00:00:29.340 life insurance company blake lively believes that both her and taylor swift are both in

00:00:34.720 physical danger if you get to see their text messages

00:00:38.220 hi and welcome to flossom talk i'm tashi floor journalist hollywood twist teller and your voice

00:00:48.300 of reason in a town built on delusion blake lively is now faring for her life and taylor swift's life

00:00:56.080 she's saying that if the text messages between the two of them get released to the public they are both

00:01:02.860 in physical danger also the news broke everywhere today this text message that justin baldoni sent to

00:01:10.500 his agent danny greenberg has been unsealed and we can now see how justin already back then

00:01:19.520 suspected that blake was setting him up in a trap this is really revealing also we have to continue

00:01:27.020 talking about some of the more unsealed texts and communication that came out yesterday as i said

00:01:33.640 what blake lovely is doing now is basically dragging everyone else down with her because now we can see

00:01:40.500 how hypocritical all these people are and how they are backstabbing each other everyone from publicist

00:01:48.440 management companies sony the distributor her co-stars journalists she is bringing them all down 0.94

00:01:57.540 and this makes them look so terrible and i'm going to share some communication with you guys that went on

00:02:03.480 inside of justin's crisis team this is pretty bad also us weekly did the most ridiculous story so far

00:02:11.040 where they've talked to some experts who think they know where the public stands in this legal feud

00:02:17.240 it's not very hard to find out who's behind that article okay so let's get into this text message

00:02:22.620 from justin baldoni there were a couple of them back and forth uh where he's talking to his agent

00:02:28.020 danny greenberg who's actually one of the people who's been honest in his deposition i'm not saying that

00:02:34.160 people have been lying but there are some people that are contradicting each other here at least danny

00:02:39.160 greenberg has been quoted saying that blake was extorting justin and this text that made headlines

00:02:47.120 today in people magazine tmz in daily mail radar online everyone picked this up so this is the text

00:02:53.300 that justin sent to his agent he said hey man had a really really bad week she talking about blake had

00:03:01.940 the audacity to email me directly and invite me to a meeting at her house alone if i chose first of

00:03:09.320 all inviting someone to your house someone you're really scared of that's creating a toxic work

00:03:13.820 environment i don't see the logic there i would never invite someone to my personal space if i felt

00:03:19.840 uncomfortable around them anyways he's continuing to say she's refused a body double which now sony and

00:03:26.780 todd have to jump in to make sure that happens because that's just setting me up for a trap although

00:03:33.940 she's making me have one he continues she's rejected all my storyboards for the intimate scenes so he has

00:03:44.360 to get involved because she's trying to keep all of both of our clothes on for the big love scene which 1.00

00:03:51.340 is just ridiculous if you know the book the whole thing is just a giant cluster f

00:03:56.540 and yet i'm doing my best to stay positive although it's been very draining on me and time consuming

00:04:03.500 over this break to be dealing with an actress who is rewriting the writer and director i've gone

00:04:12.320 through the whole script i'm giving her 95 of what she wants for peace but this is just a brutal

00:04:19.760 experience so let's see how blake lively's team is trying to twist this around this is so fascinating you guys

00:04:29.460 so people magazine did a story here saying justin baldoni claims in unsealed texts blake lively was setting

00:04:37.640 me up for a trap by refusing body double in love scene so a source close to lively is commenting on this

00:04:46.820 here hello leslie sloan um saying these messages were sent only after blake had laid out in detail

00:04:54.420 the numerous ways that baldoni and heath had created a hostile work environment on the set after they

00:05:00.620 agreed to more than a dozen protections for the safety of the cast and crew and just days ahead of

00:05:07.860 the january 4 meeting at which these protections would be discussed before filming resumed that has nothing

00:05:14.520 to do with this text where he's saying that she took over 95 of the movie and that she refused to have

00:05:21.620 a body double he said that he agreed to have a body double then this person says the text chain

