00:01:01.200 Today is April 14th, 2022.
00:01:04.060 And in Odomine, today's top stories.
00:01:07.300 Elon Musk offers to buy Twitter for $41 billion,
00:01:11.520 take it private, and bring free speech to the globe.
00:01:15.280 But will the globalists allow it?
00:01:17.400 Next, the New York subway attack suspect, Frank James,
00:01:21.320 arrested on terror-related charges after calling in himself.
00:01:26.100 Third, inside the military's secret undercover army.
00:01:29.860 We're going to break down this new investigation.
00:01:31.340 And finally, a 41-page motion filed in federal court
00:01:34.580 states that federal assets were embedded in the Capitol on January 6th.
00:01:38.560 All of this in Warhead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:40.340 All of this in Warhead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:40.380 I use my tweets to express myself.
00:01:53.980 Some people use their hair.
00:01:55.680 I use Twitter.
00:01:56.840 Well, but you use your tweeting to kind of get back at critics.
00:02:01.420 Rarely.
00:02:01.820 You kind of have little wars with the press.
00:02:04.540 Twitter is a war zone.
00:02:05.700 If somebody's going to jump in the war zone,
00:02:07.960 it's like, okay, you're in the arena.
00:02:09.880 Let's go.
00:02:11.040 Massive news this morning.
00:02:12.780 And we've got the full backstory for you.
00:02:16.420 So everyone in the world is talking about this.
00:02:18.660 Elon Musk puts in a bid for Twitter.
00:02:21.980 $42 billion with a bu-bu-bu-bu-B dollars.
00:02:26.720 Now, people need to understand, this doesn't,
00:02:29.060 you know, Twitter's a public company.
00:02:30.060 So this is considered a tender offer.
00:02:33.900 And so for this to go through, right,
00:02:36.580 Twitter is now required to form an independent committee of the board
00:02:39.800 and go through all of this.
00:02:41.360 They have to do their due diligence.
00:02:43.360 That's what's required of a public company.
00:02:45.940 And keep in mind, that's part of the rules you agree to
00:02:48.500 when you become a public company.
00:02:50.620 Whereas Elon, on the other hand, is talking about not just buying it.
00:02:54.880 This is very key because I see a lot of the headlines,
00:02:56.820 even Forbes missed this in their headline.
00:02:58.300 Buying it and taking it private.
00:03:02.360 That's key.
00:03:03.400 Private control of Twitter.
00:03:04.980 And what he's trying to do is not a hostile takeover.
00:03:08.080 Number one, this is gift wrapped with a bow from their largest investor.
00:03:12.200 Number one, this is gift wrapped.
00:03:14.200 The huge gift wrap on this.
00:03:15.860 They're not going to get a better offer.
00:03:18.280 They might try to milk him for more money.
00:03:19.840 But keep in mind, there's also going to be debt involved with this too.
00:03:22.220 So he's going to have to take on the debt.
00:03:23.820 And he said that he will.
00:03:25.760 What it is, is a liberation.
00:03:28.860 This is a liberation of Twitter for freedom of speech.
00:03:34.540 And the powers that be, the regime, this is a shot across the bow.
00:03:41.000 It may even be, as Darren Beatty says, a declaration of war against them.
00:03:48.860 Because in the narrative space, Twitter is the public square of the global forum.
00:03:55.600 And as the public square of the global forum, that's the place where you can go for actual, honest, and true debate.
00:04:03.040 And that's what myself and Mike Cernovich were talking about all the way back on March 26 in a tweet thread when Elon Musk responded.
00:04:14.760 Cernovich was tweeting at him saying, look at all the double standards.
00:04:18.780 Look at all the smears and the falsehoods that Twitter lets run, whether it be the Covington kids, whether it be Jussie Smollett.
00:04:27.560 All those smears run, but conservatives get censored.
00:04:32.380 And then Elon Musk said, seems a little double-sided.
00:04:35.760 I responded, buy Twitter and take it private.
00:04:40.920 Now, another bit of insight on this, right, because I said I would give you guys the insight.
00:04:44.900 Jack Dorsey had talked about this.
