Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 276： Has America Broken Into Two Societies？

00:00:00.260 We've got an interesting show today. We're going to get into the question, we're going to ask this, has America broken into two societies? Are we two groups of people living under one roof? Break that down, but first I want to remind you that the FBI whistleblower special, The Enemy Within, is now available on Rumble and Salem Now.

00:00:22.520 Now, while you're also on Rumble and Salem Now under Turning Point, you can also check out The Great Global Reset. So two specials that are up from Turning Point USA right there. Rumble and Salem Now. Make sure you go and check them out.

00:00:37.280 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard tonight's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning Point USA. Today is September 29th, 2022. Anno Domine.

00:00:46.600 Today's top headlines. President Biden is out there saying that Georgia Maloney's victory is a warning for democracy. We'll get into that next.

00:00:56.940 The Lizzo question. An interesting take here. Has America broken into two societies? Third, the UK police are out defending a serial pedophile's gender identity.

00:01:08.700 And finally, the Oklahoma Children's Hospital has stopped. Got a victory here. We got a W. Putting them on the board.

00:01:16.020 Oklahoma Children's Hospital stopped performing certain gender services for minors.

00:01:21.540 All this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:01:22.980 Make no mistake about it. We're living at an inflection point in history, both at home and abroad.

00:01:39.160 We're engaged anew in a struggle between democracy and autocracy, between the aspirations of the many and the greed of the few, between the people's right of self-determination and self-seeking autocrat.

00:01:53.000 From China to Russia and beyond, they're betting that democracy's days are numbered.

00:01:58.880 They've actually told me democracy is too slow, too bogged down by division to succeed in today's rapidly changing, complicated world.

00:02:09.040 And they're betting. They're betting America will become more like them and less like us.

00:02:15.120 They're betting that America is a place for the autocrat, the dictator, the strongman.

00:02:18.740 I do not believe that. That is not who we are. That is not who we have ever been.

00:02:24.980 And that is not who we should ever, ever be.

00:02:28.540 So President Biden was speaking at a fundraiser last night and he stated that the huge warning, huge warning, of course, for his donors, for his supporters,

00:02:38.920 that the United States could follow Italy's path in electing an anti-democratic strongman, or in this case, strongwoman, Georgia Maloney.

00:02:52.320 Here's what he said.

00:02:53.560 You just saw what happened in Italy in that election.

00:02:56.560 You're seeing what's happening around the world.

00:03:01.740 The reason I bother to say that is that you can't be sanguine about what's happening here either.

00:03:07.900 I don't want to exaggerate it, but I don't want to understate it.

00:03:13.260 So last time I checked, Georgia Maloney, again, still hasn't actually taken office, hasn't done anything. 0.81

00:03:19.640 Now, let's go through the list here.

00:03:21.380 Has she ever forced biomedical edicts on anyone? 0.73

00:03:24.700 No, she is not.

00:03:26.340 Has she ever called for the vast, massive censorship of the Internet?

00:03:31.240 No, she is not.

00:03:32.840 Particularly where it comes to her opposition.

00:03:36.000 Has she raided opposition candidates and locked up opposition protesters?

00:03:41.200 No, she is not.

00:03:42.140 President Biden does that all the time, by the way.

00:03:44.480 He's constantly raiding the opposition.

00:03:47.400 Every single, it's actually become to the point now where there are people getting raided,

00:03:52.780 like that pro-life activist in Pennsylvania.

00:03:55.640 They're getting raided so much.

00:03:58.100 Biden's raiding so many members of the opposition that we're also actually starting to become used to it.

00:04:04.020 Right.

00:04:04.540 It's starting to return into enter into some kind of normalcy phase.

00:04:09.320 Do not normalize raiding the political opposition.

00:04:13.060 That is how you become the third world. 1.00

00:04:15.000 That's how you become the Middle East. 1.00

00:04:16.460 That's how you become parts of Latin America.

00:04:18.260 That's how you become parts of Africa. 0.91

00:04:20.360 Okay.

00:04:20.860 We understand that there are other parts of this world.

00:04:24.120 Myanmar, Burma.

00:04:25.080 I actually say Burma.

00:04:26.560 Where this happens all the time.

00:04:29.920 We don't want that in this country.

00:04:32.760 We don't want to become that.

00:04:35.740 And, you know, Jacinda Arden, who just gave this massive speech at the UN, and she's the leader of New Zealand.

00:04:42.020 And, Jacinda Arden gives a massive speech saying that she needs, we all need, to center, censor the Internet. 1.00

00:04:53.960 And why do we want to censor the Internet?