00:05:27.980 underscore baldoni's retaliatory intent what about that text says that he is retaliatory please point

00:05:37.660 out where in this text that he's saying he wants to get back at her for something and the source

00:05:44.040 continues saying it reflects his private anger over the same safeguards that he had said in public were

00:05:52.040 both reasonable and essential and which he later admitted in his deposition were reasonable including

00:05:58.960 his resentment for having to show up on all hands meeting he had also agreed to reading this just

00:06:07.240 really makes me furious to be honest i'm trying to keep my feelings in check while i go through all

00:06:13.480 of this stuff but when i read it this morning i was saying to magnus i was like my blood really boils

00:06:18.740 when i read how they're trying to twist this it's so upsetting to me how they're trying to manipulate

00:06:25.000 every fact that comes out by saying that this just proves that he's an angry man and as i said before

00:06:32.460 i don't even know justin baldoni i'm not here to protect him but watching these manipulative maneuvers

00:06:37.820 from her team is just disgusting i have to say i'm just and of course justin's people did not 0.63

00:06:46.020 comment on this who's always commenting on these stories blake lively's team and they're saying that 0.86

00:06:52.260 the smear campaign against her is still ongoing i mean it's so ridiculous i mean i don't understand

00:06:58.460 how these people sleep at night the people who are defending this kind of behavior it's also really

00:07:05.420 annoying that they get away with just putting together statements instead of actually answering

00:07:10.880 questions like the fact that she wants both people to be fully clothed in a love scene in an r-rated

00:07:16.640 movie about dv so this all hands meeting that they're talking about is that january 4th meeting where

00:07:22.640 they had to sign 17 points that blake lively wrote down no more of this no more of that with all the

00:07:30.320 things that she already cherry picked and took out of context to make it look terrible when it was

00:07:35.900 released to the press in her lawsuit anyways let's jump to taylor swift's text messages that blake is

00:07:43.960 terrified of she's now saying that her life and taylor swift's life would be in danger if the public

00:07:50.680 gets to see these text messages i wonder why but before we get into that oscar and i have a message

00:07:56.120 for you a big thank you to today's sponsor the pets table you know i'm a big believer in eating real

00:08:31.300 what your dog prefers and the air dried plan is 40 more affordable than most fresh frozen options

00:08:38.600 the second i bring out the food for oscar he's doing all the tricks that he knows and when he's done he's

00:08:44.460 doing this really funny thing when he rubs his face all over with his butt in the air 0.52

00:08:49.280 what i love the most is that the pets table is made with high quality ingredients it's developed

00:09:44.520 that's the pets table.com that's code 55 shasti my name all right let's get into these text messages

00:09:52.880 that leg lily is terrified for you to see because of course she was one of the people who wrote a letter

00:09:59.140 to the judge yesterday amongst all these other ones that i talked about in my episode yesterday

00:10:03.840 and the reason why everyone did it at the same time was because the deadline was two days ago

00:10:09.760 and all of them had to tell the judge why certain parts of the evidence that justin baldoni had filed

00:10:16.340 needed to stay redacted or needed to be sealed and blake although the judge already ruled that those text

00:10:25.560 messages between taylor swift and blake lively should be public she is still fighting it and she's saying

00:10:32.960 here this is so ridiculous so she's saying here that release of the information subjects to miss

00:10:39.340 lively's limited redactions may increase the risk of exposure and in the case of at least one third

00:10:47.700 party continued exposure to harassment in the press and or social media and poses security safety and

00:10:58.880 privacy risks protecting the physical safety of third parties is a higher value that warrants continued

00:11:09.260 sealing so she's basically saying because this third party is obviously taylor swift so she's saying

00:11:16.460 here that sealing this and continue to keep it secret from the public is so important because otherwise

00:11:22.260 this person would be in physical danger i wonder why this person would be in physical danger if we saw the

00:11:28.000 text messages that makes me very curious about these text messages what are they talking about that

