A judge has yet to decide whether to throw out Blake Lively's motion to dismiss Justin Baldoni's motion against her in the D.O.V. case. Meanwhile, new details emerge about the evidence against Blake, including new text messages between her and Taylor Swift.
00:02:21.480One amongst other, a Sony executive who called Blake Lively a effing terrorist.
00:02:27.680And also another one calling her actions epic level stupid and that she brought this on herself.
00:02:36.140Also, one of them suggested that she should apologize to the reporter.
00:02:41.500And I'm assuming that's me, because that was around the time that my interview with Blake Lively went viral.
00:02:47.660It's quite interesting to play with that thought of what would have happened if Blake actually apologized.
00:02:53.820I think that would have been a smart thing to do.
00:02:56.120And also, as the same person suggested, that she should apologize to DV survivors.
00:03:00.800As you know, Blake Lively planted this idea in the cast that they shouldn't talk about DV and she blamed that on Wayfarer.
00:03:09.980And then when Justin focused on that in the promotion of the movie, they said that he only did that to make them look bad.
00:03:16.720So this is all something that's orchestrated by Blake Lively.
00:03:21.020I will make another video today as well, where I talk a little bit more about how she convinced her co-stars to go against Justin and how she told them to unfollow him on Instagram.
00:03:31.860Anyways, there's not been any headlines yet about those Ryan Reynolds text messages that I made a separate video on yesterday.
00:03:40.900There's pages of pages of evidence against him on how he was trying to pressure Sony, how he was trying to pressure WME to go against Justin and to support Blake publicly.
00:04:24.000But now people online are using him to get to Taylor and tell her what they think about this whole thing.
00:04:32.060So let's see how long Travis Kelsey can keep his Instagram account open.
00:04:36.400Also, we have to look at more evidence of how Blake Lively pressured her A-list friends to support her.
00:04:43.860This is crazy what she made Matt Damon actually do.
00:04:47.840As you know, I've been wondering a lot, I'm sure you guys have too, what really happened between Taylor and Blake after the New York Times article came out.
00:04:56.020Because after that, and after Justin filed his countersuit against Blake, things went really sour between Blake and Taylor as a reminder to everyone.
00:05:07.420And thank you, Saga, for sending me this and reminding me of this.
00:05:11.560So when Blake Lively put pressure on Taylor to support her publicly, she didn't do that through a text.
00:05:18.900I forgot about how all of this happened, so I'm going to refresh everyone's memory of what Brian Friedman, Justin Baldoni's lawyer, said at the time when this news broke.
00:05:30.880He sent this sworn statement to the judge saying that J. Douglas Baldrige, counsel for Taylor Swift and a partner at Venable LLP, had received a phone call from Michael Gottlieb, counsel for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
00:05:49.880So it was actually Blake's attorney who contacted Taylor's attorney.
00:05:55.720I mean, who does that with your friends anyway?
00:05:59.120Which Mr. Gottlieb requested on Ms. Lively's behalf that Taylor Swift make a social media statement in support of Ms. Lively, given her absence from the Super Bowl that year.
00:06:11.540And stated that if Ms. Swift failed to do so, Ms. Lively would release 10 years of private texts with Ms. Swift.
00:06:25.180The individual, which turned out to be Taylor's dad, also told me that they had been informed that Mr. Baldrige had accused Mr. Gottlieb of extortion and ended the call.
00:06:39.000So how did it get to this point that Blake's attorney contacted Taylor's attorney instead of Blake just contacting and asking Taylor herself?
00:06:49.420It must have turned really sour before that happened as well, because why would she go the legal way to try to do something like this?
00:06:57.400I hope we can get some more evidence surrounding this.
00:07:01.520And also, of course, the fact that Blake also had asked Taylor to delete evidence.
00:07:07.800I'm sure she didn't ask her attorney to do that, because that would be like really terrible legal advice.
00:07:14.000So I'm sure that she did that some other way or directly to Taylor.
00:07:19.540And who knows if Taylor actually listened and if she actually deleted some of the texts?
00:07:24.540The only way we can find out what really happened here is if Taylor Swift will also be subpoenaed at one point.
00:07:31.080I don't know if that could happen at this point unless she is to be a witness in this case.
00:07:36.220And unless, you know, that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfair parties appeal their lawsuits against Blake and New York Times, it's not too late to do that.
00:07:47.860Anyways, there is a text message here from Blake to Taylor that I didn't share yesterday.
00:07:54.860Blake wrote this to Taylor on May 19th of 2024.
00:10:11.300So that was when she screened it to her friends and she killed the room, obviously, because they were her friends and no one dared to say anything else.
00:18:33.860Blake Lively's branded a effing terrorist by a movie executive during nasty it ends with us drama.
00:18:39.360So yes, and Giannetti, who also worked for Sony, called Blake Lively an effing terrorist.
00:18:49.820And she confirmed that she had called her that in her own deposition.
00:18:55.080And here's a conversation between two other Sony executives.
00:18:58.660So this is a thread of text messages sent from Tara Grant at Sony to Josh Greenstein at Sony explaining about the backlash Blake Lively's receiving and that no one's on her side.
00:19:12.120And I think they're discussing this, an article that's about to come out.
00:19:15.080And she's saying to Josh, all this would do, all this would do is to continue to reinforce that everyone, what everyone is saying, that Blake Lively is a bully.
00:19:53.480Yeah, she's not getting support even with Daily Mail and New York Post.
00:19:57.480And then she says she orchestrated all this drama in a totally unsavvy and amateur way and basically threatened you and Sony and now is mad it's backfired on her.
00:20:13.800And then she says better than alternative because she and her team are playing with fire.
00:20:18.580All this borderline abusive language, that's when shit can spiral and it hasn't taken hold at all.
00:20:28.380And I think Sigri McCowley, Blake's new attorney, a crisis manager, is very busy these days.
00:20:35.640As I mentioned, when she hired Sigri, you know, she used to work for Jeffrey Epstein victims.
00:20:41.480So she was the perfect person for Blake Lively to fit into her narrative here.
00:20:45.220And I see Sigri's statements in all of these articles.
00:20:48.140And it's really funny because it is so predictable.
00:20:52.260It's so funny to me how they're trying to save everything now and how they started unsealing their documents before the Wayfair parties did.
00:21:00.160So they would have an upper hand, so they would get their stories out first.
00:21:04.800But now, after these Taylor Swift messages came out and after Ryan Reynolds came out, I mean, they're done.
00:21:11.600Anyways, as I said, there will be another episode today.
00:21:13.680I'm going to go through more of what Blake Lively did to her co-stars to convince them to go against Justin Baldoni and the language that she used and things that she said that's outrageous.
