Greg Wycliffe - Canada's 'anti-hate' survey is a joke (pt 2)

00:00:00.000 Would you like to create new laws to ensure that social media and traditional media follow

00:00:04.760 standards that reject hate? Do you follow our hate standards? We're sorry, that article didn't

00:00:10.660 reach our hate standards today. We can't have your opinionated critique in our newspaper. It's too

00:00:16.080 mean. Welcome back, everybody. This is the deep dive into the combating hate survey put out by

00:00:21.700 Canadian Heritage. If you missed part one, essentially, you're not even allowed to do

00:00:27.620 the survey if you answer a simple question at the beginning where you say, I don't think that the

00:00:32.620 Canadian government should make it a priority to be stopping hate in Canada. I also talk about how

00:00:38.180 I suspect this survey is going to be used to try and push through legislation to take away freedom

00:00:43.460 of speech in Canada and how a lot of this is just turning into thinly failed authoritarianism. Anyway,

00:00:49.040 let's get into it. I guess we'll keep going here. Theme one. During previous engagement sessions

00:00:53.320 organized by the federal anti-racism secretariat between 2019 and 2022, several potential themes

00:00:59.560 and recommendations emerged that will be used as a foundation for the development of a national

00:01:04.800 action plan on combating hate and a renewed anti-racism strategy. Please review the themes

00:01:10.160 and recommendations below. Theme one. Lead government action against hate. Which of the following

00:01:16.100 recommendations are highest priority for this theme? Please select up to three options. Increase government

00:01:22.280 tools, training, and other resources to stop hate. Create advisory groups for government departments

00:01:29.540 to inform ways to reduce hate. Create specific groups with government departments to address hate

00:01:36.200 related issues. Create new ways for communities affected by hate to be more involved in the action

00:01:41.780 plan. A national anti-hate education campaign to educate Canadians on hate related issues. Increase

00:01:48.200 cooperation between the different levels of government to tackle hate related issues such as through the

00:01:53.640 education system. Increase research for understanding why and how hate happens in Canada. Oh my god.

00:02:01.120 This is all so abstract, isn't it? Which is actually very interesting because now all of their data is going

00:02:08.560 to be skewed. All of their data is going to be, oh, of the people we surveyed, you know, all these people

00:02:14.760 wanted all these things done. Pretty well everyone who signed up to the survey. Yeah, because you kick out

00:02:20.300 people if they don't think the government should be combating hate. Duh. To educate Canadians

00:02:27.060 on hate related issues. What is a hate related issue? What is so creepy about this is they use this

00:02:36.240 term hate as if it's like a gun or something and it's like only certain people have guns. Only certain

00:02:43.200 people hate, right? So like how are we going to stop the hate? Everyone is capable of hate.

00:02:48.460 Like the way they're perverting this word and commodifying hate is like really, really creepy

00:02:53.740 and really anti-human. Like it's not human to project and say only people are hateful and we

00:03:01.260 need to stop the hate. It's like the whole thing is so creepy because once again, it's an excuse for

00:03:06.800 authoritarianism. All right, let's move on here. Please list any recommendations that were not mentioned in

00:03:11.800 this theme that you feel should be included. You've barely provided anything. Increase government

00:03:18.660 tools, trainings, and other resources to stop hate. How could this be improved? Be more specific.

00:03:24.120 Like it's so broad in general. These recommendations are grossly unspecific. Okay, theme two. Drive

00:03:32.640 anti-hate legislation. Which of the following recommendations are highest priority for this

00:03:37.860 theme. Create new laws to ensure that social media and traditional media, examples, television

00:03:44.720 or newspaper, follow standards that reject hate. Bro. Bro. Would you like to create new laws to ensure

00:03:54.480 that social media and traditional media, examples, television or newspaper, follow standards that

00:03:59.620 reject hate? Do you follow our hate standards? We're sorry. That article didn't reach our hate

00:04:06.420 standards today. We can't have your opinionated critique in our newspaper. It's too mean to call

00:04:12.280 the financial minister an idiot for having us in so much debt. It doesn't reach our hate standards. 1.00

00:04:17.960 Sorry. Bring back online hate as part of the Canadian Human Rights Act. Oh brother. Create an anti-racism

00:04:25.700 law to make sure there is action against hate. This could be through making it mandatory to hold people

00:04:31.760 accountable for racist or hateful actions. Oh my god, dude. You can just hear the commies rubbing

00:04:37.780 their hands together at this. All these militant commies in Toronto are probably salivating at these

00:04:44.480 options. Why can't I click all of them? I want to stop all of the hate. Change the criminal code to include

00:04:49.700 new hate related offenses for assault, murder, threats and mischief. Hate related offenses? Assault,

00:04:55.280 murder, threats and mischief are all already in the criminal code. So they want to include new

00:05:02.380 related offenses. It's interesting. You see, I murdered my wife, but I didn't hate her, your honor.

