Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - APR 15 2022 – THE REGIME STRIKES BACK, ELON TO ACTIVATE PLAN B

00:00:00.000 huge show today we're going to give you all the updates and the backstory what's going on behind

00:00:07.200 the scenes at twitter with elon musk what is this poison pill strategy and will it work

00:00:11.920 next we're going to get into the serial killer that was donating to the clinton campaign and

00:00:17.700 china holding massive large-scale exercises around the island of taiwan while u.s lawmakers

00:00:24.200 are there for a visit but first a couple announcements what's going on at tposa of

00:00:28.420 course we still got the young women's leadership summit there are still tickets available they are

00:00:32.960 going fast though so make sure you get yours in today tposa.com slash ywls make sure you use promo 0.93

00:00:39.720 code post so it's coming up june 2nd to 4th in the gaylord dallas texas next socialism sucks some of

00:00:45.800 you still haven't watched this yet i know there's a few of you out there have yet to see it watch

00:00:49.300 china the world's loan shark we go down the rabbit hole and lay it all out what are china's plans for 1.00

00:00:56.620 global dominance what is the one belt one road china the world's loan shark you got to see this 0.96

00:01:02.740 ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events daily powered by turning point usa

00:01:10.540 today is april 15th 2022 and no dominate today's top stories elon musk we're going to break into

00:01:18.680 everything that's going on the response from the board the poison pill defense what's going on with

00:01:24.820 saudi arabia as well number two hillary clinton donor ed buck sentenced to 30 years in prison

00:01:30.660 for repeatedly injecting young black men with meth and killing them will break it down third china is 0.96

00:01:35.940 staging military exercises as a group of u.s lawmakers are visiting taiwan and fourth mexican 0.69

00:01:41.920 truckers blockade border crossings over texas inspection delays all this and more ahead human events daily

00:01:48.020 so twitter is reportedly weighing a poison pill defense to prevent elon musk from increasing his

00:02:04.760 stake in the company the wall street journal is reporting this bloomberg everybody's got this out

00:02:08.680 there what are they saying a poison pill defense is a strategy also called a shareholder rights plan

00:02:14.980 that makes hostile takeovers more expensive and more complicated remember the regime is going to

00:02:20.380 do everything they can to stop elon musk in his tracks they do not want this deal going forward

00:02:28.400 let me break down what a poison pill is a poison pill allows existing shareholders the right to purchase

00:02:34.800 additional shares of the company at a discount effectively diluting the ownership of the new hostile

00:02:42.340 party they consider hostile the twitter board just met yesterday morning following the tech

00:02:48.520 billionaires offer to acquire the social media giant for about 42 billion dollars where he said of course

00:02:54.080 that he would take the company private and unlock its extraordinary potential during an interview at a

00:02:59.640 ted conference yesterday in vancouver must suggested as he did earlier that free speech concerns lay behind

00:03:06.380 his bid he said it wasn't economic that's key he said it wasn't economics he said that twitter

00:03:12.060 is the de facto town square this is the area where narrative warfare takes place this is the area

00:03:19.400 where the narrative is set for the world this is the area by the way where hybrid warfare takes place

00:03:27.400 and continues throughout the world in variety a variety of spectrums whether you're talking economics

00:03:33.800 domestic politics foreign politics issues of war issues of peace whether it be china whether it be russia

00:03:39.400 whether it be india trade etc a lot of this starts on twitter now the problem for them the problem for them is that

00:03:50.260 this may have already hit too late may have hit too late for a poison pill the time for a poison pill

00:03:58.020 would have been before he came on board and announced this not after because he's already offering to purchase

00:04:05.860 100 keep in mind that this isn't a hostile takeover in the sense of purchasing 51 of the stock that's what a

00:04:14.560 poison pill is designed for he's not offering to purchase 51 he wants the whole kit and caboodle he wants

00:04:20.800 100 and so when you look into the nuts and bolts of this thing he may actually have them cornered because

