Flaawsome Talk with Kjersti Flaa - OMG - This is TOO CRINGE !!

00:00:00.000 And you can hear this woman in the background asking Blake, tell me your name one more time.

00:00:06.820 And Blake says, Blake Lively.

00:00:14.200 Hi and welcome to Blossom Talk. I'm Jashti Floor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller,

00:00:18.700 and your voice of reason in a town built on the illusion.

00:00:23.020 I have my little friend back here today, Oscar.

00:00:26.540 He just wanted to say hello and take a little nap while I'm doing this episode.

00:00:31.840 Anyway, so many things have happened since yesterday.

00:00:34.800 Blake Lively was out and about in New York showing off her Fendi bag, posing with fans

00:00:42.480 who didn't really know who she was.

00:00:44.940 This is quite funny.

00:00:46.620 Also, there's a big expose about her and Ryan's finances in the Daily Mail.

00:00:51.820 Yeah, it seems like they didn't pay their workers and they owe over $2 million.

00:00:56.760 And we have to talk about how Blake and Ryan might be dragged into court again.

00:01:02.300 Because as you know, this drama is far from over.

00:01:07.260 Okay, so let's get into it.

00:01:08.720 So as I said, Blake finally went to the Fendi store in New York yesterday.

00:01:13.100 They had, according to the Daily Mail, a star-studded event,

00:01:16.780 which I'll get into shortly because I couldn't really find many stars at this event.

00:01:20.720 but Blake Lively showed up for the photographers outside and she was posing with everyone who

00:01:27.880 wanted a photo with her which wasn't a lot of people to be honest with you but I found some

00:01:32.800 of these videos online this morning and it really made me laugh here is one video where Blake Lively

00:01:38.860 is posing next to this woman or talking to this woman who seemed like she's some tourist from

00:01:44.340 somewhere and you could hear her in the background this is what made me laugh tell me your name one

00:01:50.560 more time. And Blake says, Blake Lively. And in the same clip, you can hear someone else in the

00:02:04.380 background saying, is she an actress? Yes, so Blake Lively is not an A-list star, and she never was.

00:02:16.380 And this, I guess, is proof of that, that people don't really know who she is or doesn't really care.

00:02:22.080 There are a lot of little clips from her coming out of the store and going into the store.

00:02:27.160 And when she walked to her car, her waiting car outside, there's this video of a couple of people posing with her.

00:02:34.780 One looks like a road worker or something who holds a camera in front of his face while someone else, I think, is taking a picture.

00:02:42.060 And then the guy who is actually shooting this says in the background, what a sweetheart.

00:02:50.220 Thank you so much for coming to the show because now we're out of here.

00:02:56.300 Now we're out of here.

00:02:58.540 Nice to meet you, Blake.

00:03:00.540 She's such a sweetheart.

00:03:03.360 I got you.

00:03:04.100 I got you.

00:03:05.960 Thank you.

00:03:06.800 Nice to meet you.

00:03:07.540 Bye, Blake.

00:03:12.060 I feel like that is the last word in anyone's vocabulary who knows this case by now is the

00:03:25.160 last word that they would use to describe Blake Lively. She is not a sweetheart but in this moment

00:03:32.080 she acted like one. Obviously she's so nice to everyone now. She takes the time, she goes out

00:03:38.160 of a way to take a photo of this other woman and then oscar is leaving yeah he had enough yeah he

00:03:44.240 gave up early but anyways all the comments of course online are not disappointing either comments

00:03:49.800 like these on the e-news stories as you know e-news is the number one outlet that blake and

00:03:56.500 her reps call when they want a nicey story about blake lively they haven't written any critical

00:04:02.500 pieces on her throughout this entire drama. They love Blake Lively. I'll get into that later as

00:04:09.260 well in this episode. But here they posted a video from the event saying Blake Lively arrives at

00:04:15.400 Fendi's celebration of the baguettes. So it's the baguette bag, obviously. This is how much she

00:04:21.460 cares. This is what she decides to spend her time doing now, by the way, after she's come out

00:04:27.180 publicly or her attorneys have come out publicly and said, this fight is not over. Blake continues

00:04:33.720 this fight for other survivors of digital violence. And here she is showing off a Fendi baguette bag.