00:05:08.260 I didn't hate her. I just murdered my wife out of love. I didn't hate her at all. Why are you trying

00:05:15.520 to add hatred charges to my murder? This is so weird. These offenses would not require the Attorney

00:05:21.360 General's consent. I mean, does anybody doing this survey even understand what that means?

00:05:27.000 These offenses would not require the Attorney General's consent? I don't know what that means.

00:05:32.540 Call me ignorant. I have no idea what that means. I imagine if you're sending out a Facebook ad, 0.97

00:05:37.680 most people won't even know what that means. And once again, as I predicted, they're going for

00:05:42.060 very specific answers. Like, Oh, Oh, like basically any answer here that you give,

00:05:47.580 they basically reverse engineered it. They wrote, these are all the talking points that we can put

00:05:52.560 into the bill. And these are all the action items that we want to put into the bill. Let's just put

00:05:57.080 all of them in there. And then they have them as the only op, literally the only options. These are

00:06:02.380 the only options you can pick. You can pick up to three as well. And then they might say, Hey,

00:06:07.080 well, 90% of the people that want to combat hate said this. Wow. Look at that stat. It's so amazing.

00:06:14.400 Oh my God. We're going to stop hate together. Anyway, create a federal definition of hate crimes

00:06:19.600 and hate symbols in the criminal code. Oh brother. Are you serious? Basically, if you, uh, if you have

00:06:26.840 a Pepe frog in your, in your Twitter bio, you might get you it's in the criminal code. Pepe's in the

00:06:33.680 criminal code. Can you imagine? Jeez. Create a new, create new laws or change existing laws

00:06:38.740 to add people or groups who fund help or take part in a white supremacist activities to a formal list

00:06:46.920 of white supremacist groups. Well, there you go, folks. There you go. There's only one source of

00:06:54.880 hatred and it's white people and it's whoever they deem white supremacist. Um, again, I did a thread 0.98

00:07:02.500 about anti-hate recently and, and they only target far right groups. We wear our biases on our sleeves,

00:07:08.760 right? Um, we are very proudly anti-fascist and we focus on the far right as if there's no far left

00:07:16.020 groups that are hateful and violent. For example, you know, 50 different churches have burned down

00:07:22.240 across Canada. Who's targeting these churches? There's obviously targeted arson against Christians

00:07:29.360 or people who go to church or people who look after churches, you know, like, is, is there any,

00:07:35.560 what about people who burned down churches? Government of Canada? Is that a concern for you?

00:07:40.460 And this is really just scratching the surface in Canada. Look at this article suspect in Canada

00:07:44.360 trucker protest hit and run is militant Antifa punk rocker. David Zegarac has a history of far left

00:07:50.920 militant activism with Antifa in Canada. This Antifa member in Canada drove a car into freedom convoy

00:07:57.720 of protesters. Four people were injured and I believe one went to the hospital. Driving a car

00:08:02.140 into someone that basically qualifies as terrorism. But according to the Canadian Anti-Hate Network

00:08:06.740 and according to the Department of Canadian Heritage, the only hate in this country comes

00:08:11.700 from white supremacist groups, right? Not from the prime minister asking, should we tolerate these

00:08:15.660 people? Not from newscasters telling you not to have Thanksgiving dinner with your unvaccinated 1.00

00:08:20.800 family members or newspapers publishing studies that say one in four Canadians think that unvaccinated

00:08:25.780 people should be in jail. None of that is hate. None of that, no, none of that's hate whatsoever.

00:08:30.820 None of that is going to foment hatred or anything. No, it's just the white supremacist groups, guys.