00:04:30.300 they're not actually realizing what it is and elon musk on twitter has put up a series of tweets

00:04:35.960 throughout the day yesterday breaking down all of the ways that he's thought this through they're

00:04:42.180 playing checkers he's playing chess chess not checkers ladies and gentlemen chess not checkers because

00:04:48.180 here is a key point so cameron winklevoss one of the winklevoss twins put up a tweet saying the twitter

00:04:55.260 is considering a poison pill to thwart elon musk's offer they would rather self-immolate than give up their

00:04:59.800 censorship programs this shows you how deeply committed they are to orwellian control of

00:05:04.900 narratives and global discourse elon musk responds to winklevoss if the current twitter board takes

00:05:12.120 actions contrary to shareholder interests they would be breaching their fiduciary duty the liability they

00:05:20.980 would thereby assume would be titanic in scale what does this mean it's very simple if they try

00:05:28.780 to dilute the ownership interest the ownership shares through this discount scheme known as a

00:05:35.360 poison pill then the existing shareholders can sue the board because they're not considering the deal

00:05:44.240 they're trying to kill the deal's already on the table and if the deal's already on the table

00:05:48.100 it's still a better deal than diluting the shares and losing money you have a fiduciary duty as a publicly

00:05:54.980 held company that means it would open them up to liability from the shareholders and who's one of

00:06:02.520 the largest shareholders of twitter currently again that's elon musk so he would then be able to sue

00:06:12.080 them for breaching their fiduciary duty do you see what he's saying it's one of the most um i've been on

00:06:19.100 twitter it'll be 10 years next month this is one of the most carefully crafted tweets i've ever seen

00:06:25.620 because what elon musk is doing very you have to read between the lines you have to understand how

00:06:29.760 this all works elon musk is saying he will and he'll get everybody on board that wants to come with

00:06:38.400 him he will directly and personally sue the board of twitter for breaching this and he might still very

00:06:45.740 well in that scenario end up the overall leader of twitter listen to this right here he put up a

00:06:52.880 poll yesterday taking twitter private at 54 and 20 cents should be up to the shareholders not the board

00:06:59.320 how do you vote yes or no currently with 2.6 million votes on the poll 83 say yes 83 and then we also saw

00:07:12.680 the saudis by the way we're not even sure how much the saudis own of twitter at this point saying that

00:07:18.940 they reject it and it was this this prince who's kind of been in and out of favor elon musk responds

00:07:23.720 interesting just two questions if i may how much of twitter does the kingdom of saudi arabia own

00:07:28.840 directly and indirectly and next what are the kingdom's views on journalistic freedom of speech

00:07:34.820 so guess what ladies and gentlemen we live at this point in an oligarchy is what it is

00:07:41.800 certainly when it comes to the governance of our social media enterprises the real question becomes

00:07:48.360 the real question becomes who should be in charge because it's going to be unelected billionaires

00:07:55.040 it's going to be unelected billionaires sorry sorry to burst your bubble but until we have any kind of

00:08:00.800 regulatory framework in place that's what it's going to be i believe it should be a public utility i believe

00:08:05.720 all of these internet communications utilities should be public utilities it should be twitter should be a

00:08:11.640 a standard twitter should be a standard that other apps use just like text messaging is a standard

00:08:17.740 twitter should be a standard it shouldn't it should be open source it should not be but you know that's

00:08:22.540 obviously a much longer discussion what elon's doing here is putting the kingdom of saudi arabia in

00:08:29.400 a bind because i don't want the kingdom of saudi arabia controlling twitter i don't want the ccp 1.00

00:08:35.360 controlling twitter i don't want russia you know controlling twitter i don't want the cia controlling 1.00

00:08:40.000 twitter i want any of these people controlling twitter at this point if i gotta choose i'm going

00:08:44.600 with elon musk now personally i still ain't on board with neural link and all that other stuff