00:04:55.440 It's for the good of the people.

00:04:57.120 That misinformation and disinformation must be shut down for your good, for my good, the good of the children.

00:05:04.760 You've got to censor our own.

00:05:05.480 It's like that character on The Simpsons.

00:05:07.300 Someone think of the children.

00:05:09.300 Right.

00:05:09.780 That's who they all are.

00:05:10.600 But that's the face of tyranny today.

00:05:14.960 Biden is the face of tyranny today.

00:05:17.880 They are the ones saying they're doing it.

00:05:19.780 And they're saying, no, no, no, no, no.

00:05:21.060 We're doing this because it's for your own good.

00:05:23.040 It's so you'll be safer.

00:05:24.460 Things will be better this way.

00:05:26.320 They're asking you to trade over your freedoms in the name of safety.

00:05:32.720 That's what the lockdowns are about.

00:05:34.720 That's what the vaccine mandates are about.

00:05:37.260 That's what the misinformation crackdowns are all about.

00:05:39.520 It's for your safety.

00:05:41.420 It's for your own good.

00:05:42.920 And they will continue locking people up.

00:05:45.520 He just had that one FBI whistleblower, by the way, who came forward.

00:05:48.120 He refused.

00:05:49.160 He said, I can't do this.

00:05:50.780 I can't do these raids.

00:05:52.160 He refused to go on it.

00:05:53.160 He said, this has become political.

00:05:55.620 And more and more people are going to be coming out supporting him.

00:05:59.020 Rank and file within the FBI.

00:06:00.240 Okay, I've spoken to some sources in the IC about this.

00:06:04.140 They support these FBI whistleblowers.

00:06:07.400 And they say, you know what?

00:06:08.980 There is a cancer inside our intelligence community and our national security agencies.

00:06:15.100 It's at the top.

00:06:16.240 And it's infecting the leadership of so many of these agencies.

00:06:19.520 We need to do something about it.

00:06:22.120 That's the tyranny.

00:06:23.400 Not Georgia Maloney. 1.00

00:06:25.400 Not MAGA Americans, as Biden says.

00:06:28.860 The tyranny is you, sir. 0.96

00:06:31.560 You are the tyranny.

00:06:32.460 Everyone can see what's going on down in Florida right now.

00:06:37.100 And our prayers go out to every single one of them.

00:06:39.020 In fact, my brother is down.

00:06:41.100 He's going to be traveling from Tampa down to the Fort Myer area to see if he can link up.

00:06:45.740 He was asking about me if he could link up with the Cajun Navy.

00:06:48.200 And I was going to see if I could reach out to some contacts that I have down there.

00:06:50.700 So we're working on that.

00:06:51.600 But you look at the devastation and you understand that is why you need to be prepared.

00:06:58.180 Because when disaster strikes, it's already too late.

00:07:01.540 And this is one of the reasons that Human Events Daily has partnered with My Patriot Supply,

00:07:07.100 the nation's largest preparedness company,

00:07:09.440 knocking 20% now off their price of their three-month emergency food kit, 20% off.

00:07:14.800 And all you have to do is go to preparewithposo.com.

00:07:18.260 My Patriot Supply wants to help people as much as possible.

00:07:21.100 So they're knocking this 20% off the three-month kit.

00:07:23.560 But the sale ends in just a few days.

00:07:25.720 So don't miss your chance to save money while getting prepared.

00:07:28.720 And anything could happen anywhere in the country.

00:07:31.100 You could be driving somewhere and your car breaks down.

00:07:34.420 There's no way for you to get food.

00:07:35.760 You've got one of these in your trunk.

00:07:37.020 You are good to go.

00:07:38.280 So you go to preparewithposo.com.

00:07:40.020 Get one kit per person in your household.

00:07:42.620 Save about 20% per kit.

00:07:44.620 Your order ships fast and free and arrives in unmarked boxes for your privacy.

00:07:49.020 Go to preparewithposo.com.

00:07:50.340 We're going to put the link in the description.

00:07:54.940 I can't put this crystal.

00:07:56.180 It's like playing out of a wine glass.

00:07:58.340 Be patient.

00:07:59.080 Too much dekes.

00:08:01.880 Amen.

00:08:02.920 It's like playing out of a wine glass.

00:08:03.820 They're not so trong immer rooting. 0.95

00:08:06.140 F organizations bear health shots.

00:08:06.780 You're somebody who is trying to stay.

