00:00:30.360 Oh my god, the Taylor Swift messages are here.
00:00:33.880 And this is a lot worse than I ever could have imagined.
00:00:42.720 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk.
00:00:44.360 I'm Ashley Floor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller.
00:00:47.200 And your voice of reason in a town built on delusion.
00:00:50.660 So I had a feeling that I was going to jump on here twice today.
00:00:54.660 And here I am.
00:00:55.420 So if you watched my first episode today, I did talk about the deposition of Isabella Ferrer and a little bit about Colin Hoover and also about Leslie Sloan.
00:01:06.520 Now, this is the major nuclear bomb, you guys.
00:01:12.000 So now we know what those text messages were between Blake Lively and Taylor Swift and how involved Taylor was.
00:01:23.100 This is crazy.
00:01:24.320 So this is a document with disputed and indisputed facts in between the parties.
00:01:31.080 These are facts that they either have agreed are true or not true.
00:01:36.160 And these are some undisputed facts about Taylor Swift involvement in this movie and other celebrities' involvement in this movie.
00:01:44.620 This is going to blow your mind.
00:01:47.440 Okay.
00:01:47.720 So here we have an undisputed fact.
00:01:51.480 On April 12, 2023, Lively asked her friend, the world-famous musician Taylor Swift for help, referring to Baldoni as this dofus director of my movie.
00:02:06.080 She went on to describe him as a clown who thinks he's a writer now.
00:02:12.900 She asked Swift to endorse the revised script she was proposing, even without having read it. 0.59
00:02:21.480 And then there's a quote from a text.
00:02:24.420 You don't have to read it, of course.
00:02:27.020 So she's asking Taylor Swift to come to her penthouse in front of Justin Baldoni and endorse the script that she doesn't even have to read,
00:02:36.280 but just to promote Blake Lively's version of this scene.
00:02:41.240 That is undisputed by both parties.
00:02:45.020 Here comes the next one.
00:02:47.280 Undisputed that the quoted language appear in the cited source, but disputed that Lively asked Taylor Swift to endorse the revised script without having read it.
00:02:59.340 And I sent Taylor the script on her way to my apartment because Justin was still there and I asked her to read them.
00:03:07.120 I told her she didn't have to.
00:03:09.680 I didn't want her to feel pressured to do that, but I hope that she would.
00:03:15.280 And it continues.
00:03:16.520 Swift agreed to do Lively's bidding.
00:03:20.280 Texting Lively.
00:03:21.540 So Taylor texted Lively this.
00:03:23.780 I'll do anything for you.
00:03:27.060 Lively and Taylor Swift met with Baldoni at Lively's apartment where Swift endorsed the revised draft.
00:03:34.600 Afterward, Lively wrote to Swift.
00:03:36.740 You were so epically heroic today.
00:03:41.420 I recapped every moment to Ryan.
00:03:44.380 I kept remembering stuff. 0.99
00:03:46.180 You making shit up about me and lenses and referring to yourself as my doll. 1.00
00:03:51.340 This clown falling for it all, but also resisting it. 0.99
00:03:55.940 You are the world's absolute greatest friend. 0.98
00:04:00.560 This is undisputed.
00:04:02.600 So they basically schemed and planned this together.
00:04:08.440 Remember Taylor Swift said she just happened to be there when they talked about this script?
00:04:14.320 That she was just stopping by randomly?
00:04:17.440 No, no, no, no.
00:04:19.360 Here is a disputed thing.
00:04:20.780 They haven't agreed on this yet.
00:04:22.100 But disputed that Swift agreed to do Lively's bidding, met with Baldoni, or endorsed the revised draft, which is not supported by the cited evidence.
00:04:32.940 Okay.
00:04:33.320 On April 14th, 2023, Baldoni told Lively he liked the revised scene.
00:04:40.100 He added that he would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor.
00:04:44.400 Lively explained that to protect her like the princess in Game of Thrones, Reynolds and Swift serves as her dragons.
00:04:53.760 We knew that already.
00:04:55.180 So here's another undisputed fact.
