The Attorney General of North Dakota has responded to us here in an exclusive statement to Human Events Daily. We re going to break that down for you all about his new investigation pledged into the death of Kaler Ellingson. Next, a bombshell filing out of the Department of Justice has federal informants set to testify in the Oath Keepers trial. Third, PayPal and Venmo are allowing a pedophile support group to operate on their platforms. And finally, drug trafficking weaponized Venezuela s super cartel. All this and more on tonight s top headlines.
00:02:24.420Well, I've got a job, a family, a life, things that are very important to me. I don't want this
00:02:31.340to go on by the wayside. Okay, Shannon Brandt, I appreciate that. I appreciate that you have a
00:02:37.680family and a life and things that you don't want to go by the wayside your job.
00:02:44.840But what about Kaler Ellingson's family and his life, his job? He worked at a Dollar General,
00:02:53.000by the way, in town. He's not going back to his job. He's not going back to his family,
00:02:59.720and he's not going back to his life because you took it from him, Shannon Brandt. You took that from
00:03:06.680him. And we've now got transcripts out in this case that show that this prosecutor,
00:03:13.640Cara Brinster, Cara Brinster, remember that. Maybe we can pull her number up. Let's see if
00:03:20.220the producers can get her number up for me. Cara Brinster, because I want to say this out again.
00:03:24.140And just said it to me, guys. She only put this guy in for vehicular manslaughter
00:03:32.900and leaving the scene of a crime without rendering aid. Okay. This was murder. He's admitted to murder.
00:03:42.700He said he did it because it was a political dispute. Okay. Well, the attorney general of
00:03:51.500the state hadn't put out any statement for a while. And we were very, we were very vocal
00:03:58.920about calling out Drew Wrigley, the attorney general of North Dakota, to say something about
00:04:05.440this. Drew Wrigley has sent back a statement to us here at human events daily and states as attorney
00:04:13.200general, I oversee the Bureau of criminal investigations investigation, not directly
00:04:18.960the county prosecution. Our investigators are working hard to secure all the facts and eventually
00:04:24.960present them to the county prosecutor with original jurisdiction. I pledge a fair, thorough,
00:04:31.440thorough, aggressive investigation as is my reputation. Okay. He then put out a formal statement.
00:04:41.340My full statement on the taking of Kaler Ellingson's life and law enforcement protocols that apply to
00:04:46.000this investigation. The loss of a young life is always a tragedy under any circumstances.
00:04:51.780Outrageously in this case, it's alleged that the suspect admitted that his actions were motivated
00:04:55.840by a dispute over political beliefs. There is no place in civil society for this hateful
00:05:01.360violence. I call on all North Dakotans to pray, to join me in praying for Kaler Ellingson and his
00:05:07.320family in condemning any and all politically motivated hate. Listen to this. I also call on
00:05:12.940all Americans, including political leaders to end this type of rhetoric. Political violence has become
00:05:20.620all too common and must come to an end. So you see that right there? He's referencing President Biden.
00:05:28.860That's what he's referencing. Okay. We've got the phone number. Producer Dev just sent it to me.
00:05:33.820701-652-3400. That's the number for Kara Brinster, the state prosecutor who, by the way,
00:05:42.760set bond for this guy. She only requested bond for this murdering scum at $50,000. That means that he
00:05:53.100walked on five grand. 701-652-3400. And you ask Kara Brinster, are you going to be working now
00:06:02.580with the attorney general? Because the attorney general just came out and said a whole lot more
00:06:06.420than you did. We've got the, we've got the transcripts, Kara. We're getting the video too.
00:06:11.120We're pulling it. We're already in discussions. We're in discussions with the local police.
00:06:16.260We're in discussions with the highway patrol here. We're going to get everything. And you're going to
00:06:21.760have to come and explain to us why it is that this guy said that he deliberately ran over a teenager,
00:06:29.480an 18-year-old, over a political dispute. And for some reason, you don't see that as reason enough
00:06:36.840to call for murder. And look, I'm asking conservatives, just make a phone call. I'm
00:06:40.960not saying block roads. I'm not saying burn down cities. But you all know how the left would be
00:06:46.440reacting because they do it. Because BLM, hey, BLM gets the job done. All I'm saying is make the
00:06:54.160phone call. Well, it happened. I got to tell you, we got back from the Holy Land last week and we
00:07:03.660just got, we cracked it open, our new box of good ranchers. And I know, I know you guys are going to
00:07:08.160say, uh, you know, good ranchers, you know, they, they advertise the human events. That's why Poso
00:07:13.420talks about them all the time. That's why he's always talking. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. We
00:07:17.780actually love our good ranchers. They're delicious. It's some of my favorite meat of all. Don't get me
00:07:23.520wrong. I enjoy it very well in the Holy Land, but that's at Mediterranean that man, there's not a lot
00:07:27.740of meat there. You're not getting as much protein. You get a couple of bites with good ranchers.
