00:00:00.000 Child sacrifice on the Mississippi River.

00:00:03.960 It's happened before in the history of this land.

00:00:08.260 Will it be happening again?

00:01:00.740 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily powered by Turning

00:01:05.380 Point USA.

00:01:06.580 Jack Posobiec back in the saddle today.

00:01:09.200 Yesterday, the great Drew Hernandez was here.

00:01:11.520 I was up speaking at the University of Delaware with Michael Knowles at a Turning Point USA

00:01:15.440 event.

00:01:15.860 But we're now back here for Human Events Daily.

00:01:18.600 Today is October 4th, 2022, Anno Domine.

00:01:23.040 Tonight's headlines, Elon Musk has agreed to buy Twitter.

00:01:27.780 The deal is going through.

00:01:29.580 We'll walk through everything this means.

00:01:31.500 Next, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's gender unit co-founder is saying that she conducts

00:01:38.540 research on homeless children.

00:01:41.260 We're going to explain all that.

00:01:42.120 Third, the first mobile abortion clinic in the United States is opening in Illinois for

00:01:47.300 Kentucky and Missouri women in red states. 0.97

00:01:49.760 And then finally, ex-Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan.

00:01:52.560 Did you think I forgot about you, Jenny?

00:01:54.800 She manually deleted 200 text messages from her cell phone during Chaz.

00:02:01.440 The lawsuit is bringing it all out.

00:02:03.560 All this in more head, Human Events Daily.

00:02:04.880 Then I think Twitter needs to be much more even-handed.

00:02:18.100 It currently has a strong left bias because it's based in San Francisco.

00:02:23.660 I don't think the people that there necessarily intend, or at least perhaps some of them don't

00:02:28.240 intend, to have a left bias.

00:02:30.560 From their perspective, it seems moderate, but they're just coming at it from an environment

00:02:38.740 that is very far left.

00:02:42.260 But then this fails to build trust in the rest of the United States and also perhaps in other

00:02:48.700 parts of the world because Twitter needs to be even-handed and be, I think I said publicly,

00:02:56.560 a victory would be that the most far right 10% and the most far left 10% are equally upset.

00:03:07.020 I don't think this is a situation where you're going to get necessarily a lot of praise.

00:03:12.180 You're just going to balance the anger.

00:03:16.180 Elon Musk.

00:03:17.740 The deal with Twitter is going through.

00:03:20.700 And like so many of these big deals, it's gone through a lengthy process, a court process.

00:03:26.720 It's gone through Delaware.

00:03:28.920 Now, the question is, would Elon Musk have prevailed at court?

00:03:33.380 Well, he's decided to go and make a deal with Twitter.

00:03:36.860 They are reaching a settlement.

00:03:38.340 That settlement, turns out, it's going to be for the original price, the $54.20 per share.

00:03:43.260 We've got the lawyer out, the lawyer's letter from them, from Skadden Arps to Twitter's lawyer,

00:03:49.640 confirming the willingness to consummate the deal.

00:03:52.140 They're going for the original terms.

00:03:55.220 The offer now is pending receipt of debt financing proceeds, as well as the trial being adjourned.

00:04:00.140 So we're seeing that.

00:04:01.000 We're also looking potentially at whether or not there's some handshakes as to how it will be run afterwards.

00:04:07.620 This news came out, of course, stock price just immediately shot up like crazy.

00:04:12.200 The shares of Tesla in just tanking, absolutely going down.

00:04:16.900 Now, what's interesting is that yesterday, you know, and we're wondering why the sudden fold, right?

00:04:21.640 And Zero Hedge has the question, why the sudden fold?

00:04:23.880 And it says, does it have anything to do with the battle yesterday over Ukraine peace?

00:04:30.160 Did, you know, was it this issue that he had put forward this peace plan,

00:04:35.060 this potential negotiated framework for a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia,

00:04:39.760 and then was attacked for even having made the attempt, called out by no less than Ukraine's

00:04:46.460 advisor, their diplomat and ambassador to Germany.

