00:10:55.620And now, when you look at a photo like that generated from our armed forces,
00:10:59.920I apologize if I hurt your feelings when I say this.
00:11:03.900How are you going to do any good in a war situation?
00:11:08.820Did the men and women who'd fought and died for our freedoms right now
00:11:13.040meet requirements to be an active participant in a battlefield?
00:11:20.760And I apologize for saying this if anybody takes offense to this,
00:11:23.620but that isn't what's going to save us if a war breaks out.
00:11:27.960Somebody that can't do, obviously, I'm trying to be sensitive here when I say this, but I'm just, I'm so sick and tired of this woke-ass mentality in this country that has basically destroyed our country's mindset.
00:11:42.780Because that right there isn't going to fight a war.
00:11:46.420I don't know what war they think that they're, that's not the requirement.
00:11:49.580especially even when i get pulled over by an rcmp officer and and you know that they obviously
00:11:55.500didn't meet a a requirement for fitness you expect that out of our military you expect that
00:12:04.060from our law enforcement please can we get back to just rational thinking and and you know i i'm
00:12:11.360sick and tired of this woke well i mean they might be effective if they go to war against
00:12:16.420hurt feelings and then they can throw their tampons at uh at them but you know you know I
00:12:22.480was an air cadet I was an air cadet when I was a teenager and you know I was actually talking with
00:12:28.020Eddie about this earlier too and I see he's able to get in so that's great we'll bring them both
00:12:31.720on in a second um but you know we were yelled at by our uh instructors like so bad it would make
00:12:38.720your toes curl but we didn't leave crying uh you know like if you couldn't do the if you couldn't
00:12:44.280do the stuff you either got in shape and figured it out or they would just move on and go and
00:12:48.320find another activity to do um but you know we need to have people that are in peak physical
00:12:55.140condition look I used to be a personal trainer and I've and I've trained men and women to pass
00:13:00.260their fit their fitness uh exams to become police officers so I I know how and it's not an easy test
00:13:07.500um and it's just like I said I don't even think it's about bullying Chris like I think it's more
00:13:14.200about um just critical thinking or being able to uh constructively criticize somebody but you know
00:13:20.840that's been turned into bullying that's what the that's what the hurt feelings no space for hate
00:13:25.980crowd considers bullying is constructive criticism so um so without further ado i want to welcome both
00:13:32.840of our guests i'm so happy that eddie got to got it uh gunner for retired gunner eddie cornell is
00:13:38.900in the house welcome back to house arrest and we have got the one and only freedom honey mike mueller
00:13:48.260okay great to be here thanks for having us on the show did i did i go too far when i just said that
00:13:56.180you were listening in the comments did i go too far with that when you kind of expect a fitness
00:14:01.060level from your armed forces when it comes especially even you know police armed forces
00:14:07.060everything like that is that is that wrong of me to say that no no not at all i'm not offending
00:14:15.300anybody tonight here within this group i appreciate that no there's a fitness test like it happens
00:14:20.720every year yeah exactly yeah i mean if we didn't pass the fitness test you know it varied from year
00:14:27.360to year but if we didn't pass the fitness test you know they would send you to the parrys over
00:14:31.500at the gymnasium every day and you got remedial pt until you were in shape and able to pass
00:14:35.900the uh you know the requirements that you know you had to do and it was just the fact of life
00:14:41.200we all lived with yeah so was there was there tampons in the male's bathroom when you were in
00:14:46.540in service guys yes yeah yeah no i got i got out in 2019 this was pre-covid pre-tampons
00:14:56.680but it's like it's like eddie said there was always that thing that if you couldn't make any
00:15:01.780kind of physical um if you had issues passing the physical tests you could go to your chain of
00:15:07.220command and say hey i need a little extra help and no one no one cared i mean a lot of people
00:15:11.500that especially women after they had children and stuff like that you know they'd say hey i want to
00:15:15.140get back into shape and this there's the system in place the there's the gym services there are
00:15:21.220personal trainers on base they will take you they will give you time to get remedial pt to get up
00:15:26.580back up to shape and it was a service that was offered and it was good for mental health it was
