00:00:00.900 Hell on earth has been unleashed into People's Republic of China, and as usual, the Chinese
00:00:07.240 people are the first victims of the CCP as Xi Jinping prepares for his coronation just
00:00:13.100 weeks away in China.
00:00:15.060 We're going to get into all that and more, but first I want to remind everyone that America
00:00:18.440 Fest is coming up December 17th to 20th, Phoenix, Arizona.
00:00:22.220 Go to AmFest.com, use promo code POSA for 25% off to see myself, Charlie Kirk, Tucker
00:00:28.620 Carlson, and Steve Bannon, including Kylie McEnany, Candace Owens, Lauren Chen, Mike Lindell
00:00:35.960 himself, Ali Stuckey, Lauren Boebert, and the great Tim Poole.
00:00:42.220 That's right, AmFest.com, promo code POSA, you'll see it all.
00:00:46.420 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard tonight's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning
00:00:50.380 Point USA.
00:00:51.360 Today is October 11th, 2022, Anno Domini.
00:00:55.720 Today's top headlines.
00:00:56.460 The People's Republic of China has become a zero COVID hell.
00:01:01.780 Yes, that's true.
00:01:02.820 Next up, we're going to ask the question, has Elon Musk been speaking with Vladimir Putin?
00:01:08.600 Third, 30,000 voter registration mailers were sent to non-citizens in Colorado.
00:01:15.440 And then finally, Watchmen creator Alan Moore warns that modern adults are being infantilized
00:01:20.840 and indoctrinated by superhero media.
00:01:23.560 All this, and we're ahead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:36.100 In a COVID hearing in the European Parliament, one of the Pfizer directors just admitted to
00:01:41.780 me, at the time of introduction, the vaccine had never been tested on stopping the transmission
00:01:47.820 of the virus.
00:01:49.600 Was the Pfizer COVID vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered
00:01:58.560 the market?
00:01:59.240 If not, please say it clearly.
00:02:03.280 If yes, are you willing to share the data with this committee?
00:02:07.980 And I really want a straight answer, yes or no, and I'm looking forward to it.
00:02:12.600 Thank you very much.
00:02:14.420 Regarding the question around, did we know about stopping humanisation before it's entered
00:02:20.000 the market?
00:02:20.800 No.
00:02:22.040 These, you know, we had to really move at the speed of science to really understand what
00:02:27.480 is taking place in the market.
00:02:28.720 So we're hearing all of these new statements coming out saying that it turns out, like all
00:02:34.560 the conspiracy theorists said, that they weren't actually sure what the efficacy of the vaccines
00:02:41.280 were before they were introduced.
00:02:43.180 But the marketing team didn't care.
00:02:45.040 The marketing team put them everywhere.
00:02:46.320 And the marketing team then joined up with little trolls like Anthony Fauci and decided
00:02:52.740 to become effectively the kings of our nation and decree that you would lose your job.
00:02:58.200 You could lose your savings.
00:02:59.520 You could lose your ability to be in the military and kicked out of school if you didn't get your
00:03:04.520 vaccinations.
00:03:05.420 Well, what's going on right now in China?
00:03:08.020 What's the CCP up to?
00:03:09.140 Because again, we're only a few days away from the 20th National Party Congress in China,
00:03:15.900 where Xi Jinping is expected.
00:03:18.520 And I laid this all out back in February in Newsweek and in an op ed that I wrote that
00:03:23.800 Xi Jinping will not be deposed by any of the various factions.
00:03:28.260 If anything, he's poised to receive another term, an unprecedented third term, putting him
00:03:35.100 on track to be chairman for life of the CCP, one of which we have not seen since the days
00:03:42.060 of Chairman Mao, this paramount leader.
00:03:45.540 But from The New York Times, China is facing its largest flare up of covid cases in a month,
00:03:50.580 complicating the preparations for the upcoming.
00:03:53.800 They're talking about the National Party Congress.
00:03:56.260 Daily covid counts have more than doubled.
00:03:57.960 The tally remains tiny by global standards.
00:03:59.900 But Chinese authorities are under immense pressure to ensure that nothing disrupts the
00:04:05.200 party Congress, which starts October 16th.
00:04:07.900 How have they responded?
00:04:09.640 Lockdowns across regions and cities of tens of millions of people, mass testing, mass
00:04:16.920 quarantines, disrupting life for millions of people.
