00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on Human Events Daily.
00:00:09.340 So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends.
00:00:16.720 Make sure they're all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.440 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're only going to do so much more.
00:00:29.360 Let's get it.
00:00:33.720 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:42.840 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:49.560 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:52.600 Christ is king.
00:00:54.440 I will resign as leader of the Labour Party.
00:00:57.220 I have spoken to His Majesty the King this morning to inform him of my decision.
00:01:03.560 President Trump is blaming vandals for the problems at the reflecting pool on the National Mall.
00:01:08.540 He says several people have been arrested.
00:01:10.340 Well, some new drama surrounding the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.
00:01:14.280 Amid all the fanfare of its opening last Friday, some subcontractors who helped build it claim they still have not been paid.
00:01:21.320 The allegations hit especially hard because the massive construction project was supposed to help minority businesses and local firms lift their fortunes.
00:01:28.700 But some say they're owed millions of dollars and are struggling to stay afloat.
00:01:33.460 Police start tonight in Boyle Heights, where that massive warehouse continues to burn and spew smoke across Southern California.
00:01:39.320 And tonight, there is a new major concern in the firefight.
00:01:42.400 Eighty five million pounds of food now rotting inside the warehouse.
00:01:47.020 Let's try a diplomatic solution.
00:01:48.960 I think it's going to fail. If this deal fails, President Trump is going to take the Strait of
00:01:55.060 Hormuz over by force. Tonight, President Trump is threatening further attacks on Iran, even
00:02:00.840 as Vice President J.D. Vance in Switzerland hails progress at talks aimed at securing peace. But on
00:02:07.320 the first day of those negotiations, new strains and new accusations, despite efforts to turn
00:02:12.140 a 60-day ceasefire into a definite deal. The president returned to Washington tonight after
00:02:17.980 spending the weekend at Camp David in Maryland. A new CBS poll out today shows 69% of Americans
00:02:24.760 say the conflict with Iran was not worth the cost. And more than half, 57%, say the president's war
00:02:31.760 with Iran created more problems than it solved. This morning, after a long day of talks with
00:02:37.640 Iran, Vice President J.D. Vance indicating some progress is being made, saying soon after arriving
00:02:44.280 in Switzerland. Peace is never easy. Peace always requires a little bit of work. It always requires
00:02:50.060 a little bit of give and take. The vice president saying they have made progress on a number of
00:02:54.800 fronts, including keeping the Strait of Hormuz open, deconfliction in Lebanon and allowing
00:03:00.800 nuclear inspectors back into Iran. What we told the Iranians yesterday is when you guys engage
00:03:09.040 in what us millennials might call trash talk, you can't expect the president of the United States
00:03:13.840 not to respond and not to correct the record there was a little bit of threatening there
00:03:17.720 was a little bit of whining but at the end of the day the talks continued and we made great progress
00:03:21.880 all right ladies and gentlemen welcome on board today's edition of human events
00:03:26.940 daily we're here live on real america's voice today is june 22nd 2026 ano domini major breakthrough
00:03:37.520 in this weekend as we saw vice president jd vance head over to switzerland with his team he's meeting
00:03:45.380 with the qataris they're meeting directly with the iranian delegation you've got the emiratis
00:03:51.900 also kind of there playing roles you of course got the pakistanis there of course working on
00:03:59.080 this mediation what we're seeing now folks are major breakthroughs remember we had the iran peace
00:04:04.780 deal that president trump negotiated up front now jd vance has become the point man for the 60 days
00:04:11.420 of the full deeper details on all of these things biggest breakthrough was just announced a few
00:04:17.980 hours ago they're a bit ahead of us of course because jd vance came out publicly and said
00:04:23.720 that nuclear inspectors are in fact going to be returning to iran but this is iaea we're not sure
00:04:31.380 exactly what the composition. Will there be Arab delegates as well? Will there be American
00:04:37.300 officials? We're not sure. We're also hearing now that Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected
00:04:42.020 to take a trip to the Middle East itself. So he's going to be going down Bahrain, UAE, Qatar,
00:04:50.040 potentially Qatar, Kuwait as well to see if he can shore up some support and see what's going
00:04:58.180 on with the Arab allies in the region. All of this comes as President Trump, who spent the
00:05:03.560 weekend over at Camp David, is focused on maintaining, remember, the stability in the
00:05:09.840 region. This is what it's all about, folks. And let me just say something, because you can see
00:05:13.400 online, there's been a lot of people who are attacking this. They're undercutting the peace
00:05:18.740 process. They're undercutting President of the United States. Let me tell you something right
00:05:23.040 now. If you are undercutting the peace process, you are undercutting the White House, you are
00:05:29.120 undercutting President Trump, you are undercutting the vice president and everything the MAGA movement
00:05:34.740 has fought for. That means you are no longer part of this thing. You are someone who actually,
00:05:41.800 actually wants to attack and continue the war. And we're finding out a whole lot of people this week
00:05:49.940 who actually don't want national security.
00:05:53.320 They just want more war.
00:05:55.100 That's what they want.
00:05:56.960 Interesting to see who profits from that,
00:05:59.820 the revenue, the retweets,
00:06:03.040 the clicks, the audience.
00:06:05.780 We get it.
00:06:06.700 It's a business model.
00:06:07.820 And I'm not just talking about neocons.
00:06:09.580 I'm talking about these Ascent accounts.
00:06:12.060 I'm talking about all this stuff out there
00:06:14.100 where people are totally tracking
00:06:16.280 because war is a racket.
