Gaines for Girls with Riley Gaines - Nick Shirley Exposes the Somali Daycare Scam

00:00:00.000 welcome to the inaugural episode of the riley gain show i am riley gains and i am so glad that

00:00:10.520 you're here that's quite the surreal feeling for me i have to really pinch myself when i think

00:00:15.600 about the platform that i have the opportunities that i've had the impact that we've had collectively

00:00:20.780 for simply saying that men are not women and that they can't become women insane maybe some of you

00:00:27.780 have come over from the gains for girls podcast my show over on outkick the past two years well this

00:00:33.340 is that but with the facelift a lot has changed in the last 18 months we have a new president which i

00:00:39.460 thank god for every single day we have seen wins across the board immigration international relations

00:00:45.460 the pro-life cause woke is dying i could keep going i think about often how our country would look

00:00:51.420 if cackling kamala and tampon tim won but we'll get into that in a few podcasting has continued to

00:00:58.980 emerge as a much more effective way to reach the masses especially the younger generation my husband

00:01:05.460 and i we had a baby she's three months old now she is the greatest joy of our lives i've realized that

00:01:11.640 having a baby it shifts your priorities and your perspective on every single topic things that i

00:01:17.900 once cared about now seem mundane and things that i never thought i'd care about now feel critical

00:01:23.320 so on this show we're going to be talking about motherhood fitness faith still discussing the

00:01:29.640 cultural chaos that's plaguing this nation and much much more so stick around subscribe follow us on 1.00

00:01:36.520 instagram at riley gain show because god willing it is only onwards and upwards from here and i am

00:01:42.220 eternally grateful for you guys uh today we are discussing how a 23 year old youtube bro just

00:01:49.040 ended the career of a guy who was almost the vice president of the united states well his expose plus

00:01:55.720 the massive fraud theft of taxpayer funds and gross incompetence helped with that so here's my advice

00:02:02.660 if you don't do criminal things youtubers have nothing to expose you for in the wise words of tim

00:02:09.600 waltz's crazy-eyed wife we are turning the page largely thanks to nick shirley nick shirley is

00:02:15.840 someone that i trust he is someone that i admire he is someone who does the work and someone who tells

00:02:21.280 the truth even when it's unpopular so buckle up because this conversation goes places but before we

00:02:27.840 get into my interview with nick i want to take a second to tell you about a company that i am proud to

00:02:32.140 have supporting the show uh you may have heard me talk about my friends at why refi before what they do

00:02:37.220 is truly amazing are you struggling with private student loan debt is even your minimum payment

00:02:42.960 higher than what you can afford maybe you're in default well you're not alone and why refi can help

00:02:49.120 they refinance private student loans that others won't touch and they'll give you a custom loan

00:02:54.060 payment based on your ability to pay they work with each borrower individually to craft a payment that

00:02:59.840 works for them they can help you reduce your monthly payment and your total cost you will get a low

00:03:05.880 fixed interest rate that you couldn't get anywhere else you'll be able to see that light at the end

00:03:11.500 of the tunnel and why refi does not care what your credit score is uh so is private student loan debt

00:03:17.460 wrecking your life is it destroying your dreams you don't have to live with this stress and worry

00:03:23.320 anymore just go to why refi.com that's y-r-e-f-y.com make sure you tell them that riley sent you

00:03:30.120 well nick thank you for joining the riley gain show the first guest so this is very exciting for me

00:03:37.600 and very timely obviously everything going on with you uh you have been viral for all the right

00:03:44.100 reasons and so for people who aren't necessarily familiar with your work can you give a little

00:03:48.240 background on you how you got to where you are uh we've seen especially in the past few weeks how

00:03:53.460 critics are labeling you as some sort of youtuber i think i guess in an attempt to discredit you or make

00:03:59.880 it seem as if you're not qualified how did you go from making prank youtube videos to now where you

00:04:05.680 are yeah well i grew up i was making youtube videos since i'm 15 years old and i've grown up and my

00:04:11.460 interests have changed over the past nearly two and a half years now i've posted a video every single

00:04:15.940 week whether it was from the border or whether it was from the fentanyl streets of la or streets of

00:04:21.420 kensington philadelphia or fraud happening in minnesota lots of antifa stuff too lots of antifa and lots

00:04:27.160 protests yeah that's where i got familiar with your work um and understanding personally just how

00:04:33.360 violent and dangerous and severe uh the trans tifa crowd really is and so you've certainly had your 0.96

00:04:41.340 your fair share of of those interactions but recently you have been in the news surrounding this

00:04:48.840 minnesota fraud story how did you first get introduced to this topic and what made you decide it

00:04:57.000 was worth going to minnesota to dig deeper so i knew about the fraud happening in back back in june

00:05:02.140 as i went there to film a separate video on a separate topic but all the minnesotans were telling

00:05:06.600 me you need to investigate the fraud and i was like well i can't just come and label all this fraud on a

00:05:12.860 group of people and say that fraud's happening i need the backed evidence so for the months i had been