00:04:20.460 Why is this?
00:04:21.300 Because they're going in on this completely insane strategy of zero covid.
00:04:25.380 But again, when you're a totalitarian regime like the CCP, that's what you always go in for.
00:04:32.080 Remember, Chairman Mao always did this when it was the great leap forward.
00:04:35.340 And they said, well, they said, Chairman, the the the crops are being eaten by locusts.
00:04:41.720 They're being eaten by locusts.
00:04:42.920 And they said, well, what do we do to how do we how do we have more of this?
00:04:46.100 Well, they kill all the birds.
00:04:48.020 Whereas they killed all the bugs, then they killed all the birds.
00:04:50.940 But the problem is the birds were the ones that ate the bugs.
00:04:53.140 So the bugs came back and the bugs ate all of the harvests.
00:04:57.440 This is how you got the great leap forward and tens of millions of people starved to death.
00:05:01.380 It was one of the greatest human atrocities to ever occur.
00:05:05.920 Chairman Mao killed more people than anyone else on the face of the planet.
00:05:10.160 And he did so to his own country.
00:05:14.020 In peacetime, not even in war, wasn't even a civil war.
00:05:17.960 He just killed them just because.
00:05:19.780 So what are you seeing here?
00:05:20.800 Again, this is totalitarianism.
00:05:23.420 Wally Lam, an adjunct professor of politics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, said
00:05:28.120 the China's pandemic strategy is almost a political campaign to show loyalty to Xi Jinping himself.
00:05:35.360 This makes the local officials even more anxious because they all want to stay in the good graces of Xi Jinping.
00:05:41.720 At a meeting chaired by Sun Xiaocheng, the top party official of Inner Mongolia,
00:05:48.100 officials were instructed to stop infections by, quote,
00:05:50.540 by killing chickens with a knife for slaughtering cows to play on a Chinese idiom to indicate that overkill was desired.
00:05:58.680 They are going full on overkill, even in Hainan, which is essentially the Hawaii of China.
00:06:04.860 They're implementing these lockdowns.
00:06:06.580 They're implementing mass testings.
00:06:08.100 They're turning all of the entire country into an open air prison.
00:06:12.920 Why?
00:06:13.740 Simple.
00:06:14.680 Because Xi Jinping's coronation ceremony is coming up next.
00:06:18.480 And I know there's been a lot of people in the West that say, oh, the CCP is about to fall.
00:06:23.220 It's almost done for.
00:06:24.860 They're never going to have another chance to they're going to lose.
00:06:27.960 Xi Jinping is.
00:06:28.540 No, you fools.
00:06:31.600 They're parading it in front of your eyes.
00:06:35.280 The CCP is loyal to Xi Jinping.
00:06:39.240 They're terrified of invoking the wrath of Xi Jinping.
00:06:42.900 And they're persecuting their own people out of a display of fealty.
00:06:49.440 This is kowtowing.
00:06:51.580 This is deference to the emperor.
00:06:54.420 We've been talking about Public Square here on Human Events Daily for months now.
00:07:03.400 And I got to tell you, they are racing up the charts.
00:07:06.380 They're getting so many new downloads.
00:07:09.440 Why?
00:07:09.960 Well, go look what PayPal just did.
00:07:11.740 PayPal just threatened to shut you down and take money out of your account,
00:07:15.360 thousands of dollars out of your pocket if you spread, quote unquote, misinformation.
00:07:20.160 So the mission of Public Square is the mission that America needs today.
00:07:25.660 We need a parallel economy because these woke companies are dividing us.
00:07:30.960 These banks are taking our money away because they disagree with our political views.
00:07:34.740 And our supply chain is dependent on countries that work against our values like the CCP.
00:07:39.020 It's time for a change.
00:07:40.260 And that change starts now.
00:07:42.100 Human Events Daily, we are still partnering and continuing expanding our partnership with Public Square.
00:07:47.480 They're a directory of freedom loving businesses.
00:07:50.160 All you do, you download the Public Square app.
00:07:53.180 You then connect with your local community or online businesses that share your values.
00:07:57.320 You can support local restaurants that support local farms,
00:08:00.620 coffee shops that took a stand against COVID,
00:08:02.440 or banks that will and would never cancel you.
00:08:06.260 Download the Public Square app.
00:08:07.460 It's on Apple App Store or Google Play.
00:08:09.640 Just go ahead and begin your search.