00:08:36.240 And of course, if you look south of the States, you know, obviously the whole BLM thing was pretty 0.87

00:08:40.980 wild, but you know, mostly peaceful protests were still extremely violent. Lots of damage done to,

00:08:48.660 uh, to various buildings burnt down. There were people who were murdered as well, but of course

00:08:52.820 doing something under the name of BLM, that's not a hate group. It's always, you know, white supremists. 0.71

00:08:59.460 Those are the only groups that are full of hate. It's, it's very guided questions. It's very one-sided.

00:09:06.840 Antifa beating someone over the head with a bike lock, for example. What about Antifa? Like, like I would

00:09:12.940 feel a lot better if this said create new laws or change existing laws to add people or groups who fund

00:09:17.620 help or take part in white supremacist or Antifa activities. It's so one-sided. You see, you see how

00:09:24.200 that is? And listen, for those who don't get it, I'm not defending white supremacy. I've been, I've

00:09:31.880 been accused of being a white supremacist for simply critiquing immigration policy. I've been accused of

00:09:38.560 white supremacy for simply being part of the PPC for critiquing the fact, Hey, we have this, uh,

00:09:44.200 huge loophole in our migration system called Roxham road, where people can tear up their papers,

00:09:51.560 their passport, and then cross the border into Roxham road. And then, you know, tell a story to

00:09:56.800 immigrations Canada or whatever our refugee system is and, and kind of live free off the government for

00:10:02.960 10 years. Like there there's, there's obvious critiques for the system in Canada. And because

00:10:10.200 of the news media, because of our political class, they have wholesale said that it's all white

00:10:14.940 supremacy to even critique that. So the fact that they're just saying white supremacist is hate,

00:10:20.800 it's, uh, obviously they're showing their political partisanship. Them using white supremacist is a dog 0.99

00:10:26.880 whistle, believe it or not, for conservative minded people, conservative minded old stock Canadians.

00:10:32.280 Yeah, we were going after them. Those are the hateful people. Those are the only people who have hate 0.93

00:10:36.620 in their hearts. So those are the only people capable of hatred. Yeah. Okay. Sure. Black people 1.00

00:10:43.700 can't be hateful. Asian people can't be hateful. Trans people can't be hateful. All men are trash. 1.00

00:10:49.080 Kill all white people. Is that, is that incorporated into the survey? Why not? Is all hate being considered 1.00

00:10:56.580 here? Let's continue. Reform the Canada border service agency to address racism and hate that take

00:11:03.060 place inside the organization. Interesting. Canada border service agency. Interesting. Create a national

00:11:09.160 list of hate groups and people who commit hate crimes. They probably already do that. Don't they

00:11:15.360 already do that? For those who don't know, I was mentioned in Randy Hillier's bail hearing. They

00:11:20.900 mentioned my name at his bail hearing. So I'm on some sort of list for truck, for covering the truck or

00:11:27.040 convoy. So there you go. Kind of weird. Please list any recommendations that were not mentioned in this

00:11:32.220 theme that you feel should be included. I find it very disturbing that you only list white supremacist

00:11:37.580 activities here. I am trans and experience more hatred in my immediate Jamaican community than

00:11:46.660 anywhere else. Now, some of you might say, Greg, how dare you have the audacity to say something like

00:11:52.200 this and pretend to be somebody else? I'm not really afraid to say something like that or stand behind

00:11:57.060 that. I worked once. I used to work for a gay radio station, 1039 Proud FM in Toronto. And I

00:12:03.540 interviewed the woman I talked to was from Jamaica. She was this, you know, this very kind, sweet,

00:12:09.140 lesbian woman. And she was so happy to be in Canada, having come from Jamaica, because she was like

00:12:16.740 targeted for all sorts of things. And I really doubt that this woman who is in Jamaica is worried about

00:12:26.780 white supremacist groups. I imagine she might be more concerned about, you know, well, who was

00:12:33.540 attacking her in Jamaica? Jamaicans were attacking her in Jamaica. And I think I got my point across.

00:12:40.400 Boost safe, resilient communities and tackle root causes. Which of the following recommendations are

00:12:45.120 highest priority for this theme? Increase funding and support for community safety programs. Establish

00:12:49.860 a national victims of hate program. Oh my God. All this sounds insane. Fun anti-hate education

00:12:56.060 and awareness programs developed by communities that are affected by hate. Communities that are affected by

00:13:01.680 hate? Who isn't affected by hate? These could include critical thinking skills to help Canadians

00:13:09.760 better understand what they read online. I kind of agree with that one, I think.

