00:12:41.880oh those are so hard to watch i mean even uh getting when i watched them before the show
00:12:56.460it just tears me up especially you know when you meet kevin because he's just the nicest man like
00:13:00.760i said um he has a beautiful wife you know he was a healthy man with a good job and and he just did
00:13:07.980what um everyone told him was the right thing to do i keep hearing justin trudeau i keep hearing
00:13:14.760justin trudeau saying that you know like just demonizing the unvaccinated kevin it's so good
00:13:20.200to have you here tonight my friend it really is hello you two it's always a pleasure to uh
00:13:27.800you know to to be noticed by good people
00:13:31.440good people notice good people my friend how are you doing you know uh two days ago was my
00:13:41.940fifth year anniversary for the for the worst mistake i ever made in my life and uh you know
00:13:50.340it it's really been a real rough road it's been extremely bumpy i you know you you just
00:13:57.480you reach for strength and and you hope that you have it within you and fortunately i have a good
00:14:03.020support group around me too because when i just when i run out of steam you know there's always
00:14:07.940somebody there to grab a hold of me and give me a quick shake and say it's not over you know
00:14:12.300now if you don't know kevin actually started a whole campaign afterwards and he was i think
00:14:19.800you were selling shirts and you had a slogan that said don't be a kevin yeah so it was right
00:14:25.680don't be a kevin um trying to warn other people trying to warn other people about the dangers and
00:14:31.280so that they didn't have to go what he went through and i just thought that was so clever
00:14:34.300don't be a kevin um a very special welcome kevin thank you so much for being here yeah
00:14:41.200you know these are these are obviously my favorite episodes um because we really want to share your
00:14:47.140story and get your get your stories out and like i said platform if you have fundraisers now i know
00:14:52.400you're not doing any fundraisers, but we'll go and talk about that later, how other people can
00:14:56.720support you. But before we get going, do you want to just sort of give us a little brief story about
00:15:02.840how it came to be? You know, what led you to make the decision that you made? And, you know,
00:15:07.960you're obviously improving, you're getting better every day, you look absolutely fantastic,
00:15:12.140especially when you look back at those videos. Yes, praise God. So go ahead and tell our audience
00:15:18.360a little bit about yourself and and uh what happened well um okay well may 5th 2021 i was
00:15:27.160uh just you know i was excited to get back to work and and i was in an environment that uh you know
00:15:34.200was obviously extremely busy and had a lot of movement around it with people and uh the company
00:15:41.080He was obviously very supportive of getting the vaccines to get back to work and to, you know, to start bringing things back to normal in an environment where, you know, life was pretty much based around family and income and, you know, and trying to, you know, do your best.
00:16:04.160And in order to continue or get back to those routines, we had to, you know, get the vaccine.
00:16:13.980And I mean, everybody, there's so many misconceptions and things like that around it.
00:16:21.060But I mean, the truth is, is that a lot of people didn't really understand a whole lot about it.
00:16:28.860There wasn't really a whole lot of information around it.
00:16:32.840And, you know, and I was just really one of those people that just wanted to get the day going and, you know, really get it done.
00:16:41.600And, you know, nothing really ever stopped me, slowed me down, got in my way before.
00:16:46.780So I never really concerned or considered vaccines or even medications for that matter.
00:22:40.820They did all kinds of tests and assumptions and things that were way out of whack.
00:22:48.300And they ended up writing it off as anxiety and tested me for some very, very hardcore heavy drugs.
00:22:58.800And obviously, they came back negative and sent me home.
00:23:02.620and then it happened again. So I'm back in the hospital and I'm like, guys, I'm not good. I've
00:23:09.040got these tremors and I'm shaking all over to the point where, you know, the bolts on the gurney was
00:23:15.100coming loose. And, you know, it just, there's lots of video of that. And once again, it was my family
00:23:22.820physician that was working in the emergency department that night who knew me very well
00:23:27.920and knew i was you know a person who she trusted as a professional herself and uh tested me again
00:23:35.760for the same types of things so when people ask what uh what a bad shot is like it's just like
00:23:44.160that because that's what they assume it is wow now if i'm not mistaken there's another gentleman
00:23:51.660here i won't use his last name because i don't know if he wants to be outed but um not outed
00:23:55.900you know i mean uh steve now wasn't it you and steve discovered that you ended up um having the
00:24:01.740same batch getting vaccines from the same batch was that correct yeah so initially when everyone
00:24:09.500started dropping i was uh i was involved in a pretty large well actually initially it was a
00:24:15.420pretty small group of individuals that were into that were we were all injured by certain vaccines
00:24:23.260Right. So then the batch numbers started coming up and and we started kind of narrowing things down along the lines of, well, who took AstraZeneca, who took Moderna, who took and what signs symptoms are they feeling versus us?