00:05:17.800 doing my own research trying to get the numbers get the evidence and then this man david messaged me and he

00:05:22.520 said nick i have all the information i have all the numbers somebody from the capital has given me the

00:05:26.680 numbers and i've been working for years to expose this fraud there's no kids at any of these daycares

00:05:32.900 and they're receiving millions of dollars so i told david all right i'm going to come down to minnesota

00:05:37.680 we're going to film this video and to me i just thought i was making another youtube video

00:05:41.940 another youtube journalism video yeah like i do and then it became the most viewed video ever

00:05:48.980 by a creator who's not named mr beast over 10 minutes never has there been an expose style

00:05:54.480 video where it's received over 100 million views whether that be on x or youtube it's insane and

00:06:00.200 david has become quite the icon too uh so i think you guys as i alluded to the credit and the props

00:06:08.340 that you're getting the kudos uh you deserve all of that both you and david and more we have a couple

00:06:14.020 soundbites we want to throw to let's throw to soundbite number four really quickly

00:06:17.900 this year they got 1.9 million last year they got 1.5 million of your tax money

00:06:23.080 for 99 children we just want to know where are the kids right where are the children i don't see

00:06:28.500 them i've been here since 2017 i haven't seen anybody like that i've never seen a child here

00:06:33.060 and so you've never seen a child here for eight years nope not at all and how does that make you 0.75

00:06:38.700 feel knowing that this place is receiving 1.9 million dollars disgusting i mean what the hell

00:06:44.000 they steal the money that's a federal grant too that's you know they get caught and for that's a

00:06:47.500 federal offense i don't know i studied law and do you think tim waltz should go to jail for all the

00:06:52.680 fraud that he's enabled here in his state that's him doing this what the heck yeah he's got to be

00:06:58.120 held accountable for this i mean there's no there's no rhyme or reason what's going on here it's

00:07:02.320 simple it's nothing there now this bystander seems just like your everyday average american and he

00:07:12.160 calls it what it is right which is fraudulent what's the response that you have seen across

00:07:18.200 the board outside of takeaway elected representation and certainly mainstream media have you found the

00:07:25.620 issue of federal funds our money republicans money and democrats money being used to i guess

00:07:33.160 again fraudulent fraudulently in the way that it has been have you found that to be something that's

00:07:37.000 partisan or has it been able to cross political lines again i'm talking about in your everyday

00:07:42.480 american yeah you think something like this would just be fraud is bad but no now people are coming 1.00

00:07:48.800 after me for exposing fraud and who are all those people they're leftist yeah and it's just

00:07:53.900 a moment where they could have really been like okay you guys let's come together let's tell everyone

00:07:59.100 fraud's bad let's crack down on the fraud instead they come after the person who's exposing the fraud

00:08:03.960 yeah i'm i wish i could say i'm shocked uh the democrats have taken the wrong side of every 80 20 issue i 0.98

00:08:11.680 would say the past six years or so right border crime the trans garbage this uh so can't say i'm 1.00

00:08:19.040 surprised in how they've treated you where there are moments on the ground when you were filming where 0.98

00:08:23.720 you felt unsafe i've seen now where you have security and i would say that is a really good

00:08:30.200 thing we've seen i mean the whole nation the whole world watch what happened to charlie kirk

00:08:34.480 um we see and they don't even try to hide it what they want to do to people like you for exposing the

00:08:40.400 truth uh you've dealt with i'm sure doxing and death threats i would imagine even maybe family members

00:08:47.100 being harassed did you have times on the ground where you felt unsafe yeah you'll see it in part

00:08:52.880 two i go back the first time people were getting upset because they knew their fraud was being

00:08:58.440 exposed but they didn't know who i was so i go back for part two i'm getting kicked out of grocery

00:09:04.300 stores i'm getting kicked out of daycare places for just asking them about the where the money's at

00:09:09.980 where the kids are at and these people get extremely violent yeah that's what they do uh and we've seen

00:09:16.060 them call you names uh these sort of ad hominem attacks that have been hurled your way even by

00:09:21.800 people like the i mean could have been vice president of the united states tim walls i think he called you 0.89

00:09:28.660 what like a far-right youtuber a delusional crazy conspiracist how do you take which i will say being

00:09:35.440 called a conspiracist in my opinion especially after covid uh i think it's almost like a badge of

00:09:40.860 honor to wear how do you handle the ad hominem attacks and what do they say to you yeah well tim

00:09:47.000 waltzy called me far-right he called me a delusional conspiracy theorist and then he also called me a

00:09:54.320 white supremacist yet he can't deny any of the claims because when you're speaking facts these people

00:10:00.200 can't come after you and so when i was just speaking the facts about fraud is fraud 89 percent of the

00:10:05.340 population committing the fraud is somalian that does not make me a racist dollars have no race to

00:10:10.120 it it's just a pure fact that money's being stolen from republicans and democrats so we have seen no

