00:30:37.000DOJ claims Tenet Media received $10 million in unregistered Russian funding charges Russian agents under FARA, Foreign Agents Registration Act.
00:30:44.000Can we pull up FARA real quick on Wikipedia so we can read it for the people?
00:30:49.000The Tennessee-based media outlet features influencers Tim Pool and Benny Johnson.
00:30:53.000The founders of the company, Lauren Chen and her husband, are reported to have deceived commentators about funding behind Tenet to publish content and design to influence American politics and culture.
00:31:59.000But anyway, let's go back to the FARA Act, Foreign Agents Registration Act.
00:32:04.000The Foreign Agents Registration Act, FARA, was enacted in 1938.
00:32:07.000FARA acquires certain agents of foreign principles who are engaged in political activities or other activities specified under the statute to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principle, as well as activities, receipts, and disembursements.
00:32:21.000Can you enlarge it for me real quick, Bills, please?
00:32:26.000Receipts and disembursements in support of those activities.
00:32:29.000Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the government and the American people of the activities of such persons in light of their function as foreign agents.
00:32:38.000The Fair Unit of the Counterintelligence and Export Control Section, CES, in the National Security Division, NSD, is responsible for the administration and enforcement of FARA. And that's going to be through the FBI, by the way, guys.
00:32:49.000The Department of Justice, DOJ, Think of them as an entity, right?
00:32:54.000And there's different branches underneath them.
00:32:56.000So you got the Department of Justice, then you got the United States Attorney's Office, then you got the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, then you got the Marshal Service, then you got Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives, ATF. That's a lot.
00:33:08.000A lot of agencies under the Department of Justice.
00:33:10.000DEA is under the Department of Justice, etc.
00:33:13.000But Farah is under the DOJ, and it is the United States Attorney's Office and the FBI that actually enforce the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
00:33:25.000Obviously, right, if you are getting money from a foreign government, etc., for certain things, they're going to want you to disclose that or are getting benefits.
00:33:32.000And in this situation, they're basically saying that Tenet Media, the founders of Tenet Media, which, by the way, if we could pull up the indictment, can you type?
00:34:41.000As you saw today, the Department of Justice, Department of Treasury, and the State Department took a series of coordinated actions against foreign actors associated with the Russian government, who are attempting to covertly influence our elections.
00:34:54.000Specifically, all these federal agencies revealed activities directed and funded by RT, formerly known as Russia Today, to covertly spread Russian government propaganda with the aim of reducing international support for Ukraine, bolstering pro-Russian policies and interests,
00:35:12.000and influencing voters here in the U.S. and in foreign elections as well.
00:35:16.000For their part, the Treasury Department is sanctioning six executives and officials affiliated with RT, three executives associated with other Kremlin-controlled organizations.
00:35:26.000Additionally, the Treasury Department is designating ANO Dialogue, a Russian-government-funded nonprofit that uses artificial intelligence to create and distribute online Russian disinformation for use against election campaigns.
00:35:46.000So, I sent you the indictment real quick, Bills.
00:37:11.000Alright, so guys, in the federal system, okay, there's really three ways that you could be charged with a crime, okay, in the federal system.
00:37:17.000One is via criminal complaint, two is via indictment, or three is via an information, okay?
00:37:24.000With that said, the two ones that need to be filed no matter what are either an information or an indictment.
00:37:29.000Most cases in the United States, when you're charged, you're gonna be charged through something called an indictment.
00:37:35.000An indictment is a formal charge where a grand jury has been convened of your peers And they hear the evidence and they go ahead and deliberate and they say, okay, there's probable cause.
00:37:45.000We're going to go ahead and give a true bill of indictment and charge this individual.
00:37:49.000That's why the famous saying, you can indict a ham sandwich, comes from.
00:37:53.000Because when you do a grand jury proceeding, because I've done literally hundreds of them, this is how it works.
00:39:26.000And that is because they're not even setting into the fucking room, the grand jury room, unless they know that they're going to win a trial.
00:39:43.000You go ahead and get an arrest warrant, you go arrest him, right?
00:39:45.000And then, two weeks later, they have to indict the person formally.
00:39:48.000Because a criminal complaint is something that you do that you can act more quick on it.
00:39:51.000You can write up a criminal complaint right then and there, send it to the AUSA, he sends it to the judge, judge signs it, you get an arrest warrant, you go get your fucking guy, right?
00:40:00.000You don't have time to sit there and convene a grand jury and indict them and everything else like that.
00:40:04.000Or if you have the criminal in front of you, you catch him with 10 kilos of cocaine, and he's right there in front of you, you're not going to let him go and then come back and indict him later.
00:40:11.000You just go ahead and write up a criminal complaint and write the affidavit, send it to the judge, judge signs it, cool, alright, take him off to the marshals, good to go.
00:40:18.000And then the information, which is the last one, is when the prosecutor himself files the charges himself.
00:40:26.000And through the United States Attorney's Office.
00:40:27.000And this typically, guys, rarely are people charged with an information.
00:40:30.000Nine out of ten times if someone's getting charged with information, they're cooperating with the government.
00:40:34.000That's actually a telltale sign that someone is maybe being an informant or they struck a deal or something like that.
00:41:06.000The FBI can't prove that they knew, which is why they didn't indict them yet.
00:41:10.000So, what's going to happen is, these people, in an effort to save themselves...
00:41:17.000Might say, oh, yeah, they did know the whole time, and then the FBI's going to say, well, we need proof.
00:41:22.000And if they find text messages between Lauren Chen and these people, or her husband, saying, you know, that, hey, we knew that they were Russian people for the Russian government, blah, blah, blah, yeah, they're going to be in trouble.
00:41:36.000Can they subpoena their phones and all that stuff?
00:42:33.000Now that you know, right, so that means that an agent came in, testified in front of a grand jury, and they went ahead and charged these two people.
00:42:54.000We found out what the word book in Russia means, how it's said.
00:43:26.000RT, formerly known as Russia Today, is a state-controlled media outlet funded and directed by the government of Russia.
00:43:32.000After Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, RT was sanctioned, dropped by distributors, and ultimately forced to cease formal operation in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and European Union.
00:44:06.000Over at least the past year, RT and its employees, including, I'm just going to say Kostya, and Lena, the defendants, have deployed nearly $10 million, laundered through a network of foreign shell entities to covertly fund and direct U.S. Company One, Tenant Media.