00:04:41.960 Okay, who's that helping? Anyways, there are some of the comments on the E! Online or E! News

00:04:48.320 Instagram post. Someone says someone writes who cares button and pointing over to the heart.

00:04:54.260 and that has 964 likes then there is someone saying nobody wants this justice for justy

00:05:01.600 baldoni cancelled maybe she can get one of her kids to draw on one of those bags because she's

00:05:07.560 so shy remember she said that at the med gala we don't accept justice for justin like nothing

00:05:14.560 happened absurd justin we love you someone says love you blake here by the way and it's got 17

00:05:20.780 comments underneath. So I'm guessing people don't agree with that. And then someone says,

00:05:24.860 boo. And then someone, I'm guessing, working for Blake here saying, gorgeous, be out and about,

00:05:31.700 girl. You don't owe the haters nada. Strengthen up your crown, strengthen up your crown and keep

00:05:37.320 moving. Okay, five people like that. And then someone says, she's out here like she didn't

00:05:43.340 cry wolf. And that's got 480 likes. Blake is gorgeous and brave, not only a great actress,

00:05:49.940 but also a role model for all of us, says someone here.

00:05:53.100 Some people are always defending a guy,

00:05:55.060 no matter how horrible his actions would have been.

00:05:58.180 I'm loving this attitude and boldness that Blake is giving us.

00:06:01.520 That's someone else I'm imagining in her office.

00:06:04.920 I mean, these people who are still supporting Blake Lively,

00:06:07.620 I don't know what planet they're living on or under which rock they're living.

00:06:12.140 Because at this point, when she gave up everything, like, get real.

00:06:16.500 Anyways, every single Instagram post or reel from this event

00:06:21.800 is just flooded with people criticizing or hating on Blake Lively.

00:06:26.320 Anyways, Daily Mail picked this up

00:06:28.180 and they said that Blake Lively puts Justin Baldoni's settlement behind her

00:06:32.300 as she steps out for star-studded Fendi event in New York.

00:06:37.120 There wasn't any other stars there except Olivia Wilde.

00:06:41.380 She showed up, but apart from her, 1.00

00:06:44.080 It was only so-called Nepo babies who attended this event.

00:06:48.380 I'm sure their parents were invited to the event and they were like, 1.00

00:06:52.220 I'm not going to go to this Fendi event.

00:06:53.820 It's kind of tone deaf.

00:06:55.200 Right now, there's so much else going on in this world that's more important to me.

00:06:58.660 So I'm just going to send my kid there.

00:07:00.440 And they did.

00:07:01.380 So Lisa Rinna, the real housewife of Beverly Hills, she sent her daughter.

00:07:06.440 And the heiress and model Ivy Getty was there. 0.98

00:07:09.600 I guess she has a lot of money to buy Fendi bags.

00:07:11.740 and then also Nepo baby Deacon Reese Filippe, the 22-year-old son of actor Reese Witherspoon

00:07:18.980 and Ryan Filippe. They were there. So I wouldn't call this a star-studded event. And as you can see

00:07:25.780 from the videos outside, there weren't really any fans gathering outside either. So this whole

00:07:30.980 article in the Daily Mail showing pictures of Blake Lively basically says that she was on this

00:07:35.600 event and then they go through everything in this lawsuit, again reminding everyone that she

00:07:41.540 got zero dollars from Justin Baldoni and she dropped her lawsuit and she lost 10 out of her

00:07:48.540 13 claims, just reminding everyone what really happened here. So yes, another tone-deaf stunt

00:07:54.740 from Blake Lively. According to her lawyers, as you know, when she's not showing up at Fendi

00:07:59.460 stores with a baguette bag, she is working really hard to change the laws all over America so other

00:08:06.340 people can also abuse the legal system and blame it on other people when they are unpopular on the 0.97

00:08:13.720 internet and sue them for millions and millions of dollars and then she's pushing this law as you

00:08:19.720 know to make sure that they can't be sued back and if that happens they will get attorney's fees 0.99

00:08:26.620 covered. That is Blake Lively's fight for humanity right now. Okay so let's look at how much money

00:08:32.820 Blake and Ryan owes other people here but before we get into that I wanted to thank the sponsor of

00:08:38.560 this video Wayfair. Just before we left LA I finally gave our outdoor space a little bit of

00:08:45.080 an upgrade with Wayfair but honestly I wish I'd done it so much sooner. For the longest time I

00:08:50.380 knew something was missing out on our patio. Something to make it even more comfortable and

00:08:56.100 cozy and that's when I jumped onto Wayfair's website and I found these gorgeous cushions

00:09:01.440 that really elevated the space. They instantly made me want to sit outside more, and Oscar

00:09:06.920 completely agrees. For our bedroom, I found this beautiful white rug that really ties the room

00:09:12.400 together. It's amazing how just a few pieces can really change the feeling of your home.

