00:05:51.120And I got to say, Jack, these people just have no moral compass.
00:05:53.840It would be good to take note that if anything, when they show concern for others, it's only to relay to people to stop filming, especially during these these looting of law enforcement officers vehicles.
00:06:10.360So no, no, no word about, hey, guys, let's maybe not do this or, hey, guys, let's go protest somewhere else.
00:06:18.640nope nobody nobody called for any of this to be stopped they said oh you know what do you got
00:06:25.560there what's this what's that and uh it's it's it's really sad to see and i gotta say i mean
00:06:32.440i just you know i just i was just got out and prayed you know i just started praying
00:06:37.840um these people have no uh moral compass or direction on what is good and what is bad uh
00:06:45.800it's it's it's it's it's completely impulsive it's completely impulsive it's violent and now
00:06:54.220they're armed and they were they were also doxing federal agents and both fbi and ice we're going
00:07:01.860to get into that christine noem the hs secretary spoke about it this morning caroline levitt as
00:07:06.180well getting into this at the white house press conference we write back human events daily with
00:07:10.240more nothing will stand in our way and our golden age has just begun this is human events with jack
00:07:32.900Posobiec. Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the
00:07:39.580second American revolution. All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back with on with Kevin Posobiec
00:07:49.220there down our field correspondent, human events, Minneapolis last night, President Trump,
00:07:54.920finger on the button, of course, responding to all the footage that came out last night,
00:07:59.600these horrific attacks on ICE agents and the other law enforcement that was there.
00:08:25.940So on the ground, we had about two dozen ICE agents, all in formation, and then quickly followed up by Minnesota Police Department in black, the real black block.
00:08:45.320So Minneapolis police and state police eventually came out.
00:08:49.560That's state police there in the yellow.
00:08:51.920I believe city police in the black there.
00:08:55.000And then, of course, ice in the green. So protesters were actually yelling at police because there were reports earlier in the day that they were not taking calls in potential collaboration with local Minnesotans.
00:09:11.060And now locals have begun shouting at them, saying that they feel betrayed, on top of yelling F-Ice and calling them every other name in the book.
00:09:22.720Anyway, these aren't the best and brightest high IQ people out here.
00:09:27.920As we were saying in the last break, they're easily riled up.
00:09:33.280And it's a bit of a feeding frenzy with sharks.
00:09:36.780You know, there's blood in the water, quote, unquote.
00:09:38.840vote. Um, well, so yeah. And, and, and this is what they do. This is what they do. They,
00:09:44.860they, this is what they do. Certainly Kevin. Now, now if I can, so this footage that came out,
00:09:50.360uh, you captured some Nick Sorter captured some as well. This federal weapons locker that was in
00:09:57.840the back of the vehicle. We can see this. Christie Noem came out the DHS secretary earlier today at
00:10:02.900a press conference at the white house and said that it was actually an FBI vehicle, not an ice
00:10:07.260vehicle. So that lines up with what you guys are reporting, the doxing of agents by leftists
00:10:11.680like Mercado, who you filmed a couple of days ago, attacking and violently threatening Nick
00:10:17.400Sordor. Can you put us through, though, on the scene, how was it that this vehicle came to be
00:10:24.120abandoned? Were you able to see what happened there, the events that led up to that? Because
00:10:30.580we could see the perimeter being formed, we could see the tear gas, but how exactly was it
00:10:35.200that they were able to get to this vehicle when it seemed like so many officers were there?
00:10:40.980Right. That's a good question. So we have the main intersection where the shooting occurred,
00:10:48.000a ICE agent shot a man attempting to kill him with a shovel. And so they formed a tight unit
00:10:54.460there on the block under the streetlights. But what you didn't see, maybe on the choppers,
00:10:59.200you can see it was that every surrounding block, about two blocks around in every direction,
00:11:04.660was also secured by police. But the FBI vehicles were undercover, as they usually roll. So
00:11:17.000I wasn't there to see it. But I guess the protesters did. And they saw people pull up.
00:11:25.940It was a frenzy of people joining in, either for reinforcements on both sides here.
00:11:34.660So they must have just simply saw them and then doubled back after.
00:11:40.080So that was outside of this perimeter.
