00:00:47.340 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard tonight's edition of Human Events Daily,
00:00:50.720 powered by Turning Point USA.
00:00:52.180 Today is September 30th, 2022, Anno Domini.
00:00:55.680 Tonight's top headlines, the man who ran over the MAGA teen in North Dakota has now been charged with felony murder.
00:01:04.740 They've upgraded the charges.
00:01:06.100 We're going to dig into this.
00:01:07.620 Next, Putin, massive speech out in Moscow, threatens nukes from the Kremlin.
00:01:13.780 Zelensky responds by applying to join NATO.
00:01:16.980 We'll walk through all of that.
00:01:17.980 Third, huge expose, Chinese police service centers are surveilling dissidents across the U.S., Europe, and Canada.
00:01:27.080 And finally, a former therapist in Utah has been arrested for ritualistic child sex abuse in a case involving over 130 kids.
00:01:35.740 This prosecutor, Cara Brinster, only put this guy in for vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crime without rendering aid.
00:01:59.220 OK, this was murder.
00:02:02.260 He's admitted to murder.
00:02:04.420 That's the number for Cara Brinster, the state prosecutor who, by the way, set bond for this guy. 1.00
00:02:11.540 She only requested bond for this murdering scum. 0.98
00:02:14.960 We're going to get everything. 0.99
00:02:16.120 And you're going to have to come and explain to us why it is that this guy said that he deliberately ran over a teenager, an 18-year-old, over a political dispute.
00:02:28.640 And for some reason, you don't see that as reason enough to call for murder.
00:02:33.760 So that was me last week here on Human Events Daily, here on this program, really calling out Foster County State's Attorney Cara Brinster.
00:02:43.480 In fact, we put up her phone number, and at one point, we're asking everyone in this audience to call her.
00:02:49.560 We're asking people to even call the state attorney general up there in North Dakota.
00:02:54.780 Well, here's the latest.
00:02:56.160 This is breaking.
00:02:57.000 As of just this morning today, the Post Millennial has the story.
00:03:00.560 Man who ran over Magatine in North Dakota is now charged with murder.
00:03:06.140 Foster State Attorney's Cara Brinster, Foster County, has filed new criminal charges against Brant, including murder,
00:03:12.480 murder, which is a Class AA felony, and duty and accident involving death or injury, a Class B felony.
00:03:22.140 She has filed the murder charge.
00:03:25.400 And of course, we say to State Attorney Cara Brinster, thank you very much.
00:03:29.880 Let justice be done for Kaler Ellingson.
00:03:34.240 You know, I remember when this story came out, it first crossed our desk here at Human Events, and I said, this is horrific.
00:03:42.400 This can't possibly be true.
00:03:44.540 And yet it was.
00:03:45.800 The fact that he was ever let go, was able to walk away from something like this, even having been in custody, just shows how bad our country has fallen.
00:03:56.200 But I do appreciate that it does look like, with the help of a little bit of a push, a little bit of pressure, from organizations like Human Events, like the audience of this program, whether you're on RAV, whether you're on the podcast, if you called in, thank you. 0.94
00:04:18.140 Thank you, because this scumbag has now been charged with murder.
00:04:24.000 And of course, we agree, as always, I will say this, every person is entitled to a fair trial. 0.98
00:04:31.480 And I hope that he gets a fair trial.
00:04:33.220 I hope very much that he gets a fair trial.
00:04:35.180 But I'll tell you right now, the evidence does not look good.
00:04:37.180 Because an investigation has shown, we've got new details too, an investigation has now shown that there were no skid marks near the location of the 18-year-old victim's body, indicating he did not hit, didn't slam on the brakes.
00:04:54.640 He did not slam on the brakes.
00:04:57.160 And an autopsy showed that Ellingson's primary injuries were caused from the SUV running him over while he was already on the ground, not from an initial impact.
00:05:14.560 Well, guess what?
00:05:15.660 We knew that's what the autopsy was going to say.
00:05:18.420 Why?
00:05:18.920 Because that's what he told authorities in his original phone call.
00:05:24.100 This guy should have been charged with murder one on day one.
00:05:30.100 And this is why the power of this audience, the Human Events audience, the power of Real America's Voice, the power of our social media, the power of the new right, we just want to see justice done.
00:05:44.740 But this is why we do what we do.
00:05:47.460 Because we live in a clown world at times.
00:05:51.060 Where psychopaths like this can commit these kind of acts, admit these acts to police officers and law enforcement, and then walk free. 0.89
00:06:02.960 And I'm not talking about San Francisco, I'm not talking about Berkeley, I'm not talking about New York City, you know, California.