00:13:15.120 Because I think critical thinking skills is what's needed here. Like a broader context of hate and

00:13:22.660 kind of showing people that you can walk away from the computer screen. You know, you don't need to

00:13:27.780 read hateful comments. You can literally turn your phone off and the hate goes away. It's that simple.

00:13:32.360 Increase media representation for communities affected by hate. Again, what community is not affected by hate

00:13:37.780 in one way or another? Because think about it. Who is it? Like if you want to go there,

00:13:41.580 Christians are hated. They had all their churches burnt down over the unmarked graves thing. You know, 1.00

00:13:46.500 white people are certainly hated. Increase funding for cultural exchanges so that all Canadians can 0.99

00:13:50.780 better understand one another. Improve access to the justice system for victims of hate. Victims of hate.

00:13:56.100 Again, like, you know, who is a community unaffected by hate? Who is not a victim of hate in some form

00:14:01.740 or another? People have hated me for playing for a certain hockey team or soccer team. Provide better support

00:14:06.740 for organizations to address the root causes of hate and stop hate in their communities. What is

00:14:11.280 the root causes? Create a fund that helps law enforcement address hate through anti-hate units.

00:14:16.760 These anti-hate units would be, would have representation from communities that are affected

00:14:21.100 by hate. Support new technology that can help communities track, monitor, report, and prevent

00:14:26.240 hate. It's so broad. What is hate? And this needs to be emphasized. The word hate has been used 32 times

00:14:33.000 so far in this survey, and they have not yet defined it. And wait, why would they? The Department

00:14:37.980 of Canadian Heritage and the Canadian government, this Canadian government, has showed intentions

00:14:42.380 of changing the definition of hate. So obviously, all of this is very unclear. We're changing the

00:14:48.680 definition of hate. We're also combating hate. And this is a pattern we've been seeing with this

00:14:53.980 liberal government with terribly unclear legislation. Bill C-11, so many questions. And instead of addressing

00:15:00.720 these, the liberals are saying, no, don't worry, bro. We're just going to push it through anyway and

00:15:05.100 make it law. This stuff, in my personal opinion, is thinly veiled authoritarianism. If you can't

00:15:10.280 explain your bill and the many different questions or details that are unclear to people, then it

00:15:15.060 shouldn't be passed and made law in the first place. It's pretty simple. What is hate? We keep

00:15:19.240 talking about this word, but what is it? I defined it as a human emotion, and I think that's pretty fair.

00:15:24.920 You know, sometimes I hate my sister, as I said, that I'm not going to hate her forever.

00:15:28.460 You know, it's just going to be a moment, a passing moment. But to say that we can control

00:15:33.000 hate, that we can go in and control hate, when there's a domestic abuse case, what is that?

00:15:38.900 That's like hate in action. When there's a gang violence that happens, is that hate in action?

00:15:46.020 Or is that like, you know, love of your own gang and love of your own prosperity over somebody else?

00:15:51.400 There's a reason why the existing laws and rule of law with police and everything make sense and has

00:15:58.420 been in place for a long time. It's because the lines we have drawn make sense. It's like,

00:16:03.580 oh, like the violence is being caused. Someone's being hurt. Like, oh, I should call the cops because

00:16:07.460 of this. But like calling the cops because someone hates me. Like, think about an argument at dinner

00:16:13.620 with your family and you have a disagreement. You know, like it's okay. Now we're going to call the

00:16:18.020 cops over a disagreement or something. Or because somebody called me names. Hey, I got bullied.

00:16:22.060 I got bullied. And now I'm going to call the cops. This would open up a, just a tidal wave,

00:16:27.360 just more confusion, more chaos. And, and, and the worst of all, this is the whole misguided thing

00:16:33.520 of like the whole anti-bullying movement, being a victim, you know, stay, I guess I should say

00:16:38.740 staying a victim and, and like embracing the fact that you're a victim and kind of,

00:16:45.100 and exacerbating that it doesn't make you a stronger person. It actually makes you a,

00:16:52.720 a, a weaker person. It recreates your identity into this like spiteful kind of revenge driven,

00:17:00.460 uh, sort of place. And trust me, if you are subject to hatred and subject to a traumatizing

00:17:08.620 experience, you need to process that. And you need to care for yourself and you need to find people

00:17:14.540 who can take care of you and like, make sure that you instill, uh, the strength in you and come to