00:11:35.320 would make people so furious with them that they will fear for their lives to be honest with you i think

00:11:43.220 taylor swift has a pretty good security around her she is basically the biggest pop star in the world 0.87

00:11:49.860 but i do think that she obviously said something that could harm her reputation and definitely something 0.83

00:11:57.020 that could harm blake lively's reputation further i truly hope that the judge here is doing his job

00:12:04.740 because he is here for the public and this is in public interest to see these text messages and he already

00:12:11.700 said that as you know so fingers crossed that these text messages will be unsealed she's also fighting

00:12:21.000 of course to keep the text messages or communication between ryan reynolds and his agent at wme

00:12:29.120 sealed that is pretty obvious why she wants that sealed but she's saying here that

00:12:34.620 third party communications should be sealed except from his lively's proposed limited redaction

00:12:40.600 private communications between third party ryan reynolds and it's and his talent agent mr reynolds was named as a

00:12:48.600 defendant in the wayfarer defendants now dismissed litigation but he's neither a party to this

00:12:54.160 litigation nor has he substantially participated in it well i think that's very debatable but of course

00:13:02.720 they don't want these text messages to come out because they're damaging if there was nothing damaging

00:13:08.460 in those text messages they wouldn't have a problem sharing them as we've seen this whole time

00:13:13.440 justin baldoni's team the wayfarer parties had no issues sharing all their evidence with us they have

00:13:20.800 shared all their text messages emails they've been like we are here for transparency we want to share

00:13:27.320 our evidence with you and as you know blake lively has done everything in our power to keep things sealed

00:13:33.380 and to keep this secrecy i remember when she was subpoenaing 107 content creators and she made it look

00:13:40.980 like in the court filings that a lot of these people had contact with justin baldoni or the wayfarer parties

00:13:49.120 she redacted all the names so people would start guessing who on that list had any contact with the

00:13:57.300 wayfarer and as we know no one did except andy signor over at popcorn planet who had reached out to them

00:14:04.420 for a comment working as a journalist doing his job but apart from that no one else on that list had

00:14:11.300 any contact with any of the parties here and we also know how she was doxing people left and right

00:14:19.300 until the judge actually had to step in and stop it she was dodging people's home addresses phone numbers 1.00

00:14:26.440 she even posted pictures of paris hilton's kids on the court docket not giving a damn about anyone

00:14:33.720 else's privacy but when it comes to hers it's a risk for her life because she doesn't want to show

00:14:40.160 the evidence to us to prove her case that she is bringing to a public court that our taxpayer money

00:14:46.800 is paying for because she feels like she's a celebrity and she should be treated differently okay let's go to

00:14:54.720 another leslie sloan piece that was just published in us weekly so this is so ridiculous us weekly did

00:15:03.380 this story saying that who's really winning expert says blake lively is way up in one year justin

00:15:11.340 baldoni legal war this is exclusive by the way they're saying here this just proves to me how much

00:15:18.040 panic there is in blake lively's camp right now as you know this month there's going to be so much

00:15:24.320 evidence unsealed and as you can see she is fearing for her life that her evidence will come out and

00:15:31.480 this story here is just so one-sided and so planted so as weekly say here that they spoke into one

00:15:38.260 spokesperson from baldoni's team and one from lively's team and lively's source tells us weekly that

00:15:45.420 as a mom of four she has to emphasize that the actress puts on a brave and positive face for her

00:15:52.180 family and work will work but the retaliation has taken a toll the retaliation has taken a toll i think

00:15:59.960 her own lawsuit has taken a toll on her blake is the exact wrong person to attack with retaliation

00:16:05.820 and shame tactics because no matter how much pain she's in the truth integrity and making something

00:16:12.760 positive for others out of all she's experienced is what drives her so she's going to make something

00:16:21.520 positive for others i'm waiting for that please let me know in the comment section if you've seen

