00:03:43.000 ladies and gentlemen welcome on board today's edition human events daily we're here live on
00:04:12.000 Real America's Voice. Today is January 15th, 2026. Anno Domini. I want to go now directly
00:04:18.960 live to Kevin Posobiec, who's on the ground, our field correspondent, Human Events. Kevin,
00:04:24.000 how are you? Doing pretty well. Hanging in there. Hanging in. So you were down there,
00:04:30.100 Minneapolis, last night. Walk us through. Set the scene. We got the call in. You got the call
00:04:35.460 very late last night about an officer involved, an ICE-involved shooting last night. Some
00:04:40.900 Venezuelans, I believe, one shot in the leg. You made it out immediately to the scene and obtained
00:04:46.780 some of the most towering footage that I think we've seen since this entire conflagration
00:04:53.500 started back one week ago. Put us there on the ground. Well, it's just a sad sight to see that
00:05:03.580 we have fallen into this state and this situation.
00:05:09.140 Last night, we had Tim Walz make an announcement to encourage people to do this.
00:05:15.060 Yeah, we got the call, and I got in and rolled down there, gathered by hundreds of protesters
00:05:23.360 and also a good presence of police.
00:05:26.740 But yeah, it was absolute mayhem.
00:05:28.980 It was already tear gassed.
00:05:30.140 There were multiple volleys of tear gas throughout the time I was there. 0.87
00:05:35.520 I got a bunch myself, different styles of tear gas, and also flashbangs and return fireworks from these lunatic rioters.
00:05:48.280 And it was absolute mayhem.
00:05:51.120 And I got to say, Jack, these people just have no moral compass.
00:05:53.840 It would be good to take note that if anything, when they show concern for others, it's only to relay to people to stop filming, especially during these these looting of law enforcement officers vehicles.
00:06:10.360 So no, no, no word about, hey, guys, let's maybe not do this or, hey, guys, let's go protest somewhere else.
00:06:18.640 nope nobody nobody called for any of this to be stopped they said oh you know what do you got
00:06:25.560 there what's this what's that and uh it's it's it's really sad to see and i gotta say i mean
00:06:32.440 i just you know i just i was just got out and prayed you know i just started praying
00:06:37.840 um these people have no uh moral compass or direction on what is good and what is bad uh
00:06:45.800 it's it's it's it's it's completely impulsive it's completely impulsive it's violent and now
00:06:54.220 they're armed and they were they were also doxing federal agents and both fbi and ice we're going
00:07:01.860 to get into that christine noem the hs secretary spoke about it this morning caroline levitt as
00:07:06.180 well getting into this at the white house press conference we write back human events daily with
00:07:10.240 more nothing will stand in our way and our golden age has just begun this is human events with jack
00:07:32.900 Posobiec. Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the
00:07:39.580 second American revolution. All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back with on with Kevin Posobiec
00:07:49.220 there down our field correspondent, human events, Minneapolis last night, President Trump,
00:07:54.920 finger on the button, of course, responding to all the footage that came out last night,
00:07:59.600 these horrific attacks on ICE agents and the other law enforcement that was there.
00:08:05.980 We'll get into that in just a second.
00:08:08.020 Kevin Posobiec, you were there last night, President Trump talking about Insurrection
00:08:13.400 Act.
00:08:13.980 His finger is on the button of the Insurrection Act.
00:08:16.960 Talk to me, though, about the law enforcement.
00:08:19.740 What entities of law enforcement did you see there on the ground?
00:08:25.300 Sure.
00:08:25.940 So on the ground, we had about two dozen ICE agents, all in formation, and then quickly followed up by Minnesota Police Department in black, the real black block.
00:08:41.200 And then we also had state troopers.
00:08:45.320 So Minneapolis police and state police eventually came out.
00:08:49.560 That's state police there in the yellow.
00:08:51.920 I believe city police in the black there.
00:08:55.000 And then, of course, ice in the green. So protesters were actually yelling at police because there were reports earlier in the day that they were not taking calls in potential collaboration with local Minnesotans.
00:09:11.060 And now locals have begun shouting at them, saying that they feel betrayed, on top of yelling F-Ice and calling them every other name in the book.
00:09:22.720 Anyway, these aren't the best and brightest high IQ people out here.
00:09:27.920 As we were saying in the last break, they're easily riled up.
00:09:33.280 And it's a bit of a feeding frenzy with sharks.
00:09:36.780 You know, there's blood in the water, quote, unquote.
00:09:38.840 vote. Um, well, so yeah. And, and, and this is what they do. This is what they do. They,
00:09:44.860 they, this is what they do. Certainly Kevin. Now, now if I can, so this footage that came out,
00:09:50.360 uh, you captured some Nick Sorter captured some as well. This federal weapons locker that was in
00:09:57.840 the back of the vehicle. We can see this. Christie Noem came out the DHS secretary earlier today at
00:10:02.900 a press conference at the white house and said that it was actually an FBI vehicle, not an ice
00:10:07.260 vehicle. So that lines up with what you guys are reporting, the doxing of agents by leftists
00:10:11.680 like Mercado, who you filmed a couple of days ago, attacking and violently threatening Nick
00:10:17.400 Sordor. Can you put us through, though, on the scene, how was it that this vehicle came to be
00:10:24.120 abandoned? Were you able to see what happened there, the events that led up to that? Because
00:10:30.580 we could see the perimeter being formed, we could see the tear gas, but how exactly was it
00:10:35.200 that they were able to get to this vehicle when it seemed like so many officers were there?