00:08:11.160 By the way, if you have a business, you can list it for free right there
00:08:13.760 so your community can find you.
00:08:15.280 That's Public Square Public SQ.
00:08:20.160 Elon Musk has sent several tweets throughout Monday.
00:08:22.820 The kind of two key points on them were, first, that he suggested that there should be a negotiated
00:08:28.640 settlement over the war in Ukraine, between Ukraine and Russia.
00:08:33.020 In a separate tweet in the one you see on your screen, he implies that Crimea, which is an annexation of Russia's,
00:08:43.620 should remain with Russia for good.
00:08:47.680 But there's been a pretty sharp reaction from all corners of social media and diplomatically
00:08:53.260 to what Elon Musk has had to say.
00:08:55.040 Including from President Zelensky himself, Zelensky responding with a Twitter poll of his own.
00:09:00.340 Which Elon Musk do you like more?
00:09:02.500 One who supports Ukraine or one who supports Russia?
00:09:07.400 Well, so there's been an interesting development on the Elon Musk front.
00:09:10.520 I think it's so amazing that the future of our entire civilization now is being decided essentially
00:09:17.540 by celebrity drama all around Elon Musk.
00:09:20.700 So whether it's Kanye West popping off on Twitter and Instagram, whether it's Vladimir Putin and Ukraine
00:09:27.520 going at it in Eurasia and the Donbass and these other regions, whether it's nuclear war,
00:09:33.440 again, Elon Musk.
00:09:34.720 And of course, Elon also poised to take over Twitter.
00:09:37.660 He finds himself at the center of all of these things, all of these.
00:09:43.100 This confluence of activity, these various different vectors all seem to merge on the
00:09:49.280 locus point that he's Elon Musk himself.
00:09:51.100 And he's a free actor.
00:09:52.080 He certainly is a free actor on the world stage.
00:09:54.300 So it's very interesting where he comes down on this.
00:09:56.860 So there is a report from Ian Bremmer.
00:09:59.700 That was written up in Vice.
00:10:01.440 Now, who's Ian Bremmer?
00:10:02.440 Ian Bremmer is this arch neoliberal, totally believes in the globalism system, totally believes
00:10:10.980 that this is the best way forward for the United States and certainly for humanity, just
00:10:15.440 dyed in the wool, you know, works for the doesn't work for the economist, but reads the
00:10:20.480 economist every day, writes in the economist.
00:10:22.660 He is the go to guy when it comes actually ran into some of his guys in in Davos.
00:10:27.180 They're very polite.
00:10:28.020 Right.
00:10:28.460 But we have our differences of opinion, shall we say?
00:10:30.600 We used to follow each other.
00:10:31.320 We don't anymore.
00:10:32.440 And with Ian, he says in his piece that the world's richest man, Elon Musk, spoke directly
00:10:41.280 with Vladimir Putin and that this was this occurred prior to Elon putting that poll up
00:10:47.560 and that Ian Bremmer wrote that Putin was prepared to negotiate.
00:10:51.620 But only if Crimea remained Russian, if Ukraine accepted a form of permanent neutrality and Ukraine
00:10:56.900 recognized Russia's new annexation of Luhansk, Donetsk,
00:11:01.220 Herson and Zaporizhia, those four regions, well, Elon Musk has responded by saying that he did
00:11:09.360 actually talk to Vladimir Putin.
00:11:10.860 But it turns out it was all the way back a year and a half ago, not just recently.
00:11:17.700 But of course, the left, the very online blue check Twitter is losing their minds with the
00:11:25.140 pedophile supporters over at the Lincoln Project stating the Logan Act makes it illegal for U.S.
00:11:31.120 citizens to engage in unauthorized foreign diplomacy, including to influence the measures or conduct
00:11:36.360 of any foreign government or to defeat the measures of the United States.
00:11:41.020 So they're saying that Elon should be prosecuted under the Logan Act, even though, of course,
00:11:47.240 Elon wasn't negotiating on behalf of the United States.
00:11:50.000 Elon was merely having a conversation with Vladimir Putin, which, by the way, you're allowed to do.
00:11:54.460 That's different than actually making a negotiation on behalf of a government.
00:11:57.760 But of course, you know, Lincoln Project doesn't care about that.
00:12:00.880 All they care about are little boys.
00:12:02.600 And so the question I have to say is.
