Summary

It's finally boarding day at the airport, and the boys are ready to make it through security without a hitch. But first they have to figure out how to fit all of their stuff into a carry-on bag that doesn't fit in the overhead bin.

Transcript

00:00:01.000 Trudeau was our Prime Minister and he said diversity is our strength and it's
00:00:04.800 like almost half of the people that come here are Indian.
00:00:12.000 That's not really that diverse, like if half of them is Indian, that's like diversity that's half Indian.
00:00:20.000 And yeah, it's kind of interesting.
00:00:23.000 There it is. It's time.
00:00:29.000 I'm about to check in at Flare. Hi.
00:00:32.000 Hi. I'm not checking anything, but you want my booking number?
00:00:36.000 ID please, sir.
00:00:37.000 Oh, ID, we'll start with that, okay.
00:00:39.000 And we just need to make sure the carry-on fits on the side.
00:00:41.000 Carry-on fits on the side. Carry-on fits on the side. Carry-on fits on the side. Carry-on fits on the side.
00:00:48.000 Where we began, putting tripods into a bag, all right? Flare are bag Nazis, okay?
00:00:57.000 Believe it or not, the most expensive, heaviest tripod is actually a more compact one than-
00:01:04.000 I have another one over there that's just too long. These are the lights. These are the light stands.
00:01:09.000 These are also too long for the carry-on. But this, this bad boy, it fits. It fits into the carry-on.
00:01:17.000 Pay no attention to how it's kind of warped going corner to corner, but it fits. It fits in there.
00:01:26.000 It's in the bag, guys. It's in the bag, all right?
00:01:29.000 And then this thing is actually solid. It's super small.
00:01:35.000 I got it at Value Village, I remember, but this is going to be my second one.
00:01:40.000 So we're going to have two tripods. We're going to have a light. I'm actually taking it out of like the bag, which is like a little bit unsafe, but like this is a carry-on.
00:01:49.000 So it's not going to be smashed around or anything. It's going to be in my hands for the most part.
00:01:52.000 But yeah, that is the plan to get by the Flair Nazis. We're not bringing this one. It's not going to fit. I tried it. I'm very good.
00:02:01.000 Because if you do that, then it's just too high up. It's just not going to work, guys.
00:02:06.000 So it's going to be two tripods, one light. I'll also have a backpack, but if it's much bigger than a laptop bag, they don't like that at Flair.
00:02:18.000 So I hope that the Flair Nazis will be okay with the Nazis too thick of a laptop. Do you have a camera in there?
00:02:27.000 My worst nightmare, being upcharged for having slightly big too, having too big of a package. Been there. Been there. Hey, you got a license for that thing? Anyway.
00:02:39.000 And we just need to make sure the carry-on fits on the side safe. I know, I know. Thank you.
00:02:45.000 So you have not done the online check-in yet, sir. There's $25 airport check-in fee. All right, cool. Thank you.
00:02:52.000 Got to check in online, bro. It's $25. Save $25.
00:02:57.000 I want the truth, guys.
00:03:14.000 Does this include the wheels?
00:03:15.000 Uh, yes, sir. You guys can try to rearrange with me.
00:03:23.000 I mean, it's, it's fitting. It's just...
00:03:27.000 It's the wheels back here that are... Yeah.
00:03:37.000 Actually, isn't this like a carry-on, like standard carry-on?
00:03:40.000 Yes, sir. We have to follow our sensor. That's what we saw today.
00:03:44.000 I mean, I could jam it in, but it's gonna break the wheels off.
00:04:00.000 Yeah, so we don't say yes, sir. Alternatively, sir, we'll have to jump in the bag, sir, if it doesn't fit there.
00:04:07.000 Can you just come look at this?
00:04:10.000 Yes, I know, sir. I could see from here, sir.
00:04:13.000 Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. It has to go completely inside.
00:04:17.000 Yes, sir.
00:04:27.000 Got it.
00:04:28.000 Yep, that's good. Yep, we can get any tickets so we can put our tag on.
00:04:30.000 Okay, great. Now I gotta get them out.
00:04:35.000 We got it to fit, guys. We got it to fit.
00:04:38.000 Oh, my gosh. Now the whole metal thing is going up. There we go.
00:04:44.000 Awesome.
00:04:45.000 And your boarding pass has been sent to your email, sir, security aid.
00:04:48.000 Thanks. Have a good day.
00:04:50.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:04:53.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:04:56.000 It was literally a game of force your bag into the metal square.
00:05:03.000 And, like, I knew that's what those things are for, but...
00:05:08.000 Yeah, unless you can...
00:05:11.000 I'm, like, jamming. I could... I was lifting up the entire metal.
00:05:16.000 What kind of sick game is this?
