00:00:26.680 Individuals aged 100 or older with mismatched Social Security records to combat identity theft.

00:00:32.700 And the memorandum will direct the Social Security Administration to consider

00:00:36.040 whether to reinstate the use of civil monetary penalties against individuals who engage in

00:00:41.280 Social Security fraud, an effort that has been paused for several years.

00:00:45.260 These taxpayer-funded benefits should be only for eligible taxpayers.

00:00:49.780 And President Biden should think about what he did in his last term,

00:00:52.740 which is allow tens of millions of illegal people into our country, 0.83

00:00:56.620 many of whom were fraudulently receiving these benefits.

00:00:59.380 So you'll hear from the President on that later,

00:01:01.480 and we will see you later in the East term.

00:01:03.220 Bye, guys.

00:01:03.860 Thanks, Caroline.

00:01:04.500 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth-generation warfare.

00:01:20.180 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:01:26.560 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:01:29.700 Christ is here.

00:01:30.720 The federal government is freezing billions of dollars in funding to Harvard University.

00:01:35.700 The move happened after the university's decision to reject a list of demands from the Trump

00:01:40.240 administration.

00:01:41.540 The government is now pulling $2.2 billion in grants and $60 million in contracts from Harvard.

00:01:48.280 I mean, the question is preposterous.

00:01:50.740 How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?

00:01:53.920 I don't have the power to return him to the United States.

00:01:56.500 When you're listening to all these liberal reporters, they keep calling him a Maryland

00:02:00.500 man.

00:02:01.100 He's not a Maryland man. 0.61

00:02:02.680 He's part of a foreign terrorist organization.

00:02:04.900 He's a member of MS-13 who came to this country and committed just gang acts.

00:02:12.020 He was caught, and he was two judges, an immigration judge and an appellate judge,

00:02:17.600 ruled that he was an MS-13 member as well as ISIS testimony.

00:02:22.840 Yet his attorneys are saying he's not affiliated with the gang.

00:02:26.200 More than a year and a half after Rachel Morin was murdered along the Mauna Pond Trail,

00:02:30.440 it took that jury only less than an hour to find her killer guilty.

00:02:34.780 17-year-old Carmelo Anthony was silent after bonding out of the Collin County Jail and being

00:02:40.460 placed on house arrest.

00:02:41.960 How is this self-defense?

00:02:43.160 Two days after the family of Austin Metcalfe buried their son, they were at the Collin County

00:02:47.600 Courthouse for a bond reduction hearing Monday.

00:02:50.020 Carmelo Anthony is accused of stabbing and killing Metcalfe at a Frisco track meet earlier

00:02:55.860 this month.

00:02:57.060 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here

00:03:00.880 live, Washington, D.C.

00:03:02.300 Today is April 15, 2025.

00:03:04.960 Anno Domini.

00:03:06.120 Tax day, of course.

00:03:07.420 Two massive stories that have just been rocketing up the timeline, rocketing up the airwaves,

00:03:14.960 Carmelo Anthony and the Maryland man hoax.

00:03:18.520 And I'm going to talk about a number of things today, but these are really the ones that we

00:03:22.560 want to get into.

00:03:23.740 And the latest news out of this Carmelo Anthony situation, this was the individual who has

00:03:28.960 been charged with first-degree murder.

00:03:31.300 You can watch him here, and for those who are, you know, who are listening, he is now

00:03:35.960 walking, this is a video from yesterday, walking out of the courthouse, headed home, wearing

00:03:41.500 a suit with his family advocate, a BLM-type family advocate, and walking home.

00:03:48.200 But it's not going to be his home for long because, as it turns out, it seems the family

00:03:52.720 is now going to be using their legal fund to buy a new house.

00:03:57.620 Now, that's fraud because this was solicited as a legal fund, and yet they're going all

00:04:04.680 in on people like Carmelo Anthony, and we see the Democrats also going all in on the

00:04:10.260 Maryland man hoax, an MS-13 member who was duly deported.

00:04:15.360 And why do they do this?

00:04:16.520 It's called anarcho-tyranny.

00:04:18.900 We wrote a whole book about it last year.

00:04:20.240 They want to support the release of violent people into the community as a means of destabilizing

00:04:29.600 you, as a means of pacifying you.

00:04:32.660 They don't want you to lash out.

00:04:36.100 They don't want you to respond.

00:04:38.880 They want you to accept it more and more and more so that they continue to destabilize the

00:04:45.480 community.

00:04:46.500 Guess what?

00:04:47.000 We've seen these types of operations before.

00:04:50.220 We've seen it, and we know what it's called.

00:04:52.120 The Unhumans Playbook.

00:04:55.020 We'll be right back here.

00:04:55.900 Jack Posobiec.

00:04:57.560 And what America first truly means.

00:05:07.540 Welcome to the second American revolution.

00:05:11.960 All right, Jack Posobiec back here.

00:05:16.640 Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C.

00:05:20.780 I want to also welcome in Hour 3 of the Charlie Kirk Program on the Salem Radio Network.

00:05:27.420 Now, I want to tell you folks, if you're a homeowner out there, you need to listen to

00:05:31.600 this.

00:05:32.280 When's the last time you checked on your home title?

00:05:35.480 That's the legal proof that you own your own house.

00:05:38.540 If you're like me, the answer is, well, not really ever.