00:08:15.860 Hey! 0.99

00:08:16.580 I just torqued and played James Madison just to keep you from A.T. Bunchy. 0.98

00:08:35.680 We just made history tonight.

00:08:39.480 Thank you to Library of Congress for preserving our history and making history freaking cool.

00:08:45.180 History is freaking cool, you guys.

00:08:49.100 Melissa Viviane Jefferson, a.k.a. Lizzo.

00:08:56.280 So what you just saw or heard there on the podcast side was Lizzo playing James Madison's 200-year-old, priceless flute, his own personal flute.

00:09:08.560 She, we're told, is the first person that's been given the opportunity to play this flute in 200 years.

00:09:15.540 She's on stage.

00:09:17.260 To describe this, she's wearing a very skimpy, scantily clad outfit and twerking while she plays this thing. 1.00

00:09:25.620 Flute is made of crystal, by the way, so it would easily be broken.

00:09:28.340 So what's very interesting about this situation is that there were two reactions to this that broke out across the internet and broke out across the country.

00:09:40.820 One reaction of, let's call it old America or original America, was horrified.

00:09:50.000 They said this thing could be broken.

00:09:51.740 This is inappropriate.

00:09:52.660 Why is she twerking while playing a priceless flute that was played or owned and played by one of our founding fathers?

00:10:00.780 But that's not what New America said.

00:10:03.820 New America looked at this and said, Lizzo, a black female superstar collaborating with Carla Hayden, the first African-American and first woman librarian of Congress, to use a flute from James Madison, the founding father who originated the Three-Fifths Compromise and also the Library of Congress itself.

00:10:21.180 The symbolism, the symbolism, the symbolism, they loved it.

00:10:25.020 By the way, the Three-Fifths Compromise was actually anti-slavery because it reduced the representation in the South, which meant they had less congressmen, just to point that out there.

00:10:34.500 But New America doesn't care about that because New America looks at this and says, this is fantastic, it's amazing, because they have what's called revolutionary symbolism.

00:10:41.700 And the question before us is presented in a fantastic thread by Twitter user Wocal Distance is this.

00:10:48.880 Has America broken into two societies?

00:10:53.800 And he writes, those who interpreted Lizzo twerking with James Madison's flute through a racial lens and those who interpreted the video as an intentional disregard and devaluing of American history and heritage.

00:11:07.660 The case is everyone on both sides saw the exact same video.

00:11:11.440 And although everyone saw the exact same video, they had two different interpretations of the meaning of the video.

00:11:18.880 What we're seeing here is very simple, very simple.

00:11:22.320 The question is, do we have shared meaning anymore in this country?

00:11:28.440 We don't agree on the meaning of American history anymore.

00:11:31.900 The Constitution, family, gender, sex, work, money, religion, communication, race, nationhood, identity, language, art, social norms, the meaning of life, how to raise children.

00:11:40.360 There is no shared meaning.

00:11:43.420 One of the societies, the new American society, has their own image, their own context, their own, you could call it revolutionary symbolism, post-modernism.

00:11:54.140 This idea that there is no objective, correct way to interpret anything.

00:11:58.840 All that we have is our own interpretation of the meaning of various things.

00:12:02.620 So different people will interpret words differently depending on their backgrounds and the context.

00:12:07.460 So you can put whatever you want on it.

00:12:10.020 Whereas in the old America, you can have actual meaning, actual truth.

00:12:17.280 And what's incredible here, what's incredible is that we realize this.

00:12:23.200 America has broken into two societies.

00:12:25.520 Now, it's not north-south, but it could be household to household.

00:12:29.660 It could be inside your own home, family to family.

00:12:33.720 In some cases, even your own family members that you can't talk to anymore because they've adopted this new social discourse, this new entire outlook on things.

00:12:46.780 And it's a very interesting question.

00:12:49.160 One side was reviled by this.

00:12:51.060 One side was overjoyed.

00:12:53.280 The question is, which society are you of and what are we going to do about this?

00:13:02.040 Here's what Sussex Police had to say in their statement 14 hours ago.

00:13:06.400 On Monday, the 26th of September, 2022, we reported on the conviction of a sexual predator for historic sex offenses in Sussex.

00:13:13.340 The court sentenced Sally Ann Dixon as a woman to 20 years in prison for offenses committed against seven children, now adults.

00:13:20.060 We reported factually on the findings of the court, which heard that at the time of the offenses, Dixon was living as a man.

00:13:25.980 John Stephen Dixon.

