00:01:23.000If you ever see us not posting on YouTube, more than likely we might be in YouTube jail, so you need to go over to rumble.com slash Fresh and Fit to go ahead and check us out.
00:01:31.000Because a majority of our content is there.
00:01:33.000All the stuff that we have, certain interviews and stuff like that from before is on Rumble.
00:01:39.000So yeah, if you want to go ahead and get that stuff, go check it out on Rumble.
00:01:42.000And if you don't see us on YouTube, make sure to go find us on Rumble.
00:01:45.000I see that like half the audience is kind of split because we had like half you guys waiting on YouTube, half you guys waiting on Rumble.
00:01:51.000And yeah, man, Rumble is the future, guys.
00:01:53.000And in any case, we're going to end up on Rumble regardless.
00:02:02.000I know for a smaller company, like they're doing really good with as far as like the video is clear on Rumble when you look at it versus YouTube.
00:02:10.000And from what I hear, they're going to upgrade the UI as well.
00:02:13.000Yeah, so it's getting better every month, guys.
00:02:16.000They're going to start having timestamps.
00:02:54.000We're posting, I think, like 5 to 10, something crazy, like 5 to 10 shorts and like 5 to 10 videos, long form.
00:03:02.000So we're putting out a lot of content on that channel, so go check it out.
00:03:05.000And for you guys, we made a bet as well.
00:03:06.000If you get either first, either 500k on Rumble or 1 mil on the YouTube channel Clip for Clips, we're going to throw another party for you guys.
00:03:27.000And then also, guys, check us out on our other clips channel.
00:03:29.000It's called More Fresh Fit Clips, so if you like the bite-sized content, because I know a lot of y'all don't have time to watch a full-on pod or whatever, you just want to see crazy parts, go ahead and check out More Fresh Fit Clips as well.
00:03:38.000And then Mo is uploading every day on Spotify, whether it's audio or...
00:03:43.000So make sure to check us out over there.
00:03:45.000Because I know some of y'all like to listen on Spotify.
00:03:46.000You don't like to listen to YouTube when you're listening to podcasts and driving.
00:04:15.000And for me, guys, go check out FedReacts as you guys have cases on there.
00:04:19.000Actually, this case right here, the Tory Lanez-Meghan Stein case, is something that I broke down pretty extensively.
00:04:24.000So if you guys kind of want more of the nuanced details from a more law enforcement slash legal perspective, because we're not going to go too much into the legality in this case.
00:04:33.000We're going to go more into the RP awareness side of...
00:05:04.000He got one or two of his charges dropped, and I might cover that.
00:05:08.000Or I might just do kind of a catch-all where I just cover all the criminal cases that have been kind of going on in the news and just do a live stream just kind of summarizing everything that's going on.
00:05:40.000I was actually the first one to break that, like pull out the I don't know if it was Roc Nation or whatever, but it was very difficult to get that police report, which is kind of weird.
00:05:49.000But in the report, she basically was saying, oh yeah, I stepped on glass, etc.
00:05:52.000But yeah, if y'all want more details on that, go check it out on FedReacts.
00:05:55.000I did like three or four videos on this case, but...
00:09:40.000Chris is doing the best he can, but it's a really tough job, guys.
00:09:45.000If y'all don't believe them, look at all these other podcasts that try to copy us that can't really emulate what we've been doing and consistently we've been doing for as long as we've been doing it.
00:09:52.000And a big part of that I've got to give Chris his flowers is because of Chris.
00:09:58.000We, you know, it's foolish for us to kind of just, like, make Chris's life harder for no real reason when we can kind of control variables that will make it easier and more efficient at the same time.
00:10:28.000You guys love us for being raw and keeping it real and being edgy.
00:10:32.000Understand that that's a double-edged sword.
00:10:36.000Our edginess is like Hurt a lot of opportunities, which we don't care.
00:10:40.000We're not going to bend or fold or change the way we do concept for y'all.
00:10:43.000We're just going to keep doing it, right?
00:10:45.000Even if it means that we can't get certain guests on or whatever it may be, or certain girls won't come on, which is fine, because I think that rawness is what sets us apart from everybody else and us giving you value on other shows like this.
00:10:57.000But just know, guys, be aware of the fact that we don't have the best reputation because we're so real.
00:14:08.000Yeah, I mean, that's kind of the, you guys, if you want to have a high quality environment, right, and group of people, you have to keep the prices up.
00:14:16.000A lot of the times, man, you want to keep the riffraff out.
00:14:18.000One, you know, it's not worth it to get more people in, but dilute the quality, right, to make more money.
