Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 281： THE REPLATFORMING

00:00:00.000 Elon Musk planning to reverse all permanent bans from Twitter, a re-platforming, all the

00:00:12.360 veterans of the great meme war of 2015 and 16 are coming back, the gulags are coming

00:00:20.900 open, massive, we're going to break that down, but first I want to remind you guys that AmFest

00:00:51.280 promo code POSO will get you 25% off, myself and the POSO family, see you there.

00:00:58.800 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board today's edition of Human Events Daily powered by Turning

00:01:02.800 Point USA, today is October 5th, 2022, Anno Domini, tonight's top stories, Elon Musk plans

00:01:10.800 to reverse all permanent Twitter bans after his purchase goes through and massive layoffs

00:01:17.500 are coming next, an NBC reporter unwittingly implies that Twitter censorship favors liberals

00:01:24.540 in elections, oops, third, the Biden administration's secret deal with OPEC has been exposed and finally

00:01:31.600 a BLM attorney is sued after his client received, oh look at this, zero dollars from a GoFundMe

00:01:38.300 fundraiser, all this and we're ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:01:51.500 WeChat's actually a good model, if you're in China, it's basically, you kind of live on WeChat,

00:01:56.780 it does everything, it's sort of like Twitter plus PayPal plus a whole bunch of other things

00:02:01.620 and we'll roll into one with actually a great interface and it's really an excellent app

00:02:05.800 and we don't have anything like that outside of China. So, I think such an app would be really

00:02:14.380 useful, just like the utility of it, of sort of a spam-free thing where you can make comments,

00:02:22.840 you can post videos, you know, I think it's important for content creators to have a revenue

00:02:26.120 share. Now, this does not need to be done on Twitter, it could be done from something that's

00:02:31.380 created from scratch. But it's either convert Twitter to that or start something new, those

00:02:36.440 are the two, but it does need to happen somehow.

00:02:39.180 So, huge news on the Twitter front, Elon Musk, and the New York Times even has this, referring

00:02:47.720 to Elon Musk's text messages that were released in part of the lawsuit that, if you remember,

00:02:53.860 the lawsuit was going to go through. The text messages had already come out, they had already

00:02:58.680 been released, unsealed, but that's now been dropped. They're looking at dropping the entire

00:03:05.580 lawsuit completely. The deal's on the table, go through with it, Elon becomes the sole proprietor

00:03:12.080 of Twitter. However, in one of the text messages, he stated that Elon Musk told the CEO of Twitter

00:03:21.700 that he wants to, and I'm quoting, reverse all permanent Twitter bans. That means if you're on the left,

00:03:32.160 if you're on the right, if you're on the center, if you were permanently banned from Twitter,

00:03:38.040 that after his purchase, we're talking about a blanket amnesty, that he's directly noticing

00:03:45.140 that this has been one of the major obstacles to growth when it comes to Twitter. Because think about

00:03:52.640 it, if you're sitting there saying, well, I want to go on this platform, oh, that platform is going to

00:03:57.680 ban you if you say this, this, and this. If you ask questions about bio mandates from the government,

00:04:04.380 if you ask questions about the election, if you have questions about what's going on with our money

00:04:09.800 overseas, you can be banned, you can be shadow banned, you can be throttled. Just the news had

00:04:13.820 the story, by the way, about how myself, Charlie Kirk, and so many others, the US government is working

00:04:19.740 with a consortium, right? I love these, of nonprofit groups, Stanford and others, to shadow ban us

00:04:27.200 directly. And this has been going on since 2020. Completely illegal, by the way. Elon Musk wants to

00:04:34.760 turn all of that back. So I had a great discussion today with Gabe Hoffman, Excipitor Capital, hedge fund

00:04:42.920 guy. And he made a couple of really, really smart points in terms of this. He said, if Elon Musk comes

00:04:50.320 over, and he will eventually be the one to take over it, because he's got the contract, that you're

00:04:56.720 going to see mass layoffs at Twitter. Now, of course, the way the New York Times is framing this is, oh,

00:05:01.240 there's going to be an exodus, it's an employee revolt, they don't want to work for him. No, no,

00:05:05.940 it's not even that. The issue is that Twitter is bloated. It has too many people working, there's way too

00:05:11.680 much overhead, not enough profit. So what do you do? You get rid of that. You cut the fat. And I say,

00:05:17.600 Elon, start with the CEO. Day one, gone. Anyone on the trust and safety team, gone. Anyone responsible

00:05:24.480 for banning people, for flagging tweets, gone. Get rid of all of them. Go scorched earth on Twitter.