00:05:42.300 See, the problem is, in today's AI and cyber world, scammers are stealing home titles and

00:05:47.240 your equity is the target.

00:05:48.940 Here's how it works.

00:05:50.660 Criminals forge your signature on one document, use a fake notary stamp, pay a small fee with 0.97

00:05:56.780 your county, and boom, your home title has been transferred.

00:06:00.980 It's out of your name.

00:06:02.060 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.

00:06:05.540 You won't even know what's happened until you get a collection or a foreclosure notice.

00:06:10.160 That's why you need to stop what you're doing right now and find out today if you're already

00:06:14.200 a victim.

00:06:15.280 Use promo code POSO at HomeTitleLock.com to make sure your title is still in your name.

00:06:21.100 You'll also get a free title history report, plus a free 14-day trial of their million-dollar

00:06:26.500 triple lock protection.

00:06:27.840 That's 24-7 monitoring of your title.

00:06:29.940 Now, urgent alerts, and by the way, if any changes happen, if there's fraud, they will

00:06:34.980 spend up to $1 million to fix it.

00:06:38.640 So go to HomeTitleLock.com right now.

00:06:41.360 Use promo code POSO.

00:06:43.140 That's HomeTitleLock.com, promo code POSO.

00:06:46.740 All right.

00:06:47.200 Wanted to bring on now on the program Gavin Wax.

00:06:51.480 You know him.

00:06:52.100 I guess I would say the former president of the New York Young Republican Club for the

00:06:57.940 first time, but he's also a columnist with Town Hall.

00:07:00.960 We've published him as well at Humanevents.com.

00:07:03.220 He's a fellow at the Claremont Institute, and he is the author of a book all about populism

00:07:09.920 and the rise of populism, not just in the United States, but around the world.

00:07:13.340 Gavin, how are you?

00:07:15.440 I'm great, Jack.

00:07:16.160 It's great to be back with you, and thank you for that amazing introduction.

00:07:19.360 Yeah, I know.

00:07:19.740 It's like, oh, yeah, yeah, we have a new title for you, so we'll have to work on that,

00:07:23.760 but I'm sure it's forthcoming.

00:07:24.920 Gavin, you know, we've talked a lot on the program, certainly all last year, about the

00:07:30.980 need for President Trump to actually provide law and order in this country.

00:07:35.140 Now, someone that I know that you've studied very closely is President Bukele, who arrived

00:07:40.600 at the White House yesterday, and they had this really deep, I actually think it was

00:07:45.560 way over the media's heads, but a really deep philosophical discussion about the

00:07:49.720 purposes for incarceration and the purposes of imprisonment and the purpose of why we

00:07:56.740 have government and why government does these things.

00:07:59.900 And, you know, you have the Democrats going all in on what I call the Maryland man hoax,

00:08:04.840 this illegal alien who is a member of MS-13, which, by the way, has been designated a foreign

00:08:09.740 terrorist organization.

00:08:11.060 They're all in on him.

00:08:12.460 But what Bukele came up and says, well, wait a minute, it's not about these criminals.

00:08:18.480 It's about providing the necessary confines and space for a society, for the liberation

00:08:25.900 of society from the violent criminals.

00:08:29.580 You're looking at this completely backwards.

00:08:32.360 And, you know, they talk about, oh, due process, due process.

00:08:34.840 Well, first of all, this guy had lots of due process.

00:08:36.620 But you know what?

00:08:37.680 He had a lot more due process than Laken Riley did, than Rachel Morin did.

00:08:41.960 So, Gavin, if you could just walk us through this philosophy that Bukele is describing in

00:08:48.780 this incredible conversation that he had with President Trump yesterday.

00:08:52.020 Well, listen, I think yesterday was historic.

00:08:54.440 I was happy to be at the White House and saw President Bukele's arrival. 0.99

00:08:58.380 I was honored to be at President Bukele's inauguration.

00:09:01.700 This past year, I think he's a strong leader.

00:09:03.820 He's a great leader, one of the greatest in the world at the moment.

00:09:07.740 What he's done in El Salvador is nothing short of miraculous.

00:09:12.740 We took a country, he took a country that was previously the murder capital of the world 0.99

00:09:16.940 and almost overnight turned it into the safest country in the Western Hemisphere.

00:09:20.940 That doesn't happen by accident.

00:09:22.780 That doesn't happen just per chance.

00:09:25.120 It happens through will, through force of will, through deliberate action and through

00:09:29.960 righteous indignation in some cases.

00:09:32.840 And I think what we're seeing unfold in the discussion you're referencing at the Oval

00:09:37.000 Office is really a reinventing of the wheel.

00:09:40.040 We are rediscovering ancient wisdom as it pertains to society, civilization, and the role of the

00:09:47.540 state and the purpose of law enforcement and prisons and how to handle criminals and how

00:09:55.140 to protect victims in the wider population.

00:09:57.980 These are things that were common sense for centuries.

00:10:02.000 Every law code, whether it's biblical law or other different cultural codes of law going

00:10:07.680 back all the way to the beginning of civilization, understood that you will not have a civilization

00:10:12.720 unless you punish the wrongdoers, unless you punish the criminals and protect the innocent.

00:10:17.940 Anything short of that is anarchy.