00:11:42.940So what you're saying is those vehicles were outside of the secured perimeter you're talking about?
00:11:50.220And then so the agents, so when the agents left the vehicle, they went over to work to secure the perimeter, but they left their vehicle behind?
00:12:10.440So at that point, when they were hitting this, because I see those are toe cables, it appears to be, that they were able to get on that.
00:12:17.280I mean, they had—it seems like they had freedom of movement here pretty much.
00:12:20.600Did any officers respond within minutes or within any amount of time to this to this theft, to this looting of which, again, includes either, you know, rifles or shotguns that seem to be stolen here?
00:15:16.320to what precipitated all of this in these operations.
00:15:19.820And that was, of course, Renee Good, this anti-ice agitator, launching her vehicle, a 2,000 pound or excuse me, 4,000 pound two ton SUV at an officer where he sustained internal bleeding.
00:15:34.280Julie Kelly joins us now because, Julie, you've been doing some research and you had reached out to me regarding the relationship between Renee Good and Becca Good, because we just saw the news yesterday that broke that Becca Good is now under criminal investigation.
00:15:54.080So Becca Good right here in the video after Renee Good was shot claimed that she was her wife.
00:16:02.300oh you just shot my wife etc she gave a statement shortly thereafter also describing herself as
00:16:09.460Renee Good's wife the media unquestionably unquestioning unflinching reported as fact
00:16:18.740that really who was the instigator in a lot of this Becca Good seen attempting to get into the
00:16:24.440passenger side there was indeed Renee Good's wife so I did a little digging my researcher and I we
00:16:30.660checked a few states where the pair had lived over the last, I guess, couple of years. No marriage
00:16:37.160record can be found. Then we came upon a document where Renee Good in 2023 asked to have her legal
00:16:46.380last name changed. She has been married twice previously, two men, have her last name changed
00:16:53.820to Good. On the questionnaire, it asks, why do you want your last name changed? She said,
00:16:59.820so I can share the same last name, there it is, as my partner. So partner, wife, obviously two
00:17:07.100different things. They are viewed very differently as well, domestic partner versus spouse in the
00:17:12.040state of Minnesota. And then Jack, yesterday, the attorneys who the Good family, Macklin family,
00:17:19.600have hired, Renee's family has hired, also the same attorneys who had represented George Floyd's
00:17:25.420family described Becca Good as Renee Good's partner. So they are not married. She is not
00:17:34.320her wife. Does this make a difference? Yes, legally it does. But it also demonstrates how0.80
00:17:40.260the media has been so dishonest in attempting to portray this happy family narrative. They're a
00:17:46.960married lesbian couple dropping their six-year-old. Six-year-old does not belong to Becca Good. Six-1.00
00:17:52.440belongs to Renee Good and her ex-late husband, who passed away in 2023 also. This happy family,
00:18:00.580and they just stumbled upon this ICE operation, got caught in the crosshairs, and the rest is
00:18:06.400history. So we now have Jack, the Washington Post and New York Times I checked today,
00:18:12.720simultaneously describing Becca Good as her partner and then as her wife. So, and of course,
00:18:22.220Keep in mind, there's a $1.5 million GoFundMe account set up to help Renee Good's quote-unquote widow, meaning Becca Good.
00:18:34.000And all of this certainly is going to come into question because, look, just having been in these situations before when a family member is lost, crowd funds come up,
00:18:45.060These are definitely cases where there are serious legal questions as to who actually should receive the money, who the beneficiary is, who the proper beneficiary is when someone passes away.
00:18:57.220And it's something where GoFundMe and Gifts and Go, by the way, are under legal obligations to make sure that it goes to the proper people.
00:19:05.260Julie Kelly, we've got a break right here, but I'd love to come back and dig into this with you more right around the bend.
00:19:31.220all right jack so here we are back live human events daily we're here walking through everything
00:19:42.700that's going on, but let me just tell you something, folks. If you're anything like me,
00:19:46.840these holidays were brutal. I'm talking every health habit, gone. Desserts, late nights,
00:19:53.200skipped workouts. But now that we're in the new year, it's time to reset. Let's undo all that
00:19:59.040and make a new year's resolution to actually give our bodies what they need. And for me and the
00:20:04.460Poso family, that fresh start begins with Cove Pure. Let me tell you something about it. Here's

00:21:20.220POSO to start the new year right. I want to get back in with Julie Kelly here. So Julie,
00:21:27.980you've been digging through on this, these questions about the legality of the marriage,
00:21:33.120which apparently there never was any marriage partner, I suppose, is the best thing we can come up for about to describe this relationship.