00:14:24.000Elephant Shoes goes, hi guys, where's the best to open LLC for taxes?
00:16:25.000You know, it's like, we really do be, like, looking at, you shouldn't be doing this, but I do it anyway.
00:16:30.000Like, we look at the comments and try to look at y'all feedback or whatever, and, you know, and most of y'all, like, just complained about it.
00:16:36.000So I was like, okay, all right, I guess we won't do it no more.
00:16:38.000CTK, can we get a time like us on the pod, bro?
00:21:25.000He directs all his own music videos, by the way, guys, and edits them.
00:21:27.000He received initial recognition from the mixtape Conflicts of My Soul, the 416 story, released in August 2013.
00:21:33.000In 2015, Tory Lane signed to record producer Benny Belanco's Mad Love Records through Interscope.
00:21:39.000Lane's debut studio album, I Told You, in 2016, included the singles Say It and Love, which peaked at number 23 and 19 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively, in 2018.
00:21:49.000Lane's released his second and third studio album's Memories Don't Lie and Love Me Now.
00:21:52.000His fourth studio album, Chick's Tape, peaked at number two on the U.S. Billboard 200, which, by the way, guys, if you hit the top of the Billboard, man, that means you're somebody.
00:22:03.000A lot of guys don't even make it to Billboard, so obviously that kind of gives you guys the caliber of Tory.
00:22:08.000Would you say Tory's probably, before he went in, he was an A-list rapper?
00:22:42.000Layne's received the Grammy Award nomination for his 2016 song Love, as well as for Juno Awards.
00:22:47.000Over his career in 2020, Layne's released his fifth studio album, Daystar, which debuted at number 10 on the Billboard 200.
00:22:52.000On December 23rd, 2022, Peterson was convicted in the Los Angeles Superior Court of three felony charges relating to shooting Magda Steyn in 2020.
00:22:59.000On August 8th, 2023, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
00:23:38.000Now let's pull up Meg DeStein, guys, so you can put a face.
00:23:40.000Because some of y'all might not know, follow hip-hop like that, so y'all might not know who these people are, so we're kind of putting faces to the name.
00:24:29.000She released her debut studio album Good News 2020 to critical acclaim, appearing on several year-end best album lists.
00:24:35.000She earned her first and second number one singles on the U.S. Billboard, How 100, with the remix of the song Savage, featuring Beyonce, and her feature on Cardi B's single WAP. Oh, man.
00:24:44.000I want to also mention as well, Meg's rise to fame is backed by the industry.
00:24:51.000I feel like Tory's whole career, he's struggling to have his own independence.
00:24:56.000And I feel like on some level, if you're an industry like, not popular, you're an industry aligned, they'll push you further than most people.
00:25:03.000So her rise to fame, I think, just to say it was backed by the industry and who she's I mean, she had very powerful people backing her guys.
00:25:10.000I mean, she was with Roc Nation, which obviously that's going to have the backing of Jay-Z and Beyonce and that whole squad of people.
00:25:16.000If Tory Lanez had that same backing, bro, holy crap, where would he be right now?
00:25:20.000Yeah, I mean, yeah, they blackballed Tory and all this other stuff, man, so it was crazy.
00:26:33.000They start fighting each other, they pull over on the side of the road, and we know from evidence, because we got, you know, broken jewelry, nails, etc.
00:26:40.000At some point, the car pulled over to the side of the road, because I think the bodyguard was driving, Tori was in the front seat, and then the two girls were in the back.
00:26:50.000In the beginning, I think Tori was in the front and the girls were in the back.
00:26:52.000And then when they switched it up, Tori was in the back and then one of the girls was in the front seat.
00:26:55.000Either way, the general thing is they all started fighting, right?
00:26:59.000Megan and the girls start fist fighting on the street, okay?
00:27:03.000Tory tries to break it up, blah, blah, blah, and during this entire altercation, a gun goes off, right?
00:27:09.000And Meg is shot in the foot, okay, by shrapnel, bullet fragments, etc., right?
00:27:15.000They found bullet fragments in her feet, because I think it ricocheted off the foot, off the ground when she was getting shot at, and she was bleeding, etc.
00:27:21.000And she alleges that Tory shot her and said, dance, when he was shooting at her, right?
00:29:29.000So number five in this countdown of things to avoid, guys, around women, especially so you don't end up in a situation like this, is avoid Being piss drunk around females, guys.
00:29:41.000Yeah, I mean, to be fair, this wouldn't happen if he wasn't drunk around the party.
00:29:46.000Guys, being drunk is an understatement.
00:30:07.000So, I would just say, in that instance, we can all agree here that if Tory was somewhat more, I want to say, sober and able to think rationally, maybe he would say, you know what?