00:10:20.020 Anything short of that is where you go into a very dark place as a society, a society not

00:10:26.440 ruled by laws, but ruled by violence.

00:10:29.780 And I think the fact that the left have wholesale embraced that sort of thinking, they've embraced

00:10:35.200 the idea of uplifting the criminal, protecting the criminal at the expense of the citizen,

00:10:41.220 at the expense of the productive members of society. 0.98

00:10:44.300 Uh, it's, uh, it's shameful, it's ridiculous. 0.64

00:10:46.480 And I think we need, uh, more leaders like Bukele.

00:10:49.780 We need more leaders like president Trump who are willing to call out the left for this

00:10:53.940 insanity.

00:10:54.600 How, how dare they defend murderous gang members? 0.94

00:10:58.540 How dare they defend these, uh, low lives, these thugs, these violent criminals at the expense

00:11:04.880 of law abiding citizens?

00:11:06.360 This is electoral, uh, you know, simplicity.

00:11:09.540 This is so electorally, uh, toxic for them as a policy position, as a rhetorical device,

00:11:15.880 but I don't think they're getting enough pushback from it, from the mainstream GOP and other

00:11:20.440 sources.

00:11:20.820 In fact, many are shying away from this issue because they don't want to appear to be, you

00:11:25.520 know, a dictator or strong man or violating supposed, you know, due process rights and

00:11:30.220 all the rest of this other nonsense.

00:11:31.440 At the end of the day, you lock criminals up.

00:11:33.640 If they're illegal, you send them far, far away, maybe to a prison in El Salvador and you

00:11:38.160 protect innocent lives.

00:11:39.700 We've had a crime wave in this country going on for quite some time, protect, particularly

00:11:43.880 in urban America and it's spreading.

00:11:45.760 And I'm glad to see leadership now in the white house who understands that we need a

00:11:50.020 strong arm.

00:11:50.900 We need a strong hand to deal with the criminal element in our society, whether they're here

00:11:55.600 legally or whether they are citizens, we need to lock them up.

00:11:58.600 They need to be punished.

00:11:59.420 We need to create deterrence, uh, and we need to send them away if, and where we can.

00:12:03.600 I don't care if they lived in Maryland or Virginia or whatever other state, if they're

00:12:06.460 illegal, especially if they're a criminal, they have to go back and they're not coming 0.99

00:12:10.480 back in regardless of what, uh, some corrupt silly judges may say. 0.99

00:12:14.760 Well, and this, this also gets into, by the way, some of the things that JD Vance was 0.92

00:12:19.120 talking about in regards to moral philosophy and this idea of the Ordo Amoris, the idea

00:12:25.720 that from a conservative perspective, we care more about those closest to us, our family

00:12:32.240 members, our neighbors, our community, and then maybe writ large, our, our cities and

00:12:38.500 then our countries.

00:12:39.320 Whereas from the liberal manifold, you're caring more about things that are further away from

00:12:44.360 you.

00:12:44.660 These ideas of universal justice and restorative justice to, to the criminal and, you know,

00:12:52.220 very abstract ideas about morality, even at the deference to, to those over the, uh, you

00:13:00.440 know, over the actual, uh, effect that it has on the people living here.

00:13:04.740 For example, Chris Van Hollands, this Democrat Senator of Maryland is, uh, he lives over a state

00:13:10.820 that has tons of violence, violence from, uh, black gangs in Baltimore and PG County gangs

00:13:16.780 like Ms. 13. And yet, uh, one of which raped and murdered, um, this, this beautiful young 1.00

00:13:22.600 mother, the Rachel Morin, whose killer was just convicted. And yet you hear nothing, not

00:13:26.920 a peep about him, but when it comes to an illegal who has been found residing in his midst, he

00:13:31.300 doesn't say that he's liberated his state. He takes the side of the murderer. This is a pathology

00:13:37.780 though. Is it not Gavin? And there's about a minute until the break.

00:13:41.760 Oh, absolutely. It's very hard to explain, uh, the position that the Democrats are taking,

00:13:46.220 uh, and the left writ large, unless you start to recognize that this is sort of a mass psychosis.

00:13:51.260 If you start to recognize that this is a mental illness, that their positions are not really,

00:13:55.660 uh, based on a savvy electoral politics as they are, uh, on their own, uh, nihilism and their own

00:14:01.880 contempt for, for our civilization and our society. And once you recognize the root of their, their

00:14:06.980 thinking, or rather the lack of their thinking, you can better address them. And I think far too many

00:14:11.220 Republicans are too weak on this issue and they cave to the left because the second, the left starts to 0.75

00:14:15.900 make, you know, one of their ridiculous appeals, uh, and start to claim that they want due process

00:14:20.560 or whatever it may be, the, the right starts to fold. And the reality is we should not cave to

00:14:24.960 criminals. We should not cave to the criminal element, punish them partially and deport them.

00:14:29.240 Are we losing Gavin a little bit there? I think a little bit. I'm not, I'm not hearing Gavin right

00:14:34.060 now. So guys go follow Gavin wax, the great Gavin wax, wherever you can get him. Not sure if that was a

00:14:39.920 connection issue or, or maybe, uh, maybe the deep state coming in to mess with our communication system,

00:14:45.420 but have no fear because human events daily is not going anywhere. I'm Jack Posobiec. And thank you

00:14:52.380 for watching us on real America's voice and listening on the Salem radio network. You're right.