00:17:19.640 terms with the horrible thing that happened to you. But to stay in that forever, that you're,

00:17:26.120 you're kind of signing up for a, um, uh, an identity of despair. You know, you're defining

00:17:32.460 yourself through your trauma. And I think that makes, I think everyone goes through that. I think

00:17:37.080 that makes sense. But to kind of, again, exacerbate the fact that you are a victim

00:17:42.300 is not going to lead to anything good. Cause, cause the contrary, it's like, you know,

00:17:50.240 emphasizing that you're a victim and this happened to you. It's let's try to get you strong. Let's,

00:17:56.500 let's try to get you resilient. Let's try to empower you to, to, to make a positive change,

00:18:02.760 to, to, to overcome the victimhood and to overcome the pain and the hatred you experienced. It's not easy,

00:18:10.640 but people who are able to do that are such inspiring people. They're such inspiring

00:18:15.940 characters. I'm not trying to excuse hatred or violence or anything like this, but the line

00:18:21.380 needs to be drawn. Obviously violence is bad and, and, you know, assault and all these things are bad,

00:18:27.300 but people are assholes everywhere. And, you know, if you're someone who is not white, it's very easy 0.99

00:18:35.580 to call any asshole who's white racist. When in reality, they're just a white asshole. They're not 1.00

00:18:41.060 necessarily racist. I mean, I'm white. I have to deal with white assholes all the time. I can't

00:18:45.020 call them racist. They're just assholes. You know what I mean? All of this thinking is like very, 1.00

00:18:49.420 very depressing because if, if this stuff, God forbid, were to catch on, it's going to create

00:18:54.060 an entire society of tattletales, an entire society of people who want to hide behind daddy government 0.96

00:19:00.460 and tattle on somebody else for saying the wrong thing. Like imagine, imagine having an annoying

00:19:05.360 tattletale all over society for if you even, if you even breathe in the wrong direction of them.

00:19:10.340 Uh, and that's another thing, you know, communities targeted by hate. I'm sorry. Uh, sometimes trans

00:19:16.540 people can make a lot of hoopla about how people don't accept them. And I mean, it must be challenging

00:19:24.540 to be trans, but this whole hate legislation would basically give them an excuse to cry victim, 0.85

00:19:30.160 constantly and say, Hey, you're, you're hateful towards me. Cause you look to be the wrong way.

00:19:34.680 You're hateful towards me because you made a meme that makes fun of trans people. You know, 0.79

00:19:39.960 like, I wonder if, uh, I wonder if Dave Chappelle would even be able to do his comedy in, in Canada

00:19:46.420 after this has passed, the whole thing is so it's not even a slippery scope slope. It's, it's more just

00:19:53.580 like a cliff. And if he were to fall off this cliff, then there would be all these strange rules

00:19:59.400 having to do with hate and emotions. And essentially the government has free reign to persecute who

00:20:04.780 they want, when they want, how they want. It would give the state and state actors and state friends

00:20:09.880 and acquaintances, the powers and the ability to, in a very sophisticated way, silence, persecute,

00:20:15.420 and potentially jail anybody that they didn't like because they're hateful. It would be so chaotic

00:20:20.160 if this were to pass, but it's not going to pass. What should I say for my comment here?

00:20:23.740 What communities are not affected by hate? How is the government of Canada going to define hate?

00:20:32.440 This all seems very unspecific. Theme four, I hope we're almost done here. Take the fight

00:20:38.880 against hate global. Yo. Which of the following recommendations are highest priority? Work

00:20:44.420 together with our global allies to stop white supremacist networks. So once again,

00:20:50.900 white supremacy is the only enemy here. Let me repeat. I read the book called Infidel by Ayaan 0.94

00:20:58.160 Hirsi Ali. This woman is so inspiring. She is a Muslim woman. She might be an excellent Muslim now.