00:05:32.600 Take out every single one of these people who think that they have the right to determine your free

00:05:38.720 speech. Take them out. And then number two, when we played the shot just there, played the clip

00:05:43.980 that Elon's talking about WeChat. So what does He WeChat do? WeChat is considered a super app. Now,

00:05:50.640 Elon, you better not be working with the CCP on this, because if you are, there's going to be

00:05:55.060 problems. And when the new majority comes in next year, we're going to make sure that this doesn't

00:05:59.960 happen. No data on the servers in the People's Republic of China, like that guy in LA found out.

00:06:05.160 No, no, no, no, no. What we want is very simple. We want an app where we're allowed to talk,

00:06:13.200 where we're allowed to speak freely, and that you aren't in the business of determining what's true

00:06:18.800 and what's not true. You're just in the business of providing a communications platform. But what

00:06:23.140 Elon has also talked about is, obviously, we know, of course, Elon Musk comes from the PayPal mafia.

00:06:28.360 He was going to make sure that pay, so PayPal is going to be integrated, or maybe even a new system,

00:06:32.960 Twitter pay, instituting in this, phone calling, video calling, the idea that you, so you'll be

00:06:39.040 able to swipe your phone, right? When you go to purchase something, movie tickets or food,

00:06:44.260 use Twitter pay, boom, goes directly for that. Then probably your Uber, everything else completely

00:06:51.760 integrated within the app. The other one, integrate with Rumble. If Twitter integrates with Rumble,

00:06:56.720 it will be profitable overnight. There's billions of dollars to be made.

00:07:02.960 By now, you've all heard the latest inflation numbers. And while the country suffers and the

00:07:08.060 stock market has had its worst day in over two years, the Biden administration have thrown a

00:07:12.000 party. This economy is not well, and the Fed is likely to continue raising interest rates. That's

00:07:17.540 why I recommend you diversify with gold and silver now. And the only company I recommend is Allegiance

00:07:22.160 Gold. My friends at Allegiance Gold can help you protect your IRA or 401k with physical gold and

00:07:27.040 silver, or if you prefer, have it delivered securely right to your front door. Their approach is

00:07:31.640 different. They focus on educating and developing a long-term strategy that's right for you.

00:07:36.400 That's why Allegiance Gold has some of the highest ratings in the entire industry.

00:07:40.240 Five stars with TrustLink, AAA rated with the Business and Consumer Alliance, and an A-plus from

00:07:44.240 the Better Business Bureau. We've set up a new portal for this, protectwithposo.com.

00:07:58.180 on a qualifying purchase when you tell them that Poso sent you. We cannot control the Biden

00:08:03.100 administration, but we can prepare. Protectwithposo.com. That's protectwithposo.com.

00:08:09.200 Link in the description.

00:08:09.980 Mr. Dorsey, does Twitter have the ability to influence elections?

00:08:19.060 No.

00:08:22.020 You don't believe Twitter has any ability to influence elections?

00:08:26.260 No. We are one part of a spectrum of communication channels that people have.

00:08:30.880 So you're testified to this committee right now that Twitter, when it silences people,

00:08:36.220 when it censors people, when it blocks political speech, that has no impact on elections?

00:08:41.300 People have choice of other communication channels with which—

00:08:44.820 Not if they don't hear information. If you don't think you have the power to influence

00:08:49.520 elections, why do you block anything?

00:08:53.240 Well, we have policies that are focused on making sure that more voices on the platform are possible.

00:08:58.540 We see a lot of abuse and harassment, which ends up silencing people and having them leave

00:09:03.080 from the platform.

