00:00:43.940 mentioned on the show watch the episode it's pretty short but it gives you a great primer so you

00:00:48.500 understand everything that's going down on this go down the rabbit hole on one belt one road with

00:00:53.840 china the world's loan shark ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events 1.00

00:01:01.400 daily powered by turning point usa today is 13 april 2022 and no domine today's top stories manhunt

00:01:10.440 underway in the brooklyn subway attack and a person of interest has been named we're going to get into it

00:01:15.500 and his social media next a new lawsuit is claiming that elon musk harmed twitter shareholders and possibly

00:01:22.120 broke the law by waiting too long to disclose his purchase third a new report is out that john

00:01:28.420 podesta is likely interviewed in the durham investigation and finally brian benjamin the

00:01:33.820 new york lieutenant governor no one's talking about this one was indicted in a campaign finance

00:01:38.340 scheme all this and more ahead human events daily

00:01:40.060 so a horrific situation yesterday at the subway station in brooklyn where as people were on their

00:01:59.680 way to work and an attack broke out and there's a lot of moving parts to this thing there's a lot

00:02:06.760 of interest in what actually happened and where the guy is who's now named as a person of interest

00:02:14.080 by the nypd his name is frank james but what we know so far is that 33 people were shot at some are in

00:02:21.260 critical condition but as of now no one was killed no one died in this thing this individual frank james

00:02:29.360 the person of interest if it is indeed him we're told that he left a credit card at the scene and

00:02:36.400 the scene and that's how they know that he was able to be the one uh they identified him as this

00:02:40.880 potential person of interest he also fits the description of someone that people say was running

00:02:44.680 with a gray hoodie as he was coming out they say he rented a u-haul from new mexico he lives in milwaukee

00:02:51.060 they say he rented a new hall in new mexico drove to philadelphia then new jersey then then obviously

00:02:58.300 to brooklyn in order to conduct this attack so we're seeing now this chain of events but what's even

00:03:04.440 more disturbing is that he filmed yeah that's right he made a vlog on his youtube page of his entire

00:03:13.380 journey up to this event and so if this man this frank james is actually the person who perpetrated

00:03:22.980 this crime this is someone who's very very deranged and oh by the way of course another person who was 0.54

00:03:30.660 on the radar of the fbi but we're told the fbi exonerated him in 2019 yes that's right the fbi was

00:03:38.580 much too busy it was much much much too busy going up to michigan to frame a bunch of guys in the woods

00:03:44.820 saying that they were conspiring to go after the michigan governor too busy framing those guys to

00:03:52.300 take care of a guy like frank james a guy that we are told was on their radar that they looked at and

00:03:57.820 they did clear years before just a few years before he conducted if it is indeed him this attack

00:04:04.320 i want to play for you and these videos by this guy they're very disturbing racial animosity off the

00:04:12.280 charts and his facebook page is racial animosity off the charts for years and years going back so

00:04:18.040 you get banned on facebook for a dr fauci meme i get banned on twitter for making a joke about disney

00:04:23.360 and groomers but this guy is able to talk about killing people based on their race targeting white

00:04:31.560 people targeting jews actually conducts an attack his facebook page is still up and on his youtube

00:04:38.840 these incoherent rants go on for years so i want to play for you the last video that frank james made

00:04:48.380 before this attack was conducted this is part of prison this is part of prison culture however i feel

00:04:55.000 about it however you feel about it that's the part of prison culture being gang raped and also being

00:05:00.840 extorted and however else the kitchen that's what it is you know um there's nothing going to change

00:05:07.120 that whatever i say or don't say how i feel about well what i feel about well that's what it is it is

00:05:11.540 i wish it wasn't i wish a lot of things weren't the way they were i wish the mentality that didn't

00:05:18.780 exist that would cause a mother want to go on some penitentiary you know but it does this is this is i keep

00:05:24.240 talking about it for all the good it's not going to stop talking i'm talking because i have lips