00:04:46.820 There were rumors about Jack Dorsey behind the scenes when he came back on.
00:04:50.280 Remember, he left the CEO in the mid-2000s, comes back at the end of 2015.
00:04:55.080 And there were rumors that Dorsey wanted to take it private again, kind of like a Frankenstein's monster situation.
00:05:00.520 But he wasn't able to do so.
00:05:02.560 Now, Elon, who's friends with Jack Dorsey, comes in.
00:05:05.960 And remember, I told you a name yesterday, Alex Spyro.
00:05:09.600 I said, when Alex Spyro is involved in something, you don't bring in the heavy hitters.
00:05:14.520 You don't bring in the pipe hitter like Alex Spyro if you're not serious.
00:05:18.440 That's how I knew.
00:05:19.600 And we told you yesterday on the show.
00:05:21.580 We called the shot.
00:05:23.140 We said, Alex Spyro plays to win.
00:05:26.420 And the management at Twitter totally screwed this up.
00:05:30.480 Because of the way they treated Elon Musk when he talked about getting just this 9% of the company.
00:05:36.160 First, they start putting out all these restrictions on him.
00:05:38.700 They tell him that he can only own up to 15%.
00:05:41.680 They want him to take a background check and something.
00:05:45.060 I don't believe it's been reported anywhere yet.
00:05:47.220 They actually told him as one of the stipulations he couldn't tweet about Twitter.
00:05:52.980 Obviously, that's going to be a hard no for Elon.
00:05:56.460 That's a poison pill.
00:05:57.720 So all of that and then also saying that former President of the United States Donald J. Trump would not be allowed back on Twitter unequivocally.
00:06:04.360 That forced his hand because he wanted to have a conversation about this.
00:06:08.300 And if you read Elon's letter, which we posted on Twitter and Getter and everywhere else this morning, he said,
00:06:14.440 Twitter has extraordinary potential and I will unlock it.
00:06:18.620 However, I do not have confidence in management nor do I believe I can drive the necessary change in the public market.
00:06:26.520 And as such, if the deal doesn't work, I would need to reconsider my position as a shareholder.
00:06:34.380 What's he saying?
00:06:35.580 He's saying, take the stock or I'm going or take the deal or I'm going to tank the stock.
00:06:42.820 So it's gift wrapped with a little bow.
00:06:45.660 But make no mistake, if he pulls out, Twitter's stock will crumble.
00:06:52.360 Your move, globalists.
00:06:56.520 Last weekend, I was out in Nebraska and the one thing that they were talking all about there was food shortages.
00:07:03.380 We've got the war in Ukraine, the breadbasket of Europe.
00:07:06.200 We've got a drought condition in Nebraska and the breadbasket of the United States.
00:07:10.080 You have to understand what we're looking at now is very likely to cause food shortages nationwide.
00:07:17.040 And that is why you need to go to the special website right now, preparewithposo.com.
00:07:22.120 That is why you will find a generous offer from My Patriot Supply.
00:07:27.080 As you may know, they are the nation's largest preparedness company with over 50,000 four-star and five-star reviews from customers who love their food.
00:07:36.740 Go to preparewithposo.com right now and you will save $150 on their amazing three-month emergency food kit.
00:07:43.260 This kit provides breakfast, lunches, dinners, snacks, totaling over 2,000 calories a day for energy during stressful times.
00:07:50.160 Make sure to get one kit for each person in your family.
00:07:52.900 Again, go to preparewithposo.com and get $150 off the food you're going to need in the very near future.
00:07:59.120 With food shortages making headlines, you really need to grab this emergency food now from My Patriot Supply as a backup for your family's survival.
00:08:06.640 Go to preparewithposo.com today.
00:08:09.040 Preparewithposo.com.
00:08:13.260 Hi, how are you? What is your name?
00:08:15.400 I'm good. My name is Zach.
00:08:17.020 I was working inside the store and I was doing security cameras inside.
00:08:21.740 And I see the guy, he walking from the screen. I see him from the cameras.
00:08:25.380 So I thought, oh, this guy. Let me call the police.
00:08:28.340 And I call him and we catch him.
00:08:30.400 Zach, you are a hero. Thank you so much.