00:06:19.940 as we were told so many years ago there's always going to be a constituency for war and who is
00:06:24.940 that of course military industrial complex that's the mic but what about the constituency for peace
00:06:32.880 what about the american people what about the people by the way people of israel and including
00:06:41.340 the people of iran the people of lebanan what about people who are caught in the middle people
00:06:47.880 russia people ukraine the little guy who gets caught up in the middle who's just trying to go
00:06:54.120 to work who's just trying to live his life who's just trying to have his family maybe a couple of
00:06:58.280 kids what about them that's what this is all about maga world peace right back ladies and
00:07:05.880 and gentlemen with a movie review from yours truly. Stay tuned.
00:07:31.000 Stand in our way and our golden age has just begun.
00:07:34.500 This is Human Events with Jack Posobin.
00:07:36.460 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:07:41.100 Welcome to the second American Revolution.
00:07:46.440 The laws are meant to protect the victims, right?
00:07:50.960 It's not the perpetrators.
00:07:52.620 Maybe that's when you lost your North Star.
00:07:55.180 When you started using the laws to help people hurt people.
00:08:01.340 You know, it's not just the perpetrators.
00:08:03.260 cause collateral damage, judge.
00:08:06.620 It's people like you,
00:08:07.520 letting people get away with rape and murder.
00:08:12.340 Excusing their behavior.
00:08:14.600 Letting people get away with rape and murder.
00:08:18.900 Six boys raped a 14-year-old girl.
00:08:23.100 I saw your interview in front of the courthouse.
00:08:25.640 I saw you say that these boys just had an adjustment issue.
00:08:33.260 All right, folks, so that was a clip from the new movie called Citizen Vigilante, and Citizen Vigilante just came out this weekend, and I encourage anyone who would like to see it to please go and see it.
00:08:51.660 The dedication of the film itself is stunning.
00:08:56.520 And we have that here.
00:08:58.360 It says, this film is dedicated to thousands of rape and murder victims in Europe who were betrayed by our legal system.
00:09:08.640 Keep in mind, folks, this is a true story.
00:09:11.740 This is in the sense of true crimes that are occurring.
00:09:15.480 What's different here is that this video, this movie, fictionalized, of course, fictionalized account of what were to happen if someone were to go like Dexter or law-abiding citizen or equalizer, decide to start delivering justice in a different way.
00:09:36.840 delivering justice in an old way in an individual way when the courts and the system do not respond
00:09:50.180 and specifically follows the case many cases but also follows the case of a 14 year old girl
00:09:59.180 who was raped by migrants and the judge let those migrants escape jail time now that could be
00:10:08.960 referring to any one of the gang rapes that we've seen across europe it could be referring to things
00:10:16.320 like the central park five be referring to all sorts of things that have gone on in our society
00:10:22.320 because unfortunately we've seen these again and again and again and not just rapes but even the
00:10:30.320 killings marina zarutska right was killed by someone who was a longtime criminal career
00:10:38.960 criminal could have been in jail was let out by judges politicians and how many angel moms
00:10:46.820 and angel daughters exist because of these policies i want to play another clip this is
00:10:54.140 the main character it's played by army hammer credible role by the way credible acting
00:10:59.080 and he's talking to a judge confronting the judge about his actions play that guys
00:11:10.520 victim. What was it?
00:11:13.340 Traumatic integration?
00:11:15.940 We're really getting
00:11:16.780 mental help now and support.
00:11:19.200 We will be better in the future.
00:11:21.180 I promise that.
00:11:22.320 It's the right answer.
00:11:24.720 The only problem is that
00:11:26.360 on your
00:11:28.080 social media, since the event,
00:11:30.980 I have not seen any regret
00:11:32.800 or empathy. In fact, I think you said
00:11:36.840 that she deserved to be raped.
00:11:39.160 What I mean is that they dress wrong and just make boys horny with their mini-skirts.
00:11:45.160 They show their legs and breasts.
00:11:47.160 You wrote that she deserved it.
00:11:51.160 I will delete it.
00:11:55.160 Are these the values you're teaching your children?
00:11:57.160 I teach them the values from Quran and these values from our family.
00:12:01.160 Well, if these are your values, that women in America and Europe deserve to be raped
00:12:10.580 because of a dress code, why did you come here?
00:12:13.900 You know that we have several war in our country and we have a dangerous life.
00:12:19.460 That's why we are here.
00:12:21.660 And I think you know that.
00:12:22.660 Do you know what I think?
00:12:24.660 Why?
00:12:25.660 I don't think it was the good ones that got out of your country.
00:12:29.080 I think it was the bad ones.
00:12:30.720 I think you brought with you your archaic value system and your commitment.
00:12:39.940 But there it is.
00:12:41.780 In that scene, not only has the judge let the rapists out, but now you see the migrant's family.
00:12:50.680 His sister on social media was publicly defending her brother's actions.
00:12:55.260 The father defends the actions.
