00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.680 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.360 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.

00:00:49.540 Christ is king.

00:00:50.580 It's all coming down to a coin flip.

00:00:52.300 Who will be standing where one week from tonight during the Trump-Biden debate?

00:00:56.420 Biden won the coin toss, which meant he got to choose either where he was standing or who went last.

00:01:02.280 He chose to be on the right side of your screen, just as in the last two debates with Donald Trump.

00:01:07.440 And Trump, in his reality TV fashion, has decided he would like to get the final word of the night.

00:01:13.160 The judge overseeing a classified documents case will hear arguments about whether or not Special Counsel Jack Smith should be removed from the prosecution.

00:01:21.260 The former president claims Smith was unlawfully appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland.

00:01:26.680 Saudi Arabia has decided to terminate its 50-year-old petrodollar agreement with the United States.

00:01:32.240 Two decades ago, the 9-11 Commission found that al-Qaeda acted alone.

00:01:36.960 But victims' families say that is not true.

00:01:39.880 Pointing to this video and other evidence is proof.

00:01:42.760 They are suing Saudi Arabia, claiming its government provided crucial assistance to the hijackers.

00:01:47.880 This is one of the reasons that people have these sort of thinking, this sort of thinking.

00:01:51.620 Here's the three cable networks reporting of this.

00:01:55.080 Our banner said, soon Biden announces legal protections for undocumented spouses.

00:02:00.120 Your citizen's CNN's banner said, Biden announces new protections for some undocumented spouses.

00:02:04.760 Here was Fox's banner.

00:02:06.060 Migrant arrested for raping 13-year-old New York City. 0.97

00:02:08.460 Yes.

00:02:09.040 Brutal abduction and murder of a 12-year-old Texas girl whose body was found dumped in a bayou.

00:02:13.820 Police arrested 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Pina Ramos,

00:02:20.920 both illegal migrants from Venezuela.

00:02:24.260 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live from Washington, D.C.

00:02:30.020 Today is June 21st, 2024.

00:02:34.220 Anno Domini.

00:02:36.240 Folks, let me tell you something about America first.

00:02:39.800 America first, America first, because the theme of today's show is going to be America first versus the world.

00:02:47.140 And there have been these comments going around that President Trump made on the All In podcast regarding,

00:02:53.280 do we want to allow more foreign workers and everyone who goes to college here should get a green card stapled on the back of their diploma?

00:03:03.480 Honestly, got to say, I disagree with that policy.

00:03:07.120 I think the policy that we need needs to be America first.

00:03:12.160 And when I say America first, I mean Americans first. 0.94

00:03:17.260 I mean that the elected representatives of this country do not have a duty to foreigners. 0.98

00:03:23.000 You have a duty to the men, the women, and the children of this nation first.

00:03:28.700 Let me tell you something.

00:03:29.500 You want to talk about the workers' jobs.

00:03:32.480 You want to talk about wages.

00:03:33.900 These high levels of immigration that we have been experiencing have saturated the job market. 1.00

00:03:39.200 They've led to increased competition for jobs, downward pressure on wages, particularly in low-skilled occupations.

00:03:45.920 You restrict legal immigration, and the government then ensures that American workers have better access to job opportunities and college opportunities 0.75

00:03:54.460 because you're not undercut by the oversupply of labor.

00:03:57.760 By the way, this also mitigates the unemployment rates and protects high-skilled employment for those sectors.

00:04:05.280 When you talk about big tech, they say the tech sector, why shouldn't Americans be the first in line for those jobs?

00:04:11.740 You're going to tell some kid in Sandusky, Ohio?

00:04:14.360 You're going to tell some kid in Terre Haute in South End, Indiana, that, oh, I'm sorry, but some foreigners got your slot because they filled some kind of diversity quota?

00:04:22.980 No, absolutely not.

00:04:25.360 Plus, the colleges to begin with are already centers of anti-American enemies.

00:04:31.880 The anti-American enemies, we call them unhumans in my new book, are totally in control of these campuses.

00:04:38.780 So you're bringing in non-Americans to these facilities that then become immigration centers for the entire third world. 1.00

00:04:48.440 They become immigration centers for all of these countries that none of our people get a chance to because they get the front row seat, 0.95

00:04:56.520 they get put in the front of the bus, and the American people get to sit there and watch

00:05:01.260 as a slot that they could have won through their own merit is taken away from them.

00:05:07.180 They're training their own replacements.

00:05:10.400 You're being replaced in the workforce.

00:05:13.080 You're being replaced in the college, high-end college, Ivy League, and then eventually those votes will go to the Democrats as well.

00:05:22.440 We want to stop this, and we are going to stop this.

00:05:25.500 If you want, by the way, successful immigration, if you want the preservation, by the way, of social services,

00:05:31.660 I'm sorry.

00:05:32.460 I'm sorry, all right?

00:05:33.520 You cannot have a welfare state and open borders.

00:05:36.500 It doesn't work.

00:05:37.900 It will never work.

00:05:39.560 Not to mention, by the way, the national security issues that we've started to see

00:05:43.640 because you're not vetting the people that come into this country.

00:05:46.180 You're not vetting them at all.

00:05:47.560 You don't know who the communists are.

00:05:49.340 You don't know who the Hamas supporters are.

00:05:51.740 You don't know who the Islamists are.

00:05:53.260 You're letting them in to fulfill diversity quotas, and we're against it. 1.00

00:05:56.780 We're going to stop it because from now on, it's America first. 0.57

00:06:01.420 America first.

00:06:08.260 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events

00:06:35.860 Jack Prasovic.

00:06:37.340 Where's Jack?

00:06:38.320 Jack.

00:06:39.320 He's done a great job.

00:06:43.340 All right, Jack Prasovic back live, Human Events Daily.

00:08:03.480 Or call PatriotMobile.com slash POSO.

00:08:07.060 All right, guys, and let me know, folks, I know we were connecting with our next guest.

00:08:13.320 Are we able, are we connected, guys, with our guest?

00:08:17.920 Okay, so we're working on, we've got a very special guest for you guys coming up next.

00:08:22.460 And I want to explain what's really going on here, what some of the deep-seated issues

00:08:28.820 are because when we talk about where we are as a country, we understand that President Trump

00:08:35.120 only ever had a lane to come in through populism because the American people realized that they

00:08:42.240 had been getting a raw deal from their government.

00:08:44.980 Look, go spend some time in the Rust Belt.