00:05:27.680 and have a webcam and have a youtube channel but my talking is not going to affect

00:05:33.100 my talk is not nobody's talk is going to change people excuse my expression have to be

00:05:39.920 up again you have to be in the gutter starving dirty and stinking in a femur camp standing on two 0.89

00:05:45.520 mile long line waiting for mri some water to drink it has to exist for a very long time

00:05:50.020 so as of the time of this recording we still don't know if he's been caught facebook page is

00:05:57.120 still active youtube page is still active he could actually go and still continue to post on that thing

00:06:04.180 but of course that's the catch-22 right the catch-22 is if he starts posting facebook youtube whatever

00:06:10.780 and they're able to trace it then they're going to catch him so frank what are you going to do man

00:06:17.060 are you going to go for the post or are you going to hide it out or are you going to try to get some

00:06:22.780 other thing out of here look obviously they're dealing with somebody who's completely mentally

00:06:28.040 deranged but we know what's going to happen they're not going to crack down on him they're not going to

00:06:33.860 look into this radicalization funnel or the fact that he told people specifically even had a vlog up

00:06:40.720 the entire time about where he was going why he was going there and somehow the fbi the great fbi

00:06:48.860 completely missed every single step of this plot

00:06:54.220 this week's inflation numbers hit 8.5 percent and keep in mind that's only the number that they're

00:07:03.420 admitting we understand that the real pandemic that we're in right now is biden's printing and

00:07:10.400 spending the catastrophe that is looming we are hurtling towards this with the fed and the u.s

00:07:16.500 dollar bidenflation is the real pandemic and is getting worse by the day and that is why i continue

00:07:23.620 to recommend that you diversify with gold and silver now the only company that i personally

00:07:28.620 recommend is allegiance gold my friends at allegiance gold can help you protect your ira or 401k

00:08:05.660 slash poso we cannot control the biden administration but we can prepare allegiance gold.com

00:08:11.680 slash poso

00:08:12.660 at its heart a wokeness is divisive um exclusionary um and hateful it basically gives

00:08:23.900 mean people a shield to be to be mean and cruel armored in false virtue well the regime is very upset

00:08:32.440 with mr elon musk see because at first they thought that this twitter thing was just going to be one of

00:08:39.480 those oh i'm messing around i'm trolling you know i'm going to post something it's not going to go out

00:08:45.000 far you know it'll last a couple of days it's just an investment i'm gonna go off and do something

00:08:49.080 else it's gonna be like one of these dogecoin things but it appears that mr musk is actually in

00:08:57.260 for the long haul or so we seem so the regime is starting to respond i want to be very clear about

00:09:03.060 this having twitter restored to a full free speech platform is one of the most powerful things that

00:09:13.460 anyone can do in the fight for western civilization if elon musk actually steps up continues through

00:09:21.280 with a hostile takeover of twitter and restores it to the thing that it once was a bastion of free

00:09:29.120 speech the actual public square of the 21st century with real protections in place for people who have

00:09:37.420 different viewpoints than whatever the mainstream narrative or the current thing is that is going

00:09:45.760 to be a complete shot across the bow possibly shattering to regime narratives and then eventually

00:09:53.320 regime power he might even let another billionaire who was banned from twitter about a year ago back

00:10:02.040 on you guys remember him dude with orange hair used to be in washington a lot new york florida yeah

00:10:10.060 you remember him so what's the regime doing their strike back see the new see the news now from the

00:10:17.220 u.s news and world report elon musk accused of breaking law while buying twitter stock elon's

00:10:22.080 huge twitter investment took a new twist tuesday with the filing of a lawsuit alleging that the colorful

00:10:27.580 billionaire illegally delayed disclosing his big stake in the social media company so that he could

00:10:33.040 buy more shares at lower prices so he's being accused of breaking the law the complaint in new

00:10:39.580 york federal court accuses musk of violating a regulatory deadline to reveal that he had accumulated