00:12:57.660 and the boy himself
00:13:03.040 refuses to admit
00:13:04.800 any type of remorse
00:13:06.240 now I'm not
00:13:08.900 going to sit here and say that
00:13:10.700 we need to start
00:13:12.880 doing things like this
00:13:20.040 I don't condone violence
00:13:22.760 violent actions
00:13:24.380 but this is a film
00:13:26.600 the film discussing an issue and how many films have we seen talk about this lately remember
00:13:33.480 there was a film that won oscars last year all about a group with leonardo dicaprio
00:13:38.880 called one battle after another that showed an antifa cell
00:13:43.320 killing and murdering folks at an ice facility that won an oscar we also saw the movie sinners
00:13:52.720 win a bunch of oscars and that was all that was all about a bunch of anti-whites killing a bunch
00:13:58.680 of white people because they were white and spreading anti-white hate so if those films
00:14:04.780 are receiving oscars out there then surely we can't criticize a film that uses violence to
00:14:12.200 depict a social social issue that we're not supposed to be talking about the actual real
00:14:18.960 world rape and murder of thousands thousands of girls children
00:14:30.360 people like henry novak like henry novak we saw the uprising
00:14:40.100 this has gone on again and again and again and i can't believe that this was even
00:14:48.800 made and uve bold who the director here is known as an you know an action director he's you know
00:14:54.240 he's kind of you know one of those sort of like directive streaming sort of directors but he put
00:15:00.020 this out and to do so was such a live wire issue the fact that no other releasing streamers or
00:15:11.240 anyone would put out something like this no other publishing not gonna see netflix putting this out
00:15:14.820 by the way tells you a lot people should go see this in theaters i'm gonna buy tickets to see this
00:15:21.600 even though i've already seen it just so i can put money behind this movie because i want it out
00:15:27.160 there because i want it to be successful and i sure hope that other people do as well this is
00:15:33.240 what we need discussion of in our society the same way that sicario came out right before trump was
00:15:40.340 elected right we need movies like this out there for the people who are getting upset that every
00:15:49.280 single day when we wake up we go and look at the news another one of our kids is killed another one
00:15:55.440 of our girls is raped another one of our people is slaughtered by someone who shouldn't be here
00:16:00.260 in the first place or shouldn't have been on the street because of some liberal politician
00:16:06.560 or some liberal judge.
00:16:09.360 And there is another clip from the film
00:16:12.900 that I want to point out that kind of explains this.
00:16:14.900 It's a play SOT-12.
00:16:22.920 Look, if you want the cold, hard truth,
00:16:25.120 I'll give it to you.
00:16:27.660 We can change history.
00:16:30.020 The state, the court, police.
00:16:33.880 See, you think that they've failed you,
00:16:35.680 but they haven't because they were never meant to give you justice now they only exist to control
00:16:44.720 you see but i'm here to help you take that control back
00:16:50.000 think about it folks when we wrote on humans what did we talk about
00:17:00.000 We said the two-tier, the three-tier legal system.
00:17:05.560 Two-tier Starmer just resigned this morning, the Prime Minister of the UK.
00:17:11.580 These issues are real.
00:17:13.180 Part of the reason that was his constant and consistent 15-year mishandling of the Rotherham rape gangs.
00:17:24.040 That's what they were.
00:17:25.120 They were rape gangs of young white girls.
00:17:27.260 people like Tommy Robinson
00:17:29.340 like Nigel Farage
00:17:30.940 have been speaking out on this
00:17:32.400 for those 15 years
00:17:33.800 and the government of the UK
00:17:37.640 just fell over it
00:17:39.040 it's time for people to wake up
00:17:42.220 now we've got movies like this
00:17:44.260 coming out
00:17:44.860 and it shows you by the way
00:17:46.640 it shows you the power
00:17:48.100 of a film
00:17:49.300 it shows you the power
00:17:50.880 of putting a film
00:17:52.300 behind something
00:17:53.040 a story
00:17:54.040 this is why
00:17:55.100 when I constantly say this
00:17:56.960 conservative outlets and conservative groups doing a documentary after documentary after
00:18:02.840 documentary you have to you have to sit people down you have to you know you're lecturing them
00:18:07.500 you have to walk around guys just put together a movie put together a movie and show a story
00:18:13.940 all right this is what we need we need more films like this more projects like this and uve bowl by
00:18:22.280 the way the director is out there on social media right now going in the heart in the paint saying
00:18:28.160 i'm not trolling all right this is not satirizing the issue this is not making fun of the issue
00:18:33.380 this is deadly serious right hey taylor sheridan you got all your movies out there right you got
00:18:40.700 all your little paramount movies out there sheridan how come you won't do something like
00:18:45.180 this you did sicario but now you you're slipping all your liberal messaging in
00:18:49.680 you don't even talk about illegals anymore do you taylor sheridan why is that why is that taylor
00:18:55.140 sheridan why won't you make a movie like this why won't you make a movie talking about stuff
00:18:59.600 like this taylor sheridan ube bolt does it you got a guy from from europe doing his movie just
00:19:04.680 got banned in germany i think we know why because you wanted to take the money and you did so but
00:19:12.420 Now, we've got the ability to do it ourselves.
00:19:16.840 Credible film, go see, Citizen Vigilante.
00:19:32.700 Today, you know, they talk about influencers.
00:19:35.060 These are influencers and they're friends of mine.
00:19:39.280 Jack Pesovic, where's Jack?
00:19:41.780 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we are back, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:19:53.380 Now, we do have some breaking news that I wanted to get to in the Tyler Robinson case.
00:20:02.400 And this is a really, really, there's a really huge case.
00:20:07.840 There's a really huge situation.
00:20:08.640 Obviously, it's a really huge case, but it's a really big ruling because this was on something that we had discussed last year, excuse me, last week, gosh, last year, where I'm just pulling the article up here from the Post Millennial because I want to make sure I get the quotes in correctly, is that this is where Judge Graff and it came down to that question on Lance Twiggs.