00:15:31.140good for physical health and it it showed you know your willingness to um you know advance and
00:15:36.720everything like that be able to meet the minimum requirements so and you know mike it's not even a
00:15:42.380physical thing like like i like i said as someone that's been a fitness professional you you would
00:15:47.800know too you know how mentally and emotionally it makes you stronger and tougher too if you're
00:15:53.220exercising constantly especially if you're like lifting weights and doing stuff like that you
00:15:57.080know it brings an air of confidence with it as well um so i think i i think physical fitness is
00:16:02.320more important than even for just the physical aspect and being being able to do exercises and
00:16:07.320run drills it's also you know the mental toughness that comes and and the focus that comes with it
00:16:13.140too that's so true i mean you need to know what your physical limits are when you're a soldier
00:16:17.960you know you your body is your weapon really in a sense right because it is you don't want it
00:16:25.520breaking down and letting you down when it really matters and that's that's why you train so hard
00:16:30.520physically you know the the person that was in the picture that you know we happen to um put up
00:16:39.280online i'm sure she's a very nice person and we're not trying to shame her but we're looking at the
00:16:45.820forces as a whole and if this is an example of where we're going this is bad she needs to take
00:16:51.140some responsibility for you know her own health and for own fitness and do something about it
00:16:56.980because you're a leader you you hold a commission you're a major you need to set an example for your
00:17:02.180troops and she's not really setting a great example and it's nothing against her as a person
00:17:08.660absolutely and you know we're not trying to body shame people that's not that's not why you know
00:17:14.980this post was put up it's it's really an overview of what the forces has become how we've let it
00:17:22.020deteriorate and how our physical standards really don't seem to matter anymore we need to get back
00:17:27.860to be a warrior class in our country but i'm sure i'm sure pete hagseth who everybody's trashing on
00:17:34.180because of you know the post that he did with the canada flag and saying this is real probably just
00:17:40.180to say that it's not ai i'll bet you if this person took some you know remedial fitness and
00:17:45.940did something about her fitness level he'd be the first to come out and say good on you well done
00:17:52.740great job yeah exactly well i found this from uh this is uh 2024 uh cancellation of mandatory
00:18:03.060force evaluations for class b codes member so what they're saying here is effective immediately
00:18:07.860this was in 2024 uh the directive at reference is rescinded this removes the mandatory requirement
00:18:15.060for cadet organizations administration and training service members to complete the force
00:18:20.420evaluation uh coats members are reminded to continue to maintain a healthy and active
00:18:25.860lifestyle as a positive positive example to the youth in the cadet program which is of course
00:18:30.660what it's all about this is about you know they're there to to mold our youth um in the cadet program
00:18:35.940and as members of the caf so i mean they're they've they're dropping
00:18:42.420these requirements and as i was saying at the beginning of the show
00:18:48.980for saving your life one day you might be responsible for saving their life one day
00:18:53.780like how are you supposed to take a body like that out of a burning building or out of a
00:18:59.780like a high stress uh you know under attack area if they're well it comes down to it comes down to
00:19:07.220the job i mean eddie will know myself that it was part of your job to stay in shape you would like
00:19:13.060especially myself i was at a i was at a first line unit so every day was pt in the morning and then
00:19:19.300like i'm staying very active and i was running you know half marathons and stuff like that but
00:19:23.780that was kind of my own thing but we had it was ingrained in you and you had to do it because
00:19:28.340when we were in the field it was go go go i was working 20 hours a day you know i'm just sleeping
00:19:33.460very little take a nap when i could and it was just you had to perform you had to keep going
00:19:38.500overseas was the same thing i was working seven days a week i didn't stop and i still had time
00:19:42.500to go to the gym yeah it was just well yeah like you said you have to be able to do it every day
00:19:50.820if you guys are on the battlefield and you have to you rely on the people beside you
00:19:56.180do you rely on somebody that is is fairly heavy like that to get you through a circumstance or