00:10:40.980 Right. That's a good question. So we have the main intersection where the shooting occurred,
00:10:48.000 a ICE agent shot a man attempting to kill him with a shovel. And so they formed a tight unit
00:10:54.460 there on the block under the streetlights. But what you didn't see, maybe on the choppers,
00:10:59.200 you can see it was that every surrounding block, about two blocks around in every direction,
00:11:04.660 was also secured by police. But the FBI vehicles were undercover, as they usually roll. So
00:11:17.000 I wasn't there to see it. But I guess the protesters did. And they saw people pull up.
00:11:25.940 It was a frenzy of people joining in, either for reinforcements on both sides here.
00:11:34.660 So they must have just simply saw them and then doubled back after.
00:11:40.080 So that was outside of this perimeter.
00:11:42.940 So what you're saying is those vehicles were outside of the secured perimeter you're talking about?
00:11:47.820 Yes.
00:11:49.560 Okay.
00:11:49.980 Yes.
00:11:50.220 And then so the agents, so when the agents left the vehicle, they went over to work to secure the perimeter, but they left their vehicle behind?
00:11:57.760 Exactly.
00:11:59.860 I got it.
00:12:00.820 So in total, there's probably about 50 agents versus 200 protesters.
00:12:09.760 I see.
00:12:10.440 So at that point, when they were hitting this, because I see those are toe cables, it appears to be, that they were able to get on that.
00:12:17.280 I mean, they had—it seems like they had freedom of movement here pretty much.
00:12:20.600 Did any officers respond within minutes or within any amount of time to this to this theft, to this looting of which, again, includes either, you know, rifles or shotguns that seem to be stolen here?
00:12:34.080 Did any agents respond?
00:12:36.940 It seems it seems the response came within maybe 10, 15 minutes when they started to sleep.
00:12:44.340 Actually, no, I'm sorry. It was about half an hour, really.
00:12:46.840 But after these hours started. Yeah. Yeah. Well, they started slashing tires and busting windows.
00:12:54.460 But then once once word spread that they found sensitive information as well as these trunks.
00:13:01.140 So so the trunks, obviously, yes, the weapons, but also sensitive paperwork, identification, laptops, laptops were being smashed.
00:13:11.880 and so they're destroying comms intentionally which is concerning because usually people would
00:13:18.040 just steal a laptop and then watch right and take it to the pawn shop but um these are just being
00:13:24.660 broken immediately and then also looted um yeah and one guy as you can see they're uh just running 0.97
00:13:32.880 away with a rifle so so yeah they're they're some are dumb but some are organized and smart 0.93
00:13:43.200 about what they're doing and they're in full knowledge of what they're doing but the thing is 0.97
00:13:48.660 this this lack of moral moral compass again jack it's really like what like i think they just do
00:13:55.260 it because they think it's fun but there's a time and a place for everything as we see in the book
00:13:59.700 of Ecclesiastes. So, I mean, if they want to F around, they're going to find out pretty soon
00:14:06.520 here. And that's what we're hoping and praying for. Well, Kevin, you know, obviously, Godspeed
00:14:14.800 to you out there obtaining this footage. Stay safe. Stay alert. Keep your head on a swivel.
00:14:21.920 We know, of course, that you transferred and we're in communication. The entire Human Events
00:14:25.700 team is in communication with federal law enforcement regarding all of this and the
00:14:30.440 footage that we received that you obtained last night. Thank you for doing that. And I'll just
00:14:35.420 have to say again, God, Godspeed to you out there. Where can people go to follow you for all the
00:14:40.460 breaking latest in Minneapolis? You can follow me on X and Instagram at Kevin Posobiec. And I also
00:14:48.460 have begun writing on Substack. But of course, follow us on this show here, Human Events Daily
00:14:53.900 and to an event at large.
00:14:56.980 Appreciate you having me on.
00:14:58.240 All right, Kevin Posobiec.
00:14:59.900 God bless.
00:15:00.720 Give him a follow, folks.
00:15:01.720 He's down there.
00:15:02.760 He's in harm's way.
00:15:03.820 He's on the ground in Minneapolis.
00:15:05.820 Hasn't left Minneapolis.
00:15:07.940 But I want to go because there's some more research coming out now
00:15:10.560 on who exactly was involved in the initial incident,
00:15:14.100 the exciting incident, as they say,
00:15:16.320 to what precipitated all of this in these operations.
00:15:19.820 And that was, of course, Renee Good, this anti-ice agitator, launching her vehicle, a 2,000 pound or excuse me, 4,000 pound two ton SUV at an officer where he sustained internal bleeding.