00:12:06.960 Why can't someone go and talk to Vladimir Putin, send Dennis Rodman over there if you have to
00:12:12.860 have Trump send him on a jet?
00:12:15.540 Go over land in Moscow, have somebody sit down, then you get from Moscow to Kiev, however you
00:12:22.180 got to do it, you got to maybe you got to go through Istanbul to be safe.
00:12:25.800 We need more dialogue.
00:12:27.760 We need more communication.
00:12:28.920 President Trump's been calling for this every single day.
00:12:33.240 The threat of nuclear war is a danger to every single man, woman and child on the planet.
00:12:41.240 And the fact that you have a very vocal group of people stating that they want to stop anyone
00:12:48.520 who's talking about peace.
00:12:50.940 Because they want to escalate us into World War Three makes you really wonder whose side
00:12:59.140 they're actually on.
00:13:00.580 Are they actually in this for helping make the world better?
00:13:04.540 Or are they in this for enriching themselves?
00:13:08.140 And they've gone too far over their heads.
00:13:11.820 And they've started essentially believing their own BS.
00:13:16.280 I think that's where we're at.
00:13:19.180 These people are fake.
00:13:21.340 Don't believe them.
00:13:22.140 We know for sure now that non-citizens are voting.
00:13:29.100 The question is how many and how big of an issue it is.
00:13:32.460 But how are non-citizens registering to vote in the first place?
00:13:36.960 That question's a little harder to answer.
00:13:38.940 There's no evidence yet of any fraud.
00:13:41.460 Instead, the bureaucracy appears partially to blame because the state is signing up many of
00:13:47.280 these non-citizens when they go get an ID or a driver's license.
00:13:51.200 Take this case, for example.
00:13:52.820 Tarrant County canceled a voter registration for a man in Hearst.
00:13:56.460 He checked the no box, though, saying he is not a U.S. citizen.
00:14:01.040 Yet the state still registered him to vote.
00:14:05.180 Same story with another woman in Fort Worth.
00:14:07.560 She said she was not a U.S. citizen, but Texas put her on the voter rolls anyway.
00:14:13.220 Yeah.
00:14:14.620 Okay.
00:14:15.460 There's a lot to unpack here.
00:14:17.040 First and foremost, if you're an illegal immigrant, you should not be getting a driver's
00:14:21.220 license in any state of the United States.
00:14:23.660 No official government regulation, no official facility, entity, or organization of the U.S.
00:14:30.100 government, state government, municipal government should be issuing any kind of ID to an illegal
00:14:36.560 immigrant knowingly unless it's a summons for court or a deportation order.
00:14:43.760 However, we can't do this anymore as a society.
00:14:48.320 We have to take this seriously.
00:14:50.940 And when I look at it now, 30,000.
00:14:54.140 And the post-millennial has a story.
00:14:55.580 30,000 voter registration mailers sent to non-citizens in Colorado.
00:14:58.840 Now, of course, the secretary of state, Jenna Griswold, said none of these people will ever
00:15:05.500 be registered to vote.
00:15:06.520 We're never.
00:15:06.760 Yeah.
00:15:07.100 Fat chance, Jenna.
00:15:08.260 Fat chance.
00:15:08.960 We really believe you on this one.
00:15:11.000 And it's not like there isn't an election year coming up.
00:15:13.920 The question is why?
00:15:15.440 Why are they doing this?
00:15:16.900 Why is the Department of Revenue doing this?
00:15:18.660 You see, this is what happens when states become sanctuary states, when municipalities
00:15:24.120 become sanctuary cities.
00:15:25.980 You set up toxic incentives where one system isn't talking to the other system.
00:15:32.020 We have we have a couple of problems in this country that can be summed up with umbrella
00:15:37.720 terms.
00:15:38.240 And one of those is a problem.
00:15:40.900 It's a twofold problem because all of the systems in the United States are overcomplicated.
00:15:46.820 Have you noticed that we have an over complexity problem in the United States?
00:15:50.160 And so we've created these systems that are so hard to navigate that they've become Kafkaesque.
00:15:55.280 They've actually become labyrinthine, Byzantine to figure out, you know, go try to, you know,
00:16:01.120 unregister someone to vote if they're an illegal alien.
00:16:03.520 Go try to audit an election.
00:16:05.120 Go try to, you know, even even in some cases, just basic things like like car insurance,
00:16:10.120 health insurance, et cetera, actually have an issue with any of those agencies.