00:10:15.880 denial from tim waltz at this point is that correct no denial yeah that's that's a lot of deflecting

00:10:23.060 a lot of deflecting and of course now we've seen where he has dropped out of his 2026 gubernatorial

00:10:30.060 re-election and i think that well maybe i should phrase it in this way to you i believe it's

00:10:35.100 it's almost guilt by admission i know that you've seen a statement um the way i'll phrase it to you

00:10:40.820 do you believe that he would still be running had you not gone to minnesota to uncover the fraud

00:10:47.560 he'd still be running yeah i think so too i'll be interested to see what the future looks like for

00:10:54.460 him i think the past few years what has been proven to the people especially if you're if you're tuned

00:11:00.220 into politics there's no way i believe unless he is in jail uh that he's just going to to take the

00:11:06.020 back seat on this uh i i know the heat is on him right now uh but i'll be interested to see what the

00:11:11.680 future looks like for him uh as you alluded to the video that you posted to x from your account has

00:11:18.120 nearly what like 150 million views at this point uh you've kind of said but this is not the response

00:11:25.500 that you necessarily anticipated is it yeah because i've just been kind of going through this for years

00:11:30.500 at this point of uploading a youtube video every week onto youtube and x and so to me i posted the

00:11:37.200 video and i go to the gym and before i can even get to post my video on the other platforms people

00:11:42.640 are already taking the video i tell my brother i got to get back home because i got to post my video

00:11:46.360 people are taking it from me yeah and so i had to go home and post the video and that video

00:11:51.100 like you just said over 100 nearly 150 million views i think we have a soundbite of a clip let's

00:11:57.640 let's play it right here it says you have 102 children here in your child care

00:12:03.680 minnesota child care right here it's from the state of minnesota's website we're just wondering where the

00:12:11.420 children are where the children are yeah where are the children it says you have 102 children here

00:12:17.260 and you got 2.66 million dollars this year in funding and 2.5 million last year we're just

00:12:24.740 wondering where the where the kids are and who are you my name is nick shirley nick shirley

00:12:29.360 and where are you oh we are from ourself yeah hello we'd like to ask where the money's going

00:12:37.300 so she asked you who you are you're honest you say nick shirley she's covering her face i think that

00:12:46.840 right there tells you everything that you need to know was this type of hostility in response what you

00:12:53.740 were expecting on the ground no not at all and all they had to say is they could have just blatantly

00:12:58.920 lied and said the kids are in the back they couldn't even answer the question what as to where the kids

00:13:03.920 are i give them like four or five opportunities and they can't even answer the question we've seen

00:13:09.380 even following this where tim waltz has now come out and said that you were you know breaking and

00:13:15.200 entering demanding access is that something that could be a potential defamation lawsuit because it

00:13:21.820 seems to me you were not doing the things he accused you of and it seems defamatory yeah i mean

00:13:28.160 potentially i mean we didn't try to barge in any daycares we were simply asking questions

00:13:32.340 just like any other person would if they're trying to check their kid in the daycare

00:13:35.800 we've got one more soundbite let's throw to soundbite number two for 99 children don't open up and

00:13:43.700 getting four million dollars over the four million dollars in the last two years go away what do you

00:13:50.220 think about that are you in favor are you in favor of that go away you're not welcome here

00:13:57.160 are you in favor of 1.9 million dollars going illegally fraudulently to this business that

00:14:05.740 has quality learning center but can't even spell learning right on the door don't open up ma'am we

00:14:11.700 are not ice i don't care who you are you don't belong here so she seems like quite the peach

00:14:18.960 quality leering center this is the meme that has gone totally viral and i i mean clearly it's 0.60

00:14:26.900 because of the hypocrisy you have a daycare that's receiving millions of dollars of taxpayer funds

00:14:33.740 federal funds and they can't even spell learning right think about how many people that sign had to

00:14:40.300 be seen by edited by approved by before it's up on the building and they still couldn't get it right

00:14:46.840 they still couldn't get it right they literally spelled leering for a place for kids to go learn

00:14:52.160 it is mind-blowing to me and what you don't see what you actually do see is they also spelt the

00:15:00.460 address of law wrong they spelt nicolette wrong as well they spelt learning and nicolette wrong

00:15:06.520 on their sign yeah not a good track record and this is supposed to be a place where allegedly parents

00:15:14.120 are dropping off their kids for daycare services but to also learn or i guess in their case to leer and

00:15:21.860 they received 1.9 million dollars in the year 2025 and you have that protester who's standing out there

00:15:28.640 who's saying you know screeching really go away go away don't open up we don't want you here 1.00

00:15:33.720 you would think that she would be appreciative of the work that you're doing because it's her money too

00:15:38.860 yeah and if you if say we were ice if they're operating illegally they have nothing to fear

00:15:45.600 yeah well that that all of those have been totally thrown out the window because they know

00:15:52.640 their logic has been literally broken and if you ask them well you're supporting 1.9 million dollars

