00:01:08.120 himself for human smuggling sounds like a plot line a better call salt and finally a new report

00:01:20.820 ahead human events daily
00:01:21.640 We go on the road and just behind us, you're a fire.
00:01:39.100 E-b-a-t. 1.00
00:01:41.140 E-b-a-t. 1.00
00:01:42.940 E-b-a-t. 1.00
00:01:47.080 E-b-a-t. 1.00
00:01:51.640 Well, a huge escalation in Ukraine.
00:01:55.140 I'm sure everyone has heard the news.
00:01:57.280 Of course, I was on War Room on a Sunday show, a special Sunday show that we held, talking
00:02:02.840 about this and really breaking down what it could potentially mean.
00:02:07.660 And I think that people are looking at this, and I see a lot of people on Twitter, a lot
00:02:12.260 of these blue checks, and people are commenting saying, oh, this is great. 0.96
00:02:15.220 Oh, we got to punch those people back. 0.99
00:02:17.040 Doesn't matter if it was a civilian. 1.00
00:02:18.620 Doesn't matter if it was a soft target.
00:02:20.020 You got to go and take the fight to Moscow.
00:02:23.020 You got to take the fight to these orcs. 1.00
00:02:24.820 You got to punch them in the mouth. 1.00
00:02:26.040 You got to make them bloody. 1.00
00:02:26.920 You got to do what you need to do. 0.98
00:02:28.840 Okay.
00:02:29.800 But understand, you've now moved the change.
00:02:33.800 Now you've changed the rules of engagement.
00:02:36.060 You're going after soft targets.
00:02:37.660 You're committing terrorist attacks.
00:02:39.780 And that's what it is, by the way, because remember, one person's terrorist, another person's
00:02:42.620 freedom fighter.
00:02:43.380 Okay.
00:02:44.640 But go with me on this.
00:02:45.760 You've just taken out a civilian, political commentator.
00:02:49.780 All right.
00:02:50.340 We're not going to make any judgments over what the person said or anything like that.
00:02:54.660 I'm just talking about the real politic of this.
00:02:57.720 What is the geopolitical aftermath of this going to be?
00:03:01.100 And even President Zelensky agrees with me on this, that we are now going to see a nastier
00:03:05.980 phase of the war.
00:03:07.300 Or maybe this is a warning to Russia, a warning to anyone who supports the war publicly in Russia
00:03:14.580 that they could be next.
00:03:17.940 Calls.
00:03:18.820 Now, Russia is saying that the Dugan car bombing was a contract killing.
00:03:22.580 The FSB, by the way, FSB, believe it or not, has the actual, they are claiming, they know the
00:03:30.300 actual identity of the person who plays this bomb.
00:03:33.460 And the details of the bombing, look, it was a soft target.
00:03:37.000 Normally, this is the car that Dugan drives.
00:03:39.240 So who is Alexander Dugan?
00:03:40.460 Alexander Dugan, he's a Russian ultranationalist.
00:03:43.300 He's the person that really built up this article about, or this theory, ideology of Russian
00:03:51.700 Eurasianism, ultranationalism, the idea that Russia should reunite all the formerly Russian 0.98
00:03:57.900 speaking, or the currently Russian speaking areas that were formerly part of the Russian
00:04:01.840 empire.
00:04:03.400 Now, whether or not he's currently influential inside the Kremlin is debated.
00:04:08.600 But what isn't debated is the fact that this could potentially be the type of spark that
00:04:14.860 ignites the entire kettle, the entire powder keg that is Eurasia right now. 0.90
00:04:22.040 You've now moved the chains to assassinations.
00:04:25.000 So what kind of reprisals are there going to be?
00:04:27.220 What kind of response?
00:04:28.220 Is this a Franz Ferdinand moment?
00:04:31.000 Because if they can find, now it looks, by the way, though, that FSB is blaming this on
00:04:35.040 Ukraine.
00:04:35.400 They're not saying that there's any further Western involvement, whether that be CIA,
00:04:40.340 whether that be MI6 out of Britain.
