00:02:08.180 played for you is from the Kiev Post, and tells us that this guy, Kolomoisky, was once known as one

00:02:14.680 of the major backers of Vladimir Zelensky. So, he was one of the major backers of him.

00:02:22.500 He was one of the oligarchs, obviously one of the most powerful oligarchs, or prior to this,

00:02:26.760 we should say, one of the most powerful oligarchs in Ukraine.

00:02:29.160 Another interesting tidbit about Kolomoisky, that if you go all the way back, as we've done,

00:02:38.220 to the Anti-Corruption Action Center of Ukraine, in 2012, they ran a piece on Kolomoisky,

00:02:48.680 where they were digging through all of the various holdings, all of the various financial dealings

00:02:55.180 that this oligarch was involved in. And that if you dig through the layers of banking and shell

00:03:02.400 companies, and companies based out of Cyprus, the Cypriot companies, the holding companies, etc.,

00:03:08.100 you actually find something quite interesting. That at this point, the Ukrainian Anti-Corruption

00:03:15.420 Action Center, the Ukrainian government, which is supported by the US State Department,

00:03:21.080 found that Igor Kolomoisky was actually the money behind none other than Burisma Energy.

00:03:32.300 So, Burisma, the company that Hunter Biden was on the board of, this guy's Lechevsky.

00:03:41.900 They were digging into him. They started investigating him. Joe Biden got that guy fired. The prosecutor

00:03:49.120 fired. Now, here comes Kolomoisky. What's SBU? The internal security services of Ukraine have just

00:04:01.120 raided Kolomoisky. This guy is directly tied financially to Burisma, essentially the money

00:04:07.200 controlling the whole thing, controlling the energy resources, and at one point had been one of the top

00:04:13.540 oligarchs behind Zelensky, and certainly behind Zelensky's rise, not only during his political 0.61

00:04:20.040 time, but also when he was a TV entertainer. He was the guy that funded the majority of his TV shows

00:04:24.960 that made him a household name in Ukraine. Here's what's going on. As the political machinations

00:18:04.560 the investigatory documents. This is the results of the investigation. So we've seen stuff that's

00:18:09.920 leaked to the media. We've seen public statements from the prosecutors. We've obviously heard Baldwin's

00:18:14.720 completely insane interviews, which he never should have done. But now we've got the cold,

00:18:19.840 hard facts. Now, keep in mind, this isn't all the evidence. But what this is, is a probable cause

00:18:26.000 statement that's leading to the charge. And it's pretty bad. It's very, very bad for Baldwin.

00:18:33.520 And something that producer Angelo actually pointed out, but it's exactly what we've been talking about

00:18:41.040 all along here on the program, is that they investigated the dual roles of Alec Baldwin in

00:18:49.280 this movie. What do I mean by that? They conducted two investigations of Baldwin. They investigated him

00:18:56.240 as an actor and they investigated him as a producer. And this is significant because he's got two sets of

00:19:04.640 liability here. So they actually investigated him both. Listen to this and I'm going to pull up the

00:19:10.880 actual document here. I'll just read from it. Statements and evidence show Baldwin was not present

00:19:16.800 for required firearms training prior to the commencement of filming. Statements, depositions from OSHA,

00:19:23.200 and evidence show Baldwin was provided minimal training on firearms even after Reed, that's the

00:19:28.560 gunner, the armorer, requested more training for Baldwin. I was about to say Gunner's mate.

00:19:34.720 In the deposition taken from Reed, she stated Baldwin had very limited training on the cross draw

00:19:40.160 that was required for the scene on the 21st and limited training in firearms and how to check his own

00:19:44.480 firearm as to whether it was unloaded or loaded, in which Reed felt it was very important in his role

00:19:49.760 on the film. A training session for at least an hour or more in length was scheduled,

00:19:55.040 but the actual training consisted only of approximately 30 minutes, according to Reed.

00:20:00.000 Baldwin was distracted and talking on his cell phone to his family during the required weapons safety

00:20:08.400 training. Baldwin approached responding deputies on the day of the shooting, wanting to talk to them

00:20:14.160 because he believed he was the one who, quote, fired the gun.