00:20:04.400a situation is it more make it more difficult you know and that's and then that puts people's
00:20:09.320lives in danger especially if you're on the battlefield is it not you're only as fast as
00:20:14.360your weakest link yeah and the unfortunate part is she's not deployable so um i know she's a cadet
00:20:21.060officer but she still holds commission as a major but if if we have other members like that and we
00:20:25.580do they're they're not they are not going to make it into a theater of a hostility they're just not
00:20:33.580going to make it i had a friend of mine kept in the rear with the gear you know yeah i had a friend
00:20:39.760of mine he was kicked out of the army because he developed like late stage diabetes and he wasn't
00:20:45.300in bad shape it was just a system it was like a system fluke that he had and it was he was deemed
00:20:51.000non-deployable and was eventually removed out of the forces and he wasn't overweight it was just
00:20:56.040it just developed yeah well i mean i'd like to be an airline pilot but that doesn't mean i should go
00:21:02.280get into a 747 and fly it across the country i mean you have to work within you know what what
00:21:07.560you're capable of doing well and you're seeing this in a lot of other professions as well you
00:21:12.040look at firefighters i'm sorry i i don't want someone tamara size to come and have to rip me
00:21:16.600out of a burning building i want someone like chris's size who's six foot four you know 240
00:21:22.200i want him to kick the door down and come and get me well i was power lifting i could have done it
00:21:31.000but here's their here's their duties i think this is the their duties uh the three core aims0.82
00:21:35.720uh in the canadian cadet program uh and this is what this this lady is doing is to develop
00:21:40.840leadership and citizenship and youth promote physical fitness among participants
00:21:45.880and stimulate interest in the activities of the canadian armed forces so this is actually physical
00:21:50.280fitness is one of um their job duties and what they're supposed to be uh you know molding our
00:21:56.760youth to do also yeah i mean you know you have to set an example i'm 51 years old now my physical
00:22:05.160strength when it comes to tying combines and sprayers down is probably good but i am i am
00:22:10.440not what I was 10 to 15 years ago. So for me to think, hey, maybe it's time that I joined the
00:22:16.220military right now, I wouldn't be able to cut it. And I know that. So I would never put myself in
00:22:21.020that position. Of course, I'm happy doing what I'm doing right now. But at some point, people need
00:22:26.420to understand that these are the people, the men and women that are going to save us if something
00:22:31.220happens. But I think we've become so entitled as Canadian citizens right now that we don't know
00:22:36.580what hardship is do we if russia or china decided hey we're going to invade canada right now seeing0.96
00:22:42.500as the us has made them weak on trade what would we do to defend that right now it's so true you
00:22:48.260know um i'm going back a long way to when i joined the military back to 1975 i i finished up in 2013
00:22:54.900so i saw a lot of changes in the canadian military and you know um canadian uh soldiers were extremely
00:23:05.060well respected by our fellow nato members we were even though we were such a small force
00:23:12.100we were very respected in our fields and um we pulled more than our weight we punched well above
00:23:19.620our weight and it's not the case anymore i don't think there's a few exceptions don't get me wrong
00:23:23.700but in general the overall 30 000 foot view of the forces is pretty bad in in that legacy that
00:23:31.780you guys continue on because you know that era you know through world war one world war two
00:23:37.140that was the class the canadians always punched higher eddie did you know that the year you
00:23:42.660started your military career was the year that i was born yeah sorry buddy i was i was three i was
00:23:51.940three years old but you look great i was born in 86 i was well into your career oh mike no kidding
00:24:01.300Oh, Mike's the baby here. Mike's the baby here.
00:24:05.100You know, I was fortunate enough that when I joined, we had World War II veterans still in the ranks along with Korean veterans.
00:24:12.420And I can tell you, they put us through our paces.0.90
00:24:15.240I mean, we were the new, I guess, the new can of flutter for them to, you know, put us to the test.
00:24:23.380And boy, did they ever. They worked us pretty hard.
00:24:29.000Those guys I had immense respect for, and it really set me on the course that carried me through my career to be a very fit, very well-switched non-soldier, not becoming what seems to be the norm in the forces now.