00:09:04.280 I love that, right? Well, I mean, I mean, did you know, did you know that they've said that

00:09:12.120 the Hunter Biden laptop story had been known to voters that eventually voted to undecided voters

00:09:19.840 who went for Biden, if that had been known in just three states, in three states, the 10% of

00:09:26.680 those people have said that they would have changed their votes. That would have swung the

00:09:31.460 entire election right there. But because Twitter and Facebook censored that story, censored everyone

00:09:38.400 who even shared that story, blocked people from being able to share that story. It wasn't

00:09:46.200 known, and history is the way it is.

00:09:48.220 Well, an NBC reporter, you know, a true reporter, a true just total sycophant hatchet man for

00:09:56.740 his corporate oligarch bosses at Comcast, by the name of Ben Collins, put up a tweet last

00:10:03.060 night while losing his mind over the fact that Elon Musk might be buying Twitter. And here's

00:10:09.400 what he wrote. He said, we'll be buying Twitter, I should say.

00:10:11.360 For those of you who ask, yes, I do think this site can and will change pretty dramatically

00:10:17.020 if Musk gets full control over it. No, there's no immediate replacement. If it gets done early

00:10:22.380 enough, based on the people he's aligned with, yes, it could actually affect midterms.

00:10:30.080 And the same guy had just been tweeting recently, or just prior to this, about the text messages

00:10:35.180 where Elon was saying about letting this idea of a reverse on all permanent Twitter bans come

00:10:43.060 off. So what does this mean? This means that he's implicitly stating, right, the subtext

00:10:53.240 of his tweet here is that the people at these companies have had a revolving door, toxic relationship

00:11:01.920 with the platforms like Twitter, like Facebook, like YouTube, that their ability to flag quote

00:11:11.880 unquote disinformation actually has the ability to swing elections. Well, let me tell you a little

00:11:20.340 story about Ben Collins of NBC. In 2020, I publicly offered the Hunter Biden hard drive to anyone

00:11:31.900 who wanted to offer it to Joe Rogan. I offered it to Jake Tapper of CNN constantly. I said, if you

00:11:38.620 want this hard drive, I will make you a copy of it and I'll give it to you. Give it to you right now.

00:11:43.920 Still will, by the way. Jake Tapper, hit me up. Joe Rogan, anytime you want it, it's yours.

00:11:51.160 Mark Cuban, believe it or not, Mark Cuban responded to me in 2020 and said, I'd like to take a look at it,

00:11:59.700 but I want to invite some people along with me to verify the contents. And I said, okay,

00:12:06.380 who do you want to bring? One of the people that he mentioned was Ben Collins from NBC,

00:12:11.980 because I guess he thought that this was just a person who determined, you know, what's information

00:12:17.840 and what's disinformation. Ben Collins decided, proceeded to respond to Mark Cuban by screaming

00:12:25.440 about me, calling me names, attacking me, losing his mind, freaking out again and again and again

00:12:32.580 and again that Mark Cuban would even be talking to me and eventually killed any momentum that we would

00:12:38.940 have had going forward. So Ben Collins actively worked to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story

00:12:47.080 coming out from me when I had a copy of that hard drive two years ago this month in October of 2020. 0.96

00:12:54.580 And now he's admitting because he's not stupid. He knows exactly what he did and he knows exactly

00:13:01.160 what his job is. His job is to protect his corporate oligarchs and to get his preferred candidates

00:13:08.800 into office by denying you the ability to see the truth.

00:13:16.040 Putin's war is already hurting American families at the gas pump. Since Putin began his military buildup

00:13:21.500 on Ukrainian borders, just since then, the price of the gas of the pump in America went up 75 cents.

00:13:28.500 And with this action, it's going to go up further. I'm going to do everything I can to minimize Putin's price

00:13:34.100 hike here at home. In coordination with our partners, we've already announced that we're releasing

00:13:38.380 60 million barrels of oil from our joint oil reserves. Half of that 30 billion million, excuse

00:13:46.120 me, is coming from the United States. And we're taking steps to ensure the reliable supply of global

00:13:51.820 energy. We're also going to keep working with every tool at our disposal to protect American families

00:13:57.740 and businesses. So that's what President Biden said earlier on when he started emptying our

00:14:06.840 nation's strategic petroleum reserve so that he could help his own flagging midterm numbers.