00:09:18.620 What I love about Wayfair is that they have every style imaginable, whether you want modern,

00:09:24.020 classic coastal eclectic scandinavian they have so many options and it's super easy to narrow

00:09:32.340 things down with reviews filters and photos from real customers i spent a lot of time reading

00:09:38.740 reviews because there are over 20 million verified five-star reviews and that makes shopping feel so

00:09:44.560 much safer and easier i also love that you can get everything in one place outdoor furniture rugs

00:09:50.920 lighting, decor, basically anything for your home. Delivery was super seamless and everything

00:09:56.820 arrived as expected. Get prepped for patio season for way less. Head to wayfair.com right now to

00:10:04.560 shop all things home. That's w-a-y-f-a-i-r.com. Wayfair, every style, every home. Okay, so let's

00:10:16.000 get into it. The creator who actually broke this story, Katie from Without a Crystal Ball, is not

00:10:22.200 mentioned in this Daily Mail article which I don't think it's cool because I remember people sent me

00:10:28.200 her video that she posted a couple of days ago and then the Daily Mail picked up the story and

00:10:34.760 did this exclusive story on it which is not very cool. Anyways, here's the title from the Daily

00:10:40.480 Mail saying, ugly behind the scenes reality of Blake Lively's paradise compound, unpaid workers,

00:10:48.900 a $2 million debt, and humiliating new questions she and Ryan Reynolds must now face. So it's not

00:10:58.260 news to me that they're not paying their workers. I remember a person that I spoke to in the

00:11:04.780 beginning of all this mess, who told me in confidence that they own a farm somewhere.

00:11:11.920 They didn't want me to reveal details, but Blake Lively had stayed at this farm and took

00:11:18.760 writing lessons there with her children, and she never paid the bill. And this person didn't want

00:11:25.380 to go after them because they're big celebrities, and they thought, you know, it could harm our

00:11:29.720 business but they didn't pay and this seems like a reoccurring thing for them to just like not pay

00:11:36.880 people because as you know they're above everyone else and they're early stars so why would they

00:11:42.280 even pay someone I was just on the phone with someone else that I'm hoping to get on my channel

00:11:47.360 very soon who told me their experience working with Ryan Reynolds on a movie it's mind-blowing

00:11:56.200 I'm really hoping to get her on here.

00:11:59.480 We are working on a way to do that.

00:12:01.700 But what she told me just blew my mind.

00:12:05.200 Anyways, let's get into this mess, this financial mess that Blake and Ryan is in right now.

00:12:11.520 It says here that Blake and Ryan's sprawling upstate New York dream compound has been hit

00:12:17.080 with more than $2.1 million in unpaid contractor debt, raising fresh questions about what has

00:12:23.660 been going on behind the scenes at the couple's long-delayed mega project. The Hollywood power

00:12:29.100 couple, I wouldn't call them a power couple anymore, but anyways, quietly purchased the South

00:12:34.580 Salem property, a ritzy hamlet in the town of Lewisboro, 60 miles north of Manhattan,

00:12:41.440 through an LLC back in 2018. They do all these shady little things through their LLCs always,

00:12:48.680 so that they won't have any personal liability in anything that they do.

00:12:53.460 Anyways, they snapped up some surrounding parcels

00:12:56.040 to create what Lively once described during a planning board hearing

00:12:59.500 as a beautiful buffer for their growing family,

00:13:03.160 despite already owning a 5.7 million home eight miles away in Pound Ridge.

00:13:08.660 Yeah, I guess they never get enough.