00:04:50.760 But then even the president of Ukraine himself went and called out Elon Musk.

00:04:55.020 Now, suddenly, just one day after that, boom, because they were already scheduling depositions.

00:05:00.600 They were already getting into, we were looking at a deposition for Parang, so that's the CEO

00:05:07.620 of Twitter, a deposition for Elon Musk himself.

00:05:10.460 Those were being settled.

00:05:11.660 Now, Zero Hedge did have a tweet up a while back that it looked as though those were being

00:05:16.620 canceled.

00:05:17.320 And so they may have had some idea that a settlement was coming.

00:05:20.240 But we're wondering yesterday, or would we have known, you know, would we have known by

00:05:25.720 the end of the week the deposition was going to take place?

00:05:28.780 So we never know what came out in there.

00:05:30.120 We did have those text messages recently where we found out that Elon Musk apparently is

00:05:34.800 a fan of Revolver News, which I think is amazing.

00:05:37.360 We're a fan of them, too.

00:05:38.520 Thank you to Darren Beattie and all the great work that he does for his country and for the

00:05:42.600 world over there.

00:05:43.260 We would also welcome Elon Musk to be a fan of humanevents.com and to listen to the Human

00:05:48.280 Events podcast, where, as we know, our promises are with our solemn vow.

00:05:51.820 Be good, be brief, be gone to everybody.

00:05:53.140 But the bigger question for us is, the bigger question for us is, what does this mean going

00:06:03.460 forward for us, for the regime, for censorship in not just America, but in the West?

00:06:12.320 Will Elon Musk restore Twitter to the champion of free speech that it once was?

00:06:20.020 Will the glories of 2016 return?

00:06:23.940 We'll see.

00:06:25.420 Because 2016 terrified the regime.

00:06:29.200 2016 is what they don't want to happen again.

00:06:34.040 And if Elon Musk threatens that, they will threaten him six ways from Sunday.

00:06:40.140 They will take out SpaceX.

00:06:41.700 They will take out Tesla. 0.68

00:06:42.800 They will take out all of his companies.

00:06:44.960 So that is truly what we're looking at.

00:06:48.080 Obviously, Ukraine, Starlink, has played a fantastic role there, an incredible role there.

00:06:53.880 So the question becomes, will Elon Musk be willing to step up and do what must be done?

00:07:01.940 Get rid of the bots.

00:07:03.480 Get rid of the fakery.

00:07:04.760 Make it real once again.

00:07:05.800 If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at the reaction to the work Patriot Mobile did in multiple school districts in Texas.

00:07:15.400 The left is losing their minds.

00:07:17.780 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative mobile phone provider and a force for conservative values.

00:07:23.660 That's because they take a portion of your bill and fund conservative causes and candidates who believe in the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, the Second Amendment.

00:07:32.380 And they are winning.

00:07:34.040 Patriot Mobile has afforded plans for you, your family, even your business.

00:07:37.820 And they offer the same great nationwide coverage as the major carriers because they use multiple major networks.

00:07:57.600 PatriotMobile.com slash POSO.

00:07:59.580 We recruited folks from a variety of places across the city of Philadelphia in our own HIV clinic and gender clinic, as well as at Covenant House and in some other community-based organizations and aid services organizations that serve young trans women in Philadelphia.

00:08:21.060 And so we did try to do some recruitment through social media, through places where we know that young trans women might be engaging in survival sex or sex work, such as Backpage or Craigslist.

00:08:35.160 Nadia Dowshin, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

00:08:39.580 Now, I started picking up this thread last week because the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, you got to understand, folks, this one's personal for me.

00:08:48.800 I'm from the Philadelphia area.

00:08:50.300 And when you're out there, you know the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, CHOP, that's what we call it, that is sacrosanct.

00:08:58.880 Their name is synonymous with the gold standard.