00:15:58.920 going to this daycare and they can't even spell learning right she just looks he stole stone cold 0.99

00:16:03.640 in the face and has no response because she knows she can't justify it but she has to keep yelling

00:16:08.660 just to keep going to convince herself that she's doing the right thing

00:16:12.820 they've labeled you as as we've said a far right youtuber obviously in in journalism people can

00:16:21.700 appreciate when a journalist approaches a story with no bias i think here clearly you've had to

00:16:27.660 input a little bit of your opinion actually no you really haven't you've you've done the story

00:16:32.780 in a phenomenal light and just highlighting the truth and the fraud that that you're exposing

00:16:37.720 have your viewpoints always aligned with that of you know conservative beliefs yeah i think just the

00:16:45.460 common sense is on the side of conservatives we don't support fraud we don't support boys and

00:16:52.420 girls bathrooms we don't support illegal immigration the words illegal so on all those things we're talking

00:16:59.840 about how can you go against it if it's as blatant as people are stealing money do you think the state

00:17:07.180 of minnesota is is almost like a lost cause because this story on top of well sticking with the theme

00:17:15.140 of somali you've got the mayor of minneapolis who there's this like viral clip of him i think of him

00:17:21.140 truthfully as like america's justin trudeau where he's standing on stage at somali week waving a somali

00:17:28.300 flag with a somali shirt surrounded by a bunch of somalis he's done ads speaking that language

00:17:35.400 do you think the state of minnesota is too far gone do you think there's hope do you think governor

00:17:41.240 walls will be replaced in his 2026 you know re-election bid by someone more radical than him

00:17:48.120 because what i've well answer that first it's very possible because in minnesota their voting law is

00:17:56.120 that one person on the day of voting can then go ahead and vouch on behalf of eight people so

00:18:02.120 essentially in minnesota you can have one person bring in eight votes to the ballot box and as long

00:18:08.400 as they have the license they don't have to prove that those other eight votes do and they can vouch on

00:18:13.040 behalf of eight people and with the somali population they're all going to vote as a block so if one person's

00:18:18.940 going to vote for tim walls the hundred thousand of them are going to vote for tim walls that's right

00:18:25.680 these democrats these radical democrats which i will say there's no such thing as a moderate democrat

00:18:32.780 in terms of elected representation anymore at any level local state or federal uh they all support i

00:18:40.080 mean they're lockstep with one another they support the same agenda whether you're andy beshear the

00:18:43.260 governor of kentucky who appears to be more moderate or you're jacob fry of of you know mayor of

00:18:48.400 minneapolis doesn't matter no such thing as a moderate democrat anymore they're like weeds though

00:18:54.100 the radical ones we had this big red wave in 2024 right president trump is back in the oval office

00:19:01.200 uh majority of the house we maintain majority in the senate uh it gave me a lot of hope and optimism

00:19:08.440 and i still feel hopeful and optimistic for the future largely to thank people like you

00:19:12.340 but then you have people like mom donnie who get elected who as a self-described muslim socialist or 0.99

00:19:21.060 i think a bigger condemnation of humanity is the attorney general of virginia who just won who i believe

00:19:27.160 engaged in the most violent and and extreme rhetoric that we have seen from any candidate of any major

00:19:32.440 level race and saying that he wishes to watch his the children of his political opponents die in

00:19:38.260 their parents arms that is the state's top law enforcement officer so when you feel like you're

00:19:45.240 making ground yet you see wins from the other side like this i mean what do you make of it in your

00:19:52.820 journalists lens yeah i think this case with what's happening in minnesota the somalians is a perfect

00:19:59.280 example if the trump administration really wants to go in and gain another strong foothold of the

00:20:04.820 country because it's kind of slipping right now because you're seeing all these like you said

00:20:08.960 democrats getting elected in whether it be mandami or whether it be that person in virginia but this

00:20:14.320 is an opportunity for them it's been seen by millions of people and this is their opportunity

00:20:18.420 to go in and say we're going to stand on business we're going to do exactly what we said we're going

00:20:22.120 to do no ifs ands or buts we're going to do exactly what we're going to do we're going to deport 0.87

00:20:26.320 the people out of here that aren't supposed to be here and we're going to crack down on the

00:20:29.120 fraudsters and we're going to go after any corrupt politician and we're going to put them where they need to go

00:20:33.000 so this is their opportunity to really get a stronghold back of the country that is maybe

00:20:40.140 kind of fraying to the side this is their time to show them we're standing on business and we're

00:20:44.500 going to fight for you and they had no problem doing it to president trump attempting to put him

00:20:49.220 behind bars right the infamous mugshot which i believe actually did more good for president trump

00:20:55.320 than it did for or i guess then the democrats had imagined it would yeah and trump's doing so much

00:21:01.920 good for america right now whether it be cracking down on fentanyl or stopping illegal migration trying

00:21:06.760 to go after the illegal migrants but you're seeing how much power these people can have or how much 1.00