00:08:32.160 No problem.
00:08:33.340 Thank you.
00:08:33.900 We try to make the people safe always because the people are nice. The life is nice, you know?
00:08:40.180 Thank you, Zach.
00:08:40.920 So the suspect has been captured.
00:08:43.940 By the way, I love this guy, Zach, right?
00:08:46.280 How can you not love this guy?
00:08:47.920 Proud New Yorker, living his best life.
00:08:50.780 We saw him. We caught him.
00:08:52.220 And we're still trying to kind of understand exactly what the timeline is on this
00:08:56.940 because we're also hearing reports, and the New York Post has it as well, that the suspect himself in the subway attack called the police his own from the McDonald's in the East Village
00:09:09.440 and then said that he was waiting for them.
00:09:12.580 His phone was about to run out of battery.
00:09:14.400 They need to come.
00:09:15.000 They find him walking around.
00:09:15.920 So we think what it looks like to me is that he called Crime Stoppers, calls the police line, turns himself in, essentially, then is walking around on the street.
00:09:26.280 Then this guy, Zach, finds him.
00:09:27.700 So obviously, when you're talking about this suspect, Frank R. James, not somebody who's in his right mind.
00:09:35.340 You know, when you're asking, why would you do stuff like this, not somebody in his right mind.
00:09:39.200 Obviously, we can tell from more serious notes, you know, looking at what he did or what he's accused of doing, of course, alleged, alleged, alleged, caveat, caveat, caveat.
00:09:49.200 It's horrific and clearly not someone in the right mind.
00:09:52.900 YouTube has taken down his page that we were talking about yesterday, and he is going to be charged with terrorism.
00:09:58.120 From the New York Post, police say James detonated smoke grenades before firing 33 shots on the Manhattan-bound N train.
00:10:05.000 And police found a hatchet, three ammunition magazines, fireworks, and gasoline, and it is a miracle that no one is killed.
00:10:13.320 Whatever his psychiatric issues, James sounds very much like other ideological, fixated, identity-obsessed killers who have observed, who have emerged since the BLM Antifa racial movement of 2020 and the hate speech it unleashed.
00:10:25.540 And as you can see through his rhetoric, clearly appears to be someone who believes in the black nationalist movement.
00:10:33.480 Clearly, someone who's using hate speech against white people, Jewish people, all sorts of people that he believes are responsible for what he views as oppression in society and conducted this act.
00:10:48.020 It seems to be motivated by that racial animus.
00:10:51.440 I believe the FBI's official term for this is black identity extremist.
00:10:56.680 And the mainstream media has said that black identity extremists don't exist.
00:11:01.040 Well, I actually remember last year, about one year ago, a Capitol Police officer was murdered by a black identity extremist who was a follower of Louis Farrakhan.
00:11:16.620 The officer's name was Billy Evans.
00:11:18.000 And yet, and it happened right here, right down the street from where I'm sitting, at the U.S. Capitol building.
00:11:24.500 And yet, there was no big one-year commemoration for him, the way there was for January 6th.
00:11:29.460 We barely even talk about it.
00:11:32.200 He is the only Capitol Police officer to be murdered in the past 20 years.
00:11:38.180 I looked this up.
00:11:39.520 The only one.
00:11:40.540 And yet, you don't hear about Billy Evans, who was killed by a black identity extremist.
00:11:46.040 Who you hear about are the people on January 6th.
00:11:50.720 So, going back to this guy, this Frank R. James, we need to understand, we absolutely need to understand why it is in this country that we're not focused on all of these things.
00:12:03.600 Because, as I said before, the FBI had him on their radar.
00:12:08.920 The FBI knew about this guy, and they cleared him.
00:12:12.220 This is also a great example of someone, by the way, that I think would be a perfect candidate for a 5150.
00:12:18.980 And if you don't know what a 5150 is, that's an involuntary commitment.
00:12:22.360 That's an involuntary hold in a mental institution or a psychiatric wing of the hospital, right?
00:12:27.720 This is clearly somebody who's got mental issues.
00:12:30.740 This is clearly somebody who ought to be locked up and get the care that he needs.