00:44:21.000U.S. Company One publishes English language videos on multiple social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
00:44:28.000Using multiple fake personas, Lena edited, posted, and directed the posting by U.S. Company One of hundreds of videos.
00:44:35.000Many of the videos published by U.S. Company One contain commentary on events and issues in the United States such as immigration, inflation, and other topics related to domestic and foreign policy.
00:44:45.000While the views expressed in the videos are not uniform, the subject matter and content of the videos are often consistent with the government of Russia's interest in amplifying U.S. domestic division in order to weaken U.S. opposition to core government of Russia interests, such as its ongoing war in Ukraine.
00:45:25.000Yeah, 10M. Even 5 mil is life-changing, but that's wild.
00:45:30.000Since publicly launching in or about November 23rd, U.S. Company One has posted nearly 2,000 videos that have garnered more than 16 million views on YouTube alone.
00:45:37.000U.S. Company One never disclosed to its viewers that it was funded and directed by RT, nor did U.S. Company One or its two founders and principal executives, Founder One and Founder Two, which is gonna be Lauren Chen and her husband, register with the Attorney General as an agent of a foreign principal as required by law.
00:45:55.000Kay and Lena, you guys know who it is.
00:45:57.000Founder 1 and Founder 2 also work together to deceive two US online commentators, Commentator 1 and Commentator 2, who have respectively have over 2.4 million and 1.3 million YouTube subscribers.
00:46:20.000Founder 1 and Founder 2 contracted with Commentator 1 and Commentator 2 to produce videos using Commentator 1 and Commentator 2's own names and leveraging their existing audiences for license and publication by US Company 1.
00:46:34.000Kay and Lena, Founder 1 and Founder 2, worked together to mask U.S. Company's one true source of funding, i.e., by falsely portraying to Commentator 2 that U.S. Company 1 was sponsored by a private investor named Edward Gregorian.
00:46:51.000In truth and in fact, Gregorian was a fictional persona.
00:46:55.000For example, during contract negotiations, Commentator 1...
00:46:58.000Okay, you know what, fuck, I'm just going to say.
00:46:59.000I'm just going to say, Commentator 1, that's Dave Rubin, right?
00:47:03.000Yeah, go back up real quick because I don't want to confuse the audience.
00:47:31.000I've ran hundreds of these affidavits and all this bullshit.
00:47:34.000They do this on purpose because they want to conceal who the people are if they haven't been charged yet.
00:47:39.000But for the purposes of me reading this document to you guys, I'm going to just read it with their fucking names because we know who they are.
00:47:46.000Kay and Lena and then Chen and her husband also worked together to deceive two US online commentators, Dave Rubin and obviously Tim Pool.
00:47:55.000Founder one and founder two, Chen and her husband, contracted the commentator one, Rubin and Pool, to produce videos using Rubin and Tim's own names and leveraging their existing audiences for license and publication by US Company One.
00:48:08.000And here's the thing, they've already came out on Twitter and named themselves in the indictment themselves.
00:48:18.000Kayalina Chen and her husband worked together to mask U.S. Company One, that's Tenet Media, true source of funding, i.e.
00:48:26.000Russia Today, by falsely portraying to Dave Rubin and Tim Pool that U.S. Company One Tenet was sponsored by a private investor named Gregorian.
00:48:53.000Who is Chen, by another fictional persona purporting to represent Gregorian, falsely describing Gregorian as an accomplished finance professional who had held various positions in Brussels and France at a multinational bank, including Director of Private Banking and Wealth Management.
00:49:12.000Okay, after receiving the fictitious profile, Rubin agreed to work with U.S. Company One and produced approximately 130 videos that were published on U.S. Company One's platform.
00:49:21.000So people are saying that Tim Pool knew, but obviously speaking, he didn't know because he was deceived.
00:49:26.000Yeah, well, if he knew, they would have indicted him too.
00:49:48.000Which, a proper letter, by the way, guys, is where a proper letter lets you come in and talk with the prosecutor and the agents, and they can't use anything against you.
00:49:58.000So if I go in willingly, they could use it against me later on.
00:50:16.000But in a situation like this where Tim is so fucking close to the crooks or the targets of the investigation and it can be considered where you might be a co-conspirator, I will call my lawyer, and I'd ask for a proper letter.
00:50:30.000Look, I'll cooperate with you guys, I'll give you everything that you want, but I need a proper letter.
00:50:33.000Now here's the thing, they might look at that like, well, if you've got nothing to hide, then why do you need a proper letter?
00:50:38.000Look, man, you gotta protect yourself, because who knows what the fuck might come up during a conversation, and they could use that shit against you.
00:50:47.000But the thing with the proper letter is you can't lie, and you have to provide substantial assistance.
00:50:52.000So let's say you did do some bullshit.
00:50:56.000You gotta be honest about it, and if they find out that you're lying, they can absolutely come back and charge you with false statements and other shit.
00:54:09.000And we can go ahead and like, I can really like dig in here, guys, and explain to you guys what the fuck is really going on.
00:54:13.000Because for the investigative agency to know that Chen and her husband allegedly tried to sign Rubin and tried to sign Tim Pool and told them, oh yeah, our funder is this guy Gregorian.
00:54:27.000They had to have had someone tell them that.
00:54:30.000So what I think is, I'm suspecting here, from what I'm reading in that indictment...
00:56:25.000I think as you saw today, the Department of Justice, Department of Treasury, and the State Department, a series of coordinated actions against foreign actors associated with the Russian government who are attempting to covertly influence our elections.
01:00:27.000Yeah, so this guy apparently was, you know, director of a private bank.
01:00:30.000After receiving a fictitious profile, commentator 1 agreed to work with U.S. Company 1.
01:00:34.000So Dave Rubin agreed to work with Tenant Media and produced approximately 130 videos that were published on Tenant Media's platform, which actually got banned off YouTube.
01:00:42.000So we can't even go back and look at it.
01:00:44.000Russia Today is a Russian state fund, and now they're going on Russian influence operations, right?
01:00:49.000They go, RT Russian Today is a Russian state-funded and state-directed media outlet.
01:00:53.000As RT's editor-in-chief has publicly acknowledged since RT receives budget from the state, it must complete tasks given by the state.
