfollow him or kick him off the movie and did what everyone ever has done in
00:18:29.140show business for time and memorial which is protect the show then none of the sleuthing
00:18:37.000would have happened the hair cell at the same time was epic level stupid she wouldn't listen
00:18:44.100she knows better i could go on and on there are a lot more here actually but it's going to take
00:18:49.860a lot of time to read all of this but this is just like some examples of what this post was about
00:18:55.760So no wonder Ryan Reynolds didn't want us all to get reminded about that.
00:19:01.040And especially because these are reactions from people in the industry.
00:19:05.680And as you know, they want to get their reputation back.
00:19:09.220And every time people get reminded of who she really is, it just reinforces what we all know about Blake Lively.
00:19:17.020Yeah, anyways, let's get into what my insider told me today.
00:19:21.180I've spoken to this person many, many times before.
00:19:24.180and this person is in the industry as well and he knows people on both sides here. They say here
00:19:31.640that in the industry Justin is the one who's seen to be holding all the cards now because his story
00:19:37.160is the only one that is still to be told and people are desperate to hear it. Lively already
00:19:42.900broadcasts her story via Megan Tuohy in her online smear campaign against Justin and no one is
00:19:48.520interested in that again. What the public is missing is Justin's side. So true I can't wait
00:19:55.280to hear his side of this story. Anyways this creates a big problem for Ryan Reynolds as he's
00:20:01.260trying to rehabilitate his image because at any moment Justin can decide to share his story which
00:20:08.640would inevitably lead to more and more people digging into Ryan's troubled history. Now that
00:20:13.820the judge has dismissed Blake's claim they have nothing to fall back on. So true and that is
00:20:20.960obviously another reason for why Ryan is behaving so erratic right now. He's terrified of what will
00:20:28.700happen when Justin starts talking. They also say people are aware that there is no possible way
00:20:34.200Megan Toohey would back up Lively's story in the future now that she's been exposed as a pawn of
00:20:41.400the Reynolds team and didn't do any of the research or apply the diligence that the online
00:20:46.460sleuths did. Meghan's reputation took such a huge hit from the ordeal that it will affect the
00:20:51.380credibility of every story she does from now on. And they also say here that Ryan is desperate to
00:20:57.080try to rebuild his image but the public is not buying it. As I said so many times here, every
00:21:03.240time Ryan is tagged in some movie projects or anything, the comment section goes bananas. And
00:21:11.020of course there is a reason why Apple TV did not tag him in the trailer of Mayday, the movie that's
00:21:18.160coming out soon. And I say here what's interesting is that the younger generation at the studios
00:21:22.580are the ones trying to tell their bosses just how toxic Ryan is. The more he posts weird videos and
00:21:29.840shows up at comic conventions hiding his face, the more awkward it becomes. People are speculating
00:21:54.400because that opens them up to future legal exposure.
00:21:57.720If they say, hey, we made up these SH claims
00:22:02.060because we wanted to take over the movie,
00:22:04.800then they basically committed perjury here so of course she can never or he can never admit
00:22:12.480that what they did was wrong they can't take the accountability that the public is expecting from
00:22:18.860them and then they say justin boldoni showed with this one video that he can spend literally zero
00:22:24.600dollars and have a massive surge of goodwill anytime he wants there is literally no way ryan
00:22:32.080and Blake can compete with that no matter how much money they throw at it it's not changing
00:22:36.980anyone's minds yeah let's see now that Blake has to spend between 14 and 24 million dollars to try
00:22:43.980and get her reputation back I wonder what it would cost to get Ryan's reputation back so yeah let's
00:22:49.680keep an eye on social media for sure and what's going on there anyways I also wanted to mention
00:22:55.220the Daily Mail's respond to this lawsuit by James Hutushka, the reporter who used to work for them,
00:23:02.520that they now have deleted all tracks from. They removed all his bylines from all the story he ever
00:23:08.960wrote for them. And now he's suing them, saying that he was forced to sign a sworn statement and
00:23:16.560that he didn't believe what the sworn statement was was true. And he felt pressured to do it.
00:23:23.160I spoke about this lawsuit the other day, so I'm not going to repeat all of that.
00:23:27.780But anyways, now the Daily Mail has responded to these lawsuits.
00:23:32.220So they didn't write anything about it themselves, as far as I could see.
00:23:35.700But page six picked this up and asked the Daily Mail for comments.
00:23:39.520In a statement to page six, the news outlet blasted his lawsuit as an inaccurate account
00:23:46.920of the circumstances surrounding the declaration he signed
00:23:50.440in connection with the lively Baldoni litigation.
00:23:53.960So as I said, James Sutushka is asking for damages and lost wages,
00:23:59.640emotional stress damages, impunity damages, a lot of money.
00:24:04.580Obviously, he alleges the mail retaliated against him,
00:24:08.720changing the way his work was supervised before firing him in June of 2025.
00:24:13.720They also say that his complaint had not yet been reviewed by the county clerk at publication time when they published this.
00:24:21.560And then they have a statement from the Daily Mail saying at no point did the Daily Mail pressure James to sign a declaration he believed to be untrue.
00:24:30.780In fact, the declaration he signed was consistent with what he had already told senior management after the Baldoni complaint first came to our attention.
00:24:40.960As a trusted news organization, we expect our journalists to act with honesty and integrity,
00:24:47.760and we rely upon that important expectation.
00:24:52.200The Daily Mail concluded the statement by alleging that Vitushkas claims that he is
00:24:58.080a whistleblower who suffered retaliation, harassment, discrimination, or other unlawful
00:25:04.240treatments are entirely meritless and unsupported by the facts, and we are confident they will
00:25:10.940be soundly dismissed. It's funny every time someone responds to a lawsuit it's basically
