In this episode, Dom and I talk about our experiences with dating in Miami and how the dating scene has changed in the past 5 years. We talk about how social media has changed the dating game and how it has impacted our dating experience.
00:19:38.000Man, I like how you brought up you were saying like you have to compete no matter what level you own, because a lot of people they believe they make it to the top or whatever that is, depending on whatever someone considered a top.
00:19:48.000No matter what that is, you're competing with someone else.
00:19:51.000You start even noticing shit that you didn't even know exist.
00:20:14.000You know, you you start wearing shit, start moving a certain way because of the environment around you, and you no longer really reflect the masses, but something that's never changing, you haven't to compete with women.
00:20:25.000You always have to compete with women because they're seeing people like you said that's better than you in every way.
00:20:29.000It doesn't matter where you're at, even if you're in an NBA, not everyone's a star player.
00:20:33.000Yeah, NBA players have to stress over uh, you know, the the the start and five, fucking their hoes.
00:21:06.000But the point is that like I've just seen the trend where I go out, me and the boys, you know, obviously you're there as well, and girls pull up.
00:23:17.000I was like, they know they could get it, because either they're that dude or just because they got the swag at that moment, or they're on top, and they're like, you know what?
00:23:27.000But I understand because Drake is Drake is Drake.
00:23:29.000Yeah, but the point is that like we have this same uh I want to say scope of girls pretty much, and we're all sharing pretty much the same girls.
00:23:36.000However, dating us seriously, I can't because what's the point?
00:23:49.000And even if they like, and it's a lot of women that have had that experience to even like dance with Trey Songs or be with Trey Songs, bro.
00:23:55.000They're so delusional, yeah, that although he might smash and pass, they feel like, okay, since I got to get in bed with this guy, I might be able to cuff someone like that.
00:24:46.000He actually goes back and forth with people saying, Y'all don't understand how that shit go.
00:24:50.000You know they have to take their phones, they have to have NDAs.
00:24:52.000You ain't never been around rappers, like, yeah, that might be true, but bro, what are they doing backstage for like that many hours, bro?
00:24:59.000There's no way she's gonna be faithful, bro.
00:25:00.000And someone's gonna I'm not I don't I don't someone's gonna say, 'Oh, fresh, bro, you should have frame, bro, and control your your girl.' First of all, it's not my girl, nigga.
00:25:49.000And one of the girls that I know has a boyfriend here, and she was back there.
00:25:56.000And let me just say, bro, I know if you're watching this, it's too late for you, my nigga.
00:26:00.000But your girl went to a club after with them.
00:26:03.000And after that, to the house, yeah, you know it's a rap.
00:26:06.000But this is where I say, like, put yourself first, man.
00:26:09.000Any day, man, dating itself may be cooked, but if you're not first for yourself, who's gonna be for you?
00:26:14.000And this girl that you're talking to now, I guarantee you she won't last for you for the most part.
00:26:18.000So being honest, since you've been here for so long, how many have you seen a woman that that you found out they got a guy in a situation like that that would take that opportunity to go backstage?
00:26:30.000Or a girl that just takes the opportunity is gonna go regardless.
00:26:33.000If a girl takes the opportunity, is she going to get smashed, or there's some women that will truly just be fans, take a picture and go home.
00:26:57.000Because at that point, she told her to say, you know what?
00:27:00.000My want for this a celebrity for fun overrides the want for you.
00:27:05.000Because at that point, bro, and this is where I say, look, okay, maybe if it's like like her brother or like a cousin that you know very well, maybe to a concert.
00:27:14.000But to go there by yourself with her friends that are wilding, bro, because the problem is, bro, if she's the hot girl, they may call her because you know what they do, bro?
00:27:22.000They send scouts in the public, and uh in the seats and say, okay, bring the baddest girl girls back here to VAP.
00:27:28.000Go looking for the baddest girls, you come, you come, you come.