00:09:03.280 They are the gold standard.

00:09:04.520 That's the number one children's hospital in the entire country.

00:09:08.560 And they're associated with Penn Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania.

00:09:12.240 Best of the best.

00:09:13.940 If, God forbid, something happens with your kid, you want them going to CHOP.

00:09:20.300 You need them going there.

00:09:21.820 If you're in that area, you take them right to CHOP.

00:09:24.120 You say, they'll take care of it because they're the best of the best.

00:09:28.220 Well, now we're finding out more about what's actually going on behind the scenes of CHOP when it comes to this gender unit. 0.96

00:09:33.860 So the CHOP gender unit in Philadelphia, she says, and I'm going to say this again.

00:09:40.820 We recruited folks from a variety of places across the city of Philadelphia in our own HIV clinic and the gender unit as well, as well as at Covenant House and in some other community-based organizations and aid service organizations that serve young trans women in Philadelphia.

00:09:59.920 Well, what is Covenant House, if you're not familiar with the area, is the youth homeless shelter.

00:10:08.140 This is an area where kids underage, obviously, who've been out on the street, who are in, in some cases, horrifying situations, are now being used as research experiments by the gender unit of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Children's Philadelphia.

00:10:28.300 Did you know that? Did you know that when you're making your donation, your monthly donation, yearly, whatever it is, to Covenant House, that those kids are now the research subjects for gender units, the young trans kids?

00:10:48.100 I was recently up in Pennsylvania, and I was speaking up there, I spent some time with family.

00:10:54.540 Finally, I dubbed this a dark alliance, because it's not just the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and their gender unit, which is doing the exact same thing we know, by the way, because at Vanderbilt, they have them on tape.

00:11:11.280 Matt Walsh got them on tape. It's a cash cow.

00:11:13.740 They want you in as young as possible, whether insurance pays for it or not.

00:11:19.220 We're talking $40,000 up front, and then you're paying for further procedures the rest of your life.

00:11:26.500 So the younger they can get you, the longer they have you hooked, the longer you're paying into the system.

00:11:33.740 So who's the Children's Hospital Association, who's the CHOP General Unit associated with?

00:11:39.220 Dr. Rachel Levine, who was the physician general for the state of Pennsylvania, before the good doctor went over to our HHS.

00:11:54.160 That relationship is still there.

00:11:56.600 So Rachel Levine, everyone's favorite military officer, is empowering and working with the gender unit out of Philadelphia's Children's and is now looking to take that exact same work to children's hospitals all across the country.

00:12:14.500 And what's one of the big things that Dr. Levine is doing?

00:12:16.720 The good doctor wants your insurance to have to cover these procedures, wants all insurance.

00:12:25.460 So the idea is that you're paying into the insurance pool, right?

00:12:28.020 Well, it wouldn't take too much for them to make a change.

00:12:31.600 They could even do it through a rule change to Obamacare that they would then have to force your insurer.

00:12:37.100 That means every time you pay monthly premiums, it's going into the pool that's going to pay directly for these procedures that we now know, in some cases, like the case of Philadelphia, the research subjects are homeless children, orphans.

00:12:57.040 What are we doing as a society?

00:13:00.000 We need to step back and figure out who we want to be.

00:13:03.680 So we just showed the Holy Land special here on Human Events.

00:13:12.120 And I got to tell you that one of my favorite scenes is there is when we're climbing up Mount Masada on the banks of the Dead Sea.

00:13:19.780 And it was so hot that morning.

00:13:21.500 That was about eight in the morning.

00:13:22.960 But I got to tell you, the heat was already out in the desert right up there as we were climbing up Masada.

00:13:27.080 But I'll tell you one thing, that even as we did that climb, by the way, about 36 minutes it took us to get from the bottom all the way to the top.

00:13:35.760 We used the snake trail.

00:13:36.940 And the entire time, just going to say it, I was wearing my undertax.

00:13:40.700 And my undertax are my favorite boxers of all.