00:20:21.840 This is why you don't talk without a lawyer. I keep saying this. This is why you do not talk

00:20:26.880 with a lawyer. Baldwin later asserted that he never fired the revolver that had just, quote,

00:20:31.920 gone off. He made this assertion public as well as in multiple media interviews conducted after the

00:20:37.680 shooting. Many media interviews and law enforcement interviews were conducted by Baldwin and he displayed

00:20:43.840 very inconsistent accounts of what happened during the incident. Now we get into the actual evidence

00:20:49.760 here. This is so fascinating. Photo and video evidence from inside the church on the day of the

00:20:55.840 shooting show some of the rehearsal up to and including moments before the shooting. The photos and

00:21:02.000 videos depict the above described actions as Baldwin prior to the shooting practicing drawing and pointing

00:21:07.920 the weapon. The photos and videos clearly show Baldwin multiple times with his finger inside of the trigger

00:21:15.440 guard and on the trigger while manipulating the hammer and while drawing, pointing and holstering the

00:21:22.320 revolver. So let me explain something to you. If you are manipulating the hammer with your finger on the trigger,

00:21:29.680 you are completely insane if you're doing that while you're pointing it at another human being that

00:21:34.480 you do not intend to destroy. That is the point of the gun. That is why the business end is never to

00:21:40.480 be pointed at someone that you do not intend to kill. A gun does one thing. A firearm does one thing. It

00:21:48.400 pushes a piece of metal forward. That's the only thing it does. It's as simple as that. And the mechanism for

00:21:54.960 that is the trigger and the hammer helps with that trigger. Because if you've decocked the hammer,

00:22:04.240 now the pressure required on the trigger is going to be much, much less. So if you're fiddling around

00:22:11.600 with that thing while your finger's on the trigger, all you're doing is asking for trouble. It's like

00:22:17.600 driving a car down. It's like driving a car through the Holland tunnel backwards and getting upset at

00:22:27.040 the people driving the other way. That's exactly what Alec Baldwin did here. The revolver involved

00:22:33.600 in the shooting was seized by detectives as evidence. It was later submitted to the FBI crime lab. They go

00:22:38.720 through the various experiments. They tried to get it to fire without the trigger. They tried striking the

00:22:44.160 hammer. They tried multiple angles against a solid object, striking the hammer of the revolver with an

00:22:49.040 actual hammer. The revolver did not malfunction. It did not misfire. The same revolver. The analysis clearly

00:22:56.080 showed that the weapon could not accidentally fire. For the weapon to fire, the FBI in their ballistics lab

00:23:02.800 found only one way. They found only one way for it to fire. The pulling of the trigger of the firearm. And all of this

00:23:11.280 documentation went down. They also go through, and I don't have time to read through the entire document

00:23:16.400 here, but I encourage you to go read the charging documents yourself to see what they are because

00:23:20.160 they also investigate Baldwin's role as the producer. It was his job to ensure the safety of

00:23:26.800 the set. It was his job to ensure the safety of his own employees on the set. He failed to do that. In fact,

00:23:34.400 given the sense that this was a rehearsal in the first place, given that,

00:23:37.760 why were they using a real gun at all? Why not just use a prop? Why not use a replica? Why not use

00:23:43.920 a rubber gun? Why not just hold your hand there? There's no reason whatsoever for him to be used an

00:23:50.640 actual gun for this. It was obviously reckless conduct. And this is why, this is why just like

00:23:57.040 driving your car backwards through the Holland Tunnel is reckless on your part because you are liable for

00:24:03.360 your actions. When you're holding a gun, you know that it is an inherently dangerous object,

00:24:09.600 that no matter what you're doing, no matter who talked to you about the gun, no matter who

00:24:14.480 handed the gun to you and said, don't worry about it, et cetera, et cetera. It does not matter

00:24:18.640 because just like when you get behind the wheel of a car, the actions taken afterwards are yours.

00:24:24.320 If you borrow someone's car and you mow someone down with it, that other person is not liable. You are.

00:24:31.040 You are the person who did it. Now, there could be other circumstances if the other person saw your