00:27:47.000And then most of the girls, you know, when they're done, they feel guilty because it wasn't really like the decision they wanted, but bruh, females fold on the peer pressure so much more than us.
00:27:56.000It's a good thing they aren't as violent as us or don't shoot as much as us, because there will be more bodies.
00:28:00.000They fall under peer pressure so quick, bro.
00:28:02.000Like they will run away from a 15-year marriage just because they friends, they don't want their friends to consider them not being fun.
00:28:08.000Like, bro, when I started noticing how big fun is for women, I never looked at the world to say, bro, they put fun over everything, bro.
00:28:15.000But this is why in Miami, look at the lifestyle.
00:30:10.000Actually, if you guys are in a castle club or in uh deals on the man, you saw my text from uh prior uh DMs, what I would say, it's so simple.
00:30:18.000But you know what it what it does, it's the page.
00:32:00.000So this is why I say, even though dating is cooked, and you should you should still source girls to try to find a way to get girls, put yourself first, man.
00:32:09.000Because as you as you know, Dom, if we focus on girls only, we'll be cooked.
00:32:13.000Like, especially Miami, it's a fast-paced society.
00:32:16.000You gotta focus on work first, then play.
00:32:19.000And uh something else I would say is to ex not to really be negative, but they expect the worst.
00:32:24.000Depending on what city you're in, expect the worst out of the women, no matter how much they gaslight you.
00:32:27.000So there's a girl I was talking to with gaslight me for talking to other women and shit, and it's like I'm super honest.
00:32:32.000I've like, I'm not they come down for a relationship.
00:32:35.000Maybe I might pursue it in two years or so.
00:32:37.000That's not what I'm looking for right now.
00:32:38.000Constantly gaslight me, constantly make it seem like a problem for me, just live my lifestyle.
00:32:42.000But I found out she fucks somebody over a weekend, and it's like it's it's weird how manipulative they are.
00:32:50.000Yeah, they'll want to tell you, make you feel bad for living a lifestyle that they already live in.
00:32:54.000But I already assumed that this person would do that.
00:32:56.000So it's like it didn't hurt me, but man, if I had been actually cared about the person, if I actually gave them the pieces of me that I had in the past, or if I if I didn't see that in them, yeah, it would actually hurt it.
00:33:06.000But then I was like, oh, it says expected.
00:33:28.000And especially being in Miami, bro, this whole world of like social media and clout and cars and lifestyle, it's cool, yeah, but it's not really, it's not real.
00:34:04.000Um, for people watching, if you guys want advice on Instagram and Twitter, how to grow that shit, meet them with doing live uh reviews right now on uh life, 50 bucks and above.
00:34:16.000But I will say this having social media, I was able to escape past this game easily because even though I didn't have the line beginning at the beginning, I didn't have like the the lifestyle like that.
00:34:25.000I had a well-built page, so that was my business card.
00:34:28.000Hey, gonna meet you, you have a cool vibe, let's connect.
00:34:32.000Instagram, whether it's business partners, girls, connections, and I paid over a million followers, but obviously it got banned because of the whole bullshit BS thing with government.
00:34:42.000But that page gave me so much power, bro.
00:34:44.000I had access to people, Kevin Hart, Michael Blackson, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:35:06.000You can change your life with Twitter.
00:35:07.000Like you said, well, Twitter has a different list of like celebrities than Instagram does.
00:35:11.000But one thing with Twitter is you can gain the respect for celebrities because if a celebrities are scrolling their Twitter, and a lot of celebrities they check their Twitter, they don't even have like real accounts and burners.
00:35:19.000But if they see your content on there, they're gonna view you as news.
00:35:22.000Yeah, it might be something they talk about, they put into their content, or they might even add it to their strategy.
00:35:26.000But you don't really see celebrities copy strategies uh strategies or respond to backlash unless it hits the Twitter.
00:35:32.000Yeah, you see celebrities start to get canceled, etc.