00:14:56.020 Hey, you know, they talk about influences. These are influences. And, uh, they're friends of mine.

00:15:06.780 Jack. So like, where's Jack? He's got a great job.

00:15:12.580 All right, Jack Posobiec. We are back live on human events daily. Wanted to get Gavin wax back on here,

00:15:21.800 but a slight connection issue. Wanted to wrap him up. He was telling us about this, this ancient wisdom

00:15:27.880 that president Bukele has rediscovered and implemented in his own country. Uh, some might

00:15:34.580 call it the iron law of reciprocity. This idea that that which is done to you will be done to others

00:15:42.020 or that was just that you did to others will be done to you. So you've deprived others of their

00:15:46.760 freedom. You have deprived others from the enjoyment of their life, their liberty. If you will,

00:15:52.340 then you will be deprived of your liberty. This is the basic building block for civilization.

00:15:59.660 Gavin wax. Is this the type of thing that president Trump and his administration need to understand?

00:16:06.880 And it seemed like they're absolutely working with in this working meeting with the white house

00:16:11.160 uh, with president Bukele yesterday. Well, I think president Trump and his administration,

00:16:16.080 uh, understand the rules and principles of reciprocity very well, uh, beyond just, uh,

00:16:21.660 as a matter of law enforcement, but also as a matter of trade and many other, uh, instances in,

00:16:26.580 uh, geopolitics and international diplomacy. And I think this is a really, uh, you know,

00:16:30.640 solid principle, uh, by which to govern, uh, our society in many, in many facets. And I think,

00:16:36.220 uh, as it pertains to the criminal element, uh, particularly violent criminals, murderers,

00:16:40.400 I think we need more reciprocity. I go as far as to say, we need, uh, you know, bring back the

00:16:46.020 death penalty in many, many cases of these serious crimes. And I think we really need to create

00:16:50.360 once more. And a lot of this ancient wisdom that I was referencing being lost, uh, a good part of it

00:16:57.800 is because of the sort of postmodern, uh, end of history type of thinking that was very pervasive

00:17:02.040 in the West after the end of world war II. And it sort of led us down this road where ultimately

00:17:06.300 nothing matters and everything has to be inverted. Everything's, uh, upside down and, and all the

00:17:11.480 basic traditions and fundamentals that govern society, uh, for millennia had to be tossed out

00:17:17.100 and reinvented. And, uh, we've suffered the consequences of it. Many countries have, and it's

00:17:21.700 great to see that there's now a pushback, a reaction, uh, in places like El Salvador. And it's

00:17:26.540 working out, uh, brilliantly to curb, uh, these basically satanic, uh, cartel and gang members,

00:17:34.180 uh, and bringing, uh, you know, peace, tranquility, uh, back to society. So once you have a safe

00:17:40.420 society, that's the basis from everything. It's kind of like Maslow's hierarchy of needs. You can

00:17:45.540 start from a safe society and you can start developing economically and growing. Uh, but if

00:17:50.700 you don't have the basics down packed, you're never going to, you're never going to succeed.

00:17:54.120 You're never going to grow. This is something conservatives understand completely. Gavin

00:17:58.520 Wax, where can people follow your brother? Uh, at Gavin Wax on, uh, X Instagram and all other

00:18:04.320 social media. And thank you for having me on again, uh, Jack. All right. Thank you. And God

00:18:07.880 bless to you and the family, Gavin. We want to also now go to real America's voice correspondent at

00:18:13.820 the white house today, the co-host of just the news, Amanda head. What's up friend?

00:18:19.840 Hello, Jack. Great to see, well, hear you. I can't see you, but great to hear you.

00:18:24.120 Yeah. So, uh, we were, we've been talking about this Maryland man hoax and it sounded

00:18:28.120 like, uh, Caroline Levitt, you were just there in the press briefing. It sounded like she,

00:18:32.760 that the white house is really pushing back on this one.

00:18:37.020 Yeah. Um, listen, the, the verdict that came out yesterday regarding Victor Martinez,

00:18:41.860 I think was a foregone conclusion. He was guilty on all four counts. A lot of people saw it coming,

00:18:46.740 but you know, it's interesting. I'm going to give you a very interesting anecdote and kind of a,

00:18:50.320 a peek inside of the press briefing room. I was standing at the edge near a woman who I'm not

00:18:57.420 going to tell you who it is. Her initials are ADR. She is a liberal reporter for a liberal outlet.

00:19:01.920 And you know, at all the briefings, when they scroll through the pictures of each of these

00:19:05.400 illegal immigrants and they list their crimes and they have, uh, you know, the photo of them, 0.97

00:19:09.800 there were a number of those. And I think that this affects everybody, but there were a number of

00:19:13.960 those that, that pertain to child crime, which is the worst of the worst. And she's standing,

00:19:18.540 you know, at like two o'clock for me. And, uh, and I see her shaking her head. And this is not a

00:19:23.580 woman who is a supporter of Trump by any stretch, a supporter of his immigration methods. Uh, but she, 0.89

00:19:31.440 she was, she was shaking her head in shame at some of the crimes of, of, uh, what these people have

00:19:36.800 perpetrated on American citizens. So I think the messaging is finally getting out there. And when you

00:19:41.360 have a case like Marilyn, uh, this woman, you know, a mother with children, um, absolutely beautiful,

00:19:46.620 young, it is becoming wholly apparent to the American people that this is a problem that has

00:19:51.980 been percolating underneath the surface and sometimes not even underneath the surface for

00:19:56.120 far too long. And now we're in a case where the horses have been out of the stable. They are here.

