00:06:59.000So, I run that department and it's a lot of fun.
00:07:03.000You know, I also have my own boutique agency I do some stuff at.
00:07:06.000You know, as far as the free time, I spend a lot of time, you know, on the water sailing.
00:07:10.000I used to be a Teen USA sailor, and, you know, I spend my time, you know, out socializing, you know, being responsible for networking and connections.
00:07:18.000You know, I'm always out in the town, always, you know, making those connections in the right environments, if you understand what I'm saying.
00:07:24.000But, yeah, you know, happy to be here.
00:08:40.000I'm actually a full-time entrepreneur.
00:08:42.000I've actually been one of the leaders inside of an organization called Digital Dynasty, where we focus on e-learning, helping people educate them on that.
00:08:50.000Now, my passion, I would say, is just, I feel like, personally, I don't want to say it like that, but if you die tomorrow, God's not going to thank you for the trillions of dollars you've made.
00:08:58.000It's about what it is that you did for the world.
00:09:00.000So for my passion, I feel like it's more so going around the world, helping people, serving others, and impacting lives, I feel like.
00:09:05.000So that's more my passion on the outside.
00:09:26.000And what's one way you measure frequencies and vibrations?
00:09:29.000I just feel like just energy, just conversations, seeing that if we like the same things on the same level, we see the same vision, we see the same future, 10 years from now, 50 years from now, 100 years from now, even the future generations, do we see it the same way?
00:16:30.000But listen, I'm telling you right now, if you want to have fun with us, network, make connections, and have a chance to win a Rolex, type into Yacht Party.
00:20:03.000That's actually a cool memory that I always had.
00:20:06.000I know we talked about it a little bit when it came to content and stuff.
00:20:10.000I used to be in the content space with YouTube and that industry, and I felt like having a content house was something I always dreamed of having.
00:20:16.000Having the friends that group around, we're shooting content together, we're always just grinding in a grindhouse where we're creating something, always showing something for other people, which is fun.
00:20:26.000I want to butt in real quick, if you don't mind.
00:23:21.000Well, like I was saying before earlier, behind the scenes, I'm from New York, Washington Heights, and just growing up, I was raised by women, so I love to see women in power.
00:23:32.000My mom is Dominican, and my grandmother, they were born in Dominican Republic, and she came here to Washington Heights, and like, literally, like, she was cleaning the floor, and then ended up owning 10 salons altogether.
00:23:45.000So, to see women in power, when you said you own your own business, you have a dance studio, I was like, that's pretty fire.
00:32:20.000But I'm at the point in my life now where I can, you know, if I sense toxic, if I sense that we're on different pages, I won't waste my time.
00:32:26.000Well, listen, you know, on this side, I'm always be honest and I'm always be transparent, so...
00:33:04.000Nah, I mean, to be honest, I'm single because, you know, I'm still young.
00:33:07.000I'm still trying to live, traveling a lot.
00:33:08.000You know, I don't want to commit to anything.
00:33:10.000I want to make sure that I'm established as a man before, before I decide to take anything serious because, you know, I'm the type of guy that if I'm gonna have you as my girl, you know, I want to take care of you full and full and through, you know?
00:33:19.000So, you know, I don't want to do you a disjustice by taking you on and then, you know, I'm going to be struggling and shit.
00:33:24.000I'd rather just have you chilling at home and taking care of the household, 10 kids, you know?
00:33:29.000Alyssa, if your man is on the way up, has ambition, is going somewhere, would you wait for him to get his money up?
00:33:55.000So to me, personality, vibe, connection is everything to me, and I'm not just saying that.
00:33:59.000And I think it's true like Miami gets this like rep that like all the women's like how dare you you know not have make 100k or 7k or you know it's like I mean seven figures like no like it's that's that's like your time are like one percent of the women who like probably spend 20k on themselves in a month you know because they got sugar dyes they got this and that but that's like so few so try not to label all women because here we have a woman right now is like no you're hard-working that's all that matters and I've got good spirit then yeah that's right Alright,
00:47:36.000So there's a culture in Miami where girls are in a league of their own because they can have multiple guys and just ask them, hey, I need 200 bucks.
00:47:44.000And you'd be surprised when you guys actually pay.
00:47:47.000What do you think is the difference between the men who pay and the men who don't pay?
00:47:52.000Well, for one, there's classes to, like, how men run game, and some guys have unlimited money, where it's like, they don't care, so here's 200 bucks, here's your right money, I don't care.
00:48:01.000There's a guy that's like, you know what?
00:48:02.000I work hard for my money, I'm gonna give it to you because I don't know you that well.
00:48:05.000But once they get to know the girl better, then they may do it in the future, but, like, at the very beginning, it's kind of like, alright, I just met you, why are you asking for money?
00:51:15.000Give me the whole girlfriend package, argue with me, curse me out, break up with me, let's get back together, and then let's go have makeup sex.
00:51:23.000And then I'll just pay you at the end of the night, I'm with that.
00:51:25.000But it seems like you're okay with love being transactional.