00:04:42.660 But if they were to, could that be something where they want to reprise on the West?
00:04:48.660 And if so, would it trigger Article 5 of the NATO treaty?
00:04:52.740 That was the guns of August.
00:04:54.560 When Gavrilo Princip, a Serbian nationalist, assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand, who was
00:05:01.220 at the time, the crown prince of the Austrian Empire, assassinates him, it sets off a chain
00:05:06.440 reaction of treaties being enforced, treaties being called, empires on empires, declaring
00:05:12.040 war on each other.
00:05:12.900 World War I breaks out.
00:05:15.160 We've seen this before.
00:05:17.160 Not far, by the way, from this part of the world, in Sarajevo to Moscow.
00:05:21.240 But they're also saying that the name of the attacker, the name of the assassin, the FSB
00:05:25.460 is coming out.
00:05:25.980 They're naming someone.
00:05:27.140 They're saying it's a woman by the Ukrainian woman, a Ukrainian operative by the name of
00:05:31.440 Valentina Kvalk.
00:05:34.360 And what they're saying is that she slipped into Ukraine, posing as a refugee, even brought
00:05:39.400 her own daughter or potentially another young girl with her, posing as a refugee.
00:05:43.760 We've seen that, by the way, getting across the border with a kid that's not yours, just
00:05:47.600 like the U.S. southern border, comes from Ukraine into Russia, conducts this attack, and they 0.56
00:05:53.360 say somehow she's already made it into Estonia.
00:05:55.940 I'm not even sure how the logistics of that would work out.
00:05:58.360 But the point is that they are now putting assassinations on the table.
00:06:03.500 We've got the newest details on this, the latest details.
00:06:07.020 But again, we've always been in the camp for this, where we're calling for de-escalation
00:06:11.840 because it's the people in the middle, the innocent civilians who are caught in the mix
00:06:18.520 of all of this, the refugees, the families, the people that I met when I was over there.
00:06:23.540 That's the people that we ought to care about most, not the people who are getting blown
00:06:27.800 up and the people who are ordering all of these things.
00:06:30.640 As if the criminals in America weren't enough, authorities have uncovered an entirely new 0.65
00:06:37.060 category, a new category of crime.
00:06:39.040 It's called crime tourism.
00:06:40.980 It's when criminals come to the U.S. on a tourist visa, burglarize a bunch of homes, and
00:06:44.980 then take the loot back over the border.
00:06:46.640 Sadly, it is being prepared and is now a necessity.
00:06:50.280 But good news is there's iTarget Pro.

00:07:26.180 iTargetPro.com slash POSO.
00:07:27.940 Link in the description.
00:07:30.800 I'm confident that Merrick Garland took every precaution, made every effort short of executing
00:07:36.760 the search warrant to obtain those documents.
00:07:39.700 And if the public reporting is correct that the Trump lawyers asserted in an affidavit that
00:07:46.820 they'd given all these documents up and the Justice Department had good reason to believe
00:07:50.660 that wasn't true, then it justifies this means of getting the information, the execution of
00:07:57.460 a search warrant.
00:07:58.520 So, yes, it's a very powerful precedent.
00:08:02.900 At the same time, I'm confident that it was used appropriately given the circumstances.
00:08:09.120 I'm so confident.
00:08:10.560 Shippity, shippity, shippity, shippity, shiff. 0.99
00:08:12.800 Yeah, we know what he's full of.
00:08:14.080 Don't say it.
00:08:14.780 Don't say it.
00:08:15.700 This, after all, is a Christian show.
00:08:17.980 But what's the latest headline in this?
00:08:20.480 This is potentially, it's interesting because we've seen the massive outcry over the Mar-a-Lago
00:08:25.820 raid.
00:08:26.560 We've seen moderates and independents also coming to the forefront saying, this is wrong.
00:08:32.280 This is just wrong.
00:08:33.360 I don't want to live in a country where we're raiding former presidents at their personal
00:08:37.080 residences.