00:24:38.520and you know and we were we were advocating for ourselves and and really to be honest trying to
00:24:43.960save our lives and and then you know steve steve was one of the people that uh that came forth as
00:24:51.400well and said you know i think i had that batch too and we compared batch numbers and and then
00:24:57.480we ran into you know i've quite a few people that have taken it um that were involved on that same
00:25:04.040batch and lot number and of course their symptoms are same or similar um you know and in some cases
00:25:10.520even worse too so you know it uh it ended up coming out of a plant in baltimore that had
00:25:20.040millions of doses that were shipped to canada and mexico from a from a plant that was uh
00:25:26.120contaminated so i mean we had our we had our life sorry the life expectancy of the doses
00:25:36.280were extended by a month and uh that was that batch that uh that everyone got sick from so
00:25:43.160they kind of suspended it and they extended it and and made the uh the expiry date an extra month
00:25:50.520yeah good stuff wow we met a lot of people that week um we did a we did kind of a little bit of
00:26:00.700an uh awareness thing at the church in ottawa that night we met so many people we met steve and
00:26:05.600kevin ashley was there it was a full house in the basement there it was really good to sit and
00:26:11.220listen to everybody and tell their stories on how they were affected by it i just can't believe
00:26:15.340we're still here after all the government did to people throughout that period of time and the
00:26:20.140amount of pressure they put on citizens and when things went wrong there's been zero accountability
00:26:25.280even zero acknowledgement from government officials for forcing people into this position right
00:26:30.080yeah yes yeah yeah absolutely it it's so unfair like it's it's exactly what i didn't think this
00:26:42.320country was about and and i don't you know i never try to put this country in you know or hold it
00:26:48.640responsible for it but uh it's more of our system it's it's not it's very broken and and even
00:26:57.420different too i'll bring this up we have a we have an emergency department that is very good
00:27:03.700at treating people for emergencies and then we have people that you know are family physicians
00:27:08.480that seem to be extremely good at prescribing prescriptions and then we have our specialists
00:27:13.880or a neurologist and stuff like that but for some crazy reason they don't connect and they don't
00:27:21.860communicate very well at all and that was one of the big things that happened to me I was put into
00:27:28.740a program for 12 weeks to try and learn how to walk again and they were teaching me the wrong way
00:27:35.080and I said to my neurologist I go there's just nothing's happening and they're complaining that
00:27:40.520i'm not responding to the treatment well after the neurologist got in contact with them and said
00:27:47.020your procedures that you're doing is incorrect they dropped me as a patient so i didn't gain
00:27:53.520i didn't you know i didn't really lose anything because it wasn't really the proper treatment to
00:27:58.500begin with but i mean just everybody just gives up as soon as somebody calls them out
00:28:03.580Great. And then just that's it. Just washes their hands of you and makes tries to put you on to make somebody else's some of somebody else's problem.
00:28:13.440And you just said it, Kevin. I mean, all these institutions that all of us were raised to believe and trust that had our best interests at heart,
00:28:21.300that we were going to protect us from harm, that we're going to give us a voice and keep us safe everywhere from the health system to the justice system to our political system.
