00:00:00.000 Oh my God, the judge has ruled. This is freaking fantastic.
00:00:11.260 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Jashti Flore, journalist, Hollywood truth teller and your voice
00:00:16.340 of reason in a town built on delusion. The judge has ruled and this is freaking amazing. This is
00:00:25.060 what we've been waiting for for over one year. The judge said on Friday, late, really late on Friday
00:00:33.660 actually, that Blake Lively's evidence is going to be unsealed because the public deserves to know.
00:00:43.380 The public deserves to see her evidence and all of it has to be unsealed by Wednesday. Also let's
00:00:52.080 talk about how this attorney, Blake Lively, just hired, who used to work with Jeffrey Epstein
00:00:58.600 victims, how that is about to blow up in her face. Let's get into it. So late on Friday,
00:01:07.240 the judge made a decision that all of this evidence that Justin Baldoni had attached to his motion for
00:01:14.980 summary judgment. It's about 300 different documents. All of it should be unsealed by
00:01:22.560 Wednesday, by this Wednesday at 1 p.m. Eastern time, New York time. There are a few things here
00:01:30.180 and there that will be redacted, but that is mostly just personal information like home addresses
00:01:35.800 and some business information that we don't really care about anyways. But mainly he's telling Blake Lively
00:01:42.720 that all of her text messages, all of Ryan Reynolds' text messages, is all going to be available for
00:01:50.000 the public. So all of us can dial in and listen to the hearing that's going to take place on Thursday,
00:01:56.880 the next day, between Blake Lively's attorneys and the Wayfair Party's attorneys. And they are going to
00:02:03.880 convince the judge to throw out Blake Lively's case based on all the evidence that they have found
00:02:09.920 through discovery and that we, by then, have also seen. Then Blake Lively's team has to respond to
00:02:16.860 that. And then at the end, I think Wayfair Parties has the last word. So we'll see what comes from that.
00:02:24.020 But all we care about is really seeing all this evidence being unsealed. So what's interesting here
00:02:28.740 is that the judge explicitly asked for Blake Lively's text messages to be unsealed.
00:02:36.520 She is not going to be able to hide any of this. There are a lot of texts from both Blake and Ryan
00:02:43.340 that are dated back to April of 2023. So we're going to start seeing text messages from before
00:02:49.800 they even started shooting the movie. As you know, they started shooting in May of 2023
00:02:55.820 and then they shot for a month or so and then they were shut down because of the writer's strike
00:03:01.840 and then they picked up again in January of 2024. So the judge attached a list of all these documents
00:03:10.580 that's going to be unsealed and we can go to the docket and find the documents there and have a wild
00:03:16.000 guess of what those documents are about. The only thing we can see is what they're marked as. So some
00:03:22.140 of them are marked BL which stands for Blake Lively and it says text message. There's also a voice memo
00:03:29.720 from Blake Lively that's going to be unsealed as well and of course we are excited to see if she
00:03:36.960 had any communication with Emily Blunt and America Ferrara because she added these people herself to
00:03:44.520 the list of people with knowledge to the situation that could be potentially witnesses for her. So we'll
00:03:51.960 see if we're going to see any communication with them. If we don't see any text messages with her
00:03:56.840 friends. Then I also think that says a lot about how these people had absolutely no knowledge to
00:04:03.160 this situation whatsoever. So that's going to be interesting to find out. Also of course the
00:04:08.860 Taylor Swift messages that we've been waiting for for so long. I don't know if we can expect to see
00:04:14.580 those messages that we learned about last year when Brian Friedman wrote a sworn statement and said
00:04:21.420 that Blake Lively had tried to pressure Taylor Swift to support her in public and if she didn't do that
00:04:28.860 she would leak 10 years of private messages and also allegedly Blake had sent a message to Taylor
00:04:35.800 asking her to delete messages between the two of them. I'm hoping we get to see those and also most
00:04:43.580 likely more communication between the two of them when they talk about It Ends With Us and Justin Baldoni.