00:20:00.640 Now you got to get them back in the stable, AKA send them back to their home countries,

00:20:04.840 which is exactly what the Trump administration is trying to do. But liberal media is trying, 0.88

00:20:08.340 still trying to, um, muddy the waters between the deportation flights to El Salvador and the

00:20:15.300 immigrants, the illegal immigrants that she's listing on the screen. They're saying, well, 0.98

00:20:18.920 why can't we have details about the, the deportation flights to El Salvador? And,

00:20:23.240 and what her messaging essentially is, this is, this is essentially a military operation versus a

00:20:30.280 civilian law enforcement operation. We can tell you the crimes of these people who are arrested.

00:20:33.760 And it's national security and the national security comes to that. Amanda, Amanda, are you going to be

00:20:38.760 getting into all, uh, getting into all this later with John?

00:20:40.960 Absolutely. We will be there at six o'clock Eastern.

00:20:45.820 All right, folks, make sure to check that six o'clock Eastern. Amanda head and John Solomon. Be right back.

00:20:55.800 And Jack, where is Jack? Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you.

00:21:03.800 Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always

00:21:11.320 talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting

00:21:16.280 policies. All right, Jack, so we are back human events daily, Washington, D.C. Real America's

00:21:24.180 voice as well as coast to coast on the Salem radio network here with our three of the Charlie Kirk

00:21:30.280 program and welcoming in his audience as well. Folks, you've heard me talk about my Patriot

00:21:35.520 supply because honestly, I trust them when it comes to my family's wellbeing. And I just got word

00:21:40.380 that they're going to be doing something they've never done before. Right now you can get the best

00:21:45.440 selling mega three month emergency food supply for the same price as the standard kit. So what does

00:21:51.660 that mean? More than $360 of real beef, real chicken, plus farm fresh fruits and vegetables

00:21:59.500 included at no extra charge. Even better, this kit now gives you 2,500 calories a day more than any

00:22:05.640 other emergency food supply I've seen. And let's be honest, when things go sideways, you're going to

00:22:11.680 need more than just survival. You need strength. You need energy. You need real food. This kit will be

00:22:19.420 there when you need it. Stays fresh for up to 25 years and it ships fast and discreetly. If you've

00:22:24.620 been waiting for the right time, this is it. Go to mypatriotsupply.com and claim your mega kit

00:22:31.320 while this offer lasts. That's mypatriotsupply.com. So we've been talking a lot about the Democrats

00:22:41.580 and their support essentially for criminals, uh, for violent, hardened criminals in some cases,

00:22:48.900 and this pathology that leads them to want to support the criminals getting out of jail

00:22:55.460 like they just did. And we played the video for you earlier in the program of Carmelo Anthony,

00:23:01.480 someone who we know stabbed and killed a teenage football star, 16 years old, Austin Metcalf,

00:23:09.560 down in Texas. And he's walked out. He just walks right out of court. Now he's on home arrest.

00:23:18.840 And this is something that people need to understand that feeling that you feel when you

00:23:24.140 see someone like this be let out. That's what they want you to feel. That's exactly how they want you

00:23:31.300 to feel. It's a system. In fact, it's a playbook. It's called anarcho tyranny. Anarchy for the criminal

00:23:39.120 tyranny for you. That's why it's called anarcho tyranny. And it's meant to pacify you. So someone

00:23:44.580 who's an expert in, uh, in communism and communist revolutions, I call her my favorite anti-communist

00:23:51.200 is Evita Duffy. And she is the host of the Bongino Report early edition. Evita, how are you this

00:23:56.840 morning? Doing good. Thanks for having me. I have no idea why I just said morning because it is

00:24:02.200 definitely afternoon, but that's okay. Uh, we're all having a fun day. Um, so, so when it comes down

00:24:08.220 to it though, you know, we're looking at these cases from Melo Anthony, the Maryland man hoax,

00:24:13.760 what is it about these criminals that makes the Democrat and, and really you see it across the

00:24:20.300 left, you see it on Tik TOK. We were talking earlier about this on with Gen Z. Why is it that

00:24:25.020 they go all in on these cases? They do it all the time, Jack. It's such a, it's such a great

00:24:30.340 observation because these two, the two reactions to this MS 13, a gang member who is now in El

00:24:37.380 Salvador, the Carmelo Anthony story, the reaction is linked. There is a pathological sympathy toward

00:24:46.920 criminals, toward people who do harm on society. And the innocent, the people who abide by the law

00:24:53.740 are for whatever reason, always cast aside. Nobody cares. And this is actually, and you,

00:25:00.640 you documented it really well in your book, Jack, that I have read and I've cited in on humans,

00:25:05.420 the way that Marxists behave textbook behavior. They will always sympathize with the criminal

00:25:12.340 because there is always some systemic oppression that can be used to excuse bad behavior. People are

00:25:20.320 not viewed as moral agents and Christians as, as Christians in a Christian society in Western