01:01:00.000For nearly two decades, RT has promoted the objectives of the government of Russia by publishing this information and propaganda, leveraging its international network to amplify the government of Russia's message to foreign audiences.
01:01:26.000Malign influence campaigns in countries opposed to its policies, including the United States, in an effort to sow domestic divisions and thereby weaken opposition to government and Russia objectives.
01:01:34.000For example, in discussing Russia Today's coverage of the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union in 2016, an RT journalist recalled to an academic researcher, quote, I asked my editor, what is RT's line for this Brexit?
01:01:46.000And he said, anything that causes chaos in RT's line.
01:01:51.000In or about March of 2022, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada banned broadcasting by RT. That's the sanctions, a part of the sanctions.
01:02:03.000That same month, RT also ceased its operation in the United States after major television distributors dropped the network.
01:02:10.000But as RT itself, because they would have had to register as a foreign agent if they had kept them on.
01:02:25.000But as RT itself has boasted, despite its post-March 2022 bans on broadcasting lack of formal distribution channels in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and the European Union, the government of Russia continues to use RT to direct disinformation propaganda at Western audiences.
01:02:39.000For example, on about February 25th, 2024, RT's editor-in-chief declared during a Russian television appearance that...
01:03:05.000Quote, U.S. Company One is one of RT's covert projects in the United States.
01:03:11.000So basically what they're alleging here is that Tenet Media was a covert company that was funded by a Russian media company to put out pro-Russian content.
01:04:37.000Because I think, personally speaking, like, if I'm someone watching this for the first time or seeing this for the first time, I'm like, all right, whatever.
01:04:45.000But then it brings the point, okay, I'm watching these creators online.
01:04:49.000Who's funding these creators that I'm watching?
01:04:51.000Yeah, you can absolutely be skeptical of where they get their money.
01:04:55.000Propaganda's pushing me towards some direction, and I'm like, okay, I like this creator, I like what they're saying, I'm gonna go this way.
01:06:28.000And between me looking at military analysts, war monitor, different types of sources, bro, it's irrefutable that Russia's winning this conflict.
01:06:36.000That's why we have to keep giving money to Ukraine.
01:06:38.000Anyone that has common sense understands this.
01:06:40.000They wouldn't need so much goddamn funding if they were not losing.
01:06:44.000And Russia's taking over 20-30% of the territory and the territory that matters the most.
01:07:41.000When you take money from a foreign government, and you say anything that's pro that government, And you don't register under Farrah, that's how they fucking got you.
01:07:48.000It doesn't matter if it's true or not.
01:08:51.000But it goes to show that, like, as a viewer yourself as well, watching this, you're like, okay, this is the truth, loves this creator, but you don't know what's behind their agenda.
01:09:05.000I like Colonel McGregor a lot, which I'm going to bring him on the show, by the way, guys, because obviously he's former U.S. military, great war strategist, understands military conflict, whatever it may be.
01:09:15.000So I watch him, and then I notice that everything he's saying lines up with what's going on in the conflict and what other people are saying.
01:09:22.000So I'm like, okay, this is credible, right?
01:09:28.000I mean, and then, you know, you got someone like Scott Ritter, right, who used to be former military in the US, has experience in this stuff.
01:09:34.000So I think it's important for people to understand that it's very important to watch different creators.
01:09:41.000And I've even watched people that are pro-Ukraine, too.
01:10:26.000Yeah, so I find it interesting that they ban Lauren Chen and her husband for accepting money from Russia or whatever, but they don't fucking ban these people that take all this money from Israel.
01:10:40.000And Israel never has to fucking register under, like Israeli creators or AIPAC or any of these other fucking companies don't have to register under Farrell, which is ridiculous to me.
01:12:01.000Like, for Russia, it's like, they don't really give a fuck about, like, taking over Ukraine.
01:12:04.000They care more about getting the territory that has ethnic Russians on, you know, Crimea and Donbass region, whatever it may be.
01:12:11.000So, but yeah, dude, like, I just find it incredible how, like, companies like the Daily Wire, which is a fucking front for the Mossad and the Israeli intelligence, right?
01:12:55.000We used Haaretz, we used all the fucking Israeli media to debunk the lies with the fucking rapes and all that bullshit.
01:13:01.000And it's funny because we haven't really seen evidence of the mass rapes that they claim, but we got video proof of the IDF raping a fucking Palestinian prisoner.
01:13:10.000Did you see the debate between Hannes Owens and Rabbi Shmuley?
01:13:13.000Yeah, he made himself look like an idiot.
01:15:00.000Which is, we're printing money off of debt.
01:15:03.000So, and that's why we're like 35 trillion in debt right now.
01:15:07.000So, central banking, then they went ahead and got into Hollywood, arts, music, entertainment industry in general, the banks obviously, the news.
01:15:24.000So if you control a country's money, Right?
01:15:29.000A bunch of the heads of the Federal Reserve.
01:15:32.000The past last three or four people that were heads of the Federal Reserve, a lot of them were Jews.
01:18:53.000Like the fact that AIPAC is able to operate and fund our politicians like a Nikki Haley who's received millions of dollars from these fucking dickheads and she's over here signing bombs saying we need to drop these on fucking kids in Gaza.
01:19:12.000Guys, because some of you guys say, oh, Myron, you support Trump and he's Zionist.
01:19:17.000Guys, they control this country so much that when I look at a political candidate, I don't even look at a factor if they're a Zionist or not.
01:20:24.000So to me, politics is rigged from the very beginning.
01:20:27.000Well, yeah, because that's how deep the hooks are.
01:20:30.000They've infiltrated every integral component of the United States structure, whether it's the banking, the media, the entertainment industry, the pornography, every major institution.
01:21:45.000World War II. They talk about World War II. He makes the comment that he thinks that Churchill was one of the big villains in World War II alongside Hitler.
01:23:11.000So, because the sex institute was run by Jews in Weimar Republic, Germany, right, after World War I. So that's what they were burning.
01:23:17.000But for her to even acknowledge and say, yeah, they weren't burning tours, they were burning pedophilia and pornographic books, they labeled her an anti-Semite.
01:23:26.000So that's the world that we're in, where if you say anything that challenges their narrative, they hit you with that fucking word, anti-Semitism!
01:23:33.000So remember, I asked you at the very beginning, why did America allow the Jews to do what they did?