00:08:38.420 You know, if you've got a paperwork dispute, if you've got some issue about some papers,
00:08:42.220 you don't want them in this secure room and that one, you got a padlock, you got this
00:08:46.060 lock, you get that lock, you want them in a skiff, put them in a skiff.
00:08:48.780 Okay.
00:08:49.860 Keep in mind that former presidents maintain security clearance and they maintain skiffs and they
00:08:55.360 maintain access to classified briefings.
00:08:57.240 You know, they're going to come for that next.
00:08:59.320 You watch.
00:09:00.440 Garland, he's probably already talking about raiding Trump Tower.
00:09:04.800 Understand what time it is.
00:09:07.160 But Judge Reinhardt, this is interesting because it's like he touched, it's like when your little
00:09:11.400 kid touches the hot stove and goes, ooh, ooh, I don't want to do that.
00:09:14.440 We had a baby AJ, we're at Wawa over the weekend.
00:09:16.580 We usually stop at Wawa after church.
00:09:17.940 That's what we do.
00:09:18.720 And he was going for one of those, he saw the hot pretzels there on the hot plate and he
00:09:22.000 went over there and went, ooh, okay.
00:09:23.800 That's Judge Reinhardt because what just happened, Judge Reinhardt, did he flip?
00:09:27.220 What's going on?
00:09:28.340 Judge Reinhardt is now rejecting the DOJ's argument to keep the Trump affidavit sealed.
00:09:32.820 And here's the word he used, unprecedented.
00:09:35.660 Wait, unprecedented?
00:09:36.780 You're the guy who signed off on the whole thing.
00:09:39.160 This is the magistrate judge that signs off.
00:09:43.080 Explain this to me.
00:09:43.820 He signs off on it.
00:09:45.120 He's the one who sealed it in the first place at the behest of DOJ.
00:09:48.560 And now all of a sudden he's calling it unprecedented and he's saying this never should have happened.
00:09:52.920 And how could we do this?
00:09:53.900 Listen to this.
00:09:55.340 I've got it from FoxNews.com from the great Brooke Singman.
00:09:59.960 Has the report.
00:10:00.980 Calls it unprecedented.
00:10:02.520 Says, the government argues that the present record justifies keeping the entire affidavit under seal.
00:10:07.720 The government argues that even requiring it to redact portions of the affidavit that could not reveal agent identities or investigative sources and methods impose an undue burden on its resources and set a precedent that could be disruptive and burdensome in further cases.
00:10:20.540 I do not need to question the reach of this.
00:10:22.460 However, particularly given the intense public and historical interest in an unprecedented search of a former president's residence, the government has not yet shown that these administrative concerns are sufficient to justify sealing.
00:10:38.440 Huh.
00:10:39.320 Huh, huh.
00:10:40.940 Huh, huh.
00:10:42.440 Okay, so go with me on this.
00:10:44.320 The guy who signed off on it.
00:10:45.600 And by the way, this is why all last week they were putting out the full court press to say that you shouldn't talk about this.
00:10:53.460 You shouldn't talk about this situation.
00:10:55.340 How dare?
00:10:56.160 How dare conservatives talk about the judge?
00:10:58.960 How dare conservatives criticize a judge?
00:11:01.500 Really?
00:11:02.760 Because you've never heard anyone on the left criticize, I don't know, Clarence Thomas.
00:11:07.980 Clarence Thomas's wife, Ginny Thomas.
00:11:11.800 Brett Kavanaugh.
00:11:13.440 By the way, did anything recently happen with Brett Kavanaugh?
00:11:16.080 I don't know.
00:11:16.380 Oh, that's right.
00:11:17.080 A left-wing Redditor, dressed in black, showed up outside his house at 1 a.m. over there in Maryland a few weeks ago and tried to shoot him and his entire family to death.
00:11:29.540 Okay, that's what the left is doing.
00:11:31.080 But you never hear the lefts that then come out and say the media and the fact checkers and all the, you know, the quote-unquote, oh, extremist watchers.