00:15:34.280 Julie Kelly joins us now because, Julie, you've been doing some research and you had reached out to me regarding the relationship between Renee Good and Becca Good, because we just saw the news yesterday that broke that Becca Good is now under criminal investigation.
00:15:51.540 What did you learn about them?
00:15:54.080 So Becca Good right here in the video after Renee Good was shot claimed that she was her wife.
00:16:02.300 oh you just shot my wife etc she gave a statement shortly thereafter also describing herself as
00:16:09.460 Renee Good's wife the media unquestionably unquestioning unflinching reported as fact
00:16:18.740 that really who was the instigator in a lot of this Becca Good seen attempting to get into the
00:16:24.440 passenger side there was indeed Renee Good's wife so I did a little digging my researcher and I we
00:16:30.660 checked a few states where the pair had lived over the last, I guess, couple of years. No marriage
00:16:37.160 record can be found. Then we came upon a document where Renee Good in 2023 asked to have her legal
00:16:46.380 last name changed. She has been married twice previously, two men, have her last name changed
00:16:53.820 to Good. On the questionnaire, it asks, why do you want your last name changed? She said,
00:16:59.820 so I can share the same last name, there it is, as my partner. So partner, wife, obviously two
00:17:07.100 different things. They are viewed very differently as well, domestic partner versus spouse in the
00:17:12.040 state of Minnesota. And then Jack, yesterday, the attorneys who the Good family, Macklin family,
00:17:19.600 have hired, Renee's family has hired, also the same attorneys who had represented George Floyd's
00:17:25.420 family described Becca Good as Renee Good's partner. So they are not married. She is not
00:17:34.320 her wife. Does this make a difference? Yes, legally it does. But it also demonstrates how 0.80
00:17:40.260 the media has been so dishonest in attempting to portray this happy family narrative. They're a
00:17:46.960 married lesbian couple dropping their six-year-old. Six-year-old does not belong to Becca Good. Six- 1.00
00:17:52.440 belongs to Renee Good and her ex-late husband, who passed away in 2023 also. This happy family,
00:18:00.580 and they just stumbled upon this ICE operation, got caught in the crosshairs, and the rest is
00:18:06.400 history. So we now have Jack, the Washington Post and New York Times I checked today,
00:18:12.720 simultaneously describing Becca Good as her partner and then as her wife. So, and of course,
00:18:22.220 Keep in mind, there's a $1.5 million GoFundMe account set up to help Renee Good's quote-unquote widow, meaning Becca Good.
00:18:34.000 And all of this certainly is going to come into question because, look, just having been in these situations before when a family member is lost, crowd funds come up,
00:18:45.060 These are definitely cases where there are serious legal questions as to who actually should receive the money, who the beneficiary is, who the proper beneficiary is when someone passes away.
00:18:57.220 And it's something where GoFundMe and Gifts and Go, by the way, are under legal obligations to make sure that it goes to the proper people.
00:19:05.260 Julie Kelly, we've got a break right here, but I'd love to come back and dig into this with you more right around the bend.
00:19:10.560 Human Events Daily continues.
00:19:15.060 where's jack he's got a great job
00:19:31.220 all right jack so here we are back live human events daily we're here walking through everything
00:19:42.700 that's going on, but let me just tell you something, folks. If you're anything like me,
00:19:46.840 these holidays were brutal. I'm talking every health habit, gone. Desserts, late nights,
00:19:53.200 skipped workouts. But now that we're in the new year, it's time to reset. Let's undo all that
00:19:59.040 and make a new year's resolution to actually give our bodies what they need. And for me and the
00:20:04.460 Poso family, that fresh start begins with Cove Pure. Let me tell you something about it. Here's
00:20:09.500 the thing everyone jumps into the new year buying new supplements trying a new diet or workouts
00:20:14.680 but they completely ignore the most important basic thing water even mild dehydration impacts
00:20:20.780 energy focus metabolism and when you think about all the garbage that's in our water you're starting
00:20:26.720 behind the curve before you even begin their clear wave technology is certified to remove
00:20:31.840 up to 99.9 percent of contaminants pretty much anything that isn't water pfas microplastics
00:20:37.900 pharmaceutical residue fluoride all gets removed it's the purest water you can get what i love most
00:20:44.960 about cove pure is this it lets you choose the temperature of your water so hot cold warm makes
00:20:51.020 your water taste so good pure clean no aftertaste i love this stuff my family loves it my kids love

00:21:01.260 of a button so this year make a new year's resolution that sticks you just get it once
00:21:05.940 it's easy. Improve your health with clean water. And right now, you can actually get $200 off for
00:21:11.560 a limited time if you use my link at covepure.com slash POSO. That's C-O-V-E-P-U-R-E dot com slash
00:21:20.220 POSO to start the new year right. I want to get back in with Julie Kelly here. So Julie,
00:21:27.980 you've been digging through on this, these questions about the legality of the marriage,
00:21:33.120 which apparently there never was any marriage partner, I suppose, is the best thing we can come up for about to describe this relationship.