00:12:35.720 But we don't do that anymore, because we systematically dismantled the public mental health system in this country.
00:12:41.640 We let these people roam around free.
00:12:44.000 We know there's problems.
00:12:45.660 He was on law enforcement's radar.
00:12:47.740 Another success for the FBI, right?
00:12:50.320 When I was in the intelligence community, I thought we were just going to go in there and get bad guys.
00:12:54.600 But then I learned there was a little thing called politics.
00:12:57.620 And so here I am, right?
00:13:00.180 That's not what they do.
00:13:01.500 There is no A-team out there.
00:13:03.600 It's not Jack Bauer and CTU or any of this stuff.
00:13:06.880 It doesn't exist.
00:13:08.100 Hate to say it, folks.
00:13:09.020 It doesn't exist.
00:13:10.180 And the FBI would be more likely to frame a bunch of guys up in Michigan, up in the woods in Michigan,
00:13:16.360 of a fake plot to go get the governor up there than they would be to stop an attack like this.
00:13:22.980 And thank God.
00:13:24.040 Thank God.
00:13:25.340 And it is a miracle.
00:13:25.960 I agree with the New York Post.
00:13:26.780 It is a miracle that no one was killed.
00:13:29.980 But again, this isn't something where they're going to turn around and say,
00:13:35.800 oh, this isn't the fault of the guy who pulled the trigger.
00:13:38.520 This isn't the fault of the criminal.
00:13:40.100 This isn't the fault of the mental health system or the broken mental health system in this country.
00:13:43.480 No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:13:44.980 This is the fault of all law-abiding gun owners in this country.
00:13:49.900 When we've already seen that the vast majority of gun owners do not commit mass shootings.
00:13:56.480 There's simply no data for it whatsoever.
00:13:59.580 What so ever.
00:14:01.180 And you're going to see more incidents like this until we get the mental health situation in this country fixed.
00:14:06.800 I want to tell you about the secret life of Jonathan Darby.
00:14:14.020 This is from Newsweek.com.
00:14:16.380 Every morning at 10 a.m., Jonathan Darby embarks on his weekly rounds of mail call.
00:14:21.160 But Darby is not his real name.
00:14:23.260 It's also not the fake name on his Missouri driver's license that he used to conduct his work.
00:14:28.260 And the government car he drives, one of a fleet of over 200,000 federal vehicles owned by the General Services Administration,
00:14:35.420 is also not registered in his real or his fake name.
00:14:39.700 And nor are his magnetically attached Maryland state license plates really for his car,
00:14:45.080 nor are they traceable back to him or his organization.
00:14:47.780 Where Darby works and the locations he visits are also classified.
00:14:51.640 Darby is retired from the Army, and he asks that neither his real nor his cover name be used.
00:14:56.360 He's served 20 years in counterintelligence, including two African assignments,
00:15:01.480 where he was operated in a low profile in Ethiopia and Sudan, masquerading as an expat businessman.
00:15:09.060 Now he works for a Maryland-based signature reduction contractor that he asked Newsweek not to identify.
00:15:16.800 As Darby makes his rounds to 40 or so post offices and storefront mailboxes in the D.C. metropolitan area,
00:15:21.660 he picks up a trunk full of letters and packages, mailing a similar number from rural addresses.
00:15:27.260 Back at the office, he sorts through the take, delivering bills to the finance people
00:15:30.580 and processing dozens of personal and business letters mailed from scores of overseas locations.
00:15:35.740 What he's doing, what he's doing,
00:15:38.360 is keeping up what's called the cover acquisition management system.
00:15:44.300 A super-secret register of false identities where clandestine operators around the world
00:15:51.320 for the United States government are used.
00:15:54.180 False identities traveling overseas, they alter databases of U.S. customs and immigration forms
00:15:59.540 to ensure that those performing these activities can return to the United States unmolested.
00:16:04.020 The U.S. Department of Defense, according to Newsweek, the U.S. military writ large,
00:16:10.340 has a force of over 600,000 people belonging to a secret army.
00:16:15.860 They use something, now this is something where Newsweek gets it wrong,
00:16:18.860 they call the name of the program Signature Reduction.