00:11:39.600 They don't talk about any of this. 0.83
00:11:41.160 They don't talk about the fact that a leftist was outside of Brett Kavanaugh's house with a gun, 9mm, duct tape, flex tape, flex cuffs, because he wanted to kill Brett Kavanaugh's entire family, shoot him to death. 0.67
00:11:56.420 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. 0.93
00:11:58.180 That's fine.
00:11:58.780 It's fine to criticize Brett Kavanaugh, but here's what's going on.
00:12:02.840 Judge Reinhart suddenly just read the room, and he understood what he did was so incredibly rejected by the American people, by the legal profession, and by history.
00:12:15.020 Judge Reinhart, history is not going to be on your side, but perhaps, just perhaps, you have a role to play.
00:12:21.540 Flip on them completely, unseal everything, Judge Reinhart.
00:12:25.620 You can do it.
00:12:26.560 You have the power right now.
00:12:28.640 Stand up for your country.
00:12:29.660 Be an American.
00:12:51.540 Public Square is the first app to connect freedom-loving Americans with their local community and businesses that share their values.
00:13:00.460 Whether you want to support a restaurant that only buys from local farms, a coffee shop that took a stand against the COVID mandates, or a bank that would never cancel you for your political views, Public Square is your guide.
00:13:09.940 Go to Public Square, download the app, Apple App Store, Google Clay, create your free account, begin the search, go today.
00:13:16.060 You can also list your own business, Public Square, Public SQ.
00:13:18.900 There is a legal pathway that people can pursue to become a legal immigrant into the United States, and the problem is that President Biden is not enforcing what that standard is.
00:13:33.620 Remember, it was just two years ago, we had some of the lowest border crossings in decades, and now we're setting record after record after record of the most illegal border crossings ever.
00:13:44.140 And that's all because Biden administration is not enforcing the laws as they exist.
00:13:48.900 When the rule of law is abandoned, it leads to chaos, like what we're seeing with the Bidens' open border policies.
00:13:55.760 And this is amazing to me.
00:13:56.960 So New York City and D.C., they're freaking out.
00:13:59.920 They're saying, how dare you send all these illegals on these buses? 1.00
00:14:02.320 How dare you, don't you understand that you're overwhelming our glorious and sacred public services?
00:14:09.520 You can't just send these illegal immigrants to other parts of the country on these buses? 1.00
00:14:13.860 And it's like, OK, so if the media is upset about that, the illegal immigrants being set on buses to those cities, why doesn't the media care when illegal immigrants come into the states that are right across the border?
00:14:30.660 Or like Texas, like Arizona, Mexico?
00:14:35.600 You don't see headlines when it's like that.
00:14:37.620 But when you send them to the imperial capital of Washington, D.C., when you send them to the financial capital, Wall Street, New York City, Times Square, suddenly you get a response.
00:14:50.840 And so I know there are people who are critical of Governor Abbott early on when he was doing this.
00:14:54.980 They said, ah, it's not that big of a deal.
00:14:56.500 I think you're actually starting to see you're actually starting to see this get some traction.
00:15:00.040 So I say, Governor Abbott, keep the buses running.
00:15:02.720 But look at this story that just dropped at a post-millennial, a federal judge who rules on immigration issues.
00:15:08.460 So a federal immigration judge was just arrested for human smuggling.
00:15:13.060 Wait, what?
00:15:13.620 This is some like Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad, Absolute Insanity.
00:15:18.160 His name is Timothy Daniel Jaffin, arrested and charged with, quote, smuggling of a human and resisting arrest in Kinney County, Texas.
00:15:26.480 I'm like, I've just got to look at this one.
00:15:28.580 A licensed Texas attorney and immigration magistrate was taken into custody for allegedly smuggling migrants and resisting arrest this past Saturday.
00:15:37.400 According to Galveston County Constable Jimmy Fullen, Timothy Daniel Jaffin was arrested and charged for the smuggling of a human and resisting arrest in Kinney County, Texas.
00:15:46.580 He made the announcement on Facebook along with pictures of Jaffin and the four men he smuggled across the U.S.-Mexico border.