00:08:47.600 I mean that.

00:08:48.340 I really mean that.

00:08:49.460 There's a reason that it's called the Rust Belt, by the way.

00:08:53.100 Those parts of the rusted out post-industrial northeast, those parts of western Pennsylvania,

00:08:59.680 we're talking about Ohio, I'm talking about Michigan, I'm talking about Wisconsin, even

00:09:04.380 a ton of Iowa as well.

00:09:07.960 There's a reason that all of that was done, and that reason was a choice.

00:09:12.600 That reason was a choice made by the American government and American multinational, or American

00:09:18.120 multinational corporations, that they were not going to be American corporations anymore

00:09:24.300 because they became international corporations.

00:09:28.960 And the leadership class, the elite class, the cosmopolitan class of these corporations

00:09:34.580 no longer became rooted, no longer became rooted in their country.

00:09:41.920 It made them rootless.

00:09:44.000 It made them these international cosmopolitans.

00:09:47.860 And so when you have a ruling elite that is totally separated from people, totally separated

00:09:52.780 from places, totally separated from the pain that their decisions cause on these areas.

00:10:01.180 Sanford, Maine, by the way, another great example of this, where you've got these incredible

00:10:05.920 cities, these incredible towns, and I just mentioned a bunch of them, but they've been completely

00:10:10.600 gutted by policy, again, by policy, because what did we do?

00:10:14.860 We decided that we would let the slave labor of China become the manufacturers of the world, 1.00

00:10:20.400 that we weren't going to build things anymore.

00:10:22.320 By the way, the Europeans are looking at the Ukraine war right now.

00:10:25.980 So go look at Mario Draghi.

00:10:27.840 And I read he's got the new proposal out, the head of the Central Bank of Europe.

00:10:31.360 And Mario Draghi, the former prime minister of Italy, is starting to realize this.

00:10:35.740 He's saying, wait a minute, guys, if the United States can't manufacture the industrial output

00:10:40.820 that we need for a war with Russia, and China is going to side with Russia, then we need 0.93

00:10:46.020 to rebuild our manufacturing sector.

00:10:48.520 Now, of course, they realized this way too late because North Stream 2 has already been

00:10:51.740 destroyed.

00:10:53.060 Their manufacturing sector in pretty much every country outside of Germany has been gutted,

00:10:57.500 the German manufacturing sector.

00:10:59.220 And everybody knows, of course, the cars, the watches, Lufthansa, the airline, all of

00:11:06.100 the great engineering that comes out of Germany is also being gutted because what's the major

00:11:11.140 input that you need for all those things is gas, is your energy input, and that is going

00:11:17.480 to affect the rest of it.

00:11:19.600 So all of a sudden, you become uncompetitive.

00:11:22.500 Your entire market is destroyed.

00:11:24.700 Now you can't operate as a country anymore.

00:11:27.000 Self-sufficiently, you become dependent on the international order.

00:11:31.680 And so when you hear, by the way, these connections of the rules-based order, or when you hear people

00:11:37.120 like Lindsey Graham talking about the mineral wealth of Ukraine is what the entire war is

00:11:41.900 about, that's exactly what he's telling you.

00:11:44.000 He's actually telling you the truth for the first time.

00:11:46.240 They don't care about the Ukrainian people.

00:11:47.860 They care about the energy.

00:11:49.720 They care about the natural gas and the oil fields and everything that's out there.

00:11:54.580 Look, say what you want, but the left talks about the war for oil.

00:11:57.100 What we say here on Human Events Daily is,

00:11:59.100 So the French have the phrase, right?

00:12:02.680 The great phrase, look for the woman. 0.93

00:12:04.840 But here in Human Events Daily, when it comes to international politics, we always say,

00:12:09.960 Cherchez Le Petrol, look for the gas, look for the energy.

00:12:14.160 And so to understand, so understanding the Trump phenomenon and understanding the situation that

00:12:18.920 we're in is so directly and intrinsically connected to the debate between President Trump

00:12:26.260 and Joe Biden and joining us now to give us perhaps a little preview of that debate is Caroline

00:12:33.040 Sunshine, the deputy communications director for the Trump campaign.

00:12:36.940 Caroline, do we have you?

00:12:39.380 Hello.

00:12:40.160 How are you?

00:12:41.020 It's great to technically see you, but it's great to be with you.

00:12:45.160 That's right.

00:12:45.860 That's all.

00:12:46.140 You could see me, I think.

00:12:47.540 So tell us, looking forward, all of America is talking about the debates.

00:12:53.100 How is the campaign looking forward to this debate?

00:12:57.300 What are some of the top issues that you are planning to bring up?

00:13:01.120 You know, obviously, don't you reveal your entire strategy here?

00:13:03.760 I'm sure somebody from the left, Media Matters, is always watching me.

00:13:07.600 But in terms of preparing for the debate, what are some of the big picture, universal vision

00:13:13.180 strategies that you're looking at?

00:13:16.520 Well, quite different from Joe Biden's preparation.

00:13:19.640 Joe Biden's hand must be real tired from signing all those mass amnesties.

00:13:23.420 So I guess that's why he had to retreat to Camp David for the next six days.

00:13:27.800 That is the exact opposite of how President Trump is preparing for this debate.

00:13:31.640 President Trump is going to prepare for the debate with the best preparation we think he

00:13:35.320 could get, which is just by being himself and keeping with his regular daily schedule

00:13:39.500 of talking to the American people and talking to the media, which, if you think about it,

00:13:43.280 is exactly what Joe Biden and President Trump are going to do on the debate stage.

00:13:47.740 They're going to speak to the American people and they're going to speak to the media, except

00:13:51.120 only one of those candidates is actually doing that this weekend and over the next few days.

00:13:56.060 Of course, President Trump is looking forward to being in Pennsylvania this weekend with

00:14:00.020 the great American patriots there.

00:14:02.000 But look, you know, I'll be shocked if Joe Biden can string together a sentence on the

00:14:07.900 debate stage, but that's not what the bar is here.

00:14:10.860 Let's be very clear. The bar here is that Joe Biden has to, for 90 minutes, defend and

00:14:17.040 explain his record to the American people. And he's got a lot to explain.