00:21:40.120 When it comes to the legality of this GoFundMe, there are real questions as to whether or not her beneficiary would be her widow, who is not a widow, by the way.
00:21:52.460 Wouldn't it actually just revert to her son then, the six-year-old son apparently that they have or that, excuse me, that she has?
00:21:57.540 yes i believe so i mean that seems like the logical legal thing to do uh there's also another
00:22:05.460 wrinkle here the father of the six-year-old renee good's second ex-husband uh was in the military in
00:22:13.640 the air force for about 16 years it looked like there's no cause of death in his obituary or
00:22:19.560 stated anywhere else however he talked about on social media and renee good did as well
00:22:26.340 that he suffered from PTSD. So we can also we can assume that there are some sort of military
00:22:33.560 benefits either to her if they were still married at the time. It's not clear if they were divorced 0.91
00:22:38.840 or not. She's not mentioned in his 2023 obituary, but also the custody of the son. Now, I think even
00:22:47.180 more outrageously, Becca Good is running around calling this son our son. Now I'm left behind to
00:22:54.640 take care of our son. Well, they're not married. She has no legal right to this son, custody of
00:23:02.580 this son. The late father's family is still around. I believe that the father has been interviewed,
00:23:10.500 the father-in-law, Renee Good's father-in-law, ex-father-in-law, has been interviewed, I think,
00:23:15.800 numerous times. So why would Becca Good, and this was a day after the shooting, she wasted no time
00:23:24.260 leveraging this for her own benefit, helping the media create this false narrative about this
00:23:32.100 family unit that does not exist. Now claiming she has to take care of our son when the son 0.99
00:23:39.020 does not belong to her. Renee Good was not her spouse or wife in any legal form. And yet here 0.99
00:23:46.220 she is running around making claims that simply aren't true and the media reporting it without
00:23:52.400 out even doing basic research like we did. No, they're not. And Julie, to that point as well,
00:23:59.820 in cases like this, even if they had been legally married, which by the way, if they're not legally
00:24:05.680 married, then I'm really not sure where the custody claim comes in. But even if they were,
00:24:11.620 if the stepmother did not adopt the son, then there still would be no custody claim there
00:24:18.860 because you need to have adoption in cases like this.
00:24:22.940 And typically then it gets sorted out.
00:24:24.740 Usually the child will be placed with a foster, you know, a foster family while something like this is figured out.
00:24:30.460 So there's there's already real questions about how can she have custody of a son that she has no legal relationship with?
00:24:39.280 And the other piece I wanted to ask you, though, you mentioned the lawyer.
00:24:43.180 And I'm trying to try to follow the family tree here. Right.
00:24:46.740 So it was the it was her deceased husband's family that hired the George Floyd lawyer.
00:24:54.720 Is that do I have that right?
00:24:56.920 It appears like it.
00:24:58.300 Well, this lawyer refers to, again, Becca Good as the partner, other family members.
00:25:05.640 I think her children, but her children are way too young to have initiated any sort of lawsuit.
00:25:11.080 In fact, for two older children, she did not have custody of.
00:25:15.760 It appears that her first ex-husband or his family has custody of those children.
00:25:20.960 They're like preteens, I believe.
00:25:23.040 One teenager, one preteen.
00:25:25.220 Don't know the circumstances of why.
00:25:28.300 However, so it's not really clear exactly who this lawyer has been hired by, but I think
00:25:34.040 it's safe to assume, given Becca Good's behavior, that she is the one who retained this attorney
00:25:41.060 and not only will try to benefit from this GoFundMe account, but also entitled, she thinks,
00:25:49.040 to some sort of damages as the surviving spouse, surviving partner. We see media types, even on
00:25:56.240 Fox News, referring to her as a widow. She's not the widow. So, you know, but we're told these
00:26:03.920 are people of the highest character. We should not question their motives. We should not question
00:26:09.000 their claims and allegations. We're certainly now seeking what appears to be a lawsuit against the
00:26:18.300 federal government seeking damages and awarding at least a big part of that to Becca Good.
00:26:24.960 Well, and we'll see how that goes, because last I checked, you can't sue the government for
00:26:29.560 criminal behavior and if she herself is under or facing criminal liability under criminal
00:26:34.080 investigation from the doj as we saw which the new york times actually broke that story um that uh
00:26:40.780 they were trying to blame me on that the journalists were but you know go good uh good
00:26:45.860 luck trying to get trying to pin anything on post that's all i gotta say julie kelly where can people

00:27:06.740 exist and more egregiously the media going along with it to perpetuate this well thank you for

00:27:18.260 kind of you know legal family i cannot follow the family tree here thank you julie kelly for doing
00:27:24.280 the yeoman's work we write vacuum events daily and jack where is jack where is jack where is he
00:27:34.040 jack i want to see you great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible
00:27:42.580 thing we're always talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the
00:27:47.540 guys should be getting policies all right jack so we're back live real america's voice human
00:27:53.240 events daily. Now there was a story in Axios a couple of days ago that really caught my attention
00:27:59.280 and I couldn't stop thinking about it. And it's, it's, it came up at climate Depot, um, was where
00:28:06.540 I saw it. And the headline, this is the Axios headline. All right. The world's great climate
00:28:13.960 collapse. The climate agendas fall from grace over the past year has been stunning in speed,
00:28:21.480 scale and scope. And this is out of Axios, where they themselves are admitting that suddenly after,
00:28:29.860 let's just say it, 30 years, 30 years of being told that this was coming.