00:21:40.120When it comes to the legality of this GoFundMe, there are real questions as to whether or not her beneficiary would be her widow, who is not a widow, by the way.
00:21:52.460Wouldn't it actually just revert to her son then, the six-year-old son apparently that they have or that, excuse me, that she has?
00:21:57.540yes i believe so i mean that seems like the logical legal thing to do uh there's also another
00:22:05.460wrinkle here the father of the six-year-old renee good's second ex-husband uh was in the military in
00:22:13.640the air force for about 16 years it looked like there's no cause of death in his obituary or
00:22:19.560stated anywhere else however he talked about on social media and renee good did as well
00:22:26.340that he suffered from PTSD. So we can also we can assume that there are some sort of military
00:22:33.560benefits either to her if they were still married at the time. It's not clear if they were divorced0.91
00:22:38.840or not. She's not mentioned in his 2023 obituary, but also the custody of the son. Now, I think even
00:22:47.180more outrageously, Becca Good is running around calling this son our son. Now I'm left behind to
00:22:54.640take care of our son. Well, they're not married. She has no legal right to this son, custody of
00:23:02.580this son. The late father's family is still around. I believe that the father has been interviewed,
00:23:10.500the father-in-law, Renee Good's father-in-law, ex-father-in-law, has been interviewed, I think,
00:23:15.800numerous times. So why would Becca Good, and this was a day after the shooting, she wasted no time
00:23:24.260leveraging this for her own benefit, helping the media create this false narrative about this
00:23:32.100family unit that does not exist. Now claiming she has to take care of our son when the son0.99
00:23:39.020does not belong to her. Renee Good was not her spouse or wife in any legal form. And yet here0.99
00:23:46.220she is running around making claims that simply aren't true and the media reporting it without
00:23:52.400out even doing basic research like we did. No, they're not. And Julie, to that point as well,
00:23:59.820in cases like this, even if they had been legally married, which by the way, if they're not legally
00:24:05.680married, then I'm really not sure where the custody claim comes in. But even if they were,
00:24:11.620if the stepmother did not adopt the son, then there still would be no custody claim there
00:24:18.860because you need to have adoption in cases like this.
00:24:22.940And typically then it gets sorted out.
00:24:24.740Usually the child will be placed with a foster, you know, a foster family while something like this is figured out.
00:24:30.460So there's there's already real questions about how can she have custody of a son that she has no legal relationship with?
00:24:39.280And the other piece I wanted to ask you, though, you mentioned the lawyer.
00:24:43.180And I'm trying to try to follow the family tree here. Right.
00:24:46.740So it was the it was her deceased husband's family that hired the George Floyd lawyer.
00:25:28.300However, so it's not really clear exactly who this lawyer has been hired by, but I think
00:25:34.040it's safe to assume, given Becca Good's behavior, that she is the one who retained this attorney
00:25:41.060and not only will try to benefit from this GoFundMe account, but also entitled, she thinks,
00:25:49.040to some sort of damages as the surviving spouse, surviving partner. We see media types, even on
00:25:56.240Fox News, referring to her as a widow. She's not the widow. So, you know, but we're told these
00:26:03.920are people of the highest character. We should not question their motives. We should not question
00:26:09.000their claims and allegations. We're certainly now seeking what appears to be a lawsuit against the
00:26:18.300federal government seeking damages and awarding at least a big part of that to Becca Good.