00:14:22.240 Joe Biden needs to explain to the American people why he is giving free flights and free

00:14:27.080 hotels to illegal immigrants instead of bringing Rachel Morin's killers to justice, instead of 0.56

00:14:32.120 helping Americans afford their own rent and mortgage payments. Joe Biden needs to explain to the

00:14:36.640 American people why he's allowing illegal immigrants to get access to Medicare and Social Security 0.81

00:14:41.280 rather than protecting our seniors. Joe Biden has plenty to explain for 90 minutes.

00:14:46.360 Meanwhile, President Trump is going to do what he does, like I said, every day, right?

00:14:51.180 President Trump has an exceptional record of bringing peace deals to the Middle East, giving

00:14:56.780 us the most secure border in U.S. history, bringing us an economy where the American dream actually

00:15:02.160 still felt attainable to Americans. So it's a tale of two presidencies. It's a tale of two records.

00:15:08.800 It's going to be very obvious. And, you know, we're going to be in hostile territory with CNN

00:15:13.860 hosting this debate. Joe Biden would never agree, you know, to a debate, for example, on your esteemed

00:15:18.900 network, right? We know we wouldn't. But President Trump is happy to debate any time, any place,

00:15:23.900 anywhere. And I actually think President Trump does best when he's in more hostile settings. So we are

00:15:28.960 really looking forward to this. And President Trump's looking forward to talking to the American

00:15:31.840 people. Now, let me ask you this, because obviously you mentioned as well about the not

00:15:38.520 only Joe Biden's stamina, but his ability to stay up there. How much, though, is competence

00:15:44.420 going to come up? Because I've heard a lot of people refer to Biden as Jimmy Carter. Is that

00:15:51.300 a tack that you believe that the president will be taking at this debate? Well, I always say Joe

00:15:57.460 Biden somehow manages to make Jimmy Carter look like a lightweight, right? I don't think

00:16:01.760 it matters what version of Joe Biden shows up on the debate stage. I still think we should

00:16:06.300 have a drug test beforehand. But no matter what version of Joe Biden shows up, the great

00:16:11.140 thing about President Trump is he, and I know you know this, President Trump is himself, no

00:16:15.760 matter where he is, right? And that's, we don't really care which version of Joe Biden shows

00:16:22.020 up, whether it's the cheap fake version or, I just still laugh at that. Whatever version of

00:16:27.220 Joe Biden shows up, his record is the same. He's going to have to explain to the American people

00:16:30.900 again why their dollar is worth 20 percent less today, why a Big Mac costs $7.49, why

00:16:36.900 gas is $5 a gallon, why he would rather go after mothers, use counterterrorism resources

00:16:42.680 to go after mothers of school-aged children criticizing their school boards, exercising

00:16:47.100 their First Amendment rights, rather than protecting mothers like Rachel Morin, again, a mother of

00:16:52.280 five, who now leaves behind five young children, who was allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant

00:16:58.440 from El Salvador, who should have never been here because of Joe Biden. So he'll have plenty, 0.88

00:17:03.440 he'll have his hands full.

00:17:05.440 Look, these are the horrific realities that unfortunately our people are going to have to live through,

00:17:11.440 and do have to live through, on a daily basis, when another one, remember we're supposed to call

00:17:17.440 them the newcomers. So, alright, Biden's newcomers, another one of Biden's newcomers has taken out one

00:17:23.440 of our citizens, another one of Biden's newcomers, and unfortunately, it seems to be that the ones that

00:17:29.440 really get targeted the most here are women, women and young girls, like this 12-year-old that we saw,

00:17:35.440 ghastly, horrific story out in Texas, her body thrown in a bayou, and I don't understand how the Biden campaign plans.

00:17:45.440 I mean, they're talking about these mock debates they're holding. Well, I'm not really sure how it is

00:17:51.440 they're going to come up with a response to this. We're coming up on a quick break, but because we got you

00:17:55.440 in the middle, are we able to hold you over? Can you hold on for a little bit?

00:17:57.440 Yes, let's see. We love your audience. We love talking.

00:18:00.440 Alright, we're holding on. We're holding on. We're holding on. We are not letting go.

00:18:04.440 Trump campaign official, Caroline Sunshine, joining us here at Human Events Daily, the debate prep show.

00:18:10.440 We'll be right back.

00:18:16.440 I rolled with bloods, and them boys had a saying.

00:18:20.440 You can't be listening to all that slappy, whack, trimatazol, it's a-bam-ship, nippy-bam-bam, 0.91

00:18:26.440 like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:18:29.440 Alright, Jack Posobiec back here live, Human Events Daily.

00:18:32.440 We are on with Caroline Sunshine, the deputy communications director for the Trump campaign.

00:18:37.440 Caroline, you were telling us a little bit more about the debate.

00:18:39.440 What is the strategy to combat Joe Biden when he claims that the economy has gotten better under him,

00:18:45.440 and he's got all these very ridiculous facts and figures from the Bureau of Labor Standards?

00:18:51.440 Is the strategy simply to, you know, kind of challenge those figures, or is the strategy really to call out the fact that the last four years have put economic pain on the American people?

00:19:03.440 I think we'll just call it a cheap fake.

00:19:05.440 What do you think?

00:19:06.440 No, I'm kidding.

00:19:07.440 I won't get ahead of-

00:19:09.440 Look, by the way, by the way, this was the thing, alright, alright, because you brought it up, because you brought up cheap fake, I gotta say this,

00:19:15.440 my boy Grand Old Memes had this kind of idea yesterday, and he sent the meme up, and it just, it popped into my head to do this as well,

00:19:23.440 is that, is that the President, is that President Trump should actually call Joe Biden a cheap fake on the stage.

00:19:29.440 It's like, okay, cheap fake, okay, cheap fake, you know, and then just, I don't know, like, oh, and it's actually a great, you know, situation, because again, just like the term fake news, which was originally created by the mainstream media to refer to President Trump,

00:19:44.440 it just gives him a great opportunity to spin it back and throw it right in their faces. Oh, Joe, are there some more of those cheap fake numbers that you guys have been coming up with?

00:19:53.440 Well, it's exactly right, right, I mean, we're gonna have fake tapper and cheap fake on stage, you know, I mean, we, like I said, we, we can't wait.

00:20:02.440 Anyways, I don't want to get ahead of President Trump, and I won't get ahead of President Trump, but I would say good luck to Joe Biden in continuing to try and gaslight the American people into believing the reality that they live in every day.

00:20:17.440 President Trump is not going to let Joe Biden explain anything other to the American people than the facts.

00:20:25.440 And here are the facts.