01:25:09.000The reason why so many people are annoyed and pissed off by this is that You can be critical of pretty much anything in the United States, but this is the one thing you can't be critical of.
01:25:17.000And they have laws in place to protect themselves that no one else has, by the way.
01:25:22.000There's no anti-black laws, just like general hate speech or whatever.
01:25:26.000But for them, there are specific laws for them.
01:25:28.000And it's funny how these anti-Semitism laws that they're trying to pass, they're very specific to most of the modern criticisms.
01:25:35.000You can't say that someone has a dual allegiance.
01:25:55.000If you say something about like world Jewry or that Jews control banks or they control media, which is all fucking true by the way, that that's anti-Semitic and hate speech.
01:26:04.000They're trying to legislate that and here's the thing that's crazy.
01:26:05.000They're using like some like Holocaust Remembrance definition that changes all the time.
01:26:14.000So it's not even clear-cut what anti-Semitism is, really.
01:26:17.000And it can change, and they can reserve the right to change this definition any time.
01:26:20.000They call it the hate that mutates, which is wild to me, because you don't even have a real definition of this, and you can change it whenever you want.
01:26:30.000No other race or no other group of people enjoys this level of protection and privilege And on top of that, there are positions where they can literally fuck you up if you talk about it.
01:26:42.000Knowing that America allowed this to happen, knowing that they're going to allow this to happen further and not stop at all, knowing that what's going to happen in the future with this whole law set for talking about these things, what's going to happen, Elon Musk, I think, was smart.
01:26:55.000Not because he deleted it, but because he understood...
01:27:00.000They dragged the richest man in the world to Auschwitz, bro.
01:28:55.000Group of people that have organizations literally set up to dismantle and go after anyone that talks about them and they use that power viciously to destroy you if you do it.
01:29:06.000No other group of people does that and they're the only ones.
01:29:09.000And if you even acknowledge it or talk about it, That's when they come after you.
01:29:17.000Because if I was someone with this power, I'll do the same thing.
01:29:21.000Not because I'm a bad person, but because, hey, I spent generations building this whole platform, building this agenda, building this whole system.
01:29:30.000Why am I going to allow you to come talk shit about me and be okay?
01:30:37.000Like, for decades, if you talked about this shit, you couldn't find this stuff unless you were, like, in the corners of, like, a Reddit somewhere or an Anon, a GQAnon or whatever.
01:30:46.000Like, you weren't able to talk about this stuff.
01:30:56.000We have centuries of programming where these people have been able to get in positions of power and be able to stop dissenting information.
01:31:06.000The more people who wake up, the less they have this stranglehold.
01:31:09.000Because, I'll tell you this, if we're having this conversation before October 7th, like, we would probably get banned.
01:31:16.000But now, since so many people are speaking out, so many people are realizing and waking up to who really runs this shit, it's much more difficult for these watch-all companies like the ADL, etc.
01:31:52.000If I have all the power, I'm in control, I run the banks, I run social media, I run the world, basically.
01:31:59.000And I allow you to talk about me on this platform called X. Here's the reason why you can talk about me on this platform called X. Because I know who you are.
01:32:07.000Now that I know who you are, guess what I'm going to do as a world power?
01:38:40.000I literally typed it out for you ninjas, like, as I was walking this guy, Frank, and Angie proofread it for me to make sure it made sense and stuff like that.
01:39:04.000And it's like thousands of research papers have been done on this crap and I just distilled it for you guys to the most important stuff that you need to know.
01:40:01.000Sometimes we need a hand up to get out of a tough situation.
01:40:05.000And that is where Give, Send, Go comes in.
01:40:08.000Give, Send, Go is a community-driven fundraising platform that empowers individuals to raise funds for the needs in their lives from their friends and the community.
01:40:20.000In a world where we desperately need an alternative companies to partner with, Give, Send, Go is a company that shares your values.
01:40:29.000So ditch the other big tech platforms and head to GiveSendGo.com to start your fundraising journey today.
01:40:39.000That is GiveSendGo.com to start your fundraising journey.
01:42:47.000He literally admitted it in that letter like a dummy.
01:42:50.000But yeah, we're going to cancel Lauren Chen and her people.
01:42:55.000Here's the other thing, too, that pisses me off.
01:42:58.000Because people have tried suing these social media companies, and the social media companies always cite that they're a private organization and they don't have to necessarily abide by certain rules of the Constitution.
01:43:09.000They can suppress your free speech because they're a private company.
01:43:11.000But here's the problem, and I don't know why another lawyer hasn't argued this before.
01:43:19.000And I would tell him, yo, you need to go talk to this drug dealer and do XYZ. And I directed him to do something.
01:43:25.000Well, he couldn't entrap that criminal or make him do something that he wasn't already predisposed to do because entrapment, right?
01:43:33.000So he had to follow the constitution because he was what?
01:43:35.000An agent of the government working as an informant.
01:43:38.000I find it interesting that the government contacts these social media companies, tells them to censor certain things, and tells them to do certain things, and these social media companies are still able to sit there and not be sued even though they're acting as agents of the government by restricting speech.
01:43:56.000So if you're gonna go ahead and take directions from the U.S. government, you have forfeited your ability to be a private organization where you don't have to abide by the Constitution.
01:44:08.000So I don't know why the fuck a lawyer hasn't argued this yet or how the fuck these social media companies are able to get around the fact that they're violating the Constitution all the fucking time by suppressing and censoring and terminating creators on certain platforms while working for the fucking government,
01:46:08.000Matter of fact, YouTube probably knew that they were going to take her channel down for a while.
01:46:11.000Because for them to do this investigation, they had to have gone through the YouTube videos.
01:46:15.000For them to have gone through the YouTube videos, they probably put YouTube on notice and said, yo, we need access to the hard file of this.
01:48:12.000So we got Stephen Crowder goes, Breaking Department of Justice Chief of Public Affairs admits Trump indictments are a politically motivated perversion of justice.
01:48:20.000Reveals lawfare involved in making former president a convicted felon backfired on Democrats.
01:51:05.000He's not the bad guy, and I'm glad that he actually spoke out on it.
01:51:09.000And just so you guys know, Chief of Public Affairs, he's going to be the guy talking to the news and shit like that when a press release is out.