00:24:50.020to attest to that as a as a newer veteran as they would call us um like i got in in 08 and all of my
00:24:57.320instructors were the first round of afghan vets right so when they were teaching us they had
00:25:03.040already gone through the paces and they had already learned a lot and we were coming in there
00:25:07.620as kind of you know that the second wave if you could say you know almost third wave and these
00:25:12.820guys were already hardened these guys already knew their stuff so and they you know they were
00:25:16.520right off the hop they're like you need to do this you need to do that and we were learning1.00
00:25:20.620from these guys towards the end of my career all of the afghan vets had gotten out all the bosnian
00:25:26.020vets were out there was very few left and because there wasn't any major conflicts or deployment
00:25:31.180the newer ranks coming up didn't have any of those experiences or background a lot of the
00:25:36.400lessons learned were already going throughout the window everything we learned in afghanistan was
00:25:40.660basically getting all the books were getting torn up because they wanted to go back to a cold war
00:25:45.700style of fighting and um it was uh it was it was a different it turned into a different time
00:25:52.400and then when covid hit well i mean we saw what happened there yeah we had three phases of uh
00:25:58.700people exiting the military you know 2015 we had all the all the war veterans out uh then the dei
00:26:06.000came in and a lot of people left and then covid and mandates for you know the vaccines in 2020
00:26:11.820they were 2021 they were uh given the given the door so yeah and like drew said you know we had
00:26:20.180a conversation about this and he called it a purge and that's what i've called it now too
00:26:23.320because that's exactly what it was but it has happened in all of our institutions but it's so
00:26:28.340noticeable in in our military you know what i'm saying so yeah they purged them with code the
00:26:33.780pandemic then the vaccines and and so um these institutions now have no critical thinkers left
00:26:41.160they don't all they have is people that are going to do what they're told what the government tells
00:26:45.300them to do make sure they don't hurt anybody's feelings um because anybody that would push back
00:26:50.580normally against abuse of authority or abuse of power is gone yes yeah and you saw the dei stuff
00:26:59.120was kind of a kind of a big step and you slowly saw it coming in um any references of 2015 that
00:27:06.140was the first big kind of push that was when um the uh gba plus stuff kind of started coming in
00:27:13.180where we would have to you know every week we would have to have these meetings talking about
00:27:17.260like sexual harassment stuff and and what not to do i mean at first it was okay take the girl with
00:27:22.620your you know on the like the girl in the bikini with your motorcycle off of you know your locker
00:27:27.580door and we were like okay or the wallpaper on your computer and then eventually it started
00:27:31.580going further and further and further and then from there they started going more into dei and
00:27:35.900then they went into critical race theory then they went into those kind of politics and eventually
00:27:40.540now like i said we have tampons in the men's room and now dei is fully immersed into the military
00:27:47.900when it comes for promotions it used to be the merit system and the best would get promoted
00:27:52.140based on your performance your leadership abilities and now it's how many boxes do you tick
00:27:57.740so true how do we end up how do we how do we fix this
00:28:04.300then this is how you end up with uh situations like this now i'm gonna try and bring up this
00:28:08.860article i just have to share my screen here guys uh this was reported um by juno news
00:28:19.580a few months ago now i'll take this down sorry sorry tash is not here you guys so you just have
00:28:24.380to bear with me because i don't know what i'm doing so this story broke in april actually of
00:28:31.260this year um exclusive caf training platoon with 83 non-citizens you guys yeah not not new canadians
00:28:40.540non-citizens descended into ethnic infighting a lack of respect for women peers and abysmal
00:28:48.620graduation rates the confidential canadian forces leadership and recruit school has revealed a
00:28:53.580complete breakdown and basic officer training ah these guys are being trained to be officers
00:28:58.220yeah following a surge in a permanent resident enrollment one french language platoon which has
00:29:04.140over 80 percent non-citizens was reportedly wracked by an inability to communicate fluently
00:29:10.140which you think you might need if you're in a in a war zone a lack of respect towards female
00:29:15.500CAF members and infighting between Cameroonian and Cote d'Ivoire candidates yeah thank you
00:29:24.540uh the Quebec platoon saw fewer than one in two recruits graduate while allegations of racial
00:29:30.300discrimination were made in multiple directions from candidates against staff and between candidates