00:13:27.620 The relevant offenses were recorded as being committed by a male.

00:13:30.840 An early reply to a comment on Twitter was inconsistent with our usual style of engagement.

00:13:34.800 We apologize for this and have removed the comment.

00:13:37.300 We recognize the rights of the public to express themselves freely within the boundaries of the law.

00:13:41.500 Quite a lot of people actually said, what are you doing referring to this woman as a woman when, in fact, the woman committed the offenses as a man?

00:13:50.240 So, the UK is kind of a joke country at this point, and I get it, right?

00:13:59.460 In the 1950s, they dealt with the loss of the empire.

00:14:02.600 They dealt with having to go through that huge identity crisis. 0.59

00:14:06.660 And now they've decided to redirect their energies into being completely and utterly insane. 0.90

00:14:13.840 The UK police, out of Sussex, are defending a convicted serial pedophile over, quote-unquote, hate for misgendering the child rapist.

00:14:30.740 So, who is this person?

00:14:32.280 Well, the individual, a biological male previously known as John Stephen Dixon, now it goes by the name of Sally Ann Dixon.

00:14:40.760 This is according to summit.news, was sentenced to prison after being found guilty of 30 indecent assaults against children, dating from 1989 to 1986.

00:14:55.200 However, the Sussex police, okay, these are the police in UK.

00:14:59.040 This is what they're focused on, all right?

00:15:00.460 Go with me on this.

00:15:01.480 People were tweeting about the case because they were horrified about what this monster was doing to children, but the Sussex police responded,

00:15:14.780 Hi, Sussex police do not tolerate any hateful comments towards their gender identity, regardless of crimes committed.

00:15:22.480 This is irrelevant to the crime that has been committed and investigated.

00:15:25.820 And people online basically just completely and utterly lost it.

00:15:31.700 Then they put out a statement.

00:15:34.280 On Monday, 26th September, 2022, we reported on the conviction of a sexual predator for historic crimes, 20 years in prison.

00:15:41.920 We reported factually on the findings of the court, which heard that at the times of the offenses, right, here we go, here we go.

00:15:47.440 We require, at the time of the offenses, Dixon was living as a man, John Stephen Dixon, and the relevant effects were committed by a male.

00:15:58.140 All right, go with me on this.

00:15:59.080 Go with me on this.

00:16:00.640 An earlier reply to a comment on Twitter was inconsistent with our usual style of engagement.

00:16:09.240 We apologize for this, and we have removed the comment.

00:16:13.520 What does this mean?

00:16:14.360 Basically, they're apologizing. 1.00

00:16:18.580 They're apologizing to the pedophile, the child rapist, for accidentally misgendering. 0.99

00:16:28.140 Just making sure that even though the person is a multiple child rapist who committed crimes, 0.97

00:16:36.040 at least was convicted of crimes over a seven-year period, 30 different indecent assaults of children,

00:16:44.360 committed child rape, 30 times, but we just want to make sure, we just want to make sure that you know

00:16:49.900 that they, that they are not, they're not bigots.

00:16:54.060 They're definitely not, not bigots.

00:16:56.580 They're definitely not, you know, they're definitely not bigots at all.

00:17:01.040 No, no, no, no, no.

00:17:02.920 You know, it kind of reminds me, there was a case and Jeffrey Dahmer, right?

00:17:08.120 So Jeffrey Dahmer was, was pointing out when, you know, there's this new Netflix deal that's out about Jeffrey Dahmer.

00:17:14.680 And Jeffrey Dahmer, of course, who, by the way, was gay. 0.55

00:17:17.080 So Netflix, when the new video came out, put it in the LGBTQ category.

00:17:24.120 He since took that off after backlash because you're not allowed to do that.

00:17:26.600 We don't want this kind of representation.

00:17:28.180 Not that way.

00:17:28.840 But he actually said at one point in, I forget if it was an interview or was at the trial,

00:17:34.400 but he really wanted to make sure that people knew that even though many of the targets that he killed,

00:17:39.740 dismembered, and then later feasted upon were actually African-American,

00:17:45.100 that he wanted to make sure that he didn't target them because of their skin color,

00:17:48.560 but because he wouldn't want anyone to think that he was a bigot.

00:17:51.820 Jeffrey Dahmer once said that he wanted to make sure that people didn't think he was a bigot.

00:17:57.060 What does it say about us as a society?

00:17:59.440 Think about that.

00:18:02.980 Legislators seem to believe that the health care and the mental health of trans and 2SLGBTQ plus youth

00:18:11.060 is essentially a bargaining chip that they can use.