00:16:27.280 blake lively do anything that's positive for others during this entire year and they continue she's

00:16:34.080 resilient and won't be intimidated she will stay the course until she feels justice has been served

00:16:40.860 and until she is 650 million dollars richer she didn't say that anyways a source here is talking

00:16:47.900 for baldoni and his team saying that they've had to continuously try to show that protecting themselves

00:16:53.340 and their family is simply that and not retaliation the source add that they just want this nightmare to

00:17:00.040 be over for them they believe the public has caught on the truth and the reality of what happened and

00:17:06.860 they're ready to for their day in court okay so let's see what these experts are saying they talked

00:17:12.960 to some legal experts here and they're saying there that blake lively has some advantages because

00:17:18.020 baldoni and the wafer filed a countersuit that was dismissed so now it's only her lawsuit and they

00:17:24.420 only have to defend themselves that's quite obvious to me but anyways what's interesting here is this

00:17:29.800 person this pr expert called mark burkowski who's talking about public opinion here and he obviously

00:17:37.080 has no idea what he's talking about listen to this quote from a pr expert talking about the court of

00:17:44.580 public opinion before i actually quote him i want to say what is the court of public opinion is the court

00:17:50.980 of public opinion what you read in the headlines in mainstream media is that considered public opinion or is

00:17:59.080 public opinion what people say on the internet on social media in the comment section is that public

00:18:06.340 opinion or is public opinion what's being fed to mainstream media by sources and statements from

00:18:14.880 lawyers is that public opinion let's see what mark burkowski says he says lively has controlled the

00:18:21.840 narrative largely because baldoni torch his own credibility early and then kept adding petrol he kept

00:18:31.560 coming with receipts so people changed their minds this pr expert definitely has not followed this case

00:18:38.320 then he says the new york times expose froze him in the public imagination and every subsequent overreach

00:18:46.280 the mega lawsuits the lawsuit the swift subpoena only reinforced the sense of a man fighting gravity so he's

00:18:55.700 obviously basing all of this on the headlines that he read on tmz daily mail new york post and maybe

00:19:03.500 people magazine and then he continues to say lively's camp hasn't been flawless oh okay but they've been

00:19:11.020 disciplined disciplined consistent and professionally insulated oh oh my god okay a year on the broad

00:19:20.460 perception hasn't shifted she looks strategic and steady he looks like he's still trying to claw back a story

00:19:29.680 that slipped away long ago mark you need to stop just reading the news and the headlines and go online 0.57

00:19:39.500 and see what the public opinion really is this is so ridiculous when they're asking these experts

00:19:46.060 about what's going on in the public opinion and he's obviously living in another decade here because he has

00:19:52.680 no idea what public opinion really is anyways before i get into all those text messages i just wanted to

00:19:59.920 share this that i saw on reddit this morning remember that text message that ryan reynolds sent to

00:20:04.860 justin baldoni which was really nice they had just started getting to know each other and justin had

00:20:10.800 sent a really nice message to ryan reynolds and then he responded and that text message was published

00:20:18.400 in justin baldoni's lawsuits and to refresh everyone's memory this is what ryan said he said

00:20:24.380 sorry for the delay what a loving and generous message thank you we're both looking forward to getting

00:20:30.260 to know you and your family better to me that's a little bit like why do you want to learn to know

00:20:35.760 the family better of a person you're doing a professional project with i think that's a little

00:20:40.100 i don't know anyways he says we're also big fans over here since before we met and more so after

00:20:47.940 you've been a wonderful collaborator with blake and that meant a great deal to both of us

00:20:54.660 being a stand-up person is everything and you've been just that since day one thank you i happen to

00:21:02.780 adore you justin guess when this message was sent to justin this message was sent to him after

00:21:13.060 justin had shared this traumatizing thing with blake lively when ryan reynolds was present

00:21:20.300 that he was circumcised that's how traumatizing that was for blake and ryan that ryan sent this 0.73