00:10:45.400 a stake of at least five percent instead according to the complaint musk didn't disclose his position

00:10:50.460 in twitter until he'd almost doubled his stake to more than nine percent that strategy the lawsuit

00:10:55.500 alleges hurt less wealthy investors who sold shares in the san francisco company in the nearly two

00:11:00.880 weeks before musk acknowledged holding a major stake musk's regulatory filings show that he bought a

00:11:06.620 little more than 620 000 shares at 36 a piece on january 1st and then continued to accumulate more shares

00:11:14.040 on nearly every single trading day through april 1st musk best known as ceo of the electric car maker

00:11:20.680 tesla held 73 million shares of twitter as the most recent count on monday so that's a 9.1 stake

00:11:28.060 so let's let's go down the list on this they're saying that he reached the five percent threshold

00:11:33.660 on march 24th but that the disclosure wasn't made until april 4th and of course the disclosure

00:11:39.840 led twitter sock to store soar 27 percent and so they're making this case that if you had a twitter

00:11:48.740 share that you sold between the 24th and the 4th before he made his disclosure that you are a victim

00:11:55.560 now of elon musk because he broke the rules uh they're saying i i assume the sec is well aware of

00:12:01.680 what he did the wrangling in the court and now of course they're going back because he had other sec

00:12:05.760 issues over tesla and over the tweet that tesla was going to be going private later here's something

00:12:10.540 interesting here musk didn't immediately respond the comment request for comment posted on twitter

00:12:16.340 where he often shares his opinion thoughts alex spyro a new york lawyer representing musk

00:12:23.120 also didn't immediately respond alex spyro this guy is one of the major players out there when it comes

00:12:32.000 to wall street and when it comes to power influence look if alex spyro is involved if that's the guy

00:12:37.420 representing musk that means he's serious in this that means he's very very serious alex spyro as

00:12:44.680 you can imagine with with what elon musk can hire what he can afford does not come cheap you don't

00:12:51.420 bring this guy in you don't bring spyro in if you're not planning something big if you're not

00:12:56.480 planning an actual huge move that's what he comes on board for right so whatever elon musk is planning

00:13:04.480 with this and i'm still look i still say that i don't necessarily think he's going to end up doing

00:13:12.060 this whole buyout and taking it private and all of this but i do know that whatever it is it is more

00:13:18.000 serious than people are letting on at the end of the day having an actual free speech platform that is

00:13:25.700 accessible to everyone from a piece of glass that you hold in your hand that you can sign up for for free

00:13:33.620 and then be presented with information through what i call the democratization of information

00:13:39.440 that will shatter the mainstream media narrative and when you see any issue out there whether it be

00:13:46.080 war whether it be uh medicine whether it be wealth whether it be the inflation numbers where the entire

00:13:53.020 uniparty seems to be completely in lockstep that's when you need free speech i keep saying this

00:13:59.040 it's not about left versus right it's about up versus down who has the actual power and influence

00:14:07.760 in this country is there a 99 oh sounded a little bit like bernie sanders there i don't know

00:14:13.340 senator sanders if you want to come on human events daily you're more than welcome anytime

00:14:17.400 the biggest scandal was when they spied on my campaign they spied on my campaign there's no

00:14:25.380 real evidence of that of course there is it's all over the place leslie they spied on my campaign

00:14:31.160 and they got caught can i say something you know this is 60 minutes and we can't put on things we

00:14:38.080 can't verify it on because it's bad for biden we can't put on things we can't verify leslie they

00:14:43.160 spy to my campaign well we can't verify it's been totally verified no it's been just go down and get

00:14:48.480 the papers they spy to my campaign they got caught no and then they went much further than that and

00:14:54.640 they got caught and you will see that leslie and you know that but you just don't want to no as a

00:15:00.120 matter of fact i don't know that well of course it turned out that not only was that completely

00:15:06.600 correct but now we've got more information into the actual special counsel investigation i think