00:05:19.000 What kind of sick game are you playing, Flair Airlines?
00:05:23.000 Oh, I haven't even introduced yet. Yeah, so, surprise.
00:05:27.000 I'm flying to BC for the day.
00:05:30.000 I'm flying to BC for the day.
00:05:32.000 Got two interviews lined up of very important people for the documentary.
00:05:37.000 And, yeah, I did it last minute.
00:05:40.000 I booked the flight 10 p.m. last night.
00:05:44.000 And it's two people who are on the would like to have or must have list
00:05:49.000 in terms of, you know, prioritize the different people that I want on the documentary.
00:05:53.000 And, yeah, two for one is always good.
00:05:56.000 So, yeah, you know, I paid the money to do a Flair airline flight trying to keep it cheap and cheerful, you know?
00:06:03.000 So, I'm actually kind of excited because it's almost like taking the bus to work, you know?
00:06:10.000 Because I'm going to be flying out of Calgary this morning and then flying back this evening.
00:06:16.000 You know, just putting in a shift.
00:06:18.000 Putting in a shift to work.
00:06:21.000 A couple of flights, a couple of interviews.
00:06:24.000 And I'm just already not looking forward to having to put the bag back in the Flair airline thing on the way back.
00:06:34.000 I'm, like, already dreading that ritual.
00:06:38.000 Ugh.
00:06:40.000 I don't know why, guys.
00:06:41.000 I still feel...
00:06:43.000 I still feel violated.
00:06:44.000 I know it gets settled up, but that really did feel like a humiliation ritual.
00:06:50.000 Watching me...
00:06:53.000 Like, watching me force the bag into the metal.
00:06:56.000 Oh, God, everyone was watching me.
00:07:01.000 Oh, you didn't...
00:07:03.000 You didn't get it right, did you?
00:07:06.000 I bet they enjoy that.
00:07:07.000 I bet when you're a Flair employee, you enjoy that.
00:07:11.000 I got picked for advanced screening, so I got to unpack my bag completely and then repack it.
00:07:17.000 That was fun.
00:07:18.000 It wasn't that bad.
00:07:20.000 It was definitely less humiliating than the Flair thing.
00:07:23.000 Look at you, eh?
00:07:24.000 The guy did say a funny line, though.
00:07:26.000 He's like, uh...
00:07:28.000 If you don't drink that water, we'll be meaner than Flair Airlines.
00:07:32.000 Because I was making jokes with them explaining how, like, I was lifting up the entire metal thing.
00:07:37.000 Lifting my carry-on when I jammed it into their metal sizer.
00:07:42.000 Another complaint that people have, apparently, is if you don't show up to the airport early enough, there'll be no one to help you through at the front.
00:07:54.000 So, if you don't show up early enough, you're just gonna SOL with Flair Airlines.
00:07:58.000 So, pretty treacherous.
00:08:01.000 Very cheap flight, though.
00:08:03.000 Very cheap flight. Can't complain on the price.
00:08:05.000 Oh, no.
00:08:07.000 Guys, I accidentally, this accidentally ripped off.
00:08:10.000 I got the security, but this accidentally ripped off.
00:08:13.000 I'm like, oh, no.
00:08:16.000 They're gonna be like, oh, we're sorry.
00:08:18.000 Your Flair carry-on label has ripped off.
00:08:22.000 No longer acceptable.
00:08:25.000 I hope not.
00:08:26.000 Now I'm panicking.
00:08:27.000 Wait a minute, I've been here before.
00:08:32.000 I think this is where I first walked in when I got here.
00:08:36.000 Was it?
00:08:38.000 I'm gonna eat something and nibble on something.
00:08:41.000 I got an hour.
00:08:42.000 Because, realistically, so far with my Flair experience, who knows if I'll even be able to, like, sleep at all or be comfortable at all.
00:08:50.000 It could be a torture chamber in there, for all I know.
00:08:54.000 You know, is it gonna be, like, fitting my own physical body into another metal square?
00:09:03.000 Another metal square?
00:09:06.000 Ugh.
00:09:12.000 We ask that you please, once you find the road, to the road, to allow other passengers to continue onto the aircraft.
00:09:17.000 We ask that you please do not switch seats at this time, as everything is configured for weight and balance purposes.
00:09:21.000 Thank you so much for your welcome aboard.
00:09:26.000 Here we go to the front.
00:09:29.000 Calibrated for weight?
00:09:31.000 Like, they weighed all of us?
00:09:35.000 You know what I mean?
00:09:37.000 Like, wouldn't they have to weigh every passenger to calibrate for the weight?
00:09:42.000 Anyway.
00:09:43.000 Alrighty, we are on the Flair flight.
00:09:52.000 We've taken off.