00:20:29.780 So the idea was that Lance Twiggs had testified multiple times in recorded testimony already.
00:20:37.860 So he gave statements to police once right after Charlie Kirk's murder and then once more recently, I believe it was April.
00:20:46.120 And Lance Twiggs defense team was saying you can't play those at the preliminary hearing, which is coming up in just a few weeks time.
00:20:54.340 That is, it starts two weeks from today.
00:20:56.620 So two weeks from today, the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing, his day in court, his first day, and his first one of these, by the way, there's going to be an actual trial that takes place beyond this, but this will be the first time that he has been in court for a preliminary official hearing where the evidence will be unsealed against Tyler Robinson.
00:21:15.620 And look, I've said before, I'll say again, I wish the process were faster.
00:21:21.160 I wish the evidence were out faster.
00:21:22.800 I wish that certain reporting had been out faster, different reports that have come out,
00:21:27.160 ballistics, autopsy, et cetera.
00:21:29.100 Put them all out.
00:21:30.080 Put them all out the same way you did with George Floyd, Derek Chauvin, Kyle Rittenhouse,
00:21:34.900 whatever the case may be.
00:21:35.920 I want them all like Carmelo Anthony, right?
00:21:38.000 I wanted all the information out.
00:21:39.560 And by the way, we did get that finally on Friday night after the trial, which I think
00:21:43.860 is atrocious.
00:21:44.360 I think it's atrocious that the evidence was sat on for so long.
00:21:48.540 But Tyler Robinson's team was trying to block that recording of Lance Twiggs from being played in the preliminary hearing.
00:21:58.140 Judge just came in and said, no dice.
00:22:01.600 Judge was not having it.
00:22:02.680 So the judge just ruled.
00:22:04.260 And we had Will Chamberlain on here last week specifically talking about this and said, and this is exactly what we had expected.
00:22:11.020 This is exactly what will came on and assessed would happen. And the difference being is this under the Constitution, you have the right to confront your accuser. And that means if someone is providing testimony against you, which Lance Twiggs will be testifying against Tyler Robinson.
00:22:27.160 So against his boyfriend that about his confession to murdering Charlie Kirk.
00:22:35.260 But because this is a preliminary hearing, reporting of that is admissible because it's not the same standard as a direct trial.
00:22:45.240 There isn't going to be a jury yet. There isn't going to be a ruling coming out in a couple of weeks time, unfortunately.
00:22:50.360 All right. I wish I wish this stuff did last or did take quicker, but it just doesn't just doesn't, folks.
00:22:57.940 Wheels of justice grind slowly, but they do grind finally, as they said, as they say.
00:23:04.420 But so when we see this and we see all of this.
00:23:08.960 We need to understand that this judge is being fair, that this judge is being truthful.
00:23:13.740 Here's what the judge said. And I want to thank the crack team at Human Events Daily for pulling this together for us.
00:23:19.200 The Eighth Amendment authority cited by the defendant concerned the reliability required in the proceedings that determined guilt or authorized punishment, particularly capital punishment.
00:23:28.240 Obviously, this is a capital case. The death penalty is on the table.
00:23:32.480 Preliminary hearing forms neither function because a defendant's guilt, innocent, and punishment are not at issue during the preliminary hearing.
00:23:40.440 The court concludes that the Eighth Amendment concerns identified by the defendant are not implicated at this stage of the proceedings, which means that the question of the death penalty, which the judge has yet to obviously impose because there's no conviction or acquittal that's happened yet, the judge is saying the death penalty is still on the table.
00:24:02.220 And that's one of the reasons that this case is going to take longer. People are saying, why did Carmelo Anthony happen so quickly and Tyler Robinson case take so long or Henry Novak, because those were not capital cases. Those are not cases where the death penalty was attached. This one is, and that it just makes it longer. It just makes the whole process that much longer. And for me personally, obviously, I wish it were not. I do wish it were faster, but I understand that this is the average.
00:24:31.740 And so the judge denied the defense's request to certify a topena,
00:24:35.260 forced twigs to appear and give live testimony,
00:24:37.660 and denied the defense's motion to prevent the state from using this recorded testimony to establish probable cause.
00:24:44.740 Because, again, this is only about probable cause.
00:24:47.560 It's not about determining guilt, innocence, or anything like that.
00:24:51.480 That will all come later at the trial.
00:24:53.580 Again, the defense team knew all of this going into it.
00:24:58.180 They knew from the very start that this is a preliminary hearing.
00:25:02.900 What are they doing?
00:25:04.320 They are desperate and they are using delay tactics.
00:25:09.960 They're using delay tactics because they continue to want to delay this trial as much as possible.
00:25:15.160 So they're throwing up anything they can think of, anything they can find.
00:25:19.480 Oh, what about this?
00:25:20.620 Oh, what about that?
00:25:21.960 Even though anyone who knows this, who looks at the law, who's familiar with the law,
00:25:25.420 understands what criminal law is, is going to say, hey, that's not going to work. And here's
00:25:29.000 X, Y, and Z, why it's not going to work. Hey, this is not going to work. And here's why that's
00:25:33.280 not going to work. Again and again, it keeps coming up. And by the way, they were trying to
00:25:38.560 say that they were trying to pull the death penalty this time around, which they're going
00:25:43.360 to continue to try to do again and again and again. And that's their job, by the way. I understand
00:25:47.200 that. But they're going to try to do this using any possible trick in the book. This time they
00:25:53.360 were trying to say, but it was because the prosecutor spoke publicly about the ballistics
00:25:57.560 evidence. So the bullet that killed Charlie, it broke apart in his body and resulted in bullet
00:26:08.660 fragments going throughout his body, shredding at organs after it struck bone. Prosecutor talked
00:26:16.220 about that publicly, they were trying to say that that gave some kind of undue evidence
00:26:23.200 and might prejudice a jury.