00:29:35.020of opposing ethnic blocs themselves etc etc so what that tells me is these guys were getting
00:29:40.940in trouble and instead of actually taking responsibility and fixing it they just started
00:29:44.540calling everybody a racist because that's what we do in canada these days well that that's what
00:29:49.740they did you know when they wouldn't take orders from somebody that was younger from them or
00:29:53.100whatever the reason they would claim racism so um yeah that's the state of where we are
00:29:59.260just think about it you know we're importing in my opinion just my opinion um a mercenary army
00:30:04.700and uh i think that that's a real dangerous uh you know thing for us to even be considering
00:30:10.860i'll uh i'll chime in what eddie just said yeah i agree it is it is a mercenary army now that
00:30:16.640they're looking at predominantly bringing in people from military experience from other countries
00:30:20.640now it wasn't unheard of every now and then you had an immigrant that came here that had
00:30:24.620previously served in in a different country we actually have like a transfer program with other
00:30:29.960countries like new zealand and australia and england that they can just come over and then
00:30:34.600yeah yeah but those are commonwealth countries right yeah right but these were these are you
00:30:39.540know i you start to talk about countries like india start talking about countries like china
00:30:42.740you start talking about countries certain middle eastern countries you know not the most friendliest
00:30:46.620countries you know former soviet block countries they're going to come in here and then like i
00:30:51.620said intentions are always questionable at that point furthermore um this just has a the problem
00:30:58.380i mean this is just shows a lack of being able to recruit people even towards the end of my career
00:31:03.800when i was on my leadership course one of the guys on my course was uh he was a recruiter
00:31:07.920um he would do uh like i said he was he was in toronto area i think he was in oshawa and he
00:31:12.980would do recruiting and i didn't realize that there was like a gender and racial quota system
00:31:18.420what wow yep that's frightening yeah if you uh it used to be like an eddie's generation even at
00:31:29.340the beginning i mean when i got in it was halfway through the war they would take anybody but in
00:31:33.940any like predominantly the people that used to join the military was a lot of white rural you
00:31:38.580know kids that wanted to get off the farm or get out of small towns and wanted to do something
00:31:42.100different and and that was the bulk of it even when i went through a lot of guys were all small
00:31:46.660town guys um now they wanted more diversity people for different kinds of backgrounds like i said
00:31:54.020take all the diversity boxes informed consent uh is back yeah yeah exactly chris was just asking
00:32:01.860this before i brought up that um that that uh article uh back to how do we change this stop0.99
00:32:09.460this pointing it out isn't changing tamara just freezes up every now and then she comes back so
00:32:19.620then i'm supposed to fill it yeah there she's back now the internet it's okay we're good freeze up a
00:32:27.780a little bit and then come back so no i i agree how do you fix this problem in this country i
00:32:33.200think one of the things that i've struggled with the most in the last week i i want to say it was
00:32:38.400glenn beck's podcast a couple days ago when i watched all these people were sending me links
00:32:42.900for glenn back and normally i listen to glenn um but i didn't listen to this one i kept kind of my
00:32:47.280phone would ring or that and then i realized that glenn beck was talking about us tamara you and i
00:32:52.540and the fact that the canada is trying to recruit uh woke professors from the united states right
00:32:58.960now to come to canada and and glenn took advantage of that i don't know eddie or mike did you see
00:33:04.680glenn beck's podcast on that no he made some good points and what he said was here we'll gather up
00:33:11.560all the woke professors and i want an exchange a prisoner exchange i want to meet on the bridge
00:33:16.700the rainbow bridge and i want to uh exchange prisoners and i want chris parver and tamara
00:33:21.140leach and i want them in exchange for all these woke professors in the states right now
00:33:24.400and and it made me think afterwards i'm like the united states right now is referring to canada
00:33:29.400as almost a communist state where we have to meet on a bridge to exchange prisoners tamara and i
00:33:34.740political prisoners we've been that way for the last four years and we have canada going further
00:33:40.000down the rabbit hole right now wanting to import more woke professors to teach our children and
00:33:45.320our youth about wokeism in this country if that doesn't wake a few people up in this country to
00:33:52.080the direction of of where we're going right now it is scary and it was it the more i've thought