01:51:15.000And the Southern District of New York, just so you guys know, is the most aggressive and probably one of the best districts in the United States when it comes to federal prosecutors.
01:51:23.000These are the ones that took down the fucking mafia.
01:51:25.000Giuliani worked for these guys famously when he took down the mob in the mid-80s.
01:51:29.000This is the same district that went after 6ix9ine, Casanova.
01:51:34.000They do a lot of the big RICO cases, a lot of the big cases in general.
01:51:38.000I think they actually went ahead and got that chick that worked for...
01:53:20.000So just so you guys know, back earlier this year, Trump was facing a trial for the business records case.
01:53:29.000He got charged and he got convicted for 34 counts of business record fraud.
01:53:35.000Alvin Bragg was the Attorney General for the The Attorney General in the city of New York and they went after him aggressively and they prosecuted him and they were able to convict him.
01:53:45.000So he had a sentencing set up for mid-September.
01:53:48.000I think it was like September 18th or something like that.
01:53:51.000And the judge, Judge Merchan, who presided over the case, his daughter accepted money from Democrats and she worked for Kamala in the past.
01:55:58.000Federal prosecutor, excuse me, Alvin Bragg is a top state prosecutor for the state of New York, for New York City.
01:56:03.000And, you know, obviously this guy is a lawyer because he works for the, and he's the chief of public affairs, so he's probably been an AUSA or something like that, of a prosecutor, and he rose up the ranks, now he does the public affairs.
02:01:15.000So, there's far more state prosecutors than there are AUSAs, and state prosecutors have way more cases than AUSAs do.
02:01:21.000So, since they're taking everything, guess what happens when you take more cases on?
02:01:25.000A lot of those cases aren't as strong, because a local police officer could just arrest you for, oh yeah, I smelled weed, I pulled him over, I found the weed, blah, blah, blah.
02:01:42.000So the point I'm trying to make is that state cases a lot of times aren't as strong as federal cases because federal prosecutors have the privilege of accepting and not accepting cases.
02:02:05.000So once you get, like, if it's federal, it's probably going to get convicted.
02:02:09.000Yeah, that's why everyone says, like, I mean, 6ix9ine famously said on the Brexit Club, right before he got arrested, the only thing I fear is God and the feds.
02:02:15.000And the reason why criminals fear the feds so much is because they know they're going down from, you're going to go down.
02:07:56.000At the federal level where I work, there is a 90-day rule where you can't make any decisions on cases that are going to affect an election.
02:08:10.000That rule does not apply at the state level because the state levels are f***ing.
02:09:48.000What about the Georgia electoral interference case?
02:09:53.000That Donald Trump is currently having to face under Fannie Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney, who was caught having an affair with the So is that the strategy against Trump?
02:10:12.000Just hit him with all the legal battles all across?
02:10:15.000Like the Fannie Willis, Georgia stuff.
02:11:39.000He has first-hand knowledge and experience.
02:11:41.000And despite how the media is going to try and spin this, he is kind of an authoritative voice as the Chief of Public Affairs for the Department of Justice's Southern District of New York.
02:13:30.000And she's probably, like, young and somewhat attractive, so he's thinking, like, she's just being inquisitive and being interested, like, into the conversation.
02:18:23.000That's why we partnered with 5G Free, the only company in the world that has supply of Radio Guard Ace and ability to prescribe it prophylactically.
02:18:37.000Get their radiation emergency kit with Radio Guard Ace, potassium iodide, Zofran, and a Geiger counter.
02:18:46.000There's simply no other tool in your arsenal to protect against radioactive threat.
02:18:53.000Go to 5gfree.com to save 15% And I have a radio kit.
02:20:17.000So it says a full 20-minute response after returning to stream.
02:20:20.000He says he was not found guilty of anything.
02:20:23.000The individual did not want to file a report, but Twitch pushed him to.
02:20:26.000His old Twitch partner manager was talking to him and personally escalated a message to Twitch's legal team as the dot requested a new manager.
02:20:33.000Says they didn't look at the age of consent, where the messages were received, suggests it was time with the return of big streamers from Mixer, needed to come back, showed a ninja, and was escalated to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children, but they took no action.
02:25:18.000YouTube itself is good for marketing, so, you know, you gotta sometimes bend the rules a little bit to get some play, but in the grand scheme of things, it's who they like, honestly.
02:25:29.000Yeah, yeah, and it's overwhelming that liberal creators get supported more than conservative creators.
02:25:36.000It's not even, they don't even try to hide it anymore.
02:25:38.000Like, I would never say of YouTube because I understand what YouTube is, and without YouTube, we wouldn't even be here right now.
02:25:44.000So, off of that alone, I would never say F-YouTube.
02:25:46.000What I will say, though, is that, like...
02:25:48.000But what I will say is that, like, there's a need for it and a place for it with marketing to your audience and getting a new audience, so I understand and respect that aspect of it.
02:26:14.000But hopefully, I would say in the next five years, like, Rumble's gonna be...
02:26:21.000Rumble's gonna take almost all the market share from YouTube when it comes to political discourse in the next five years, I would argue.
02:26:27.000Well, censoring creators, I mean, where are they going to go?
02:26:30.000Because we even got left-leaning creators like Glenn Greenwald and shit doing Rumble.
02:26:35.000So, like, you know, when it comes to, like, politics and, like, being able to have these conversations on cultural issues, etc., it's going to be Rumble soon, man.
02:26:46.000Like, people think it's just a right-wing space.
02:26:48.000No, it's just because right-wingers face way more persecution on the mainstream platforms.
02:30:27.000And you, knowing how black and white the internet is, you decided, you fucking rat, to leak the reported reason to which banned me in 2020.
02:31:04.000I even made sure that word was emphasized in my statement, edited, etc., just to make sure these so-called journalists would pick up on it.
02:31:12.000And boy, oh boy, did they ever, champs.
02:31:14.000When you and all these so-called journalists, Cody, fired off your tweets, did any of you consider that the Twitch user may have been over the legal age of consent at the time of the messages?
02:32:11.000If these anonymous sources worked on the trust and safety team at the time of my Twitch suspension in 2020, then you would hope they would tell the truth.
02:32:18.000But apparently that's just too much to ask.
02:32:20.000If these former trust and safety team members, and by the way, I know exactly who they are, actually had first-hand knowledge, then what they conveniently left out is, one, Twitch's trust and safety team, the same employees that decided to ban me, internally admitted that the whisper messages were not sexting.