00:51:30.000Right now, in the stage of my life, yes.
00:51:33.000And you're okay with love being transactional?
00:51:34.000I'm an astronaut, I'm always in the sky, I need to just come visit.
00:51:37.000That's the whole love if it's transactional.
00:53:14.000Because she's 19 and she's a stripper.
00:53:22.000I was like in a fourth grade in a primary school so like what is the elementary and I like the guy he was from Portugal and I liked him already and I was a little girl I was like nine Portugal and Uganda aren't the same place honey He probably came over from Africa.
00:53:58.000Maybe the roommate look doesn't work for me.
00:54:01.000She was saying that if she meets a guy and the guy isn't really, I guess, her type per se, she doesn't like the guy, she wants for money up front.
00:54:10.000I think that, one, you should always be asking for money up front.
00:54:14.000You know, it's a man's job to provide.
00:54:15.000But then, two, if you don't like the guy, you shouldn't even be bothering to engage.
00:54:18.000It's just a waste of time for everybody, you know?
00:54:20.000At the end of the day, you're just gonna end up with a waste, you know, people are gonna be pissed, you know, you're gonna end up with bad vibes, and then you're gonna end up, you know, what, hopping to the next person?
00:54:27.000I mean, then you're just on, like, some, you know, bad, like, parasite vibes.
00:54:30.000But it's like, you know, if it is something where, you know, there is a romantic connection, Then of course, you know, I mean, there is a very clear dynamic in the relationship and, you know, it's a man's job to provide.
00:54:39.000You know, ideally not in a directly monetary way, like, you know, more gifts, like, you know, diamonds look better than dollar bills.
00:54:47.000But, you know, I do think that it is a man's job to provide.
00:54:52.000And, you know, I mean, if you want to show, you know, kind of who you are, that's also one of the ways of, you know, quietly demonstrating status, you know?
00:55:06.000I mean, I obviously wouldn't do that, but, you know, it's like, okay...
00:55:09.000There's a difference between providing and providing for the right person, right?
00:55:15.000So I'd say that you met them for the first time and they're asking for you to pay the rent.
00:55:19.000I think that seems like a gold digger.
00:55:21.000I think that if you are dating and all of a sudden you guys have been seeing each other for, you know, one to three months, you know, and all of a sudden she's like, you know, and she's got a...
00:55:37.000You know, I think things like that all of a sudden are very different.
00:55:40.000You need to be a provider in that sense, but you need to demonstrate first that you are able to be a provider by doing things like, you know, offering gifts on the first date and, you know, paying for, you know, high-end restaurants and things like that.
00:55:52.000So that's how you demonstrate that you can be a provider.
00:55:54.000But then, of course, you are still vetting them as a partner.
00:55:58.000So they still need to, you know, show that they are, you know, partner worthy because you're not going to provide for somebody who isn't worth being your partner.
00:56:04.000So in that response, like, you know, basically if she's worth being your partner, then yeah, probably down the line you will end up paying her rent.
00:56:12.000She probably will also end up eventually living with you.
01:00:32.000In the event you meet a girl in Miami, typically what happens is, well not typically, what happens is sometimes they'll see you as a mark or they'll see you as somebody that they can hustle basically and they'll ask for it and if you're like wooed by her looks, you're like okay I'll give it to you and that could be where she gets what she wants without doing anything.
01:00:50.000And it's based off superficial from the get-go, not feelings, not love, not any potential.
01:00:55.000Now, an older guy talking to a younger girl is kind of like, okay, that's a given because that's the dynamic.
01:00:59.000However, you gotta say, no, that's not what I do.
01:02:14.000I know, I'm curious, like, are there any attributes, and again, we're not going to try to force you guys or anything, but are there any attributes about the other person that you do like and you would want in a future partner?
01:04:06.000I mean, like, there's no lacking of gorgeous women in this city.
01:04:09.000But I think, yeah, when a woman tells you that she spends, like, over $10,000 on just self-care, like, and just nails and things like that, like, they're going to expect someone to pay for that.
01:04:19.000And so if you're signing up for that, then so be it.
01:04:21.000Just know that you're signing up for that.
01:04:22.000I know girls that get BBLs, and they want credit.
01:04:26.000Then they have a boyfriend and like, babe, I have some debt and you paid off.
01:05:50.000So, I want to ask all the people here so far, if you're going to go on a second date with somebody here, stand next to them and make some space.
01:07:01.000But she's in the midst of actually finding new work and she's like, I know I just got to channel my energy and she goes, I understand it's all about timing, but for now we're going to be good friends until I get my feet on the ground career and stuff.
01:08:29.000Yeah, this is a more relaxed show, guys.
01:08:31.000It's not as serious and as robust, but I will say that you can learn a lot from watching your show, even if you don't think so, just by listening to what they're seeing and their actions as well.
01:09:02.000And yeah, I'd be happy to give you advice for men and women.
01:09:06.000But more particularly men who have been following me.
01:09:09.000And if you're a Miami guy, she does these matchmaking events in person.