00:28:32.860you know it's failed it's failed every one of us and I think that's one of the things that's
00:28:39.080so disappointing about all of this like I said I think when we saw you last you were you had
00:28:45.400applied for the VISP or you were in talks with the with the former VISP program were you not
00:28:52.280yes and have you been have you been in contact with the new the new vaccine
00:28:58.060impacted impacted i said it should be called inconvenience so you know if you're going to go
00:29:06.520go big or go home just vaccine inconvenienced assistance program like i mean come on um do you
00:29:12.540want to or if you can i mean i know that some of these cases are ongoing but if you want to share
00:29:17.320you know your story about uh with the visp um go ahead and then if you've been in contact with the
00:29:23.700and i'd love to hear about that too okay so the first visp um first time that we tried to apply
00:29:31.940was right away actually right when i first got injured and the first few times that we went on
00:29:37.220there it actually told us that the program was not accepting any applications at this time and
00:29:44.180and i think it said something along the lines of that the app the process is closed
00:29:49.220and then they reopened it back up and we applied and then about after the first year year and a
00:29:57.000half they said that they didn't have my file anymore and it had been misplaced and that I
00:30:02.580had to reapply again so I did so we reapplied again went through the first stages which is
00:30:11.420where they have to you know get some sort of proof that you were vaccinated and that there's
00:30:16.160potential for injury i did that we passed that then we went into we had to collect all the medical
00:30:23.920records from our doctor from the you know from our visits and send them in so we did that then it
00:30:31.040went to um they had to collect the information themselves from the actual emergency departments
00:30:38.640that i first visited and that's where we're at now so they got they're still waiting on one more
00:30:47.200emergency department supposedly uh report and at then at that time then um their doctors will
00:30:56.560continue to review my case and file and see if there's uh enough evidence to connect my injury
00:31:03.920to the vaccine and it's in their opinion not in my opinion or my contact like they're not gonna
00:31:13.360they're not gonna call me up and say you know how you doing can you tell us about what happened it's
00:31:19.600all basically i think it was just under 900 pages of of uh medical visits that i've had at the
00:31:27.120emergency departments and stuff so wow i can't remember did you you you so did you ever get a
00:31:35.760diagnosis from a doctor that that said that this was vaccine related so so yes and no they word
00:31:44.560things extremely kind of uh salad-y in uh their reports they they use words like uh although
00:31:52.560there's you know nothing that uh points directly to it there is a potential that this is something
00:32:00.480that could have resulted from the vaccination um those types of you know explanations but my my
00:32:09.360diagnosis that i got from my neurologist and and keep in mind too i mean they're like i'm in i'm in
00:32:16.000the hospital next week getting another uh test done for a different type of disease so now it's
00:32:23.040they're testing for for those that are caused by it um but i mean i have functional neurological
00:32:29.840disorder which is basically my brain has disconnected from my body uh the the communication
00:32:37.760that it has with my body isn't right so um when it tells i have to literally tell my body how to move
00:32:45.760how to you know how to respond how to feel um you know the inflammation on my brain gets so bad that
00:32:54.080i just end up going to bed because i can't process anything let alone walking which is what was in
00:32:59.360those videos um you know but i do have to say that you know in the last so a month ago 30 days ago
00:33:12.560i don't like to say this very much but like even seeing those videos that you played at the
00:33:17.440beginning i was i was at the end of my rope you know a month ago i i really felt myself going
00:33:24.320down really far and i know that my original diagnosis was that i my life expectancy was five
00:33:32.960years and you know and i really started to feel like i was i was there you know i'm sleeping 17
00:33:41.120hours a day and and when i was up it was very short-lived and then the inflammation just gets
00:33:46.960so bad that i could function and you know it was turned into horrid and then i started using a new
00:33:54.720machine that some you know really good follower friends told me that i had to do it and and i did
00:34:02.720and and you know it's been 20 i think 26 days have been using this and and i mean we're at
00:34:11.0408 30 right now i would have already been in bed sleeping for a couple hours had i not found this
00:34:16.240device so i'm so thankful and and you know i i feel like i feel like i have a chance again
00:34:23.840can you can you give us an insight into what the machine was
00:34:28.960absolutely actually guys i'm so passionate about what it's done for me that i opened up my home to
00:34:37.820the people around me too like i've told everybody in my community that you know this is free this
00:34:44.000is not you know it's it's not something that i'm trying to you know i i i want to feel better and
00:34:50.700i can't stand knowing that there's people that are suffering that that are being neglected you
00:34:57.000know so um that's what i've done i'll show you i actually set this little down in my office where
00:35:07.340i was doing my 3d printing to raise some money for this stuff and yeah so i have you know i have
00:35:15.420couple chairs here and and we've been having some people coming by that have been you know really
00:35:21.660sick and uh the uh the results are the same as mine so it's very rewarding to feel as though uh
00:35:31.980you know i still have some kind of a purpose no kidding that much for you than your government
00:35:39.900has in the last five years is that sad yeah yeah no kidding yeah yeah yeah it's been a
00:35:50.060gig dealing with those guys and you know it's just you don't win with them i i can't win