00:35:34.000Only when it hits Twitter, so it's a lot of power in it and be a news.
00:35:38.000And same thing with Instagram, I mean Twitter DMs, you can reach everyone with that.
00:35:41.000I mean, just throw it out there to as many people as possible.
00:35:45.000Chat, I'm gonna tell a story right now that happened um a while back.
00:35:49.000You remember when Kai Senat had the issue with his his boy in the house, and there's that allegation of uh grape.
00:36:27.000And um, funny enough, you spoke to didn't post it that much, and it died down because obviously he's the big page, but just having that person not posting it helped a lot.
00:36:36.000Yeah, it's Twitter is more, I would say, more corporate of social media, it's the news, it's the corporate part of media.
00:36:41.000You can reach any corporation with Twitter, have problems with my car.
00:36:44.000I made a tweet about GM in 30 minutes.
00:36:46.000The GM head of PR GM had reached out to me.
00:36:49.000Yeah, and it's any time I reach out to Twitter.
00:36:51.000Are they fixing uh the yeah, that should hopefully have it like next week because I'm suing them, and then I also had the PR head reach out to me and look into it.
00:36:59.000Wow, but you can do that with Twitter.
00:37:17.000Twitter Twitter creators from ads make the most to me uh from ads.
00:37:23.000But if you're a journalist, like if you're a journalist and you can guarantee that anything's gonna become news, it's got a limit because you can pay 250,000 to be somewhere on the front of New York Times for 12 hours, or you could pay a Twitter creator to keep that post up there where they get more views and has more reach than you meet your New York Times.
00:37:41.000You could prove to them that this New York Times only gonna get you so far.
00:37:45.000This tweet can get you on New York Times, Forbes, Time Magazine, it's a deal you can't refuse.
00:37:49.000But a lot of people don't know how to monetize their tweets, they don't know the power of their tweets, but you can get paid up to hundreds of thousands per tweet.
00:37:55.000God, but that's if you guarantee holy smokes, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:38:01.000I didn't learn that till um really just hanging out here, just really expanding your mind, which is true that I'm foolproof that you can have something great, but you just gotta see it for yourself.
00:38:24.000You don't need millions of followers, millions of views.
00:38:28.000All you need is a good audience, good product and good value, and having it, you know, you know what you actually need.
00:38:33.000You need to have content that's gonna help people move forward.
00:38:35.000Either it's news, value, or entertainment.
00:38:38.000Yeah, but for the person watching this, if you have the right, uh, I want to say genre, you build it up to a certain point, and you put you make content every single day, pretty much um and make it a part of your lifestyle.
00:40:38.000This is why interline people that are up there important, have status too as well.
00:40:43.000And then it's like I can say when you're a new creator, you have to know, like it depends on how much pride you have.
00:40:49.000You have to understand when you are, like I don't want to say kiss ass, but when you coming up, you gotta understand that there's a certain way that you have to play things.
00:40:56.000Like Elon Musk, I could have had the Elon Musk stamp long ago, but all of my peers just kept worshiping Elon Musk.
00:41:21.000I was like, this nigga really think I don't fuck with him just because I ain't glaze him, but he's so high up that glazing is the only thing that means respect and lust.
00:41:29.000Yeah, anything less, because that's all he sees is hating.
00:41:32.000So you have to really understand how to work with these people, but you're gonna have to make change, like a lot of people have to make changes.
00:41:37.000People get stagnant because they can't change and accept that they could be wrong on their like old way of thinking.
00:41:42.000You gotta change when you become a bigger creator or get more money because you're gonna stay exactly where you work.
00:41:47.000Whatever you were was good enough to get you where you're at.
00:41:50.000But to go farther, most of the time it's a whole different person.
00:41:52.000You need collapse, you need support, you need a new system, you need new ideas, and the funny part is about content, you can't ever stop.