00:28:37.480 Al Gore puts out inconvenient truth 20 years ago, tells us that the seas are going to envelop
00:28:43.540 Manhattan and all the rest of it. And suddenly, very quietly, very quietly.
00:28:47.960 the climate change agenda just kind of disappeared. It just it just sort of they all just sort of
00:28:54.100 stopped talking about it. And I even went back and checked AOC's Twitter. I said, I'm going to
00:28:58.580 AOC's Twitter, a little research here, research project for myself. And I said, when is the last
00:29:03.020 time that AOC has tweeted about climate change? You're not going to believe this. It was October
00:29:07.940 9th, 2024, one month before the 2024 election, which means that ever since Donald Trump won the
00:29:16.100 election. She hasn't tweeted the word climate once when this was the story that she used to
00:29:23.100 rise to national prominence. I got to figure out what's going on here. So I wanted to go and bring
00:29:28.560 on Daniel Turner from Power of the Future because he's got the number on these guys. Daniel, how are
00:29:34.080 you? Jack, it's great to be back with you. Thanks for having me. So here's my question. We know that
00:29:41.360 under Biden's, you know, the Bidenflation bill, basically, that they got a lot of the green news
00:29:47.860 scam spending was in that. So here's so when I started kind of asking this on Twitter, people
00:29:53.500 were responding, saying, well, they stopped talking about it because they got paid off.
00:29:57.100 Is that true? Or are we seeing the world just sort of leave this scam behind because it was
00:30:02.920 always a scam? No, it's always been a scam. And I don't think it's we can say that this
00:30:08.860 movement is gone, right? They are in abeyance. They are keeping their heads down. But you have
00:30:14.460 to think these are organizations that have magnificent offices in Washington, D.C. and in
00:30:19.880 New York City. They have staffs in the hundreds and thousands. Some of these climate groups have
00:30:24.540 operating budgets of $400 million, right? Your 401k is tied into that. Your parking spot,
00:30:31.280 your vacation, et cetera, is all tied into this. They're not going anywhere. They may realize this
00:30:37.200 is not their moment. But this is an institution, and they are not going anywhere. Now, the movement
00:30:44.020 itself, though, has always been bunk. It's always been a bunch of lies. And as you were showing
00:30:48.900 earlier, some footage from Minnesota, and I mean, can we just pause and say we are just fatigued?
00:30:55.040 We all have Minnesota fatigue, right? We're just sick and tired of this crap. 0.99
00:30:59.020 What does the footage look like? It looks exactly like Ferguson. It looks like BLM. It looks like 0.99
00:31:05.040 Occupy Wall Street. It looks like it's the same movement over and over again, the same message,
00:31:10.260 the same whistles, the same agitators. Climate was just the convenient thing at that time.
00:31:16.560 And right now it's not convenient. So the institutions are not going anywhere.
00:31:20.980 The momentum is now on anti-ice, but they'll be back. And that's why, you know, I can't go
00:31:27.180 anywhere because I know they're just waiting for their moment. Well, I know. So and one of the
00:31:32.860 things that I realized, too, is that AOC is definitely going to start tweeting about climate
00:31:36.440 change again because I called her out. And I just took this on a whim. This isn't something that I
00:31:41.300 was like going through and, you know, making sure of. But she went over a year, over a full year
00:31:46.760 without tweeting about climate change. And Daniel, here's what was so fascinating to me. Did anyone
00:31:52.700 even notice? Did anyone even notice that they all just sort of stopped talking about climate change
00:31:58.060 and Greta? So we certainly noticed that Greta, suddenly she's talking about Israel. She's talking
00:32:02.200 about Gaza. She's totally left the movement that put her on the map. She was reading what leading 0.56
00:32:08.260 these walkouts the same way that we just saw this high school walkout in Minneapolis yesterday. Of
00:32:12.660 course, our footage was on the ground. Our cameras are on the ground for human events. You find out
00:32:17.520 that all the walkouts in the high schools in Minneapolis are filled with Somalis. Yeah. And 1.00
00:32:22.280 then they started brawling in the state capitol. So that didn't go as exactly as planned as Keith
00:32:27.100 Ellison wanted. But but but I do want to drill down on this, actually, because I think it's very
00:32:30.780 important that they all stopped talking about climate change. And nobody even seemed to notice
00:32:37.320 it just sort of floated away. Uh, it was just sort of blown away and they immediately replaced it.
