00:00:00.000 Okay, we have another Blake Lively situation.
00:00:08.680 Hi and welcome to Blossom Talk. I'm Sjärstie Flore, journalist, Hollywood truth teller,
00:00:13.560 and your voice of reason in a town built on delusion.
00:00:18.620 Okay, we have another Blake Lively situation going on at the set of Jennifer Lopez's new movie.
00:00:27.240 According to sources, Jennifer is doing a Blake trying to take over the movie. 0.99
00:00:34.540 And now the PR machine is in full gear trying to put a lid on this scandal before it gets out of control.
00:00:42.420 Also, I really want to talk about this other very interesting story going on right now.
00:00:47.620 There is a big celebrity in the UK who's been accused of serious things against several women.
00:00:56.160 This person is now taking media outlets to court, saying to a judge that if they publish
00:01:04.080 the allegations against him and makes his name public, he will leave this earth.
00:01:12.200 I can't say that word on my channel, what he's going to do, because YouTube doesn't
00:01:16.700 like that, but I'm sure you get the idea of what I'm talking about here.
00:01:20.620 He's tried to do this twice already.
00:01:22.960 And this week, there was a hearing in the UK and the judge was asking the public to
00:01:28.400 stop speculating in who this person is.
00:01:32.520 Let's talk about it.
00:01:34.100 But before we get into anything, I wanted to thank everyone who sent me emails and informed
00:01:40.300 me about this other YouTube channel called Pretty Loud, who is stealing my content and
00:01:46.680 basically putting it through AI to make it look like they came up with this content.
00:01:52.400 They even took my video that I posted a few days ago where I talked about my personal experience in my Blake Lively interview with Parker Posey.
00:02:02.340 So please, if you come across Pretty Loud, this channel, don't pay any attention to it.
00:02:08.020 I'm working with YouTube to find out how I can stop this from happening because I'm sure they're doing it to other creators as well.
00:02:15.900 If you watch that interview back, you can see Parker Posey physically turning away from me, angling her body toward Blake.
00:02:23.760 And before I go, I want to give a big thank you to my executive producer, Oscar.
00:02:28.440 Yeah, this is a slippery slope when it comes to AI right now.
00:02:31.800 And I hope YouTube is going to figure out a way to stop this in the future.
00:02:36.960 Anyways, let's get into it.
00:02:38.640 So this page six story really made me laugh this morning. 0.98
00:02:42.500 Jennifer Lopez clashes with fame director over their new Netflix thriller.
00:02:47.860 It's a Blake Lively situation.
00:02:51.380 I mean, it's so funny that it has become a term in Hollywood now that we have a Blake Lively situation.
00:03:00.760 Yeah, you definitely don't want to be Blake or find yourself in a Blake Lively situation if you are in Hollywood.
00:03:08.500 And this time, it is Jennifer Lopez, who is, according to a lot of sources here,
00:03:14.640 trying to take over the movie from Robert Zemeckis, who is a legendary director, by the way.
00:03:21.020 He did Forrest Gump, he did Back to the Future, he did Cast Away, Romancing the Stone,
00:03:26.000 the list goes on and on and on.
00:03:27.620 And Jennifer Lopez is doing a movie with him for Netflix.
00:03:30.700 And someone decided to leak this information.
00:03:35.240 And I believe there's a reason why these stories appear.
00:03:37.900 because there is some truth to it.
00:03:40.120 Although Netflix and Jennifer Lopez is denying it.
00:03:44.240 Surprise, surprise. 1.00
00:03:45.620 It says here that Jennifer really wants to do the edits. 0.96
00:03:49.520 Yeah, this is a total deja vu situation here.
00:03:53.060 As you know, Blake Lively took over the movie from Justin Baldoni.
00:03:56.900 She basically blackmailed Sony into allowing her to do her own version of the movie.
00:04:02.740 And if they didn't allow her to do that, she would not promote the movie.
00:04:06.140 So Sony, as you know, ended up saying that, okay, Blake, you can make your own version.
00:04:10.480 And then when Justin Baldoni's version kept scoring better than Blake in front of a test audience,
00:04:16.760 Blake just kept pushing it and then used Colleen Hoover as pressure as well, saying Colleen Hoover also likes my edit better.