00:13:45.120 Period.

00:13:45.580 They're period.

00:13:46.280 No, I did.

00:13:47.140 We did 36 minutes up Masada wearing my undertax boxers.

00:13:50.320 And why was I able to do that?

00:13:52.100 I'll tell you why they're my favorite.

00:13:54.620 Because they have literally been tested by special force operators.

00:13:58.720 Undertax boxers are made with high quality material, antimicrobial, anti-pilling, moisture.

00:14:03.760 I'm not just saying that for the ad.

00:14:05.180 I actually did it.

00:14:06.980 Fact check me on this.

00:14:08.220 You can ask Tanya Tay.

00:14:10.900 Look, undertax boxers come with sturdy yet comfortable waistband.

00:14:15.260 It doesn't crack.

00:14:15.860 It doesn't get loose.

00:14:16.900 Durable, ultralight, shrink resistant.

00:14:18.960 Here's the best part.

00:14:19.700 They're almost 30% less than the woke designer brands.

00:14:23.680 Those designer brands, the woke brands, they wouldn't even make it up the snake path.

00:14:27.900 They wouldn't even make it halfway up Masada.

00:14:29.620 Look, you want them.

00:14:30.800 I know you do.

00:14:31.780 Go to getundertack.com.

00:14:33.440 That's getundertack.com.

00:14:34.860 Right now, when you buy three, get one free with promo code POSO, P-O-S-O.

00:14:39.560 Go to getundertack.com.

00:14:41.340 The link is in the description.

00:14:46.200 This is a healthcare crisis.

00:14:48.120 Because understand, millions of women in America will go to bed tonight without access to the healthcare and reproductive care that they had this morning.

00:15:04.560 This is the first time in the history of our nation that a constitutional right has been taken from the people of America.

00:15:18.020 And what is that right, some might ask?

00:15:24.500 It's the right to privacy.

00:15:27.180 Think about it as the right for each person to make intimate decisions about heart and home.

00:15:38.660 Well, in an update in evil this week, the U.S.'s first mobile abortion clinic will open in Illinois in just a few weeks

00:15:51.480 and offer procedures to women in Kentucky and Missouri where it has been outlawed after Roe v. Wade. 0.87

00:16:00.400 Well, I'm reading the Daily Mail headline.

00:16:03.460 It's actually after the overturning of Roe v. Wade in the Dobbs decision.

00:16:08.620 The mobile clinic, it says, will include a waiting room and two exam rooms.

00:16:12.120 It will be stationed at different points along the southern Illinois border.

00:16:15.660 The goal is to cut down on travel and waiting time for women out of state. 1.00

00:16:19.420 A June Supreme Court decision overturned guaranteed abortion rights for women.

00:16:23.600 I have an option for exactly where they should place the mobile abortion. 0.99

00:16:30.740 I do.

00:16:31.440 The mobile abortion clinic in Illinois, I'll tell you exactly where they should put it.

00:16:36.940 So if you go directly across from the city of St. Louis, which is in Missouri,

00:16:42.920 you go right across the bridge and then into Illinois, across the Mississippi River,

00:16:47.820 there's an area there.

00:16:49.400 Maybe you guys can show the map of this.

00:16:50.920 There's an area called the Cahokia Mounds.

00:16:54.480 And if you go and check it out, the Cahokia Mounds, really incredible site to see.

00:17:02.940 It's in Collinsville, Illinois.

00:17:05.380 Just pulled it up.

00:17:07.160 And this was the pre-Columbian Native American city directly across the Mississippi River.

00:17:13.000 It was the largest and most influential urban settlement of the Mississippian culture,

00:17:18.920 which developed advanced societies.

00:17:21.140 The city in Cahokia, by the way, I mean, it really is this.

00:17:24.980 The city in Cahokia was actually larger than the city of London at the time of its height.

00:17:31.920 So incredible city right there in the center of our country, right?