00:31:12.000I mean, she was literally fist fighting.
00:31:14.000I mean, just to put this in perspective for you guys, when they were trying to drive home, they pulled over on the side of the road in an affluent area in L.A., and Meg DeSyan and that girl literally fist fought, guys, at like 2 or 3 in the morning.
00:31:26.000What type of people are you dealing with where they pull over on the side of the road and literally square up and fight each other in a residential area screaming at each other and stuff?
00:31:34.000Because witnesses heard everything and came out.
00:31:36.000So they were obviously causing a scene and going crazy.
00:31:40.000And they were fine for a bit because there was broken nails and jewelry all over the place when the police showed up on the scene later.
00:31:44.000One of the witnesses, Sean Kelly, saw basically what happened.
00:33:30.000But the reason why is because like, you know, I mean, I've never been a big drinker during my life anyway, but it's just not worth it, guys.
00:35:21.000Versus in blindsight, you just walk into your room, you see your girl or yourself getting smashed, like, yo, I didn't know this was going to happen.
00:35:28.000And what happens all the time, People get shot.
00:35:40.000This was literally like a recipe for failure all the way through, if you really go through all the facts and everything.
00:35:45.000And as we systematically go down this list, you guys are going to see all these volatile ingredients were in the concoction to literally, you know, create this situation that ruined Tori.
00:35:54.000And in hindsight, I'm sure Tory was like, you know what?
00:39:56.000So that stuff is going to appeal to the jury, guys.
00:40:00.000And even though they say the jury can't be biased towards you for not testifying because it's your Fifth Amendment privilege to not have to testify against yourself or to remain silent.
00:41:45.000Chuck the Painter goes, as the RP is losing pace and we are slowly moving towards AI and social media, it's probably going to evolve along with it.
00:41:52.000How do you guys foresee the future for FNF? We just talk about current topics, man.
00:41:57.000I mean, we're living in it, so we're going to talk about it as we see it.
00:42:50.000I think the reason why they only gave him 10 years, guys, is he's a foreign national, so they're going to deport him after this is all done.
00:42:56.000That's another reason that this is a big L, by the way, guys.
00:43:01.000Victoria is a Canadian national, guys, and I can tell you guys this from professional experience being in law enforcement and working under ice.
00:43:07.000What's going to happen is on the day that he's paroled or let out, Immigration officers are going to absolutely be at that jail to pick him up, put him into...
00:43:15.000They probably have a detainer on him right now, as a matter of fact.
00:43:17.000And the detainer is basically like a form that immigration puts with the jail.
00:43:22.000And as soon as that person is released, they must notify immigration that he's about to be released a day or so prior.
00:43:27.000They're going to show up when he's walking out the jail like, oh, I'm a free man.
00:43:31.000They're going to be like, oh, sorry, we got a detainer on you.
00:43:36.000And then, bam, they're going to arrest him, put him in an ICE facility, and then probably start deportation proceedings.
00:43:40.000Because once you're convicted of a felony or two crimes of moral interpitude without getting into too much legal jargon, you pretty much become a deportable alien.
00:43:48.000So, an alien is how, you know, the United States refers to foreign nationals in the Immigration Nationality Act, the INA. So, yeah, guys, he's absolutely going to be deported after this.
00:43:59.000So, this could have been avoided too if Tory wanted it to be because he could have easily got married and been a citizen way before.
00:45:13.000That's something I can think of in his rap career, but other than that, I mean...
00:45:15.000Maybe he was worried about his assets and stuff like that.
00:45:17.000Maybe that's why he didn't tie the knot.
00:45:18.000But, I mean, could have done a prenuptial agreement, got married, got that U.S. citizenship.
00:45:22.000Because you guys got to remember, the Canadian market doesn't have the same pull and strength as the American market when it comes to being marketable as a rap artist, right?
00:45:29.000Like, when you do shows, etc., most of your money is going to be here touring in the United States.
00:45:33.000But who would have thought this would have happened?
00:47:32.000Bro, like, do y'all not realize that, like, Fresh does a lot of things behind the scenes and he has a tremendous amount of value that you guys might not necessarily be able to see day to day?
00:48:46.000Either way, regardless, it doesn't change the fact that you still mess with a girl and then her best friend dynamic, which is going to be an L. That's scary.
00:50:04.000The Belmar Brothers X FNF would be incredible value in adding Zerk and Sneeko as weekly guests whenever they're both in Miami would be a nice guest.
00:52:20.000I know in the short term, or potentially even in your mind in the long term, you might think of it like, oh, this is going to be a big up for me.