00:07:31.380You're getting that protein in every single bite and you need to look at your macros. You need to make
00:07:36.820sure that you're getting as much protein as you need to be getting bigger because you need to be
00:07:41.260getting bigger. What does good ranchers sell? It's beef, chicken, seafood, prime, upper choice,
00:07:46.980ribeyes, T-bones, New York strips, signature steaks, wagyu burgers, pre-trim, pre-marinated
00:07:51.840chicken breasts. It's so delicious. Plus their packaging, it makes it so easy. They ship it directly
00:07:56.880to you. Do you want free shipping? I know you want free shipping. If I said free shipping, who doesn't
00:08:00.760want free shipping? Good ranchers.com slash Poso, all the free shipping you want plus $30 off.
00:08:06.820Good ranchers.com slash Poso. Good ranchers, American meat delivered. As always, link in the
00:08:12.420description. Did any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participate in the events
00:08:21.380of January 6th? Yes or no? Sir, I can't answer that. Did any FBI agents or confidential informants
00:08:28.980commit crimes of violence on January 6th? I can't answer that, sir. Did any FBI agents or FBI informants
00:08:38.440actively encourage and incite crimes of violence on January 6th? Sir, I can't answer that.
00:08:46.860Well, we've been following the cases stemming from January 6th. And one of the largest ones,
00:08:52.100of course, is the Oath Keepers. So what's going on with the Oath Keepers case? Is it going through?
00:08:57.580Did they commit this grand conspiracy to overthrow the government? What's happening? What's the
00:09:02.300latest? Well, new filing is in the case that's raising a lot of eyebrows. And we've got the
00:09:07.180filing right here, pulled up from Pacer. In the case, filed in the United States District Court for
00:09:14.200the District of Columbia. This is a government motion. This is the Department of Justice writing,
00:09:19.480the government's motion for a protective order pertaining to the trial testimony of confidential
00:09:27.900human sources. Confidential. The United States, respectfully, I see what happens, guys. Look,
00:09:35.860you see that? Bannon's calling me. Steve, you can't call me during the show. Should I put it on read?
00:09:40.380I'm leaving him on read. Steve, you can't call me during the show. Not how that works, buddy.
00:09:43.800I'll call him after. So this. All right. Going back to it. Government's motion. Confidential human
00:09:50.880sources. That's informants. The United States submits this motion for a protective order to
00:09:56.180protect from disclosure information regarding ongoing investigations related to certain FBI
00:10:03.040confidential human sources. Remember, CHS. That's informant. That's FBI speak for informant.
00:10:08.620Who are expected to are expected to testify at trial and personal identifying information
00:10:16.220relating to those informants at the trial. The government or defense may call to testify
00:10:22.260certain informants who were either involved in the investigation that led to the prosecution of
00:10:27.820the defendants or listen to this line became informants subsequent to the initiation of the
00:10:35.620instant investigation. What does that mean? There were informants that were involved in the initial
00:10:43.760investigation and then other informants. You're talking about sources and subsources. I'm talking
00:10:49.240to somebody who used to be on the other side of the aisle here. Sources and subsources were involved
00:10:54.620in this by this motion. Now, so there and it goes through and they're saying we listen to this.
00:10:59.140They don't want to tip their hand, tip their cards on any other investigation that these informants might
00:11:07.280be in. Details regarding other investigations are not relevant and could undermine the operational
00:11:14.620integrity of those investigations. Very careful language here. Additionally, and then it says they
00:11:20.300don't want they don't want anyone to be able to identify them. They don't want I'm sure obviously your
00:11:25.800their images will not be shown. However, under the Sixth Amendment, the Constitution Clause gives a
00:11:32.560defendant the right to confront and cross-examine the government's witness who testifies against the
00:11:37.900defendant. And by the way, the right to the right to face your accuser, that goes all the way back to
00:11:43.040ancient Rome. That goes back to Roman law. That's something that's been there forever. That has been
00:11:48.900in law for a very, very, very long time. And so when I say Western civilization is built on the law,
00:11:55.800of Rome, that's one of the exact precepts that I'm talking about there, the right to face your
00:12:00.000why do we have that, right? Why do we have that in our law goes all the way back to Rome.