00:08:49.520 at least for myself not speaking obviously for people with disabilities that want to do that to

00:08:53.800 be able to maintain uh some type of of motion or movement or prosthetic limbs etc i'm not talking

00:09:00.140 about that i'm talking about myself i'm talking about healthy people going on board with neural

00:09:05.600 link and getting this you know augmented reality heads up display all of that stuff not into it

00:09:12.640 just straight up not into it but when it comes to twitter gotta say i'm on board

00:09:18.620 so all of lent right today's the last friday lent so all of lent we can't do meat on fridays but that

00:09:27.740 changes all that changes after easter and then we go back we can get meat on fridays and i know

00:09:34.060 that i'm going to be telling tanya tay that she says sweetheart what would you like for dinner i'm

00:09:38.440 going to say do we have any good ranchers left because i'm telling you i want to eat every single

00:09:44.060 piece of meat that comes in the case when they send it to you good ranchers it is delicious 100 american

00:10:14.520 prime and upper choice beef highest quality possible ribeyes t-bones new york strips and more

00:10:20.240 burgers wagyu steak burgers and wagyu burgers pre-trimmed pre-marinated chicken breasts that are

00:10:26.120 so delicious and tender you've got to get these things into your fridge right now go to good ranchers.com

00:10:32.740 slash pozo good ranchers american meat delivered

00:10:36.440 ed buck see there's a name that if he were a conservative donor everybody would know everybody

00:10:46.240 in the world would be talking about this but because he was a liberal donor a mega liberal mega donor

00:10:52.920 the story is out there but it's not really part of the main narrative it's not really part of the

00:10:58.480 trending narrative and by the way this is an important example to explain to everybody what

00:11:03.600 these news outlets will do because they understand how narrative warfare works they'll put out an

00:11:08.160 article they'll post it to their website but then they don't promote it they don't promote it on

00:11:12.700 social media it doesn't go to the mainstream media networks it doesn't go anywhere keep in mind

00:11:17.100 so another example of this is the durham investigation there's a special counsel investigation going on

00:11:22.940 right now into the clinton campaign the cia and the fbi there's also a grand jury going on right now

00:11:30.080 into hunter biden over in delaware but you notice you're not getting the drip drip drip of it the

00:11:34.780 way that you would with the muller investigation why is that that's because of narrative warfare story

00:11:40.140 selection bias is one of the most powerful facets one of the most powerful weapons of the mainstream media

00:11:46.480 power selection story selection bias one of their most powerful powerful weapons

00:11:52.880 so here you go people.com and then the way they'll the way they get around us they say oh we posted it

00:11:57.980 to our website yeah but you didn't promote it right so you post on the website but you don't promote it

00:12:01.440 so therefore it doesn't get injected and you we know what it's like when they promote they're sending

00:12:05.740 out the the notifications the push notifications they're sending out updates they're sending out

00:12:10.720 text messages they're contacting all their friends all their buddies in cable news it's going all over

00:12:16.080 the place that's not what we see here but people.com prominent political donor ed buck sentenced for

00:12:22.280 30 years for causing the fatal overdoses of two black young men this guy was a serial killer united states 0.83

00:12:31.420 attorney tracy l wilkinson said this defendant preyed upon vulnerable victims men who were drug dependent

00:12:38.440 and often without homes to feed an obsession that led to death and misery the imposition of a

00:12:45.800 life sentence against mr buck which she argued for completes the tragedy of this case he should

00:12:50.840 not have been prosecuted oh excuse me excuse me excuse me that's that's the defense they're saying

00:12:55.440 he should not be you know you know he shouldn't be prosecuted this is a tragic accident etc etc no no

00:13:00.240 no here's how it went down he called these party and play sessions that went on from 2011 to

00:13:08.200 september 2019 ed buck solicited men some of whom were homeless or struggling with drug addiction

00:13:13.820 to consume narcotics that he provided and then performed sexual activities his apartment which 0.59