00:21:11.680 power these states have and even how protesters can get in the way of operations people shouldn't

00:21:17.080 be out there yelling and screeching trying to stop the deportation of someone who's illegal yeah well 0.93

00:21:24.340 it's amazing because i think especially when you're looking at this and how celebrities have

00:21:30.340 approached the topic especially of illegal immigration where of course they they say

00:21:35.040 they're they're for it you know they say trump is this awful human who's separating families why don't

00:21:40.080 they open their homes then right that the video of selena gomez where she's bawling crying saying her

00:21:45.380 people um i'm sure she has a house with many many bedrooms open your front door no she lives behind i 0.98

00:21:52.220 would imagine a gated community i would imagine she keeps her door locked why does she do that 1.00

00:21:56.500 because she doesn't want people who she doesn't know entering into her home same thing i believe

00:22:02.780 with the the border of a nation and why doesn't she cry for little latina girls like jocelyn nungari who 1.00

00:22:08.600 got brutally killed to death by illegal migrants or lake and riley why doesn't she cry for them yeah 0.96

00:22:16.120 so that they they've completely lost the plot on what's morally correct in this world and you're

00:22:21.320 going to see it more and more get crazier as time goes on like it's inevitable but that's why it's

00:22:26.440 our responsibility to show people for things for what they really are i wonder when we'll see

00:22:32.380 the pendulum swing because it has to happen right history tells us it will happen i guess it's a matter

00:22:39.300 of time well we did just get tim waltz to drop out from becoming governor again it's a huge one it

00:22:45.660 really is uh and again this is someone who could have potentially been the vice president think

00:22:51.560 about that think about the state of this nation the state of the world we've seen president trump

00:22:56.520 issue peace deals in all across the middle east we've seen what he's done in venezuela liberating

00:23:00.840 an entire nation think of the state of the world if kamala harris had won the presidential bid back in

00:23:09.660 2024 yeah and i mean you would be having a fraudster in the oval and you wonder why she chose tim waltz

00:23:17.460 well tim waltz also brought in a historic number of donations the first day he was chosen how does tim

00:23:23.740 waltz have all these rich friends well he might have a few daycares like seriously like think about

00:23:29.640 it like how did tim waltz raise the most amount of money out of any candidate in america history well

00:23:34.500 we know over nine billion dollars in fraud happened and he's been fighting fraud since 2019

00:23:38.540 well now that he's out of a job maybe the quality leering center is hiring yes that's what i told him

00:23:45.540 today on twitter imagine he like says like i'm done running for i'm done being the governor and uh a 23

00:23:51.500 year old ends up bray showing him with a tweet that says i hear quality leering center is hiring he's

00:23:56.200 gonna like charge you with a hate crime while he still can he's so upset because every time he posts no

00:24:00.900 matter what he posts i just go right underneath it and put something and it always gets more likes

00:24:04.820 but again no no denial on his part no he can't it's only attacks that i guess an attack at your

00:24:13.320 credibility um they try to attack my credibility and i'm speaking facts and tim waltz just has to step

00:24:21.680 down now but you should feel encouraged and i i would imagine that you do because people see that

00:24:26.160 um regardless of of where they live and it makes them start asking questions right like if this is

00:24:31.840 happening in minnesota what's happening in in my home in my hometown in my city uh and i think too

00:24:39.700 my first thought as a very proud american a very proud tennessean is goodness gracious like think of

00:24:47.700 how much money we are paying in taxes and we have no idea where they're going right i i i

00:24:56.140 can remember learning about some dudes who throw who threw tea in in the boston harbor over like a

00:25:01.980 two percent tax yeah and now seven percent of our taxes are going towards fraud so if we pay a hundred

00:25:08.240 dollars in taxes seven dollars of that it's going to be going to fraud most likely were there times

00:25:12.680 when you were on the ground filming that you felt unsafe or like your safety was being threatened

00:25:16.660 yeah there's a few times especially when i went back the second time i got pushed out of entire stores

00:25:22.480 looking for businesses people were coming out one guy stopped in the middle of an intersection

00:25:26.900 and just got out of his car at a red light and came charging at me so i mean it's not like the most

00:25:32.380 peaceful peaceful group of people i've pissed off no like even when you had i've seen the clip of the

00:25:38.900 cnn reporter uh i mean she's like shoving a microphone in your face that right there is is 1.00

00:25:44.600 nerve-wracking it's scary when you have someone that close in your personal business yeah and you know

00:25:48.920 exactly how they're going to clip it up and so i was like okay well whatever answer i give you

00:25:52.720 which i think i did a great job of answering and she goes well are you 100 certain yeah i'm 100

00:25:58.480 i said yeah yeah i am well is cnn 100 certain on everything they've investigated the border the

00:26:05.200 russian hoax like everything like the biden white house like what kind of question is that to ask

00:26:10.620 somebody and then you don't take my word but then you take one out of the seven daycares words

00:26:14.500 yeah i know i saw that where she says uh you know we've been calling these centers one has