02:32:35.000And two, Twitch's trust and safety team, the same employees that decided to ban me, internally acknowledged that the whispers did not constitute child sexual abuse material CSAM. I'll say it again.
02:32:43.000Neither I nor the Twitch user exchanged any sexual graphic messages or images.
02:32:47.000Cody Connors and these other anonymous sources are trying to paint a picture that I was exchanging sexually explicit messages and photos with this Twitch user.
02:33:03.000I'm sorry, but mutual bantering with inappropriate jokes taken out of context should have never led to me getting banned from Twitch in the first place.
02:33:42.000You could create a whole controversy about yourself and then suit everybody that made articles about you that lied about it.
02:33:49.000Because basically what's happening is if he's telling the truth right now, which is up for debate, He could literally sue everyone that thought shit about him.
02:33:58.000So honestly, with this new revelation, he could literally sue everyone that thought shit about him.
02:34:02.000Because now, if it's not true, then you're just slandering lies for profit and gain at his demise.
02:39:06.000I do what I want to do and I stand by the people that I want to stand by and I'm not gonna fucking fold and change my viewpoint off of you because I got a spine.
02:39:15.000I'm not scared of like what other people think when it comes to my loyalties to the people that I fucking like.
02:39:21.000You know what I've seen with YouTube especially?
02:39:59.000Or, y'all can be like Neon and literally have to do stupid shit all the time and put yourself in dangerous and precarious situations to continuously entertain a fan base that doesn't give a fuck about you, doesn't respect you, and never liked you in the first place and wants you to suffer for their entertainment.
02:41:44.000I just think if I talk shit about somebody, because I care, I don't give a fuck, bro.
02:41:48.000Like, dude, when you live a good life, bro, or you have real friends or real people in real life, And the funny part is that video that got taken down,
02:42:04.000we spent like the first like 45 minutes hour debunking all their fucking lies.
02:42:51.000In all my years doing content, I have more respect for him than any other individual.
02:42:55.000He is the only person that I have seen that will consistently go into areas where there's so much, like, laughing and jokes and fun times to be had right here if he were shit on me, but he doesn't.
02:43:03.000He's the only person I think I've known in, like, my entire professional career who has, like, a large, like, independent career that's not, like...
02:49:43.000How would each of you look if all of your private DMs, your text messages, your chats were looked at, dissected, and taken out of context by someone who's deliberately trying to find something inappropriate in those words?
02:49:53.000And this is not a situation where a victim publicly accuses someone of wrongdoing.
02:49:59.000We're talking about allegations that Twitch made against me as a half-baked reason for justifying their actions of suspending and shutting down my channel.
02:50:04.000Allegations that Twitch made without even a legal analysis of whether the whisper messages were illegal!
02:59:11.000We're gonna kind of go back to like the old fresh and fit days where we would be like interacting with the chat, all that shit, super chats, all that other stuff.
02:59:18.000So we're gonna be fucking going crazy.
03:02:25.000Listen, I've seen girls come and go in Myron's life, and he's a solid girl, and say what you want about her, she holds him down and is genuine.
03:16:48.000God forbid they become one of your managers...
03:16:50.000It's going to be a living hell, or at least a living hell, or at best, they'll talk to you every now and then, they'll talk to you, hey, how's it going, whatever, but don't give a fuck.
03:17:01.000What they care about is you actually cowering to the company's agenda.
03:17:07.000And if you don't, or they don't like you, they won't give you as much opportunities as they should.
03:17:12.000Which is why I think sometimes there should be someone that cares about you, that's your manager, because if they don't, then, you know, it's gonna be like, nothing.
03:17:51.000The Twitch user tells the ex-Twitch partner manager that they do not want to report anything to Twitch.
03:17:55.000I'll repeat that sentence one more time just in case anybody missed that one.
03:17:57.000The Twitch user tells this ex-Twitch partner manager that they do not want to report anything to Twitch.
03:18:01.000But this ex-Twitch partner manager encourages the user and even directs them to file a report directly with Twitch even though the user told them clearly that we never physically met anywhere and that no photographs were exchanged.
03:18:11.000On June 24th, 2020, Twitch's special operations team receives and reviews the user's reports.
03:18:16.000They find no issues and determine that it did not warrant any further escalation to Twitch's law enforcement response team.
03:18:32.000Oh boy, oh boy, he had it out for the two time.
03:18:36.000He finds out that no further action will be taken, so what does he do?
03:18:40.000He personally escalates the report to a friend on Twitch's LER team.
03:18:43.000The LER team, remember, that's the Twitch's law enforcement response team.
03:18:46.000He escalates the report to a friend on Twitch's LER team.
03:18:49.000So a day later, on June 25th, the LER analyst pulls the entirety of the Whisper messages and begins discussing them with his director of the LER team.
03:18:57.000Mind you, this director is on vacation at that time and does not have access to their computer or work files.
03:19:02.000Let me just remind you, I went through a multi-year, multi-mill, big-time arbitration.
03:19:07.000And, you know, you discover a lot of stuff.
03:19:10.000Mind you, this director is on vacation at that time.
03:19:12.000The LER analyst cherry-picks and sends a few targeted excerpts out of context from the whisper messages to this director.
03:19:18.000Now, if you do this, you can make anyone's messages look inappropriate, even when they aren't.
03:19:22.000Within less than one hour, this LER analyst and his director have made the decision to suspend me from Twitch.
03:19:28.000Twitch submits a report to NCMEC. You guys all read those little articles, huh?
03:19:31.000The NCMEC. Twitch submits that report.
03:19:34.000The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
03:19:53.000They didn't do anything with the report.
03:19:55.000As far as I know, they didn't escalate Twitch's report to law enforcement.
03:19:59.000Mind you, the same people that made this decision admit internally that the messages did not constitute sexting.
03:20:04.000The same people that made this decision at Twitch admit internally that the messages did not warrant any child sexual abuse material charge.
03:20:09.000Twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me while admitted they did not perform any legal analysis of whether the messages exchanged were legal in any way!
03:20:16.000Twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me while admitting that they never investigated the age of consent in the jurisdiction where the user's messages were sent and received.
03:20:23.000Twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me without ever interviewing me, the user, or any other third party, including the partner manager.