00:16:14.360 You'll never figure out what happened.
00:16:15.980 You'll never get a chance.
00:16:17.180 So the problem of over complexity is compounded by the problem in the United States of under
00:16:24.220 competency under competency.
00:16:27.140 So you have incompetent people and overly complex systems.
00:16:31.880 Try getting a refund anywhere, just anywhere in the United States right now, getting a refund
00:16:37.000 for anything other than like a small business.
00:16:39.760 Any of these large corporations, good luck, absolute good luck getting your refund at any
00:16:45.420 time.
00:16:45.940 Okay.
00:16:46.380 It's not going to happen.
00:16:47.840 Filing a complaint and actually having someone get back to you.
00:16:50.680 And so what I mean by that, I want to say that the bureaucracy is the problem, but
00:16:56.580 we've gotten to the point in the United States that we have Soviet levels of bureaucracy between
00:17:03.180 these corporate entities, between government entities and the actual people, the citizens
00:17:09.080 and consumers of this country.
00:17:12.340 And this is a problem where and I'm sure conservatives aren't, you know, they're going to, of course,
00:17:16.380 you know, focus obviously on the fact that noncitizens are being registered to vote and the
00:17:20.000 fact that our elections are broken.
00:17:21.080 We know that our elections are broken.
00:17:22.340 I think that's, I don't think that's an actually something that's come in question, but we've
00:17:26.660 got broken elections and broken systems everywhere.
00:17:29.560 You look in this country, our infrastructure is crumbling.
00:17:33.000 We have bridges and buildings that just fall down.
00:17:35.920 You've got situations now where a couple of years ago there was a pipeline in the South
00:17:40.340 that had an issue.
00:17:42.040 Um, and they tried to find someone to go out and fix it manually.
00:17:45.380 And they realized they didn't have anyone on staff that knew how to manually fix the pipeline
00:17:51.860 because all the people who could do that had already retired.
00:17:55.800 We don't have people in the U S Navy that know how to navigate using star charts and celestial
00:18:00.440 navigation.
00:18:01.320 They're starting to try to bring that back at the, at the, uh, Naval Academy in Annapolis.
00:18:05.340 But the question is, we've given up and given over so much of our freedoms, so much of the
00:18:12.720 power in our society to these nameless, faceless corporate and government bureaucracies.
00:18:19.080 And the question is, are the people ever going to get any of that power back?
00:18:23.700 I think that it's a fair comment that our approach to culture has, um, in the mainstream has
00:18:39.040 degenerated the, the values that people used to put into a work of art, those have been
00:18:45.840 eroded.
00:18:47.400 I wasn't saying that all culture in the late 20th century was rubbish.
00:18:52.420 I wasn't saying that culture was doomed.
00:18:55.360 I was saying that mainstream culture, um, was becoming repetitive, um, was not having
00:19:02.840 original ideas would no longer be capable of coming up with a performance, let alone a
00:19:11.700 throw up in the opera.
00:19:12.720 So that's Alan Moore, the creator of Watchmen, the creator of the killing joke, Viver Vendetta,
00:19:19.100 so many incredible stories, but he also did a new interview that just came out where he
00:19:24.540 said that if you look at modern culture, specifically superhero movies and superhero, uh, culture,
00:19:34.100 superhero art, that it's infantilizing and indoctrinating modern adults.
00:19:39.800 He pointed out these stories are meant for children and that children are meant to think
00:19:45.060 in those ways, good versus evil, black versus white.
00:19:47.420 But then as you get older, you discover the world is more complex.
00:19:50.500 And yet he pointed out that it seems as though there's hundreds of thousands of adults now
00:19:57.140 lining up for children's movies.
00:19:59.040 Again, movies that are made for 12 year old boys, culture and content that was intended
00:20:04.440 for 12 year old boys.
00:20:05.440 He actually apologized for the role that he played in the maturization of graphic novels
00:20:10.160 and comics back in the 1980s.
00:20:11.940 Cause of course you look at Viver Vendetta, you look at from hell, some of these stories
00:20:15.540 that he did, he's responsible for a lot of the start of this in the late eighties.
00:20:20.780 But one point that he made there, I think is very interesting.
00:20:24.220 The Indoctrination Angle, because go look at what Marvel just did this week.
00:20:28.800 They put out a new comic book in conjunction with Pfizer, with all the Marvel superheroes,
00:20:36.140 the Avengers, Captain America, and the rest coming out and saying, Hey, get your vaccine.