00:13:18.200 prosecutors deemed lethal and unchecked pattern of reckless disregard for human life buck found his

00:13:24.700 victims guys a serial killer i'm telling you found his victims on social media dating websites and even

00:13:29.660 word of mouth from other victims giving a finder's fee to those who gave references the businessman

00:13:36.560 would then give out drugs like methamphetamines ghb aka the date rate drug and colozapam and then

00:13:44.400 sometimes injected victims with drugs intravenously in a practice known as slamming he also sexually

00:13:50.340 assaulted the victims once they lost consciousness per the justice department this guy had a party and

00:13:56.820 play fetish and he turned into a serial killer and this was a massive donor to so many far left causes

00:14:04.660 to congressman ted liu congressman adam schiff and secretary of state hillary clinton's campaign for

00:14:12.800 president this was one of their major donors he was even part of the electoral college in 2016 for the

00:14:20.940 left understand story selection bias this stuff is sick it is heinous and it's disgusting an actual

00:14:30.780 serial killer who got away with it for years why because he was doing this in hollywood

00:14:37.000 and because he had powerful political connections through his money so mark my words mark my words

00:14:44.740 every time they want to bring up every time they want to bring up something like this there's two names

00:14:51.500 you got to say ed buck jeffrey epstein why was he in and around your campaigns why were you taking money

00:14:59.640 from these guys and people want to bring up by the way they always want to bring up donald trump and

00:15:04.400 jeffrey epstein so somebody responded to me on twitter the other day said what about trump and

00:15:07.760 epstein well you're gonna talk about ed buck what about trump and epstein okay fine fine we'll talk

00:15:11.780 about trump and epstein trump banned jeffrey epstein from his properties and went to the authorities and

00:15:19.580 said how can i help you put this guy away they stated that the authorities stated that foreign president

00:15:25.300 clinton on the other hand traveled secretly on that plane to that island so let's go let's put up the

00:15:33.900 facts let's put up the receipts

00:15:35.620 the great dragon is waking up great dragon is waking up so early this morning get up go to do my news

00:15:51.160 scan what do i see out there beijing sending its new stealth fighters to the south china sea and staging

00:15:58.840 military drills around taiwan in the midst of a u.s congressional visit large-scale military drills

00:16:06.020 around the island of taiwan with frigates bombers and fighters including the j-20 stealth fighters

00:16:11.820 starting patrols of the scs these aggressive moves are intimidated intended to intimidate the u.s

00:16:17.720 delegation visiting taiwan a pla spokesperson stated those who play with fire will burn themselves now

00:16:26.000 understand taiwan makes 90 of the world's semiconductor products this is silicon valley west for the world

00:16:34.920 semiconductors and i wish by the way i wish that those semiconductors were made right here in the

00:16:38.680 united states of america and i understand they're building some of these semiconductor fabrication sites

00:16:42.440 in phoenix all for it love it but that's the situation we have now so here we go a task force

00:16:49.800 this is from dailymail.com a task force of frigates and bombers and fighters maneuvered near taiwanese

00:16:54.880 waters in a move the people's liberation army said was intended to target the the quote wrong signals

00:17:00.700 sent by the united states in its show of support for taiwan meanwhile the j-20 stealth fighter widely

00:17:06.040 considered to be an attempted clone of the u.s f-35 jet will start patrols of the south china sea in a

00:17:11.780 renewed effort to dominate the contested waters with parts claimed by indonesia malaysia the

00:17:17.940 philippines vietnam respectively this operation is in response to the recent frequent release of wrong

00:17:23.600 signals by the united states on the taiwan issue according to people's liberation army eastern theater

00:17:29.220 command spokesman shir e lu without mentioning the visiting u.s lawmakers he also stated the u.s bad

00:17:36.200 actions and tricks are completely futile and very dangerous those who play with fire will burn

00:17:42.660 themselves and you've got a ton of u.s senators and congressmen meeting with president tai yingwen