00:26:20.200 responded and said that they're a legit business yeah and i was true i was one um she said are you

00:26:25.820 100 certain i said yeah i am sure when you first started this expose in particular is the response

00:26:33.580 that you've had what you anticipated i don't think you ever upload a video thinking it's going to be

00:26:38.620 like the biggest video in history especially in like journalism expose style i knew it was going

00:26:44.640 to be big but i knew i didn't know it was going to be this big we've seen even i believe it was the

00:26:51.140 vice president jd vance who went on x to i mean basically insinuate you should win the the blitzer

00:26:58.060 prize for this expose that that's got to feel good reading that yeah that'd be pretty cool if they gave

00:27:03.180 it yeah i mean that would be huge and like i said um i believe it's it's worthy because uh it has been

00:27:11.340 consequential clearly as we've seen now tim walls drop out what do you think is the most shocking

00:27:17.080 piece of information that you learned and that you believe the american people have learned following

00:27:22.620 this expose just the fact that people inside our government literally are not working for the best

00:27:29.260 interest of the people who voted them in tim waltz he's not he's not working the best interest of

00:27:33.880 the americans he's working in the best interest of the fraudsters because i don't know how i don't know

00:27:40.020 how you can justify allowing fraud to happen for six years he said he's been fighting it since 2019

00:27:44.580 how long riley would it take you if someone stole a million dollars out of your bank account how fast do

00:27:50.080 you think you'd be able to stop it from happening again well first that would require me to have

00:27:55.160 a million dollars but even a hundred dollars you would notice it right like you i i check my

00:28:02.680 accounts you see that it's gone or not in the place where it should be you ask questions immediately i'm

00:28:08.220 calling my credit card company i'm calling american express hey i see this you know a hundred or a

00:28:12.740 thousand dollars whatever it is is missing from my account can you tell me where it went and if they

00:28:16.480 couldn't tell me where it went obviously that's a problem that's an issue so for them to

00:28:22.740 either have allowed for it facilitated it or benefited from it which i think is the more concerning part

00:28:29.660 that is a huge issue that should outrage every single american or minnesotan despite your political

00:28:35.900 beliefs we haven't seen much coverage of this i guess especially before your expose from local news

00:28:44.720 outlets what's the excuse there why why haven't especially local stations been covering this well they have

00:28:52.260 in a way i think i mean there's videos from 2017 exposing the fraud but i think they might have

00:28:58.480 felt a bit defeated because no matter what they do the governor wasn't going to listen to them and so

00:29:04.160 even if they would speak out against the fraud it'd be a story for a day and then the next story for the

00:29:09.700 next day it wasn't something that actually stuck what are some of the craziest rumors that you've heard

00:29:14.660 about yourself in the past few weeks and are there any that you want to address or or clear the air

00:29:21.120 right now well i mean tim walt said i was like trying to chart barton to daycare centers that isn't true

00:29:27.760 uh some people were saying anyone could watch the video and see that too yeah i know tim waltz he's he's 0.97

00:29:32.920 an idiot they're like banking on people and again this speaks to the state of why i believe we haven't seen 0.94

00:29:38.620 people who call themselves investigative journalists diving in on this because there are so many people 1.00

00:29:43.780 who are lazy nowadays and so tim waltz is banking on people being lazy or uneducated or unintelligent

00:29:51.360 whatever it is because he's hoping that they don't watch the video if they watch the video they would

00:29:56.800 see that you're not barging in you're asking a very normal question for anyone hoping to enroll their

00:30:01.840 kid in a daycare center and they couldn't do it any other rumors any other things that have been said

00:30:09.200 that you read and you're you're just perplexed by i there's this one well they like we're like he's a

00:30:17.200 pdf trying to go inside these daycares i'm like what are you just talking about like they just used

00:30:21.880 the slandering technique and we all know that they use this slandering technique because they know

00:30:25.900 that a slander in a bad word like that will get a lot more attention than saying youtuber or

00:30:34.780 journalist like why couldn't they just say journalist checks to see if children in daycare

00:30:39.180 instead they say pdf that's what they do though and and that's been made very clear uh i mean referring

00:30:45.280 to people as i mean horrific things in their true nature right like a nazi or hitler or or whatever it is

00:30:52.920 racist white supremacist again in these and the words true meaning those are horrible things but

00:30:59.900 those words have become conflated and by their usage the left's usage of these words they've lost their

00:31:06.400 meaning which is actually a harmful thing at the end of the day yeah i mean if first thing when somebody

00:31:13.060 calls you a nazi you can automatically discredit whatever comes out of their mouth next yeah because

00:31:17.520 how can they call somebody like me a nazi haven't killed any jews i haven't killed anybody

00:31:22.680 in fact i'm just doing the public a service showing what's happening in this world and

00:31:27.120 they're going to call me a nazi for it yeah again you hate to say it but it almost has become a badge

00:31:32.460 of honor and in that same light you have the media who shamed and ridiculed constant headlines of