03:23:41.000And by sensationalizing all this with big and accurate headlines like sexting and sexually explicit, you all got what you wanted at the expense of the two-time.
03:23:50.000The reality is they wanted to cut down the dock.
03:24:01.000A streamer that frequently used the n-word while publicly streaming, which constitutes a violation of Twitch's policies if accompanied by hateful intent.
03:24:07.000Twitch scheduled a meeting with a streamer to assert his intent to determine whether his contact was a violation of Twitch's policies, ultimately determining it was not about Twitch's policies.
03:24:33.000Streamer was reported for a sexually explicit stream involving children and telling children to send Snapchats of them playing with themselves.
03:24:38.000Never suspended, but instead given a multi-million dollar contract.
03:24:42.000Chad, who is he talking about with these people?
03:24:44.000It's so obvious that certain Twitch executives and employees involved had personal biases.
03:29:33.000You should come on the pod, you're not coming on.
03:29:36.000But regardless though, the Mario you know today, you see, rants in, give you guys all the opinions of people that are real, factual, isn't a matter of people because the staff here are pressure and fit.
03:29:50.000When they're in trouble, you know what Myron does?
03:34:20.000Because he said he wanted, like, for a streaming contract, he wanted something like 50M. If you're asking for numbers like that, nigga, then...
03:34:41.000This episode is sponsored by BioComplete.
03:34:45.000Digestive issues is something affecting millions of people and this is caused by a potential toxin that's in all of the healthy foods that scientists have been telling us to eat with a fraudulent food pyramid for the longest time.
03:35:03.000And this potential toxin causes digestive issues according to Dr.
03:35:07.000Gundry, a world-renowned cardiologist, saying this is affecting millions of people nationwide.
03:35:16.000Warning signs include weight gain, fatigue, indigestive discomfort, and stiff joints.
03:35:28.000Gundry explains these side effects are often mistaken for normal signs of aging because digestive issues develop usually over a matter of years and even decades.
03:35:40.000I can assure you that the damage is probably caused by these health foods and that it's far from normal.
03:35:48.000The good news is you can easily help fix the problem from your own home.
03:37:34.000If we could turn off YouTube and just send you guys to Twitch, we would, but we can't because we're on Rumble Studio and it has a certain thing.
03:38:25.000Look, the more monetized we are, the less we have to rely on, obviously, like, Castle Club or something like that, and that helps us be a little bit more, you know, flexible and stuff.
03:38:41.000Fucking join CastleClub.tv, because if you rock with us and you support us and you want us to keep doing what we're doing, because we could lose switch at any moment.
03:40:08.000Because now you can sue them for slander and lies.
03:40:11.000And if you're following that pattern where he said that whole list of things he said in his last tweet, it was like, he kind of gave them an alley-oop, and then they took it and ran with it.
03:40:21.000Even though he didn't specifically say that he, I mean, he did say he texted the person, but did he say that they were actually?
03:40:29.000I think he did, but he took it off, right?
03:40:33.000Yeah, I think he did mention it in the tweet, but we don't know.
03:41:22.000We're also going to cover the school shooting as well.
03:41:24.000If you don't know what they are up to, they are going after someone that is believable, co-conspirator with the Russians.
03:41:29.000They'll set a precedent and then they will start coming for people like you guys.
03:41:32.000They will have bot feds donate to your show or whatever and they can use that as a way to come after a right-wing podcast through corrupt legislation.
03:41:38.000They always start out with something logical.
03:49:18.000See, I'm the only one that keeps the business in mind, because I'm like, bro, this is business.
03:49:25.000Listen, say in the chat, I'm fresh, bro.
03:49:27.000I didn't know what's happening by the scenes, which is why I said certain things, but I don't want to sit on camera, because that'll be dumb for me to sit on camera.
03:53:35.000It's flashiness and big chains and big fast cars and tight shirts and clubbing and bottle service and who you know at the club and networking with dudes who are dick-sucking you on a yacht.
03:53:53.000The idea of relationships and network as a red pill person, it's very, it's not, it's gay.
03:54:42.000Knowing when it's time to demand respect, being capable of fighting, but in unnecessary situations, like on a stage where people are just trying to learn about how to make money, you don't get up in there and, yeah, motherfucker!
03:59:52.000Now, we first told you about Macy Marie Lathers here on Sidebar earlier this month when she appeared in bond court in a green jail vest looking much different from her usual social media posts.
04:00:02.000The 24-year-old is a self-proclaimed artist and model and now faces 12 charges in connection with a three-car crash that put her in the hospital And killed two people.
04:00:10.000According to police, Lathers had been speeding in downtown Miami when she ran a red light in her Mercedes Benz.
04:00:15.000She slammed into a Range Rover, which then hit a Suzuki, and two people in that vehicle, the driver and the passenger in the backseat, were both killed.
04:00:22.000Lathers originally faced eight counts when she first appeared in court where it was revealed that not only did she not have a driver's license, but she'd been banned from having one.
04:00:29.000After the crash, there's video surveillance of her exiting the vehicle and walking northbound away from the crash, never rendering aid or calling 9-1-1 to assist those who were injured in the crash.
04:00:37.000Unknown bystanders grabbed a defendant and took her back to the scene of the crash and helped her until the police arrived.
04:01:28.000So, victim one had to be extracted from the vehicle three and was transported to the hospital by her trauma and in critical condition and was later dispronounced deceased due to his injuries.
04:01:36.000Victim two was removed from vehicle three and transported to Jackson with facial and arm lacerations.
04:01:42.000Victim three was pronounced deceased on the scene by the fire rescue.
04:01:47.000Victim four was transported to JMH in stable condition.
04:01:51.000So, there's two people that died and two that were injured.
04:01:56.000She, the vehicle was registered to her, but she doesn't have a Florida driver's license.
04:02:01.000And a further search revealed that under her date of birth and name, she has a Florida driver's license and it was suspended indefinitely January 16th of 2024.
04:02:52.000Foot down on the gas and get an extra 25 cents back, got the results of a vehicle data search warrant.
04:02:57.000That data showed that Lathers had pressed her foot down on the gas pedal at the time of the crash, so she was driving around 80 miles an hour.
04:03:03.000And the speed limit on that road was 30.
04:03:06.000Her upgraded charges now include reckless vehicular homicide and reckless driving causing serious bodily injury.