00:20:40.920 You're a real superhero too.
00:20:42.640 If you get your vaccine.
00:20:44.740 So if you notice, there's this new axis of people who love Star Wars, love Marvel, but
00:20:50.480 then also love the current thing, whether that current thing be some war, thousands of
00:20:56.320 miles overseas, whether that be vaccinations, whatever it is, whatever that thing is, or
00:21:02.440 by the way, going after your fellow countrymen, because the media and the government and the
00:21:09.300 regime tell you that they're domestic terrorists and insurrectionists.
00:21:13.680 This has been perpetuated, Alan Moore states, by the fact that people are still thinking
00:21:22.020 in terms of superhero movies as they get older.
00:21:25.380 And I think that's fascinating.
00:21:27.040 I think that's amazing that you have somebody at that level, someone who was part of this,
00:21:32.660 someone who was part of the early wave of this shift.
00:21:35.360 To the point where we realize that so many people are not graduating to that older, they're
00:21:43.240 not growing up, they're living in an area of simply arrested, continuing prepubescence into
00:21:53.760 their thirties, in some cases into their forties, just consume whatever the next product is.
00:21:59.540 Don't think about anything.
00:22:00.740 Hey man, you're not cool.
00:22:02.020 If you didn't get your vaccine yet, have you seen the latest Avengers?
00:22:04.660 Hey man, go post your latest NAFO meme or whatever it is.
00:22:10.480 This is what the problem in our society is today, because it's either you're with us
00:22:15.320 or you're against us.
00:22:16.600 And certainly there are conservatives who've played into this as well, but the problem goes
00:22:22.100 a lot deeper.
00:22:23.040 And it's an axis I think is very interesting that Alan Moore has pointed out.
00:22:29.100 And that is all the time we have tonight here on Human Events Daily.
00:22:32.160 Remember, as always, our promise, our oath, our solemn vow to you, be good, be brief, be
00:22:36.200 gone, your homework for us.
00:22:37.240 Share this out with one, just one of your normie friends, and then leave us your five-star review,
00:22:41.060 Apple, Spotify, wherever you get your podcast.
00:22:44.560 Seriously, give us a review.
00:22:45.680 They're very, very helpful.
00:22:46.860 What did we talk about today?
00:22:48.520 People's Republic of China has become a zero COVID hell.
00:22:52.360 A Xi Jinping hurdles towards his coronation.
00:22:55.120 Next, Elon Musk denied meeting with Putin or speaking with Putin, but says that he has
00:23:00.300 spoke to him in the past.
00:23:01.440 Next, 30,000 voter registration mailers sent to non-citizens in Colorado.
00:23:06.140 And then finally, Watchmen creator Alan Moore warns that modern adults are being infantilized
00:23:11.560 and indoctrinated by superhero media.
00:23:14.600 We've got a huge week in store for us.
00:23:17.020 If you haven't listened, watch, by the way, our special yesterday with Columbus that we
00:23:21.020 conducted with myself, Libby Edmonds.
00:23:22.580 Go give that a shot.
00:23:23.400 Also, the new Turning Point special is available at TPSA and Salem Now.
00:23:29.720 So go to Salem Now and watch Border Battle, the new and fantastic documentary that's just
00:23:36.120 come out all about the battle at the border.
00:23:39.400 But before we go, it's time for today's history break.
00:23:42.780 Today, October 11th, 1976, the gang of four, including the widow of Mao Zedong.
00:23:50.560 So Mao Zedong's wife himself, even after he died.
00:23:55.200 So the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution have taken place.
00:23:59.740 All these people have dead.
00:24:00.800 They're not sure what's going on.
00:24:01.600 What did the CCP do?
00:24:02.800 They mopped up the whole operation.
00:24:04.900 They blamed it on Mao's wife.
00:24:06.540 They blamed it on a bunch of her friends.
00:24:08.520 And then she, quote unquote, committed suicide in prison.
00:24:12.440 What a way to go, folks.
00:24:14.820 What a way to go.
00:24:16.360 Ladies and gentlemen, stay tuned.
00:24:18.220 And remember, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
00:24:21.160 See you next time.
00:24:28.600 Bye.
00:24:28.920 Bye.
00:24:30.040 Bye.
00:24:31.580 Bye.
00:24:32.140 Bye.
00:24:33.080 Bye.