00:20:26.440 A Big Mac in the United States today cost $7.49.

00:20:29.440 That's an 87.7% increase from just five years ago.

00:20:33.440 The average American family's dollar is worth 20% less today.

00:20:37.440 The average home in Michigan, the average household in places like Michigan and Pennsylvania, where by the way, President Trump continues to crush Joe Biden in battleground state polls, is costing the average American family an extra $980 a month, an extra $1,000 a month.

00:20:51.440 The credit card APR rate in the United States right now is 22%.

00:20:54.440 9% of those credit card bills are ending in delinquencies.

00:20:58.440 This is Joe Biden's record.

00:20:59.440 He's going to have to own it.

00:21:01.440 And again, this is where I think President Trump is exactly where he needs to be, is that it's really through President Trump that the American people kind of get a pair of glasses to see through media bias, to see through the corruption in their own government, right?

00:21:15.440 And, you know, you remember the last time President Trump did a town hall with CNN, Caitlin Collins tried to come after him, and he brought the receipts, right, as he always does.

00:21:22.440 So this is really where I think President Trump is at his best, is that he just really acts as sunlight being the best, the best disinfectant.

00:21:32.440 So the one question, and I've got a ton of people here in the comment section asking about this, and I addressed it earlier in the show, but I figured, you know, since you're here representing the campaign, definitely got to ask.

00:21:42.440 So people are spreading these comments that President Trump made on the All In podcast regarding colleges and degrees for foreign students and the ability to give a green card to foreign students.

00:21:54.440 And a lot of people pointing out that, you know, that's separate from what he has said about communists and Hamas supporters.

00:22:00.440 And I saw that Caroline Levitt had put in a comment regarding vetting after that.

00:22:05.440 What do you say to people who say this represents a policy shift for the campaign?

00:22:11.440 Was it intended as that?

00:22:12.440 Or is this something else?

00:22:13.440 Yeah, President Trump was talking about an idea.

00:22:16.440 You know, I think one of my favorite things about President Trump is he often lets things play out in real time.

00:22:22.440 I mean, he thinks out loud.

00:22:23.440 He really doesn't hide much from the American people.

00:22:26.440 He works through things.

00:22:27.440 He's always thinking about different ideas.

00:22:29.440 I remember, actually, I had the honor of serving in President Trump's White House.

00:22:32.440 And I remember one of my favorite days was when he was sitting down to negotiate with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.

00:22:38.440 And he brought the press corps in so that the American people could see how these negotiations were happening in real time.

00:22:44.440 And I remember when Nancy Pelosi said, OK, that's enough.

00:22:47.440 Let's get the cameras out of here. 0.95

00:22:48.440 And President Trump said, no, no, leave him in.

00:22:50.440 Like, this is, you know, I mean, we have a government that's of, for, and by the people.

00:22:54.440 And I think something that's so refreshing about President Trump and that our base and our voters love about him, too, is that he just speaks his mind and he thinks through ideas.

00:23:03.440 So this was an idea he was thinking through.

00:23:05.440 It was a really interesting conversation on the podcast.

00:23:07.440 But I want to be clear about what President Trump's going to do on day one, because that's where his head is at.

00:23:13.440 President Trump's head and focus is on day one of his administration.

00:23:17.440 He was just in Wisconsin last week, this week, and he told that big, beautiful crowd in Wisconsin, beautiful crowd, by the way.

00:23:25.440 He said, I am going to restore the sovereign borders of the United States of America on day one, so help me God.

00:23:32.440 And on day one, President Trump is going to launch the largest criminal deportation in our country's history.

00:23:38.440 And he's going to do it with the help of our terrific men and women of local law enforcement.

00:23:43.440 And that's what has to be done, right?

00:23:45.440 I mean, we have, we've had under Joe Biden, 10 million illegal immigrants come across our southern border, 30 tons of fentanyl, 360 names on the terror watch list.

00:23:53.440 And beyond that, we have Joe Biden signing amnesty after amnesty, right?

00:23:57.440 Two days ago, Joe Biden signed an amnesty, allowing 1.1 million illegal immigrants to stay in our country, to gain access to things like Medicare and Social Security, to have, let's be honest, we know what's coming next, right?

00:24:10.440 The right, the right to vote, right?

00:24:12.440 We know that's what this is really about.

00:24:14.440 So President Trump is focused on making sure that we get these criminals out of our country.

00:24:20.440 And I think the mainstream media is going to be in for a shock when he actually does it, because there are very detailed plans and proposals on how he can actually get this done.

00:24:28.440 It's what he, that's what he's really focused on.

00:24:30.440 And beyond that, too, I would say also President Trump is focused on the victims of Joe Biden's migrant crime.

00:24:38.440 You know, I mean, yesterday, President Trump was fortunate to speak with Rachel Morin's family.

00:24:43.440 He spoke with her mother, Patty.

00:24:45.440 And I was really touched to hear Rachel Morin's mother share that President Trump's words brought her comfort.

00:24:51.440 I think anybody who knows grief, and I certainly wouldn't pretend to know the grief of losing a child, especially to an alleged illegal immigrant. 1.00

00:24:58.440 Should have never been in our country in the first place. 1.00

00:25:00.440 But I was really heartened to hear that President Trump's words brought her comfort.

00:25:03.440 I know President Trump to be a man of deep compassion.

00:25:06.440 I also know him to be a man of action.

00:25:08.440 And I know him to be a man of priorities.

00:25:10.440 And to be very clear, his focus is on day one in this country, getting all of these criminal illegal immigrants who should have never been here in the first place, who shouldn't be crossing the border 16 times, getting these sanctuary cities under control. 0.88

00:25:22.440 That's his focus.

00:25:23.440 That's his priority.

00:25:24.440 Well, I couldn't agree more.

00:25:25.440 And as you mentioned about sanctuary cities, he will be visiting a sanctuary city tomorrow afternoon, afternoon, evening.

00:25:32.440 I think it's a 7 p.m. rally there in.

00:25:35.440 And by the way, not a place where there's a ton of, you know, traditional Republican supporters, traditional Trump support.

00:25:41.440 1776 North Broad Street, the Leah Chorus Center, a building that I am intimately familiar with because they're at Temple University where he's going to be giving this speech in North Philadelphia.

00:25:54.440 That's actually where I went to school for four years.

00:25:57.440 About 20 years ago, I was the Temple University College Republican chairman.