00:12:04.480But I want to go back a little bit, a little bit less than that, to about two years ago, when we were
00:12:10.160told. And I was there, okay, January six, I was there, I was walking down the street with Rahim Kassam.
00:12:17.160And I heard two flashbangs go off. And I looked over and I saw what was happening on the grounds of
00:12:25.460the U.S. Capitol. We were walking down Constitution Avenue. So from the hill down, top of the hill
00:12:31.000down. Actually, not too far from where I got into it with Jon Stewart later on. But I saw people on
00:12:38.540that lawn agitating. I saw people say, with my own eyes, and I've said that on War Room right
00:12:44.820afterwards, and I've always said, I don't know, people are saying, Jack, was it Antifa? I don't
00:12:48.980know. All right. But I've always said it was agitators. Now we're hearing, and we were called
00:12:54.360crazy for bringing this up. And Darren Beattie was called crazy. Revolver News was called crazy
00:12:59.560that there may have been informants involved. And now we get a filing in the Oath Keeper's case
00:13:05.320that says, yes, federal informants were involved and will be testifying at the Oath Keeper's case.
00:13:13.480Well, I'll tell you right now, I'd be very interested to see what they have to say.
00:13:22.780Also, any kink organization that I've ever been a part of, there have always been rules about
00:13:28.380everyone has to be at least 18 or older. In some cases, it's actually been 19 and older
00:13:33.360to avoid things like an actual high school student meeting their teacher at an event.
00:13:38.800And we really don't encourage minors in kink. There's a certain amount of grooming that seems
00:13:43.800like it would be obvious, especially between, like, the, you know, if you're getting into
00:13:48.100BDSM, the dominant submissive, you know, a younger submissive seems like, oh, that's
00:13:53.040great, I can group. But we really frown on that. And anybody who's playing ethically is
00:13:58.680not doing that sort of thing. And so my thing when I encounter minors in kink is, first of
00:14:04.760all, that's great that you're interested. Please come back when you're 18. Here are
00:14:08.760some books to read. Because I'm actually not opposed to giving them material to read. I
00:14:11.760think education is so incredibly key. Because how can you know about how to interact with
00:14:17.760the kink community that you might be interested in, if you have no concept of what any of this
00:14:22.760means. But so I think the organized kink community is part of what protects minors from the abuse
00:14:27.760that is so, that can so easily be a huge part of that.
00:14:34.760And it's really interesting when you listen to some of these psychopaths speak, that what
00:14:40.760they're doing here is they're self brainwashing. So they're reminding themselves, oh, I need
00:14:44.760to go review this literature again. Oh, I need to go review this theory again. That explains
00:14:49.760to me why it's okay to be inappropriate around children, or in this case, to be sexually attracted
00:14:54.760to be sexually attracted to little kids. It's obviously wrong. It's wrong on its face. But
00:14:59.760they have to say, no, no, no, I have to, I have to go back to my brainwashing. And then
00:15:03.760so I'm also going to share my brainwashing with you. And this is, of course, we're talking
00:15:07.760about the Prostasia Foundation, the Prostasia Foundation. That's wonderful. I'm going to pull
00:15:13.760up a little writing from the Prostasia Foundation, because we've just got a new report out that PayPal
00:15:19.760and Venmo are going to allow the Prostasia Foundation to continue to operate on their
00:15:24.760site, even though they'll ban anybody who's a conservative. Here's what it says on the Prostasia
00:15:28.760Foundation's website, prostasia.org. I'm just going to read directly from it.
00:15:31.760Uh, pedophilia is not a moral failing. There are many theories as to how pedophilia emerges
00:15:38.760in an individual. Yet, how does one explain something as complex as attraction? It's a blend
00:15:45.760many factors from brain chemistry to life experiences. Certainly researchers have, have
00:15:50.760sought to find definitive answers and the results are usually weak and correlated rather than casual.
00:15:57.760What do, what we do know is that most people who are attracted to children come to understand
00:16:03.760this at about the same stage that others recognize their own sexual preference in late
00:16:08.760childhood or early adolescence. Goes down to the next section. Pedophile is not synonymous with child
00:16:14.760molester. In fact, pedophile itself is an outdated term. Pedophilia, it's been stigmatized because
00:16:22.760it's become synonymous with child molestation. The notion of a pedophile conjures images of a person
00:16:27.760capable of doing what for many is the most heinous and unthinkable acts actually harming a child.