00:15:13.040 it's hilarious by the way there's a special counsel investigation into the clinton campaign

00:15:18.760 into the fbi into the cia our entire national security state and yet we're not getting the daily

00:15:26.320 drumbeat of leaks from it we're not getting the daily because he you know so john durham special

00:15:31.580 counsel durham doesn't have the pr wing the pr operation that um the rest of the media had when it

00:15:38.900 came to special counsel muller so he was able to actually paralyze paralyze right about two years

00:15:46.580 of the trump administration because the media carried all the water for muller which actually in many

00:15:52.340 cases was the point of the muller investigation was to paralyze the trump administration but that's

00:15:58.000 another rabbit hole we can go down sometime but but the media of course is not covering durham

00:16:04.600 so it's up to us it's up to us the lowly and powerful punching way above our weight class

00:16:13.200 guys the team right here at human events daily to cover this and of course it comes down to the

00:16:20.140 great technofog you know i'm going to go to this there's any sub stack that i've promoted

00:16:24.440 it's technofog sub stack over you got to check this out so technofog special counsel john durham

00:16:30.860 continues his focus on the hillary clinton campaign and john podesta oh by the way has

00:16:37.160 been interviewed listen to this listen to the latest filing in addition according to interviews

00:16:43.980 conducted by the special counsel's office the clinton campaign's chair and other high-ranking

00:16:51.860 hfa hillary campaign officials were not even aware at this time of uk person one's identity

00:16:58.620 and didn't know that he or the u.s investigative firm specifically had been retained on their behalf

00:17:06.080 such witnesses appear to have been generally aware that a law firm had assembled a team to conduct

00:17:12.640 opposition research and claim to have only been briefed to a limited degree on the products and

00:17:18.760 details of that work what the heck does all of that mean who's uk person one who's investigative firm

00:17:25.940 well if you've been checking this out if you've been following us for years like we have and i broke

00:17:30.860 this down on the charlie kirk show uh i guess last week when i was on with charlie uk person one that's

00:17:38.180 christopher steel that's orbis in u.s investigative firm that's fusion gps and clinton campaign chair

00:17:45.420 guess who that is ding ding ding that's john podesta the brother of tony podesta right and we can

00:17:52.700 again another connection to ukraine and a lot of weird stuff so when you're looking into this

00:17:59.160 essentially what they're claiming is the durham investigation is looking into whether the hillary

00:18:04.440 campaign or hillary for america were part of a conspiracy to traffic false information to the fbi

00:18:10.100 and other government entities and of course this is why they use the shells like i was talking about

00:18:15.760 before this is why they use shells this is why you do the chain right you go through the whole chain it

00:18:21.160 starts with the hillary campaign then they hire perkins coy then perkins coy hires uh fusion gps

00:18:27.360 then fusion gps hires christopher steel then christopher steel has his sources then they have

00:18:31.040 the subsources then it goes on and on and on and on and when it comes all the way back up to the top

00:18:35.360 they can say well i didn't know about that what are you talking about i thought it was just opposition

00:18:41.500 research right they make sure their names aren't on the documents because they know what they're doing

00:18:48.780 is illegal and that's what john durham is looking into it doesn't matter what you know it matters

00:18:56.080 what you can prove in court and what you can prove by the way in a court that's going to have to take

00:19:02.740 place in washington dc so that means it doesn't just need to be tight it needs to be airtight when you put

00:19:09.180 this case together against these guys you have to have all your ducks in a row to understand what was

00:19:15.820 the criminal conspiracy to start the false investigation

00:19:19.900 today we announced that brian benjamin the lieutenant governor of the state of new york has

00:19:27.540 been indicted for bribery and related offenses benjamin allegedly directed a fifty thousand

00:19:33.320 dollar state grant to a non-profit organization controlled by cc1 and in exchange benjamin received

00:19:41.120 tens of thousands of dollars of campaign contributions from cc1 we also allege that benjamin repeatedly lied