00:06:09.360 No.
00:06:10.000 This is North Dakota.
00:06:12.060 Rural America.
00:06:13.180 You think that you can just run and hide from this stuff?
00:06:17.160 You think that you can just run and hide in your pastoral farmlands?
00:06:20.900 No.
00:06:22.300 This revolutionary fervor, this perversion of our justice system, is taking place in every rung of American society.
00:06:31.980 And that is why we have to take a stand to fight to take our country back now.
00:06:37.840 We demand justice, we demand the rule of law, and we demand that violent criminals be locked up.
00:06:45.280 And I will not stand for it.
00:06:49.960 Look, I know, summertime's over, we're moving into the fall.
00:06:53.860 We just had one of our last cookouts last night with my family over the hot coals, the burning logs, the wood of our fire pit.
00:07:04.220 We're probably going to have to be the last one for this year.
00:07:07.480 But that does not mean that Good Ranchers has to stop.
00:07:11.220 No, the feast goes on because Good Ranchers has 100% American meat delivered straight to my door. 0.93
00:07:18.880 So myself, Tanya Tay, and the kids get the best meat for the best price straight to our home.
00:07:25.060 Good Ranchers has all your beef, chicken, and seafood needs.

00:07:41.060 It's amazing.
00:07:41.840 This is steakhouse quality, and where is it delivered?
00:07:44.120 Directly to your home.
00:07:45.920 Take all the guesswork out.
00:07:47.220 It puts it right in your fridge.
00:07:48.720 And if you want to get it with free shipping, make sure that you use goodranchers.com slash POSO.
00:07:54.640 Link in the description.
00:07:56.040 They are Christ followers and genuine Americans.
00:07:58.720 Good Ranchers American meat delivered.
00:08:03.480 The Western elites are using the tragedies of all these people to strengthen themselves,
00:08:08.940 to destroy sovereign countries.
00:08:12.160 The same goes for Russia.
00:08:14.520 There are calls for imposing more and more sanctions against Russia and the leaders of Europe
00:08:20.440 concede to that, but they must realize that when they are deprived of Russian resources and Russian energy,
00:08:34.660 they will suffer a heavy blow on their own industries.
00:08:38.900 This is not just being subservient to the United States by Europe.
00:08:45.820 This is a direct betrayal of their own people.
00:08:50.900 In fact, what we saw recently was a direct diversion and direct attacks on the Nord Stream pipeline.
00:09:00.900 So a massive speech by Vladimir Putin in Moscow essentially threatening the use of tactical nuclear weapons on Ukraine.
00:09:12.700 Putin says the U.S. created a nuclear precedent by bombing Japan and vows to smash the satanic West,
00:09:23.140 says that America is still occupying Germany since World War II,
00:09:27.100 says that Anglo-Saxons blew up the Nord Stream pipelines,
00:09:32.000 and warns that he will use all forces to defend the newly annexed Ukrainian regions.
00:09:37.760 This is a scathing speech towards the West,
00:09:41.200 then signed papers making the annexation of four Ukrainian regions official,
00:09:46.420 Kherson, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, and Lugansk.
00:09:50.880 Now, fears of the nuclear war have grown since Putin said that he was not bluffing.
00:09:55.360 He also pointed out that the West's moral norms are satanic,
00:10:00.200 and then said that sex change surgeries for children amount to satanic experimentation
00:10:06.680 that's being pushed throughout the West, even in schools.
00:10:12.240 In response, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has called for the immediate accession of Ukraine into NATO,
00:10:22.340 and has asked for fast-track approval of this.
00:10:26.160 Then, finally, after that, the third piece of the puzzle today was that the NATO general, Stoltenberg,
00:10:33.240 came out and said unequivocally that while they welcome, while NATO welcomes Ukraine's interest,
00:10:40.900 that there is a process for entry that would require the votes of the 30 members,
00:10:47.220 as well as reiterating the fact that NATO itself is not a party to this conflict.
00:10:52.720 We're talking about World War III.
00:10:58.040 That's what that means.
00:11:00.440 If Ukraine becomes a part of NATO,
00:11:03.820 then that means there would be Russian forces inside a NATO country.
00:11:09.700 Do you understand that?
00:11:11.460 Do you understand the implications of that?
00:11:14.880 The implications for your children?
00:11:18.220 This Article 5.
00:11:19.260 Now, keep in mind, and Congressman Thomas Massey also pointed this out earlier today,
00:11:23.480 that Article 5 doesn't just automatically come into force.