00:04:50.480 As you know Taylor Swift did not write a letter to the judge to ask him to seal any of her text
00:04:57.120 messages. So I'm not expecting anything in these text messages will hurt Taylor Swift. It will only
00:05:03.240 hurt Blake Lively. Also they have attached parts of Isabella Ferrer's deposition and as you know
00:05:11.120 she was desperate to try to get that sealed from the public saying that she talked about some very
00:05:17.400 personal stuff in there whatever and the judge was like no not having it. Isabella Ferrer's
00:05:22.560 deposition is going to be unsealed. So I'm expecting a lot of contradictions in there. Remember she's a
00:05:29.260 very young girl. She doesn't have a lot of media training and sitting in these depositions these
00:05:35.360 attorneys are really good at making you say things that you probably will regret later. So that's what
00:05:41.920 I'm expecting to see from Isabella Ferrer. And also there's parts of Colleen Hoover's deposition
00:05:47.480 here. As you know she has kept contradicting herself a lot. The author of It Ends With Us.
00:05:53.820 That's who I'm talking about obviously. And also Jenny Slate's deposition is attached here. And you know
00:05:59.960 all of these documents that were attached to Justin Baldoni's motion for summary judgment are all evidence
00:06:07.140 supporting him. So we know all of this evidence is going to support him. Also there is something
00:06:14.020 marked here with R. R. Supina. So that is Ryan Reynolds' subpoena. He had to give up some text
00:06:22.280 messages that he's been desperate to hide. We know approximately what's in some of those text
00:06:28.540 messages. And that is a conversation that he had with a WMA agent allegedly about getting Justin
00:06:36.500 Baldoni fired. We know that Ryan said to WMA if you don't get Justin Baldoni to sign this written
00:06:44.400 statement to take all responsibility for everything that went wrong with the marketing campaign of It
00:06:49.960 Ends With Us. If you don't get him to sign that Blake and I will leave your agency. I guess you could
00:06:56.520 kind of call that blackmailing. And we're going to be able to see that. Also other text messages with
00:07:02.180 Ryan Reynolds are attached. So let's see what we can find there. And we have lots of emails from
00:07:08.740 Sony to look forward to. And probably how Blake Lively put pressure on them. And they were left
00:07:14.900 in the middle. We know that they've been really also very desperate to try to keep these communications
00:07:20.380 hidden from the public. And we also have a deposition from Blake Lively's makeup artist Vivian
00:07:26.620 Baker who was the one that complained about a culture of hugging. I spoke about this when I
00:07:33.620 mentioned something from Justin Baldoni's deposition where he said that that's so weird that she was the
00:07:39.540 one complaining about that while she was the one always running up to me and hugging me. Anyways can't
00:07:45.020 wait to see that. And of course a lot more from Blake Lively's deposition. So far we only seen like this
00:07:51.440 much from her deposition. And that's when she talks about the smear campaign and that she still thinks
00:07:57.180 it's ongoing and that Brian Friedman is a part of the smear campaign. It's so ridiculous. But that's
00:08:04.080 really the only thing we've seen. And they also have attached audio files. You know that we know that
00:08:11.500 Jamie Heath did record at least three conversations. And I think Justin Baldoni, he recorded at least one
00:08:18.140 conversation he had with Sean Levy, the director, that's Ryan Reynolds, who's Ryan Reynolds' best friend,
00:08:26.080 who called him with advice about Blake Lively and how Justin should just give her whatever she wanted.
00:08:34.140 I'm like an undercover diva. Seems nice, actually problematic.
00:08:38.880 This is going to take me a second.
00:08:44.820 We know that conversation is recorded. I can't wait to hear that. And also we know that Jamie Heath
00:08:51.460 recorded a conversation he had with WME, the agency, when they read up this statement from Ryan Reynolds.