00:16:21.160 Signature Reduction actually is the term that they use.
00:16:25.120 This is a special access program, also known as a SAP,
00:16:27.820 and a lot of SAPs have different and colorful names and different things.
00:16:32.460 But what they do is they travel overseas.
00:16:35.720 Some of these names, you might see them like Hurricane Fan, Island Hopper, Peanut Chocolate, right?
00:16:43.460 But the actual terms of the offices would be Defense Program Support Activity,
00:16:47.740 Joint Field Support Center, the word support always seems to be in there,
00:16:50.360 Special Programs Office.
00:16:51.940 What you need to understand about this is that Newsweek is able to uncover a little bit
00:16:57.640 about what our U.S. human intelligence collection force is able to do around the world.
00:17:04.700 I'm talking wigs, fake hands, fake fingertips that are made synthetic up there
00:17:09.960 so that you're not leaving fingerprints or that you have to use a scanner,
00:17:13.400 you can use that, fake IDs.
00:17:15.540 All of this is being done.
00:17:17.980 And so while obviously this is something that we want our federal government to be doing,
00:17:22.880 we want intelligence on our adversaries.
00:17:26.680 But at the same time, we need to make sure that that intelligence and these operations
00:17:31.480 are actually getting to the lawmakers.
00:17:34.720 And something that I learned when I was in the intelligence community
00:17:36.660 is that so often the intelligence that's collected in the field in the raw,
00:17:41.920 before it gets closer and closer to the president, to the White House, to the Pentagon,
00:17:47.580 it gets siloed and it gets politicized.
00:17:49.640 It becomes more political the closer it gets to D.C.
00:17:52.100 So we support these people.
00:17:54.640 We hope they're safe.
00:17:56.440 We know that they're out there putting themselves in harm's way.
00:17:59.280 But at the same time, you have to fix intelligence in this country
00:18:03.580 because the process of what they're collecting
00:18:05.700 and what our leaders are hearing is broken.
00:18:11.660 Just after 2.33 p.m., police officers allow five individuals
00:18:15.820 to exit the Capitol through the Upper West Terrace doors.
00:18:18.900 At 2.34 p.m., a gentleman holding an American flag catches the door
00:18:26.080 just as the last protester leaves.
00:18:29.280 At the same time at 2.34 p.m., a gentleman with a red cap approaches the interior doors.
00:18:35.440 As the police officer notices him, he continues to approach.
00:18:39.820 The police officer holds the door for the protester as he enters the Capitol undeterred.
00:18:44.480 At 2.35 p.m., a large group enters the interior of the Capitol,
00:18:48.880 police standing at the doors.
00:18:50.600 As a steady stream of protesters enter through the Upper West Terrace doors.
00:18:55.320 At 2.36.54, the police allow the crowd to pass.
00:19:00.400 At 2.38 p.m., a woman with a sock hat and a camera with a sound recording device attached to it
00:19:06.660 films police as they allow people to enter.
00:19:09.540 Well, that's an incredible video that was just released, obtained exclusively by the Gateway Pundit
00:19:14.680 that they've shared out now or watching.
00:19:17.520 And we've seen recently, and this is why it's relevant, that a case just ended,
00:19:23.480 just concluded here in Washington, D.C., where one of the accused January 6 insurrectionists
00:19:29.260 was actually found not guilty, was exonerated and acquitted
00:19:33.100 because of the simple fact that Capitol Police officers allowed them into the building.
00:19:39.580 That's actually what the judge ruled.
00:19:41.820 It was a bench trial.
00:19:43.080 Now we've got a new breaking court filing from justthenews.com.
00:19:47.600 Let's see what's coming out here.
00:19:48.980 Court filing states 20 federal assets were embedded at the Capitol on January 6.
00:19:54.040 The claim arrives in the form of a footnote and a 41-page motion to dismiss charges
00:20:00.000 against members of the Oath Keepers militia.
00:20:03.100 An attorney for a January 6 defendant says in a recent court filing
00:20:07.060 that at least 20 FBI and Bureau of ATF assets were embedded around the Capitol on the day of the riot.