00:31:39.940 elon musk when he did the heartfelt you know his arm out uh i believe it was the madison square garden

00:31:45.560 rally leading up to the 2024 presidential election and then you have people like mom donnie or insert

00:31:52.540 aoc has done it uh the exact same gesture yet crickets yeah mainstream media and by them calling

00:31:59.640 you far right nazi fascist delusional conspiracy theorist they're trying to make it so somebody

00:32:05.720 can go ahead and justify doing whatever they may want to you because it's it's just pure evil by them 0.94

00:32:11.680 to do that because one you're not far right nor are we far wrong we're just right and we're not nazis

00:32:17.600 we're not fascist we're not delusional conspiracy theorist just asking questions make you a conspiracy

00:32:23.260 theorist shouldn't they be able to provide the answers to the questions i think it's a good point

00:32:27.840 that you make in saying that people almost feel justified or i believe they do feel justified in

00:32:33.420 their actions again whether it's charlie kirk's assassin uh the people who have taken attempts at

00:32:39.160 president trump's life uh they believe they're morally superior and the irony in that they're

00:32:46.680 trying to end prematurely end a life but they still believe they're morally superior because they believe

00:32:51.880 they're justified in their actions because whether it's mainstream media whatever it is they've made it

00:32:57.640 out to be that way so it's a it's a sad reality that we're living in people like you are defamed

00:33:04.280 uh foretelling the truth and others feel justified in their actions and literally trying to take

00:33:09.380 someone's life well i will say there is a lot more people who have common sense and do not have

00:33:14.680 common sense i've received a way more support from people than i have hate i mean just literally like

00:33:20.300 just thousands upon thousands of messages people who support me and maybe you get a couple hundred or

00:33:24.980 maybe a couple thousand but for every thousand there's 10 000 that are in support is there anyone

00:33:30.800 surprising that you've been in touch with the past few weeks david from the office oh no way he go

00:33:38.720 yeah i thought that was hilarious he's like you're dunder mifflin certified yeah i thought that was

00:33:43.540 really funny um that was funny logan paul sent me a video i'm friends with his dad that's super cool

00:33:50.220 his dad was like yeah nick's the captain now that was hilarious what about elon musk have you had

00:33:54.940 communication with him yeah i uh he followed me back on x and then i could send him a message i just

00:34:00.420 said thanks for the support and he just said thanks for what you're doing well hopefully there's a

00:34:04.240 collaboration between the two of you soon that'd be very cool what do you make of the current state

00:34:09.920 of journalism and i ask you this after watching cnn's idea of uncovering the truth i guess number one

00:34:18.080 that's to spend more time investigating you as a person as opposed to investigating the fraud and then

00:34:24.580 when they do investigate the fraud their idea of that is to simply call these businesses or daycare

00:34:30.580 centers and ask if they're committing fraud to which of course the daycare centers are going to say

00:34:35.640 no and then report back that they're not committing fraud what do you make of journalism today yeah i think

00:34:43.420 it's almost become a point where these people don't actually know how to go talk to the source and if you

00:34:48.560 do talk to the source you're a bad person a lot of times on the news you'll just see people

00:34:52.860 talking to the camera and they're actually not really going out into the field and there's and

00:34:58.840 there's levels to journalism there's people we need people who are sitting behind the desk talking

00:35:02.920 and we also need people out there who are interviewing the people who are actually living it

00:35:06.400 and so when you see these news organizations actually not going or not even using clips from people

00:35:11.180 that go to these places i have respect for fox because a lot of times they'll they'll use my i let them use

00:35:16.860 uh if they ask me i'll say yes you can use my footage i'll tell cnn that same thing but they've never

00:35:21.720 texted me isn't that wild uh i believe we're clearly in this new media era now how important have

00:35:30.500 platforms like x or youtube been in allowing stories like yours to break through without any sort of

00:35:37.220 gatekeepers yeah x is amazing one because there's not really a cap to how many views you can get on

00:35:43.480 youtube it's very very hard to get a video over a million views and then to get a video to five

00:35:48.900 million views it's nearly impossible but with x because of the sharing because of the way you can

00:35:55.400 share the videos it can then get shared to as many people who engage with the content so if you post a

00:36:01.900 video there's not a limit as we just saw yeah i think elon musk uh what he has done for free speech

00:36:09.680 i mean bar none he's done more for that than any other human i believe uh on this planet certainly

00:36:15.940 an american uh as we've alluded to tim walls has now dropped out of his 2026 gubernatorial re-election

00:36:24.540 this is a fantastic first step but i believe american people want to see accountability we

00:36:31.300 want to see the full hammer of justice brought down i don't know what you can share but have you

00:36:35.940 had any sort of conversations with government officials about potential charges or arrests that

00:36:41.840 can be made for those who facilitated in or better yet benefited from the fraud that has been committed

00:36:48.040 in minnesota yeah so i've had that same question myself because what's the point in all this outrage if