00:16:32.760However, uh, let's see, let's see, let's see. We need to use a term that has a better descriptor.
00:16:43.760The term of course is a map, a minor attracted person. You see, we're just minor attracted persons.
00:16:50.760We're not pedophiles. We're not child molesters. That's, that would be great.
00:16:55.760You read some of this stuff and it makes you want to say things that you're not allowed to say on air.
00:17:08.760It makes you want to think things that make you question their moral standing,
00:17:16.760where it comes down on what should be done with an organization that exists to perpetuate the idea that
00:17:25.760pedophilia is an acceptable lifestyle and that we shouldn't even call it pedophilia anymore.
00:17:31.760No, just can't call them pedos. No, no, no. They're just minor attracted persons.
00:17:36.760And now here we got PayPal and Venmo allowing it on their website.
00:17:43.760They're trying to normalize the sexualization of children understand.
00:17:48.760And in this case, by the way, this is the same group that was trying to legalize child sex dolls not too long ago.
00:17:55.760Okay. There's way more on pro stage. By the way, go follow the incredible shoe on head,
00:18:00.760who has a great investigation expose on them from about a year ago.
00:18:03.760But I want to put this out there. This is who PayPal and Venmo will allow on their platform
00:18:08.760while they're kicking you off because you said you had a problem with an election
00:18:12.760or you didn't like something that somebody said on Twitter.
00:18:15.760You get banned from that. These guys, they're happy to take your business.
00:18:20.760It's basically a drug cartel. Just imagine Pablo Escobar.
00:18:28.760Pablo Escobar was the head of the cartel de MedellÃn in the 90s and was captured by the DEA.
00:18:34.760Pablo Escobar in the 90s offered to pay the entire Colombian external debt with the funds of the
00:18:42.760NARCO TRAFFIC, the business that he was doing. Imagine Pablo Escobar in the presidency of an entire country,
00:18:50.760ruling over the largest oil reserve in the world, having one million kilometers of territory at his disposal
00:18:58.760and inviting the cells of Esbolá and every Colombian cartel to have a safe heaven in Venezuela,
00:19:07.760a protection in Venezuela. So nowadays, Venezuela is basically, I mean, the Maduro regime is basically
00:19:15.760perhaps the biggest drug cartel in the entire Western Hemisphere.
00:19:22.760So there's a new report out from the Secure Freedom Society that I thought was pretty interesting.
00:19:27.760It talks about a super cartel of drug traffickers out of Venezuela.
00:19:32.760And we talk a lot about Mexican cartels, but we should also point out that Venezuelan cartels are in on this as well.
00:19:39.760And here's what the report says. As of 2022, Venezuela is responsible for distributing close to 400 to 450
00:19:46.760metric tons of cocaine out of the global market. Now, the global market, that's about a quarter.
00:19:51.760The global market is about 1,800 metric tons a year. The largest cartel in Venezuela right now.
00:19:59.760It's called Cartel de los Soles, the Cartel of the Suns, a Venezuelan organization supposedly heavy handed and headed by high ranking members of the armed forces of Venezuela that are also involved in the drug trade.
00:20:17.760According to journalists, the phenomenon began when Colombian drugs began to enter into Venezuela from corrupt border units and the rot moved its way up the ranks.
00:20:27.760And there's a ton on this saying that it came through in the 90s when it came to National Guard, when it came to border troops that was coming up.
00:20:34.760And then it went all the way in through up to the fact that you have these massive cartel organizations that and separately from Mexico, where they operate independently of the government.
00:20:45.760According to this report, they're saying that actually works with with the government in many cases through the military.
00:20:52.760One of the cartels they work with directly is specifically on cocaine comes to Jalisco new generation cartel.
00:20:59.760And if you remember this, these guys, this was the cartel back in Mexico.
00:21:05.760They were going completely crazy down in Jalisco tech or Jalisco, Mexico.
00:21:09.760Why? Because one of their lieutenants or I think it was the son of a lieutenant had just been arrested and they were going completely insane, blowing up pretty much this entire town, setting on fire, using military style weapons to be able to go after them.
00:21:24.760So when you're looking at this, the main thing to understand, you've got cocaine, you've got fentanyl, you've got cartels in Mexico, cartels in Venezuela, the cartel of the sons.