00:15:53.440 According to the Texas Bar website, Jaffin is listed as still eligible to practice and has been licensed since 2003, primarily practices out of Corpus Christi.
00:16:02.400 And his specialties include business, environmental, government, administrative and energy resource law.
00:16:06.720 Immigration is not listed as one of his practices.
00:16:08.820 Now, hold on a second.
00:16:12.020 Wait, what is absolutely going on here?
00:16:15.240 Because this is a guy, this is a guy who is involved, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, all the usual caveats, in human smuggling.
00:16:26.280 And yet he himself is a magistrate.
00:16:28.560 He's part of the state bar.
00:16:30.600 This is some Saul Goodman stuff, right?
00:16:33.320 But at least Saul would have been smart enough to get, you know, one of the guys to use the, you know, use one of the trucks or use one of the tunnels or something like that.
00:16:40.660 He would just go and do it himself. 1.00
00:16:43.000 So you've got one of the dumbest. 0.98
00:16:45.360 I'm starting to sense a pattern here because you got the federal magistrate judge over in Florida who signs off on the raid one week and then immediately backpedals the week after saying, 0.99
00:16:56.620 oh, well, yeah, you know, it is actually unprecedented and kind of historic and maybe we should unseal it because, you know, he's clutching the pearls.
00:17:04.960 He's clutching the pearls right now.
00:17:06.320 Pucker factor of five, at least five.
00:17:09.260 And he knows that we're on to him.
00:17:11.320 And he knows that everyone's on to him because what he did, it don't look good.
00:17:14.620 This guy right here, I mean, he's not even going to have any pearls left when they're done with him.
00:17:20.780 Bro, they caught you.
00:17:21.760 They caught you in the car, smuggled.
00:17:23.960 I would love to hear this story.
00:17:25.340 I would absolutely love to hear this.
00:17:27.380 This would be one of the ones, one of the times, like when I was in the Navy, you know, somebody's late for muster or something and they come up and they say,
00:17:33.880 they say, sure, I was late and, you know, but I have a real good reason.
00:17:36.920 I say, you know what, front of the room, front of the room, stand up, stand up in front of everybody.
00:17:41.760 I want to hear it and make it good.
00:17:43.460 Make the story good.
00:17:44.380 And you know what always starts?
00:17:45.720 I'll tell you exactly how old stories like this start.
00:17:48.000 He'll go, well, what had happened was, if you have any good what had happened was stories, send us your emails.
00:17:54.680 Well, it's liberty at tpusa.com.
00:17:56.640 That's liberty at tpusa.com.
00:17:58.720 And maybe, just maybe, I will read your email out here live on the program.
00:18:04.360 So, liberty at tpusa.com.
00:18:06.360 Listen, I'll just tell you right now, all the best stories, they start like that.
00:18:09.360 What had happened was, I'm telling you, I want to hear this, guys, what had happened was stories.
00:18:13.220 Look, I was in Mexico.
00:18:15.060 They got into my car.
00:18:16.680 I didn't realize I had crossed the border.
00:18:18.720 I didn't realize what was going on.
00:18:20.540 What had happened was.
00:18:23.400 There's an entire new economy being created right now, filled with patriotic companies that have had enough of cancel culture and the left.
00:18:31.520 One that you can support every day and all you have to do is get dressed.
00:18:34.720 I'm talking about under-tack boxers.
00:18:37.340 Under-tack boxers are my favorite boxers and they are the greatest boxers ever made.
00:18:40.900 Because, probably, they have literally been tested by special force operators.
00:18:47.060 They've made with high-quality material that's antimicrobial, anti-pilling, and moisture-wicking.
00:18:51.540 So, you stay fresh and dry all day long.
00:18:53.780 They come with sturdy yet comfortable waistband that does not crack or loosen.
00:18:56.980 Under-tack is durable, ultralight, and shrink-resistant.
00:18:58.960 Here's the best part.
00:18:59.920 They're almost 30% less than the woke designer brands with their non-binary models. 1.00
00:19:04.700 Go to getundertack.com.

00:19:20.520 Link in the description.