00:21:04.240 I'm not sure. Her whole experience was, wow, I was a victim to female genital mutilation. I was a victim 0.99

00:21:10.100 to beatings. I was a victim to being treated like property. I was forced into a marriage, which she had to 1.00

00:21:15.720 very tactfully and miraculously get out of. But her whole thing is women and children are not treated 1.00

00:21:22.480 very well under Islam. That was her whole shtick. And she started to talk about it in Holland in like 1.00

00:21:27.800 2002 or 2003. That's like 20 years ago. Her friend got killed basically for making a short film

00:21:34.320 critiquing Islam. I don't do a whole ton of research on this, but from what I hear, there's a lot of this

00:21:39.380 sort of stuff that goes on in Muslim majority countries still. And I'm talking about treating 1.00

00:21:43.780 women like garbage. Okay. Treating women like garbage on a regular basis around the world today 1.00

00:21:50.160 in 2022 around the world. And they're talking about global hate here. And they're saying it's 1.00

00:21:56.600 the white supremacists. Once again, it's the white supremacists. That's the only network of hate. 0.99

00:22:01.040 It's very one-dimensional. Their view of hate is just like white people. And again, I really feel 0.99

00:22:11.760 like white supremacist is just a dog whistle to mean conservative Canadian. Conservative Canadian 0.96

00:22:19.780 who the Canadian government doesn't like. Let's continue. Support the work of the special envoy on

00:22:25.100 preserving Holocaust remembrance and combating anti-Semitism and the special representative on

00:22:30.600 combating Islamophobia. It's very interesting how they put those together because sometimes

00:22:38.820 Muslims hate Jews. You know what I mean? I can't believe that they have that in the same bullet 1.00

00:22:47.780 point. Some Muslims really don't like Jews. You know, sometimes Jews really don't like Muslims. 0.95

00:22:55.640 Okay. Guys, remember I said sometimes. I'm not saying all the time, but I'm saying sometimes,

00:22:59.860 for example, that's a real common thing that happens. Work together with our global allies

00:23:05.440 to increase international cooperation against hate groups and movements. Once again, how are you

00:23:09.520 defining these hate groups? Work together with our global allies to support both country-specific

00:23:13.760 and international programs to stop white supremacy extremism. Examples, strengthening democracy,

00:23:21.560 improving law enforcement, human rights, and increasing quality of life for all. What I find weird

00:23:27.380 about this one is how it's like, yeah, stop white supremacy. In other words, strengthen democracy,

00:23:33.460 improve law enforcement, human rights, and increase equality of life. As if created like this,

00:23:39.860 like opposing ideas, right? There's like white supremacist fascism and then like classical liberalism.

00:23:45.960 Like those are like the two warring ideas or something. Oh boy. Share and learn good practices to stop hate,

00:23:51.200 both in Canada and internationally. So I wrote, um, once again, why does this survey only mention

00:23:56.560 white supremacist groups? I just finished reading Ayaan Hirsi Ali's book Infidel and her experience

00:24:01.160 reflects a reality where the hatred and victimization she experienced came from her own Muslim community.

00:24:05.420 Am I wrong? After reviewing the proposed themes for the National Action Plan on Combating Hate,

00:24:09.520 which of the four is most important to you? Leading government action against hate, driving anti-hate

00:24:13.760 legislation, boosting safe and resilient communities and tackling root causes, taking the fight against hate

00:24:19.360 global. I'm going to say don't know. Thank you. Thank you. That's it. Thank you for helping, uh,

00:24:24.800 fill our statistics up so we can try to justify hate legislation and take away freedom of speech in

00:24:30.660 Canada. They are tokenizing, uh, minorities in Canada to take freedom of speech away in this country.

00:24:37.820 They are tokenizing minorities. They want to flare up and irritate any amount of horrible experiences 1.00

00:24:44.860 you've had and say, Hey, now, now we need to combat hate. And I got to say the fact that white supremacy

00:24:50.980 came up a lot. This is a dream for anybody who hates white people like this, this, uh, anybody who 0.95

00:24:56.620 actually genuinely hates, um, like conservative Canadians, this survey is a dream for them because 0.88

00:25:02.000 it's like, yeah, let's go after them. Like that's the message I got. It's like, let's stop Trumpers in

00:25:07.060 Canada. That's pretty well what, what the survey means probably to a lot of people taking it.

00:25:11.460 You can't find white supremacists in Canada. Like the closest thing you can find to that

00:25:16.680 are like edgy young conservatives on the internet. That's the closest thing you can find. I'm sure

00:25:22.900 there's like, there's like a couple of like genuine, like individuals here and there aside

00:25:26.840 from like in Canada, quite literally like a handful of people, they don't exist. And I would know

00:25:33.160 because I have been accused of all this crap before. Uh, Oh, you're, you're a white supremacist 1.00

00:25:38.260 or like you're, you're a racist, all this stuff. It's gotten so old. It's gotten so old at this 0.99

00:25:43.480 point where I really don't care if you think I'm racist or you call me racist, because in many cases,

00:25:48.820 this government is, is guilty of abusing children on a regular basis. This government is guilty of

00:25:55.700 perverting health, perverting what health is to the entire country, to the detriment of millions.