00:26:24.960Well, and we'll see how that goes, because last I checked, you can't sue the government for
00:26:29.560criminal behavior and if she herself is under or facing criminal liability under criminal
00:26:34.080investigation from the doj as we saw which the new york times actually broke that story um that uh
00:26:40.780they were trying to blame me on that the journalists were but you know go good uh good
00:26:45.860luck trying to get trying to pin anything on post that's all i gotta say julie kelly where can people
00:26:50.120go to follow all of your breaking and these incredible scoops thanks so much jack so
00:26:55.540declassified with julie kelly at substack x at julie underscore kelly too i will be uh working
00:27:01.160on a piece for the weekend exactly on this becca good renee good alleged marriage that did not
00:27:06.740exist and more egregiously the media going along with it to perpetuate this well thank you for
00:27:12.220thank you for picking it all apart because i this is like this is like some some british royalty
00:27:18.260kind of you know legal family i cannot follow the family tree here thank you julie kelly for doing
00:27:24.280the yeoman's work we write vacuum events daily and jack where is jack where is jack where is he
00:27:34.040jack i want to see you great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible
00:27:42.580thing we're always talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the
00:27:47.540guys should be getting policies all right jack so we're back live real america's voice human
00:27:53.240events daily. Now there was a story in Axios a couple of days ago that really caught my attention
00:27:59.280and I couldn't stop thinking about it. And it's, it's, it came up at climate Depot, um, was where
00:28:06.540I saw it. And the headline, this is the Axios headline. All right. The world's great climate
00:28:13.960collapse. The climate agendas fall from grace over the past year has been stunning in speed,
00:28:21.480scale and scope. And this is out of Axios, where they themselves are admitting that suddenly after,
00:28:29.860let's just say it, 30 years, 30 years of being told that this was coming.
00:28:37.480Al Gore puts out inconvenient truth 20 years ago, tells us that the seas are going to envelop
00:28:43.540Manhattan and all the rest of it. And suddenly, very quietly, very quietly.
00:28:47.960the climate change agenda just kind of disappeared. It just it just sort of they all just sort of
00:28:54.100stopped talking about it. And I even went back and checked AOC's Twitter. I said, I'm going to
00:28:58.580AOC's Twitter, a little research here, research project for myself. And I said, when is the last
00:29:03.020time that AOC has tweeted about climate change? You're not going to believe this. It was October
00:29:07.9409th, 2024, one month before the 2024 election, which means that ever since Donald Trump won the
00:29:16.100election. She hasn't tweeted the word climate once when this was the story that she used to
00:29:23.100rise to national prominence. I got to figure out what's going on here. So I wanted to go and bring
00:29:28.560on Daniel Turner from Power of the Future because he's got the number on these guys. Daniel, how are
00:29:34.080you? Jack, it's great to be back with you. Thanks for having me. So here's my question. We know that
00:29:41.360under Biden's, you know, the Bidenflation bill, basically, that they got a lot of the green news
00:29:47.860scam spending was in that. So here's so when I started kind of asking this on Twitter, people
00:29:53.500were responding, saying, well, they stopped talking about it because they got paid off.
00:29:57.100Is that true? Or are we seeing the world just sort of leave this scam behind because it was
00:30:02.920always a scam? No, it's always been a scam. And I don't think it's we can say that this
00:30:08.860movement is gone, right? They are in abeyance. They are keeping their heads down. But you have
00:30:14.460to think these are organizations that have magnificent offices in Washington, D.C. and in
00:30:19.880New York City. They have staffs in the hundreds and thousands. Some of these climate groups have
00:30:24.540operating budgets of $400 million, right? Your 401k is tied into that. Your parking spot,
00:30:31.280your vacation, et cetera, is all tied into this. They're not going anywhere. They may realize this
00:30:37.200is not their moment. But this is an institution, and they are not going anywhere. Now, the movement
00:30:44.020itself, though, has always been bunk. It's always been a bunch of lies. And as you were showing
00:30:48.900earlier, some footage from Minnesota, and I mean, can we just pause and say we are just fatigued?
00:30:55.040We all have Minnesota fatigue, right? We're just sick and tired of this crap.0.99
00:30:59.020What does the footage look like? It looks exactly like Ferguson. It looks like BLM. It looks like0.99
00:31:05.040Occupy Wall Street. It looks like it's the same movement over and over again, the same message,
00:31:10.260the same whistles, the same agitators. Climate was just the convenient thing at that time.
00:31:16.560And right now it's not convenient. So the institutions are not going anywhere.