00:35:58.460i you know i can't get a word to represent me because they're afraid of getting sued by their
00:36:02.620own government i don't know either that or there i mean there's some people that are doing it
00:40:00.940I got a letter saying that they know who I am and that they'll get to my file,
00:40:07.640at which point I reached out to my member of parliament who you know stands right beside
00:40:15.020the person in parliament in the green seats and who I know personally as well and reached out to
00:40:22.400her office a few times in the past they told me to keep them informed which I did and I reached
00:40:28.360out to them again two weeks ago and explained to them now about a month ago explained to them that
00:40:35.240you know there's been no answer and and and I'd like it if they could at least you know get some
00:40:42.480sort of an update as to why and I was told that I just need to sit back and relax and wait for my
00:40:52.080decision because if I bring myself forth to them or they bring my case forth to them then someone
00:41:00.900else has to wait longer so i guess they're comfortable with the games that they're playing
00:41:10.820you're like what is that what does that even mean yeah it means that it means that they literally
00:41:17.220told me that my i am not any more important than anyone else so why should i feel as though
00:41:24.260i should question the timeline of my case that's and and that wasn't a liberal
00:41:32.260that was a conservative government member too i might add wow so yeah it blew my mind
00:41:41.700just remember you know that bird has you know wings still the same bird two different wings
00:41:46.740left and right i uh firmly believe that we can only we can only really uh draw conclusions from
00:41:56.340our examples yeah that's exactly right and like you said just like the lawyers the politicians
00:42:04.980don't want to touch it either you know there is a few i will say that there is a few that are
00:42:08.580advocating i find most of them don't start advocating though until they've left then
00:42:13.780they'll start to get a little bit more vocal unfortunately but um you know this is stuff
00:42:18.260that we we should be seeing being discussed in the house of commons or in committee
00:42:22.820and it's just it's not happening justin trudeau should be in jail number one
00:42:28.900yeah he's got katie perry i think that's probably worse i've been to jail i'd rather be in jail than
00:42:35.460and hang out with katie perry all i can say is if i go before either one of those two goes i am
00:42:45.780going to be a fly on that wall yeah you come back and haunt the hell out of them oh for sure for
00:42:54.100sure because you know five years later guys they you still see those videos of him and that pompous
00:43:01.940attitude and and that nasty smirk on his face like it just wow i i wouldn't want to live in
00:43:11.940ottawa period just in case yeah no kidding no kidding well i think you look absolutely amazing
00:43:20.540i mean you even look better than when we saw you a couple years ago your color looks great i mean
00:43:25.200and like i said if you follow kevin or andre on facebook they are i mean they're you're it's like
00:43:31.460couple goals, you know, when you see these, the cutest couple, you guys have the greatest picture
00:43:35.680and she's a huge support for you. And, um, you know, I think, like you said, she left her job
00:43:40.320to help support you. And then she's, I know, I mean, I mean, you, I know what she was doing,
00:43:44.520uh, when we were coming to visit you, just kind of taking and doing every little bit that she
00:43:49.100could to help. So, I mean, in that respect, Kevin, I just think you're so lucky to have,
00:43:53.260you know, a wonderful support like Andrea and your family for sure. Um, you know, that's definitely,
00:43:58.460definitely got it that's definitely got to help um because there are some people that are not
00:44:03.420in that same similar situation so i'm just i'm so glad that you're not alone and that you don't
00:44:07.920have to go through this all alone she's never once doubted anything that's happened or doubted
00:44:13.440anything that i've that as odd as it is that you know she's never questioned any of it it's always
00:44:21.220been how you do it you know and then just she's she's the best thing that's ever happened to me
00:44:30.380in my life as far as you know any type of companionship could ever happen or anyone
00:44:35.320could ever look for in a human just you know when I couldn't fight she would fight and
00:44:43.020she's not a fighter but my goodness when she gets mad and when things aren't happening right you
00:44:50.780know like in the hospitals there she made me feel uncomfortable a few times
00:44:55.740sweetest you would not want to cross her good
00:45:03.920tasha found a photo look at that you guys are so sweet
00:45:09.680yeah that was uh that was a great day actually that was actually the first time that you know
00:45:19.120how steve was in here that was the first time i ever met steve actually was um i had uh um i had
00:45:26.920access to a couple conference rooms in ottawa and uh still from from the business and uh i utilized
00:45:36.800that tool and we all met at one of the one of the places and uh and that was our first gathering of
00:45:43.260vaccine injured in ottawa actually to uh connect so uh that was with a woman named dallas from
00:45:50.740silent survivors who uh who has uh done an incredible job with with keeping so many of us
00:45:59.600connected you know even through the the weirdness of everything and you know she's i have to say
00:46:07.020She has all of her profiles printed out and they're, you know, they're in 16 foot long banners and she marches them across wherever she can possibly find gas money to drag them to.
00:46:20.420So, you know, they're, you know, it's just great to see that some people, you know, and much like yourselves that have dedicated any of their time towards us, you know.
01:11:12.960And because Tamara and I host this or have people on now, we're hijacking his idea.
01:11:18.760And I kind of thought, if that's where we are right now in this thing, where it's all about me, me, me, I, I, I, you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself.
01:11:26.500Because it shouldn't be about me, me, me.