00:09:54.000 They, uh, they made me do the bags again.
00:09:57.000 They made me do the bag.
00:09:58.000 They made me put the metal, they made me put it in the metal cage.
00:10:01.000 And, uh, yeah, it was quite humiliating.
00:10:05.000 And it's funny, because, like, as you're lined up to go into the gate, onto your flight to check your boarding pass and stuff,
00:10:13.000 there's, uh, someone there, there's a bag Nazi there, next to the metal cages.
00:10:18.000 And, uh, I saw that, and she smelt the fear.
00:10:22.000 She smelt the, uh, the fear on me.
00:10:26.000 And I was kind of like, oh, no, don't, don't look at her.
00:10:30.000 Terrible.
00:10:31.000 Like, you know, I just reacted.
00:10:32.000 I didn't think that.
00:10:33.000 I just kind of reacted.
00:10:34.000 Bad call.
00:10:35.000 She smelled it right away.
00:10:36.000 She's like, oh, is that tag from today?
00:10:40.000 Of course it's from today.
00:10:41.000 What, what, what?
00:10:42.000 And I'm like, and, you know, she could feel the desperate energy.
00:10:47.000 I'm like, no, like, it's, yes, of course it's from today.
00:10:51.000 And she's like, yeah, could you just, yeah, we're going to put it in the, we're going to do it again.
00:10:56.000 And it's like, we already did this.
00:10:59.000 We already did this.
00:11:01.000 You want me to shove my carry-on into the metal again?
00:11:07.000 Uh-huh.
00:11:08.000 That's what I want you to do.
00:11:10.000 I was so close to crashing out.
00:11:12.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:11:13.000 But I took a deep breath and I said, yes, ma'am.
00:11:18.000 Cause I got to get on this flight.
00:11:20.000 But that's what you got to do to, uh, to save money.
00:11:23.000 Right?
00:11:24.000 Flare Airlines, you got to get hassled and humiliated by bag Nazis.
00:11:30.000 That's what you got to do to save a few bucks to try and keep it cheap and cheerful.
00:11:35.000 With that in mind, if you want to support this documentary, me doing this amazing,
00:11:39.000 uh, trip to meet these persecuted Canadians across the country,
00:11:43.000 then please go to givesandgo.com slash save free speech.
00:11:47.000 That's givesandgo.com slash save free speech.
00:11:51.000 Any little bit helps.
00:11:54.000 Um, I'm excited to get a trailer out there, but for now, I still got a few more days left out here.
00:12:00.000 And I'm filling the days with interviews, which is exciting.
00:12:07.000 Cool.
00:12:09.000 All right.
00:12:10.000 I've never done that before.
00:12:17.000 Getting out on the tarmac.
00:12:20.000 Of course, all I think about is Joe Biden tripping up the stairs.
00:12:23.000 That's what sticks out in my mind because I'm cooked guys.
00:12:29.000 Don't be chronically online.
00:12:31.000 Okay.
00:12:32.000 Touch grass.
00:12:34.000 You got to get outside.
00:12:36.000 You know, you got to go live life.
00:12:40.000 All right.
00:12:41.000 I'm about to meet the person.
00:12:45.000 I'm about to interview.
00:12:46.000 That's right.
00:12:47.000 They're picking me up at the airports.
00:12:51.000 And guess what?
00:12:52.000 I got baptized the other day.
00:12:53.000 So it's so over for the wicked ones.
00:12:56.000 It's so over.
00:12:57.000 It's so over, man.
00:12:58.000 Yeah, big supporter of Don Cherry because he became Canada's leading supporter of Canadian values.
00:13:04.000 And not just supporting the military and the police and really the very fabric of our society.
00:13:09.000 And remembering war debt and so forth.
00:13:12.000 And what got him canned from CBC, Hockey Night in Canada was two words.
00:13:17.000 You people in reference to immigrants.
00:13:19.000 And so, you know, I can't imagine that there's many countries in the world where people there are not allowed to say you people in regard to immigrants and to their countries.
00:13:30.000 I just don't understand that.
00:13:32.000 And I think, you know, Don Cherry is probably being better for immigrants than most people because he was a guy that, again, celebrated anything that was Canadian.
00:13:43.000 And Canada is the number one country in the world for immigration.
00:13:45.000 So this idea that there's something wrong with Canada in regard to immigration is absurd.
00:13:50.000 And here we are a few years later and, you know, all political parties now are saying, oh, we have too many immigrants.
00:13:55.000 We need to cut the numbers and so forth.
00:13:57.000 So the fact that he got canceled is just outrageous.
00:14:00.000 Why do you think more people, more Canadians didn't stand up for Don Cherry?
00:14:06.000 Well, that's an excellent question.