00:26:02.440 That's kind of where I cut my teeth in all of this.

00:26:05.440 You know, we can't all be Disney stars like some people.

00:26:07.440 And sorry, that was cheap.

00:26:10.440 But of course, we do that.

00:26:11.440 But hey, you brought up the cheap fake.

00:26:13.440 Tony brought up the cheap fakes.

00:26:14.440 Excuse me.

00:26:15.440 Excuse me.

00:26:16.440 I'm a recovering college Republican, just like you're a recovering Disney star.

00:26:19.440 And I have to get you in touch with James McKeeper for that one.

00:26:24.440 And and, you know, the idea, though, that President Trump isn't afraid to go to these areas, these areas that have experienced the horrors of lawlessness and the horrors and the victims of crime.

00:26:36.440 Look, when I went to school there, it was look, North Korea was the way that it was. 0.91

00:26:41.440 But it wasn't you know, you could as long as you were on campus, you know, and generally you didn't go out at night.

00:26:46.440 It was OK.

00:26:47.440 You could you could be fine.

00:26:48.440 Now the criminals come on a campus. 0.98

00:26:50.440 They kill children. 0.98

00:26:51.440 They kill students. 0.74

00:26:52.440 They go after people who are in the dorms.

00:26:54.440 They go into people for off campus housing.

00:26:57.440 It has become a shooting gallery.

00:26:59.440 And I've even said to many people, I said, I do not go to Temple University.

00:27:04.440 And then, of course, President Trump comes back and calls me out on this and says, no, I'm going to hold a rally right there.

00:27:10.440 Walk me through the decision process.

00:27:13.440 Well, like I said, President Trump shows up any place, any time, anywhere.

00:27:18.440 And he means it because not only is he, you know, the leader of our party, but he also is going to be a president for for all Americans.

00:27:26.440 You know, I know you have an excellent grasp of history, too.

00:27:29.440 And so I was thinking about this.

00:27:31.440 President Trump's obviously going to Philadelphia, city of brotherly love, but also, right, the city where our country declared its independence from a tyrant overseas.

00:27:41.440 And it's very fitting to me because we're all living under a tyrant right now that doesn't feel that unsimilar from King George.

00:27:48.440 Of course, I'm talking about Joe Biden.

00:27:50.440 I mean, look at what Joe Biden's done, right?

00:27:52.440 He has weaponized the government against a political opponent and against the American people themselves.

00:27:56.440 He is putting citizens of foreign nations ahead of his own citizens. 0.92

00:28:00.440 And quite frankly, I'm sure if the founding fathers were alive today and saw the cost of a Big Mac, they'd be throwing more than tea into the harbor.

00:28:07.440 So I think it's just interesting and a really fitting juxtaposition.

00:28:11.440 You know, you mentioned crime.

00:28:12.440 I think I'm so glad that you're going to be there tomorrow and provide that color and provide.

00:28:16.440 I mean, I'm sure it will continue to resonate with with the people of Philadelphia.

00:28:20.440 And that's the thing, right?

00:28:21.440 This is the MAGA movement.

00:28:23.440 I think what's special about it, what's special about President Trump is the leader of this movement.

00:28:26.440 It's a it's a people first movement.

00:28:28.440 It's about restoring government to truly be of for and by the people.

00:28:34.440 And that's everything that Joe Biden's government isn't.

00:28:37.440 If you can even call it a government at this point.

00:28:39.440 Right.

00:28:40.440 I think a better word for it is probably probably regime.

00:28:42.440 But yes, you know, I think you're continuing to see President Trump show up to these places, whether it's the deep blue Bronx or Detroit or Philadelphia places traditional Republicans don't go because he's never been a traditional Republican.

00:28:56.440 And and it's why you're continuing to see him gain support from all these different groups where, you know, the headlines in the polls are showing, oh, African-American voters are abandoning Joe Biden.

00:29:06.440 Women are abandoning Joe Biden.

00:29:07.440 But it's really actually Joe Biden that has abandoned black voters.

00:29:10.440 It's Joe Biden who has abandoned women.

00:29:11.440 I'm glad you bring up crime, too, because this is something that I truly feel is not being covered.

00:29:16.440 And I know President Trump intends to continue to bring to light.

00:29:19.440 Like I said, he he was fortunate.

00:29:21.440 And I mean that President Trump feels fortunate that he was able to speak with Rachel Morton's family.

00:29:26.440 He feels like the fortunate one.

00:29:27.440 And he is.

00:29:28.440 But you cannot be open pro open border and pro women.

00:29:32.440 Right, Jack?

00:29:33.440 I mean, like the media always tells us like it's not anymore.

00:29:36.440 No.

00:29:37.440 I mean, you can't.

00:29:38.440 Right.

00:29:39.440 We have a war zone right here in our country.

00:29:40.440 Like you said, Philadelphia is a war zone.

00:29:41.440 Right.

00:29:42.440 And look at these crimes that are happening. 0.99

00:29:43.440 Look at these rapes and killings that are being committed by illegal immigrants. 1.00

00:29:44.440 These are violent, brutal crimes. 1.00

00:29:45.440 It is.

00:29:46.440 And they are disproportionately happening to women and children.

00:29:48.440 Joe Biden won't say there's two genders, just like he won't say Rachel Morin's name.

00:29:52.440 I mean, truly, you cannot be pro open border and pro women. 0.97

00:29:57.440 Right.

00:29:58.440 Right.

00:29:59.440 Right.

00:30:00.440 Right.

00:30:01.440 Right.

00:30:02.440 Right.

00:30:03.440 Right.

00:30:04.440 Right.

00:30:05.440 Right.

00:30:06.440 Right.

00:30:07.440 Right.

00:30:08.440 Right.

00:30:09.440 Right.

00:30:10.440 Right.

00:30:11.440 Right.

00:30:12.440 Right.

00:30:13.440 So let's get out for the first is to be pro open border and pro women and Joe Biden's

00:30:16.440 waging a war on women.

00:30:17.440 I mean, let's call it what it is.

00:30:18.440 Let's call it what it is.

00:30:19.440 Caroline Sunshine.

00:30:20.440 The Biden newcomer war on women. 1.00

00:30:21.440 Go give her a follow. 1.00

00:30:22.440 Caroline Sunshine on X.

00:30:23.440 Always pleased to have you here.

00:30:24.440 Thank you so much.

00:30:25.440 It's been an honor.