00:52:26.000This is going to open up doors, blah, blah, blah.
00:52:28.000But what you don't realize is that when you deal with a chick that has more status or more clout or more connections than you a lot of times, what's going to happen is she's going to think she's better than you.
00:53:08.000And whenever you're in a situation like that, where your girl's more famous or has more, uh, leverage than you do, they're going to think they're better than you.
00:53:14.000And then the dynamic is going to be messed up to a degree.
00:53:17.000So I tell y'all all the time, man, if, if one party has to have the leverage and be have to have the status and everything else like that, it better be you.
00:53:25.000It better not be the other way around because you're setting yourself up cruising for a bruising.
00:53:30.000Also, these girls, man, they get a lot of opportunities that, like, you never think of.
00:53:34.000So, some of them do movie roles, some of them do, like, you know, music videos, and some of the acts they have to do is very, like, intrusive, because look at Zendaya, right?
00:53:47.000All these guys are doing these top-tier, I want to say, A-list celebrities, which are girls, and on some level, like, it's great because you get the exposure, but But then you also get, as well, would have to do it for work.
00:53:59.000And it involves either maybe kissing on a scene, you know, doing sexual scenes or sexual videos.
00:54:04.000And at some level, you're going to be like, you know what?
00:54:07.000I can't do this because, as a man, it's disrespectful.
00:54:33.000So not only does being with higher caliber women affect your ability to be honest and do certain things that you might want to do, it restricts you in how you move.
00:54:42.000So it's like, bruh, who's running the relationship, right?
00:55:32.000That dynamic where you are actually the leader, you're a provider for the family, you're in charge, you have the status, so to speak, she's helped me with that goal, works.
00:55:40.000If it's the opposite, it's kind of like, alright, I might want you, but I don't really need you, so technically speaking, nigga, don't tell me what to do.
00:56:55.000And then, add as well, girls, a certain environment, you want to show off or be this top guy or even, like, save face or be Captain Save-A-Hole, bro, you might do the dumbest shit ever.
00:57:06.000So, being drunk around weapons, period, is a huge L. Yeah.
00:57:13.000We're going to kill the Twitch, Facebook, and Twitter streams right now.
00:57:15.000So come on over to YouTube real quick and we'll finish out this point.
00:57:18.000You may say, oh, this is common sense.
00:57:20.000But guys, understand that you might be in a scenario where you're at an event, you're at a disliked location, you might be on vacation, and you're like, alright, you know what?
00:57:42.000A lot of times that's very common practice with investigators is to do a toxicology if they have any inkling that you drank or you might have alcohol on your system.
00:57:48.000And that can come back and hurt you guys.
00:57:50.000But that one simple mistake can ruin your life.
00:58:23.000So, yeah, guys, you should not be around firearms when you're lit.
00:58:27.000I mean, that kind of goes without saying, but, like, let's be honest here.
00:58:30.000I know there's some of y'all that are probably watching right now that take your Second Amendment really seriously and still go to the bar with your gun and get lit, too.
01:01:01.000So you can't blame her for being who she is.
01:01:03.000And it's like, bro, she might even get you in a fight.
01:01:05.000You would never have gone in by yourself.
01:01:07.000And I want to make this clear, too, because some of y'all will go ahead and deal with, like, a ratchet white girl and say, it's okay, she's white.
01:01:13.000It don't matter the color of the skin.
01:03:20.000And I hear this girl say, like, a shout to, because I'm, like, checking out or whatever, so I'm, like, looking at the cash register or whatever, right?
01:03:33.000She has her phone, and I could see, you guys know my vision sucks from a distance, so I'm like, I'm like, I can kind of see, like, myself to a degree.
01:04:27.000Like a liberal chick will still maybe put you there by being too opinionated, but like a ratchet chick is absolutely going to put you in that situation.
01:04:48.000it was late at night in london it was like after the bars right and i think he was with a chick and they were getting some like late night food right and these these road men some road man pulled up right if you know what i'm saying to a restaurant and they cut the line right and the girl that andrew was with tried to wanted to say something like well what the hell why are they kind of like blah blah he literally looks at her and says shut the up shut up don't say a word ended up saving them Another girl with another dude.
01:05:25.000They knock her out, and then they knock the dude out that she's with when he tries to get in.
01:05:30.000Tastes like, yeah, see, that's why you shut up.
01:05:32.000And guys, this is what I'm trying to say.
01:05:33.000Like, a lot of the times, you guys got to understand that a lot of women don't have a...
01:05:36.000They don't have an appropriate sense of violence, an appropriate sense of consequences from a physicality standpoint, right?