00:26:25.740 Well, sorry, that's the way evidence works.
00:26:28.860 Evidence comes out and then evidence gets released.
00:26:31.520 And by the way, that evidence was released by the defense team in a defense filing.
00:26:38.440 So they released the evidence in court.
00:26:40.580 They unsealed it.
00:26:41.740 They were the ones who released the ballistics report in the first place.
00:26:44.660 and yet they have the gall to come in and attack the prosecutor for talking about a report that
00:26:50.240 they themselves released. Now, they're trying to have it both ways, keep playing all these games,
00:26:55.580 and this judge, he sees it. He sees right through it, and he understands this is all about delay
00:27:01.920 tactics. It's not about actually finding justice. Let me tell you something, folks.
00:27:07.980 We will find justice. Charlie. Right back. Human Events Daily continues.
00:27:14.660 where's jack where is he jack i want to see you
00:27:39.940 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always
00:27:47.380 talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting
00:27:52.340 all right well we're very excited here now to talk about something that's near and dear to my
00:28:04.860 heart back here at Human Events Daily. And that, of course, is the issue of life. I'm someone who's
00:28:12.320 been going to the March for Life since I was in grade school. I think I've been going for over 30
00:28:18.660 years now, actually. So dating myself, but hey, is what it is. And a huge headline just came out
00:28:25.880 and our team here over at Human Events Daily found this out. USAID, believe it or not, USAID.
00:28:34.860 had found that $9.7 million worth of contraceptives that were purchased by USAID are remaining at
00:28:47.480 limbo in a Belgian warehouse with $8 million worth now unusable after having been removed
00:28:53.620 from climate-controlled storage during a failed destruction attempt. The Trump administration,
00:28:58.900 which dismantled USAID and halted global family planning programs, has paid over $360,000 in
00:29:06.920 storage costs since January 2025, while continuing to spend approximately $24,000 monthly to store
00:29:12.360 the supplies. So they've called for these things, the program to be ended, they've called for this
00:29:18.340 to be destroyed. But it seems to me like USAID or some people who are still kind of in back of
00:29:23.560 this program are doing everything they can to drag their feet to make it so that this program
00:29:30.200 continues. And I did want to figure out what was going on here with all this. So really excited
00:29:36.940 to bring on our next guest, Chris Hammack. She is the VP over at Students for Life. She joins us
00:29:43.360 now. Christy, how are you? Fine, thank you. I know every time I see you, Jack, it's freezing
00:29:48.020 colon at the march see that's what i'm saying about the march for life basically because they
00:29:53.160 do it it was january because that's when roe v wade was decided but what i say this is my argument
00:29:58.120 that and and i hope that that kristin and everybody would could you know i'm just saying i'm just
00:30:02.820 saying what if we moved it to june because that's when the dobbs decision came down just saying
00:30:09.620 i'm for it we just had national celebrate life day down in front of the capitol
00:30:14.320 and we did a candlelight vigil to remember the jobs decision which the anniversary comes up this
00:30:19.580 week a great day the day that i got to see roe fall but i'm with you and also i'm not with the
00:30:26.180 cold weather were you there by the way did you happen to be at supreme court that day
00:30:30.400 i wasn't at the supreme court that day i was in a newsroom uh watching to see what would happen
00:30:36.640 so i actually got to be there it um it was because we do the we do human events at the
00:30:44.720 you know the two to three hour and we were just sort of staked out that that week because we knew
00:30:50.300 that the court was dropping the decisions and of course that's when we had the leak that had come
00:30:54.460 out which by the way i'm told that there is a leaker that has been gen that his you know the
00:31:02.200 person's name all right i don't want to put it out too much but the person's name is generally known
00:31:07.560 but that they haven't moved on the leaker yet and i really think they should do that but that being
00:31:13.840 said uh did get to be there did get to cover it live it was amazing it was just amazing because
00:31:18.740 i got to see the meltdowns in real time it was fantastic they were losing their minds but when
00:31:27.180 it comes to this situation here with USAID, what's going on? Are they just dragging their feet?
00:31:32.800 What's happening? Well, I tell you, this is actually, to me, one of President Trump's success
00:31:38.700 stories. $142.5 billion at USAID unaccounted for. Crazy programs like sending condoms to the Taliban
00:31:49.640 or $11 million for a Middle Eastern version of Sesame Street.
00:31:54.040 Crazy programs.
00:31:55.700 And a lot of them also targeted Africa.
00:31:59.600 There has been such anti-Christian, anti-morality in Africa
00:32:05.620 where they have targeted that country with all these contraceptions,
00:32:10.380 with abortion, with transgender messages.
00:32:14.320 Representative Chris Smith, a real hero to a lot of us,
00:32:16.920 has done a lot of work highlighting the targeting of Africa
00:32:19.580 and particularly the Christian faith and the Catholic faith as practiced in Africa.
00:32:24.520 And it's offensive.
00:32:26.780 And those condoms and birth control hormonal et al, which are trapped in Belgium,
00:32:32.320 that was part of a bunch of things that were supposed to be sent to Africa
00:32:35.820 for the purpose of making sure that fewer people in Africa have children.