00:14:09.000 You know, we all go along to get along.
00:14:11.000 People's ambitions have to do with, you know, buying a house and getting a good job and putting their kids through school and put them into extracurricular activities and just, you know, having nice food and trips and all these things.
00:14:28.000 Just living.
00:14:29.000 People are just focused on living.
00:14:31.000 And you can't do that if you're out of work and you can be out of work in a hurry if you, if you go against the narrative.
00:14:38.000 What was a bulletin that was sent to all students, staff and parents in Abbotsford.
00:14:44.000 And they talk about, as we can see here, 215 children whose remains were uncovered in a mass unmarked grave.
00:14:50.000 And I went recently and asked them if they're going to retract a statement, crack their air, because that's what educators ordinarily do.
00:14:56.000 If you say the two plus two is five and you find out it's four, then that's what you tell kids.
00:15:02.000 And I'm back.
00:15:03.000 We are back at Abbotsford Airport, about to get in line for Flair Airlines.
00:15:09.000 Just got done two interviews.
00:15:12.000 If I get on this plane, oh my gosh, this is a miracle day.
00:15:16.000 This is an amazing day.
00:15:18.000 Amazing Tuesday.
00:15:19.000 Dream Tuesday.
00:15:21.000 I can't believe we pulled it off last minute.
00:15:24.000 Had some nice natural light coming in, too.
00:15:27.000 So I didn't have to worry about the lights too much, turns out.
00:15:29.000 Didn't even take that one light out of the bag.
00:15:31.000 Worked out very, very well.
00:15:33.000 Two very, very great interviews.
00:15:37.000 Yeah.
00:15:38.000 Just got to get on this plane because it's another big day on Wednesday tomorrow.
00:15:41.000 If you want to support what I'm doing with this documentary to expose and condemn the Canadian institutions that target, persecute and smear Canadian citizens who dare to have the wrong opinion or ask the wrong questions,
00:15:56.000 then go to GiveSendGo.com slash save free speech.
00:15:59.000 GiveSendGo.com slash save free speech.
00:16:02.000 This was a day that was spontaneous.
00:16:05.000 I had to purchase flights, gas money, you name it.
00:16:09.000 I'm probably going to need another hard drive by the time I'm leaving here as well just to make sure I can back up all the footage and get it to the editors safely.
00:16:19.000 That costs money.
00:16:20.000 That costs money as well.
00:16:21.000 So any donation whatsoever is greatly appreciated, even if it's just for a coffee.
00:16:25.000 Because being stimulated with caffeine helps the productivity for sure.
00:16:30.000 All right.
00:16:31.000 I got to go.
00:16:32.000 I got to make sure the Flair Nazis don't, I'm not going to say the word, but unconsensually commit coitus against me.
00:16:40.000 Cause that's what happened last time with Flair.
00:16:43.000 Did I mention this?
00:16:45.000 Oh my God.
00:16:46.000 I'm having flashbacks.
00:16:47.000 Oh my God.
00:16:48.000 The metal cage.
00:16:49.000 There's the metal cage.
00:16:51.000 It's happening.
00:16:52.000 It's happening again.
00:16:54.000 This is the real price.
00:16:56.000 This is the real price, you guys.
00:16:59.000 This is the real price of flying Flair Airlines.
00:17:06.000 Sorry to the people whose bag I borrowed for this trip.
00:17:14.000 I'm sorry.
00:17:15.000 You're having to find out this way.
00:17:17.000 It's show business.
00:17:20.000 I don't know what to say.
00:17:21.000 It was Flair.
00:17:25.000 Okay.
00:17:26.000 It was Flair.
00:17:28.000 You know, I stepped up this time.
00:17:30.000 If you've ever played the game Mario Party, you know, and it's like Mario Party.
00:17:35.000 And there's like a mini game.
00:17:37.000 I was like, I know this one.
00:17:39.000 I was like ready.
00:17:41.000 I was ready to go this time.
00:17:43.000 I was ready to go.
00:17:44.000 I crushed it.
00:17:45.000 Well, I did get some shavings, some plastic.
00:17:49.000 What's a few plastic shavings off of your luggage when you're flying Flair though?
00:17:53.000 Come on.
00:17:54.000 Anyway, I survived Flair Airlines.
00:17:57.000 And as long as I get through security, probably have to unpack all my electronics and pack them up again.
00:18:04.000 I'll be back to Calgary for another double header.
00:18:07.000 Yes.
00:18:08.000 Two interviews tomorrow on Wednesday.
00:18:11.000 This is the second time this has happened today.
00:18:16.000 Where it's, it's just, it like, I swear to God that they put it on in the most brittle way.
00:18:23.000 And it just falls off so easily.