00:17:38.380 Currently the center of the United States.

00:17:40.240 And why do I want it there?

00:17:41.660 Well, Mound 72. 0.67

00:17:43.820 Let's talk about Mound 72 of the Cahokia Mounds.

00:17:47.780 Why should Planned Parenthood put it there?

00:17:50.500 Well, what was Mound 72?

00:17:55.380 Archaeologists working on digging at Mound 72 found more than 250 skeletons in Mound 72.

00:18:04.080 Scholars believe that almost all of these were sacrificial victims based on signs of ritual execution,

00:18:10.280 method of burial, or other factors.

00:18:12.040 The skeletons include four young males missing their hands and skulls,

00:18:16.480 a mass grave of more than 50 women, around 21 years old, some teenagers, many teenagers,

00:18:22.860 with their bodies arranged in two layers separated by matting.

00:18:26.540 Another mass burial of 40 men and women who appear to have been violently killed,

00:18:31.160 some of which have been buried alive.

00:18:33.160 From the vertical position, some of the fingers appear to have been digging in the sand.

00:18:37.300 It appears that not all of the victims were dead when they were interned,

00:18:41.800 that some had been trying to pull themselves out.

00:18:44.260 It's been radiocarbon dated to about 950 to 1000 AD.

00:18:49.400 These are the excavations at Mound 72.

00:18:51.700 So Mound 72 was already used as the mass child sacrifice mound in Cahokia,

00:18:58.940 which is, again, right across, very close to the area where, of course, Planned Parenthood wants to.

00:19:05.620 It's right there in St. Clair County in Illinois.

00:19:08.240 Now, of course, we don't know why the Mississippians were committing mass child sacrifice,

00:19:13.200 but we knew that they were doing it.

00:19:15.000 And we're not entirely sure why Planned Parenthood is doing this today.

00:19:18.580 I would say it's in the service of evil and the worship of the god Moloch, 0.85

00:19:23.280 obviously the pagan deity Moloch.

00:19:25.700 But, of course, that's a great location.

00:19:28.940 So I urge you, Planned Parenthood, if you're going to set this up,

00:19:32.200 you might as well put it there.

00:19:33.440 Say it's, you know, getting back to tradition there in the good old U.S. of A.

00:19:38.700 So I know it will shock you that the president is perhaps not giving an accurate or truthful picture.

00:19:48.540 We've got four blocks in Seattle that you just saw pictures of that is more like a block party atmosphere.

00:19:53.960 It's not an armed takeover.

00:19:55.700 It's not a military junta.

00:19:58.320 We will make sure that we can restore this.

00:20:02.260 But we have block parties and the like in this part of Seattle all the time.

00:20:06.140 It's known for that.

00:20:07.540 So I think the president, number one, there is no threat right now to the public.

00:20:13.240 And we're looking, we're taking that very seriously.

00:20:15.180 We're meeting with businesses and residents.

00:20:17.140 But what the president threatened is illegal and unconstitutional.

00:20:20.920 And the fact that he can think he can just tweet that and not have ramifications is just wrong.

00:20:27.000 The counter will be block parties don't take over a municipal building,

00:20:31.240 let alone a police station, and destroy it.

00:20:33.860 So that is two people that have since exited the public stage in complete disgrace.

00:20:40.740 Chris Cuomo, of course, is trying to come back a little bit on News Nation.

00:20:43.200 We'll see how that goes.

00:20:43.920 It won't be well.

00:20:44.700 I'll tell you right now, it's not going to be well.

00:20:46.420 The problem with a lot of those guys is they're just not very interesting to listen to.

00:20:49.680 They're kind of boring.

00:20:50.480 When you get them on their own, they can't actually carry a conversation.

00:20:54.680 They're uninteresting people.

00:20:56.300 But ex-Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin. 1.00

00:20:59.400 Remember her?

00:20:59.920 The Summer of Love comments.