00:32:43.000 They replaced it with COVID. They replaced it with the Ukraine war. Now they replaced it. The
00:32:46.260 new thing is ice. And did they ever even realize, you know, do you think anyone's even, cause I
00:32:52.460 don't think anyone before this Axios piece has mentioned it. The fact that psychologically
00:32:56.200 there's clearly something wrong here when they were telling us that the world was going to end
00:33:02.720 and then they just sort of forgot about the apocalypse. Well, when is an existential crisis
00:33:07.840 no longer an existential crisis, right? When it pulls poorly. Right. And this was the end of times.
00:33:13.100 You know what I'd love to ask? And you may have a better insight than I do. I'd love to ask
00:33:17.460 Secretary Hegseth, where are the generals? Joe Biden used to always say the generals tell me
00:33:22.720 the biggest threat? Climate change. Where are those generals? How come the generals have stopped
00:33:27.740 all those assessments that the biggest threat we face as a nation is climate change? So part of
00:33:34.160 the climate movement's downfall, why it's no longer very popular, is they did what COVID did
00:33:42.240 in a year, the climate movement's been doing over 30 years, and that they were too hyperbolic and
00:33:48.320 too insane and it never caught up, right? In COVID, it was kind of easy to be hyperbolic and
00:33:53.520 insane because everyone was petrified. And so the masks, the plexiglass, and that was compressed in
00:33:59.500 such a short window. The climate movement, they've been doing this for 30 years, 40 years. And it's
00:34:05.800 why it kind of falls off with a certain population because you say, I've been hearing this crap my 0.95
00:34:11.860 whole life captain planet indoctrinated most of gen gen z into believing the world is going to end 0.99
00:34:18.640 from climate change and now they're all like 30s and 40s and they're like i don't believe this junk
00:34:24.040 anymore so so that's part of the downfall is you can't always wait wait all right all right since
00:34:29.300 you brought up since you brought up media from the 90s i gotta tell you something so my my my
00:34:34.540 parents are um you know going through some old stuff in the house and they came across a couple
00:34:40.100 old boxes of like my comic books and magazines and stuff I had when I was a kid. And I used to
00:34:46.420 subscribe to a Ranger Rick. And I was like, oh, wow, my old Ranger Rick's from the 1990s. Let me
00:34:51.480 grab a couple of these, you know, maybe get them to my kids because they're really cool. I went
00:34:57.020 back and looked. There's no alarmism in these. This is like 92, 93. There's no alarmism. Yeah,
00:35:02.940 they talk about, hey, you know, if you want to protect the environment, go clean your local lake,
00:35:07.280 Go clean your local river. Go clean up your local park. Focus on that. Focus locally.
00:35:12.740 Right. Those were the types of things and messages that were being pushed to kids at that time.
00:35:17.380 And I think that's perfectly great. I don't think there's anything wrong with that whatsoever.
00:35:21.260 And they were talking about nature. So you could see and I was reading it and saying, my gosh.
00:35:25.620 And I bet you if I picked up those magazines today or, you know, a similar magazine, we know exactly the type of propaganda that would be there.
00:35:32.740 And I said, my gosh, this is exactly what I remember, that it wasn't that the climate was about to be killed.
00:35:38.760 It was just, hey, we need to learn how to live with nature.
00:35:42.160 We love nature.
00:35:42.960 We love animals.
00:35:44.100 That's what being normal and, by the way, biblical, good stewards of creation was all about.
00:35:50.660 And so it was just really cool to see those old magazines before all this insanity got turned on.
00:35:55.620 But you know what?
00:35:56.420 That doesn't give you power, right?
00:35:58.480 If you tell people to go clean the lake, if you tell people to give a hoot, don't pollute, right?
00:36:03.540 That doesn't give you power.
00:36:04.720 Give a hoot, don't pollute, yes.
00:36:06.580 Every leftist movement is desperate for power.
00:36:09.420 So you know what does give you power is you talk about climate change and race, and that
00:36:13.840 is how the Democrats appropriated $60 billion, billion, right?
00:36:18.120 We talk about Somali theft, $60 billion for environmental justice that went to the Biden 0.98
00:36:25.880 EPA.
00:36:26.380 Now, Lee Zeldin has done an amazing job clawing almost all of that back, but a lot of it went
00:36:31.860 out the window. What the hell is environmental justice? Nobody knows, but you can't ask that
00:36:36.740 question because you say black and brown children are dying. You say this is all racism, and there
00:36:42.340 goes the money, and that money is brought to the inner city. It turns out the vote. It elects
00:36:46.960 people like Jasmine Crockett and Stacey Abrams, and it perpetuates the Democrat machine. So that
00:36:53.300 is why there was this huge shift in that you can use the children, you can weaponize climate
00:36:58.260 to get an awful lot of power for institutions that you care about. That's what we did during
00:37:04.140 COVID. And that's what you see with all of these movements, right? It all comes to
00:37:08.600 the desire, the deep, deep desire for power. That's exactly right. And now that they're
00:37:15.800 realizing that they're not getting the polling that they wanted, they've squeezed every inch
00:37:20.820 that they could get out, it's just amazing because I can remember being in college and
00:37:24.920 having conversations with, I'm not going to say girls, friends, friends that I had in
00:37:29.920 college at the time, because I know Tanya Tate watches, that, you know, they would,
00:37:36.140 you know, they were so freaked out about this.