00:13:10.040 So they say here, the gossip girl gushed over the secluded 110 acre estate,

00:13:15.880 calling it heaven and the most beautiful place in the world, claiming she and Reynolds plan to build

00:13:21.680 an environmentally conscious luxury retreat where our neighbors will never see us. I hope for the

00:13:27.520 neighbors' sake that they will never see them. But their ultra-private dream compound has instead

00:13:33.340 turned into an eight-year luxury construction saga now plagued by more than 2.1 million in

00:13:40.160 contractor liens and allegations of unpaid work. And here they're saying that by April 2026,

00:13:48.340 they owed a staggering $2,108,856.63. And here they obtained the papers from the biggest claim,

00:13:59.280 which is FlowCon Inc., doing business as flower construction, which filed a massive lien of

00:14:06.760 $1,356,157. So they say here that the construction is thought to have continued into the late of

00:14:16.580 2025 before grinding to a halt in December or early in 2026. And they're pointing out that

00:14:23.300 Lively was telling the planning board, the town planning board, there's actually a Zoom video

00:14:28.340 where she's with all these people planning around this estate that she was desperate to get

00:14:33.300 to get shovels in the ground and be living on this land and she said that in 2022 four years ago

00:14:40.280 and here they're listing all the things that they've sought approval for around this building

00:14:45.300 a pool pool house gym septic system storm water management facilities blah blah blah according to

00:14:52.960 this article she told the town board in 2022 that we love this land so much we're so grateful to

00:15:00.680 have this land and to have such space and such privacy. It's like, why would they care if she

00:15:06.860 wants privacy or not? That's not their concern. Like, why would they care about how much privacy

00:15:12.660 she wants or how much space she wants? I mean, these are regular people. Did she expect them to

00:15:19.680 have some sympathy with us? I don't know. And then they're talking about this Zoom call here where

00:15:23.980 Blake was telling the town how important all of this was for her. And their lawyer apparently was

00:15:29.580 also on this zoom call and he also said that the couple planned to make this property their primary

00:15:35.520 residence with their with their four children and they're pointing out here in Blake's book

00:15:40.960 in this zoom meeting she said that she's a huge fan of history you can't make this stuff up so

00:15:48.320 that's why they decided to keep a cottage and other structures and just build all the other

00:15:53.380 stuff around it. Wow, how noble. She's a fan of history. I guess we found that out when she

00:15:59.340 launched her brand Perverse, I mean Preserve, and the clothing line where she was glamorizing 0.58

00:16:05.220 slavery. And that wasn't very well received. But anyways, and according to the Zoom call here as

00:16:10.260 well, they're saying that Lively herself added that she and Reynolds didn't want to be tyrannical

00:16:16.140 and try to just buy up every bit of land available, but purchase the extra land as a beautiful

00:16:22.560 buffer. I mean everything that these people do is just so tone deaf. I actually received some

00:16:29.880 more information about this from one of my sources and the person said that you should look into the

00:16:36.600 cabin in Heber, Utah that has been in foreclosure multiple times where Elaine lives. Elaine is 0.92

00:16:43.840 Blake Lively's mother and she lives in Utah. Jason Lively, who is Blake Lively's brother,

00:16:49.880 his property was apparently also just in foreclosure and Bart and Robin, Robin is Blake

00:16:56.960 Lively's sister as you know, bought their house in Burbank from Blake's parents in either a short

00:17:04.160 sale or a foreclosure and Bart's house in Midway, Utah that is currently a rehab center is in legal

00:17:12.820 battles constantly and he can't afford that house unless there's tenants in it. And the person said

00:17:19.200 if you speak to any of the tenants or their neighbors there, I'm sure they're going to give

00:17:22.780 you an earful. And the person said that this family is known for dodging payments and not

00:17:28.620 paying their bills. So yeah, I'm sure there are many more people out there who have worked with

00:17:34.500 these people who have been hired by Blake and Ryan who never got paid. By the way, this story

00:17:40.020 came up again for some reason today, because it's a year ago today that this story was published on

00:17:46.700 page six. Blake Lively accused of creating insane, toxic, emotionally draining workplace at now

00:17:53.660 defunct lifestyle brand. Remember, it all came out how Ryan Reynolds was a tyrant and how people

00:18:00.940 there didn't get paid as well. People working for Blake Lively. It says here that six former

00:18:06.660 staffers at Blake Lively's defunct lifestyle company, Preserve, are breaking their silence

00:18:13.120 on the alleged toxic, unprofessional, and chaotic workplace they experienced.

00:18:18.080 The entire company was an absolute disaster, a staffer said.