00:42:02.000Um, but this is why, like, even me, like bro, like I have a lot of connections that I use obviously for our show and like other things like that.
00:42:10.000And it's because while I was doing content with Myron, of course, I focused on relationships, people that were important to me.
00:42:16.000I can help us move forward if things were in trouble, and because of that, we're still here today.
00:42:20.000Yeah, most people are gone and out, dead in the water.
00:42:30.000It may be fun to do content, and yeah, it looks easy, you get up behind the camera and a mic, and just talk shit, but like it's a business behind it because this takes money, it takes time and a lot and fucking energy, bro.
00:43:48.000I was talking to one of our friends, and I think we're low-key entering a new what are like a great depression a little bit.
00:43:55.000Like it's the second coming of a great depression, and the main reason I feel like that, it's not even just because of how bad the job market is or how bad the housing is or the cars, but with the Great Depression, you had noticed, you can notice through that, and also World War II, that even fashion had changed.
00:44:11.000And right now, fashion it kind of resembles the Great Depression.
00:44:14.000The most popular clothes they say in fashion right now is brown, gray, and black.
00:44:18.000And gothic clothes, chrome hearts, Rick Owens, things like that, because they say fashion, it imitates life.
00:46:02.000I was saying too that they said Miami, uh, you know, it's it's height 2019 to 2021.
00:46:07.000And the only reason why they would say I'm Miami and his height because we have a little bit more people moving out and moving in, and it's only because of affordability.
00:46:14.000The only people that's here are people, it's not really people that's coming here to chase their dreams.
00:50:51.000It it might actually be women because you know, when I read the Bible, it it it pushes us and try to motivates us to find more women.
00:50:57.000And if that's what God wants me to do or try to push me towards, that's not nothing I'll be seeking.
00:51:03.000So it's like I know I wouldn't necessarily be living right in that aspect because I don't know if you want he wanted me to look for a wife.
00:51:09.000I'm open to one, but I'm not searching for one.
00:51:11.000I'm searching for most of the time a fun time.
00:55:15.000If you even ever talk to him, or if it ever comes up as a conversation, it's weird, bro.
00:55:20.000Really having conversation with OF girls about relationship, just on some cool shit, just regularly talking about life because they know it's not a chance with you.
00:55:29.000And especially when you have an image, it's like that's why it's hard to let hoes go because pros are so honest and realistic, it's easier to deal with them.
00:55:37.000But they know they don't have a chance, but dude, at the same time, that shit depresses them.
00:55:41.000They're funny, they're fun, but they hate and they'll they they like it when they're young, but they start to get older and they really think like, damn, I'm never going to be respected.
00:56:00.000She was like, the reason why a lot of them commit suicide is because they do get married, like you're saying, but they end up not respecting the dude.
00:57:59.000Although a lot of them didn't actually like him, but they put up with him because hey, your best friend's in love and wants to get married, like you're gonna show up for her.
00:58:06.000They were like, just protect yourself and protect him too.
00:58:51.000Bro, I think the most interesting thing about how she's feeling at all is the fact that, bro, it took for her, and this is what, man, it prove again women's so fucked up.
00:58:58.000It took for her to lose her shit to even be aware of why prenups exist.
00:59:03.000So now you see that she's talking about the seatbelt thing.
00:59:21.000They almost can't learn until they get burnt.
00:59:24.000So it's like I say, it's a W man, so I know she feels a lot of regret, but at the same time, she for the first time can see what it's like being a man.
00:59:31.000Everything you work for can be given to a lesser being just because they exist.
00:59:35.000So it's unfair, yes, but it's crazy that she didn't take the pre-up.
00:59:40.000She was thinking like a woman, and I can't have no sympathy for her, because the same thing for men that don't offer one, you're going to get burned if you let yourself depend on the system.
00:59:47.000But it's just odd to me that it didn't occur to her why her friends want her to get a prenup.
00:59:52.000Even if a nigga don't get a prenup, they'll understand why.