00:19:23.580 We cannot hide away from human population growth.
00:19:28.380 Because, you know, it underlies so many of the other problems.
00:19:31.660 All these things we talk about wouldn't be a problem if there was the size of population
00:19:37.120 that there was 500 years ago.
00:19:40.040 We've got to stabilize the population.
00:19:43.560 When I was born, there were too many people.
00:19:47.120 That's why we have global warming. 0.99
00:19:49.660 We have global warming because too many people are using too much stuff.
00:19:53.140 If there were less people, they'd be using less stuff.
00:19:55.300 That's why we have global warming. 0.99
00:19:57.980 You've got too many people using too much stuff.
00:20:01.040 Okay, Ted Turner.
00:20:02.320 All right, Janet Goodell.
00:20:03.140 We simply must reduce the population.
00:20:05.380 It's the only way to do it.
00:20:06.380 Just must reduce the population.
00:20:08.280 Well, so I'm guest hosting for Charlie Kirk this week.
00:20:10.920 And earlier today, if you caught the show, we had the incredible Viva Fry on.
00:20:14.900 And he really busted up this story.
00:20:16.960 But I wanted to make sure that the Human Events Daily audience got this in full.
00:20:22.700 Well, because these numbers and the story are absolutely harrowing.
00:20:26.300 They're insane.
00:20:28.020 And it's something that the entire, I would say that the entire world, or if you're pro-life,
00:20:31.840 or if you're just pro-human, you have to stand up against this.
00:20:34.940 More than 10,000, this is from ctvnews.ca.
00:20:38.540 More than 10,000 Canadians received a medically assisted death in 2021.
00:20:44.720 More Canadians are ending their lives with a medically assisted death,
00:20:49.180 says the third federal annual report on medical assistance in dying, MAID,
00:20:53.020 an increase of 32% over 2020.
00:20:56.920 The report says that 3.3% of all deaths in Canada were assisted deaths.
00:21:04.400 On a provincial level, the rate was higher in provinces such as Quebec at 4.7%
00:21:09.420 and British Columbia at 4.8%.
00:21:11.480 This guy from, you know, University of Toronto, it is rising extremely fast.
00:21:18.900 You know, the rate has always been it.
00:21:21.640 The expectation has always been around 4% to 5%, probably.
00:21:24.420 But the end, it saw off at the same rate.
00:21:26.880 I'm sorry, 5% of the deaths for your entire year are from medically assisted suicides.
00:21:34.600 Government-backed suicides.
00:21:35.940 In fact, and Fox News has the story, a Canadian soldier who's suffering with PTSD
00:21:41.400 was offered euthanasia by Veterans Affairs.
00:21:46.220 Medical assistance is dying.
00:21:48.060 Legalized in Canada 2016.
00:21:49.880 The numbers are going.
00:21:50.560 This is what they do, right?
00:21:51.400 This is what they do.
00:21:52.420 First, they make life unbearable.
00:21:54.480 Then they shut down your churches.
00:21:57.020 They shut down your schools.
00:21:58.480 They shut down your places of business.
00:22:00.060 They shut down your places for recreation.
00:22:02.700 They shut down your places for entertainment.
00:22:04.260 They won't let you go to a park.
00:22:06.360 Trudeau's forcing a jab on everybody if you want to get out of the country.
00:22:09.820 And then what do they do?
00:22:11.100 Then they turn on the government-backed medical suicide program.
00:22:16.900 And they say, well, you know, life is what it is.
00:22:19.960 What are you going to do?
00:22:20.620 But if you want to step right up, you go right for it.
00:22:22.520 Look, as a Catholic, as someone who's been pro-life my whole life,
00:22:28.080 not only am I against this on a spiritual level,
00:22:31.380 but I'm against it on social grounds and philosophical grounds as well
00:22:35.480 because what could be more cynical and Nietzschean than this?
00:22:39.720 And they're talking about opening it up now, expanding it to minors
00:22:42.600 and people with mental issues.
00:22:45.740 Yeah, because a person with mental issues can give consent for suicide, right?
