We can't stand back. We have to stop trusting that these institutions have our best interests
00:00:06.660
of heart of our children because they simply do not. Can't wait for somebody else to do something.
00:00:11.900
You're a parent, you're a grandparent, you need to do something to protect your children.
00:00:15.960
If we have government controlling speech, we're in trouble.
00:00:25.380
My name's Terry Hadar, and I'm a member of Police on Guard and also National Coordinator for MamaBearsProject.com.
00:00:32.080
When we saw what was happening with the children, when they were rolling out the vaccines in 2021, we thought, what can we do?
00:00:38.820
So we started Mama Bears Project, and originally our mission was to educate parents about the danger of the shot.
00:00:47.660
And for the most part, that ship has sailed, and we thought, now what do we do?
00:00:54.180
We have information on the regular schedule of vaccines, on masking, internet safety, gender dysphoria.
00:01:07.460
Arif Farhani says this is going to protect kids online. What are your thoughts on that?
00:01:12.840
Well, you know what, my idea of all of this stuff is it's corrupt, and it's a...
00:01:19.360
Yes, thank you, that's the word, that, you know what, they don't, they do not want to protect the children online.
00:01:24.840
I mean, I have learned now, upon my involvement, that the number of children that are exposed to sexual abuse through different internet venues,
00:01:35.520
never mind with the gender dysphoria, how many children, which, you know, all teenager goes through questioning and wondering
00:01:43.980
and thinking they're not pretty enough or handsome enough or big enough, and then they get online,
00:01:50.200
and then they see all these people saying, oh, it's so wonderful, go cut off your boobs, and it's going to solve all your problems.
00:01:57.040
So, yeah, you know what, we advocate it, it's every parent's choice, no child should have social media before 16.
00:02:06.380
There is phones out there that you can purchase that, you know, if it's a safety issue that you feel you need to get a hold of your child,
00:02:12.780
you can call them or text them, but they don't need to have access to the internet or to social media.
00:02:18.940
They're not old enough, they don't understand, and there's too many predators out there just waiting for some vulnerable child.
00:02:27.040
Ari Farhani has the audacity to say, we care about protecting kids from sexual exploitation.
00:02:32.800
This is the same government that endorses the pride parade, it's the same government that endorses this education.
00:02:39.660
I mean, how does that make you feel as a parent to see that hypocrisy?
00:02:46.780
I mean, it's very, very prevalent in the United States.
00:02:52.720
And so, for the politicians to say that they are trying to protect the children is,
00:02:59.320
I'm sorry, I'm going to be politically correct here because I'm representing police on guard and mama bears, but it's a lie.
00:03:06.880
With CSIS, they recently said people who are anti-gender or oppose the gender ideologies taught in schools,
00:03:12.720
that you might be part of an ideologically motivated violent extremist group.
00:03:16.020
I mean, how does it make you feel to know that our intelligence agency is endorsing rubber stamping this idea
00:03:22.920
that the people here, that yourself, a mama bear, might be a violent extremist?
00:03:28.200
Quite frankly, I don't give a, I don't care what they think about me.
00:03:33.080
And, I mean, I'm standing here right now, when I come to these rallies, I have mobility issues, I walk with a cane.
00:03:40.120
And please, explain to me how I am a threat when all I want to do is keep children away from sexual identity,
00:03:48.540
sexual exposure when they're children, because they don't need to know anything about this.
00:03:53.640
And people will say, well, you know, you're anti-gay.
00:04:03.400
It's none of my business, but just leave the children alone.
00:04:14.100
That's why there's a group called Gays Against Groomers.
00:04:17.620
This is about grooming our children, normalizing sexual behavior,
00:04:22.300
so it's easier for a pedophile to prey on them.
00:04:29.500
Do you have any comments on just, like, the culture of fear?
00:04:32.920
People are so afraid to speak out to even simply say,
00:04:41.380
because I've always been a very outspoken person,
00:04:47.960
We have to stop trusting that these institutions have our best interests of heart of our children,
00:04:55.780
You can't wait for somebody else to do something.
00:05:00.400
You need to do something to protect your children.
00:05:02.980
On our website, we have a number of tools to help parents to know what's going on in their schools.
00:05:13.000
And I'll simply say to parents, can you have a look at this?
00:05:23.000
I'll say, this is in most of the schools in Canada, and then they won't believe you.
00:05:28.000
And so, I mean, we have on our website the link to the resource where you can go in,
00:05:34.900
You can see, go to your child's school, put in your child's school,
00:05:38.420
and you'll see whether that particular book is in the library.
00:05:41.400
But he's listed all the pornography books that are in the school libraries.
00:05:51.560
Because when we went to school, we weren't exposed to this.
00:05:58.160
Very good how to have an effective meeting with your child's teacher.
00:06:03.200
Where will my child have access to the internet?
00:06:09.600
Will there be any boys in the girls' washrooms?
00:06:14.380
That now has changed because there's a directive in Ontario
00:06:16.640
for any third party that's presenting in the schools.
00:06:23.380
So just a whole host of questions that parents would probably not think of to ask.
00:06:31.740
And we need to ask our children when they come home every day.
00:06:40.140
I would never have thought of that when my children were in school.
00:06:48.760
And I encourage all people to go to our website.
00:06:52.940
If anybody has a tool that they think they would like to share with others,
00:06:56.580
please let us know so that we can share it with other people.
00:06:59.480
Because that's how we are going to protect our children.
00:07:33.920
Bill 63 is a very scary bill that's coming through.
00:07:37.400
And the government is trying to paint it that it's going to protect our children online,
00:07:42.880
And we are proud, as Mama Bears, to support SaveFreeSpeech.ca
00:07:49.000
because they are fighting very hard to bring exposure to this so that parents are aware.
00:07:55.880
Bill 63 will not, and I repeat, will not protect children online.
00:08:17.220
And I think something happens to your brain when you've been in Ottawa for too long.
00:08:20.380
I don't know what it means to be incarcerated for what you believe.
00:08:23.340
Things are not going to change unless we change them.