00:59:55.000They'll be like, I understand, bro, I could get burned and shit like that.
00:59:57.000But she just made it seem like she was so down for him, she was thinking emotional.
01:00:01.000And it wasn't until she got burned that she even understood the purpose of a prenup.
01:00:05.000Like if you're now talking about to protect yourself from a car crash, there's no way you had that mindset in the beginning.
01:00:12.000There's no way at pop there's just no way at all.
01:00:55.000One thing I can respect about guys, and like, bro, every day I wake up I'm thankful I'm a guy.
01:00:58.000Just because of the things that other guys do, bro, it's just like we're a whole different animal.
01:01:03.000A guy can literally be in this situation, lose everything he got, lose his kids, and a nigga will break down the story, he'll be like, don't feel sorry for me.
01:01:10.000Yeah, it was like, damn, nigga, you're like horrible.
01:01:12.000So go on a couch, sleep there, get a job, yeah.
01:01:15.000No, back up and be like, all right, this is bullshit, but I'm back now.
01:02:31.000Also, tomate also tomatoes has the ability to do that also for UC Berkeley.
01:02:35.000And then uh big tobacco, RJ Reynolds and stuff has perfected the ability to put a human vaccine into tobacco products.
01:02:42.000Even a certain person will get caught.
01:02:44.000And is that even legal to do in the state of Tennessee to sell those with a vaccine in them?
01:02:52.000You're right, uh well, I I'm not arguing that point.
01:02:54.000What I'm saying is there is no law deeming those that when you go into a grocery store, you should know as a consumer this head of lettuce is a head of lettuce, they'll head of lettuce right next to it could contain a vaccine in it.
01:03:06.000All we're saying is if it does have the vaccine in it, make sure it's listed as a pharmaceutical so people can get the proper dosage.
01:03:33.000Well, my can my question is right now, can you walk into a grocery store and there be a let a lettuce for sale that has a vaccine in it?
01:03:42.000I don't think that's allowed under state law presently.
01:03:44.000And if it is and you have to list it as a pharmaceutical pharmaceutical, are we going to then have Walgreens pharmacists with a refrigerated section?
01:04:04.000Just to make sure that if you're going in to buy tomatoes and there's a polio vaccine in there that you are aware of what you're buying has a polio vaccine, the problem you have is if it's not treated as a pharmaceutical, being the size and difference between you and me, how many tomatoes do I have to eat to get the proper dosage versus how many tomatoes that you have to eat, and if you eat too many, do you get a overdose?
01:04:28.000If you eat too less, it's like we had in the cattle industry with Aramycin, we weren't dosing our cattle properly, and the horn flies were developing an immunity to it.
01:04:37.000If we don't have the proper dosage of a vaccine, it could lead to the efficacy of that drug not working anymore.
01:04:44.000Yo, you bro, how the fuck is this legal, bro?
01:06:36.000Yeah, it was like uh even with this shit's pretty crazy.
01:06:39.000Even with how they send us mail, like some when you get mail, if you get mail from Amazon, I think your name, it'll have your first letter capitalized and your last letter, and that's it.
01:06:51.000The rest of the words is gonna be lowercase, like you know, how you normally write your name.
01:06:55.000It'll just be Walter, it'll have the uh capital W. Yeah, and the rest of them be lowercase.
01:07:02.000When a government, IRS, or any form of the government, they write you for some reason, all the letters are all capital.
01:07:08.000And they only also do that with corporations and businesses.
01:07:10.000Businesses, when you address them, it's all capital letters.
01:07:13.000And they say it's because every single person is a walking investment.
01:07:17.000So when you're born, anyone born in America, we get a social security card on the back of our social security card, it has a letter.
01:07:23.000That letter correlates with whichever Federal Reserves on you.
01:07:26.000So I'm owned by the Federal Reserve of Chicago.
01:07:28.000I got a G on the back of my Social Security.