00:20:13.400 This attorney, David Fisher, is seeking a dismissal of charges of seditious conspiracy
00:20:18.000 and obstruction charges against nearly a dozen members of the Oath Keepers and his client, Thomas Caldwell.
00:20:23.860 The motion was filed before U.S. District Judge Ahmet Mehta in Washington, D.C., according to Epoch Times.
00:20:29.540 So let's go through this because our focus is obviously on the merits of the case,
00:20:34.140 but also what are they talking about when it comes to FBI and ATF assets.
00:20:38.960 It says,
00:20:39.320 At least 20 FBI and ATF assets were embedded around the Capitol on January 6.
00:20:43.680 The motion also states that the attorneys combed through mountains of discovery,
00:20:47.880 including summaries of interviews conducted by FBI agents
00:20:51.720 and that members of the Oath Keepers, a far-right militia group,
00:20:55.460 were being monitored and recorded prior to January 6.
00:20:59.360 Attorney Fisher writes that despite carefully inspecting a significant amount of evidence during discovery,
00:21:06.280 he has not found one iota of proof that the defendant's pre-planned
00:21:10.300 or had any intention, design, or scheme to specifically enter the Capitol building on January 6.
00:21:15.140 And so that's where it comes down to us.
00:21:17.760 We were just talking about the intelligence community in the last segment.
00:21:20.600 We're going to talk about it again here because we want to know.
00:21:23.380 So this obviously has been part of the contention out there.
00:21:28.140 If you've been following Revolver News, you've seen this.
00:21:30.600 There's the whole Darren Beattie and Tucker Carlson documentary on this.
00:21:34.220 Was there a role of federal assets and federal agents in January 6?
00:21:39.140 We know, obviously, that they had assets embedded or at least informants
00:21:43.360 in the Oath Keepers and some of these other militias that were involved in the events of January 6.
00:21:48.760 Some of the people obviously have been agitated.
00:21:51.780 And the one thing that I said myself when I was reporting there at the time for One American News,
00:21:57.300 I saw people, one guy specifically in a green poncho with a hat, urging the crowd, agitating the crowd,
00:22:04.260 you need to come in, come forward, right?
00:22:07.700 And you've got people that had shown up for the peaceful rally with the president all the way down at the Oval,
00:22:14.600 just kind of standing around waving flags, not understanding what's going on.
00:22:18.340 And so you have this mainstream media narrative out there about January 6.
00:22:24.980 But then when you actually dig through the details, when you look at the video that Gateway Pundit posted,
00:22:29.420 when you look at the court filings like this, it really starts to paint a different picture.
00:22:34.860 And when it comes to the system of justice in this country, right, going all the way back to the Boston Massacre,
00:22:40.660 so many times we hear these statements, the first thing we hear is the loudest thing we hear.
00:22:49.000 But then when we start digging into the story, we find the devil is in the details.
00:22:52.520 And we find that the actual events that took place were different than what we had been initially told.
00:22:58.780 And the way that the mainstream media and the corporate media have acted in this country over the past six years,
00:23:05.200 I think that we should always have a healthy dose of skepticism for them.
00:23:10.280 And that's what Human Events Daily is all about.
00:23:11.760 Well, it's all the time we have today, Human Events Daily.

00:23:28.340 What did we talk about today?
00:23:29.620 Elon Musk, the biggest news.
00:23:31.620 Offering to buy Twitter and take it private.
00:23:34.080 We know that they are going to go after Tesla.
00:23:36.500 They're going to go after SpaceX as a way to respond to this.
00:23:40.280 The regime cannot have it.
00:23:41.460 Next, we talked about the New York subway attack suspect, Frank James, calling himself in.
00:23:47.100 Third, we got into the military's secret undercover army.
00:23:50.520 And finally, we touched on the new motions coming up in federal court over the January 6th cases.
00:23:57.340 Before we go, it's time for today's moment of history.
00:24:00.980 Today, on this day, 1865, Abraham Lincoln shot by John Wilkes Booth in Ford's Theater.
00:24:07.640 That's why I always say, ladies and gentlemen, do not trust actors.
00:24:12.900 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