00:33:57.180about it the last couple days and the more i let it sink in it's scary that this is how people are
00:34:02.800looking at our country right now we are we are almost a communist state we're very close yeah
00:34:09.040i saw somebody uh reply to something on x the other day and it was like the
00:34:15.600it was just a comment like well the last time i checked canada was a democracy i'm like when's
00:34:19.760the last time you checked the 1980s you cannot look me in the eye and tell me that we live in
00:34:25.920a free and democratic society right now i mean especially us i'm locked in my basement
00:34:31.200pardon my language i think that's the first time i ever said the f word on my show uh anyways you
00:34:36.080know what i mean and for what and you know i think and i've talked with drew about this extensively
00:34:41.440and other veterans too like i think a lot of what's happening in the military especially with
00:34:46.880the um you know taking non-non-citizens it has to do with the freedom convoy because i know and we
00:34:53.280know for a fact that the the the government and probably the rcmp reached out to the military
00:34:58.880requesting that they come to ottawa and uh lay their boots to us essentially and they were told
00:35:04.480to take a flying leap on a rolling donut as my dad would say um so kudos to those guys that
00:35:10.480refused to come however that said we do know that they were still conducting psychological
00:35:15.280operations on canadians during uh the pandemic and not only that flying a spy plane over ottawa
00:35:21.760collecting data illegally without a warrant um during the freedom convoy and so i think a large
00:35:27.440part of some of the stuff that we're seeing in the military today is a direct result of the freedom
00:35:32.240convoy because they want they want a military or militia basically to just jump when they say jump
00:35:38.980and do whatever they're told to do and let's let you know somebody that's a non-citizen in the
00:35:43.460military is not going to think twice about shooting me or any other canadian citizen because they
00:35:48.740don't care they have no ties to the country they have no ties to the people if you go back to 2024
00:35:54.760when bill blair stood up in parliament and they changed the mandate for the canadian forces you
00:36:00.400no longer have to declare an emergency to employ them as they see fit as police so they can be
00:36:06.220augmented into whatever role they want them to without declaring an emergency that's that's very
00:36:12.380troubling so here's a little bit of inside news i had a friend of mine reach out to me during the
00:36:17.060convoy with the protest was happening in coots and the guy does recovery work for the army and
00:36:23.800he messaged me and he was straight up he's like man i've um i've gotten i've got notifications
00:36:30.480right now that uh they want they're looking to try to use the records to try to clear the protest
00:36:34.900he's like i'm telling you dead honest he's like if they try to do that he's like i'll immobilize
00:36:39.640every vehicle we have wow yeah yeah and it was true yeah they they fought and fought to try and
00:36:46.040find any tow truck company in ontario even tried companies in uh in in michigan apparently to come
00:36:52.120up to be the tow truck companies to tow the trucks of the freedom public this government
00:36:56.060will stop at nothing to crush independent speech or critical thinking it seems like and if you look
00:37:02.740back to you know the trucker convoy and as we all know all the legislation that's been implemented
00:37:09.700since then is really as a result of the convoy yes all of the surveillance all of the you know
00:37:17.200all of the uh you know the online um monitoring the the way they can search your phones they
00:37:24.400you know keep all your records it's all a result of of that and never let a good crisis go to waste
00:37:30.340there eddie exactly and i've said this many times i've said this to you eddie in the past i'll say
00:37:36.980this to you right now mike one of the proudest moments that i have from freedom convoy was
00:37:42.080walking out of that door and seeing so many veterans and service members that were standing
00:37:46.280with us in ottawa people that didn't have trucks they didn't have horns they were canadian citizens
00:37:51.560fighting for their freedom against the an overreaching government you know going out of
00:37:55.880the war monument that morning when they took the fence down yes hard to do that and help those boys
00:38:01.720with the gates without having tears in your eyes knowing that you were doing something for for the
00:38:06.840good yeah yeah it was that was quite a moment really you know it was it's funny every time i
00:38:12.600see pictures of that. They show Tom Quiggan and myself with a big chunk of fence taken to death.
00:38:21.560It was a special moment. You think about it. The statue is an example of everyone that fought
00:38:29.400for our freedom and you put a fence around it. That tells you everything you need to know.