00:14:16.780 The United States was not in an energy crisis when Biden came into office. It wasn't. If anything,

00:14:24.560 we had energy surplus. We had energy independence. We had energy dominance. We're selling it on the

00:14:30.900 open market. But then suddenly he comes in, he cuts production. Then he exacerbates the situation

00:14:37.960 in Eurasia and then leads us into essentially a proxy war with Russia. We are in a proxy war with 0.54

00:14:46.760 Russia. I don't know why we don't talk about that more. That's what this is. You think it's just

00:14:50.620 about Ukraine. No, it's a proxy war between the United States and Russia. Okay.

00:14:56.900 Then this is just the genius of this administration after doing all that cuts our oil supply domestically

00:15:07.520 goes after this proxy, pursues this proxy war, doesn't try by the way to deescalate. No,

00:15:17.620 no, no. Everything he does is try to escalate the situation worse and worse. And we see that every

00:15:22.780 single day. Now we're at the brink of nuclear war. Thanks, Joe Biden. What do we see here next?

00:15:29.440 We've now found out that apparently the Biden administration made a secret deal with OPEC

00:15:38.160 in order to replenish the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Listen to this. This is from Michael

00:15:48.400 Schellenberger, Substack. The White House made a secret offer to buy up to 200 million barrels of

00:15:55.020 OPEC oil to replenish the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, SPR, in exchange for OPEC not cutting oil

00:16:02.120 production. What the officials said was that the White House wanted to reassure OPEC that the U.S.

00:16:06.960 won't leave them hanging out to dry. Can anybody think of what the problem with that might be?

00:16:15.760 Well, the problem with that might be what if OPEC, who has all the leverage in this situation,

00:16:26.040 again, you have no leverage here in this deal. So what if OPEC says, you know what? We don't like

00:16:34.200 you anymore. We don't want to go off on this deal because if we cut production, we can get oil to $100

00:16:42.600 a barrel. We could get oil to $200 a barrel. So screw your wussy little deal. We're going to cut 1.00

00:16:50.800 production anyway. And guess what? That's exactly what OPEC has just announced. They had a meeting in

00:16:58.380 Vienna. They have agreed to a 2 million barrel a day cut in oil. This is going to send the cost of

00:17:08.300 oil skyrocketing. It's going to send the price at the pump skyrocketing. And it's all because the

00:17:16.260 idiots, the spoiled little rich kids running our White House day in and day out from Blackrock and 1.00

00:17:23.160 Blackstone and everything else, Buttigieg from McKinsey, they think they know what they're doing. 1.00

00:17:30.500 You dumped our strategic petroleum reserve to try to help the markets when you didn't even keep it

00:17:39.100 on hand for an actual crisis like what's going on in Florida right now, what's right, what's going on

00:17:45.900 in terms of the hurricane, the natural disasters. That's what our strategic reserve is supposed to be

00:17:52.080 for. Or, God forbid, the United States actually goes to war. If we get invaded somehow. These idiots.

00:18:02.520 Well, well, well, if it isn't the consequences of your own actions. 1.00

00:18:11.180 I guess Biden doesn't wear a hat, but if he did, he should take it off, shove it into his mouth and eat it.

00:18:17.160 A part of the lawsuit reads that of the $1,039,260 raised through GoFundMe and managed by Crump's law

00:18:27.800 firm, not one single penny has been turned over to the plaintiff for the benefit of Dante Jr. And

00:18:34.020 despite her claiming in this lawsuit that she was promised up front, any GoFundMe proceeds would be

00:18:38.880 split 50-50 between Wright's family and Dante Jr. to make sure he's being taken care of.

00:18:44.220 Omar, how has Ben Crump responded to this lawsuit?

00:18:47.940 Well, basically, John, at this point, Ben Crump is saying that this has nothing to do with me because

00:18:52.940 I didn't manage any funds. And he sent me a statement that reads, in part, this is strictly a

00:18:57.940 family dispute between the mother of Dante Wright's child and Dante's parents who set up the GoFundMe

00:19:03.400 account in question. Ben Crump law did not benefit from any of the funds raised, and we did not accept

00:19:09.820 any fees in this case. Our hearts are always with the family, and we pray that they can find

00:19:15.220 resolution. Well, well, well. Black Lives Matter favorite lawyer, Ben Crump, Benjamin Crump.