00:11:26.320 It has to be voted on.
00:11:27.680 It has to be voted on by the individual countries internally.
00:11:31.520 But there would be a massive push for NATO to go to war with Russia,
00:11:38.720 a country which has nearly 6,000 nuclear warheads.
00:11:44.200 Do we want World War III?
00:11:47.080 Do you want to see your kids drafted to go fight for the Donbass?
00:11:52.860 Do you want your sons and, yes, your daughters drafted?
00:11:57.680 It's a simple question.
00:11:59.480 What's it worth it to you?
00:12:01.180 What's it worth it when it really matters?
00:12:04.260 Or should we negotiate?
00:12:05.660 Because President Trump is the only person that I can think of that I've heard in the entire world
00:12:10.600 that's called for negotiation and de-escalation here.
00:12:14.960 Why don't we have anyone else calling for that?
00:12:18.760 We're hearing from inside the White House, from a staffer,
00:12:21.520 that they were totally caught off guard by the NATO talk,
00:12:24.680 and that the young staffers inside the White House even want Ukraine to be admitted immediately.
00:12:33.140 Well, that's great.
00:12:34.780 You guys can go and serve on the front lines.
00:12:37.440 Why don't you go right now?
00:12:38.900 If you want to go sign up, hey, Malcolm Nance went and did it.
00:12:42.620 Go sign up.
00:12:44.260 Go join the counteroffensive.
00:12:45.960 You can go do it.
00:12:47.560 Well, the people caught in the middle die for your bravado.
00:12:52.180 We don't need that.
00:12:54.080 We used to have a president in this country that gave us world peace.
00:12:59.160 The crime was down.
00:13:01.020 The economy was up.
00:13:02.320 The stocks were up.
00:13:03.280 And now look where we are just two years later.
00:13:05.220 Inside every progressive is a totalitarian screaming to get out.
00:13:12.540 And the team at the Horowitz Freedom Center and Front Page Magazine has been unmasking these totalitarians since the early days of the Internet.
00:13:20.300 Founded by David Horowitz, who I first met and was working with all the way back in 2005 at Temple University.
00:13:28.080 Horowitz was a red diaper baby and a new leftist who ultimately became an enemy of the left and a best-selling author.
00:13:34.140 The Horowitz Freedom Center has spent over two decades combating the radical left's efforts to destroy America.
00:13:39.740 It takes a village to combat the radical left's efforts to destroy America.
00:13:45.300 And that's why, as a fan of my show, Human Events Daily, you should also check out these guys over at Horowitz Freedom Center by visiting HorowitzFreedomCenter.com.
00:13:54.020 While you're there, make sure to support their cause, check out Front Page Magazine, and make a tax-deductible donation.
00:13:59.440 Go to HorowitzFreedomCenter.com.
00:14:01.080 Link in the description.
00:14:01.720 A secret police force, spreading all over the world, hunting and tracking down its targets, threatening them and their families, until they agree to be punished.
00:14:16.740 If that wasn't enough, the secret police even tries to interfere in other countries' elections.
00:14:22.720 This spy-thriller-style setup has been made real by the Chinese dictatorship, if human rights activists are to be believed. 0.87
00:14:29.600 More worryingly, it may be a sign that China's trampling of democracy is now spreading beyond its borders into other countries. 0.88
00:14:37.600 So there's a bombshell new report out by the NGO Safeguard Defenders out of Spain that's called 110 Overseas.
00:14:46.200 Chinese transnational policing gone wild. 0.74
00:14:49.260 The Chinese Communist Party has now opened, listen to this, 32 extrajudicial international police stations around the world.
00:15:03.040 And another 22 stations and 22 new cities across 17 countries are going to be continuing.
00:15:09.680 What is this?
00:15:11.100 They're called unofficial police service stations, according to the Postmillennial and this new report.
00:15:16.160 We're talking about hundreds of thousands of people that have been targeted by this between April of 2021 and July of 2022, according to Safeguard Defenders.
00:15:28.340 They're focusing on Chinese nationals, including dissidents, that they're told, you must return to China.
00:15:37.040 You must return to China and face the authorities or else we're going to go after your children. 1.00
00:15:43.640 We're going to go after your family members.
00:15:46.500 We're going to go after anyone associated with you.
00:15:49.580 And we've looked at this full investigation, absolute bombshell report.
00:15:54.220 We're talking all across Europe, South America, Canada, the United States, right in New York City.