00:04:57.960 Undisputed that the quoted language appears in the cited documents, but Lively respectfully refer the court to full documents for their complete contents,
00:05:06.900 including that we all benefit from her relationship with Reynolds and Swift, and you will too.
00:05:15.260 I can promise you.
00:05:17.580 Lively has since disclosed that her husband, Ryan Reynolds, actually wrote the revised, the revision to the rooftop scene.
00:05:27.320 And on December 4th and 5th, this means that New York Times was working on this article already back in December.
00:05:36.120 4th and 5th.
00:05:38.080 And they posted and they published this article on December 20th, meaning that they were working on it for a long time.
00:05:45.640 And they still waited until it was like 20 hours left to get a comment from Justin and Wayfair.
00:05:50.240 They did not even bother to try to see if there was another side to this story.
00:05:55.320 But here, more Taylor Swift.
00:05:58.220 Lively and Taylor Swift privately discussed the forthcoming New York Times article.
00:06:03.400 So Taylor Swift also knew that that article was coming out already on December 4th and 5th.
00:06:11.740 Swift wrote, 0.97
00:06:12.800 I think this bitch knows something is coming because he's gotten out his tiny violin. 1.00
00:06:18.840 Taylor is calling Justin a bitch with a tiny violin. 1.00
00:06:24.520 Wow. 0.97
00:06:25.240 And it says here that this is disputed, but that the assertion that Lively made extensive edits to the film, trailer and poster is argumentative and unsupported by the cited evidence.
00:06:40.280 Wayfarer reflects a text from Lively to Greenstein discussing the edits.
00:06:45.440 And Wayfarer reflects a text from Lively to Swift asking Swift to watch the trailer.
00:06:52.000 Neither exhibit shows that Lively performed or directed extensive edits to any of this material.
00:06:58.860 Then it gets really juicy.
00:07:01.080 Lively told famous friends, including Matt Damon, Lucy Damon, who is Matt Damon's wife,
00:07:09.420 and Ben Affleck, that she rewrote the script.
00:07:14.400 I directed, I directed every actor.
00:07:18.660 She's quoted here.
00:07:20.220 She also did not hesitate to dispatch Baldoni among her Hollywood crowd, 0.92
00:07:27.020 describing him to Ben Affleck, for example, as a chaotic clown. 0.84
00:07:32.600 And she's quoted here saying,
00:07:33.940 I ended up rewriting and restructuring the entire script. 0.91
00:07:37.820 I also ended up having to direct the movie via the chaotic clown.
00:07:43.300 So now she's dragged Matt Damon and Ben Affleck into this as well.
00:07:48.060 And it's saying here that Lively urged Hoover, as well as her famous friends,
00:07:53.140 including Matt Damon, Lucy Damon, Ben Affleck, Bradley Cooper, and Taylor Swift,
00:08:00.500 to support her version of the film over Baldoni's.
00:08:05.020 For instance, in April 26, 2024 messages,
00:08:12.320 Lively and Swift discuss a plan to use Swift's song in the film's trailer.
00:08:18.120 Swift wrote, she wrote this text to Blake saying,
00:08:21.800 if Justin was strategic, he would be like no Taylor Swift in the trailer
00:08:26.480 because that gives you more power over the film.
00:08:30.240 That's your ally, not his.
00:08:34.460 Lively responded, you are so right.
00:08:37.440 He should have run from your music. 1.00
00:08:39.960 How stupid. 1.00
00:08:41.720 This was his only shot at having the appearance of an upper hand. 1.00
00:08:47.940 Can you believe how involved Taylor Swift was in this whole scheme?
00:08:53.940 She played a huge part in this power play against Justin Baldoni.
00:08:59.360 This is terrible for Taylor Swift.
00:09:01.480 Terrible, terrible, terrible.
00:09:03.180 Now I'm wondering why she's not friends with Blake anymore
00:09:06.000 because she's just as bad as Blake.
00:09:08.800 She is agreeing to all of this.
00:09:11.480 She is playing such a big part in all of this.
00:09:14.980 I am so shocked right now.
00:09:17.720 I had not expected this at all.