00:36:52.820 changes aren't actually made so i've even reached out to people and i said well what's going to

00:36:57.080 happen to these people and it sounds like to me they're trying to they're gonna they're working to

00:37:01.740 get a case where it's so solidified by the time they do have to present it there's no way that tim or

00:37:07.220 elon elon elon what do you call it elon omar i don't know but she's been totally radio silent she

00:37:14.140 hasn't said a word which i mean what this is well over two weeks at this point yes to where she has not

00:37:20.120 posted anything on her x account so whether it's tim ihan omar or any other fraudster in minnesota

00:37:27.880 there needs to be a case brought about where it's so crystal clear that they can't deny it

00:37:32.600 now of course we're talking about minnesota this is just one of 50 states are there other states that

00:37:40.980 you have received info on where similar fraudulent activity is happening yeah there's fraud all across

00:37:49.380 the country right now with these daycare facilities that you have four kids i have four kids you watch

00:37:54.300 my four kids i'll watch your four kids and we'll make 25 000 a pop that's crazy a lot of people have

00:37:59.800 took an advantage of that in places like seattle washington for instance so this fraud's happening

00:38:04.640 everywhere now the people have given me a mandate to expose more of the fraud so i'll be exposing more

00:38:11.280 100 what about i know in minnesota now you have nick sorter who's there are you hoping to see more

00:38:19.660 investigative journalists independent journalists taking to the streets to almost use your work as

00:38:26.740 like the blueprint for what we as everyday people can do to help expose the truth yes but i just ask

00:38:34.480 that they do their search before they go do it because you don't want a bunch of people showing up to

00:38:38.780 daycare saying where are the kids where's all the money so people need to do their due diligence just

00:38:43.100 like i did and uh just show respect as well 100 i would imagine if again you have a 100 people doing

00:38:50.280 the exact same thing uh people not putting in the same effort that you have on the front end

00:38:55.820 it certainly could create some issues so what's next for you i'm sure your tip line right now is going

00:39:02.520 crazy uh the past few weeks especially today again with the news about tim walls do you plan on going

00:39:08.720 into other states do you plan on going back into minnesota which i would imagine if you did now

00:39:13.860 it's going to be a little harder to remain undercover as your face has become well known in the state

00:39:19.700 yeah i'll be going to other places i have part two coming out from minnesota as well

00:39:24.560 that one's even crazier than the first one is that possible yeah there's a lot of fraudulent businesses

00:39:30.260 in minnesota and then all across the country there's other places i'm not gonna i'm not gonna tip

00:39:34.300 anybody off because i don't want to be put a target like i am in minnesota but yeah i'll be

00:39:39.040 going to other states when can we expect part two part two sometime this week and you're going to

00:39:44.700 release on x x youtube everywhere where can people follow along with your journey and the the work you

00:39:53.000 have to come to nick shirley everywhere just like shirley temple that's fantastic um well we appreciate

00:39:58.960 you i think you should give a shout out to to your sweatshirts that you're selling yes we have

00:40:04.240 quality leering sweatshirts i just gave away uh one that i had but they're amazing quality leering

00:40:09.800 center 1-800-FRAUD yes it is at shirleydefense.com for quality leering center hoodies well i love this

00:40:16.680 and hopefully there's a way for people to donate to a security fund there as well uh because like i said

00:40:22.320 these people don't just want to discredit the work that you're doing as made very evident by

00:40:29.480 the assassination the murder the premature ending of his life what has happened to charlie kirk

00:40:37.980 uh they want to kill you for believing the having the beliefs that you do that i do that the people

00:40:44.260 watching this do so um is there a way for people to donate as well yeah you can just go to all my pages

00:40:50.480 i just i have it up on x underneath the tips or venmo just nick shirley 21 anywhere where i have my

00:40:57.140 platforms you can find it well i truly believe that you have become one of the most probably the most

00:41:03.800 honestly consequential journalists of our time uh i feel so inspired that you're so young too uh so often

00:41:13.520 i think we're and i say we i'm 25 i think we're not allowed a seat at the table because we're young

00:41:22.340 they say we don't have the wisdom or the expertise or the maturity level whatever excuse they make but

00:41:27.420 to see someone so young doing the work um putting in the effort uh it inspires me i think it's proof

00:41:35.160 that one person really can make a difference right your expose of the truth and the fraud that's

00:41:43.400 been happening in the state of minnesota and boom waltz's political career is over uh and good

00:41:49.080 riddance for that matter and i believe you're also proof that real power in this country rests with

00:41:55.280 we the people uh not our government not politicians not who's in the white house

00:42:00.640 and so if we all stood up for truth without fear as you have done our country would turn around

00:42:06.900 tomorrow uh so thank you there's more work to be done um i'm reminded of verses like

00:42:13.760 ephesians 5 11 uh take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness but instead expose them 0.64

00:42:19.540 and that is exactly what you've been doing so very grateful for for you onwards and upwards

00:42:25.700 thank you very much appreciate it