00:21:01.660 Before all those people got killed in the Chaz. 0.98

00:21:04.300 Yeah, I remember Jenny.

00:21:05.300 I was there.

00:21:05.920 I was there night after night, cataloging, manually surveilling the violence as it got

00:21:17.560 worse and worse, and it was spiraling deeper and deeper into atrocities.

00:21:24.300 And that's what ended up happening.

00:21:26.000 Well, we now know that there has been a forensic report that's come out on her cell phone.

00:21:31.440 Why did this come out?

00:21:32.560 Because there's a new filing this week from business owners and residents that are suing

00:21:37.000 the city over all the damages that occurred during Chaz.

00:21:40.640 Guess what?

00:21:40.900 I've got a bunch of those on film as well.

00:21:43.360 In fact, I provided a lot of the footage that we filmed for our documentary, still up,

00:21:49.340 by the way, antifamovie.com, that you can go watch.

00:21:52.860 All that footage, guess what?

00:21:55.060 We turned it over, even the raw footage, to any of the business owners who wanted it.

00:21:59.240 Why?

00:21:59.460 We said, you're free to have it.

00:22:00.820 No rights, none of that stuff is needed, because this was your homes that she turned 0.97

00:22:06.340 over to the mob, that she turned over to domestic terrorists for weeks. 1.00

00:22:12.840 People were forced to live there.

00:22:14.460 People were forced to work there.

00:22:16.800 And people's children were murdered inside there because of her. 0.94

00:22:20.440 Now, she deleted 200 text messages.

00:22:23.740 Now, the question is going to be, why and when did she delete the messages?

00:22:28.740 We know why.

00:22:29.740 So there were there being she's being accused now of spoiliation of evidence, and they're

00:22:34.100 asking the judge to impose sanctions by finding the city liable for allegations in the case

00:22:39.640 because she's essentially tried to tamper with this case because she's deleted evidence. 0.75

00:22:44.100 If she's doing that, drop it. 0.97

00:22:47.200 The whole case is done.

00:22:48.540 You've lost it.

00:22:49.480 You've deprived them of crucial evidence.

00:22:51.320 You've deprived them with the ability, the ability to actually hear this case.

00:22:55.820 City attorney Ann Davidson's offices responded by accusing the plaintiffs of deleting their

00:23:00.300 own text about Chaz and court filings.

00:23:02.860 The city is requesting that the judge throw out the case and claiming that Seattle officials

00:23:07.120 attempted to deescalate the autonomous zone.

00:23:09.840 You didn't attempt to deescalate anything.

00:23:12.620 Raz Simone was going in there escalating things with his gang every night when they

00:23:17.440 were dealing drugs, attacking journalists, and eventually getting people killed, right?

00:23:22.040 I've got Raz Simone on air, pointing gun, loaded guns in people's faces.

00:23:26.860 Please tell me you tried to deescalate.

00:23:28.800 The police were told to stand down and leave for weeks.

00:23:34.080 You turned it over to them.

00:23:35.140 And Jenny Durkan, these politicians, I'm telling you, they belong in jail.

00:24:56.000 homeless children, the first mobile abortion clinic in the United States, opening right

00:25:00.140 on the border of Illinois and Missouri.

00:25:02.240 And I hope they put it up in Cahokia.

00:25:04.020 Remember, a thousand years ago, child sacrifice was a huge part of the tradition there on the

00:25:09.800 border.

00:25:10.320 So you might as well bring it back.

00:25:11.760 And then finally, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin deleting her text.

00:25:15.220 Now, what did we talk about in terms of today's?

00:25:19.180 What are we talking about for today's history break?

00:25:21.420 October 4th, 1957, the Russians launched their first satellite into orbit, Sputnik 1.

00:25:28.860 The space age began.

00:25:31.340 This achievement set a shockwave through the American political leadership, resulting in

00:25:35.700 the U.S. efforts to be first on the moon.

00:25:38.620 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.

00:25:41.380 Thank you.