01:07:31.000If you put in that uh if I go to the Chicago Federal Reserve website and I put it in the back of my social that those red numbers in the back, that's my account number.
01:07:40.000Now all I have to do is go to Federal Reserve of Chicago, put in that route number, and it will let me log in.
01:07:45.000There's actually an account that you can log in.
01:07:47.000And it shows stocks and bonds that were bought on the day that you I mean were invested on the day you were born.
01:07:52.000And most Americans, some of the shit's at like billions of dollars.
01:07:56.000I mean, the country holds leverage on it and traded with other countries and companies over stocks and bonds of your name.
01:08:01.000No one can really access them unless you go like 12 years of paperwork.
01:08:04.000But it goes more and more detail, bro, even with our court systems, with how our court systems are set up, and the like outside of the court is called like a it's like set up like a boat or something like that.
01:08:16.000But the way our court systems are set up, the way that they address people and all, it's in a specific way that we're not really treated like American citizens, but we're treated like products, like the way our court systems address this.
01:08:29.000Like they legally got it to where we don't know that we're not actually considered like citizens.
01:08:34.000So other countries, they say it's real countries, but this is the only one a com uh corporation, which is why we lead media, we lead everything else in the world, because it's just a business that the other worlds can benefit from.
01:09:56.000But I was looking at it, they was like, the only reason our country is so dominant over money, and it made me really have to realize someone in the government had told me because we're like the only country in the world.
01:10:04.000It took me a while to actually accept this.
01:10:06.000One of the only countries in the world that put profit over people, and the only reason we could believe otherwise is because we're in America, and there's American propaganda, China has propaganda, America has propaganda.
01:10:15.000We've lied about wars that we didn't even win.
01:11:38.000And I think if you did, because they know you lying, but if they know you're lying, bro.
01:11:42.000I think if they actually believe, right?
01:11:43.000That's why I say dating is funny because there's certain things that you'll lie about that you both know is a lie, but you're doing it out of respect.
01:12:41.000I've matured, it's time to get this shit up.
01:12:44.000Because as a guy, I haven't gone there yet.
01:12:46.000Yeah, I'm starting to feel a certain type of like, you know, um the connection conscience and like you know, of course, like I want to say accountability, but it's also like who is the one I want to actually wave up, because not these hoes.
01:13:00.000I would think uh it would be the ones that do the things for whatever you looking for if you know what it is, like naturally.
01:13:06.000Me, it's more about if I don't have to say things.
01:13:08.000So I guess whatever my person is, the things that I like, I never had to tell her to do it.
01:13:13.000And because if I never had to tell her to do it, that's mean that's who she naturally is, in my opinion.
01:13:17.000If that's what she naturally is, man, we could have most likely a very long-lasting relationship because I don't have to mold her, I don't have to teach her anything because who she is is what I like.
01:13:25.000But I found out with a lot of women, if I had to tell them something or try to help educate them on something, if they steer away from it, it just don't work out.
01:13:33.000But women that naturally met your vibe, I think those are the best people to choose as your person.
01:13:38.000But something else with women that actually, am I the only one that's been here, or do you only do this with me?
01:13:44.000They want to be lied to, but at the same time, if they believe they were the only ones, they might lose attraction because women don't want to feel like they're talking to a dude that has zero motion and can only get them.
01:14:20.000And let's say he may choose you as a main, there's other girls regardless.
01:14:24.000So I think even for this funny skit video, look at it from the point of view that like most people won't ever experience this, but if you do, you're in the top percent because this is not normal.
01:14:34.000I'll say with uh having money because money, you know, everyone, at least on social media, make it seem like having the nice cars and clothes that automatically just elevate you, get girls.
01:15:58.000Like, you do you pull up, you pull up with something that's nice, you dress well, you're shape, you're doing your shit, walk into the function.
01:16:26.000Run there for a day, a week, whatever.