00:04:23.260 They didn't care about the audience, obviously.
00:04:25.220 They only cared about Blake Lively's version being the one who was chosen by Sony.
00:04:30.240 And as I reported on, it ended up being so many changes to Blake Lively's movie that it turned into Justin Baldoni's movie in the end.
00:04:39.140 And I remember speaking to an insider who's close to Justin and he said that it was basically Justin's movie that ended up being screened.
00:04:48.680 So anyways, let's get back to Jennifer Lopez here.
00:04:51.120 So a source tells Page Six that the Hollywood superstar has been butting heads with Forrest Gump 0.78
00:04:58.300 filmmaker Robert Zemeckis, the director of her new big-budget movie, The Last Mrs. Parrish.
00:05:05.580 And here it says that Lopez has ideas on how to fix the twisty thriller for Netflix,
00:05:11.040 and they don't necessarily align with Zemeckis' vision.
00:05:14.660 Who would you trust to make a good movie?
00:05:17.800 The man who made Oscar-nominated and Oscar-winning movies like Forrest Gump
00:05:22.680 or the queen of flops, Jennifer Lopez.
00:05:26.020 I mean, would anyone really trust Jennifer Lopez to fix a movie? 1.00
00:05:29.420 And here the sources say, actually, that she tried to take it over. 0.94
00:05:33.560 She fancies herself a filmmaker, says a Hollywood source.
00:05:37.640 It's been testing terrible.
00:05:40.180 Lopez panicked and has been in the editing room behind the scene,
00:05:43.700 everyone saying, it's a Blake Lively situation. 0.75
00:05:47.800 The thing is, I'm not that surprised that Jennifer Lopez would pull a Blake Lively. 1.00
00:05:53.800 I mean, she is a lot more professional, I would say, than Blake and a lot more successful 1.00
00:05:58.720 and has a bigger fan base and all that. 0.97
00:06:02.080 But she's also very controlling. 0.78
00:06:05.440 I've interviewed her many times. 0.63
00:06:07.500 She's always very professional and always pretty nice to journalists.
00:06:11.200 So I don't have any bad experiences with her per se, 0.81
00:06:14.360 but I do think she has a reputation of being kind of a diva.
00:06:18.840 She is a producer on this movie, by the way, 1.00
00:06:22.240 but that doesn't give her the power to sit and edit the movie 1.00
00:06:25.700 and take it away from a director.
00:06:27.820 So here Netflix has come out with a statement saying
00:06:30.820 the film tested well, particularly with fans of Jennifer. 0.91
00:06:35.480 I mean, that is the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard.
00:06:39.160 It tested good with her fans because they're her fans. 0.97
00:06:42.000 whatever she does is going to test good with her fans.
00:06:45.960 I think that statement in itself says everything about what's going on here.
00:06:50.240 They didn't say how good it tested and there's no screening scores
00:06:53.900 and no audience breakdowns, nothing of that sort.
00:06:57.500 So they're keeping that a secret.
00:07:00.220 And Page Six continues to say,
00:07:01.800 meanwhile, another source was more sympathetic to Lopez's alleged power grab.
00:07:07.160 She's taking over, but she's just trying to salvage the movie.