00:19:26.220 He always represents the people in the Black Lives Matter cases. He represented George Floyd's family.

00:19:31.700 He's been sued after a client received zero dollars from a one million dollar GoFundMe that was put

00:19:41.900 together. And this, of course, from the great Natalie Winters over at the National Pulse. This

00:19:47.700 writes, the mother of Dante Wright failed to receive one single penny from the GoFundMe. This was the

00:19:58.720 this was the individual who was killed in the Kim Potter case. Kim Potter was the officer that mistook

00:20:04.580 her gun. Excuse me. She mistook her taser for a gun, pulls out the gun, thinking it's the taser,

00:20:14.700 and proceeds to shoot and kill him. Civil lawsuit was filed. The GoFundMe was launched. They said they 0.96

00:20:20.900 would split it 50-50. They never, ever split it, according to this lawsuit. Crump is a high-profile

00:20:27.040 attorney, notably representing the families of George Floyd, Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor,

00:20:32.520 and many others that have been exploited by the far-left BLM movement. Whitaker emphasized how

00:20:37.500 Crump promised that she and her son would be taken care of, though her promises never materialized.

00:20:45.280 Whitaker's attorneys say that the single mother hasn't received financial advice for anything.

00:20:48.700 Crump hadn't, now they're claiming, listen to this, now they're claiming that the lawsuit notes that if

00:20:56.940 Crump hadn't promised Whitaker, she would have set up her own account. So we've seen this as a

00:21:05.540 pattern at this point. It's become a pattern that the Black Lives Matter organization, the people

00:21:10.520 associated with it, they're scammers. It's a scam organization. They're bigger scammers than Sean 0.96

00:21:16.520 White, okay? Patrice Cullors and others, they're in it so they can purchase homes. 0.99

00:21:24.560 When you look at some of the guys that were involved with the original BLM, they're gone,

00:21:28.240 not even involved with it anymore because they got their money, they took their money and ran.

00:21:33.280 And then you got this guy, Crump. Well, I swear he's got like a teleportation device because every

00:21:38.420 time one of these incidents happens, he pops right up and then goes and settles the case.

00:21:43.340 The cities don't even bother suing anymore because they see Ben Crump. They know that the media circus

00:21:49.060 and the left-wing reality machine is going to be turned on them. They just settle.

00:21:54.220 They don't even bother. So all that money comes out of the city and goes straight into the pocket of

00:21:59.820 Ben Crump and apparently not going in to the pocket of the families of the victims. Very well,

00:22:06.840 when you're dealing with crooks, you should expect to get robbed. And that's what you've been doing

00:22:14.320 all along when you deal with Black Lives Matter. 0.97

00:22:17.560 And that's all the time we have today here on Humid Events Daily. Remember, as always,

00:22:27.380 our promise, our oath, our solemn vow to you. Be good, be brief, be gone. Your homework for us.

00:22:30.980 Share this out with one, just one of your normie friends and then leave us your five-star review.

00:22:35.420 Apple, Spotify, wherever you get your politics. What did we talk about today? Elon Musk planning

00:22:41.920 to reverse all permanent bans on Twitter. Massive layoffs coming. Huge. Incredible. Next,

00:22:49.980 the NBC reporter unwittingly implying that Twitter censorship has favored and helped liberals in

00:22:55.120 elections. Third, the Biden administration's secret deal with OPEC. And then finally, a BLM attorney, 0.73

00:23:00.760 Ben Crump, sued after his client received zero dollars from the GoFundMe fundraiser. So much

00:23:08.780 that's going on. By the way, I want to remind you guys that this Sunday,

00:23:11.920 we are going to have the battle for the border as our Sunday special. We're going to be dropping it

00:23:18.880 as well as the fact that you can go. So watch that here on Real America's Voice. And then if you have

00:23:24.080 time, go to Salem now and check out Border Battle, the new special that's just come out from Turning

00:23:30.700 Point USA. So this Sunday, it'll be myself, Sheriff Mark Lamb from Pinal County. We've taped the interview

00:23:36.760 already. It's fantastic. It is an hour long understanding digression. And it's really it's

00:23:43.580 really a monograph on everything that's going on on our border and how it's affecting everyone in the