01:16:29.000Drive it around, And just understand that you can get there eventually if you want to.
01:16:34.000But the confidence gives you, bro, is crazy.
01:16:36.000And look, confidence comes from within, of course, not external, but just that little how you get from that one time, bro, or two times, it's so much fun, bro.
01:16:45.000The confidence is the major W. But you can get confidence, but all these things, but for example, daily tasks.
01:16:50.000So I used to I used to have like a board in my room.
01:16:53.000I'll go to Walmart or Target, put two columns, like I said before, short term goals and long-term goals, and short term, I'll do every single day.
01:17:00.000I'll complete the task, wipe it off, put a check mark, and I'll build confidence in myself to do more and better things.
01:17:06.000And before you know it, all my goals were hit like that.
01:17:09.000So confidence comes from a fan, but most of the time.
01:17:12.000When you just was living a regular life, you made sure that you were minding yourself you were progressing though.
01:18:14.000We got uh some actual reviews here for Instagram and Twitter, which means if you want your Instagram reviewed for optimized for dating, for business or for networking, let us know.
01:18:22.000And Twitter as well, Domin's here as well, the Twitter expert, best in channel on Twitter, hands down.
01:20:02.000But the point is that like you gotta have unity together.
01:20:06.000The problem is most people, most races don't say that.
01:20:10.000They say it as, oh, you're my enemy, we're at war.
01:20:12.000And to his point, bro, I mean, Elton John is kind of nah, never mind.
01:20:17.000To this point, though, I think we're better together than a part, and at the same time, him saying this is funny because I mean, look at this nigga, bro.
01:20:24.000Yeah, there's a lot of ways we're better.
01:20:25.000Even I mean, if you just think like for our basic biology, black people they do better in the sun, they do better in the heat.
01:27:41.000Breaking this footage is not a video game.
01:27:42.000Thanks to new Eagle Eye connection technology allows troops to command and control unmanned systems and call for fires through a heads-up, hands-free display.
01:29:01.000Last one we have developing Grammy Award winning singer Katie Perry and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau were spotted kissing on each other aboard a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, California, amid the relationship announcement.
01:29:16.000But uh yeah, I mean, this has been a real for a foreigner for like three months.
01:29:20.000I know a lot of mainstream was saying that.
01:31:41.000Uh yeah, when I was in the army, it was uh we had Obama that was in at the time.
01:31:47.000And I know we were getting ready for like a war at the time when I was there.
01:31:50.000And we had like D surfing things going on because it was chemical warfare.
01:31:53.000Yeah, we were going back and forth with Syria.
01:31:55.000So we had to do a lot of like gas mass training.
01:31:57.000Um, mainly like chemical training, because at the time that was the main thing.
01:32:01.000Anytime there's like a major threat that's in the army, all bases have to pretty much pull up a protocol, especially the ones that are selected for deployment.
01:32:09.000So if anything happened in chemical warfare, it would have been Fort Bragg.
01:32:12.000Fort Bragg, though, is different from a lot of bases because Fort Bragg, for some reason, every time you do PT, you have to run.
01:32:18.000Most army bases, you only have to run on Monday and Friday, but Fort Bragg, since it's home and airborne, you have to run two miles every day minimum in addition to the PT.
01:32:26.000Like I just, dude, I hated the working out.
01:32:28.000The only part of the army I hated was the working out.
01:32:56.000So it's just it's super depressing to get your body how you want in the military.
01:33:00.000That's why you don't see really that many buff people in the military as you would think.
01:33:04.000Because in the morning, they already take your workout time in the morning.
01:33:07.000I knew some people in the military that work out at like 4 a.m. to be able to get their workout in.
01:33:12.000Like make their sleep schedule at four.
01:33:14.000Because they work out at four, and then we have PT at six.
01:33:16.000So out of everything, Norm went that bad, but the PT just kind of sucked because it took the motivation out of me kind of working on the body the way I want it.