00:07:10.840 That's exactly what Blake Lively did, by the way
00:07:13.960 Yet another source, they continue
00:07:15.820 Says that Lopez has wrested control from Zemeckis
00:07:19.440 Especially during the editing process
00:07:22.860 And has taken it over
00:07:25.260 Yes, someone on the inside
00:07:27.600 Definitely leaked this information out there
00:07:30.880 Maybe it was someone close to Zemeckis
00:07:34.260 Who wanted this to get out there 0.98
00:07:35.980 To put Jennifer Lopez in that category with Blake Lively 1.00
00:07:40.600 like back off or you'll end up like Blake now we have labeled you another Blake so you better watch
00:07:47.640 out this is definitely a power game going on behind the scenes here remember what happened
00:07:52.980 when details started leaking to the press about what went on at the set of it ends with us someone
00:07:59.640 was leaking information Blake Lively's team did a lot of that and then Justin Maldoni's team came
00:08:05.200 out and try to calm things down and say you know nothing there's nothing going on here you know
00:08:11.140 everything's fine we love working together yes we've all seen the true colors of a PR game like
00:08:18.300 this that is another thing that Blake exposed in her lawsuit now we don't believe any of these
00:08:24.880 statements anymore whatever Netflix would come out and say here I would be like yeah right I don't
00:08:31.300 believe that. And here is a joint statement from both Lopez and Netflix saying that, as we have
00:08:37.900 said to page six, this reporting is categorically false. Any suggestion that the filmmakers are not
00:08:45.440 working in unison is without merits. There's plenty of stake on the film which cost a hundred
00:08:52.300 million dollars, another source said. The project which began shooting in September of 2025 isn't
00:08:59.180 expected to make it to the screen until sometime in 2027, we hear. So it seems like this very
00:09:07.700 expensive movie has been postponed and there's no reason for that. I mean, they're already in
00:09:13.160 the editing room, obviously, here, and they're far into the editing, I'm assuming, because they
00:09:19.600 already tested the movie and it's not going to come out until later next year. Hmm. Now I'm
00:09:26.240 wondering if Jennifer Lopez was inspired by Blake Lively to take over this movie because it did work 0.72
00:09:31.480 for Blake. If she hadn't sued Justin Baldoni, she would have gotten away with it. And I'm also
00:09:37.000 thinking now that Hollywood is on high alert when these things occur. So it's good to get this out
00:09:44.140 in the open, to leak it to the press in case someone's planning legal action. Because that's
00:09:50.260 another thing we learned from the Blake Lively Justin Baldoni saga that you need to keep all your
00:09:57.560 evidence get everything in writing get the timeline right so that you are prepared for whatever could
00:10:04.860 come your way and other outlets also picked this up by the way Us Weekly did a story on it as well
00:10:10.140 but basically reporting on what page six already reported on but it's clear that the PR machine is
00:10:15.620 working really hard to clean up all this mess before it gets out of hand. To be continued dot
00:10:22.080 dot dot. Okay so let's talk about this crazy case going on in the UK right now. So there was a
00:10:29.020 hearing this week in front of a judge in the UK. This case is about a big celebrity who's been
00:10:35.600 accused by several women of pretty terrible things but there's no criminal charges at this point
00:10:43.900 and he's not being sued by any of these women.
00:10:47.120 But ITN and The Guardian in the UK
00:10:49.900 have been working on a big story about him.
00:10:53.900 An expose where they've spoken to over 100 people,
00:10:58.220 including 30 people who gave first-hand accounts
00:11:02.300 about this man.
00:11:04.480 And here's the interesting part.
00:11:05.980 When the media reached out to this celebrity
00:11:09.800 back in May,
00:11:11.960 he attempted to end things.
00:11:14.180 As you know, I can't say that word.
00:11:16.220 So after he did that, he was hospitalized
00:11:18.980 and the media outlets stopped pushing him
00:11:22.520 to give him more time, of course,
00:11:24.640 because of what had happened to him.
00:11:26.460 And then he tried to do it again.
00:11:30.040 And now there is a very interesting dilemma going on
00:11:33.400 because his lawyer is saying
00:11:36.080 if the media publishes his name and their investigation,
00:11:40.840 he is definitely going to end things.
00:11:45.560 And this week there was a hearing in front of a judge who has to rule on this
00:11:49.940 if this man should be given anonymity.
00:11:52.680 So should the media protect this man who's done awful things to women
00:11:58.500 and they're also saying that these women who were victims of this man
00:12:03.140 have suffered a lot of trauma themselves and suffered mental crisis themselves.
00:12:08.400 So why should this man be protected like this?
00:12:12.140 This man also claims that he is innocent,
00:12:15.440 that none of these things that these women have claimed in this investigation ever occurred.
00:12:21.640 The judge also urged the public to stop speculating in who this person is.
00:12:27.840 And of course, that's not going to happen.
00:12:30.760 I was looking on Reddit and Twitter and everyone's like,
00:12:33.780 it's this person, it's this person,
00:12:35.840 which, of course, is horrible, especially if they're pointing to the wrong person.