00:32:40.920 And what I think is ironic is Doctors Without Borders,
00:32:43.600 which is another big pro-abortion organization,
00:32:46.600 They want to get their hands on those things so that they can distribute them.
00:32:50.640 Some of them don't even work anymore because of how they were stored, as you said.
00:32:54.040 Others were getting this giant bill, like around $30,000 a month or something, trying
00:32:58.860 to keep these things going so that somebody can be sure, let's get it, what Margaret Sanger
00:33:04.000 would have called human weeds.
00:33:06.600 And I think that's what's so offensive about it.
00:33:08.920 It is targeting certain nations by the U.S. government for the purpose of making sure
00:33:13.760 that they don't have children.
00:33:14.960 And when USAID funds were frozen, those contraceptions got stuck in Belgium on their way there.
00:33:21.500 And now we're still paying for them, even as they start to expire little by little.
00:33:26.400 No, and this is ridiculous because it seems like so obvious to me that what's going on here is that you've still got committed these liberal bureaucrats,
00:33:34.960 bureaucrats, these old time, you know, individuals that have been there forever, they want to be in
00:33:41.100 that they want to continue having their, you know, having their, their junk, you know, on standby,
00:33:47.660 because they know that at some point, right, if they don't, if you know, they expect someone to
00:33:53.940 forget about it, or they expect someone to get back in and turn these programs back on. And
00:33:59.620 that's a huge problem that we still got all the way across the government, isn't it?
00:34:02.860 Oh, absolutely. The deep state is alive and well. I mean, you don't have to look any further than the Food and Drug Administration and the absolute disaster with chemical abortion pills, where three Democratic presidents, Clinton, Obama, and then Joe Biden, forced the pills on the market, deregulated them, said that they could be distributed in the name of COVID.
00:34:24.100 Children are dying, women are dying.
00:34:25.680 The environment is being polluted.
00:34:27.160 We have abortion water pollution
00:34:28.500 because more than 50 tons of human remains
00:34:31.360 at blood, placenta tissue
00:34:33.380 goes into our waterways every year
00:34:34.840 from chemical abortion pills.
00:34:36.620 USAID is like the FDA on steroids
00:34:39.240 where you have these insidious programs
00:34:41.700 handing out funds all over the world,
00:34:44.680 but from a very leftist worldview.
00:34:48.080 And so rather than talking about food programs
00:34:50.800 or educational things related to agriculture,
00:34:53.400 or how we might, you know, do more things with energy, you know, fill in the blank.
00:34:58.220 There's so much pressure within USAID for a liberal mindset of abortion,
00:35:04.040 of hormonal contraception, whether you support that or not,
00:35:07.080 and for really trying to force transgender values, sterilizing drug protocols,
00:35:12.860 because that's just, it's interesting to me that Planned Parenthood,
00:35:16.060 they're not going out of business, they're just transitioning.
00:35:18.320 80% now involved with so-called sex altering protocols.
00:35:22.180 so you just see that kind of mindset that drug induced mindset being exported with u.s taxpayer
00:35:30.140 dollars all around the country hormones are us it's offensive so what you're saying though and
00:35:36.340 this is really interesting so this is like a new line of business like a new line of revenue for
00:35:40.260 planned parenthood isn't it oh i think so you know i mean we i was really i laughed my ass off when i
00:35:47.040 saw that Planned Parenthood in California now is even doing Botox. So it's like, get rid of the
00:35:53.200 baby, get rid of the worry lines about the baby, get, you know, get drugged up, you know, you can
00:35:58.780 get rid of the baby. It's a one-stop shop. Exactly, exactly. Drugs are us. It's really,
00:36:04.540 really offensive. And the idea that we're going to prop them up is insane. And this comes as on
00:36:09.220 July 4th, if the federal government does not act in time, Planned Parenthood is going to get access
00:36:14.640 to Medicaid dollars, which is hundreds of thousands of dollars because the big, beautiful
00:36:19.620 bill only defunded Planned Parenthood for one year. And we've got an entire year with that in
00:36:25.060 place and the sky didn't fall. People can still get health care. The whole world continues to
00:36:31.820 march forward without them being on the public dole in the way that they were before. That's
00:36:36.200 another problem. So I really do see this contraception story that your crack team
00:36:40.620 highlighted, which I love that you guys saw that. That story is just one of many stories of how our
00:36:47.060 government is paying for drugs at home and abroad for the purpose of making sure that people don't
00:36:52.640 have children, even if their own values are not in line with that. And again, we're paying for it.
00:36:57.840 We're paying for it here. We're paying for it all around the world. Meanwhile, in Belgium,
00:37:01.560 we're paying for those drugs to just sit there, whether they work or not. And that is a waste.
00:37:06.760 I don't know. It's a massive, massive problem. I want to take one second, put one pin in the
00:37:12.860 discussion because I want to say thank you to one of our partners here. And that's Cove Pure,
00:37:18.240 because thanks to them, we have the ability to highlight stories like this, stories of government
00:37:23.160 abuse, stories of all sorts of abuse that go on. And Cove Pure has been a phenomenal partner with
00:37:30.380 us. And they'll be a great partner for your family as well as ours, because what's amazing
00:37:35.620 is that they're focused on what the government is putting in our water. Now, we know that
00:37:40.080 there's chloride for your teeth and chlorine to keep things clean. Well, you know what?