00:21:27.520 message to justin after that that again proves to me how this lawsuit came together that they sat down

00:21:34.040 like okay what can we sue them for we can't sue them for smearing you blake but we can sue them

00:21:39.320 for retaliation if there was any sh on the set and the lawyer said hey can you come up with anything

00:21:46.040 inappropriate he said let's write all of them down and then ryan was like yeah he shared that he was

00:21:51.020 circumcised remember blake we were just so traumatized by it and i as a husband was really

00:21:55.820 worried that you had to work with a man like that and that's also why i read this lovely text message

00:22:00.620 to him afterwards yeah it's all falling apart in front of our eyes guys anyways so all these text

00:22:08.460 messages that were also unsealed as part of evidence are kind of revealing in a terrible way for all

00:22:15.580 these publicists and crisis pr people that are involved here i went through all of them yesterday 0.94

00:22:20.920 and i was like these people are just terrible and they're just talking shit about each other okay so 0.74

00:22:27.800 this is a text exchange between katie case and brianna i think both of them work for tag pr with 0.95

00:22:34.260 melissa nathan katie case has also been mentioned in the lawsuit against stephanie jones who worked for

00:22:41.740 jones works or who owns jones work who's also suing melissa nathan from tag and accusing her of creating

00:22:49.300 a smear website against her anyways so the conversation between these two goes on and on about how they

00:22:56.980 don't want to work on a sunday and they think it's so disrespectful that they have to work on a sunday

00:23:02.320 and they're really over justin baldoni and they're like oh have we heard this story how many times now

00:23:09.020 and one of them is saying f this guy you know we're done working with him after the premiere

00:23:14.480 they obviously think justin is a bit of a pain here and they're not hiding their feelings this is so

00:23:21.500 terrible right now because they're all supposed to be on the same team here and this looks so bad that

00:23:26.760 they're bad that they're bad mouthing their client like this in text messages very very unprofessional

00:23:33.940 they're also bad mouthing jennifer abel justin baldoni's publicist they're saying god i can't 0.99

00:23:40.400 wait to be trapped in a room with jennifer abel and then one says what an idiot she is and they 1.00

00:23:46.280 repeatedly use emojis of eye rolling they're truly disrespecting her going back and forth here and 0.99

00:23:53.920 especially emphasizing that she doesn't have kids so she doesn't understand how hard it is for them

00:23:59.840 to jump on a phone call on a sunday afternoon because they have to take care of their families

00:24:04.880 so basically they're just complaining a lot bitching to each other during this whole thread and it's not

00:24:10.840 a really good look there are a few interesting things that they're saying though so after they

00:24:16.460 were sued there's also a thread between them from after uh blake lively filed her lawsuit and then

00:24:24.240 brie is saying here that it just eats me up that we for this first time ever did nothing and we sued

00:24:33.200 as if we were knocking on doors rallying people against her i think that adds up to the evidence

00:24:39.840 here that they did nothing to smear blake lively as we've seen there's no evidence of it but it also

00:24:45.320 puts them in a terrible light because you know they're also involved in this lawsuit against rebel

00:24:51.220 wilson because the producer of rebel wilson's movie is suing her for retaliation and for a smear 0.84

00:24:58.320 campaign and they worked for rebel wilson as well and if they're saying here this is the first time

00:25:04.820 ever with capital letters that they didn't do anything that is something that they might be able to use

00:25:11.800 against them in another case melissa nathan is also saying here that her sister called her and is

00:25:18.600 furious with her so her sister sarah nathan is a journalist who worked for the new york post

00:25:25.380 and she got dragged into this because of course melissa was a source for stories for her sister

00:25:32.080 she was a journalist and she's saying here that her sister will accuse her if she loses her job 0.72

00:25:38.340 she also says an interesting thing here she's saying it's like celebrities suing publicists for doing