00:30:26.440 Thank you so much.

00:30:27.440 Hope to see you next time.

00:30:28.440 God bless you all.

00:30:29.440 I know.

00:32:04.540 All right, folks, Julie Kelly joins us next from Declassified.

00:32:08.860 Julie has been reporting significantly on the latest breaking mini trial that's going on

00:32:15.500 right now down in Miami, Florida, in the courtroom of Eileen Cannon, Judge Eileen Cannon,

00:32:20.360 regarding the appointment of Jack Smith as the special counsel.

00:32:24.220 Julie, give us the latest.

00:32:26.400 So, Jack, this is today the beginning of a series of hearings that Judge Cannon is holding,

00:32:32.020 and as I noted last month, basically turning the tables and Judge Cannon putting special

00:32:37.540 counsel Jack Smith and the DOJ on trial.

00:32:41.100 So today's hearing relates to a motion to dismiss the case based on the unlawful and unconstitutional

00:32:47.880 appointment of Jack Smith as special counsel, basically saying that because he was not appointed

00:32:55.160 by the president or approved by the Senate, which, as you know, every U.S. attorney, the

00:33:01.140 94, 95-plus, must go through that process.

00:33:04.560 He was not.

00:33:05.940 Furthermore, that his funding source was not approved by Congress.

00:33:10.100 But this is the matter that former Attorney General Edwin Meese has filed an amici brief

00:33:17.120 at the Supreme Court in the immunity question, but also filed it in this case as well.

00:33:22.800 So there will be, there is debate ongoing.

00:33:25.540 The hearing started at 10 o'clock this morning.

00:33:27.860 Limited reporting right now, unfortunately.

00:33:29.740 I couldn't be there.

00:33:30.520 We have a wedding here at home this weekend.

00:33:32.720 So limited reporting coming out of the proceedings today.

00:33:37.180 You should get some tonight.

00:33:38.840 But then Monday and Tuesday, and I will be there for those hearings, Jack.

00:33:42.800 Also, more motions to dismiss.

00:33:45.960 One, well, excuse me, one motion to prevent any jury from hearing, from seeing evidence

00:33:52.740 collected at the Mar-a-Lago raid based on the unlawfulness of that raid and the FBI agents

00:33:59.540 violating the terms of the warrant.

00:34:01.360 That's another Trump motion.

00:34:03.580 And then also Judge Cannon will hear Jack Smith's argument for another gag order against

00:34:08.220 the former president, this time prohibiting him from criticizing law enforcement involved

00:34:14.560 in that Mar-a-Lago raid in August of 2022.

00:34:18.260 And furthermore, any law enforcement, agent or official, who is involved in this investigation

00:34:23.100 whatsoever.

00:34:24.640 So this is what's happening in southern Florida over the next few days.

00:34:28.520 And so the potential here for Jack Smith's appointment.

00:34:35.240 So do you think that it's actually in the cards that Judge Cannon, I'll just come out

00:34:40.040 and say it, is it in the cards for Judge Cannon to actually rule that his appointment

00:34:43.680 was illegitimate?

00:34:44.380 I don't know.

00:34:46.860 I honestly would be surprised if she did.

00:34:49.600 She might say there are legitimate concerns here.

00:34:53.560 But quite frankly, this is something that Congress should have addressed.

00:34:56.960 So I don't even know if this is something that she would take up.

00:35:00.100 But again, while she is entertaining all of these defense motions, this is her way of letting 0.91

00:35:07.060 the American people know how dirty, corrupt, and sloppy this investigation has been from

00:35:13.920 the very beginning.

00:35:15.800 And so she's already held hearings.

00:35:17.820 I've been there for other motions to dismiss where the Jack Smith team has had to come back

00:35:23.340 and confess that they've mishandled evidence and possibly misplaced some evidence, alleged

00:35:29.240 documents taken during that raid.

00:35:31.560 So this is her way of vetting, of exposing this charade, this scam indictment, this sloppy,

00:35:39.840 really now we know dangerous, raid of Mar-a-Lago and the investigation afterwards.

00:35:45.980 Um, she, this is her way of letting the American people take a peek into what's been happening

00:35:52.080 in this case for almost two years.

00:35:55.400 Well, and I love, by the way, if you look at the Newsweek coverage, uh, things, things

00:36:00.000 saying that, oh, um, this is an unusual step.

00:36:03.640 It's very unusual that she looked at this.

00:36:05.960 I'm sorry.

00:36:06.500 It's unusual that there's a hearing on some of the motions and arguments that are made

00:36:10.160 in, in a case.

00:36:11.260 No, the whole thing is unusual.

00:36:12.660 It is unusual to have a special counsel indict the leader of the opposing party when he's

00:36:18.720 running for president.

00:36:19.840 That's what's unusual.

00:36:21.360 All of this is unusual.

00:36:22.620 They say, oh, that's so strange that they would be doing something like this.

00:36:26.640 And of course, so I'm, I'm looking at some of the coverage here from the Telegraph.

00:36:30.680 They are saying that judge Cannon appears skeptical of Trump's argument that the special counsel

00:36:37.220 was illegally appointed, illegally appointed.

00:36:39.900 So that that's in line with what you're saying, that it doesn't sound like she's been completely

00:36:44.400 sold on the theory yet, but she is at least amenable to hearing it out.

00:36:49.180 That's exactly right.

00:36:50.360 And she also allowed a Meachie briefs on both sides. 0.54

00:36:53.480 Um, and actually they have representatives in court today on both, on either side of this

00:37:00.440 issue who will make their own argument separate from the government and the defense.

00:37:06.100 So I think she really wants a full vetting of this, uh, special counsel appointment.

00:37:11.820 Of course, the independent counsel statute lapsed, and this has sort of been in its replacement.

00:37:19.220 There was a challenge to special counsel Robert Mueller's appointment along similar lines.

00:37:24.780 The DC appellate court, packed with Democrats, of course, uh, upheld his appointment.

00:37:30.320 So this is just another way, again, to explore with the, the constitutional validity of any

00:37:38.240 special counsel appointment.

00:37:40.260 But I, well, and I was going to throw out Julie real quick, just, uh, based on what you 1.00

00:37:45.380 said there, because apparently Cannon said to the prosecution at one point that, and this

00:37:52.240 is according to lawfare.

00:37:53.240 So these are not, you know, but these are Trump haters.