00:25:25.600 thought, we believe that individuals have agency. There is a difference, a real, uh, a real deep and,

00:25:32.420 and, and, and, uh, theological difference between these two, uh, ideologies. And you can see it play

00:25:39.120 out and it in, in, in the past, but even now in the present and what it, what it creates, Jack is chaos

00:25:45.280 in society. It creates disorder and it creates chaos. And the people who always lose are those

00:25:49.780 who follow the rules and are good people. Well, that is exactly right. And that that's why it is

00:25:55.560 done. And I keep trying to explain this to people. And we saw this by the way, with George Soros and

00:26:00.080 the DAs all across the country, you know, that used to be something that would get you in trouble for

00:26:04.400 talking about, Oh, don't mention that. It's like, he's doing this all over the country from San Francisco

00:26:09.200 to LA, to New York, to Denver, Philadelphia, Baltimore, uh, Detroit, Chicago. It doesn't

00:26:14.640 matter. Every major city, St. Louis. Um, they were getting this. And now we've got a case in

00:26:19.140 Frisco, Texas, where even after committing and heinous act like this, you have this individual

00:26:25.580 from Mello Anthony who gets let out. The family has a legal defense fund up on give, send, go,

00:26:31.140 and they're using that to do what? Oh, they're buying a new house. By the way, I'm also seeing online

00:26:35.520 just during the show. People are sending me comments that they're actually renting a new

00:26:39.440 house, not purchasing a new house. So, you know, we'll, we'll, we'll leave the jury out

00:26:43.420 on that specifically, but either way, this is obviously personal expenses. This isn't meant

00:26:48.460 what it's done for. But again, Evita, isn't this what we always see communists do? They raise

00:26:54.400 money in the name of criminality and they don't use it for social justice. They use it to line

00:27:00.220 their own pockets. And so when I hear people say, Oh, this is crazy. This is, this is horrific.

00:27:05.020 I said, man, you haven't read the book yet. You haven't read the book yet because if you read the

00:27:09.080 book or if you just understood the basics of what happened in Russia, what happened in China,

00:27:13.660 what happened in, what happened in France and the French revolution. And then of course,

00:27:17.780 as you know, from your own family history, which you've talked about so many times,

00:27:20.840 Spain and the Spanish revolution, this is what they do every single time. 0.99

00:27:26.620 And it's so clearly a scam, Jack. I remember, I think the goal was like $200,000,

00:27:31.040 like just a few days ago. And suddenly now it's half a million because they're, they're,

00:27:35.100 they're over 400,000. Like the price just keeps going up. What could they possibly need this money

00:27:40.500 for? The, the, the guys already, you know, posted bail after it was reduced to, I think it was 250,000.

00:27:46.740 What do they need the money for? Right? Again, it's, it is to line their own pockets. This is what

00:27:50.700 always happens. And I'll also say, Jack, that there's this idea that if you're a part of a

00:27:54.640 marginalized group, if you think that you're, you're part of an identity group,

00:27:57.520 that's going to be sympathized with by the Marxists, that then you're safe, you're good

00:28:01.280 to go. And that has never been true. This idea that the left cannibalizes itself is not just

00:28:06.280 something we say, like, this is what, this is what happens every time there was a, I think you

00:28:11.640 might've mentioned it in your book. Um, uh, G Van Fleet has mentioned it many times. There's a story

00:28:15.780 of the school teacher who in, during the Chinese cultural revolution, she was a communist car carrier.

00:28:22.260 And, and she, she actually was part of stoning these four landlords. And then years later,

00:28:27.620 her own students, because she was somebody who cared about education, tradition actually beat

00:28:33.360 her to death. They had her kneel on broken glass. Her body was just shattered and killed by her own

00:28:40.040 students. And this is again, somebody who was a leftist, a communist in China during the revolution,

00:28:45.720 this happens over and over again. So if you think that because you're part of some identity group,

00:28:51.320 that's being protected for now, don't think that means you're going to continue to be protected in

00:28:55.800 the future. Well, and we just saw, and we talked about it, uh, earlier this week, talked about

00:29:00.980 yesterday that, uh, governor Josh Shapiro, a Democrat governor in Pennsylvania just had his home fire

00:29:07.620 bombed. The president's, excuse me, the governor's residence fire bombed by Molotov cocktail by an avowed

00:29:13.240 card carrying socialist BLM, a white supporter of BLM. And it, the Democrats want to play footsie with

00:29:20.920 the Luigi left. They want to play footsie with the Tesla terrorists, go firebomb the Teslas.

00:29:25.720 Do you understand that at some point they will eventually come for you? The snake always eats

00:29:32.760 its own tail. We talk about this in chapter 13 of the unhumans book, where we call it the

00:29:39.440 Ouroboros option. And the snake eventually always eats its own tail. Or as an example, the Bolsheviks 1.00

00:29:45.320 overthrew the Mensheviks who overthrew the Russian, uh, the Russian empire, the czars, 0.90

00:29:51.140 the Romanov family. Well, they tried to institute this Russian Republic for about six months.

00:29:56.120 They didn't like it. They said, Oh, this isn't moderate. You know, this is too moderate. You're

00:29:59.400 not going hard enough. You need to go much further. And so these are classic Bolshevik tactics that

00:30:05.100 we've seen again. And again, you bring together a coalition of the fringes of society,

00:30:10.440 the dregs of the society, while you're using, by the way, the violent criminals to pacify

00:30:17.020 the populace who might otherwise try to get in your way.