00:18:22.040 The workplace allegations that Blake is making now against Justin are deeply ironic,

00:18:26.740 given that it was one of the most insane, toxic, emotionally draining,

00:18:30.980 and disorganized environments you could imagine.

00:18:33.960 Someone who worked for her said then.

00:18:36.760 And it's said here that Lively's brother, Eric Lively,

00:18:39.440 who was reportedly hired to be the creative director of the company was allegedly also

00:18:44.360 careless with his role and often overslept leaving many staffers to wait outside in the cold before

00:18:50.160 they were let into the Manhattan studio apartment where the company was based. Former staffers also

00:18:55.160 claimed that they had to sit on the floor of the studio for months before furnitures arrived and

00:19:00.960 then someone said her Eric her brother was completely unqualified to run a company and

00:19:05.640 ex-employee alleged there were a lot of ways in which the employment was unprofessional for many

00:19:11.780 weeks or months there were no desks the irony of it being lifestyle site that was selling these

00:19:17.380 really expensive wares was not was not lost on anyone and it says here that according to the

00:19:24.640 report some staffers allegedly received settlements up to three hundred thousand dollars after

00:19:30.540 threatening legal actions over their mistreatments. However, all of the company's inner turmoil stayed

00:19:37.480 under wraps due to Blake's longtime publicist, Leslie Sloan, per their former staffers. Leslie

00:19:44.040 Sloan shut it down. One worker claimed they buried every single thing from that company. 0.89

00:19:51.380 I also remember reading that Ryan Reynolds stopped by from time to time yelling at people,

00:19:56.380 which we've now learned is part of his job description as a husband

00:20:00.540 to yell at people that his wife works with.

00:20:03.420 Anyways, there's another story today in International Business Time

00:20:06.680 saying that why Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds may still be dragged into court

00:20:10.500 over the Justin Baldoni legal drama.

00:20:13.400 Yes, so we have to remember there are still more legal drama going on here

00:20:18.660 and they're mentioning here the lawsuit between the publicists,

00:20:22.900 you know, Stephanie Jones and Jennifer Abel, who are suing each other here, which of course involves

00:20:28.020 how Blake Lively got hold of Jennifer Abel's phone. Jennifer Abel, as you know, was Justin

00:20:33.720 Baldoni's publicist at the time, and Stephanie Jones owned the company where Jennifer Abel worked.

00:20:40.360 And when Jennifer Abel left the company, Stephanie Jones kept her phone, or basically actually took

00:20:46.220 her phone away from her, promising her that she would get it back, which never happened, by the

00:20:50.980 and according to Jennifer Abel they had access to her phone over a year later where they can go in

00:20:58.120 and read all her medical records they could have access to her bank they basically stole all her

00:21:03.760 personal information from her and her access to her phone and she never received it back this is

00:21:08.800 a really really interesting lawsuit and as they're saying here in international business times that

00:21:16.220 Blake and Ryan might have to testify. They might be subpoenaed again in this case. I'm sure they

00:21:23.400 will. We haven't started discovery yet, as far as I know. There hasn't been any new filings for

00:21:28.640 this case, but it is an ongoing case, and the judge has allowed most of Jennifer Abel's claims

00:21:33.920 against Stephanie Jones to move forward. And here in this story, they actually have a source saying

00:21:39.080 the last thing Blake and Ryan wants is to testify. Yeah, I believe that. They don't want to testify

00:21:45.260 in this case but then they added here this source that the couple would nonetheless comply if the

00:21:50.500 judge orders it there is nothing in the paperwork confirming that they will definitely be called

00:21:55.020 and no hearing date has yet been fixed for any such depositions so for now that prospects remain

00:22:01.920 speculative rather than settled all right before i go here i wanted to mention this ridiculous

00:22:07.540 article in e online or in on e news i would be so embarrassed if i worked for e news and i had

00:22:15.080 to write these kind of articles. I mean, seriously. Look at this headline. You will XOXO Blake Lively

00:22:23.080 sleek look at Fendi event. Blake Lively stepped out in style at Fendi event May 19 wearing a

00:22:31.860 classic beige trench coat over a black tank top matching jeans and pointed toe heels. You know

00:22:39.240 you love Blake Lively's style. We don't. Yeah, we don't like Blake Lively's style. The internet

00:24:06.560 is and that was settled and now she's recovered as a survivor so she's out there again and this