00:17:47.260 right now including senator lindsey graham and bob nenendez who's the current chairman of the u.s senate

00:17:52.380 foreign relations committee they're in taipei taiwan right now xi jinping has ordered these j20 fighters

00:17:58.860 down this is a very serious event and people need to be very careful when they're talking about this

00:18:08.460 do not count out the ccp look what they're doing in shanghai that lockdown situation in shanghai is 1.00

00:18:18.680 exactly what klaus schwab the world economic forum davos that's what they want to institute in the united

00:18:25.180 states and across the west writ large this is the type of authoritarianism the type of regime

00:18:31.140 that these people want to have in place they want that level of power over the people of taiwan

00:18:37.060 and then you've got people across the west that want that level of power over us and if you don't

00:18:42.100 believe me look at what prime minister trudeau did to the truckers of canada go and look what he did to

00:18:47.120 those truckers you can see it right there the proof is in the canadian pudding all right that was

00:18:55.080 a crackdown the same way that we saw macron check down in france president macron cracking down on

00:19:01.780 the gilets jaunes the yellow vests when they were protesting these were brutal crackdowns we all know

00:19:06.360 what they would be called if they were in china or russia but when they happen in the west they don't

00:19:11.000 even get reported on again the mainstream media's story selection bias so understand i've outlined this

00:19:16.720 so many times our leaders were going over to china i saw them with my own two eyes in shanghai years ago

00:19:25.140 they would come in they would see the power of the ccp the unbridled unmitigated unlimited power of the ccp 1.00

00:19:36.760 and they would say you know what i don't want to be more open and democratic i want to be more like the ccp 0.82

00:19:46.720 so happy easter another story that comes out of the annals of globalism congratulations right you

00:19:55.000 know celebrate globalism we love globalism diversity is our strength zero hedge.com has it up a mexican

00:20:01.860 border blockade threatens to leave u.s supermarkets without produce ahead of easter more than a hundred

00:20:09.040 million dollars worth of mexican produce is stuck at the u.s mexico border due to a trucker blockade on

00:20:14.840 the mexican side over texas governor greg abbott's new border search policy where they're inspecting

00:20:21.460 trucks this disruption could leave some u.s supermarkets without produce ahead of easter

00:20:26.680 weekend mexican truckers have shut down the reynosa international bridge one of the busiest trade

00:20:33.360 crossings in the rio grande valley according to and handles a large volume of fresh produce the

00:20:38.620 washington examiner reports the bridge was forced to reopen thursday after drug cartel members

00:20:44.060 torched several trucks who really cleared the reynosa produce bridge members of organized crime 0.99

00:20:51.280 burned for so you this you've this is so bad now the truckers were blocking the bridge but

00:20:58.820 the cartels didn't like the bridges being blocked because they've got their own type of material going

00:21:06.160 through that bridge so the cartels that control the border states started setting the trucks on fire

00:21:13.220 down in mexico so they were trying to get a mexican freedom convoy going that's what they were trying

00:21:18.340 to get but the cartels didn't like that they didn't like the blockade so instead of going there instead

00:21:23.020 of threatening to arrest them instead of doing anything like that the cartels started setting the

00:21:27.320 trucks on fire this is what happens when we live next to a cartel controlled narco state like we do 0.85

00:21:36.380 right now just across the southern border they said about 150 million dollars worth of fruit and vegetables

00:21:41.200 inbound to the united states was halted at the bridge going into easter weekend consumers will

00:21:46.200 see store shelves devoid of certain items dante galarazzi ceo of the tipa warned abbott ordered

00:21:53.540 commercial trucks last week from mexico to undergo a second layer of inspection by state troopers to

00:21:57.820 search for drugs truckers were furious with the governor because transit time was dramatically slowed

00:22:01.740 so they blocked traffic in protest the cartels set them on fire ladies and gentlemen can we do

00:22:08.220 something about the cartel wars going on right now just south of our border