00:19:48.920 to cover up the bribery scheme including by falsifying campaign forms and misleading city regulators

00:19:55.440 and we allege that benjamin repeatedly lied on the vetting forms that he filled out before he was

00:20:03.500 appointed lieutenant governor so probably one of the biggest stories in the country right now that

00:20:09.380 nobody seems to be talking about lieutenant governor of new york you remember new york right that that

00:20:15.380 huge state right it's between connecticut and pennsylvania a little bit there new jersey

00:20:20.560 resigned the guy resigned so former governor cuomo resigns trying to get his job back we'll see how

00:20:28.140 that happens his lieutenant governor kathy hochel becomes the new governor now you've got her lieutenant 1.00

00:20:33.660 governor this guy brian benjamin arrested on charges of bribery like immediately like five minutes after

00:20:42.000 he didn't have time you know to get his name up on the office door did he even have cards made at this

00:20:47.320 point right does he have his health care worked out he's resigned he's arrested bribery charges they say

00:20:53.680 carried out the scheme when he was a state senator see i remember this season of the wire do you guys

00:20:58.280 remember the season of the wire you don't make false um purchases with your campaign finance you don't

00:21:06.160 do it and that was the season where they had the state senator and he was using his campaign finance

00:21:11.380 money and then he was laundering it into paying people directly for uh for drug money and you know

00:21:17.060 drug purchases and he was involved in the trafficking of that and he was getting involved in the real

00:21:20.300 estate and the development of parts of baltimore and all this stuff you don't do it you don't do it so

00:21:25.860 brian benjamin arrested tuesday and resigned after being indicted for alleged bribery and other

00:21:30.600 offenses as part of what federal prosecutors say the stories from fox was a scheme to get

00:21:35.560 campaign contributions in exchange for a fifty thousand dollar state grant so basically this is

00:21:40.860 the way it worked you donated to his campaign and then he turned around and gave you state grants

00:21:46.520 right by the way we already know that this is just kind of politics as usual but that's another story

00:21:51.460 the indictment also alleges that benjamin others worked to cover up the plot

00:21:55.100 engaging in a series of lies and deceptions according to the indictment from 2019 through 2021

00:22:01.120 benjamin carried out the scheme while he was a state senator and a candidate for comptroller

00:22:05.480 during that time he allegedly sold campaign donations from and to be raised by a real estate

00:22:10.560 developer in exchange for appropriating state funds for the developer's non-profit organization

00:22:15.580 i told you what did i just say real estate they always do this through real estate in order to do this

00:22:21.720 he falsified campaign donor forms and in 2021 when he was being vetted for the lieutenant governor job

00:22:27.240 he falsely stated that he never directly exercised his authority as an official concerning a matter of a

00:22:33.600 donor he directly solicited i mean come on really and by the way by the way i say this about baltimore

00:22:41.960 all the time because the wire never ended because baltimore just kept going it just bled over into real

00:22:46.160 life because the wire is actually a documentary yeah the politicians go down but the organizations

00:22:53.560 that were involved in this the corrupt business practices all the people that were bribing mayors

00:23:00.360 of baltimore they're fine they're not going to jail all the people that were bribing this guy

00:23:05.520 where are the charges on them where are the charges on the people look i'm all i'm all for it by the

00:23:11.300 way arresting politicians when we can pin stuff on them but you gotta go after the head of this

00:23:17.500 and you've got to go after this entire corrupt system

00:23:20.020 and that's all the time we have here human events daily remember our promise our oath our solemn vow

00:23:26.660 to you be good be brief be gone and your homework for us share this out with one just one of your

00:23:31.100 normal friends and leave us your five-star review on apple spotify uh wherever you get your podcast

00:23:36.520 what do we talk about today a manhunt underway in brooklyn over the subway attack that took place

00:23:42.780 there twitter and a lawsuit claiming that elon musk broke the law podesta is reported to have been