00:37:44.440 I want to be the one who makes the decisions on what water goes into my body, my kids,
00:37:50.860 for the rest of it. And that's what Cove Pure is all about. So you can make that decision too
00:37:56.860 as well and get your water filter from them. They're phenomenal. We call them super water.
00:38:02.900 it's c-o-v-e-p-u-r-e.com slash pozo povpure.com slash pozo povpure.com slash pozo make sure you
00:38:11.880 go and check it out and tell them pozo sent you my kids call it super water or they're going to
00:38:16.280 be drinking it all summer your kids your family yourself are going to love it stay hydrated go
00:38:21.880 pure this summer right back human events daily
00:38:32.900 The Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour, I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro
00:38:37.960 would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec. And that is, I'll be honest.
00:38:48.340 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we're back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice. We're on
00:38:52.740 with Christy Hamrick. She's the vice president of policy and media from Students for Life. And I
00:38:57.140 also wanted to get on the uh spokesperson for students for life and that is lydia taylor
00:39:02.740 davis lydia how are you i'm great i just got back from our protest oh that's incredible so
00:39:10.040 and and i wanted to let folks know that you were also on uh on everyone's radar because you were
00:39:16.980 at another protest at one of our turning point events this of course was the great women's for
00:39:21.280 Life event, or excuse me, Women's Leadership Summit event down there in San Antonio, where
00:39:26.980 you got attacked by Antifa, hoping that you didn't also get attacked at this protest today.
00:39:32.540 No, thankfully, it was very friendly.
00:39:34.920 We had a lot of people inside the RNC headquarters looking down and waving at us.
00:39:39.740 Some of them looked shocked we were there, but no, it was very exciting.
00:39:42.900 A lot of our students were chanting, were excited to stand for life and urge the GOP
00:39:47.840 to defund Planned Parenthood.
00:39:51.280 Well, and so this is a big thing that we've been talking about here on the program where folks are looking at Planned Parenthood as something we want to see really, really be focused on.
00:40:04.460 We were just talking about USAID and getting them to be able to block this down.
00:40:10.700 And then Christy actually just connected it to that.
00:40:14.520 So tell me a little bit about the defunding.
00:40:17.120 Where does it stand right now?
00:40:19.200 Yeah, absolutely.
00:40:20.420 Yeah, absolutely.
00:40:21.280 We did defund Planned Parenthood for one year, which was an incredible victory.
00:40:25.020 But now we need to do it again because on July 4th, on America's 250th birthday, we
00:40:30.680 might end up giving Planned Parenthood a present by making them eligible once again
00:40:35.020 for taxpayer funding, which means you and your tax dollars could be funding America's
00:40:39.820 leading killer of children in the womb.
00:40:42.560 And that's evil.
00:40:43.900 And so we must urge the GOP to act now more than ever before to do it again.
00:40:48.900 We know it's possible.
00:40:50.000 we should not be funding our political enemies. And so we were there to urge the GOP to stay true
00:40:56.080 to their promise and defund Planned Parenthood before time runs out. Now, Christy, walk us
00:41:03.760 through sort of the longer scope of all of this, because this used to be something where we didn't
00:41:11.180 have any, I mean, just go back 10 years, we didn't have any points on the board. And now Dobbs is
00:41:17.540 gone, now Planned Parenthood is on the heels. Christy, is the tide turning? I think the tide
00:41:23.840 is turning within the GOP. I mean, a week ago, YouGov came out and said 95% of Republican voters
00:41:29.680 wanted to see limits on abortion. One day later, Gallup comes out, says 92% of Republican voters
00:41:35.900 want to see limits on abortion. We do our own polling, and we've done it with YouGov and Survey
00:41:40.340 USA, so not push polls. And it says that seven in 10 registered youth voters want to see limits on
00:41:46.880 abortion. And that's not a pro-life group of cohorts. So I think what's really striking about
00:41:52.780 it is we went to the RNC today to remind them of what their voters want. And like any good group of
00:41:59.140 people, we made an investment in an administration and we want to return on an investment. We want
00:42:03.840 to see the Trump administration put their effort where the base is. And I think it's really
00:42:09.320 important, especially with the midterms coming up, to remind the GOP that we vote pro-life first.
00:42:15.000 Another poll, one third of GOP voters say they're less likely to vote for the Republicans
00:42:19.280 if nothing happens on life.
00:42:21.220 So this was a friendly reminder.
00:42:23.080 I think they were surprised that we were there.
00:42:25.160 And it was very exciting to have Lydia and more than 100 other people out front of the
00:42:31.320 RNC headquarters near Capitol Hill saying, we vote pro-life first.
00:42:35.420 Don't forget about us.
00:42:36.480 We're not a throwaway.
00:42:37.420 We are the people that make an election happen successfully for the GOP.
00:42:41.520 And we have since Ronald Reagan.
00:42:42.680 Well, I think that's great. And, you know, it's, it's something where people, you know, are totally focused on this issue. Lydia, you're, you're out there, you're, you know, I remember seeing you at the, the March for Life as well. I was like, well, that's all that the March for Life. But I noticed something, and it just seems to me that the pro-life movement, and this just could be my, you know, you know, my view, but it seems like it's getting younger to me. Does that, does that track with what you're seeing out there?
