00:01:24.120 And tomorrow is the day that they're supposed to be unsealed.

00:01:41.640 Also, according to Daily Mail, Blake Lively has ties to Epstein.

00:01:47.800 And Baldoni's team has come out and responded to the judge ruling about that birth video.

00:01:53.720 The video of Jamie Heath, Baldoni's business partner's wife, giving birth,

00:02:00.500 that Blake thinks that she should have the right to watch with all her male attorneys.

00:02:10.900 Because on Friday, if you follow this case very closely,

00:02:14.780 you know that Blake and Ryan asked the judge to sanction the Wayfair parties again.

00:02:21.600 The reason for that was they were hoping for a new spin in the media to make them look like victims

00:02:28.380 and to make it look like the Wayfair party and Baldoni didn't have any reason

00:02:33.820 to countersue them back in January.

00:02:38.420 So as you know, Baldoni and the Wayfair party's claims against Blake,

00:02:42.220 Ryan and Leslie Sloan and the New York Times were dismissed.

00:02:45.560 And now they were trying to bring that back up again to the judge and say to the judge,

00:02:52.140 you know, we now have deposed Steve Sarawitz and Jennifer Abel who were part of that lawsuit against us.

00:02:59.400 And they told us that they basically didn't have any reason to sue us back,

00:03:03.340 which of course the Wayfair party denies.

00:03:06.080 And the real reason why they filed that was to try and get the attention away

00:03:11.380 from what everyone was talking about, including the media also picked this up

00:03:16.920 and created big headlines that Blake lively improvised kisses on the set of It Ends With Us

00:03:27.640 And they were like, okay, we need to change the narrative.

00:03:31.500 I don't think they really thought this through because this backfired so badly on them.

00:03:38.260 And today the Wayfair parties have responded to this saying that,

00:03:43.680 first of all, this is irrelevant because you're adding new evidence that you got from Discovery.

00:03:52.800 And also they said, by the way, judge, that lawsuit that we filed wasn't frivolous

00:03:59.180 because now we also have new evidence here.

00:04:02.360 And then they're attaching all these text messages that they retrieved from subpoenaing Ryan Reynolds.

00:04:15.700 But what we know for sure is that these text messages sent by Ryan Reynolds includes conversations about Baldoni

00:04:26.880 and about the Wayfair parties.

00:04:29.520 And they claim that they can prove that Ari Emanuel, the big boss over at WME,

00:04:35.720 the talent agency that was representing Justin Baldoni and Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively,

00:04:41.360 fire Justin because Ryan told him to do so.

00:04:46.160 And that proves basically that that lawsuit against Ryan and Blake was not frivolous.

00:04:53.900 And now they have the evidence.

00:05:31.800 As I said, Justin Baldoni filed 275 new exhibits last week and 183 of those exhibits are still sealed.

00:08:47.940 And in here, there's a quote from Baldoni's team with their respond to the judge ruling in Blake's favor here.

00:10:37.080 And Blake thought that was something else and she thought it was like adult entertainment or something like that.

00:10:42.960 So for her, she obviously got really serious PTSD from watching two seconds of a woman after she had given birth.

00:10:52.880 Funny enough, Daily Mail is reporting saying Blake Lively just won a major step in her heated SH lawsuit against Baldoni.

00:11:46.640 All intimate touch must be choreographed in advance with Blake Lively and an intimacy coordinator.

00:11:57.480 And all the intimate on-camera touches must and conversations must be in character, not spoken from Baldoni or Blake Lively personally.

00:12:07.660 So, interestingly enough, she wrote this demand on that list after she had improvised kissing on the set.

00:13:09.700 invited Jeffrey Epstein to this star-studded party in New York City back in 2013.

00:13:17.820 And guess who also was on that guest list?

00:13:22.760 Blake Lively.

00:13:24.240 At that point, we know that Epstein had served 13 months in prison.

00:13:29.480 And also on the list here was Harvey Weinstein.

00:13:33.580 I'm not insinuating that Blake has any ties to Epstein,

00:13:39.440 except that she accepted to go to a party where she knew an offender was going to show up.

00:13:46.940 And this was before Harvey was accused of the things that he was accused of.

00:13:51.320 But the reason I find it so interesting is that Blake has been tied to all these people,

00:13:56.020 these men, these types of men.

00:13:58.260 And she supported, as you know, Woody Allen.

00:14:02.080 She was promoting his movie while I interviewed her.

00:14:05.320 And she has defended him publicly.

00:14:07.920 And also keep in mind that Leslie Sloan, who is still Blake Lively's publicist,

00:14:14.140 was backed financially by Harvey Weinstein.

00:14:18.280 And she never commented on anything that he was accused of.

00:14:22.440 That being said, Harvey came out with a statement after Justin Baldoni sued the New York Times.

00:15:08.320 But he noted that he has only ever had the kindest, warmest interactions with both Blake and Ryan.

00:15:16.460 So keep in mind that Blake has never come out against any of these men in Hollywood.