00:37:38.120 Oh, my gosh, we're all going to die.
00:37:39.500 And it's, of course, it gives anxiety.
00:37:41.100 Of course, it gives all of that. 0.96
00:37:42.280 No, this is completely ridiculous.
00:37:45.780 And we're living through, it might be the death of the climate change agenda, but I 0.83
00:37:50.140 think you might be correct and they're just in hibernation yes off the dome daniel turner where
00:37:55.640 could people uh where can people go to follow you in power the future uh power the future.com and
00:38:00.120 thanks for having me on to talk about these important issues it's it's so important the death
00:38:05.080 of the climate change agenda question mark we will see but that movement is dormant we know
00:38:11.760 they're going to come back they're going to come back any chance they get right back jack posovic
00:38:16.700 human events daily
00:38:17.540 and he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event
00:38:30.740 and we're going to turn it around and make our country great again amen
00:38:34.880 all right jack posobik we are back live human events daily well folks another year a new year
00:38:46.960 And another one of these stories that has just come out, this really hit us, you know,
00:38:53.720 crossed the plate, crossed our radar at the end of last year.
00:38:58.340 And this is a story out of Hawaii, terrible story.
00:39:02.040 A family of a disabled woman has lost thousands in a forged deed scam.
00:39:09.780 And this is one of these issues where you've got you've got a family, a family member who's in has disability, her husband, one acre property, title theft.
00:39:22.780 It's it's so horrific. And this is just going to happen just at the end of last year, end of 2025.
00:39:28.580 So I needed to get Natalie Dominguez on here because she's a title theft education expert
00:39:35.200 from our friends over at Home Title Lock to walk us through exactly what happened
00:39:40.560 because we've been telling you about these scams over and over.
00:39:43.540 And unfortunately, here's another one out of Honolulu.
00:39:46.340 Natalie.
00:39:48.640 Hi, Jack.
00:39:49.560 Good to be with you guys.
00:39:50.640 Again, always wishing it's under better circumstances.
00:39:53.100 But, you know, these things are really important to talk about with the general public
00:39:57.520 public because i feel like this is something we can all kind of relate to right probably 90 of 1.00
00:40:03.520 our net worth as a homeowner is is in our our home and in instances like this where this disabled
00:40:09.440 woman in hawaii you know she lost her husband she's got alzheimer's she's got dementia um you
00:40:14.960 know we're very familiar with that in my family as well and in this case the family is trying to
00:40:20.640 get legal guardianship so they can sell the home to get care for her because you know you can't
00:40:26.320 can't just live in a house by yourself when you have dementia and Alzheimer's. It's a very
00:40:30.940 intensive care that's needed in these cases. And this guy just comes in 16 days after the family
00:40:37.340 got that guardianship and were preparing to go through this process and just swipes the home
00:40:42.140 out from under them. And they go to the police and the police are like, nope, sorry, this is a
00:40:47.740 civil thing. You guys got to kind of figure it out on their own. And while they were trying to
00:40:52.500 figure it out, this fraudster sells the home quick cash sale for $350,000 when it was worth
00:41:00.160 upwards of $600,000 right out from under them. So this wasn't one of the homes that was affected
00:41:08.540 during the wildfires, right? Because I know there was a lot of talk about this type of thing during
00:41:13.240 that and Pacific Palisades as well. Okay. Because we know disasters are certainly, and it could
00:41:18.260 have been that perhaps the disasters are what put put this area on the you know on the radar for
00:41:23.720 scammers because I remember you saying before that disasters natural disasters do tend to be
00:41:28.120 something that that triggers this type of criminal behavior absolutely yeah when properties are not
00:41:34.140 being watched whether it's through natural disasters or it's a vacation home or it's a
00:41:38.260 vacant land when a property is not being watched and monitored it is absolutely more susceptible
00:41:44.340 to fraud. I mean, there was not exactly this, but there was tons of fraud, squatters, things like
00:41:49.720 that happening during the Palisades fires. A lot of stuff was coming out of Hawaii at the time of
00:41:54.760 those fires as well. So, I mean, I haven't double checked it. I don't believe this is one of the
00:42:00.180 houses that were affected, but it is very possible. I know there's been a lot of this happening in the
00:42:05.720 last year more than normal. No, and it certainly seems more than normal. So what you're saying
00:42:11.900 here is now walk me through. So it was the family was conducting this legal guardianship. They're
00:42:18.060 going through the process then, uh, you know, going through the affairs, trying to figure out
00:42:22.820 where everything is. Was it during that process that the home title was stolen or was this
00:42:29.660 something that they had uncovered had already happened? And then they just realized it once
00:42:33.980 they attained this guardianship. So very likely they figured out that it had happened. So the,
00:42:41.060 the the fraudulent deed was filed after they had already gained the guardianship however what this
00:42:47.340 is kind of from in my opinion from what we've seen right from from everything that we know
00:42:51.480 what most likely happened was a lot of these fraudsters will search public record for
00:42:56.200 recent deaths especially elderly deaths and then they target those people to take over their home
00:43:02.580 because a lot of the times these houses have to go through probate and able to get back into the
00:43:06.300 family's name, et cetera, figure out who's going to be taking over everything. And in that process,
00:43:11.260 these fraudsters jump in and do that. So I assume that they happen to uncover this during this legal
00:43:18.300 process of transfer because now they're getting ready to sell the home for the mother slash
00:43:22.920 grandmother's care, and they can't because their name is no longer on the deed. So from everything
00:43:30.080 that we see happen in the news that is similar to this, that's usually what happens. They're
00:43:34.480 they're targeting someone that passed away recently. They go through this process and
00:43:38.420 then the family happens to uncover it while they're in the process of trying to do something
00:43:42.720 else with the home. And it's, it's so terrible. So over at home title lock, you know, this is
00:43:48.760 the type of thing that you specialize in. Now let's say that, you know, you know, for, for sake
00:43:54.920 of, of explanation that the family here or, or prior to this, the woman had home title lock
00:44:01.660 services, what would Home Title Lock have been able to do in seeing that this title change,
00:44:08.560 you know, that would have triggered an alert? I already know from our previous encounters. But
00:44:13.600 walk people through the process then if they uncovered something like this.