00:30:21.580 That's exactly right, Jack. And I'll just say that the lying comes hand in hand with this as well.

00:30:25.960 The media lies. This is again, textbook behavior. Why are we, why are we creating some narrative that

00:30:31.300 this is a Maryland American citizen who's being deported to El Salvador as if it's your neighbor?

00:30:37.020 That this is a complete, like the guy is a citizen of El Salvador. The guy is, has, has ties to gangs,

00:30:44.020 an MS-13 gang member. And there's this narrative now, and you're seeing it a lot on TikTok because

00:30:48.940 again, they're not truthful about the news that this is, this could happen to any of us, 0.85

00:30:53.360 that any American citizen could just be deported by this, this fascist, horrific Trump admin.

00:30:58.300 And then you realize, Oh, he's actually an El Salvadoran citizen. He came here illegally 0.94

00:31:01.660 and he's part of MS-13. Like you just lie about the facts and you can create whatever narrative

00:31:06.780 you want around it and anything, whether it's killing, whether it's, whether it's violence or,

00:31:11.020 or, or, or it's just having a complete disregard for the truth is justified if it is in the name

00:31:15.740 of progress. Right. And that's all in the name of progress. So remember, coming, remember boys and

00:31:21.720 girls, communism is only one or two mass killings away from utopia. It's, it's always right after the

00:31:29.320 mass killing, the utopias come, we're going to come. We promise. Don't worry about, don't worry

00:31:33.600 about the new homes that we're renting. Don't worry about these massive mansions that we're all living,

00:31:38.200 living in or Patrice colors of BLM getting her five mansions. No, no, no. Bernie Sanders is what

00:31:42.840 I think he's on his sixth mansion. I lost count. Honestly, I can't keep track of all of the Bernie

00:31:47.640 Sanders mansions that he's got has, has AOC sold her Tesla yet, by the way, I'm not sure. Maybe she set

00:31:54.020 fire to it. We'll see. But when it comes down to it, folks, just understand that this is all

00:31:59.280 part of the playbook. Look, I would love to go back to the type of politics that we used to have

00:32:03.220 in this country where we had issues, we debated the issues, and then we came to an agreement about

00:32:08.180 what we were going to do to come forward to have an actual compromise in this country. We haven't

00:32:11.680 had that for a long time. We haven't had it for a long time. It's been 20 plus years. And I think

00:32:16.160 what you're seeing with Gen Z and Evita, I want to, we've got a minute till the break, but I want to ask

00:32:19.660 you about this after the break is the way that Gen Z has a different take on this because coming up in a,

00:32:26.740 I think this really caustic, I'll say politically tumultuous time, I think it's really polarized a

00:32:33.920 lot of Gen Z. Yes, it has. And I would love to get into that. And I think Bernie Sanders is sort

00:32:39.160 of at the helm of, of, of us symbolizing this young youth movement. And then we're realizing that,

00:32:43.820 oh, he doesn't really care so much with workers because Trump is trying to stand up for them as

00:32:47.620 we're dealing with China, as we're dealing with unfair trade policies and the jig is up and we're

00:32:51.640 realizing the actual motivations behind people like AOC and Bernie. The jig is up. And I think

00:32:58.780 that's exactly right. But you're also seeing a huge split, a huge split among Gen Z when it comes to,

00:33:05.040 you know, it seems like men going right, women going left. You're also seeing, by the way,

00:33:10.660 though, Gen Z is getting more religious, more religious than the millennials, hopefully, by the

00:33:15.680 way, less medicated than the millennials, because we found out from the New York Times of all places

00:33:20.700 yesterday that it turns out ADHD was, as a lot of people suspected, a massive hoax for big pharma.

00:33:27.000 We're coming right back. We're on with Evita Duffy, my favorite anti-communist and the host

00:33:31.180 of the early edition on Bongino Report. We'll be right back. Human Events, Daily,

00:33:37.120 Real America's Voice, Salem News Network. Big break.

00:33:40.240 Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it.

00:33:52.260 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:33:56.340 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great. Amen.

00:33:59.760 The government literally kidnapped a man who they had no evidence that he committed a crime. And

00:34:05.560 then they deported him to El Salvador and put him into this super max prison. So the Supreme Court

00:34:09.800 was like, you can't do that. So they unanimously agreed that Trump has to facilitate him coming

00:34:15.940 back. Even Clarence Thomas said that Trump was wrong here. And as of today, Trump's just like,

00:34:21.020 no, I'm not going to do that. This is what you call a constitutional crisis. He is knowingly

00:34:25.660 defying a Supreme Court order. I hope you guys understand this could happen to me. It could

00:34:29.820 happen to you. It could happen to anybody because they're telling you that the government can take

00:34:33.560 you. Admit that they had no functional basis to take you in the first place. Have the courts order

00:34:39.480 for you to come back. All to have Donald Trump say, no, I'm not going to do that because I don't feel

00:34:44.460 like it. That's absurd. And the fact that every single one of these Republicans are sitting in

00:34:48.920 Congress right here as we speak, doing nothing about it shows how spineless they really are.