00:31:20.980The momentum is now on anti-ice, but they'll be back. And that's why, you know, I can't go
00:31:27.180anywhere because I know they're just waiting for their moment. Well, I know. So and one of the
00:31:32.860things that I realized, too, is that AOC is definitely going to start tweeting about climate
00:31:36.440change again because I called her out. And I just took this on a whim. This isn't something that I
00:31:41.300was like going through and, you know, making sure of. But she went over a year, over a full year
00:31:46.760without tweeting about climate change. And Daniel, here's what was so fascinating to me. Did anyone
00:31:52.700even notice? Did anyone even notice that they all just sort of stopped talking about climate change
00:31:58.060and Greta? So we certainly noticed that Greta, suddenly she's talking about Israel. She's talking
00:32:02.200about Gaza. She's totally left the movement that put her on the map. She was reading what leading0.56
00:32:08.260these walkouts the same way that we just saw this high school walkout in Minneapolis yesterday. Of
00:32:12.660course, our footage was on the ground. Our cameras are on the ground for human events. You find out
00:32:17.520that all the walkouts in the high schools in Minneapolis are filled with Somalis. Yeah. And1.00
00:32:22.280then they started brawling in the state capitol. So that didn't go as exactly as planned as Keith
00:32:27.100Ellison wanted. But but but I do want to drill down on this, actually, because I think it's very
00:32:30.780important that they all stopped talking about climate change. And nobody even seemed to notice
00:32:37.320it just sort of floated away. Uh, it was just sort of blown away and they immediately replaced it.
00:32:43.000They replaced it with COVID. They replaced it with the Ukraine war. Now they replaced it. The
00:32:46.260new thing is ice. And did they ever even realize, you know, do you think anyone's even, cause I
00:32:52.460don't think anyone before this Axios piece has mentioned it. The fact that psychologically
00:32:56.200there's clearly something wrong here when they were telling us that the world was going to end
00:33:02.720and then they just sort of forgot about the apocalypse. Well, when is an existential crisis
00:33:07.840no longer an existential crisis, right? When it pulls poorly. Right. And this was the end of times.
00:33:13.100You know what I'd love to ask? And you may have a better insight than I do. I'd love to ask
00:33:17.460Secretary Hegseth, where are the generals? Joe Biden used to always say the generals tell me
00:33:22.720the biggest threat? Climate change. Where are those generals? How come the generals have stopped
00:33:27.740all those assessments that the biggest threat we face as a nation is climate change? So part of
00:33:34.160the climate movement's downfall, why it's no longer very popular, is they did what COVID did
00:33:42.240in a year, the climate movement's been doing over 30 years, and that they were too hyperbolic and
00:33:48.320too insane and it never caught up, right? In COVID, it was kind of easy to be hyperbolic and
00:33:53.520insane because everyone was petrified. And so the masks, the plexiglass, and that was compressed in
00:33:59.500such a short window. The climate movement, they've been doing this for 30 years, 40 years. And it's
00:34:05.800why it kind of falls off with a certain population because you say, I've been hearing this crap my0.95
00:34:11.860whole life captain planet indoctrinated most of gen gen z into believing the world is going to end0.99
00:34:18.640from climate change and now they're all like 30s and 40s and they're like i don't believe this junk
00:34:24.040anymore so so that's part of the downfall is you can't always wait wait all right all right since
00:34:29.300you brought up since you brought up media from the 90s i gotta tell you something so my my my
00:34:34.540parents are um you know going through some old stuff in the house and they came across a couple
00:34:40.100old boxes of like my comic books and magazines and stuff I had when I was a kid. And I used to
00:34:46.420subscribe to a Ranger Rick. And I was like, oh, wow, my old Ranger Rick's from the 1990s. Let me
00:34:51.480grab a couple of these, you know, maybe get them to my kids because they're really cool. I went
00:34:57.020back and looked. There's no alarmism in these. This is like 92, 93. There's no alarmism. Yeah,
00:35:02.940they talk about, hey, you know, if you want to protect the environment, go clean your local lake,
00:35:07.280Go clean your local river. Go clean up your local park. Focus on that. Focus locally.
00:35:12.740Right. Those were the types of things and messages that were being pushed to kids at that time.
00:35:17.380And I think that's perfectly great. I don't think there's anything wrong with that whatsoever.