04:03:10.000When she appeared in bond court on those charges, this time she was wearing an orange jail jumpsuit.
04:03:14.000Her attorney told the court via Zoom that he wasn't told about this hearing until the very last minute.
04:03:32.000A judge had previously set Lathers' bond at $140,000, which Lathers had posted.
04:03:37.000She was reportedly preparing to be released when the prosecution filed additional charges.
04:03:40.000$26,000 was added to the previous bail amount, plus stricter rules for Lathers' house arrest.
04:04:13.000Because it was just, it's such a bizarre story.
04:04:15.000And, you know, we're no stranger, sadly, to people using drugs and strange things happening.
04:04:20.000Because the reality is, Miami is, you know, like certain cities across the world, is a party hub, right?
04:04:25.000So we are no stranger to people drinking too much, partying too much, and things going awry.
04:04:29.000But pink cocaine, most of us had never heard of that.
04:04:32.000We only remember, like, Pablo Escobar, like, cocaine was white.
04:04:36.000So now, obviously, they're calling it as a nickname, pink cocaine.
04:04:38.000It's really ketamine with other additives that make it pink.
04:04:41.000But, you know, we had the epidemic of bath salts at one point, you know, maybe about 10 years ago, where we had someone who was under the influence and engaged in some very cannibalistic acts.
04:04:49.000So this is not abnormal for Miami, but I just think the series of events and the fact that two people were horribly victimized as a result of this, this was in a major street, so this was North Miami Avenue, which crosses through some major cities and areas within the metro Miami area, so the location made it scary in terms of more people could have been hurt.
04:05:07.000That's sort of the thought process I seem to be hearing on socials and just kind of colloquially around the community.
04:05:11.000The pink cocaine is part of it that's really making headlines.
04:05:15.000Real quick for you guys to understand.
04:05:17.000Miami Avenue, right, differentiates east and west.
04:05:21.000Flagler differentiates north and south.
04:05:24.000So the way Miami is set up is kind of like a grid system.
04:09:07.000Is this something that you're seeing a lot in Miami then?
04:09:09.000I can't say that I'm seeing a lot per se, but it seems to be more like that designer drug, right?
04:09:14.000It's not something that you would necessarily go to your, for lack of a better word, going to your dealer on the corner and getting, right?
04:09:20.000This seems to be more of a party drug akin to what ecstasy and MDMA was to the early 2000s and the late 90s.
04:09:25.000Like this is the kind of the trendy drug that's used at parties, used in certain circles.
04:09:30.000And, you know, again, I mean, it does have serious effects.
04:09:54.000But here's the hard part for the defendant, because so often we cover stories where the person is drunk or high, and we've learned pretty quickly that's not a defense.
04:10:01.000Just because you were drinking and driving or you were drinking and you were on some sort of drug, that's not really a defense.
04:11:37.000Well, you know, I'm always of two minds when it comes to people not having a license in Florida.
04:11:41.000I mean, there's some reasons that are income-driven, let's put it that way, why some people don't have a license.
04:11:45.000So, for instance, if you end up getting, maybe you get into an accident or maybe you got too many tickets and it piled up, you didn't pay them on time, the interest compounded.
04:11:54.000Yeah, she's just talking to her ass, though.
04:11:55.000To be honest with you, people don't have licenses or insurance because either they're lazy or they don't care.
04:12:36.000And now, out of a lack of financial resources, you can't pay your tickets, which then results in your license being suspended.
04:12:41.000That's a little different than someone, let's say, getting a previous DUI, and then being banned from driving as a result, because that's just a whole different...
04:12:47.000That's not a need-based type situation.
04:12:49.000And then also on top of it, Florida, especially Miami, is very difficult from the standpoint that we don't have any real public transportation down here.
04:12:55.000So if you're trying to get to work, trying to get your kid to school, or there's an emergency and you need to get to the hospital, something along those lines, if you don't have a license...
04:13:02.000I can see scenarios where you hop behind the wheel of a car because you don't feel you have any other choice.
04:13:08.000Not saying it's justified or whatever, but I can see how someone gets into that position.
04:13:11.000But being in a situation where you're out partying and you're driving to the party using drugs and then trying to drive away from the party, yeah, that's not one that's going to be sympathetic to any jury or basically any court in the state.
04:13:23.000I know we talked about this potentially ending in a plea deal, but let's say that it does go to a jury trial.
04:13:27.000You spoke about how a jury would feel about all this.
04:13:29.000And we know that she crashed her Mercedes Benz, so kind of a high-end vehicle.
04:13:50.000They would, you know, if I was the prosecutor in the case, absolutely, I'd be bringing in her Instagram post from that particular day, right, because that is relevant to her state of mind and the events leading up to the horrible, you know, tragic outcome that we saw, you know, at the end of the analysis.
04:14:03.000So when people start to see the Instagram page, the, you know, posing and very like, I'm in Miami, I'm living my best life, to the detriment of others, to the detriment of others.
04:14:10.000She's a foreigner, she's from New York.
04:14:11.000I don't see any jury coming back with a not guilty verdict because again, especially the residents are often tired of this type of behavior.
04:14:18.000Not that there's anything wrong with partying and all of that, but when it spills over to the point that people get hurt.
04:14:22.000When it starts to interfere with people's- We hate y'all niggas, man.
04:21:57.000You take her to, she asks you, she asks, she talks about, she tries to infer, like, help, and then on top of that, she asks you for attire, and you're like, three strikes, bitch, you're out.
04:22:07.000I think in my head she was out with another guy or something before me, or with friends.
04:22:10.000I don't know what it is, but she was out somewhere before me, right?
04:25:36.000I just find it amazing that she, and then you told her I'm not an Uber, and then she responded to you saying, well, you left me high and dry last night?
04:36:28.000If you're already in Castle Club, to get into these Telegram groups, the private servers, make sure you DM me, BigMo underscore B-I-T-W, B-I-G-M-O underscore B-I-T-W, and I will help you out with everything you need.
04:36:40.000Make sure you have all the information that I'm going to be asking from you.
04:39:00.000I'm gonna put out the fire here that's going on and then get the backpack ready for tomorrow and if it's not too late then I'll jump back on and do something with you guys.
04:39:09.000I'm trying to figure out if I should stream exclusively on Twitch for you ninjas and rumble.