00:25:44.400 their job this is going to backfire on their faces so hard and it is but it's also backfiring and all

00:25:54.240 these publicists that are involved i wouldn't work with any of these people a lot of what they're doing

00:25:59.740 here seems very dishonest to me and very disloyal why would you talk behind your clients back we've seen

00:26:07.120 jennifer abel do the same we've seen melissa nathan do it before so there's been a lot of really

00:26:12.220 sketchy things going on behind the scenes here and now we get to see what all these people are really

00:26:18.040 like they're talking a lot of strategy here talking to different uh outlets they're talking about

00:26:24.400 they're naming journalists in people magazine and new york post and they're also saying make sure that

00:26:30.500 this journalist knows that leslie sloan blake lively's publicist was financially backed by harvey

00:26:36.960 weinstein the thing is there's nothing illegal about that that's exactly what blake lively's team

00:26:41.920 have been doing justin baldoni all the time bringing up things that he said and did in the past

00:26:46.620 or bringing up facts from his past and trying to use it against him they're also saying that blake

00:26:51.860 lively is now being compared to jlo on tiktok there was this huge riot against jlo on tiktok just

00:26:58.860 before all of this started happening to blake lively so they're saying here that that is not

00:27:03.580 a great look anyways there are pages up and down with communication between these people i'm not

00:27:09.920 going to read from it it is a little boring but i think that it says a lot about who these people

00:27:15.040 really are for me looking at all of this i'm very disappointed in all these people i feel like it's

00:27:20.520 really sad and it must be very sad for justin and jamie heath to read these text messages where

00:27:26.700 they're actually talking behind their backs and how are you going to face these people again after

00:27:31.800 this and be like hey yeah i saw what you said about me in those text messages anyways as i said yesterday

00:27:37.760 if there's any update on this mean mom group that ashley tisdale wrote about in the cut she wrote an

00:27:44.920 op-ed i spoke about it yesterday about her mom group and that they froze her out and didn't invite her

00:27:51.920 to things and she felt she wasn't cool enough and she was calling them mean but anyways we now know

00:27:57.520 the people in this group were other famous mothers and one of them was hillary duff and yesterday her 1.00

00:28:03.960 husband came out with this post which i thought was quite hilarious and as i said yesterday we don't

00:28:10.900 know the whole story here maybe they were mean girls towards her or there's another option here that 0.99

00:28:16.500 ashley tisdale that they didn't want to hang out with her because they didn't like her or because

00:28:22.680 she did or said things that they didn't approve of we don't know that but anyways hillary duff's 1.00

00:28:27.960 husband came out with this parody yesterday he basically did this photoshop thing which is really

00:28:34.580 well done i'm sure he used ai to do this where he put his head where ashley's head was in the photo

00:28:41.820 shoot for that op-ed and he's titling it a mom group tell all through a father's eyes and he's

00:28:50.180 saying when you're the most self-obsessed tone deaf person on earth other moms tend to shift focus to 1.00

00:28:58.360 their actual to their actual toddlers so yes they think that she's tone deaf and self-obsessed so let's 0.91

00:29:07.160 see how this continues there was also a story here in daily mail that hillary duff's sister that she's 1.00

00:29:14.780 not speaking to anymore liked ashley tisdale's post about this so her sister is supporting ashley so

00:29:23.840 this is turning into a very interesting and very ridiculous feud that shouldn't be public i feel like

00:29:29.600 you should always air your differences in private especially if you are a public person what's the point

00:29:34.980 this is just going to blow up and make everyone feel really uncomfortable and they will feel the

00:29:40.080 need to come out and defend themselves and i understand that it's not cool to be called a

00:29:45.280 mean girl anyways that's it from you guys i hope you enjoyed this episode and as i said i will keep

00:29:50.700 you posted on everything that happens in the blake lively versus justin boldoni saga and other things

00:29:57.980 that i find interesting on the internet anyways if you haven't subscribed it please do and hit the