00:35:21.260And they were talking about nature. So you could see and I was reading it and saying, my gosh.
00:35:25.620And I bet you if I picked up those magazines today or, you know, a similar magazine, we know exactly the type of propaganda that would be there.
00:35:32.740And I said, my gosh, this is exactly what I remember, that it wasn't that the climate was about to be killed.
00:35:38.760It was just, hey, we need to learn how to live with nature.
00:38:17.540and he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event
00:38:30.740and we're going to turn it around and make our country great again amen
00:38:34.880all right jack posobik we are back live human events daily well folks another year a new year
00:38:46.960And another one of these stories that has just come out, this really hit us, you know,
00:38:53.720crossed the plate, crossed our radar at the end of last year.
00:38:58.340And this is a story out of Hawaii, terrible story.
00:39:02.040A family of a disabled woman has lost thousands in a forged deed scam.
00:39:09.780And this is one of these issues where you've got you've got a family, a family member who's in has disability, her husband, one acre property, title theft.
00:39:22.780It's it's so horrific. And this is just going to happen just at the end of last year, end of 2025.
00:39:28.580So I needed to get Natalie Dominguez on here because she's a title theft education expert
00:39:35.200from our friends over at Home Title Lock to walk us through exactly what happened
00:39:40.560because we've been telling you about these scams over and over.
00:39:43.540And unfortunately, here's another one out of Honolulu.
00:44:59.180We have a network of legal professionals all across the U.S. because every state, every municipality is different.
00:45:06.480They all require different processes to go through.
00:45:09.940So we've built this network across the U.S. to make sure that no matter where the fraud is happening, we're able to jump in and get it fixed right away.
00:45:16.640So literally what the homeowner has to do is, one, they will have to file a police report if they haven't already.
00:45:22.120police aren't going to do anything we just have to have it on the record and then our legal team
00:45:26.740takes over everything at no out-of-pocket cost to the subscriber so in this case we would have
00:45:32.620hopefully been able to jump in and stop it before the house was actually sold
00:45:36.340to that that uh ironwood finance out of texas so iron would find now in in those cases then
00:45:45.260And so and just just for my own edification, is it, you know, is it possible to get the title back from one of these instances?
00:45:54.420Obviously, that that institution, I mean, hopefully didn't know anything that had gone wrong, had known that anything untoward was involved.
00:46:02.120Are they under any legal obligation to then turn it back over?
00:46:06.840So it's funny that you say that because it depends on the state.
00:46:09.680Mitty Yoshi, who is the consumer protection chair and attorney in Hawaii, he actually commented on
00:46:14.580this in one of the news interviews and talked about how they've actually seen, and we've seen
00:46:18.520this as well, you know, at home title, like in the news, even if the company that's purchasing
00:46:23.680the home, a lot of the times they will still continue to go through the sale, even if they
00:46:27.580know that they're buying it from a fraudulent owner, because legally on paper, the purchase is
00:46:33.800legal because that person is the legal homeowner on record. Um, we have seen families try to fight
00:46:40.400the sales. Um, I think in this case, the family was trying to fight after the sale had already
00:46:45.620gone through. Um, and a lot of the times what happens is they either lose or they settle for
00:46:51.200far less than the house is worth. So this house is worth $600,000. Let's say they settle for
00:46:57.160200,000. Would you be happy with that as a homeowner? It's like, Oh, well, at least I got
00:47:02.160a little bit of money out of it no you'd be like this is my house this was fraud but because there's
00:47:07.480a lot of gaps in the legal process most of the time when this happens they either end up with
00:47:12.100nothing like that woman whose home was bulldozed in um i want to say it was louisiana i could be
00:47:17.360wrong it's been a while um but the woman whose home was bulldozed she got nothing they got
00:47:21.540nothing no settlement you think about this too you know a woman this this this grandmother with
00:47:27.620Alzheimer's, the idea, of course, you know, memory issues. So her memories that she does have are
00:47:32.920tied to that home. So you put her somewhere else and they're going to have a whole slew of problems.
00:47:39.600Natalie, tell people where they can go to get the peace of mind of knowing that their selves and
00:47:44.040their family members won't be in this situation. Absolutely. So you can go to home title lock.com