00:44:18.960 Great question. So you got the first one on the money, right? So we monitor the property,
00:44:25.240 not the person. That's very important because we're not attached to social security numbers
00:44:29.260 or anything like that, we are attached to the property itself. So anything being filed in
00:44:33.260 relation to the property, even if it's something that you're doing, we're going to alert you of.
00:44:37.240 Second is urgent alerts, which is the second part of that. And we make sure that as a homeowner,
00:44:42.100 you are getting alerted in multiple ways to make sure that you're aware of what's going on. And
00:44:46.840 then we have a team that's available to answer any questions. If it's something that you're not
00:44:49.980 sure of, is this something I did? Is it not? What does it mean? We're there to answer your questions.
00:44:53.860 If fraud is detected, immediately we jump in.
00:44:57.180 So we bring it to our legal team.
00:44:59.180 We have a network of legal professionals all across the U.S. because every state, every municipality is different.
00:45:06.480 They all require different processes to go through.
00:45:09.940 So we've built this network across the U.S. to make sure that no matter where the fraud is happening, we're able to jump in and get it fixed right away.
00:45:16.640 So literally what the homeowner has to do is, one, they will have to file a police report if they haven't already.
00:45:22.120 police aren't going to do anything we just have to have it on the record and then our legal team
00:45:26.740 takes over everything at no out-of-pocket cost to the subscriber so in this case we would have
00:45:32.620 hopefully been able to jump in and stop it before the house was actually sold
00:45:36.340 to that that uh ironwood finance out of texas so iron would find now in in those cases then
00:45:45.260 And so and just just for my own edification, is it, you know, is it possible to get the title back from one of these instances?
00:45:54.420 Obviously, that that institution, I mean, hopefully didn't know anything that had gone wrong, had known that anything untoward was involved.
00:46:02.120 Are they under any legal obligation to then turn it back over?
00:46:06.840 So it's funny that you say that because it depends on the state.
00:46:09.680 Mitty Yoshi, who is the consumer protection chair and attorney in Hawaii, he actually commented on
00:46:14.580 this in one of the news interviews and talked about how they've actually seen, and we've seen
00:46:18.520 this as well, you know, at home title, like in the news, even if the company that's purchasing
00:46:23.680 the home, a lot of the times they will still continue to go through the sale, even if they
00:46:27.580 know that they're buying it from a fraudulent owner, because legally on paper, the purchase is
00:46:33.800 legal because that person is the legal homeowner on record. Um, we have seen families try to fight
00:46:40.400 the sales. Um, I think in this case, the family was trying to fight after the sale had already
00:46:45.620 gone through. Um, and a lot of the times what happens is they either lose or they settle for
00:46:51.200 far less than the house is worth. So this house is worth $600,000. Let's say they settle for
00:46:57.160 200,000. Would you be happy with that as a homeowner? It's like, Oh, well, at least I got
00:47:02.160 a little bit of money out of it no you'd be like this is my house this was fraud but because there's
00:47:07.480 a lot of gaps in the legal process most of the time when this happens they either end up with
00:47:12.100 nothing like that woman whose home was bulldozed in um i want to say it was louisiana i could be
00:47:17.360 wrong it's been a while um but the woman whose home was bulldozed she got nothing they got
00:47:21.540 nothing no settlement you think about this too you know a woman this this this grandmother with
00:47:27.620 Alzheimer's, the idea, of course, you know, memory issues. So her memories that she does have are
00:47:32.920 tied to that home. So you put her somewhere else and they're going to have a whole slew of problems.
00:47:39.600 Natalie, tell people where they can go to get the peace of mind of knowing that their selves and