00:43:12.680 Absolutely. I speak on college campuses all year round and young people are waking up and seeing
00:43:18.500 the lies of the pro-abortion movement. I mean, I myself was once pro-choice because I was told
00:43:24.140 abortion is healthcare and women's rights. And it comes to find out actually baby girls in the womb
00:43:29.400 are being dismembered and that's the opposite of feminism. And so no, absolutely young people are
00:43:34.080 becoming more pro-life. Nine out of 10, young people reject the Democrats' radical agenda of
00:43:39.860 abortion up until the moment of birth. It is common sense to be pro-life. We are seeing pro-life
00:43:44.620 identification raising amongst young people. And it's so exciting that Gen Z is finally becoming
00:43:50.960 the pro-life generation. And we're going to keep fighting on our college campuses. Our Students
00:43:54.980 for Life chapters have really led the way on making this pro-life message so seen by younger
00:44:00.520 people on college campuses. We now have almost 1,700 student chapters across the nation on
00:44:08.140 college campuses, because we have to reach the younger demographic. That's the primary demographic
00:44:12.680 getting abortions. That's the demographic Planned Parenthood is trying to target. And that's why we
00:44:17.260 need the GOP on board with us and this fight to take down the abortion industry and save the
00:44:22.500 younger generation as we continue to make them pro-life. No, I think that's phenomenal. Christy,
00:44:29.000 when you're looking at this as well, from an organizational standpoint, are you seeing more
00:44:34.820 traction among those campuses? Are you seeing it something where you're actually, I know Turning
00:44:40.420 Point obviously had a huge expansion in the last year or so for obvious reasons to everybody. We're
00:44:45.660 actually just talking about the trial in the last segment before he came on, but are you seeing that
00:44:50.960 as well where the campus numbers are expanding and the groups of people showing up on campus are
00:44:55.960 largening as well? Yes, we did. We saw an increase in our groups as Turning Point did, certainly
00:45:02.640 after Charlie Kirk's untimely murder, which was a tragedy that both horrified and motivated a lot
00:45:09.040 of people. We saw a lot more students saying, I'm going to stand with Charlie for marriage,
00:45:14.640 for family. I'm going to get involved. And I would argue that it absolutely has had the opposite
00:45:19.560 effect, which was intended in terms of inspiring and challenging a generation. But you get to the
00:45:25.720 GOP where business as usual is really common in the election year. Let's do as little as possible
00:45:30.820 so we don't offend anybody
00:45:32.360 so that we can get more time to do what?
00:45:34.680 As little as possible.
00:45:35.960 And that's not what people are looking for.
00:45:37.520 We elected people to do something.
00:45:40.320 And yes, go and get peace in the Middle East
00:45:43.380 and let's deal with the energy crisis
00:45:44.940 and eggs are too expensive and housing is outrageous.
00:45:48.940 But the party of Reagan, the party of Lincoln
00:45:51.740 is the party that sees the human rights of people
00:45:53.980 born and pre-born and has to stand for that as well.
00:45:57.900 That's a huge difference with the Democrats
00:45:59.560 who are for taxpayer-funded abortion
00:46:02.780 through all nine months,
00:46:04.680 including infanticide,
00:46:05.940 because if they wanted a dead baby before,
00:46:08.060 they want a dead baby after.
00:46:09.380 I mean, we even saw that in Minnesota.
00:46:11.340 In Tim Walz's Minnesota,
00:46:12.960 when they showed that babies
00:46:14.420 were being left to die from infanticide
00:46:16.160 after botched abortions,
00:46:17.700 they didn't stop the infanticide,
00:46:19.240 they stopped the reporting
00:46:20.320 that shows that babies were being left to die.
00:46:23.320 You've seen the Democrats
00:46:24.800 aren't even for the born alive measure,
00:46:26.360 which says that you need to provide medical care
00:46:28.200 for baby who survived an abortion. And we have friends, we all have friends who have survived
00:46:32.620 such abortions. So there's a radical divide on abortion and the GOP is going to miss out if they
00:46:37.720 are not just as firmly pro-life as the Democrats are pro-abortion. Exactly right, Lydia. And,
00:46:46.020 and, you know, we'll, we'll, we'll put this up as well. So, you know, I'm noticing just again,
00:46:51.660 anecdotally noticing, but it seems to me like, you know, some of these ideas that, that I used
00:46:58.060 have this phrase I use, be a rebel, start a family, get married, have babies, is what Charlie
00:47:02.800 used to say. Seems like a lot of Gen Z is starting to embrace this. Yeah, absolutely. It's so exciting
00:47:09.460 to see young people realize that the left's lies, this idea of happiness and selfishness is not
00:47:16.860 actually fulfilling. It leads to emptiness. And so we are seeing young people. It's so exciting to see
00:47:21.740 many people my age get excited about getting married and seeing just how hopeless and lonely
00:47:27.040 and sad the left is. I mean, as you all saw when I was mobbed by Antifa, none of those people are
00:47:32.580 the sort of people you want to hang around with. They're not the sort of people you want to be.
00:47:36.860 There's so much more meaning and value in the values of the pro-life conservative community,
00:47:41.760 and young people are waking up to that. And it's so encouraging to see that, especially with the
00:47:45.880 reputation my generation has. Wish I could have you guys on longer. Please do come back. Christy,
00:47:51.860 Lydia, thank you so much for everything that you do out there. Thank you. Thanks, Jack. Thanks for
00:47:56.760 having us god bless god bless to both of you all right folks you have your marching orders be a
00:48:02.320 rebel start a family get married have babies go see citizen vigilante ladies and gentlemen
00:48:09.120 as always you have my permission
00:48:26.760 Thank you.