00:34:54.100 Call your congressperson and tell them to raise their voices about this.

00:34:57.120 All right, Jack Sobek back live human events daily. We're on Real America's Voice as well

00:35:01.760 as Coast to Coast on the Salem Radio Network. I want to bring on back to Evita Duffy because 0.74

00:35:07.920 she's also my Gen Z whisperer here on the program. And there was something really interesting that you

00:35:13.520 told me before the program, Evita, and that was that I asked you, which story is going big on

00:35:19.800 TikTok, the Maryland man hoax or Carmelo Anthony and Austin Metcalf. And you told me the Maryland

00:35:25.480 man hoax is going viral, but Carmelo Anthony and Anthony Metcalf is not really getting traction.

00:35:31.620 That is fascinating to me. Can you can you break that down? What's your analysis of that?

00:35:36.640 Listen, I mean, we're just guessing, but there could be a couple of things happening here,

00:35:39.540 Jack. One of them, I think you mentioned that it's possible that just the the Austin Metcalf story

00:35:45.640 is just so indefensible that there's only a few really crazy leftists who have gone viral on X and

00:35:52.200 most of them are not young. They are. They seem to be Gen Xers, most of them left wing minorities 0.77

00:35:59.300 defending this murder. Not a lot of young people are doing that right now. And then you see this

00:36:04.860 obsession with illegal migrants and you see also an obsession with what's happening in the Middle East

00:36:10.280 between Palestine and Israel. And I just think what's happening in among young people is a care

00:36:15.800 for everything other than domestic issues. If it's something that has to do with American citizens,

00:36:20.800 there doesn't seem to be a care in the world. And that just that that goes for whether we're talking

00:36:26.200 about the Maryland man hoax, whether we're talking about these massive protests for for Palestine

00:36:31.980 and whatnot. It's just it's never what's happening here at home.

00:36:37.660 And just as as you've been mentioning this, I've been sort of looking up, you know,

00:36:42.420 Austin Metcalf on TikTok and I've been looking at Carmelo Anthony on TikTok and I'm seeing stuff.

00:36:49.680 There's posts to be sure. But you're right. It's a couple of thousand views here and there.

00:36:54.380 It's definitely not anything with this mass viral potential of the Maryland man hoax.

00:37:00.680 And this thing, by the way, it's it's so bad in terms of the facts that are being spread,

00:37:06.560 the misinformation. By the way, you know, the media will talk about misinformation all day long.

00:37:10.620 Oh, misinformation, misinformation. And then they'll turn around and say that an MS-13

00:37:15.280 illegal alien is a Maryland man. It's like the disinformation, guys, it's coming from inside the

00:37:21.280 house. Yeah, no. And it's it's so funny that they're saying this could happen to any citizen.

00:37:26.360 I mean, the question is, like, are you an MS-13? Are you an El Salvadoran citizen?

00:37:30.700 The answer is no to those questions and you have nothing to worry about.

00:37:34.040 But we're creating this narrative constantly that that this individual was somehow a citizen

00:37:38.640 by just omitting that information. Then we have this idea it could happen to anyone.

00:37:42.560 Because, again, Trump is an orange, fastest, crazy person. And it's very dishonest. 1.00

00:37:47.740 And I think that I think part of the virality of the story, especially among young people,

00:37:52.820 is that we just don't have the facts, that there are just so many people omitting

00:37:56.420 key information about this story that that is so many just think Donald Trump just took

00:38:02.280 a legitimate American Maryland man with a family and completely normal, no gang ties

00:38:07.760 whatsoever, and sent him to one of the most, you know, brutal prisons in the entire world.

00:38:13.000 And that's just not what happened.

00:38:16.840 Well, and look, you know, you've got Democrat senators saying it from their pulpit, saying,

00:38:23.560 oh, my gosh, we have to go down to El Salvador.

00:38:26.640 We have to protect him.

00:38:27.720 I'm so sorry, because, you know, Evita, correct me if I'm wrong.

00:38:30.340 Were these Democrat senators, by the way, Chris Van Hollen, where were they when their own citizens

00:38:36.400 were getting brutally raped and murdered by the very same gang that Abreo Garcia was a member of?

00:38:46.400 There's there's no care in the world, Jack.

00:38:48.460 And that's why I loved yesterday when President Bukele said that he actually views it as liberating

00:38:55.400 millions.

00:38:55.740 And we should be viewing it that way in this country as well, that what President Trump is

00:39:00.160 doing with these deportations is liberating this country from illegal migrants who are 1.00

00:39:06.060 here, essentially creating a mass violent gang network across the entire continental U.S.,

00:39:13.860 terrorizing citizens, terrorizing good people who have an actual right to be here.

00:39:18.880 And this idea that we're supposed to feel bad for one MS-13 gang member who was not even

00:39:25.800 allowed to be in this country and not feel bad for the millions.

00:39:30.460 How about a mother on the day to day basis who can't let their kids walk to school because 1.00

00:39:34.720 the streets have turned into a war zone and places that used to be safe because we've

00:39:39.620 completely eroded this country with mass illegal immigration. 1.00

00:39:43.860 It's absurd, the priorities.

00:39:45.460 And so I think we have to change the framing.

00:39:47.740 We are liberating millions, not throwing one individual into an El Salvadoran prison.