00:37:55.280 These are like the, this is like Ben Weingarten, you know, those, those, the Ben Benjamin Weiss,

00:37:59.100 these people who can't stand Trump.

00:38:01.120 The special counsel's statutory analysis reflects, quote, an excessively malleable reading of

00:38:08.260 the text of the constitution.

00:38:10.000 So she said that they were being excessively malleable in their reading of the constitution.

00:38:16.000 This goes to directly to what you're saying about the textual analysis of the statute.

00:38:20.500 Correct.

00:38:20.980 And I think that, that reporting I saw by Anna Bauer at lawfare, they certainly are not

00:38:25.560 allies of ours, but, um, they do have reporters there on the ground who are covering this.

00:38:31.420 And, and I think that she is probably giving at least a straightforward account in her tweets

00:38:35.840 as to what's going on there.

00:38:37.780 So yes.

00:38:39.140 And, and look, I've seen judge Cannon do this, even though she is portrayed and she certainly

00:38:44.200 is giving DOJ and Jack Smith and his lieutenants, Jay Brett and David Harbacher run for their

00:38:49.460 money, making their lives miserable.

00:38:51.820 She does not let the defense off the hook.

00:38:54.080 She has denied several motions, including one, uh, from last month motion to dismiss, uh,

00:38:59.820 based on, you know, some of the fuzzier language in the indictment.

00:39:04.220 So she is not handing over to the defense, everything that they want.

00:39:09.000 But what the DOJ really doesn't want is any of these public hearings.

00:39:13.500 They don't want these court proceedings where the reporters then have to go and cover it.

00:39:18.640 And it gets all these headlines, whether it's Washington Post or Politico today or whoever

00:39:23.160 is Jack Smith's appointment unconstitutional without judge Cannon.

00:39:28.920 And this wouldn't even be entertained.

00:39:31.620 And so now these headlines are being created skepticism about the validity of his appointment,

00:39:37.020 uh, in the public, you know, now being scrutinized by the public and the media as well.

00:39:42.340 So this is again, what DOJ, uh, certainly does not, but they have more trouble ahead than this.

00:39:48.900 And we could talk a little bit more about the big mini trial.

00:39:52.620 She will put not just DOJ, but Joe Biden's white house, the national archives and the FBI on.

00:39:59.300 And this is evidence of collusion between all those entities as early as spring of 2021

00:40:05.160 to manufacture some sort of documents case against the former president.

00:40:11.300 The great Julie Kelly.

00:40:13.240 Look, I want more coverage from you.

00:40:15.000 I'm going to work with, with real America's voice to see what we can actually, uh, what we

00:40:19.620 can actually do in terms of getting you there at the courthouse, getting you a setup or something

00:40:24.180 like that.

00:40:24.800 I believe it's Fort Pierce, Florida, where the actual courthouse is.

00:40:27.680 So we're going to work.

00:40:28.700 We're going to go in and see what we can do.

00:40:30.540 Julie Kelly, where can people go to follow you for the latest?

00:40:33.180 All right.

00:40:33.620 Thanks so much, Jack.

00:40:34.440 Oh, people can go to my sub stack declassified with Julie Kelly,

00:40:38.200 X Julie underscore Kelly two and real clear investigation.

00:40:42.500 All right, Julie Kelly, the one, the only make sure you stay tuned with her and we're going

00:40:47.740 to be back Monday and Tuesday as the hearing, the mini trial of Jack Smith continues.

00:40:52.520 Stay tuned.

00:40:52.900 The human events daily also continues coming up.

00:41:05.440 In my ear about the boring people at your office, I'm trying to listen to the new human

00:41:10.380 events with Jack Pazovic.

00:41:12.220 Jack Pazovic here, back live human events daily.

00:41:17.360 Folks, action packed show today.

00:41:18.900 We go from Miami, Florida, all the way to Missouri, where Attorney General Andrew Bailey

00:41:24.780 joins us now.

00:41:26.160 Mr. Attorney General, you posted yesterday on Twitter that you're going to be suing the

00:41:30.740 state of New York regarding their treatment of President Trump.

00:41:34.520 Walk us through that case.

00:41:35.520 Yeah, look, Jack, it is time that people fight back against the lawfare that is undermining

00:41:43.340 our democratic process.

00:41:44.620 The people of the state of Missouri and people all across this country are being denied access

00:41:48.460 to a presidential candidate in the heat of one of the most consequential elections in

00:41:52.960 this nation's history.

00:41:54.480 And they're being denied that right by the apparatus of state government in New York.

00:41:58.880 In Missouri, we have a problem with that.

00:42:01.200 We're filing suit.

00:42:01.920 Article 3, Section 2 of the United States Constitution gives the United States Supreme

00:42:06.040 Court original jurisdiction over suits between states.

00:42:10.080 So it's going to be Missouri v. New York at the Supreme Court.

00:42:12.860 And I would encourage other states to take a hard look at what you're doing to fight back

00:42:17.280 as well, because your citizens are also being deprived access to a presidential candidate in

00:42:21.740 the middle of a campaign.

00:42:23.340 This is election interference.

00:42:25.240 And if we don't fight back, we will lose this country.

00:42:27.480 That's why this is so important.

00:42:28.540 Well, and so that being said, going forward, what what steps do you think you'd be able

00:42:36.280 to actually achieve through the lawsuit process?

00:42:40.640 Do you think that it's something that can actually knock down some of these prosecutions

00:42:43.800 we're looking at?

00:42:45.400 Yeah, I think that's an important step.

00:42:47.280 I think at a minimum, staying the proceedings until after an election.

00:42:51.480 And let's deal with it then.

00:42:52.940 Look, the timeline of a normal prosecution and conviction and appeal is about a year

00:42:57.420 or more from charge to conviction and then 18 to 24 months for an appeal.

00:43:02.040 Sometimes it takes longer here.

00:43:03.360 You've got 34 counts of an inchoate offense with an undefined predicate offense.

00:43:08.400 So the legal nuance is very well, President Trump was denied due process.

00:43:12.620 So there's a constitutional flaw.

00:43:14.620 But to the extent that anyone thinks this is a valid conviction, the legal nuance is present

00:43:18.620 and thus it takes longer to formulate an appeal.

00:43:21.280 We can't wait for an appeal.

00:43:23.260 No one can wait for an appeal because we will be denied access to a presidential candidate.

00:43:27.060 President Trump will be taken off the campaign trail and will essentially be held up from

00:43:32.280 participating in the presidential election.