00:12:39.660 And this man, who's now in a psychiatric hospital,
00:12:43.160 says that he also wants to withdraw from the public because of all of this.
00:12:48.860 And these allegations, I have to add, also includes teenagers, teen-age girls.
00:12:55.260 And this man is being accused of using his celebrity status
00:12:58.200 to get access to these young girls and women.
00:13:01.180 Of course, by his actions, so far, people want to say, you know,
00:13:04.660 he's obviously guilty. Why would he act this way if he wasn't guilty? His lawyer or barrister has
00:13:12.660 also come out and said that he suffered trauma in his childhood and this somehow has triggered that
00:13:20.460 and triggered more anxiety for him. But should that responsibility be put on the media? I find
00:13:27.420 this very interesting from a journalistic perspective. If I was working for The Guardian
00:13:32.240 or ITN and if I had done this investigation or worked on this story, would I put my name on a
00:13:38.660 story like this when I knew the risk of this person doing something to himself that could
00:13:46.380 never be reversed? Could I live with that as a reporter? Even though if he's guilty of this,
00:13:53.600 could I have that on my conscience? And then on the other hand, if this man wins in court,
00:13:59.780 which I don't think he actually will, then that could end up protecting men like him in the future
00:14:05.760 for being exposed. And then, of course, there's another side to this. These are just allegations.
00:14:11.900 Nothing's been proven in court against this man. And as you might remember, when the New York Times
00:14:18.360 reported on the Blake Lively lawsuit claiming that Justin Baldoni had S-aged her, and we later
00:14:26.260 found out that that wasn't the case but the damage that that did to him as an innocent man which also
00:14:34.120 could be the case in this case. I don't know any of the details here of course because we don't
00:14:39.980 know that yet because it's not been reported on yet. The outlets say that they've spoken to a lot
00:14:45.080 of people but can we be sure that these people are telling the truth? Yeah this is a really tricky
00:14:51.940 situation and today the Guardian wrote themselves Guardian and ITN have duty to public and sources
00:14:58.480 to publish SA allegations against well-known figures and it says here in their reporting
00:15:06.480 that his legal team have argued that publishing it would likely lead to his death and because
00:15:13.480 there are already two incidents of this it's not really an empty threat and the media outlet said
00:15:19.100 that they had credible evidence of seriously improper conduct towards a large number of women
00:15:25.120 over a prolonged period, including potential criminal conduct. So this man is trying to use
00:15:33.180 laws of European Convention on Human Rights, saying that these articles would be inhumane
00:15:40.100 or degrading, and he has a right for privacy and respect for privacy and family life, and also his
00:15:48.260 right to life. Now of course I'm getting more and more curious about this person who he is
00:15:55.800 and I think we're probably going to find out pretty soon so I'll definitely keep following
00:16:02.660 this story. Anyways tomorrow is the deadline by the way for Blake Lively to unseal a lot of
00:16:09.640 evidence that we haven't seen yet so that shall be interesting. I am sure they're gonna wait until
00:16:15.960 midnight before they actually file anything, because then they know the media is more asleep
00:16:22.500 during the weekend. So if you want to break some pretty bad news that you don't want people to talk
00:16:28.460 about too much, do it on a Friday evening. But as you know, I'll keep an eye out for this. As soon
00:16:33.980 as it happens, I will be on here talking about it, showing you text messages, emails. We don't know
00:16:40.400 exactly what's in there yet, but I think it's going to be pretty damaging for Blake Blyly and
00:16:46.540 Ryan Reynolds. Anyways, that's it for me today, you guys. Thank you so much for watching, and thanks
00:16:51.720 for all your support, for all your emails, for all your DMs on Instagram, and thank you for subscribing
00:16:58.320 to my channel. And please check if you've been unsubscribed as well. It does happen to a lot of
00:17:04.100 people for some crazy reason. And hit the notification bell as well, so you never miss
00:17:09.180 an episode of Flawsome Talk and a big thank you to Oscar, my executive producer, who is not taking
00:17:17.040 over creative control here, thankfully. So we don't have a Blake Lively situation, right, Oscar?
00:17:22.820 All right. See you tomorrow. Bye.