00:09:20.140 And now I'm thinking that this whole scheme from Taylor Swift,
00:09:24.200 when she or her father told Justin Baldoni's attorney, Brian Friedman,
00:09:31.020 that Blake was blackmailing her.
00:09:34.000 Oh my God, this is so bad. 0.98
00:09:36.320 These people are just horrible. 1.00
00:09:39.000 Horrible friends, horrible people. 0.61
00:09:41.400 So now I'm questioning why is Taylor Swift not friends with Blake anymore?
00:09:44.400 If this scheme was something that they already planned together,
00:09:48.120 what happened there?
00:09:49.720 Is this just for show?
00:09:51.600 To pretend to the world that she didn't take part of any of this?
00:09:56.380 Did she agree with this game as well with Blake Lively?
00:10:00.100 Oh, and there's more actually.
00:10:02.020 So this is undisputed, I think.
00:10:05.580 In August 2024, Baldoni's former publicist Stephanie Jones and Lively 0.76
00:10:10.820 connected through a mutual acquaintance to share and discuss information
00:10:15.640 that Jones had found on Abel's personal phone.
00:10:19.560 That says that she already had looked at Jennifer Abel's phone
00:10:24.380 before she was even subpoenaed to do so.
00:10:26.880 That's another part of this story I'll get back to.
00:10:29.460 But here is a text message from Taylor Swift to Blake Lively saying,
00:10:35.220 can you believe she just called and was like this PR chick wants to get info to Blake? 1.00
00:10:42.380 So Taylor is basically calling out Stephanie Jones here for giving this information to Blake.
00:10:50.080 I mean, this is, I mean, I had no idea it would get this juicy, you guys.
00:10:53.940 I'm so shocked right now.
00:10:56.560 Here it says, undisputed that Miss Lively was approached by Ashley Avignon,
00:11:00.680 who advised Miss Lively that Jones has a phone which contains the most disturbing messages
00:11:07.000 she's ever read in her 20 or 30 plus year career,
00:11:11.800 that Miss Lively deserved to see what had been done to her 0.63
00:11:16.700 and that Jones wanted to share these messages with her.
00:11:20.680 And it's undisputed here that on September 27 of 2024,
00:11:24.900 live at Lively's direction, Van Zand filed a lawsuit in New York State Court alleging
00:11:32.340 in August 2024, 10 unidentified Doe's defendants had breached contracts with Van Zand
00:11:41.040 in a scheme to damage Van Zand's business and reputation.
00:11:46.220 I'll definitely look more into the Van Zand thing because that's also very fascinating
00:11:50.620 and a very, very important part of this entire legal drama.
00:11:55.220 I mean, I had no idea it would get to this point of how juicy all of this is.
00:12:00.820 So yeah, I'm going to dive more into stuff again tonight and tomorrow and the next day
00:12:05.780 and every day from now on because there is so much to talk about here.
00:12:10.080 And this is getting to a point, oh my God,
00:12:12.700 I can't wait to see how the press is going to deal with this Taylor Swift stuff.
00:12:16.800 I just saw that TMZ started planting negative stories,
00:12:21.040 that they were fed by obviously, allegedly, Leslie Sloan and Blake Lively's team.
00:12:26.460 As I said in my first episode today,
00:12:28.680 that the reason why Blake Lively's team came out first with their evidence
00:12:33.240 is because they plan to be the first people pushing this to the media.
00:12:37.000 So they wanted to have an upper hand here.
00:12:39.260 But now, I mean, knowing that this is coming out,
00:12:42.280 I wonder how Taylor Swift is feeling right now.
00:12:44.160 I wouldn't feel too great.
00:12:45.260 And now I just really lost all respect for Taylor Swift.
00:12:48.660 I mean, this is terrible.
00:12:50.620 And the fact that they haven't even showed any text messages between her and Blake,
00:12:55.180 where Blake is complaining about how Justin is being inappropriate
00:12:58.440 and she feels unsafe on the set. 0.96
00:13:00.700 They call him a clown.
00:13:02.700 All right, that's it from you guys.
00:13:04.080 I need to dive more into all of this stuff.
00:13:06.500 And thanks again for watching.