00:26:03.380 Okay. And many, many other things, which I feel really strongly about hate is a human emotion.

00:26:08.500 It's healthy to hate evil. For example, it's, it's healthy to hate liars. It's healthy to hate

00:26:16.440 immoral people. It's, it's healthy to hate someone who wrongs you, especially if they intentionally do

00:26:25.100 it. The difference is how are we going to act upon that hate? Because obviously violence is not a good

00:26:32.080 answer. And our law, our laws already reflect that inciting violence, also against the law.

00:26:39.580 We already have that line in the sand. So that was a look at what the Canadian government is planning

00:26:47.720 in terms of hate legislation. It's all very reflective of what we already know about bill C 36,

00:26:53.720 but obviously they're using this survey to try and, you know, pump up the numbers, pump up the,

00:27:01.180 the, the stats and the research and the science that's going to justify this legislation. But as

00:27:07.880 I just showed you in this video, it's obviously very slanted, very, very slanted in one direction.

00:27:13.680 What do you know? If, if you don't think that the Canadian government should be combating hate,

00:27:19.420 if you don't think the Canadian government should be policing a human emotion, then they don't even

00:27:24.480 let you answer the questions. Right. And to end, let me show, let me show what I've been through

00:27:29.820 as a PPC candidate. This is the hate that I had to experience. I ran for politics last year. The CPC

00:27:36.960 and other mainstream media outlets grossly mischaracterized my party and my leader because

00:27:41.380 of these mischaracterizations, some of which from our public broadcaster. I had an 18 year old

00:27:46.660 volunteer shouted at in the street and physically intimidated by a man, probably twice his age. I was

00:27:54.040 flagrantly disrespected at debates by grown men who are hoping to represent you in parliament.

00:27:59.020 I was protested against, banned from debates, slandered online campaign signage was vandalized

00:28:04.960 along with many other PPC candidates. They had that experience. And finally, I had a Canadian

00:28:10.360 volunteer of Indian heritage harassed on the street for campaigning with me, even having vegetables

00:28:16.500 thrown at him. So where's my survey? Where's my, where do I get to voice my concerns? Hey, it's not,

00:28:23.140 I don't like to participate in the victimhood contest because I'm sure people would say, well,

00:28:26.740 that's not as bad as this. And that's not as bad as that. We need equality under the law. Okay.

00:28:32.600 And if we create laws that create like hate as this emotion, hate becomes a commodity. Hate becomes

00:28:38.740 this commodity that you can buy and sell and trade and create and then project onto people and then

00:28:46.260 accuse people of and try to get them in trouble. It would be horrible. Canada would become a horrible,

00:28:54.260 horrible place. If any legislation like this were to pass, I mean, Bill C-11 is bad, but no,

00:29:00.900 no, no, no, no, no, no. What they are planning is, is way, way, way, way worse. And this legislation,

00:29:07.100 of course, needs to be stopped. And I'm going to be working to create content to wake people up to

00:29:12.300 this. That's what I'm doing on this channel. And if you made it to the end of this video,

00:29:16.760 then you might want to check out my sub stack as well. I don't post on there a lot, but it's like

00:29:20.800 a mailing list where you can stay in touch with me. I only talk about very, very important topics there

00:29:25.180 when it comes to Canadian politics and freedom of speech. That should be in the description for you.

00:29:29.020 And as I said, I was going to put this behind a paywall, but I thought this should probably be

00:29:32.420 publicly available for people just so they know what the government of Canada and the Canadian

00:29:37.300 Heritage Foundation seems to be planning for us citizens. So hopefully you found it valuable.

00:29:42.300 And if you want, you can help support me by sending an e-transfer to Greg Wycliffe at ProtonMail.

00:29:47.640 There's also a donor box link below. And you know what? Here's my Bitcoin address as well.

00:29:52.000 Thanks for watching, everybody. We got to use our free speech here in Canada,

00:29:55.140 because if we don't use it, we might lose it.
