On August 1st, 2023, former Vice President Joe Biden testified before a grand jury investigating his son Hunter Biden and his business dealings with a Ukrainian energy company. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has all the details for us on the testimony.

00:03:48.940Is this something as because you've got your colleague, Congressman Dan Goldman, out there saying this is a nothing burger, that nothing came out of this.

00:04:19.340But he was also the lead prosecutor against President Trump in his first impeachment, selling and peddling the Russian collusion conspiracy lie.

00:04:35.160So he was out there tiptoeing around, stammering through his statements, having to admit that, yes, it is true.
00:04:42.700Devin Archer said that Hunter Biden put his father on the phone over 20 times with his business partners in these on speakerphone in these business meetings they were having.
00:04:52.140But then he tried to spin it around and said, oh, no, they're talking about niceties and the weather.
00:05:07.160But the truth is, Hunter Biden put his father on the phone, Devin Archer told us, because they were selling the brand.
00:05:14.980And the brand was Joe Biden himself as vice president of the United States, the power that he will he willed with that office and the ability to make problems go away, just like he did for the oligarch that owned Burisma.

00:08:22.100But at one point, and this is direct from his prepared remarks, he has a phone call with members of Burisma specifically talking about getting the investigation closed.
00:08:37.100This and if you lay out the timeline there in Dubai, where this exiled Ukrainian oligarch sounds like something out of a really bad Tom Clancy novel is is hiding.
00:09:21.420You should think about it exactly like what you just called it, because that's what it is.
00:09:25.740And here's what's more disturbing to me, Jack, is they had this information in 2020.
00:09:31.020Bill Barr, as attorney general of the United States of the Department of Justice, held in his hand the FD 1023 form that the FBI brought forward that showed the $5 million bribe given to Joe Biden and the $5 million bribe given to Hunter Biden around that same time frame.
00:09:50.480And, of course, Devin Archer told the truth when he was talking about Hunter getting his father on the phone and how they would call.
00:10:01.160Calling in to D.C. meant calling in to Joe Biden because Joe Biden was the brand that Hunter and Devin Archer were selling to their corrupt business partners with Burisma in Ukraine.
00:10:15.560And, of course, Joe Biden delivered because he was the product.
00:10:19.000He was the service they were selling and he was making money on it as well.
00:10:24.420Remember, he received a $5 million bribe from the oligarch that owned Burisma in order to get Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor, fired.
00:10:33.800And just as you stated, five days after that meeting, he went, Joe Biden himself as vice president, went to Ukraine and threatened that he would not hand over the $1 billion in USAID unless Viktor Shokin was fired.
00:10:48.520He waited about six hours and he admitted this himself on video.
00:10:53.300And sure enough, he said, son of a bitch, he was fired.
00:10:57.080That's what Joe Biden admitted himself on video.
00:11:00.560This is a business model that was so easy to sell.
00:11:04.620Hunter and Devin simply had to put Joe Biden on the telephone, do a little chit chat with the business deals.
00:11:10.700They knew right away who they were talking to, the vice president of the United States.
00:11:15.220And then Hunter Biden would make it clear that they would deliver and help their business partners and whatever they were trying to accomplish.
00:11:22.120And that came at a price and it was millions and millions of dollars.
00:11:26.380And that's how the Biden family got rich.
00:11:28.060Because let's be real, Jack, we all know how much politicians get paid and they don't get paid enough money for all those years.
00:11:36.440Joe Biden has been in office for 50 years, longer than I have been alive.
00:11:50.640He doesn't have the type of experience to be making tens of millions of dollars from countries and companies all over the world.
00:11:59.680But he did have one product that was really special that no one else had.
00:12:03.340He had the vice president of the United States, and that's his father.
00:12:07.780Well, and I think the timeline is also instructive here for us as well.
00:12:10.980Because, and this is something Libby Emmons from Human Events and I had a conversation with you yesterday about this.
00:12:16.700And there was a phrase where you pointed out, and I think you were exactly right, that they never expected Trump to win and set all of this into motion that it would ever be exposed.
00:12:40.240You know, even Barack Obama had people bringing this to him.
00:12:44.080And there are reports, I think Politico actually had a report where the administration had concerns about Hunter's business dealings.
00:12:51.160But they basically looked away because they never thought that Joe Biden would be in the Oval Office.
00:12:56.960This was supposed to be something, you know, a nice little nest egg for the Biden family.
00:13:01.900But now they're in there and they're running policy that it seems to me as if our policy is being run as a response to the fact that they paid him off.
00:13:13.540And President Trump mentioned this on stage in Erie this past weekend, among a number of things he said on that stage.
00:13:19.980But he said no single American son or daughter should ever have to go and die because Joe Biden was taking illegal payoffs from a foreign country.
00:13:31.820Yeah, we were talking on the phone yesterday and I was telling you guys that I felt like this was Joe Biden's retirement plan because Hillary Clinton was supposed to be president of the United States.
00:13:42.940And they just assumed she would be president for eight years.
00:13:45.800It was the end of Joe Biden's political career.
00:13:47.680And so he went and worked as hard as possible to make these business deals with his son, Hunter Biden, like you said, so they could put away all of this money, this big nest egg, this big retirement.
00:14:00.880Joe Biden thought his political career was over, but things didn't turn out that way.
00:14:06.080America elected President Trump and then the deep state went into action.
00:14:09.940And that's where we have all these characters that are really important for people to know about, people like Dan Goldman, a new congressman, freshman congressman.

00:14:48.580In our committee hearings, no matter the issue, no matter the topic, whether we're talking about the border, we're talking about fentanyl deaths, we're talking about important oversight hearings,
00:14:59.140he finds any way possible to attack President Trump in the five minutes that he's given on our very important committee hearings.

00:15:13.220And for some reason, they always schedule it to where Dan Goldman is usually speaking after me at some point or possibly right before me.
00:15:29.840All of his five-minute testimonies and questioning towards our witnesses are always, again, prosecutor mode, going after President Trump or trying to trigger me and others on our committees to be angry and attack him back.

00:16:12.100Well, and Congressman, this is something that I want to explain for the audience directly, that Dan Goldman has not been in Congress for very long.

00:16:30.660But the reason that we remember him is that he was the lead prosecutor in the impeachment, the first impeachment of Donald Trump when he was on the phone call with who?

00:39:57.360But when I came into Congress and, you know, were face-to-face with Democrats and listened to how they talk and read their bills, I was like, no, this is communism.
00:40:40.080And it's taking money away from them and controlling how much money they can make, controlling the decisions that are made for them.
00:40:47.520And that's eventually, in a lot of cases, not necessarily good for them.
00:40:51.140But it's a concept that's been pushed on workers all across America for decades now that they have believed their union bosses are the ones that are making the good decisions on their behalf.
00:41:06.180If we truly go back to America first government policies, which promotes our own American businesses over the businesses that we compete in other countries in the world, our workers here in America, just along with our American businesses, are going to thrive and make more money and have more opportunities than they ever have.