00:22:50.380 Of course, obviously.
00:22:52.060 No.
00:22:53.180 What they're doing is telling you that there is nothing beyond life other than oblivion.
00:22:57.260 What they're doing is telling you that there is this life and then comes nothing.
00:23:01.420 I disagree with that on a fundamental level,
00:23:03.680 and I think that ruins countries and it ruins societies
00:23:06.080 if you believe these harmful ideas.
00:23:08.540 There is so much more to this.
00:23:10.200 There is more to life.
00:23:11.600 And societies grow great when old men plant trees 1.00
00:23:15.540 under which whose shade they will never sit.
00:23:18.520 I believe that.

00:23:44.240 What did we talk about today?
00:23:45.480 Well, number one, Daria Dugina, daughter of a Putin ally,
00:23:50.060 assassinated in a car bomb attack in Moscow.
00:23:52.420 Will this lead to escalation and reprisal?
00:23:54.520 Two, Judge Reinhart.
00:23:55.840 Did he flip?
00:23:56.920 Formerly rejecting the DOJ argument to keep the Trump affidavit sealed
00:24:00.360 and calls the raid unprecedented now.
00:24:03.100 Third, federal judge who rules on immigration issues,
00:24:05.600 arrested for human smuggling down in Mexico,
00:24:09.500 down on the Texas border.
00:24:11.200 And then finally, they report out more than 10,000 Canadians
00:24:14.420 received a medically assisted death in 2021.
00:24:18.220 You know, there's a lot of stories going on in the world right now.
00:24:21.700 And a lot of talk of censorship and this control of what goes on in our media
00:24:27.400 and what goes on particularly in social media
00:24:29.580 and what you're allowed to share.
00:24:30.760 Are you allowed to get these stories out?
00:24:32.040 Yes, no, what's actually happening?
00:24:33.440 But what's interesting is that you see people banned from social media every day,
00:24:36.800 but there's a place called Twitter.
00:24:38.500 And for today's history break,
00:24:40.740 I want to remind you that on this day,
00:24:42.740 all the way back in 1994, believe it or not,
00:24:45.960 DNA testing linked OJ Simpson to the murder of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman.
00:24:51.980 You see, OJ Simpson cut his wife's head off.
00:24:54.760 He also killed Ron Goldman.
00:24:56.540 And yet Twitter has no problem whatsoever
00:24:59.140 with allowing OJ Simpson to be on Twitter,
00:25:02.280 to say whatever he feels like,
00:25:04.740 to upload videos.
00:25:05.720 I don't believe he's banned on any social media platform.
00:25:08.260 And so I'd like to know simply,
00:25:09.900 what is the line?
00:25:11.220 If you're going to allow a guy who cut his wife's head off, 0.96
00:25:14.660 by the way, in the first rig trial,
00:25:16.720 yeah, they got the verdict they wanted.
00:25:20.420 In the second civil trial,
00:25:21.860 he was found responsible for both deaths.
00:25:24.680 Ladies and gentlemen, as always,
00:25:25.580 you have my permission to lay ashore.
00:25:26.680 Thank you.
00:25:31.220 Thank you.
00:25:32.540 Thank you.
00:25:33.620 Thank you.
00:25:34.380 Thank you.
00:25:35.020 Thank you.
00:25:36.240 Thank you.
00:25:37.380 Thank you.
00:25:38.200 Thank you.
00:25:40.020 Thank you.
00:25:44.240 Thank you.
00:25:45.520 Thank you.
00:25:46.580 Thank you.
00:25:47.440 Thank you.
00:25:48.200 Thank you.
00:25:48.300 Thank you.
00:25:48.900 Thank you.
00:25:49.480 Thank you.
00:25:49.760 Thank you.
00:25:50.480 Thank you.
00:25:51.100 Thank you.
00:25:51.820 Thanks.
00:25:52.640 Thank you.
00:25:53.460 You've got you.
00:25:53.740 Thank you,
00:25:54.320 You've got you.
00:25:55.000 Thank you.