00:18:14.720 GOP lawmakers plan to withhold $39.4 million from OU Health if gender-affirming surgeries are performed there,

00:18:23.500 money meant for a children's mental health facility.

00:18:26.240 And after facing immense pressure, the hospital announced some changes.

00:18:31.420 In a partial statement from OU Health, the legislature restricted the use of the funds

00:18:36.300 from benefiting facilities performing certain gender medicine services.

00:18:41.220 The new mental and behavior health facility was never intended to provide such care.

00:18:46.340 Current best practices for trans youth simply means delaying puberty to give that child time 0.99

00:18:53.040 to make informed medical decisions about their own body.

00:18:56.960 And this bill is going to take away that right and choice.

00:19:00.380 ACLU of Oklahoma says this ban will be life-threatening to trans youth.

00:19:06.100 God bless Oklahoma.

00:19:08.980 Let me say that again.

00:19:10.100 God bless Oklahoma.

00:19:12.020 Do you understand what Oklahoma has done?

00:19:13.360 They've taken the first step in this fight to saving our children.

00:19:19.200 Saving the children of this country, potentially the entire world, wherever this insanity is going on.

00:19:25.540 Thanks to HB1007, it stated that the University Hospital Authority Trust,

00:19:33.460 so that's state funding, $39.4 million in state funding just for Oklahoma University Health

00:19:43.120 and this children's hospital there.

00:19:45.060 It stated that the hospital would be prevented from receiving a single drop of funding

00:19:52.680 if, quote, gender reassignment medical treatment services were being performed within its medical system.

00:20:01.440 Now, I want to double-check, is that just for children or is that for, yeah, for children?

00:20:08.660 For the children's hospital, and a statewide restriction would go forward.

00:20:13.860 This is what you need to do.

00:20:15.680 And so, in a statement that OU Health put out,

00:20:19.760 OU Health's senior leadership team is proactively planning the ceasing of certain gender of medicine services

00:20:24.180 across our facilities, and that plan is already under development.

00:20:27.540 Look, this is how you fight back.

00:20:30.460 Use the power of the purse.

00:20:33.820 You don't have to go out and ban something outright.

00:20:36.720 You simply have to say, well, criminalize it.

00:20:39.320 Though eventually we probably should for when it comes to providing this type of, quote, unquote, health care.

00:20:47.440 No, we're going to call them procedures.

00:20:49.400 We do not provide these procedures or perform these procedures on children.

00:20:54.440 We're not going to do that.

00:20:55.740 We're not going to do that anywhere in the country.

00:20:57.560 Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene sponsored the federal bill.

00:21:01.340 Everyone should be for it, by the way, that says it would be banned nationwide.

00:21:07.720 Here in the states, this is a direct way you can do it.

00:21:10.980 Use the power of the purse strings.

00:21:13.400 Shut this down.

00:21:14.440 For any conservative leader of any conservative state, this is the way forward and the path forward.

00:21:23.200 Shut down these procedures.

00:21:25.800 Look at the Vanderbilt expose.

00:21:28.360 This is going on in Tennessee.

00:21:30.920 These things are going on across our country.

00:21:33.940 Why?

00:21:34.360 It's not because of the children.

00:21:35.340 It's because of the money.

00:21:36.360 They want to get these kids hooked for life.

00:21:39.460 The younger they can get you hooked, the longer you're going to need your procedures and your maintenance and everything else that goes on with this.

00:21:47.280 They're looking at it as a cash cow. 0.64

00:21:49.980 Our children.

00:21:51.560 We say no as a people.

00:21:53.280 We say no as a society.

00:21:55.500 This is absolutely degenerate.

00:21:58.120 You're destabilizing children.

00:21:59.920 You're destabilizing the most vulnerable people in our society.

00:22:03.400 God bless Oklahoma.

00:22:06.360 And that's it.

00:22:08.220 That is all the time we have here at Human Events Daily.

00:23:25.280 What did we talk about today so much from Biden going after Georgia Maloney to the Lizzo question, America breaking into two societies, the UK police defending serial pedophiles, and then the Oklahoma Children's University actually fighting back and winning because Oklahoma's legislature did the right thing.

00:23:42.480 But first, before we go, and we just got back from Israel, so we do have to talk about this.

00:23:47.300 Today is the anniversary of the horrific Babi Yar massacre.

00:23:52.340 On this day, September 29th to 30th, 1941, Nazis in Ukraine killed 33,000 Jews.
