00:12:02.400 2000s. And I would say, no, everyone didn't do that. And it's still not okay if other people

00:16:23.180 Mail about what's going to happen to Perez from now on. They've spoken to someone called Mark

00:16:29.180 Astor, who is a veteran Florida attorney specializing in Baker Act cases. So this is a

00:16:35.980 Baker Act case. And that is why Perez is not going to go home when his treatment at the hospital is

00:16:45.440 over. He is going to be, according to this article, locked up in a psychiatric ward for six months or

00:16:52.380 longer. He's been treated for his injuries and we know he's been in surgery as well. And they've

00:16:57.580 spoken to a friend of his here who's saying that Perez is not able to fully process what happened

00:17:04.260 and then they're saying here this is not going to be something where in five days I'm like he's fine

00:17:09.320 this is months maybe years and he won't be allowed to go home when he's medically discharged he will

00:17:16.720 instead be moved to a secure psychiatric facility where specialists will have 72 hours to assess

00:21:19.980 the revelation is particularly striking given Perez's history. For years, he was one of pop

00:21:24.660 culture's most recognizable LGBTQ plus voices. And he spoke to another source here who said he

00:21:30.240 had completely changed the way he talked about himself, talking about Perez. He was talking

00:21:35.520 about his sexuality differently and saying that he had found a new path through his faith. Several

00:21:42.480 people who knew Perez compared the transformation privately to commentator Milo Yiannopoulos,
