00:04:05.320 agreement to buy a stake in Russia's natural gas supergiant, Rosneft.
00:04:13.820 They were trying to buy out, or at least partially buy, Russia's state enterprise owned oil company.
00:04:22.860 Next, CFC was going into Africa.