00:16:01.960 South America has it, Africa, even Mongolia. 0.87
00:16:07.080 Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Japan, Cambodia, Brunei, Brazil.
00:16:12.260 Just looking at the map right now.
00:16:13.680 It even includes nine forbidden countries where they don't want CCP nationals to go.
00:16:21.400 Understand what this means.
00:16:23.760 The Chinese Communist Party has decided that they are the ones who will extend their operational footprint beyond even further.
00:16:32.640 And a lot of these offices, by the way, they're not even set up as political or official offices.
00:16:38.340 What they're set up as, they have front groups, they have NGOs, they have businesses, restaurants in some cases, in some countries, where they are able to operate out of in secret.
00:16:48.560 But these NGOs out of Spain, the Safeguard Defenders, they've got the actual list.
00:16:53.400 In fact, the actual addresses of these offices.
00:16:56.280 I think we should go.
00:16:57.780 Should we go to the one in New York?
00:17:00.280 I'm thinking about it.
00:17:01.120 I might have to go.
00:17:01.900 I don't know.
00:17:02.320 Producer Angelo, what do you think?
00:17:03.460 Do we go?
00:17:04.240 I say we do it.
00:17:05.740 I say we go up.
00:17:06.760 I say we check it out.
00:17:08.840 I say we walk right up there.
00:17:10.640 We say, hi, you're good.
00:17:11.940 How are you?
00:17:12.940 Why are you guys doing in America?
00:17:17.280 Why are police here?
00:17:20.600 Why are police here?
00:17:24.480 What's this police station doing here in the United States?
00:17:29.400 Our national sovereignty is a joke.
00:17:31.980 The idea that we would allow CCP, Chinese Communist Party, police forces to operate inside our own country with impunity, mind you.
00:17:44.760 I'm not talking about Interpol.
00:17:46.280 I'm not talking about any specific liaison office because, of course, we have that in other countries.
00:17:52.420 We have that.
00:17:54.120 We have legal attaches through our embassy.
00:17:56.860 And, of course, China does as well.
00:17:58.820 This is beyond that.
00:17:59.860 This is extrajudicial.
00:18:02.260 This is a special operations police force infiltrating our own nations. 0.64
00:18:08.780 So understand, this is the long arm of the Chinese Communist Party that's operating throughout the world.
00:18:16.640 And guess what?
00:18:17.920 There's no one in the world that's going to stop them.
00:18:20.580 Because the World Economic Forum, Davos, I was there.
00:18:24.160 You can go check it out.
00:18:25.660 tposa.com slash reset.
00:18:27.600 We're going to show the Great Reset doc, by the way, on Real America's Voice every single Sunday in October.
00:18:35.880 Every single Sunday, I believe it's 7 p.m.
00:18:37.840 We're going to air this thing.
00:18:40.080 Understand the part of the movie we're in.
00:18:43.120 It's the Chinese Communist Party that's expanding their long arm and their reach around the world. 0.94
00:18:51.100 They're simply doing what every country is allowing because there's no one in the world that's even considered a modicum of resistance to them.
00:19:00.680 Is the sheriff or the sheriff's department falling into this craze of QAnon or satanic panic?
00:19:10.180 Yeah, I understand why people are concerned about that kind of thing.
00:19:13.420 When you start talking about conspiracy theories and everything, we deal with elements of a crime.
00:19:19.120 When we conduct an investigation, we gather information, we talk to witnesses, we collect evidence, and we put all those things together.
00:19:27.820 And those things have nothing to do with conspiracy theories, either QAnon or satanic panic or anything like that.
00:19:36.220 They have everything to do with, here is a crime, and here are the elements that you have to have in order to be able to prove that a crime was committed.
00:19:46.160 And if the information you have matches those elements, then you submit the case to a prosecutor's office.
00:19:51.600 It's mildly offensive, at least, to have people accuse us of conducting an investigation based on conspiracy theories or working with groups who promulgate conspiracy theories.
00:20:05.820 It's not how we were.
00:20:06.700 That's a local sheriff you're listening to down in Utah who was accused by NBC of baseless claims that there was some kind of ring going on targeting children for child sex abuse involving rituals.
00:20:27.980 Well, a former therapist has just been arrested in that investigation in the ritualistic child sex abuse of over 130 children.
00:20:42.960 The therapist's name, 68-year-old David Hamblin, Provo, Utah.
00:20:49.200 He was arrested on Wednesday on charges relating to a continuing investigation involving ritualistic child sex abuse.
00:20:55.880 This is according to the Postmillennial.com.