00:43:34.500 We can't let that happen.

00:43:35.900 If we went back to 1860, no one would think it okay for a rogue prosecutor in a southern state

00:43:41.420 to take President Lincoln off the campaign trail on the eve of the Civil War for speaking out

00:43:45.980 against slavery, well, that same thing is happening here today with President Trump.

00:43:50.000 That's why it's so important for states to take the action necessary to represent their

00:43:53.440 people to ensure that they have access to the election process as well.

00:44:00.520 And I think this is key.

00:44:02.060 Look, you know, so many people have said to us, said to me that, you know, how can they do

00:44:05.920 this?

00:44:06.260 How are they doing this?

00:44:06.940 And of course, they'll tell us that they're fighting for democracy.

00:44:11.660 They'll tell us that they're the ones standing for the rule of law when they've been spending

00:44:16.900 all year trying to prevent Trump from even appearing on the ballot.

00:44:22.720 They got closest with Colorado until the Supreme Court knocked that one down, completely kicked 0.89

00:44:27.660 its teeth in, to be honest.

00:44:29.560 That was one of the most harrowing judicial responses and also hearing of 9-0.

00:44:35.040 It was just complete 9-0, even the liberals sided against them.

00:44:39.200 But it hasn't stopped them, to your point, because I think I agree that it completely

00:44:44.860 is election interference that we're looking at rather than an actual stand-up election,

00:44:50.880 one guy versus another guy and determine who has the best ideas for the way forward for

00:44:55.400 us as a country.

00:44:57.820 Yeah, President Biden can't win on the merits.

00:45:01.120 He will lose a head-to-head fight.

00:45:02.960 Everyone knows he's asleep at the wheel, doesn't have the mental acuity to participate in this

00:45:07.100 election.

00:45:07.520 They had to rig the election in 2020 to be able to get him across the finish line.

00:45:10.800 They're trying to do it again.

00:45:11.720 They're censoring President Trump.

00:45:13.020 They're censoring all conservative voices on big tech social media platforms.

00:45:16.340 We're also awaiting a decision in Missouri v. Biden, one of the most consequential First

00:45:20.420 Amendment suits in this nation's history, should be handed down any day now by the United

00:45:23.820 States Supreme Court.

00:45:24.840 They're using lawfare to take President Trump off the campaign trail.

00:45:27.680 I mean, this is abominable.

00:45:29.080 But what are we going to do about it?

00:45:31.360 The left uses lawfare to destroy our union and pervert the rule of law.

00:45:36.840 So what are we going to do?

00:45:37.740 We've got to use the tools at our disposal, like this lawsuit, Missouri v. New York, to

00:45:42.640 fight back and assert our people's constitutional rights to participate in a presidential election.

00:45:47.480 Now, while I have you on, I'm also told that you've got something in the works regarding

00:45:55.900 IBM, because, look, we've just seen James O'Keefe and the great video that he put out

00:46:01.100 regarding Disney.

00:46:03.940 Tell us what steps you're taking against IBM.

00:46:06.900 Look, IBM has a racist DEI program that enforces quotas that disadvantage people based on the

00:46:14.360 color of their skin.

00:46:15.380 That violates the Missouri Human Rights Act that explicitly prohibits employment discrimination

00:46:21.260 based on ethnicity, national origin, and skin color.

00:46:24.000 That's corporate racism is still racism.

00:46:26.900 And so we have filed suit against IBM to try to protect working Missourians who work within

00:46:31.720 IBM's footprint from being subjected to these racist quotas.

00:46:34.920 This is really not only illegal, but insulting.

00:46:37.780 I mean, how dare corporate executives at IBM tell people who they promote that you weren't

00:46:42.080 good enough, you had to be given this through racial gerrymandering.

00:46:45.000 It's also insulting to the customers of IBM who are counting on IBM to produce a quality

00:46:50.280 product.

00:46:50.720 No one should have any confidence that IBM's doing that anymore because they're placing

00:46:54.440 racist diversity, equity, and inclusion programs ahead of achievement and quality.

00:46:59.960 And so we've got to harpoon the corporate DEI oil and end corporate racism in

00:47:04.800 America.

00:47:05.100 This lawsuit is an important first step in that direction.

00:47:08.960 Well, I think that not only is, but the New York lawsuit, is that going to be important

00:47:14.180 and effective, but the IBM one might even be worse because this is something where we,

00:47:20.320 and I was, I just started the show.

00:47:21.880 I just started the show today talking about how it is that middle America is constantly 1.00

00:47:28.440 overlooked when it comes to big tech, when it comes to the high-end sector, when it comes

00:47:34.860 to the Ivy League.

00:47:35.880 And it's, this DEI has affected more than just the companies.

00:47:39.740 It's pervasive in that higher level, a higher strat of society for anyone who's been trying

00:47:44.700 to get good grades and perform well in extracurriculars.

00:47:49.740 Suddenly, if you're from middle America and you don't fulfill the right, you know, DEI quota

00:47:54.800 or whatever bean counters they're using to determine who gets to come into the company,

00:47:58.900 now suddenly you're shut out.

00:48:00.440 And it does disproportionately affect the middle of the country, which you represent, sir.

00:48:05.240 Yeah, absolutely.

00:48:08.460 And look, our evidence against IBM is a video that surfaced late last year where the CEO

00:48:13.360 of the company was saying things like Asians are not underrepresented minorities and thus

00:48:17.280 must be excluded from the programs.

00:48:20.640 The CEO of IBM threatened his corporate executives that they would be sanctioned or potentially

00:48:25.180 terminated if they didn't enforce the racist quota policies.

00:48:29.380 We're not talking about some mid-level bureaucrat in the HR department at IBM.

00:48:32.800 This is the very top of the food chain at IBM.

00:48:36.100 This is the president and CEO of the corporation.

00:48:38.680 How dare he, you know, violate the laws and enforce these racist policies?

00:48:43.060 It's illegal.

00:48:43.560 We're going to hold them accountable.

00:48:44.520 And this is a first step, again, in restoring the rule of law and putting merit and content

00:48:50.100 of character ahead of the baseless reliance on skin color alone.

00:48:56.200 Attorney General Andrew Bailey, folks, give him a follow because he's showing us what

00:49:01.940 attorney generals around the country should be doing.

00:49:03.960 Ladies and gentlemen, it's always up.
