On this episode of the Hot Mic Show, the guys talk about the new Rumble game, a new game they're playing, and a bunch of other stuff. Also, we talk about how fast the Rumble game is becoming and how fast it's going to be.
00:11:44.000So guys, just so you guys know, there is a serious delay, like two to three minutes it seems, where we are doing stuff and then you guys are hearing it way after the fact.
00:11:53.000We had a hot mic and then we played some music for y 'all.
00:11:55.000By the way, the name of the song is called Every Single Time You Can Get It on SoundCloud from my guy Lucas Gage.
00:13:59.000Also, interestingly enough, the topic that we're going to talk about is going to be able to give you guys quite a bit of insight because we're going to be talking quite a bit about psychology, psychiatry, the APA.
00:14:09.000And some other things like that when it comes to this situation because you guys are getting a special episode today because not only do we have trial breakdown, but the trial, especially today's episode and today's testimony, super red-pilled, okay?
00:16:17.000I'm going to call Bill real quick and just tell him about this and see if there's anything we can do.
00:16:28.000Before we get into it, guys, I'm just going to call Bill and see if I can fix this because we're like two to three minutes ahead of you guys.
00:19:10.000We're going to be talking about the trial, day 8. We're going to be talking about the psychiatrist that came in and testified, and then we're going to be talking about the red pill when it comes to this psychiatrist and this trial in general, guys.
00:23:07.000Well, what they were talking about was how Special Agent Gannon may have...
00:23:13.000They were trying to imply, rather, that the evidence may have been tampered with because they were after photos taken, but not before photos taken.
00:23:20.000So that's what they were basically touching on.
00:23:22.000They were showing the pictures of the red heels.
00:25:27.000So the black straw was the point of contention because they said, well, that black straw had enough drugs to get tested but then was destroyed in testing.
00:26:07.000To finish up the direct, as you guys know, HSI did a search warrant March of last year, okay, on Diddy's house in Miami.
00:26:14.000During the course of the search warrant, they found a bunch of stuff.
00:26:16.000On government direct, they went over the evidence that they found.
00:26:19.000Right before they ended, they pulled out some heels, right?
00:26:23.000The reason why the heels are irrelevant, guys, is because we know that Diddy had a thing where he would have the girls during the freak-offs wear heels and lingerie, and they found the lingerie and the heels in Astro Glide and the baby oil there.
00:27:56.000You know, they didn't take a picture of it in place.
00:27:58.000Or sometimes, guys, keep in mind, you can't take a picture of it in place because, let's say, okay, let's say the bag is a perfect example.
00:28:31.000Like if you get a box from the top of the closet and you grab it and then you bring it down and it was heavy and then you open it up and you find evidence of crime in there, well, it's going to be a lot harder to pick it up.
00:28:41.000Put it back over there, you know, somehow raise yourself up to the top, and then take a picture of the evidence in place.
00:28:47.000If you can do that, that's cool, but it's not practical in a lot of situations.
00:28:51.000But that's what they were trying to beat him up on, right?
00:28:53.000Yeah, I did forget to mention, however, they did set up for foundation.
00:28:56.000What they did for foundation was they did set up with, this is the gate.
00:29:45.000If not, I can just show my phone up to the screen.
00:29:48.000But anyway, while he tries to pull that up for you guys.
00:29:51.000So Diddy, as you guys know, lives in Star Island.
00:29:57.000And for those that are unaware, Star Island is like a secluded area of Miami Beach where you have to take a bridge.
00:30:02.000There's only like one bridge on there.
00:30:03.000And he lived on Two Star Island and has like this big-ass gate to get in.
00:30:08.000So the SRT team, aka the special response team, they responded and they came in their armored truck.
00:30:14.000And when they came in their armored truck, they knocked that gate down and broke it down and got into the house as quickly as possible.
00:30:19.000Guys, when the feds are executing a search warrant, they're not there to play and like, you know, oh yeah, knock, knock, okay, you're going to open a door?
00:30:25.000Like, they're going to go in there and they're going to hit it hard and they're going to go in quick and they're going to try to clear the place as quickly as possible because they don't want people to destroy evidence, they don't want people to grab guns, they don't want people to formulate.
00:30:45.000You know, rammed through the gate, destroyed it, and they got onto the property, and then immediately SRT, the special response team, that's the SWAT team, those guys are going in.
00:30:52.000And those guys get trained by Delta and SEALs and all that other stuff.
00:31:34.000So HSI New York was keeping this very tight to their chest.
00:31:37.000He knew Diddy wasn't going to be there, and the reason why is because they had Diddy's flight information.
00:31:41.000So Diddy was at the house that day, and they found out that he had a flight destined for later that day.
00:31:46.000So what they did was, they actually executed the search warrant around 3 p.m. in the afternoon instead of 6 a.m. like they normally do, because they didn't want him on the property, you know, for safety reasons, and it makes it easier too.
00:31:58.000The SRT ran the vehicle into the gate to open it.
00:32:02.000When they got on the property, they encountered six people.
00:32:04.000They put all of them in cuffs, detained all of them for safety, and ID'd all of them.
00:32:08.000One of the guys stayed in cuffs a bit longer because he was being a pain in the ass.
00:34:41.000Now, from what I understand, this Mia girl is someone that worked under Diddy, and then I think they have another woman as well that dated Diddy in 2020 that was, you know, getting freaked off and everything else like that.
00:40:16.000With victims of domestic violence, currently independent, practicing in New York City, works two and a half days a week, also involved in helping Cornell with teaching and structure.
00:40:24.000She's a voluntary staff, if I'm not mistaken, right?
00:41:56.000Like, the USA kept asking her credentials, because remember, guys, she's a government witness, so they were asking her all these questions, and they were really trying to show all her credentials, because she's considered what's called an SME, or a subject matter expert.
00:42:08.000You know, and I've actually testified as a subject matter expert before myself for human smuggling on trials.
00:42:14.000So whenever you come in as a subject matter expert, they ask you a lot of questions as to, you know, what training experience do you have, accreditations, education.
00:42:34.000You know, can you give us an example of what they might be in?
00:42:38.000So they spent like 20-30 minutes, guys, just going over this woman's credentials, okay?
00:46:32.000Guys, if you notice on this trial, and I've told you guys about this before, they often, when they got a witness that they know that the defense is going to attack on certain things, They bring those questions up preemptively.
00:46:58.000So they asked her, "How much are you getting paid per hour?