01:05:44.000When men come into a room and they deal with each other, there's always that unspoken potential for violence, which is why men typically give each other respect right away.
01:05:54.000And I would argue that they give less respect when they're dealing with men because they think that they have this veil of superiority where they're not going to get punched in the face.
01:06:00.000Newsflash, some guys will give you the equality that you've been asking for.
01:06:04.000So my thing is, be around women guys, right, that aren't going to put you in precarious situations where both of your safety is at risk.
01:06:11.000Ratchet women are going to go ahead and make that risk significantly higher.
01:06:22.000But with the ratchet chick, be prepared to do it more often.
01:06:24.000I must believe it might be some good pussy.
01:06:27.000But the problem is, that thing happens where, like, you get into that altercation, and then, all of a sudden, you get beat up, you get killed, or even put in jail, you should go to somebody else.
01:09:15.000Number one, having, and this is going to be number five, a recorded video of what took place or receipts to show that he was innocent at the time of the crime.
01:09:29.000Guys, no matter who you are, celebrity, average guy, even the friggin, you know, middle class guy, doesn't matter.
01:10:55.000Guys, let me say number five, man, is always have video evidence at best, or maybe text, but you need to have video to show that you were innocent at the time of the crime because...
01:11:05.000Again, guys, it's your word against her word.
01:11:08.000And to be honest, in a court of appeal, a court of, you know, today's justice system, a woman's word is talking to your word.
01:11:14.000So, the only thing you have against her to use in this court of law, court of appeal, is video content.
01:11:22.000And I'll say this off-rub, guys, I've been saved, Marion as well, from having video and text receipts.
01:11:28.000And I'll tell you this, as an average guy, bro, even though you don't have the pressure of being a celebrity or having status...
01:11:34.000If it ever comes down to it, and you need the proof, you don't have it, what are you going to do?
01:11:38.000And with Tori's case, 10 years he's been sentenced to, bro.
01:11:42.000Could have been saved if he had video proof that he didn't do it.
01:12:10.000Nigga, I'm recording because when I record, I have the actual evidence of what happened.
01:12:14.000Versus, okay, I'm going to fight with you and then where's the evidence?
01:12:17.000So on some level, yes, help your boys, of course, but someone needs to be recording so you have the actual evidence of what happened in that place.
01:12:30.000And I think a big reason why, like, you know, you used the taste as an example.
01:12:33.000A big reason why I think they're going to beat this case is like, bro, they have a lot of proof that these girls are scammers and frauds and they've been doing this stuff.
01:12:39.000So, you know, it's going to end up saving them when everything comes out because they have evidence that proves that these girls are liars.
01:13:34.000He recorded a piece of it, I believe, and it was very dark, but you could see a shot go off, or you heard a noise, and that would have helped Tory, but then, all of a sudden, his whole story changed.
01:13:47.000And I don't know if it's true or not, but from what we were hearing, Kathy Shaw and some other people took him upstairs, they spoke to him, and then his whole story changed against Tory.
01:13:57.000I think person speaking, Corey was doing from the very beginning because Mike had to win this to point to the industry and show people that, hey, you know what?
01:18:38.000It's kind of like a nonsensical story when you actually look at the evidence and you look at where the shell casings were, the story that they fistfought.
01:18:45.000And it's crazy how more people didn't cover the fact that, like, Kelsey and Meg were literally in a Street Fighter fistfight, bro.
01:18:51.000Them chicks thought that it was, you know, they literally thought it was like a guile match or something.
01:18:59.000Yeah, I think, personally speaking, obviously, she was shot on some level.
01:21:07.000Can you be an FBI agent with a business management and business administration degree?
01:21:11.000Yeah, of course you can be an FBI agent.
01:21:12.000You just need a bachelor's degree to get in, but I would say you want a degree that...
01:21:16.000Because a lot of times they want you to have five years of professional experience.
01:21:19.000So I would say have a degree that's going to get you a job in the professional world and then apply to the Bureau while you're working that job.
01:21:26.000Because it's very difficult to get that job fresh out of college.
01:21:31.000And guys, shout out to Wayne for gifting 10 YouTube memberships.
01:22:04.000Like I said before, if you guys want more break, if you guys are interested in the details of the investigation and how I can to the conclusion that I think that it was really Kelsey that shot him, I have breakdowns on this on my channel, FedReacts.
01:22:15.000So go ahead and check it out over there.
01:22:16.000And it's funny because people outside were saying, yo, Myron's breakdown was excellent of Tory's case.
01:22:26.000I hope he can win an appeal or something like that because this is BS. I think this is just an injustice against men in general that they took her word against his.