00:38:36.040100% the symbolism of that alone. But like Chris said, I mean, that was one of the most epic
00:38:41.160moment one of the most proudest moments was watching you guys take that down and and stack
00:38:45.960it so nicely and neatly like you didn't leave a mess you disassembled it walked it over marched
00:38:51.320it over plopped it down you know um and that's exactly what should have happened you know well
00:38:57.640the cbc said that we were desecrating it and that we we literally tore down the fences and destroyed
00:39:04.120it at the mine yeah of course and it was what it was about what 15 minutes after we took the fence
00:39:09.800down when when all the gestapo marched in and their bright orange or bright yellow uniforms you
00:39:15.140know they were going to just ready to fight and what did the veterans do who were standing there
00:39:18.860started chanting stan with us yeah they they they they left they they knew they weren't going to win
00:39:25.040that one you know they did turn down and leave yeah they did yeah it was amazing well because
00:39:31.560they weren't they knew they were screwed like they can't there's only so far that they can push you
00:39:37.020are so far that they could push you where the public there wouldn't be facing a lot of backlash
00:39:41.380because you know most Canadians you know like Chris and I you know well appreciate our veterans
00:39:47.840I mean we talked at length on the way to Ottawa you know and and even before we left like if we
00:39:52.340are take bringing in these donations for the Freedom Convoy and we have this extra you know
00:39:57.300we have to we all agreed we wanted to give it to a a veterans organization and you know as we
00:40:03.820watched even those donations come in and go i mean we were at 10 million uh before the go fund
00:40:08.780me got shut down and chris and i talked a lot about man you know that's that's millions of
00:40:13.700dollars that we could use to give to uh to a credible veterans organization or perhaps put
00:40:20.640it aside and start a foundation for this was chris's idea for the children of veterans um to
00:40:26.060go to school or whatever you know i mean it was just a lot of talk but still one of the one of
00:40:30.560the things that we were most excited that we were going to be able to do with whatever was left over
00:40:34.380from the GoFundMe was to use that to go towards the veterans. Well, as a result of what's been
00:40:44.280happening in the country, so many people, you know, need assistance. They need help because,
00:40:49.760you know, the, as you, as you well know, you're the prime example of lawfare and, you know, the,
00:40:57.340the systematic destruction of your life your livelihood and they want to stop at nothing
00:41:06.200and we need to band together to help people like yourself and others that experience this we can't
00:41:11.560let this happen to anyone else we just can't that's right with all the and i mean our veterans
00:41:17.900too are they're just not getting the care that they need you know and and i i i saw a comment
00:41:22.520a veteran actually replied to a comment on twitter yesterday and i reached out to him because i wanted
00:41:27.140to hear his story you know he's been trying to get benefits for his back for six years he can't
00:41:34.380get a job because if he makes more than a such so so much money uh they're going to claw back his
00:41:40.040his uh veterans right i mean he's he's in a completely horrible horrible position uh and
00:41:47.160and they're just getting forgotten and you know you know we're in we're in a position now where
00:41:52.000that's what they want they just want you guys to shut up and go away um because you represent pride
00:41:56.840you represent hope you represent strength and you represent resilience all of the things that
00:42:03.260this liberal government and the elbows up crowd hate the most we're the last one and that's really
00:42:08.600you know yeah we really are exactly exactly and that's why so many vets went to the convoy too
00:42:14.840like i mean i remember chris deering saying you know here's a man that almost died in afghanistan
00:42:19.880and he went there because he felt i believe he his testimony was that he knew that you know we
00:42:26.440were just a bunch of civilians that were down there and that we had no idea what was coming
00:42:31.480we none of us had any experience dealing with what he thought was going to come and he was
00:42:36.120absolutely right and then even after telling the police listen he was on the front lines i was
00:42:41.600already in jail he was down there on the front lines with you guys talked to a police officer
00:42:46.480said if you're going to arrest me i'm not going to i'm not going to resist i have all of these
00:42:52.140different injuries including traumatic brain injuries um head trauma um and they beat the0.96
00:42:58.700out of him anyways yeah they took him first yes all the ass was don't hurt me i won't resist and0.98
00:43:05.660he was really the first guy they grabbed and just kicked the living hell out of him he was wearing0.98
00:43:12.060his medals he was wearing his medals and they beat the out of him on the war monument grounds
00:43:17.260and he lost the medals and has lost them forever now because of law enforcement yeah
00:43:24.860the gestapo in this country right now i don't know when i start thinking i'm glad i was in jail
00:43:29.500at that time i'm thankful i was in jail so i didn't have to witness law enforcement acting like
00:43:35.0201930s german officers because that's exactly what they were in this country in february of 2022.
00:43:41.260yeah i agree but you know they were primed back wherever they came from how we were you know
00:43:49.960insurrectionists we were violent extremists so they were being pumped and given information
00:43:56.120so that when they let them loose you know that's that's what they were educated to believe yeah
00:44:03.100and i'm not trying to condone their behavior but you know when you look at the leadership
00:44:08.360perpetrating such a lie on their rank and file
00:44:13.140and then perpetrating it on all of us.
00:58:29.680We're all, everyone in here is going to jail.
00:58:31.100If they go down through all of our social media history, like, not that I, I mean, I think I'm pretty mild compared to some of you guys, what you guys post.
00:58:39.500But, I mean, we'll see you in the gulags, boys.