00:09:00.040 I'm hoping we're going to hear that one as well. And that PGA letter is going to be unsealed,
00:09:05.400 which I'm super excited about. This letter that Blake sent to PGA attaching a lot of recommendations
00:09:11.980 from other people that she pressured into signing a letter that she should get the mark from Producer
00:09:19.320 Skills of America. And as I said before, that is really harmful for Blake's case because she's
00:09:25.500 claiming that she was powerless in this situation. And that letter just shows how much power she had
00:09:31.320 on the movie. Yes, I'm not a good look for Blake. Talking about that, remember I spoke about this
00:09:36.720 on Friday that Blake Lively had hired a new attorney to help her case. Her name is Sigri McCowley
00:09:43.780 and she used to work with victims of Jeffrey Epstein. And here's the kicker. I didn't know this when I
00:09:52.940 spoke about it on Friday. And I said, I thought it was strange that they didn't notify the judge that
00:09:59.640 Blake Lively had a new attorney. And the reason for that is because Sigrid is not doing any legal
00:10:05.340 stuff. She is just taking care of PR. That means that Sigrid is hired to do crisis PR for Blake.
00:10:15.740 So how is this going to backfire on Blake Lively? Well, as you know, Blake's team has accused Justin
00:10:24.200 Baldoni of a smear campaign. And one of the reasons for that is because he hired crisis PR. And they're
00:10:31.000 saying when you're hiring crisis PR, that means you have something to hide. And that is also evidence
00:10:36.780 of a smear campaign. So now Blake is doing the same thing. So does that automatically make her look
00:10:44.920 guilty? According to herself, yes. And the interesting thing here is she's hiring Sigrid after
00:10:54.040 all the depositions are done and after discovery is over and just a few days before everything is
00:11:02.360 going to be unsealed. Sigrid is going to be super busy this week trying to turn things around and
00:11:10.040 twist things in the media to make it look like Blake is just still a victim, even though she did all the
00:11:16.540 things that we're about to find out. I think we can expect a lot of stories coming out of Blake
00:11:21.440 Lively's camp this week, obviously, because she needs to try and be on top of things. And as you
00:11:27.320 know, last week, her team leaked the entire depositions of Justin Baldoni and Jamie Heath,
00:11:32.420 including their home addresses. Can you imagine if it was the other way around that the way fair
00:11:38.800 parties had done the same thing to Blake Lively? That would be headlines everywhere. No media
00:11:45.980 touched this story. The only thing they picked up from those depositions were that Blake Lively called
00:11:53.420 her office at the penthouse in Manhattan for Buckingham Palace. There were a thousand pages
00:12:00.140 of depositions and testimony, and that's what they chose to write about. And of course, everyone picked up
00:12:07.680 this story about Blake Lively now being in the same category as Jeffrey Epstein victims. This is going to
00:12:17.700 blow up in her face big time. And don't forget, she also hired this ex-CIA agent last year. We haven't
00:12:26.140 heard anything more about that, but I'm sure he's been working really hard behind the scenes as well.
00:12:31.020 So Blake now has an army of people helping her, trying to make the public believe that she is a
00:12:37.980 victim and it's not going to work. Anyway, that's it for me on a Sunday. This was a quick episode. I
00:12:43.800 just wanted to keep you guys informed and that you have to really stay tuned for Wednesday. That's the
00:12:49.320 day, the big day this week when we're going to see so much evidence being unsealed. I don't know if
00:12:55.620 they're going to drop everything at once, how that actually works, or if they can just drop little by
00:12:59.780 little during the week. That would be the best. If anyone's listening, please do that so we don't
00:13:04.540 get so overwhelmed. But anyways, I'm so thrilled that the truth is going to come out finally. And
00:13:11.400 I hope you guys are as excited as I am. And thank you again for watching. And please subscribe if you
00:13:17.420 haven't and hit the notification bell so you never miss an episode of Flawsome Talk. And I'll see you
00:13:22.580 tomorrow. Bye!
00:13:29.780 Bye!
